Iron: It is really common for young adults (especially those who are living on their own for the first time) to develop iron deficiency. Common symptoms are dizziness, a fast heart rate or brittle nails. If you have these symptoms check in with your doctor as taking too much iron can make you sick as well. If you are iron deficienct but don't have full blown anemia, you can take multivitamins that contain iron. These will help boost your levels and keep you full of energy.

Allergy pills: TAKE ALLERGY MEDICINE!!! Especially if you live in an urban environment that contains a lot of trees that produce pollen. It is not normal to be sniffling, coughing and feeling fatigued just from natural air. Generic works just as well as name brand.

Allergy Nasal Spray: If you are like me and your allergies are more extreme, I recommend a nasal spray. These can be prescribed by your doctor or bought over the counter.

Multivitamins: If you take nothing else, make sure to take a multivitamin! They contain the majority of vitamins we need everyday to function. So if you're feeling tired even after sleeping a lot, it might be that you're not getting the essential nutrients you need. This can lead to acne, fatigue generally making your body weaker. Make sure to look at the label to see how much daily percentage the bottle you chose has.

Probiotic: One of the most important parts of our body is our gut. It affects our mental health and functioning of our physical bodies. Probiotics help introduce good bacteria into our stomachs as it's needed to keep it healthy. Probiotics can also be found in drinks like kombucha.

B-12: This vitamin helps so much with energy! I started taking 500 mcg but I felt it wasn't enough so now I'm taking 1,000. It's always good to start with a lower dose of any vitamin to see how you react to it.

Biotin: We all know how beneficial biotin is for looking good. It helps strengthen your nails, hair and skin.

Alrighty, here we go! Ask compilation for Regimen stuff > Realistically, I dont think it would happen. Everybody knows that Tom is too important to lose, and that if he dies in RA HQ itself, there would be hell to pay, and its going to be the indiscriminate kind. So all in all, they'd probably try to keep him alive and well, unless they want their commander to forget his 'no killing staff (without plausible reason and replacement)' rule.

The boys had been on the road for a few days. This time you couldn't go with them and stayed behind. When the boys come back, they all seem tired, but Hunter in particular worries you.
His brow is furrowed, his eyes narrowed, and he keeps grabbing his forehead. Without saying much, he immediately disappears into the bathroom for a long time.
The shower runs for what seems like an eternity, as if he's trying to wash away not only dirt but stress. His brothers already know this phenomenon and keep some distance. But you worry.
As Hunter emerges from the shower, clad in fresh garments, already dressed in his sleeping clothes he says, "I don't want to hear or see anything for at least the next eight hours"
An approving low murmur goes around and Hunter retreats to the room he currently occupies in Cid's establishment.
Questioningly, you look at his brothers, in particular Tech, who senses you looking at him and looks up from his datapad.
"Can I help you?" he asks matter-of-factly, politely, adjusting his goggles.
"Is Hunter okay?"
Tech makes my deliberative hand gesture and says, "Yes and no."
You raise your eyebrows questioningly and Tech continues, "In the last few days we've been on planets and in places that were either very busy or very run down, we've been in constant activity with little sleep and, for someone like Hunter, exposed to a considerable amount of sensory overload. He probably has migraine-like headaches and generally feels drained"
"Oh," you say quietly, "The poor guy."
Wrecker says smiling, "It's not easy for him, but he'll recover, he always does. He just needs some rest"

