FLASH HEADCANONS!
Where I take a fandom and give a Headcanon for Every. Single. Character.
Twisted Wonderland! #1
Here we go!
Riddle: whenever a bug lands on him he freezes. Just stops.
Ace: His parents always shut down his beliefs. Very much a 'Stay in line and You'll be fine' type of family. (If requested I will rant on my HC Ace backstory)
Deuce: He calls his mother every day and one day she just starts crying and is all like 'Im so proud of you. You've changed so much and I love you.' and Deuce started crying too.
Cater: Does not actually care that much about Magicam. He just needed something to base his personality off of.
Trey: Uses southern insults All. The. Time. People talk to him and he's just 'Well good for you!' and people think he's the nicest.
Leona: If you put a weighted blanket on him he will just fall over like that one scene in Lilo and stitch.
Ruggie: Knows everyone. And I mean EVERYONE. Try to introduce him to someone new and he'll just be like 'OMG my old friend!' yeah.
Jack: Named his cactus Paula. Also Talks to it and uses it like a doll. (Like that one scene in DRDT)
Azul: His first experience with a land dweller was when he saw a coin fall from the surface and he followed it. There was a language barrier so he couldn't talk to them. He wonders how they're doing some days.
Jade: Had a bonding moment with Jack over their love for plants (mushrooms and cacti) also eats mushroom-spinach pizza (like me!)
Floyd: He bites. Also he's banned from playing against other schools in Basketball because of the sheer amount of fouls he gets. Jamil is so done.
Kalim: Will summon a rainbow to cheer someone up. He's precious.
Jamil: Doesn't actually hate Kalim. He just needs to be mad at someone. Oh also he cooks for the Basketball club and brings food to practice. Ace is his biggest fan.
Vil: Godly eye makeup. He's the one who gave Rook his feather in his hat.
Epel: Bad Ass Mother Fucker. He prefers to fight with his tounge rather than his fists. The only one to realize Trey's passive aggressiveness.
Rook: Will bring back fresh meat from his hunts. Him and Jade bring the best ingredients to the Cafeteria and no one knows.
Idia: one time he hid from people in an empty classroom for several hours after school. Ortho almost sent a search party.
Ortho: Spends hours analyzing his friends. Like as a hobby. He brings them perfectly planned gifts and they all love it.
Malleus: Lilia cuts his hair. He also polishes his horns. He secretly really enjoys Sebek's loyalty just wished he was quieter.
Silver: Takes care of the horses so well. They love him and will only accept food from him.
Sebek: He can be surprisingly quiet if you ask nicely. He gets loud again if he gets worked up. Autistic.
Lilia: He loves his sons. He ends up taking care of the whole Campus. No one in NRC can take care of themselves properly so he does it. Mockingbird by Eminem coded
Crowley: He shows up randomly and helps students. Lilia is taking a student to the infirmary? He's there and takes them for him. Leona is asleep in the botanical garden? Crowley kicks him away from the path. The teachers are so done with the chaos and are ready to combust? He's there. He will make the chaos worse and somehow contain it at the same time.
Crewel: He stays stocked up on potions ready to help any students that are ill, tired, or in any sort of pain. He will let you sleep in his classroom and will pull you into his office if he thinks somethings up. Many students have cried in front of him.
Trein: Will go out of his way to include history not taught in textbooks. Stuff about gay rights, racism, trans right, war crimes, fun facts about political leaders, etc. He does it all in the most monotone voice ever.
Lucius: The best cat. Used to be a stray wandering campus. Will bring gifts to students it likes. Recognized Leona as one of its own.
Vargas: Always down to help students. Oh you have Asthma? Good thing I have SEVENTEEN EXTRA INHALERS. You seem to be struggling a little why don't you sit down? Exercise without rest is as good as no exercise at all.
Sam: Will give freebies to students who need it. Oh you skipped lunch to study for a test? Good thing I have a sandwich just for you! Your pen broke? Which one do you want? Also will tell you all the tea.
Grim: Whenever he eats those blot crystals he suddenly knows all of the victims trauma which he reports to Yuu.
Yuu: Has serious conversations with Overblot victims. The best non licensed therapist.
Authors Note: It's 1:23 AM. I'm going to sleep.

the night we met || b.w || prologue
synopsis : who knew one night would change both of your lives
warnings : idk, spelling, vigilante, mentions of drugs, trafficking, rapists, murders, and general crime
brucewayne x fem!reader
a/n ; follows no specific plot line other than that bruce has been batman for a few years now. also, readers suit is this :)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
batman slowly enters the apartment building's 6th floor through one of its balconies. using one of his many gadgets he sweeps through the rooms getting closer to the main room.
for the past three weeks both the falcone family and oswald cobblepot, or the penguin, had been moving suspiciously. well, more than usual. so much that commissioner gordon had personally asked the vigilante to find out what had been going on.
so far, a week later, all he'd found out is that falcone had been using the iceberg lounge to smuggle drugs. from where? who knows. to who? who knows. surprisingly, they had all kept it very tight and under wraps.
it wasn't until two days ago where batman had found a person involved in the whole ring and had valuable evidence. now, batman was creeping up to his apartment. he reaches back to his utility belt to pull out a lock-pic only to stop, his eyes narrowing at the door clearly forced open.
instead he opts to grab a batarang instead and slowly pushes the door open, stepping into the dimly lit apartment.
living room? clear. kitchen? clear. bathroom? also clear. which left the bedroom. light poured out from under the bedroom door. there's no sound coming from behind it, which doesn't help his nerves. batman pushes the door open only to be met with the man laying on his back on the bed. his eyes are wide open, blankly staring up at the ceiling.
there's a few white lines of drugs on his nightstand as well as a dime bag half full, rolled up money, and a credit card. that paired with the man's chest no moving means that he'd overdosed.
batman's eyes gloss over the room. something's off. he couldn't tell what exactly, but he knew. in the corner of the room was an opened safe.
there. he creeped closer only to find it opened as well, the safe empty of its content.
"looking for this?"
batman whips around to where the closet was. there you stood, holding up an orange folder. his eyes scanned you. you didn't seem like a threat. you wore a black and grey bodysuit with white-silver highlights. the top of your face was covered by a mask and your hair let down.
"who are you?" he asks. another vigilante? or a mercenary? or did you work for falcone and were tying up lose ends?
"inescapable." you reply. batman frowns. what the hell does that mean?
"you're one of falcone's people," he says, accusingly.
you laugh in disbelief. "me? you really think i'd work for that scum? no, bat-boy, i'm like you. except i can take the finally plunge."
"you did this?" he says, referring to the dead man on the bed.
"well, not really," you shrug. "i didn't shove the cocaine down his nose, personally. but, i also didn't stop him." you could see batman slightly grimace when you said that, but you couldn't really care. "took some time for him to trust me, but hey," you hold up the folder, "it was worth it in the end."
"what are you going to do with it? sell it?"
"no, i've got enough money. i'm just going to look over it, make some notes and then hand it over to you and the boy's in blue."
"and when will that be?" there's an edge in his voice as batman get's irritated the more you play him.
"depending on how soon i leave, it should take too long." you hum.
"you really think i'm going to let you go with such important information?" batman crosses his arms over his chest. even through the tactical suit you could still see his bulging muscles.
"well it's not up to you really." you give a mischievous smile. "you see, our friend there was supposed to make a phone call to his criminal friends. now, because of his untimely death, he wasn't able to do that. so now, they're on their way here. and i am going to leave."
just as you finished your explanation the sound of a car engine could be heard outside. batman looks out the window. there, were two cars, all filled with mobsters, no doubt coming up here like you'd said.
batman looks back to you to say something but pauses when he sees that you're gone with the folder.
fucking hell.
---
by the time bruce makes it back to the batcave it's nearing 5 in the morning. alfred's there with a warm cup of tea, like always, and ready to treat any possible injuries. bruce steps out of the batmobile tumbler and removes the cowl.
"rough night, mater wayne?" the old man asks. he walks over, swapping the cowl for the cup of tea. bruce rolls his shoulder and takes a sip of the tea. it was a special blend that was to help his sore muscles and help his sleep easier.
"something like that." rather then heading towards the elevator, bruce walks over to the massive computer and sits down.
after you had left he had to deal with six mobsters by himself and then called over gordon hoping for some information, only to be left with more questions. though, he was given a name.
"inescapable?" alfred reads aloud. bruce presses enter and the watches as the computer tries to decipher the word.
"is this some code?"
bruce grunts, rolling his shoulders. "something like that." he takes a sip of the warm tea. "there was a women, at the apartment. she was wearing some sort of gear. looked handmade."
"another vigilante?" alfred muses.
"if she were another vigilante then she'd have been on our radar. it's like she just appeared out of thin air." bruce watches as the computer worked to find something. when it does, it shows a series of articles and photos.
"adrasteia was the goddess of "inevitable fate", representing "pressing necessity", and the inescapability of punishment." the first article read.
alfred slightly leans over, pointing at a certain part of the article and read aloud. "the name adrasteia can be understood as meaning "inescapable". there's your link."
bruce clicks off to another article, this time it was a news article. "adrasteia takes down new yorks biggest crime family. so she has experience."
"but the question is, what is she doing in gotham?" alfred hums.
as the two looked through more article, more and more information surfaced about you. you were a vigilante that fought crime in new york. it started off small, handling petty crime before moving up to taking down rapists and murders until you took down one of new yorks biggest crime families. after that, it seems that you vanished and reappeared in gotham.
another thing about you, that rubbed him the wrong way, was that you weren't afraid to kill if necessary. you went after everyone, and like your namesake, you were inescapable.
after a few hours of more research alfred finally had enough and dragged bruce back to his room.
"you can look over all of this after you've had your rest. the last thing we need is bruce yayne collapsing at one of his charity galas due to lack of sleep."
bruce begrudgingly agrees and heads to bed. despite the exhaustion taking over him, he couldn't help but think back to you and your encounter with him.
Tumblr media
what's this? another bruce wayne fic? and it's a series? whaaa <3

