Father meets transgender woman. His reaction is wonderful!
LGBTQ Nation reports:
A father has shared on TikTok how emotional it was to see a transgender woman living out and proud in a small Texas town. While his supportive video is touching, his son’s enthusiastic support steals the moment.
People are people! It doesn’t matter your race, gender, size, sexual orientation, religion, country, class, or anything else!
Everyone deserves just as much love and respect and support and happiness and honor and goodness as you do. (Which is a lot. You deserve a lot of love and respect too. Everyone does)
Don’t be mean. Don’t be hateful. Don’t be an asshole.
Just be Kind. Try your best.
You aren’t gonna lose anything that matters by welcoming others and letting them grow and receive kindness.
You don’t need to hoard your wealth or standing. As long as you have food, water, and a roof over your head, that’s all you need. (And a bunch of other stuff is kind of necessary for at least a Good life, but you get the idea)
I was wondering if you had any key tips for writing short posts without them sounding too dry. I am hoping in the near future to start posting one shots and just don't want them to flop.
Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work you do!
Heyyy there @clarkiewrites !! Thanks for the ask and your kind words 💕 I’m touched and eternally grateful for the amount of people that I have reached in this community! Every single one of you keeps me going 🥰🫶🏻
Interact & tag 7 people if you have any tips for writing or just blog etiquette in general ✨🤍
As for key tips for your writing:
Writing consistently helps blossom your unique style and grow your ability and skill (I try and write a little every day—even if it’s only a couple of sentences).
Remember why your writing and posting. For me, I’m writing to contribute, add, and expand to the safe space for all lgbtq fans but mainly geared to female preferring. I want to provide more content for as many female characters that I can, because they are underrated and deserve it.
Remind yourself that your success isn’t built on the amount of likes, followers, comments, tags, etc. you get. Your “success” is you being present and giving to the community. Your “success” is sharing your passion, kindness, and love to the community.
Interact with your community. As a writer, I actively try and read other blogs and interact with other bloggers as well. I actively try and reply to my tags and asks, because I care and that will grow you.
Last but not least; be open to critic and opinions of other users. We get nowhere without learning from ourselves and from others. Let others help shape you into a better you.
A few shoutouts who I’d love for them to continue this and I’d love to see what they would say(of course I’d love to hear from all of you):
