Alex Summers x Mutant!OC
Summary: Isabella Darkholme, sister of raven Darkholme and Charles Xavier. Also a mutant. Her mutation allows her to blend in with the light rays, turning herself and whatever she's touching invisible.

Isabella couldn't help but sigh softly as she watched her brother talk up another girl, not because she was jealous, but because she was bored of the same thing every time. She and raven always just sat back and watched him. Bella tried to talk to people - boys and girls - but Charles would always step in and pull her out. It was like he didn't want her to be happy. But she knew he was just caring for her and making sure she didn't get hurt, even though she was never able to even ask the person's name, that's how fast he was.
Raven could see the bored look on her sister's face so she thought she would distract her.
"Wanna' play truth or dare?" She asked making Bella smile. Raven was always the child. She loved playing games, whether it was board games or hide and seek. She just loved being a child. Especially playing tag or just chasing her other half around with a spider. Isabella loved that about her sister though, she never lost her sparkle.
"Sure." she dimly said.
"Okay, truth or dare?"
"dare." Belle loved playing this with raven, no matter how old they were she loved it.
"mmhm, okay. I dare you to go behind the bar and mess around with the bartender."
"ok, but I dare you to mess up Charles's date with that girl." She said with a smirk.
"That's not how the game works but fine."
Bella moved to the bathroom and turned herself invisible, whilst raven went over to Charles and the girl he was with to introduce herself. Bella went behind the bar and started tricking the man tending to a customer. She knew she had a limited amount of time before Charles would find her out so she knew to make it count. She created a tapping noise on a glass behind his ear to start with. He instantly turned around and walked through her. Thankfully she could not only turn herself invisible but anything she touched, she also could phase through objects and people when she was invisible.
Then she started whispering near his ear. Watching him freak out was hilarious to raven. This was not the first time pulling pranks like this. They really were children at heart and Bella loved it. Charles turned to look over at raven and Isabella's table. He saw raven smirking and looking to a specific spot behind the bar. He then looked over to the table raven was sitting at and saw that Bella wasn't there. That's when he knew they were pulling their little pranks again and decided to step in. He excused himself and walked near the back of the bar where he assumed Bella was.
Isabella, are you behind the bar again?
shit.
no. Why would you think that Charles?
because I see raven smirking and you aren't anywhere near her table. She is also looking at a very specific spot where there isn't anything to laugh at. I also know my sisters very well.
Bella sighed and walked to where Charles was and made herself visible again.
"Right. Get raven we are going." He said sternly.
"Look I'm sorry. We just wanted a bit of fun." She said softly before going to get raven.
"Yes, well you can have fun in different ways. There was no need to expose your mutation like that. What if you couldn't hold on long enough and someone saw you turn visible? what then?" He was clearly disappointed in them but she didn't care anymore. He wasn't the owner of them they could do what they wanted.
"He's mad at us again." She said to raven before walking back off to Charles and out the door.
"Don't talk to me. You did that on purpose." He said angrily once raven caught up with them.
"I did not! Why would I do it on purpose? We were just playing a game!"
"Yes, you did!"
"And you, that little stunt you pulled-"
"You know I can't control it sometimes if I'm stressed or tired."
"You seem to be doing a perfectly good job right now.-
"Mutant and proud." Raven started, imitating the girl Charles was with.
"What? Or is it only with pretty mutations or invisible ones like yours and Belle's? But if you're a freak, you better hide." Bella knew raven hated her mutation at times. Though bella thought it was a beautiful one, Raven never thought of it that way. Any time Isabella tried to tell raven she would just storm off and wouldn't talk to her for a whole day. She grabbed her sister's hand and squeezed it to comfort her.
"You're being ridiculous. I don't mean to sound like an old fart." -"Which you are."- "Sometimes. But we've talked about this, Raven. A small slip-up is one thing. A big one does not bear thinking about."
"Mutant and proud? If only." Raven said walking off and dragging her sister with her
That night, when they got home Belle went straight to her room without saying goodnight. She was sick of Charles deciding what she was able to do. She knew he was only caring for her but sometimes it got out of hand. She'd never had a boyfriend - or girlfriend, not like that was hardly allowed - or even her first kiss! And she was done. She wasn't going to let Charles dictate what she did. It was her life and she was going to live it.