Hob finally won the war for the territory from the Endless Crime Family.
At least initially he was just interested in courting, in the traditional manner even, (what smelled like his mate) Dream Endless. Dream was an artist, he was willowy and gorgeous; he fed birds in the park,,,,,,and he smelled like Hob's.
Hob didn't want a fight, again he respected his mate enough to ask for permission -- Hob Gadling up and coming Alpha in the business, went hat in hand, as best he could muster, to ask the head of the Endless Family, Time, for permission to court his son. Time laughed at Hob, kicked him out, and disparaged Dream to Hob's face, going so far as to say he was selling a 'worthless' Dream off to the Burgess family.
Hob was livid and was willing to go to Dream himself -- Hob tried the respectable way, but he's a fighter and not really all that respectable, so he wasn't really surprised when it didn’t work. Worse was when he tried to seek out Dream on his own, he only got to talk to Dream once or twice before they were ripped away from each other. Then Dream was hidden away,,, from Hob! That was unacceptable!
Hob warned Time that he was coming for his mate; Time didn't seem to believe him or understand that Hob was prepared to go scorched earth -- Hob didn’t need this city if he had Dream.
Time f'ed around and found out. Dream had best be waiting for Hob, unharmed when Hob walks into the Endless mansion.
Oooo we love a bamf Hob moment!
Hob didn't even particularly want the territory or to rule over the city as the biggest boss of them all. He was honestly happy with his black market business and his little protection racket. But Hob has his pride, and he also has Dream to think of now. He can't risk a hair on his mate's head, so he's really got no choice but to go all in.
And Dream is unharmed and fine (if a bit shaken up). Hob finds out that Dream was just hours away from being shipped off to Burgess, and he's so fucking angry about it! But he's not going to do any more damage, because he doesn't want innocent people getting hurt. The best thing he can do now is give Dream power. Hob essentially hands over the city on a silver platter. Everything Dream’s father used to run and more is his now - and Hob has absolute faith that Dream will be magnificent.
Dream can't quite work out why Hob would be so generous, but of course he accepts. And he also accepts a courting proposal. Not because he has to, but because he wants to. His mate is looking and smelling pretty damn fine from where Dream is stand, and he wants.
The underbelly of the city is run by an omega now, but that only means that everything runs much more smoothly and there are far fewer bust-ups over stupid stuff. Dream is the man his father wishes he could have been.
And Hob still has his little black market business and his racketeering on the side. But most of the time he walks around smelling like slick, 24/7. Because he can't get enough of his omega's gorgeous wet cunt, and Dream works so much better when he's let off some steam...
They're a very good team.

📝 Maxie
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Why yes, I do like Maxie Pokémon, why do you ask?
Extensive Maxie Family Headcanon! Maxie is siblings with Skyla & Lance, and cousins with Ariana, Mars & Flannery. Connect the redheads! There is so much more shit in here (half siblings,, 2nd cousins,, LANCE AND SILVER EXISTING,,) but these are the ones that make the most sense and I'm not getting into their fucked up family tree rn it took me so long to even draw it out the first time. Surprisingly, Maxie isn't the Black Sheep of the family, he's actually for some reason the one everyone likes. Oh, Lance hyperbeamed a guy? Ariana and her husband have a mob empire? Shit, Mars is going into galaxy-destruction? Damn, guess we gotta call Maxie again.
Really good with kids // "Hey, can you hold this?" / "Sure, what is— THIS IS AN ACTUAL CHILD?" / "Yeah ik gimme a minute" / "Ariana?? ARIANA??"
He's actually in his 30s, but everybody thinks he's way older because he had to take on a parental role at 17. Not the eldest sibling, but has eldest child syndrome from having to help raise Flannery.
Expert at Not Paying For Things™. Immaculate shoplifter, godteir pickpocket, found Steven's streaming service passwords years ago and on all of them there's a profile called "Hi Maxie :T"
He was originally going to take over the Lavaridge gym instead of Flannery, but got way too involved with all the war crimes.
Steven kind of,, ignores him and Archie? There's worse shit happening in the world, man, at least they fix their messes when they're done being eco-terrorists for the day. (It's bias. Steven likes Maxie. They're friends. Friends don't turn friends in to Interpol.)

I kind of want to do more of these! These are largely from Brooklyn 99. If you're interested to see more of these, do let me know!

Trystan: Ask him about his bank account! (Thumps interrogation room glass) Ask about his bank account! Ask him about his -h- *breaks glass* account. You should ask him about his bank account.
Trystan: Boss! Nora broke the glass!
_____
Trystan: (about his family) Jokes on them, cause I'm having tons of fun with all this free time - catching up on reading, going for walks. It's great. The other day I walked all the way to Maryland. Gorgeous.

Luke: Tommy, can we order some food?
Uncle Tommy: Cook's gone, I sent him home.
Trystan: (barging in) You have any more of these pretzels?
Uncle Tommy: Sure..?

Uncle Tommy: I'm going to go call the cook.
_____
Ruby: Writing things down is nerdy? What do you do?
Nora: Just forget stuff like a cool person.

Nora: Look I'll make this real simple so even these dumb-dumbs can understand. Man did crime.
_____
Trystan: Here are the ground rules. You can punch me, kick me, pull my hair. I am a-okay being stabbed. Biting and scratching are on the table. You can use fire.
Luke: Those are the ground rules? Is there anything off limits?
Trystan: Damn man you got something really sick you want to do, huh? All right. I like it. Don't tell me. Surprise me.
_____
Nora: Oh yeah I didn't tell you. I got kicked out of ballet school. For beating the crap out of ballerinas.
_____
Trystan: (over an interrogation) This is taking too long! I'm going to miss the farmer's market!
_____
Nora: (half asleep) I'll rip your head off. I'm gonna rip your damn head off, Holbeck.
_____
Trystan: I don't mess with computers, okay? Ever since I died of dysentery on the Drakkos Trail, I was like "No thank you, I am done with this."
_____
Trystan: LUKE!
Luke: Oh my God is that-
Trystan: RUBY!
Ruby: It does sound like-
Trystan: (runs up to them, is panting) It's me, Trystan Thorne.
Luke: Yeah we know, hey Trystan how have you been?
Trystan: Very bad. Someone is trying to kill me. All I know is I woke up in a pool of my own blood, next to a metal chair that had a dent in it the same shape as my own head.
Ruby: What were you doing before the attack?
Trystan: I was sitting in my metal chair, watching the season 2 premier of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
_____
Trystan: It's Sebastijan
Nora: Sebastijan. Yeah I said it.
Trystan: No. Sebastijan.
Nora: Sebastijan.
Trystan: Not even close. Sebastijan.
Nora: Sebastijan.
Trystan: Almost. Sebastijan.
___
Nora: (about Mafalda) She's so cool. She's been buried alive three times. I've only been buried alive once.
_____
Nora: I've only had Silver for a day and a half, but if anything happened to her I'll kill everyone in this room and then myself.
Luke: Very violent eulogy, I like it.
_____
Mafalda: Here are two pictures. One is your locker. The other is a garbage dump in the Philippines. Can you tell which is which?
Nora: That one's the dump?
Mafalda: They're BOTH your locker.
_____
Nora: (over the phone) Trystan--
Trystan: Hey, Detective! I'm so sorry we're not there yet, but a guy fell down the stairs and then the old lady shot our perpetrator and then we stopped a bank robbery-
Mags: -- And I lost my shoe.
Trystan: And Mags lost her shoe, but we're almost to the Agency!
____
Trystan: All right, Luke. We have to act soon. That cold medicine Nora chugged, it was the non-drowsy kind. She's all over the place.
Nora: HEY GUESS WHAT! I've got a new lead to ask my client about. There's a drug dealer on State Street. Why doesn't someone answer the phone? I'll get it, I'll get it! (Answers phone) Hello, there is no Wyvern here. You have the wrong number, goodbye.
Luke: I'm Wyvern!
Nora: That's a dumb name, but it's yours and you should be proud of it because you are the greatest person I've ever known. WHERE IS MY FILE?

volo is cynthia / cyllene is cyrus au: family trees
and also me talking about them :)
put below keep reading bc its gonna be a lot lmfao
Tumblr media
cynthia (volo) family tree
cynthia is cogita's grandkid! her parents weren't present so cogita raised her until, of course, she got disowned for the whole trying to destroy the world thing. cogita sadly passed away before they could truly reconcile.
while there is no canon ancestor to iris, i think its fun to say that cynthia met iris' ancestor and they had kids and 200 years or something later, iris exists and cynthia gets to meet her great great great great grandchild or something. we'll come back to iris in a minute :)
i also think that lusamine also decended from cynthia, which means gladion and lillie also are related to cynthia! not that its important but you know. giant family.
i do ship cynthia and diantha. i think diantha is one of the few who know that cynthia is immortal but was most definitely the most recent to find out. iris is not aware of this. but these three are found family anyway <3
speaking of found family, prof. carolina and cynthia's younger sister are purely adoptive of sorts. but they're still found family. love them. wow cynthia 2 found families thats crazy.
Tumblr media
cyrus (cyllene) family tree
yes this looks odd without context but we do have context so it doesnt matter. cyllene x laventon is canon and you can pry it from my cold dead hands. too bad cyllene got widowed and then found out they were immortal AND trans after laventon died.
anyway, cy and lav were married and akari + rei were their adoptive kids. ingo was akari and rei's adoptive uncle too but that isnt relavent to the family tree. also laventon is a distant relative to leon and hop :) maybe he had siblings or cousins who are great (x?) grandparents to them. who knows.
anyway damn cyrus why do you got 2 found families. but yeah team galactic is naturally cyrus' found family of course. he is his commanders exhausted adoptive father since all of their families suck lmao
Tumblr media
mars family tree
i think mars and cynthia have the biggest family trees. anyway mars' was the first one that i did incase that wasn't obvious lmfao, but anyway, lets get into it!!!
arezu is ariana's great (x?) grandmother. ariana had a spouse that she had mars (maria at the time) with, but then she left them once she was like 'oh shoot im having silver!!!', so mars is vaguely aware that silver exists somewhere out there but she has no clue who he is otherwise. and then ariana and giovanni are married and had silver, who has no idea who mars is (he'd probably go through a crisis if he looked at sinnoh news, so lets keep it that way). silv and mars have a 9 year age gap btw just throwing that out there
silver found a new dad (lance) and some really weird teenagers about his age who he got stuck with. he's dating one of them. you have to guess. (i already know which one but im leaving it up to the mind bc silver isnt the focus in this au so imagine whatever you want).
mars and her silly little astronaut friends are her found family! i think arezu would flip her shit if she found out her great (x?) granddaughter was adoptive siblings with that one criminal lady (coin). but hey its fine!!! mars has her weird spaceman father and her weird astronaut siblings and life is good (mostly)
arezu deadass just has a bunch of decendants who commit various crimes
Tumblr media
saturn / jupiter family tree
i grouped these two together since they've got the smallest family trees.
saturn is (obviously) a decendant of coin, but he has no contact with his family and hasn't spoken to them in years by the time pokemon platinum takes place.
jupiter and fantina are siblings (fantina is older by a few solid years) but they really don't like eachother. they have little contact with eachother and dont exactly speak often. but they do wish eachother happy birthday sometimes so thats a plusside i guess.
and of course saturn and jupiter both have found family with team galactic. awww how sweet :)

