DEMON SLAYER + S/O WITH A HIGH SEX DRIVE ಇ
tags / notes — [ 18+ ], my first demon slayer post eeeek you guys i think i'm in my demon slayer girlie phase !! :'>
word count — 300 words each. only two characters cus i'm still working on my characterization sob :')
RENGOKU wasn't experienced at all before he met you, so making love to you was like being submerged into a completely unfamiliar, ethereal world—every second of his first time with you was so beautiful, so comfortable. the first time you two made love, he cried a little afterward. he was worried you'd be turned off, but you simply cradled him in your arms and cried with him. you're the only person kyojuro has ever had sex with, and he honestly doesn't think he'll ever need anyone else if this is what it feels like to fall in love. anything you want, whenever you want it—his goal in life is to make you happy. the pleasure you give him is so fucking euphoric, kyojuro absolutely loves fucking you—sometimes, he even surprises himself with how much he wants it. he's still a little shy about coming onto you first, so he'd never say it aloud, but he suspects his own sex drive may be even higher than yours, though you're under the impression you've always wanted it more than him. every once in a while, he does get a little antsy—those are the days he makes the first move, returning home from a mission, all of his dirty fantasies about you over the past months spilling over once his eyes are on you, his cock aching the moment he pulls you in to kiss you. he wraps your legs around his waist and hoists you up to carry you to the bedroom—"it's been too long, my love. i need to fuck you now, i can't wait another moment. . . i've nearly gone crazy dreaming of your touch." overall, your high sex drive is completely matched by his—though it takes him a while to grow comfortable expressing it.
SHINAZUGAWA is no stranger to sex—he definitely enjoys it. however, it isn't until he falls in love with you that he comes to realize how intertwined emotion and pleasure actually are for him. every time you're together, he fucks you so deeply, so passionately, he thinks he might actually go insane from how good it feels, from how much of himself he's giving to you—the way you whine and beg for him every second he isn't touching you just lights his soul on fire. there's just something inside him that awakens when he's with you, as though his only purpose behind closed doors is to make you feel wanted, seen, adored."f-fuck, you want it again already, love?" he climbs back on top of you when he feels your delicate hand tugging on his shoulder, a needy little whine escaping your lips as you do. your eyes are glossy as you instinctively grind your wet pussy against his still rock-solid cock. he shudders at the sensation—"your clit isn't too sensitive for that? god, baby, i can't fuck you enough to make up for the time i was gone." he kisses you like he'll never see you again, because he doesn't know if, or rather, when, his duty to the corps will tear him away from you again—he only knows he wants to make this moment last a little longer. the little world of bliss he hides in with you is utterly perfect—he never wants to leave your side, never wants to stop touching you and satisfying your carnal desires. "gonna make you cum as many times as you want, baby—never gonna stop fucking you, not until you're satisfied, that's my job, yeah?" protecting you, loving you, and fucking you—that's all sanemi needs in this life, really.

Can you make a blurb for dad!max verstappen where reader always catching him and their newborn baby (boy or girl) cuddling and max playing with them and talking to them he spends all his time with them
a/n: hi sweetheart! thank you for your request, i hope i’ve done it just! 💗
dad!max verstappen x reader (requested)
Tumblr media
You had always known Max Verstappen would be a great father, but seeing him with your newborn made your heart swell with even more love and admiration than you ever thought possible. Since the moment you brought your baby girl, Sophia, home from the hospital, Max had been completely smitten. He spent every waking moment with her, and even when he should have been resting, you would often find him sneaking into her nursery to check on her.
One night, you stirred from your sleep, noticing Max’s absence from the bed. You smiled softly, already knowing where he was. Quietly, you slipped out of bed and made your way to the nursery. The soft glow of the nightlight illuminated the room, casting a gentle light over Max and Sophia. Max was seated in the rocking chair, cradling your tiny daughter against his chest. He was speaking to her in a low, soothing voice, his Dutch accent coming through in a melody that seemed to calm her.
“You know, Sophia,” he murmured, “one day, you’re going to be able to watch me race. I’ll teach you everything about cars and speed. But for now, I just want you to be happy and healthy.” He paused to press a gentle kiss to her forehead, a smile playing on his lips. “I promise I’ll always be here for you, no matter what.”
You leaned against the doorframe, your heart swelling at the tender scene before you. Max had always been passionate and driven, but this side of him was something you cherished deeply. The way he looked at Sophia, the way he held her as if she was the most precious thing in the world—it made you fall in love with him all over again.
Max looked up and noticed you standing there. A smile spread across his face as he beckoned you over. “She’s perfect, isn’t she?” he whispered, his eyes filled with adoration.