Raven and Isabella sat quietly in Belles's bedroom, surrounded by silence. The air was thick with emotion as they both struggled to find the right words to express their feelings. They did this now and then. Sat together talking about their mother, childhood, or just in silence.
Finally, Raven broke the silence. "Do you ever feel like she's still here with us? Like she's watching over us?"
Isabella nodded, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. "All the time. Sometimes I'll be doing something, and I'll feel this presence like she's right there beside me."
Raven reached out and took her sister's hand. "It's funny, isn't it? How we can feel her presence so strongly, even though she's been gone for so long."
Belle sniffled and wiped away a tear. "I miss her so much. Sometimes I feel like I can't go on without her."
Raven squeezed her hand gently. "I know. But we have each other, we have Charles, and we have her memory. She may not be physically here, but she lives on in us, in our memories, and in the love she gave us."
Isabella looked up at Raven, her eyes brimming with gratitude. Raven smiled sadly.
"I wish I could take away the pain, but all I can do is be here for you, and honor her memory by living the best life we can."
Isabella nodded, a sense of peace washing over her. "You're right. She wouldn't want us to wallow in sadness. She'd want us to be happy and live our lives to the fullest. And NOT hiding or being scared of our mutation." She stated to her sister, sternly.
Their mother always made sure they were proud of their mutation. And she promised them that one day they wouldn't have to hide it.
Raven stood up and pulled Isabella into a tight hug. "That's right. And we will. Together."

Had this in my drafts for a while but here's a fun little thought
Obviously cell phones didn’t exist in the 60’s-80’s, but if they did:
Alex’s ringtone for Madison would be She’s A Rainbow by The Rolling Stones, because with her hair and eyes acting like a mirror (as part of her mutation), she really does reflect the colors around her. And with all the time they spend outside, the sky and sunrise imagery reminds him of her too
Madison’s ringtone for Alex would be In The Summertime by Mungo Jerry. Initially she just put it because of the word ”summer”, since she didn’t really know what else to do, but she wound up genuinely loving the song. Part of that’s because of the bouncy, upbeat tone of the song, part of that is just because she starts to associate it with Alex.

Moving in was much easier said than done. The idea of it had been fun, but the reality of moving furniture was absolute hell.
Moving everything into the house and arranging it had taken much longer than they'd anticipated, especially with just the two of them.
After an hour or two, River and Alex were sweaty and ready to call it a day any second now.
They both plopped onto the couch, taking the time to catch their breath and take a break.
"Well, this is fun," Alex joked. "Sorry this is taking us so long."
River shook her head and scooted into his lap, wanting to be close to him. "It's fine. At least it'll be worth it when we finish," she said.
Alex hummed and kissed her cheek. "I still can't believe we're finally doing this. Like, actually moving in together."
It felt like just yesterday they'd only started discussing the idea. Now it was becoming a reality, and it was hard to fully grasp.
"Yeah, holy shit. I'm glad we're finally doing this, though."
Alex grinned and gave her a quick kiss. "When we finish, I promise we can take the longest nap ever."
A nap sounded perfect right now.
"I'm keeping you to that, Summers."
Alex pulled her into a tight hug.
"Ew, you're all sweaty," she whined.
He laughed and didn't let up as she tried to pull away. He was too strong for his own good. "So are you. Love takes sacrifices sometimes."
"You're the worst," River groaned.
"I love you too."

Lou Hammond & Alex Summers: Their First Kiss
It's during X-Men: First Class.
The night before their battle in Cuba.
The gang were all hanging out in Charles' music room, listening to records and dancing around.
Hank left early to work on some last-minute thing for Raven, and shortly afterwards, Raven leaves to meet Hank in her room to discuss the injections to hide their mutations.
So it was basically just Lou, Darwin, Sean and Alex hanging around, dancing with each other and just trying to have some fun for what might possibly be their last night alive 'cause, you know, they might fail tomorrow and die. Gotta live while you can!
Anyway, Alex is not really the dancing type, so he's mostly been brooding in the corner watching as Lou gets spun around the room by Darwin and Sean.
He's hiding a smile because she looks really pretty and her laughter sounds like what he'd imagine an angel's to sound like if he still went to church and believed in that thing.
So, Darwin and Sean have kind of gathered that Alex and Lou have been skirting around each other and their obvious feelings for each other since the first night they met and they just decide 'we gotta get this thing moving because they're obviously not going to do anything and they're going to regret it if they don't do something about it now'.
They pull Alex out of his little corner with Lou's help and basically just push him into dancing with her.
She takes pity on him and wraps her arms around his shoulders and tentatively places his around her waist, and they just sway to the music as the song changes to "Stand by Me" by Ben E. King.
They lose themselves in each other's eyes, only noticing halfway through that Sean and Darwin have skipped out.
They're kind of past caring at that point and she says something like, "we can stop now if you're still uncomfortable" and his arms tighten around her and he lets out a little, "No! No, no, its fine now. I guess?"
She gets it and just gives him that small secretive smile she gave him after she beat him in an arm wrestle the first time they met, and she nods, leaning into him a bit, whispering, "This feels nice."
He whispers back, "Yeah, it does." and she can kind of hear it in his voice and she looks up at him and she looks too good to be true and she's never had someone look at her like that before.
They both lean forward slowly.
When they kiss, its sweet, soft, unhurried and tentative and they're still swaying with each other as the song dies down but than they hear Sean giggling in the hallway and it just brings them back to where they are and what's happening tomorrow and -
Alex clears his throat and is the first to let go, stepping back a bit more than necessary.
Lou feels a bit nervous, like, that was her first kiss. With a boy. She doesn't really know what to do and she's red, he's red, they're both blushing like they're on fire and he's just like, "Uh, we should really get some sleep."
And he's giving her an out from the embarassment she's feeling now and she takes it, unable to meet his eyes as she nods, "Yep, yep, I'll just - " and they're both basically racing out the door. Than up the stairs. Than to their rooms (which are right across the hall from each other so its laughably awkward).
They're both kind of thinking it was a mistake, that the other doesn't have feelings for them and that they've ruined everything but they're reliving that kiss over and over in their heads, butterflies fluttering in their stomach and just wishing that the song never ended.