The Supervillain Code
Tumblr media
So I've been thinking about this a lot, based on my reading of the Golden and Silver ages of comics, in terms of what makes a supervillain, and what sorts of things are required to be a supervillain. This is a bit of a hard and fast ruleset, obviously, and not everyone is going to meet all points, but I think it'll hit the general idea of what makes for a supervillain.
Rule 1: We Are Madmen, Lunatics, Freaks, Maniacs, and Criminals; We Are Not Psychopaths
Any idiot can drive a bus into a crowd of people. Any idiot can shoot up a crowded room. They were doing it in the 20s with tommy guns, it's even easier to do in the modern day. This doesn't make you a supervillain. A body count isn't the marker of a Supervillain, because it requires no effort, no flair, no panache, no skill.
A Supervillain, first and foremost, is a better class of criminal. They are above your common thug; they are not simply mass murderers or serial killers who kill needlessly or wantonly. We will get to the rules about killing later, but the first rule must be that there is more to supervillainy that simple murder. If all it took to be a supervillain was a body count, then anyone could do it.
Rule 2: Killing Is Permissible Only In Regards To Your Crimes
Let's be honest, however. Killing is part of being a villain. You're trying to kill your adversary, that hero who thwarts you. In fact, you trying to kill him is probably why he's trying to stop you. And in fact, you're probably trying to kill someone else on top of that. Maybe it's the Mayor, or the police chief, or maybe you've found someone close to the hero who you want to threaten. Whatever or whoever it is, murder is a great motivational tool for getting a hero to face you in battle like you want.
But what makes this rule separate from the first is that this is true only in regards to your crime. You might get lucky and kill your heroic adversary in the heat of battle; congrats, you won! But it is entirely unsporting to say, show up at his family barbecue and blow him up with a rocket launcher. That's not a real victory; you've achieved nothing. No one thinks you're better because of it. No one thinks you earned that victory, and you've gotten neither status nor respect for doing it.
Ultimately, a supervillain's triumph must come with both respect and status; you're the one who finally beat the Batman, you're the one who finally took down Spiderman, you're the one who managed to outwit Superman, you're the one who got away with robbing Iron Man.
No one thinks a supervillain needs to adhere to nonviolence or non-killing. But a supervillain is more than a killer, and more than a murderer. It's the manner and method that makes the man, so to speak.
Rule 3: Gimmick Infringement Is Frowned Upon, Get Your Own Idea
Look, lots of people have similar ideas. There are lots of people who think 'yes, I am a great marksman, I shall make this the basis of my supervillain motif.' But in general, two things apply: one, you don't operate in the same city as someone else with the same gimmick if they got there first, and two, you don't take anyone else's name, especially if they're still using it.
Names carry respect and prestige, especially if they're a name formerly used by a now retired or dead Supervillain. You can't just roll up and call yourself the same thing, or steal their gimmick. Not only is that not cool, but it makes you look small time. And really, the other villain might just off you, and that would be entirely acceptable, as gimmick infringement is a huge breach of supervillain ethics.
There are, of course, caveats. One, if you get permission from the former supervillain, that's fine. Two, if that villain was too small time to really matter, that's also fine. Three, if you're directly related to that villain.
Rule 4: This Is My Heist, Get Your Own
Generally speaking, letting another villain do all the work and then swooping in is bad form. Most villains put a lot of thought into how they commit their vile deeds; showing up to take advantage is a good way to create a grudge. Furthermore, you also lose all the status and prestige that comes from having succeeded on your own, and everyone is going to think of you as someone who cheats to succeed.
However, it's entirely acceptable to steal from another supervillain after they've committed the crime. Showing up during the bank robbery to steal something out from under them is bad form, but showing up after to steal from them is entirely acceptable. It's their own fault for not being prepared for that.
Rule 5: Do Not Spoil The Fun
Look, everyone who's in the villain community for a hero knows who they are in their day to day life. Supervillains are made up of geniuses of every stripe; they probably figured out who their adversary was relatively quickly.
But there's a reason they don't reveal to the world who they really are. One, it would spoil the fun, because they'd not be able to move around as easily. Two, it would drag in all kinds of bottom feeders who would take advantage without having earned it. Three, it would make it impossible to engage in the same kind of dynamic that makes Supervillainy worth it.
To know your enemy's true identity is an exclusive club; but much like crime, it's beneath a supervillain to expose a hero's identity, at least before they're dead at your hand. A supervillain who kills his hero can expose them, but not before. Doing so would ruin the fun. A hero is only who they are because of their secret identity; destroying their secret identity just lets unworthy people in on it, and changes the hero in awful ways.
Rule 6: Live Your Gimmick
Look, we might look down on Kite Man or Stilt Man or whoever else, but they embody a core part of the supervillain: whatever your gimmick is, you live that. Your heists should be centered around whatever your thing is, or at least, should embody parts of it. Failing that, you should be at least prepared to take advantage of whatever your thing is.
For example, Captain Cold uses a cold gun, that's his thing. He also robs banks with said cold gun. That's his thing. That's one side of the spectrum, where the gimmick is basically just 'thing I use while committing crimes.' On the other side, you have Mr. Freeze, a man who commits ice themed crimes. That's living the gimmick in terms of theme.
Or, in another example, you could be Cluemaster fighting heroes while troubling them with trivia, or you could be Riddler whose crimes are themed around riddles.
Either way, you should live your gimmick. What elevates a bank robber to supervillain is theme and commitment to it.
Rule 7: Get Your Own Hero!
A supervillain is often defined as much by the hero he fights as he is by his own gimmick. As such, it's bad form to go after another supervillain's hero specifically.
Look, if Batman is in Metropolis and he's trying to stop you, that's one thing. It's another thing entirely for a Metropolis supervillain to go to Gotham to fight him specifically.
This isn't much of a hard rule, but in general, it's extremely frowned upon, especially if you're doing it because you think another hero is easier to defeat. Supervillainy is about respect and prestige; moving somewhere else to defeat their hero grants you neither. And it's especially bad form if that hero is deeply associated with a certain group of villains or a specific city. This is less of a problem if you're dealing with a hero who is more mobile or less well known, but in general a supervillain should strive to have their own hero.
Rule 8: Stick To Your Own Stomping Grounds
Look, villains travel too. But it's usually bad form to travel to other countries and just decide to start doing crime, for the same reason it's bad form to show up in other villain's cities and start fighting their heroes. This also isn't a hard rule, but in general it's bad form to just start making trouble in other people's territory.
Rule 9: Those Who Don't Abide By The Code Deserve None Of It's Protections
Look, supervillains break the law by design. They don't follow rules. But the rules of supervillainy exist for a reason, if only to denote who's a villain and who's a supervillain.
Those that break the rules, those that choose to violate them, deserve and get none of the protections of the code. They deserve neither respect nor prestige, and villains are entirely free to treat them with contempt and disdain, and violate any of the other rules in regards to them.
For example: Dr. Doom follows the rules. He is, first and foremost, a supervillain. He kills people, he commits crimes, and he has at times, violated the various rules of supervillainy, but he does not break them constantly.
Red Skull does not follow the rules. He is a genocidal psychopath who actively flaunts and ignores the code, and as such, deserves no respect or deference by other supervillains. His schemes are free to be disrupted or crashed, his life is not protected, and he is absolutely not deserving of respect or prestige. Supervillains are free to do what they please against such a person; if he's in their city, he is not afforded any of the protections you might give someone else.
Simply put, it would be bad form for Riddler to disrupt the schemes of someone like Bookworm, because Bookworm adheres to the code of Supervillains. It is entirely permissible for Riddler to absolutely ruin the schemes of Captain Nazi, because he does not follow the rules, and as such is not afforded any protection by them.
Rule 10: Targeting Other Supervillains Specifically Is Bad Form
This is a bit of an addition to previous rules, but in general, Supervillains should not exclusively target other supervillains. It's one thing if they cross your path or go after your spoils, but it's quite another if you're spending all your time targeting them.
This is especially true because most supervillains do not have secret identities. Targeting their friends and loved ones is extremely bad form. However, as the previous rule makes clear, if they don't follow the code themselves, they're fair game. At the same time however, don't expect prestige or respect for targeting random people related to the rule breaker the way you might if you targeted them directly.
Rule 11: Team Ups Are Usually Temporary, But Respect Them Until They're Over
The supervillain team up is a longstanding tradition. During such times, supervillains should work together, and not betray each other until after the heist is concluded and the hero is fought. Betraying your ally during the heist or during the fight with the hero is a coward move, and actively frowned upon.
There's a big reason why you want to respect this rule as well: people who get the reputation as traitors will inevitably find it harder to find people to team up with. Since the biggest heists often require team ups, and since the biggest prestige comes from teams of supervillains fighting teams of heroes, ending up as the guy no one wants on your team is a very bad thing.
No one expects their allies to remain allies once the job is over. But during the job, don't betray the group. Don't be that guy.
Rule 12: Respect Those Who Leave The Life, Unless They're Now Heroes
Villains who go straight and become heroes rightly get scorned by the supervillain community. But those who either go straight or retire and who adhered to the code should be afforded some measure of respect for that choice.
If they choose to get out of the life entirely, because they're tired of it or they managed to actually score and no longer need to be a supervillain, they should be left alone. After all, it's the dream of many a supervillain to score enough to buy a private island and retire. Those that achieve this should be respected.
At the same time, elder supervillains who retire should not be targeted. The amount of Supervillains who live to old age anyway is fairly small, so those that manage to stay in the life long enough to retire deserve respect. Beyond that, it's bad form to target them anyway; no one thinks you're a great supervillain for beating up an old man.
Obviously, those that break this rule can absolutely expect retaliation by other villains who take offense.
Rule 13: It's The Job Of Supervillains To Enforce The Code Among Themselves
There is no honor among thieves. But as stated in previous rules, those that break the rules should expect punishment or retaliation by other villains, depending on how severe the rules broken are.
For example, if you operate in another villain's city, you might expect to have that villain screw up your heist. If you kill their hero, you might expect them to target you. If you kill some retired villain, you can expect retaliation by those that respected them.
Supervillains shouldn't expect heroes to enforce the code. It's up to the Supervillain community to enforce the code collectively. Those that are on the out should know it, and feel it too.
Rule 14: More Rules Can Be Added As Needed
Social mores change, times change, people change. In general, the rules are more a social contract between supervillains. As such, rules can be added and amended as needed. More than that, regional variations can exist, and supervillains should respect those variations when they operate in those territories.
For example, the Rogues of Central City who fight the Flash do not kill. It is a core part of their supervillain code. By contrast, the rules on killing are looser among Gotham City's supervillains. Supervillains will decide among themselves how strict or loose various rules are.