When you are in your own room in the evening, the thought of Hunter suffering just won't leave you alone. You walk up and down the room, think for a while, and finally decide to go and see him.
You gently knock on his room door.
Hunter sounds annoyed as he calls out, "Come in."
When you go in, Hunter is lying on his bed in the semi-darkness, one arm over his face, eyes special, one leg hanging out of the bed, he is only partially covered and he still seems tense.
He hasn't seen who comes in, only heard the door open and growls, "I hope for your sake it's important."
Then you see his head move a little and he takes a deep breath. Suddenly, he pulls his arm away from his face and pulls his leg up onto the bed and covers himself properly. You realize that he recognized you by your smell, somehow that was creepy and exciting at the same time.
His words are reprimanding, but his expression and voice are soft as he says, "I thought I said I didn't want to be disturbed for the next eight hours."
You smile apologetically and say, "I know, I'm not here to disturb you either. I brought you some tea and some fruit, you need vitamins".
Hunter blinks in surprise.
"Thank you," he says quietly as you place the items on the small nightstand for him.
"You're welcome."
You dim the light a little more.
"Actually, you should be in the dark all the way, because of your headache" you say thoughtfully.
Hunter sighs softly and explains, "I can't. When I'm overstimulated like I am now, my sense of smell and hearing overreacts when I close my eyes, or it's too dark. And the other way around. I hear people talking outside on the street, I smell the unwashed Weequay downstairs in the bar…. It's hard to fall asleep and get to rest."
You carefully sit down on the edge of the bed, reach your hands out to his head, and gently ask, "May I?"
Again Hunter blinks in surprise, not sure what you have in mind, but he seems to trust you because he nods and says, "Uh, okay, sure."
Your fingers gently move to his temples and begin to gently massage them. Blinking, he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.
"That feels good. Can you do that for the next eight hours?"
You have to chuckle and say, "I'm happy to do this for as long as I can, I just don't know if I can last eight hours."
His eyes are still closed, but a smile spreads across his lips.
"I'm grateful for every minute," he finally says softly, "Besides, you're the only one I smell now, and that's by far my favorite scent"
You feel warmth creep up your face.
"I'm your favorite scent?"
Hunter's eyes open and widen, he looks a little startled, like he just realized what he said.
"Well, um, yeah, I guess you could say that."
He clears his throat, closes his eyes again and says softly, "Sorry, that probably comes across as creepy to you"
"No," you say softly, "I kind of like the idea. I've always wondered, since I've known how sharp your senses are, how you perceive me"
Hunter's eyes open again, and he looks directly at you, your fingers pause for a moment, you sense he is about to tell you something important.
"Your presence has always eased any suffering for me and attracted me magnetically".
You smile and lower your eyes shyly when you feel his hands on yours.
"Would you stay here for a while? I feel better when you are near me," he speaks softly.
You nod and reply just as quietly, "I'd love to."
Hunter slides to the side and makes a welcoming hand gesture. You kick off your shoes and lie down next to him. Almost automatically, your hands find each other and your fingers intertwine.
Hunter gently kisses your forehead.
"Thank you."
"Don't mention it."
He asks with a smirk, "Shall we share the fruit?"
Returning the smirk, you say, "Sounds good to me."

if you don't have a solid night routine, you may as well throw away your whole morning routine, because the decisions you make at night are gonna to directly affect you in the morning and how you go about your day. if you binge watch netflix 'til 1am calling it your "rest time" only for you to wake up in the morning feeling tired and frustrated, it's time for you to build a night routine and stick to it.
pro tip do not try to improve everything all at once, you're gonna fail. just try to incorporate something small in your routine to start forming healthy habits. it might take months, but one year from now it will all be worthy.
𝟭. prepare for the next day ( 📒 )
write down your to-do list for the next day. when i don't plan out my day i just end up doing nothing, because i don't even know where to start. but if you know what you have to do you don't end up procrastinating and start getting things done. also, do not overload yourself with too much things to do, you're just not going to accomplish them all, so keep it realistic.
bonus put the most important tasks on the top of your list so you're gonna accomplish them as soon as possible.
𝟮. clean you room ( 🫧 )
it really depends on when you are the most active – for example i'm a night owl and i can't even imagine cleaning my room in the morning – but yes, removing all the mess you made during the day will help you leaving it all behind and starting fresh new the next day. put your clothes away, remove books, notebooks, make-up products, trash all around and i guarantee you that you're gonna feel so much better.
𝟯. take care of your body ( 🌷 )
take a warm shower that can help you relax, do your skincare, change in your comfy clothes, basically wash away the stress and negativity of the day. last semester i would literally stay at uni for 10h straight and coming back home at 8pm after the gym, i used to take a warm shower straight after that so i could let all the negativity of the outside world slide off me.
𝟰. drink hot tea ( 🍵 )
avoid theine but treat yourself to a hot drink that helps you relax and restore your calm, also take your vitamins and give yourself those ten minutes in your personal space.
𝟱. self love and affirmations ( 💖 )
reflect on your day, write down in your diary all the things that happened, pray, meditate, do your affirmations, leave everything in the past, do not let today's disappointments, stress and frustration affect your tomorrow. the only way in which you can truly move forward is by facing the things that happened today to leave them in the past, tomorrow is a new day.
𝟲. get off your phone ( 📱 )
definitely the hardest part for me. i don't even want to explain why it's so dangerous for you to stay awake scrolling through your phone at night – blue light and whatever – so just be strong and try to get off your phone at least 1h before going to bed, use eye-protection mode after sunset and use blue glasses if you can.
bonus use only red light at night, blue light are gonna inhibit your melatonin production ( which is what makes you sleep at night ).
𝟳. go to bed on time ( 🛏️ )
do not delay your bed time in order to get more dopamine scrolling through social media or binge watching netflix. do not sacrifice your sleep in order to do more work/study ( i did it in the past and it's definitely not worthy ), prioritizing your sleep is going to reward you in the long run. trust and believe.
𝟴. 321 rule for better sleep ( 💤 )
3 hours before bed –> stop eating. it gives you enough time to digest your food so you're not going to waste energy during your sleep to digest and you're gonna wake up less tired.
2 hours before bed –> stop studying/working. you need to drag your brain out of your "fight or flight" mode in order to get deep rest at night.
1 hour before bed –> stop screen time. allow your body to produce the melatonin that it needs in order to fall asleep properly.