Erik Coming Out To You As Bisexual
• Erik isn’t the most affectionate or kind or open boyfriend and person, but he can always talk to you about his problems and he’ll ask without his usual sass and try to be a good boyfriend.
• He does love and care about you, after all.
• You kind of get worried about him when he sits you down with a serious and no-nonsense face because usually making jokes which are the dad jokes. Historically, it always meant he had bad news. Like that one time he accidentally destroyed one of Charles's office (though it wasn't really an accident). 😉;)

• He thought you would hate the fact that he was so scared and worried coming out to you. From then on you would make sure to let him know how you support him.
• You would definitely try to help him come out to the rest of the xmen, only if he wants to. And of course smack Alex in the head and throw him off the window if he comments anything snarky.
• And you being you, would make him comfortable and teach him about the entire LGBTQIA+ community (which listens to very carefully) and teach him the memes to use once he's comfortable enough. (cause you're a GENZ)
• You being you, aka being dirty minded, would teach him to kinky in bisexual ways.

Lili hasn’t seen Alex in four years, since Vietnam and that immediate attraction, it seems, still lingered

Notes: Lili is Peter’s cousin from a previous one shot - don’t do what Alex & Lili do -> wrap it before you tap it even when drunk
Liliana Eisenhardt, a twenty-six year old woman who’s Polish accent hadn’t dimmed since her move to Washington DC when she was five.
Lili, a Polish woman who had been one of the many mutants forced to follow America into the Vietnam war- though she was there as a young twenty-two year old nurse stationed in the Mutants tent… as a science experiment for her mutation and to test the others like her.
It’s where she first met Alexander Summers, or well Alex as he had officially introduced himself and told her many a time to refer to him as instead of Summers. The day she finally caved had been the first time they spoke properly, the first time any of them had seen her use that mutation of hers (and on a scientist who had tried to call for help at that).
Lili shot back the cold burning liquid as she drowned out the shit day she had had. Another place of work declining her for being a Mutant. It was getting annoying.
She’d come all the way to Atlanta, hoping to transfer universities as she aimed for her doctorate in Physics (and Education), and get a paid internship at a local high school. But oh no- her file stated she was one of the mutants selected for Vietnam some four years ago so we can’t have the likes of you here.
It was fucking stupid.
“Tough day?” She blinked, recognition setting in as she turned to the voice. What was previously sand blond slicked back hair with buzzed down sides was now light brown and sweeping by his jaw. Blue eyes watching her carefully as she took him in.
“I’d say utter shit Summers.” She said finally, spinning on the bar chair to greet him properly.
“Looks it Eisenhardt.” He remembered her- honestly that surprised her, she never thought she was that memorable even with her copper hair and green eyes and yet he proved her wrong. “Saw you across the room, wanted to double check it was you though.”
“You’d be correct. Still Lili.” She smiled, head nodding to the bar. “You here for drinks with friends or..?”
“Just me unfortunately. Was doing some work here and decided I deserved a drink before I go home in the next few days.” He sat himself in the seat beside hers. “You?”
“Well I had hoped I’d be able to transfer universities so I could do a paid internship but.. they looked at my file and well ‘we can’t have one of your folk here’ so I also deserved a drink… or five.” Alex winced sympathy written all over that ungodly handsome face.
Instead of saying anything more he nodded to the barkeep. They both really needed a fucking drink.
Alex Summers couldn’t forget her even if he tried. The soft spoken nurse who always patched him and his team up, who never judged them, who only smiled when he and the others talked about their mutations. The young woman he was barely six years older than who was also secretly a mutant just like them.
And though it was hard to forget the way the bed slid across the room to slam into the man trying to run for help.. not for them but for Striker it was those green eyes, the crinkling of her nose when she smiled and that gorgeous copper hair that remained tucked in his mind.
Four years later and she was still stunning.
Four years later and they were in her hotel room lips locked in some heated battle that he wouldn’t be forgetting anytime soon.