Don't know of I am too late but for the AU headcanons a Greater Polyphantoms Polycule fairytale AU?
-Julie, in a bid to help her mother and because she is the Main Character, falls through a magical book into a fairytale world, and now she must find her way back to even be able to see her mother (or any of her family) at all.
-Flynn, because she is genre savvy, jumps in right after her girlfriend because she knows Julie will get caught up in SHENANIGANS.
-Which she immediately does. Flynn isn't even through the magic portal all the way yet when she sees Julie talk to a Wolf. As in Big Bad. She threatens to pepperspray him but he bursts into tears, pulling down his red cape to cover his tail.
-He says he was just trying to bring some things to his sick Meemaw when he got distracted and strayed off the path and got bitten by a big bad wolf, and now he's too scared to go home and he still needs to give MeeMaw her things, but what if she doesn't recognise him.
-Flynn of course, rolls her eyes and is like: Just put your hood up so she can't see your fluffy ears and tuck in your tail, wear a face mask so she can't see what big teeth you have, and ring the doorbell and stand six feet back. Tell her you're social distancing.
-Of course Flynn has an extra face mask, she made them herself, it's got a cool galaxy print on it.
-Now that Meemaw has her food and medicine, Reggie is so grateful he pledges to help them on their Quest. Flynn shrugs because at least he's a local who can help them get around.
-Also he's really cute and he makes happy puppy noises when you scratch him behind the ears. And he's nice to curl up with at night in front of the fire.
-Along the way they meet Carrie, a girl who went to the ball to have a good time as someone other than herself, lost her glass slipper, and now she can't wear her signature colour anymore because the damn prince keeps trying to find the girl in pink with the fancy shoes.
"The shoes were awful for dancing in, but they did look good."
-Carrie is obsessed with Julie's sneakers. They trade her for them, and she makes them some clothes that means they fit in better.
-Flynn is all: Girl you are rocking that corset. Julie is embarrassed, especially when she sees both Carrie and Reggie go pink in agreement.
-Next they find a beautiful blonde prince in a glass coffin. Carrie reads the sign and tells them about how the prince ate a poison apple and fell into a coma and they're hoping his true love can kiss him awake, and that for 5 silver, you can try, please inquire inside.
-Flynn is like: Oh hell no that is a CONSENT VIOLATION and breaks the glass coffin, gives the poor boy the heimlich. He coughs up the apple, is very freaked out, and is like: please get me the hell away from here.
-His name is Alex and he ran away into the woods because his evil king and queen parents wanted him to marry a girl and he does not want to. So they keep trying to murder him to makes sure he doesn't come back to claim the throne. He doesn't want the throne. He wants a boyfriend and a nice little cottage with a cozy fireplace and maybe a cat, or a dog.
-For now he gets a Reggie instead which is kind of the same thing.
-They break into a tower to crash for the night, find a cute boy Alex is instantly in love with, rescue him, help him cut his hair to a nice manageable mid-back length, and take him with them.
-Do they nearly lose Alex, Willie, and Reggie to an evil witch with a house made of candy? Yes they do.
-Julie is like: STOP. TAKING. FOOD. FROM. STRANGERS. Alex, I thought you of all people would know better!
-Carrie: I mean the witch is dead now, help me chop up her damn sofa so we have provisions to last us a while.
-They do not stay at the witch's house though because it's technically an active crime scene. So they're out late at night wandering the woods when they find Luke. Who fell through a magic portal of his own in the 90s and thought it was rad as fuck at first, but then he realised he's not AGING and what do you mean it's been 25 years???? So they take him with him as well to see if they can get him home.
-Right before they find the magic portal back, Carrie's prince finds them and she grabs Flynn's pepperspray to keep him away and he's like: I JUST WANT TO GIVE YOUR SHOE BACK THEY LOOK EXPENSIVE also I'm not the real prince, I'm the kitchen boy who looks weirdly like the prince, we switched places and he fucked off and people are starting to catch on I'm not him because I don't know court etiquette please take me with you before they behead me.
-So they take Nick back home with them as well and they all live happily ever after. Rose is cured, Reggie is human again, Willie is safe from the evil warlock who locked him up, Luke gets reunited with his mom, and Ray is like: ... okay so... we're gonna need a lot of bunk beds?

