Starting a job when Saturn or Pluto has formed a square or opposition to your Sun or Mars is TOUGH.

Not just because it can point to your job being difficult to deal with, but more so because it can make it difficult for you to leave said job. Saturn restricts, while Pluto exerts complete control, so either of these planets being in a difficult aspect with your Sun or Mars at the time of you starting a new job, can make it nearly impossible for you to leave said job on your own will and at some point it can make you feel trapped. Like no matter what you do, you can't find a better opportunity or you aren't in a position to comfortably quit your job without anything new lined up, so you can't escape the dead-end job, the work that makes you miserable or doesn't pay enough or the boss that mistreats you. ☽