Lili’s fingers tangled in his hair, tugging softly as he lifted her, hands grasping her thighs tight while he stumbled towards her bed. The fall into the sheets was not graceful in the slightest.
Hands wandered the expanse of thigh covered by tight denim with a groan, raising higher until one hand found her knee and the other her ass - and fuck what an ass she has. He groaned again into the kiss.
It didn’t take long before clothes began flying, before he got those tight jeans off and his mouth began watering at the sight of the woman beneath him.
Above him.
Kisses nipped down his throat and collarbone as she flipped them both, giving him a view he’d only dreamed of- it was infinitely better in reality.
There was no sweet teasings or foreplay as her hand grasped his cock, lining him beneath her entrance as she knelt over him. Alex couldn’t keep his hands off of her, couldn’t help that sharp smack he landed against her ass before moving up to massage her breasts, to pull her down for another kiss.
They moaned into the kiss as Lili sunk down, hips flush against his own. She started with slow circles, getting used to him, taking him in full. Then Alex’s hands grabbed her hips as he bent his knees up behind her and thrust upwards, another moan being taken from her.
Hips met in sharp, deep thrusts, them moving together at what felt like an ungodly pace.
“Fuck, Alex.” She whimpered as the powerful man flipped them once more. Her legs tucked around his waist, copper hair flung around her like a halo as she tilted her head back. Shit he felt so good, fucked her so good. She whined out his name again as he nipped at her jaw the same way Lili had done to him.
“Lili.” He grunted in her ear. “Come on baby first one of the night yeah- good girl.”
Her core tightened, a twisted feeling in her chest both making her feel concerned and far too lightheaded to care as something crumbled to nothing beside them- matter manipulation really was a bitch.
“Alex.” She bucked up, white hot pleasure seizing her.
Holy shit she had never cum so fast before. It had been barely fifteen minutes since they entered the apartment. Fucking hell Alex was a God.
With a final thrust from Alex he followed suit, and both their chests heaving he fell forward onto her- rolling to the side soon after.
“Holy fuck.” Liliana said finally, head rolling to the side to look up at the energy converting mutant.
“Good?”
“I’ve never cum… so fast wow.” Alex just chuckled into her hair. “But… you said first of the night?”
“Ah. We don’t have to go again Lili…”
She snorted and shuffled down the bed, kissing his chest, his stomach, his abdomen as she went. He groaned as she settled between his legs.
“Oh I very much want to go again.”

River and Alex had both been busy lately. They'd planned a day to have a date and finally spend some quality time.
It was River's idea to go on a picnic.
They fixed up sandwiches and snacks before heading out to a nice spot in the park.
After eating and finally taking time to catch up, they laid back on the blanket. River rested her head on Alex's chest, enjoying the nice breeze and blue skies.
"This is really nice. I'm sorry we haven't had time to really be together like this. Without things getting in the way." River smiled up at him, enjoying his natural warmth.
Alex smiled and kissed the top of her head. "Hey, at least we finally have time to talk and actually do something fun like this," he said. "You did a great job with the food, by the way."
River was silent for a moment, thinking over her words before she finally said, "I think this is a great time to finally tell you I have some good news."
He gave her a curious look and let her continue.
"I think I found us a house," she said. "You know, if you still wanted to move in together."
The grin on Alex's face made her sigh in relief. "Of course! That's great!" He pulled her close to give her a kiss. "I can't wait to see it."
River took his hand, intertwining their fingers. "And maybe we can do these picnic dates more often, too. This is actually perfect."
"Couldn't agree more, sweetheart."

Imagine Madison and Alex taking a walk in the woods and her just offhandedly identifying every birdcall they hear. Not in an obnoxious way, almost like she doesn't even realize she's doing it - it just became habit, a way to keep her mind busy while she was off on her own.
And it seems like Alex isn't really paying attention (he teases her a little, and inwardly he finds it kind of cute), but then a few weeks later they're out on a mission, walking through the woods somewhere. Sean asks what bird just made the call they heard, expecting Madison to answer since she's their wilderness expert...
But Alex gets to it first.