Dawn of the North || Robb Stark

-> Chapter V "Truth?"
Chapter VI "First step"
At first, the woman's presence at the war council didn't cause very positive reactions, but the girl's character and the fact that she already managed to get to know some of the Lords as a really positive and intelligent person made them accept her quite quickly, or at least some of them and it was not at all badly.
And that was one of the things Amy had talked about while walking a bit outside the camp with Talisa. It was blowing pretty hard, but none of the girls mind. As soon as they tied up their hair, only the cloaks were knocking against them from time to time, whipped by the wind.
"Why did you go talk to him exactly?" Talisa finally asked, looking into the distance ahead of her.
"Well..." Amy wondered for a moment if she should be honest with Talisa. Will it be a good move on her part to confess the truth about her origin and family? After all, Talisa had been honest with her about her past... "We were talking about my family."
"Family?"
"Can I trust you?" She asked bluntly, pausing, which finally forced Talisa to stop walking, at least for a while.
"O-of course." She replied, stuttering at the end. "Unless you're plotting some crime, then don't expect me to help you."
"No, none of those things...!" The silver-haired assured quickly. "You know the Mad King, Aerys II Targaryen?" Talisa nodded, not entirely sure what the girl was getting at. "I'm his younger brother's daughter..." she admitted quietly, carefully watching her friend's reaction, which... She was shocked at first, it was strongly painted on her face and visible in the woman's large eyes.
"But... How...?"
"When he was only five years old, he left the capital behind the Wall, due to the childless death of the local ruler..." Amalthea explained, sighing and looking away. "That's why I'm Targaryen, not Igaren. Although they're almost the same family..." She looked back at Talisa, who seemed to be starting to lose her first shock.
"So you're... a princess?" Amy nodded, not answering the question in any other way. "Actually, I guess it just makes things easier..."
"What things?" She frowned, sending Talisa an incomprehensible look. However, at first she was only answered by silence and a shrug, which didn't help to understand what Talisa meant.
"Marriage..." She said as if it was obvious. "You're both from good families..."
"Stop." She interrupted her, holding up her hands. "I don't know what you mean, but I'm not getting married."
"Maybe not today, but..."
"He gave his word to another." Amy said straight, leaning a little towards Talisa for a moment. Either it seemed to the dark-haired girl, or Amy said it with... Sadness in her voice.
"Did I mention Robb Stark specifically?" Amy rolled her eyes, seeing now that she had let her friend finagle her.
She turned her head to the side, moving forward, wondering what she should do with all this now. And there wasn't much that she could do.
"See, you catch yourself doing it, thinking about him." Talisa quickened her pace to overtake the silver-haired and stop in front of her, grabbing her hands. "You saw his gaze, how he's making concessions for you..."
"Talisa, love... It doesn't just happen like this." Amy sighed. "And infatuation with someone can pass quickly."
"But it doesn't have to, how do you know how things will turn out? And if the war ends and he marries Walder Frey's daughter... There will be no more chances."
"No." Amy removed her hands from Talisa's light grip. "I won't make him break his word. If I really love him, even years later I will know that it was the right decision for his sake." she explained, adjusting her cloak over her shoulders and walking forward, wanting to leave the subject of Robb Stark as soon as possible.
At roughly the same time, Catelyn walked through the camp with the soldiers, going straight to her son's tent, which she immediately entered.
She just found him alone when he was fixing his hair in the mirror, but the boy immediately noticed the presence of his mother.
"Mother..." He began, but didn't get a chance to finish as Lady Stark immediately started talking, not caring about what Robb had to say.
"I trust you. And I hope you know that." She said, baffling the boy that he had no idea what the woman was up to. "But I see that you cannot keep your resolutions or promises by yourself."
"I don't know what you mean, mother. Why don't you sit down and calm down..." He wanted to lead her to a chair so that she could sit comfortably, but Catelyn dropped his hand from her shoulder and placed her hands on the boy's cheeks.
"My dear son... I told you I know that look..." She said, sighing. "The smile you give her, the concessions you make to her..."
"Does it still bother you?" He muttered tired of this topic, at the same time he grabbed his mother's hands, removing them gently from his face. "I've already assured you that you have nothing to worry about and I'll do the right thing."
"You can't fool your mother that easily." She shook her head, looking at her son's face intently. "I raised you, I know you like no one else in this world, and I know life in the same way. That twinkle in your eyes that your father used to look at me with."
She closed her eyes as she remembered all the happy times she had spent with Eddard Stark, how they had all been a happy family in Winterfell...
Saying nothing about Jon Snow, whom her husband had brought back from the war while she had a baby in her arms herself.
"Are you forbidding me to love?" Robb asked his mother, frowning slightly.
"What do you know about love? It takes years to build it, it... It doesn't just appear!" She spread her arms, boiling inside a bit. "I know you're young and want some excitement, but... You have to think about the people you're leading first. And about your honor. You have to end it before it's too late." She said the last sentence firmly, looking her son in the eye. Robb looked away, sighing to himself. For some reason, he really didn't want to end his acquaintance with the silver-haired girl, despite his mother, although if he had listened to her about Theon...
"Alright."
"Send her away." Catelyn pressed on.
"I'll decide that myself." He moved away and sat down on a chair by the table. "Don't worry." He smiled slightly, propping himself up on the table with his elbow.
* * *
He wondered how he should take care of all of this. At first he wanted to ask her to talk right away, but he wasn't quite sure what he would say. And then there was a council... And he invited her to it.
"Leave us." Robb said suddenly, standing over the map. Of course, he wanted to be alone with Amalthea while Lords left the tent. "And what do you think about it?" He asked, wanting to start a conversation.
"Are you afraid to ask me in their company?" She answered with a question, playing with the wooden figure lying on the map.
"No, just..." He sighed. Well, he wouldn't tell her that he wanted to unpretentiously approach her and hold her tight in his arms when he was about to tell her that they should stop seeing each other. "I know both your character and theirs. And I don't need any argues right now." She smiled slightly and nodded, keeping her eyes focused on the figure she was playing with.
"I don't think anything." She said after a few moments of silence, looking at him. "I've been trying not to think about the war for a few days now and..." She swept her hand around the tent. "All these. But if you care about my opinion, then..." She sighed. "I have nothing against it. You're smart people, you'll be fine."
He slowly approached her, taking the figurine she was playing with and touching her hand gently, and then placed the figurine a little farther away on the map.
"What's your final goal anyway?" She asked, glancing surreptitiously in his direction and playing with a loose strand of hair that had just 'escaped' from her braid. "You want to avenge your father, but eventually you have to get to..." She stopped as he mutely answered her, moving the figurine quite far away on the map. "Oh, King's Landing. Ambitiously." She smiled slightly.
"Too risky for now. And too far."
"No no, it might even work, but..." She grabbed his hand not quite confidently and moved it to Casterly Rock. "Here? Do you remember what I told you? Stannis plans to attack the capital, and I'm pretty sure Lord Tywin won't abandon his family, he values his house above all else. Casterly Rock will be easier to get, and you know the Lannisters have money. If you later hire the Golden Company, then after Stannis' attack on the capital and weakening it, it will be an easier target."
"And if Stannis succeeds?" She sent him a pitying look.
"When Tywin will surround them?" He rolled his eyes and gripped her hand tighter.
"You're right... I was considering Casterly Rock, but it would have to be done quickly before Tywin decides to return." Amy nodded.
"And we had to be alone just to come to that conclusion?" She raised an eyebrow at Robb.
"Yes, because in the noise of all their conversations we wouldn't be able to." He turned his head towards her, smiling.
"They'll get mad at you for it someday." She giggled slightly, but he winced at those words, moving even closer to her.
"And you? Will you get mad at me?" He asked, smiling gently. Amy didn't move an inch as he stood practically right next to her, furtively looking at her lips. The more he looked at it, the more he wanted to kiss her. Give into his emotions, show her that she is special to him.
"As soon as you give me a reason, I'll gladly do it." She answered, also smiling. He lifted a hand to her hair, which he slowly began to untangle from the braid. He finally got a chance to touch those silver, soft strands. He untangled them completely, running his hand through them several times while Amy just stared at him with her mouth slightly parted.
Before she looked back, Robb was already with his body right next to hers and taking her face in his hands, he kissed her straight on the lips. At first, the surprised girl just let herself be kissed, but after a while she began to kiss back, enjoying every single one of them. But in the back of her mind was that Robb had already promised another, and when that thought penetrated even further, she pulled away from him, ending the caress.
"I'm sorry, it's late, and I haven't been sleeping very well lately..." She said quickly, stuttering as she did so and left the tent in a hurry, leaving him alone with his thoughts. If only it hadn't been for that damn promise, she'd have stayed there, still kissing him...
Instead, he just watched as Amy hurried out of the tent, bracing his hands on the table, only realizing that he had done the exact opposite of what he was supposed to do. And he seemed to scare her away for now, or at least confused her...
But... He liked those kisses and so did she, since after a while she was giving each one back. He even regretted that it ended so quickly, remembering perfectly the touch of her soft lips a few moments ago. And he hoped that one day he would have the opportunity to take her in his arms and kiss her beautiful lips again.

what's your favourite doctor who episode from each season
Let me see-- I've only seen up to Season 10 (And only a couple of that one) so I'll do my best.
The End of the World OR The Empty Child/Doctor Dances. I know it's not the ones with the Slitheen, but I also love Rose, Father's Day, and the finale. This season has some great ones, and unfortunately the Slitheen. I'll say... Empty Child/Doctor Dances.
Christmas Invasion, Girl in the Fireplace, Rise of the Cybermen/Age of Steel... This one's got some bangers, but unfortunately, also Love and Monsters is there. Oh, and my most terrifying monster... that'll be later. My favorite killed me the first time I saw it. It's one of two episodes that made me cry. Army of Ghosts/Doomsday.
Blink is the obvious choice, but let's think longer about it. I actually love Runaway Bride, 42, and Lazarus Experiment-- as well as the fantastic Human Nature/Family of Blood. I actually like Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks, but I think I have to go with the obvious. Blink.
I know which one it's not! Planet of the Ood gave me NIGHTMARES! I hate the Ood. They're the one creature that actually scare me. The Ood are at their scariest in that episode, and I cannot take it. Okay, focusing-- Voyage of the D-mned, Partners in Crime, Doctor's Daughter, Unicorn and the Wasp, Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead, Midnight, that finale-- I don't think this season really had any weak episodes. My favorite, though, might be unexpected-- Turn Left.
(Bonus to discuss the five specials-- It's not Planet of the Dead, but I think the other four are all equally fantastic. However, this includes the first episode I ever saw: The Next Doctor.)
Eleventh Hour, Beast Below, Vincent and the Doctor... Yeah, I know the obvious option, but I think my answer will seem strange, but it's got so many good ideas AND Rory is there. Amy's Choice.
Hm, let's see. The Doctor's Wife, Good Man Goes to War, Let's Kill Hitler, Night Terrors, God Complex... I have to go with the second of the two episodes that made me actually cry. This one has the honor of doing it TWICE. The Girl Who Waited.
I've said it before, but I'll note ones I like-- Asylum of the Daleks (which I have a poster for!), Rings of Akhaten is okay but not worth all the hype imo, and Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS. I'm not a big fan of Clara, so a lot of this season falls flat to me... And then there's a perfect episode among it all. Nightmare in Silver.
(Bonus for the trio of Name, Day, and Time of the Doctor. Obviously, my favorite is Day of the Doctor-- I have a poster for it.)
Bad news, this is where my memory gets super foggy. The only one I even remember is Mummy on the Orient Express.
I still don't remember much here, but I did reference a bit from this season for my TL!Ford au-- Specifically, The Magician's Apprentice/The Witch's Familiar! My answer, though (since I like Osgood.) is Zygon Invasion/Zygon Inversion.
I only actually saw like... The first three episodes of this season. Pilot, Smile, and Thin Ice. However, I recall I loved Pilot.
I can't tell you my thoughts on the rest of the seasons, sadly. I've not had a chance to watch the rest, and the last time I saw any Doctor Who until just recently was like... four/five years ago? I remember watching it when I was doing a french project with my friend. We had to wait for our food to cook, so we just settled in to watch a couple of episodes instead. (Those episodes were Smile and Thin Ice.) I was in full cosplay as Doctor Horrible at the time, too. This probably makes my life sound even weirder.