You nodded, sitting on the edge of the rocking chair and resting your head on his shoulder. “She really is,” you replied softly. “And you’re an amazing father, Max. She’s so lucky to have you.”
He chuckled quietly. “I’m the lucky one. I never thought I could love someone this much.” He looked down at Sophia, who was now fast asleep in his arms. “I can’t stop thinking about all the things we’ll do together. I want to be there for every moment, every milestone.”
You reached out and gently brushed a strand of hair away from Max’s forehead. “And you will be. We’ll do it all together.”
Days turned into weeks, and Max’s bond with Sophia only grew stronger. You often found him in the nursery, playing with her and talking to her as if she could understand every word. One afternoon, you walked into the living room to find Max lying on the floor, his head propped up on one hand as he watched Sophia kick her tiny legs in the air. He was making silly faces and noises, drawing giggles from your baby girl.
“Look who’s here, Sophia!” Max said, glancing up at you with a wide grin. “Mama’s here to join the fun.”
You laughed, sitting down beside them on the floor. “What are you two up to?”
“Just having some quality father-daughter time,” Max replied, his eyes twinkling with joy. He reached out and took your hand, pulling you closer. “She’s been telling me all about her dreams. Apparently, she dreams of milk and cuddles.”
You shook your head, laughing softly. “Sounds like she’s living the dream, then.”
Max scooted closer, wrapping his arm around you and pulling you into his embrace. “We’re all living the dream,” he murmured, pressing a kiss to your temple. “Having you and Sophia in my life… it’s more than I ever imagined.”
As the months went by, Max’s dedication to his family never wavered. He balanced his racing career with fatherhood seamlessly, making sure he was there for every feeding, every nap, and every bedtime story. You often caught him sneaking into the nursery in the middle of the night, just to check on Sophia and whisper sweet words to her.
One evening, after a long day of racing and media obligations, Max came home exhausted. But the moment he saw Sophia, his tiredness melted away. He scooped her up into his arms, holding her close as he swayed gently back and forth.
“Papa missed you so much today,” he whispered, his voice filled with emotion. “I thought about you all day, little one. You and Mama are always on my mind.”
You watched from the doorway, your heart overflowing with love. Max’s commitment to your family was unwavering, and you knew that no matter where his career took him, he would always put you and Sophia first.
As the years went by, Max continued to be the most devoted father and partner. He never missed a moment, always finding time to be there for Sophia and you. And every time you saw him with your daughter, your love for him grew even stronger. Max Verstappen was not only a champion on the track but also a champion in your hearts—a loving father and partner who cherished every moment with his family.

I am not sure but have we seen how Boothill and his s/o actually got engaged?
How did the guy propose. Oh I can see him ugly crying out of happiness when the s/o said yes >:)
PROPOSAL - boothill x reader
- boothill proposes to you.
- @xonavia knows how much i LOVE this man ....... OMG. i dream about this when i go to bed i have the PERFECT scenario in mind!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for this ily anon enjoy!
- this can either be pre cyborg or current boothill, pure fluff, little bit of angst if you squint (only in the beginning) wc 524
Tumblr media
Honestly, Boothills proposal was probably a ton of planning and milestones on his part.
He went through like all five phases of grief, but with super different emotions. First was insecurity, (what if he’s not good enough to be your husband?) then fear, (what if you say no??) then more insecurity, then excitement, then fear again. He thinks about it so much that a few days before he’s going to, he’s almost afraid to even look your way.
He takes you somewhere really nice the day of. It was a bit away from your home, and he left you confused the whole way there, but nonetheless, the spot he took you to was absolutely gorgeous.
“We’re here!” he said, holding his arm out to show you what scenery to take in. You were already mesmerized by where you were, and getting to spend it with your (soon to be) fiance. You shared a meal and sat and talked, sitting on the cliffside, watching the waves of the ocean bounce over the rocks beneath and the way the sun set over the horizon.
It was then where he went a little bit more silent, slightly shaking. You questioned him, but he brushed you off a couple times and went back to talking about something else, or pointing out something in the sky or the sea below.
He gets up at one point, telling you to close your eyes. You can hear him moving around, the sound of pockets rustling and him breathing filled your ears as the scent of saltwater filled your nose. You heard a joint crack before he tapped you on the shoulder and told you to stand up.
You did, and turned around. He was on one knee, his eyes already watering, mirroring yours. You cover your mouth with your hands before your eyes welled up with happy tears, nodding for him to go along with his speech.
