some things that help me get past my cravings and impulses:
Chew gum
Drink anything that's 0 cal (water, tea, diet sodas, etc.)
Napping is always so refreshing 🫶🏽
Dancing
Playing video games (esp the Sims so you can make yourself skinny)
Want to order food? Order a diet coke or two.
Watching those ASMR/Mukbang food videos really snaps me back to reality
I've been listening to a lot of subliminals lately. I know they usually don't work but it never hurts to try
Organizing your Pinterest boards and Spotify playlists. I know some of you haven't in awhile 🤨 (I haven't either, it's okay)
Scrolling through EDblr and finding Th1n$p0 🫶🏽
Logging my calories and weighing myself
Coming up with mealspo for when I have a "cheat day"
Researching weight loss tips and tricks
Smoking/Vaping always works too
Taking care of my pets and feeding them instead of myself
Watching movies, TV shows, Youtube videos, gameplays, etc.
Texting my partner/friends
Cleaning my room
Doing laundry

a dieta líquida é uma que consiste em consumir apenas líquidos durante um período de tempo, recomendo começar com a dieta de 1 a 3 dias pra ter menos chance de ter compulsão.
para fazer a dieta líquida, é consumido total ou boa parte de alimentos líquidos como sucos de fruta coados, caldos de vegetais, chás claros, mingaus, gelatinas e carnes liquidificadas (posso trazer mais opções e receitas de vcs quiserem). É importante manter um equilíbrio nas ingestões, evitando exageros em açúcares e gorduras, e manter uma boa hidratação.
a dieta líquida pode causar desidratação, dor de cabeça, fraqueza, irritabilidade, náuseas e pressão baixa.
faço essa dieta sempre que acabo ganhando peso por estresse ou desleixo e sempre perco uns 3 quilos com ela (normalmente faço por uns 5 dias e tenho muita dificuldade de perder peso ent qm tem mais facilidade acredito q consegue perder mais). sempre faço ela junto com déficit calórico pra não ter risco de perder a mão.