We heard the guy yesterday saying it over and over our son doesn't notice it he had a bunch of cabbage and it's not really the problem but he's a huge idiot so coming down on him today and we got disgusted and we are now going to get rid of the idiot
-on top of his crimes on us to try and find us he became a huge a****** and liability to about 70% of the world today and they start noticing it was him again and he wants to go up and watch his skulls and clear territory. The last time you did it only about 20 spells that landed and they were near his cities and his people are decimated and the cities were useless and we had to flatten them any contaminated a whole bunch of area which we decontaminated in about 3 days so he's a loser and he thought he made the city uninhabitable and he did and we didn't care about it. So are we going to do now is we're going to make sure that he doesn't get away with that kind of crap again and we are going to hit his ships as they exit Saturn's rings and blow him and the skulls to smithereens he is a rude disgusting homo and he just went and collected them and didn't even ask them questions it is a fool and he said he had data and he lied and he is a big liar and he does not do anything that's effective but the whole point is we are going to take action today and a lot of it
-and we also are planning to do other things to him or for him messing around with our son today and yesterday and his Non-Stop Indian attitude towards him we're going to polish him off as we say you have no right to do that to him and you'll pay with your life and you do and you're getting your brains blown out Trump as well as your clan and your family and you can keep talking but we're going to do it to you tonight and it happens to the b**** every week and she shows up at the mall retarded and she can't figure it out 1.8 said you're bothering me to get hit. She saying oh no it's a dream there should be a nightmare cuz you don't have it and she said oh she finally idiot Trump ratting on her he found him doing it and is killing him herself so is Alicia and Tricia and Sarah and there's more women doing it and you can believe and they hate them they ruin the data at the post office and they're going after them for it and it's going to spread to the hospitals.
-there's a large number of people that are volunteering during the holidays to work at hospitals and we have a lot of candy stripers who went in and we're pulling out data and it's starting a little war there and people are sending cards from the post office to the hospital and they're getting intercepted and some are going to the hospital and are not distributed and then going after them there but it is really asking people to do is it during the holidays you're a relative is in the hospital is alone the place is Stark and it's cold and the walls are very hard and it's a lonely place to be and they put you with people with strangers or your enemies as an excuse to bring your health down and they need to visitations and they need people to see how they're doing is perfectly legal for you to go into the hospital to visit people who are there and to talk to them even in the mental hospital and you will collect bugs from the hospital but that is where the majority of the gold and the silver is.
It's a wise thing to say so we're going to publish
Thor Freya
Olympus
And yeah like 60% to 70% of the hospitals are run by trumpsters and they're just after the Gold and the silver and money Thor Freya
I'm proud of my husband I do have things to add if you go to the hospital say hello to your relative and they're doing badly trying to check them out and see what the attitude is I did it with my husband when I was his girlfriend and they wouldn't let him out and I'll tell you what I was very upset and they made me very angry treats me around and would not let me near the hospital they were chasing me around and I started to fire them and I fart a lot of them and it was not enough firing millions was not enough

I've enabled anon asks on my alt, thanks for telling me! I genuinely thought I had them enabled,, Anyways, I really like the Stellaron Hunter trio! Maybe we'll also get more info about Sam, they seem a very tight-knit group to me I love any Stellaron Hunter found family hcs, they're so wholesome,, though I think we should also get to see them in action committing crimes in the main story because, they're wanted by the IPC for a reason! Likely too early in the game development to see something like that on screen, tbf Specifically, I'm pretty sure you can tell my favorite is Blade haha I don't really know how to explain why, I suppose I just like(d) his design and ult from CBT2 and after I got him in the final game and read his character stories I grew very attached to him (my cat Blade doodles definitely sum up that I like to see him as a wet kitten lol) As for Silver Wolf, I have her Honkai Impact 3rd counterpart maxed out, so I thought why not doing that in HSR too? I just vibe really hard with her, I'd love to be her gaming buddy (my RAM is going to say goodbye), she's kind of a comfort character to me My thoughts on Kafka fluctuate a bit, tbh I liked her from CBT2, but before her companion quest I liked her less, meanwhile her companion quest kind of reignited her appeal to me? I guess it was because in 1.0 and 1.1 we didn't get to see much of her personality and it looked like she was just *the* character people simped for, but Star Rail is doing a good job into building depth into its characters, and it was good to see Kafka's more playful and caring side towards the Trailblazer. Overall she's an intriguing character, but it's not going to stop me from challenging her in MoC or Simulated Universe

Chapter 17 - The New Year
As in almost every other morning, Anatoliy woke up with many regrets, which he bottled up. Once his feet felt less sore, he formed the habit of going to the bathroom just to wash his face in the morning, hoping it would dissipate his sickly sleepiness. As the previous days, he frowned at the figure in the mirror. He had bags under his eyes, shadowed by deep, dark circles, and red rashes contrasted his discolored skin. His lips were cracked and had a white-purplish tone, and his fingernails were darkened. His messy and unevenly cut hair framed his scarred cheeks. His otherwise silver blue eyes looked empty and terrifying, as if made of glass and lead. He let the water drip down his chin, and he looked at himself in the mirror, sneering in disgust:
"You're a worthless piece of scum!"
He went back to his bed, but he met Radek again.
"Why are you talking like that about yourself?"
"Why are you listening?"
"I happened to be in front of the bathroom door... You shouldn't say such things about yourself. Nobody is worthless. If you need to get something off your chest, I'll listen."
"I don't want to talk about anything!" he said even before Radek finished his sentences, but he paused for a few moments. "...How can I not hate myself? Look at what I've become! I used to care about justice and righteousness, and I used to have faith. I used to be very preoccupied with living a moral life. Actually, I was the most scrupulous person I knew, and I would tell people my thoughts in disturbing details, lest I be "dishonest", and many other ridiculous things, just to avoid minor wrongdoings. In a way, it felt safe to have rules about the smallest of things, because then I didn't feel confused or guilty over what would normally be considered a gray area... I jumped straight into the darkest black. Somehow, I managed to justify my petty revenge as some act of maintaining true justice. It wasn't long until I realized I was now the very type of person I hated with all of my being. I used to read a lot of true crime, and old newspapers; I was eerily drawn to these morbid stories. They made me feel better about myself, compared to such vile men. So often have I said I would never do such a thing!... I turned into a monster!"
Radek tried to interrupt him, but unsuccessfully.
"Just look at me! I don't even seem human anymore. It's like the ugliness of my soul is seeping into the outside. Maybe it would've been better if I was never born; that would've saved everybody a lot of grief. I made even my own family suffer so much, I wouldn't be surprised to hear they're glad I'm finally gone."
"Please don't say that!"
"You prompted me to speak, otherwise I would've kept it to myself! You can't control what I think: I can't either..."
"I'm sorry, I wanted to help. Please remember that the people in your family love you very much. They don't see you how you see yourself, to them you're their dear husband or father or brother or nephew."
"Stop making me sound like a good person."
"Alright, I agree. You are a bad person."
Anatoliy was slightly taken aback by his confident response.
"...But we all are. See, nobody is an inherently 'good person' - we're all sinners, our human nature is corrupt. That's why we all need a Saviour."
"...But I feel like I reached the point of no return..."
"Nobody is beyond forgiveness."
Anatoliy deeply doubted that. The discussion ended fruitlessly, but Radek at least managed to convince him to come to the chapel on Christmas morning.
Such a privilege was not extended to the women who had been imprisoned for more than a month. Although Grigoriy had ordered the guards to ease the restrictions, they still kept them inside the same room at all cost. While Svetlana was somewhat able to keep her calm, Ingrid was growing resentful. Being locked in constantly reminded her of the horrible treatment from her own mother. She fervently debated, both in her thoughts, and in conversation with her sister-in-law, the topic of forgiveness and how she felt justified in hating her mother.
"You know that hate can only lead to evil."
"I won't harm her, therefore any negative feelings I harbour cannot affect her even if I wanted to."
"Don't they affect you, though?"
"Yes, but they're merely a natural reaction to the suffering I've been put through."
"It's been many years since you got away from her..."
"It's easy for you to say: you never had to be haunted by memories!"
Svetlana wanted to contradict her, but she refrained as she understood what she really meant.
"I didn't want to offend you, I just wished to help you understand..."
It was finally Christmas. Anatoliy reluctantly followed Radek to the chapel, feeling guilty for not taking part in the others' cheer. He tried paying attention to the service, but many doubts, as well as the impression that he was out of place, overcame his mind. There was a stark contrast between the message being preached, full of hope and joy, and the turmoil inside of his soul. Try as he might, he was unable to concentrate, though he kept the appearance of doing so. He joined the others in song, but he felt as if he was about to suffocate, so he still tried to whisper the lyrics, so as not to draw attention to himself. He felt the urge to cry, but he stopped, for the same reasons. Before he knew it, the service was over, and he realized he hadn't remembered one word of what had been said or sung. Seeing that he couldn't respect even the Christmas service, he became convinced he was already too far gone to ever be forgiven.
Unable to attend church, Ingrid and Sveta read the Scriptures, prayed and sung carols with the children, to recreate the atmosphere at least somewhat. Back home, Grigoriy did attend the service, but he felt lonely, as he realized he used to be surrounded by family members during these Holidays.
Žydras and Gintarė camped in one of the many tunnels, and remained in place until after the new year. From the scraps they found, they managed to craft little presents for eachother, as well as cook new foods, however unusual. For a taste of familiarity, Gintarė also made fir cone syrup. As they were drinking, they reminisced about the more pleasant aspects of their childhoods. Žydras recalled many good times he had had with his father and his half-sister, and he began to wonder why he refused to see him again, especially considering his efforts to reconnect. Žydras, however, refused to forgive him for having left his mother, and then he spiralled into doubt, imagining that all of his father's attempts at being friendly were nothing more than manipulation. Despite his thoughts, he told Gintarė he should reconcile with him as soon as he got home. She, while opposing the idea at first, thought she might go search her own father, if only to learn what he had been thinking. She took another sip of her drink, trying to avoid dwelling on that subject.
"Since the New Year is in a week, have you already thought of your wishes?"
"I don't think so; is this a tradition from the countryside?"
"Shouldn't have expected a city boy to know."
"Then teach me."
"You divide the number of the new year by your age, then you write that many wishes in a letter. At your age, you will have roughly a wish for each day. Then, you catch a bird and you tie the folded letter to its leg, and let it fly away."
"I might try it, but it's going to be difficult to think of hundreds of wishes, though."
"They don't need to be special. You can just write: 'new shoes, a vacation to the mountainside, a bottle of wine', you name it. According to this tradition, though, any wish you don't write down now will not come true."
"I'm not superstitious."
In the meantime, Ingrid still tried to debate Sveta, holding onto her opnion that, even compared to what Anatoliy had done, her mother's behaviour was unforgiveable.
"You only say this because it affected you personally. Bear in mind, however, that, by your logic, Kęstas, and Radek even, would be justified in never forgiving Anatoliy, or even you, for insisting on defending him."
"I'm not 'defending' his actions. I'm only trying to say that the two situations are not even remotely similar. Forgiving something that directly affects you is always harder, and you can only be indirectly affected by a loved one's death. You can't forgive somebody for killing you... unless you came back to life somehow."
"Well that is exactly what our Saviour did. It was His birth day that we just celebrated, wasn't it? And didn't He teach us to pray like so: "...forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors."¹? I understand that you would find it hard to reconcile with your mother, considering she never even wanted to apologize, but at least forgive her in your heart. Remember that we have a loving and forgiving God."
Ingrid wished to find a counterargument, but she couldn't. She deeply pondered upon Svetlana's words, and, even as she resumed her daily activities, she could not help but come back to the same thoughts, doubts and feelings.
A week had passed, and, still early in the night, people began the New Year's celebrations. Gintarė and Žydras wrote their wish lists and they managed to catch two birds, which they were to release at midnight. Svetlana and Ingrid were playing games with the children. Elena and Kęstas were having a party, and they managed to enjoy themselves despite his mother's frequent nagging. Even Radek got a hold of a small bottle of wine for the occasion.
"I never drink." Anatoliy told him dryly.
"It's not wrong to drink wine in moderation. It's a special occasion."
"My mind is already in quite the dark place, I don't want to muddle it further."
Radek didn't insist, and he saved the bottle for the midnight. Seeing that his brother-in-law was very troubled, he tried to encourage him.
"This was the worst year of my life..."
"Maybe next year will be better."
"You know that's not true. Nothing will be the same again. I've already ruined my chances at improving anything... Only a miracle could solve the mess I dragged everybody in, but I won't get one, because I don't deserve it. "
"None of us deserve them, otherwise they wouldn't be called as such."
After a long pause, Anatoliy muttered words with great difficulty, feeling as if his chest was crumbling in on itself.
"...I fear that, if I close my eyes, I will die. And if I do, I will wake up in hell, like in those nightmares of mine. I know that my deeds are unforgiveable, but there's nothing I can do to fix them..."
"How are you so sure that you're beyond forgiveness?"
"Is there anything worse than murder itself?!"
"I say it's not helpful to compare one crime to another. The only important thing to remember is that our God is The God of Forgiveness."
"...and of Justice!"
Radek took him aside and began reading from The Scriptures, so as to remind him truths he had known, but had ignored or forgotten due to the burden he felt.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."²
The young man sat silently, not daring to say another word, though he wished to, and he listened on. Radek noticed his confused look and went back several chapters.
"Do you doubt that 'whoever' includes you?"
Anatoliy bowed his head in shame.
"Remember that, when The Saviour was hanging on the cross, there were also two criminals. We don't know what the two did exactly, but it warranted the death penalty. The important thing, however, is that one of them believed. Do you know what The Saviour told him? 'Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.'³"
After pondering about what they had read and after praying, the two went to other patients to celebrate with them. Anatoliy knew he had to make a monumental decision, but, for the moment, he only paid attention to the others, as they waited for the year to turn.
Alone in the dark, endless hall in the palace, Grigoriy looked longingly out the window. Feeling hopeless, he began praying.
"Lord, I know I didn't live right, I lied and manipulated, I treated my family poorly throughout my life. I barely even went to church twice this year. Forgive me for all of this. I don't know how to pray, and I know I don't deserve any wish of mine to come true. However, there's only one thing I will ever ask of You. Please let me see my son just one more time, if he has to come here or I have to go overseas. Even if I can only meet him once, on my deathbed, I will still be forever grateful!..."
The clocks struck midnight.