“Y/n, ever since we first met, I knew ya’ were the one f’me,” he said, taking a deep breath in. “I was ecstatic when y’ told me y’ wanted to be with me. I felt like a piece o’me was completed. And I want that piece to be completed forever. So, would you gimme’ the honor of bein’ the luckiest man in the whole wide world, n’ marry me?”
You shook your head while crying, tears continuously flowing out of your eyes. You were overwhelmed with happiness, and you made sure you let him know that as you tackled him to the ground in a hug, still crying in his shoulder. At this point, he was crying too, relieved that you said yes and happy that you’ll spend the rest of your lives together.
You both stayed like that for a while, giving each other occasional kisses as you both sat up. He grabbed the ring once more, taking it out of the box and carefully sliding it on your ring finger, where it fit perfectly. You held your hand out, admiring the jewel, crying once more before giving the man a passionate kiss on the lips, wrapping your arms around his neck.

COMPLICIT SILENCE

Tumblr media
Standing at the door of Yoongi's studio, you considered your next action. Should you knock? Or was it better to just go in and surprise him? I mean, you hadn't seen him in a week due to your classes, so any of your actions would surprise Yoongi. But you wanted it to be perfect – it had to be perfect for your best friend.
As such, after taking a deep breath once, twice, three times, you decided to put on the studio code and take off your shoes before slowly entering that room.
Yoongi had his back to the door. With his attention focused on the screens in front of him, Yoongi didn't notice the strip of light you let in when you opened the door. With headphones on, hand on the mouse and eyes glued to his creation, Yoongi was completely lost in his world, not even imagining your presence in his studio.
You smiled when you realized that your arrival had not been announced and, with slow and calculated steps, you approached Yoongi.
The silence in the studio was your accomplice, muffling your steps, hiding your presence while you thought about the best way to show yourself to your best friend. But you just smiled and decided to opt for the most basic choise and, leaning your face close to Yoongi's face, you gave him a small kiss on the cheek that made him jump a little from his chair.
“You scared me!” Yoongi, after turning his chair to see you, took his hands to his headphones and quickly took them off. “What are you doing here?”
You couldn't contain the small laugh that escaped your lips when you saw Yoongi moving away from you after the kiss, his scared look bringing you a little fun.
“I just wanted to see you.”
“You could have told me you were coming,” Yoongi placed his headphones on his desk and looked at you a little irritated, nervous because you saw him behaving so cowardly.
“And ruin the surprise?” you smiled as you extended your right hand and showed him a bag of McDonald’s. “Happy birthday, Yoonie.”
There was a moment of pause in which Yoongi tried to assimilate what was happening and, as soon as he realized that your visit was a consequence of his birthday, Yoongi just smiled – suddenly, he started to love that special day.
For minutes on end, your company was the only light that shone in Yoongi's studio.
Sitting on your black sofa, you and Yoongi enjoyed a late dinner, talking warmly about the last few days, repeating the words that were exchanged through messages. But none of you cared about this repetition. Finally you were together. At the end of a long week of work and school, you were once again in the company of the most important person in your life – and that was all that mattered.
Time floated around the studio, lingering on your words, enjoying the conversation that you and Yoongi didn't want to end. In a short time the food had been eaten, the news had been reported and there was nothing left to do but enjoy the small silence that appeared between you.
Yoongi looked at you.
Sitting on the couch, his arm resting on the back of it, Yoongi looked at you with a small smile. There was a certain sparkle in his shy gaze, a bit of admiration flecking the sweet brown of Yoongi's eyes. His smile was genuine, almost automatic when he looked at you, and Yoongi didn't even realize he was smiling – for him, the expression of happiness was instantaneous when it came to you.
“It’s late,” you stretched your back and looked around for the coat you had put down, you didn’t remember where. “I better get going.”
“If you give me five minutes I can take you home.”
“Thank you, Yoonie,” you smiled as you looked back at him, one of your hands gently resting on your best friend’s leg. “But I don’t want to bother you.”
“Don’t be stupid,” Yoongi got up and sat back down in his chair, staring at the screens once again. “I just need to finish something. It doesn’t take long at all.”
You sighed between a smile and decided to sit in the chair next to Yoongi, curious about what he was doing. However, your eyes didn't rest on the screens.
There was a certain magnetism about Yoongi. You couldn't explain it, but there was something about him that attracted you. Maybe it was Yoongi's intriguing soul, painted by the stars with dust of dazzle and fascination. Maybe it was Yoongi's magical essence, sprinkled with the hope and adoration left by the constellations. Or maybe it was because he was your best friend. You didn’t know. You only knew that it was stronger than you and, as such, you were admiring Yoongi.
And Yoongi was beautiful.