Hi :), how do you keep your energy up to do all the things you do? I don't do much and I always feel tired.
Anon I had a period where I felt that way too—and I literally realized it’s bc of my phone. I don’t want to be thaaaat girl, bc I’m the last person to just liberally demonize my phone into something I wish I never had (without my phone I would not have been able to befriend so many lovely people). But you need time off. You need boundaries w it. Otherwise you’re tiring your brain out w endless consumption, and by the time you’re done scrolling you have no energy left for anything else.
Beyond that it comes down to cliche stuff like working out, eating healthy, getting your vitamins in. Getting bloodwork done was a major game changer for me. Keeping your spirits high after a long work day w a hobby that truly fills you w joy. Stuff like that.
Having a schedule is so instrumental too—but be careful not to go above and beyond your limits. it’s understandable to burn out if you’re going from doing nothing to overloading every hour of your day w something you want to get consistent about. Progressive overload always.
And finally… I rly don’t think this is said enough… but if there’s major resistance to doing something, maybe it’s just not your passion & you should reconsider what you wanna do. I don’t like pressing this point bc for a lot of people it could be something entirely unrelated to passion—phone addiction, lack of time management skills, just not having their priorities right. But it’s also good to check w urself every now and then to ensure you’re doing something you like, not something you’re simply familiar with.

“I’m exhausted,” she groaned, leaning back into her seat.
Spencer looked at her from his desk.
“You okay?”
She nodded. “Just tired. You got any suggestions to keep me going the rest of the day? This coffee is doing jack.”
“Actually, yeah, apples can be a really good way to up your energy if the coffee isn’t working for you. Plus, I’m sure your adenosine receptors are overloaded from how much caffeine I see you drinking on a daily basis,” he said, smirking at his own joke before he continued. “Apples are pretty high in fiber and vitamin C, plus they have a relatively high water content, so maybe it would help you stay awake for the rest of the day when you feel yourself start dragging around…”
He trailed off, looking a little embarrassed. She looked at him with a quirked brow.
“Everything okay, Reid?”
He glanced back up, opening and closing his mouth quickly, clearly unsure of how to go about the subject. He took a deep breath, then started speaking.
“I was rambling.”
She smirked, tilting her head a bit. “And?”
“I’m sorry.”
“For what?”
He leaned back in his seat, not making eye contact.
“I’m sure I was being annoying. You don’t need to know about apples and… And fiber and adenosine.”
She sat up a little straighter, looking at him for a moment from her seat. When he glanced back at her.
“It’s not annoying, Spencer. I asked and I actually thought it was really interesting,” she affirmed. “Not to mention, really helpful. I always get tired around three every day. I probably should try an apple.”
He quirked a brow. “Really? Not about the apple, sorry, just— You wanted to listen to that?”
She nodded. “Of course. I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t want you to tell me what you knew. Now if you don’t tell me the rest of what I want to know, that’s when I’ll be annoyed.”
He smiled, about to start talking again about the carbohydrates and the possibility that aroma lends itself to help boost energy when Morgan walked up.
“Finally found someone who can take your never-ending talking?” he asked Reid with a smirk.
Reid immediately went pink in the cheeks, stumbling over his words.
“Actually,” she started, “I just show an interest in my friends. Maybe you should try it a little more, Morgan.”
He chuckled, feigning shock. “Ooh, you wound me, mama.”
She laughed, accepting a grateful smile from Spencer who was readying himself to spill as much information to her as she would allow.