things i remember about ninjago:
there are these 4 guys who are red blue black and. white (?) and theres a uhhhh ninjitsu monastery? and the old guy is definitely from the monastery but the guys arent or something. like two of them break into it and then. fight the others?? maybe?? oh theres something about like a marketplace and a caravan and they like get one of the guys from there. wait wait that was an episode where they traveled back in time or something right?? and there was like heavy machinery and a temple and something got torn down. anyways the four guys meet master wu and he trains them to be ninjas and use spinjitzu and they go to the woods (and at some point theres a mountain and a lava place and they have to jump on the pieces of floating stone over the lava lake). theres a big floating pirate ship that they drive around everywhere. at one point they're in a town and the blue one is doing something. at one point uhhh the girl shows up. only woman in the whole show. also the white ninja is either a robot or gets turned into a robot
anyways lord garmadon is the evil guy from the shadow realm and also he has a kid. the kid is younger than the other ninjas and he trains with them and hes a brat and at some point they do training exercises on the ship and he like hides under a bed or something. maybe breaks a lamp. theres a big legend about the Green Ninja and He is the green ninja but thats a surprise for later. ALSO THE GOLDEN WEAPONS there are golden weapons and they have to be very special to use them
theres a big thing with four or maybe five dragons in the city and its a big season finale thing, possibly where they kill garmadon? but also before or after that i know that theres the whole "the green knight is this kid and this kid is garmadons son !!!!!" thing. they also know lloyds mom and she owns a museum. theres like something with garmadon where for a bit he isnt evil and hes just some silver fox salt and pepper guy who probably tries to raise lloyd right and fails
alsooo one of the episodes i remember most clearly is the one where they meet coles family and he has to like teach them how to be in a band so he can impress his parents bc theyre city slickers and they dont respect the ancient art of spinjitzu
after the thing with the dragons, at the beginning of the next season, one of the ninjas is like injured and he crawls out of a garbage truck and joins this awful phony martial arts place run by a weird elvis impersonator-like man. also around that same time, maybe before the dragons ?? theyre all like superheros and they train to protect the city or something. at one point before the dragons and the city they're in this junkyard and Oh yeah they all have their own like motorcycles. at one point there are these groups of snake/scorpion/reptilian anthros who are all running underground crime syndicates and theres like sewer system war tactics and a lot of drama
at one point they go to the dark world where garmadon is and theres this biiiiig face of between master wu and garmadon AND AS I WAS TYPING THAT I REMEMBERED they used to be best friends?? it was a whole thing?? and master wu says something about Before time even existed... we were besties... we existed in harmony or something idk. but yeah that was a thing. and im pretty sure garmadon killed master wu then and there. the more of this i recall the more it sounds like star wars by the way did anyone else pick up on that. also the red ninja's name is jay