Engulfed in his art, focused on what he loved most, Yoongi was simply beautiful with his face slightly illuminated by the bright light of the screens. His lips were slightly open, eyes focused on lines and numbers on the screen, his hand on the mouse moving frantically as he tried to figure out what was left to do.
And you couldn't look away from him. You couldn't stop looking at his face. It was as if he had cast a spell that trapped you within his charms. Yoongi was mesmerizing.
“Yoongi…”
“Hm?”
Yoongi didn't look at you, his response even seemed to have been released without any idea of words. And you smiled. He really loved his work.
“Yoongi.”
“Yea?”
“Can I kiss you?”
The movements of Yoongi's hand stopped abruptly as soon as your question settled in Yoongi's lap and your words reached his ears.
He didn't react.
Had he heard right? Was he too tired to already imagine words? Yes. That was the only explanation. Yoongi's tiredness was deluding him with hopes and dreams that he didn't want to confess. Yes. Yoongi was sure of that.
“Sorry. I don't know what came over me…”
You gave a small, wilted laugh when the abstention from a response tightened your chest. How foolish. What a ridiculous idea. Yoongi was your best friend. Only that. Don't try to ruin what is already beautiful. Stop dreaming about fantasy stories.
“Yes.”
Yoongi's confirmation echoed through the studio, hovering in the dim light of the room, spreading out in that cubicle and making itself big enough to be noticed by you.
Yes.
Yes.
Yoongi turned his chair and stared at you, hand still stuck on the mouse, not knowing what to do with it. Slightly illuminated by the screen, Yoongi's face was dyed with the faintest shade of pink, his eyes shining with more emotion.
You stared at Yoongi, lips slightly open as if trying to swallow that confirmation to make sure it was reality. This was really going to happen. Finally.
You got a little closer to Yoongi, a little nervous about what you wanted to do. Yoongi came closer too, eyes jumping from your gaze to your lips, the anxiety of feeling you moving every muscle of his.
There was a moment of hesitation on both sides. But you took a deep breath and, as if driven by days and weeks of desire, you touched Yoongi's lips.
There was no thought in Yoongi's mind other than kissing you back, his soft lips worshiping your lips, passion and nervousness settling between your mouths.
It was brief. Something small. Shy but still intense. But you didn't know if you should continue, if you could continue. So, you moved away from Yoongi, foreheads coming together in a pause of controlled euphoria. Smiles painted your faces, Yoongi's face becoming even pinker with the action you just did – but oh!, how accomplished he felt.
“Y/N…”
“Hm?”
“Can I kiss you again?”
Yoongi's smile ran over his words, making them sound more cheerful than intended. But he didn't care. At that moment, he didn't care if he showed his true colors. He only wanted you.
“Yes.”
Your smile was stopped by Yoongi's lips, who, now more thirsty for you and confident in himself, kissed you once again; Yoongi's hand resting on the mouse quickly moved to your face, holding you gently.
And Yoongi's studio was silent, retaining within itself all the truth of your hearts; preventing the outside world from interrupting the testimony of your love, Yoongi's studio seemed small at that moment, forcing you to join Yoongi in order to feel alive.

MODEL Y/N AND OSCAR PIASTRI ANNOUNCE BABY ARRIVAL IN HILARIOUS INSTAGRAM POST
The speculation is over! After weeks of swirling rumors and eager fan speculation, F1 sensation Oscar Piastri and supermodel Y/N have joyfully confirmed the arrival of their first child. The couple, known for their playful and private relationship, took to Instagram in true Oscar fashion with a post that left fans both laughing and overjoyed.
In a post that quickly went viral, Oscar Piastri shared a snapshot that epitomizes his unique sense of humor. The photo features Oscar reclining in an ice bath, looking every bit the doting father surrounded by a collection of bright yellow rubber ducks. The cheeky caption read, “Dad life 😎🐥”, a perfect blend of coolness and whimsy that fans have come to expect from the Australian racing star.
The image, posted late last night, immediately sparked a flurry of congratulatory messages from fans and fellow celebrities alike. Followers were quick to point out the cleverness of the reveal, with many applauding the couple’s decision to maintain their privacy while also sharing their joy in such a lighthearted manner.
Y/N, who has been relatively low-key on social media during the pregnancy, reposted the image on her own Instagram story, adding a heart emoji and the simple caption, “Our little duckling 🐥❤️”. The subtle, sweet addition was enough to melt hearts around the globe, cementing the couple’s place as one of the most adored pairs in the celebrity world.