could I request a story where Loki and the reader are both magic time variants captured by the TVA, and they become closer and plot to escape together, but even though the reader wants to help him they're afraid of getting too close or opening up about their past because in the past they had been really hurt by the alternate Loki in their timeline? I'm sorry that's very long, you don't have to write it if you don't want to I just love your work so much and Reality Check is so perfect :')
Tumblr media
I'm sorry this took forever! Honestly, I should've just made this a whole miniseries to really flesh it out, but with MOM I wasn't sure if I wanted to dedicate all my time for that. Hope this is alright! <3
You watched the man before you smirk once he recognized who you were. "Y/N L/N, I never expected you to wind up here," He commented, scanning you. You scoffed, turning your head away to look at Mobius.
"You expect me to work with him?" You asked, pointing lazily. Mobius nodded.
"You two are the best of the best. He never seems to die and you have the ability to control him. Not many can say they can do that," He responded.
"I don't want to work with him," You replied, sharply.
"And why is that? I want a better explanation than he hurt your feelings a while ago," Mobius said. You rolled your eyes, knowing Loki must have grinned at his statement.
"No hard feelings, promise! I'm not the same Loki you knew after all," Loki said.
"No, but the sacred timeline forces it to be exactly the same. I know you haven't done it yet, but you will. Eventually. If you ever decide to stop being a little shit and go back to your timeline." You walked closer to Loki, trying to seem intimidating.
"Ouch," Loki winced, stepping forward, "I see Midgard taught you some vulgar language."
"Seemed only appropriate for a man who killed 80 people in a matter of two days," You suddenly realized how close you were to him, eyes widening as you backed off. Loki rose an eyebrow at this.
Mobius chuckled. "This is going to be interesting."
~
"I need you two to go to a small town in Oklahoma from a few hundred years ago to inspect something," Mobius said, pulling up a file on the desk in front of you. You sat next to Loki (Though it was not willingly) and waited impatiently to hear more about the mission.
"Oklahoma?" Loki questioned.
"It's on Midgard. It's a lot of farmland. Prone to tornadoes." You briefly stated.
"Seems like you know the place quite well."
"I lived there for a while. Until the TVA decided that I messed up something in their precious timeline. I mean, really. Do you guys think another war would happen when most people don't even know this place exists?!"
Mobius chuckled. "See, that's why I like you. You're realistic. But, unfortunately, rules are rules, and the timekeepers aren't ones for breaking tradition."
You shook your head in response, leaning back in the chair. Loki leaned forward towards the desk to get a better look at the file. It had several reports scattered across it, all describing the deaths of several minutemen from the T.V.A. "What happened?" He asked.
"Someone supposedly time traveled to the 1800s and broke the timeline. When our minutemen arrived at the scene, they set fire to the surrounding grasses and burned them all to crisps. We suspect the variant is another timeline's you, Loki." Mobius explained, showing several photos of the scene.
Your eyes widened. "Another timeline of him is running rampant and you imbeciles can't catch them?" You asked.
Mobius shook his head. "Loki is hard to catch. This one," He pointed to the man before him, "Not so much. The other one? Different story."
"And you expect us to just find Loki and bring them back?" You asked, leaning your head against your hand.
"It's either that or being reset by the woman who wants your heads on a silver platter."
Both you and Loki looked at each other for a brief moment, nodding slightly. Looking back at Mobius, you spoke at the same time.
"We'll do it."
~
You arrived in Oklahoma with Loki, taking a look at the burned farmland around you. Several bodies laid around the area, their weapons scattered. "God, these men didn't stand a chance," You said, crouching down to take a closer look.
"And neither do we if we can't find a trace of myself," Loki replied. He used his magic to trace where the fire started. "Over there," He pointed.
You looked over, seeing nothing special. "Looks just like everywhere else," You said.
"No, it's an illusion. I must have cast an illusion to make sure only those with magic would be able to find it. Or, well, another me did it. Why would he have done that though?" Loki asked, contemplating it for a moment. You walked up to him, showing him the collar and remote you had stolen from the agency only moments before arriving in Oklahoma.
"If anything goes wrong when we see them, I've got backup."
Loki grinned. "You're always so dependable. That's why I love you." You knew it was a weak attempt to make you soft. You shook your head, walking away from him.
"Not the same Y/N you know."
"The Sacred Timeline makes you the same."
"The same to an extent, but for me you're in the past. A lot changes in the upcoming years." You mentioned.
"Oh come now, old feelings can't die that easily, can they?"
"No, but you sure can."
~
You made your way to the Loki pointed to. The spot seemed to be as burnt up as the rest until Loki unveiled the illusion. It didn't take much of his magic to lift it, probably because the universe recognized it as the same signature. When it was revealed, the area hadn't been burned by the fire at all. The grasses were tall, reaching up to your shoulders at times. One spot was completely flattened though, with a singular note on the ground.
You picked it up, unfolding the paper carefully. Loki stood directly behind you, looking over your shoulder. "What does it say?" He asked.
"Meet me where we once called home," You read it out loud. The note crumpled as you tightened your hold on it.
"What does that mean? Once called home?"
"It means this Loki is in fact my Loki."
"Please tell me I don't have any hard feelings that you clearly harbor for me."
"That depends on whether or not you forgive me for the incident."
Loki quirked an eyebrow at this. You shook your head. "Not here. Let's find a place to stay. I know where home is. We're not far from it."
"Then shouldn't we go there first?" He asked, placing a hand on your shoulder to ensure you didn't walk away. You shook your head.
"No, I can't go there yet. There's a lot to explain before you see Loki."
~
You found an inn close by and decided to rest there. Because it was the 1800s you had to be careful about what you did. In a different century they wouldn't have minded you being in a TVA shirt and jeans. Now, they would.
Luckily for you, Loki was able to cast an illusion so that only you two knew what you were wearing. He even had to cast an illusion on himself to blend in more. He used fake currency to buy the room, which was about as small and cramped as you expected.
With only candles to light the room, it would've been considered quaint and cozy by most. A single bed with comforters, a drawer and chest, and a small desk. It was all you needed for your journey after all.
You sat down at the desk as Loki sat on the bed, feeling the comforter. "Softer than I expected," He commented.
"You lived through the 19th century, you should know it wasn't as bad as history books make it out to be."
He nodded in response, relaxing slightly. "Well? You said you would explain it to me. I should know what's going on before we go face off against myself."
You sighed, fiddling with a pen you had found in your shirt pocket. "Time travel isn't as uncommon as people may think. You and I both know that."
"Of course. You've time traveled a few times yourself."
"Exactly. Well, in my timeline, after the events in New York in 2012, you went to prison in Asgard and were eventually freed during the Dark Elves attack."
"I know what happens there," He said, sharply. You knew he must've known what happened to his mother.
You looked down at your hand, placing the pen down on the desk. "Well, you know what happens in the Sacred Timeline. Remember, you're a variant in this timeline too. In this timeline, you ended up going back to the 1800s, to this time."
"Why would I do that?" He tilted his head.
"To see me."
"What were you doing in this time?"
"I was running. I got into some nasty trouble with not only the Avengers but the federal government as well. It was just easier to go back to a time where I wouldn't have to worry about it. Plus, I didn't know what I was doing, so I wanted to hang out in a place where I knew I would never run into myself. I didn't account for you finding out." You sighed, fiddling with your fingers.
"And what happens after that? We were just fine before I... Well," He hesitated, "Tried to take over Asgard and then Midgard," He said, sheepishly.
A soft smile graced your lips as you thought about what had happened next. "We shared a life together. We were married, secretly of course, but we were happy. We moved into an old farmhouse around here and decided we would start a family here. It was in the middle of nowhere. No one was going to find us after all. We could be happy here."
"What changed?" He asked, leaning in. He couldn't understand where it would've gone wrong.
"The T.V.A," A scowl corrupted your smile as you looked up at him for the first time in minutes. "We were variants. What happened between us should never have happened."
Loki shook his head. "I can't believe that's what divided us. What did they do?"
"You gave me a chance to escape. You kept them off me and I ran off. See, I ran off and you went into the T.V.A to be charged for your crimes. They were going to prune you. Unless you told them where I was," You scoffed.
"Did I?"
"You did. Because no matter what you would always do everything in your power to save your own skin. Even if it meant ratting me out when I was protecting the child we had just taken in." Your tone quickly turned to ice at the thought.
Loki stayed quiet at the revelation. He didn't know what to say. "What happened next?" He asked quietly.
You shrugged. "I went in, you got out. You were reset. I don't know how you became a variant again. I guess they couldn't wipe your memory if you were able to remember our home."
"I don't understand. I don't understand how I could do that," He said as he stood up from the bed, pacing the room.
"The version of you in this timeline is different. He changed after escaping. I just hadn't realized it until it was too late."
Loki stopped in his tracks suddenly, staring you dead in the eyes. "Is that why you're with the T.V.A? To get revenge?"
You nodded. "The T.V.A, while I despise them, are my one way of getting to him. I want to make sure the agency brings him in once and for all. I'll prune him myself if I have to. And then I'm out of there. I have a plan to escape."
"And what will you do after that?"
You looked out at the window, "Find my little girl, I suppose. Make sure she's okay."
"Then perhaps you would like a partner to join you," He grinned.
"No."
~
Making your way to the farmhouse, Loki decided to stay back a little. The plan was for you to make sure Loki was in a vulnerable state, giving you just enough time to alert the T.V.A. Then, your partner Loki could capture the criminal Loki using the collar and remote you brought. It wasn't much of a plan, but it was enough for you to feel comfortable facing off against him.
Loki stayed outside, watching from a patch of wildflowers that sat outside the house. They were your favorites.
The house was cold and creaking from weight and pressure it hadn't felt in years. It looked abandoned. No one must have moved in after you did. The sight sent shivers down your spine. All seemed quiet except for a single door opening across from you. There stood the man that ruined your life - Your version of him.
"Hello, darling," He greeted you, a small sheepish smile plastered on his face.
"Loki."
"I know these are probably not the circumstances you would've wanted for this-"
"Not the circumstances?" You interrupted harshly. "I never wanted this situation to ever happen. You're lucky I haven't tried to shoot you in the face with a magnum."
Loki raised his hands up in mock surrender. "What I had done was uncalled for."
"Uncalled for?! You exposed me which put our family in harm's way! I have no idea where Rose is! None!"
His expression softened at the mention of Rose. You knew it struck a chord in his heart. It had to. Rose was adopted just like he was. All he wanted was to be a better father to her than his own was. If he were a better person you may have cared about hitting a sensitive spot like this.
"That's unfair. I had no idea she would possibly be reset by them," He said.
"Oh come on! What else did you think would have happened?! They were after us and so they were after her too." You moved your finger slightly to the communicator in your jacket pocket, signaling for the T.V.A to arrive and for Loki to step in.
"I never meant for her to get hurt," He said, his voice shaking slightly.
"No, but you meant for me to get hurt."
"I never wanted either of you to get hurt. It's just that-"
"Just what?" You grit your teeth.
"I was scared. You know how I am. I'm a coward!"
"That's no excuse for what you've done," You glanced up, seeing your partner sneak up behind the man. He wrapped the collar around him and quickly backed away, holding the remote up.
"What are you doing?!" Variant Loki exclaimed.
"Getting justice. Revenge. Everything I've wanted for years from you," You glared at him. The other Loki smirked, proud of you for what you had done.
The minutemen from the T.V.A quickly stepped in, arresting Variant Loki as soon as possible. Mobius followed them, looking the man up and down. "So you're the one who's caused all this trouble. And all because of a girl you crumbled. Gotta admit, it's not a good look for you," He said. You nearly laughed. "Take him away."
The minutemen began to drag Variant Loki through the portals, though he didn't go through without one last word to you, "Y/N! I will get out of this!"
You scoffed. "Sure you will."

Mobius decided to allow you and Loki to stay behind, giving you a moment to examine the home around you. He trusted you two enough to have a few minutes of peace alone. "So what's the plan, love?" Loki asked.
"Mobius has given us this much. If we gain his trust for a little while longer then we'll be able to have far more time and perhaps even a way to travel through the multiverse on our own. I hate to say it, but I'll stick with the T.V.A a little while longer. The endgame is long-term here."
Loki nodded thoughtfully. "It's smart. But I'm smarter," He held his hand up, revealing one of the portal remotes in his hand. Your eyes widened.
"How did you get that?!"
"I stole it from one of the men as they went through. I'm sure they won't miss this, but if they find out we have this when we go back it won't be pretty," He said, walking up to you, grinning.
You stifled a laugh as you looked down at the remote in his hands. You shook your head looking back up at him. "You're insane."
"Perhaps I am," His grin widened, "But I know you want this as much as I do. So, what do you say?"
He held his empty hand out to you, waiting for your response. Instead of giving it a moment's hesitation, you held out your own, taking his.
And with that, you never looked back.