The announcement comes after months of speculation, as eagle-eyed fans had been piecing together clues from Y/N’s and Oscar’s social media posts and public appearances. The couple, who are high school sweethearts and got married last year, have always been somewhat private about their personal lives, often dodging direct questions about their relationship in interviews. Their decision to keep the pregnancy under wraps until now has been met with a mix of curiosity and respect from the public.
The lighthearted and unconventional nature of their announcement has only endeared them further to their followers. “This is peak Oscar,” one fan commented. “Only he would announce becoming a dad with a bunch of rubber ducks. Love it!”
Fellow F1 drivers were also quick to react, with many taking to social media to congratulate their colleague. Lewis Hamilton posted a series of laughing emojis and the comment, “Mate, this is brilliant. Congrats!” Meanwhile, Sergio Pérez shared the post on his story, adding, “Welcome to the club, Oscar! So happy for you and Y/N.”
Y/N’s friends from the modeling world also chimed in with their well-wishes. Supermodel and close friend Gigi Hadid commented, “So happy for you both! Can’t wait to meet the little one 🐣❤️.” Other notable names like Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber also left congratulatory messages, highlighting the couple’s wide circle of supportive friends.
While details about the baby’s name and gender remain under wraps, sources close to the couple suggest that both mother and baby are healthy and doing well. It’s been reported that the couple is currently enjoying some much-needed family time away from the public eye, focusing on bonding with their new arrival.
Oscar Piastri’s journey to fatherhood marks another exciting chapter in his already impressive career. The 23-year-old has been making waves in the Formula 1 world, known for his fierce competitiveness and undeniable talent on the track. His personal life, however, has remained a refreshing blend of humor and humility, as evidenced by this recent announcement.
Y/N, who has graced the covers of countless fashion magazines and walked the runways for top designers, has also been balancing her career and personal life with grace and style. The couple’s shared values and mutual support have made them a power duo, both in their professional and personal lives.
As the news continues to spread, fans eagerly await more updates from the couple, hoping for a glimpse into their life as new parents. For now, the iconic ice bath photo with its playful rubber ducks will remain a delightful and heartwarming reminder of this special moment.
In a world often dominated by glitz and glamour, Oscar and Y/N’s announcement is a breath of fresh air, reminding everyone that sometimes, the simplest and silliest moments are the ones that matter the most.
Congratulations to the happy couple on their new adventure into parenthood!

chapter six
and if you ask me to, daddy’s gonna buy you a mockingbird, i’ma give you the world
Tumblr media Tumblr media
author: writing this had me sobbing a few times and i truly hope you'll love it as much as i do. let's keep in mind that this is a work of fiction, and that i do not know nor am associated (unfortunately) to any of the real people mentioned here. tw: massive fluff, description of anxiety, angst
word count: 7.758k words
It wasn’t a long drive to the estate, but the portion of time you spent in your car parked out front was longer than what you had planned - lost in your thoughts, you made an effort to gather a bit more of the courage you knew you still had in your core to now face the most significant person in this whole chaos: your daughter, the love of your life. You knew Lily would eventually bring up so many questions that your only hope was that she’d wait for Mason to be around, but knowing her all too well, her focus would be entirely on meeting her dad; you could already see the twinkle in her eyes, the impatience hovering over her making that little human pace relentlessly whenever she had to wait for things to happen when they should and not on her time - which was nothing like you, because you considered yourself fairly patient. So that was another thing she probably got from Mason.
With another sigh parting your lips, you eventually made your way to the big house - only to be welcomed by your mum’s frantic screams that Christmas was ruined, by your dad’s hopeless and anguished glance, and a pair of tiny arms that made your entire world stop because nothing else mattered. Lily held you tight like you’d been away for years and not for just a few hours. “I missed you, mummy. Abuelita is angry,” she pouted, her big hazel eyes gleaming with tears she seemed to be containing for a while now.
“Oh baby,” you cooed. “What happened?”
Lily carefully explained the same way she heard: there was a big snowstorm and pretty much every family member that was expected to join them for Christmas wouldn’t be able to make it. So far, it was just the four of you, Emma (your cousin, daughter of your father’s brother), and her two children, Louis and Oscar, the 8-year-old twins. Inevitably, your thoughts went straight to Mason and how having him there would be perfect. Not the way your mum truly wanted, but it’d make Lily happy and whatever made your daughter happy, also made your parents happy.
Back in Surrey, Mason quickly typed you a message after declining two of your calls.
Watching half of his family still in shock with the news he just dropped could be amusing if it wasn’t something so serious - although Mason was sure that, at some point in life, they’d all have a good laugh about it. His sister’s soft hand squeezing his shoulder felt reassuring, but Mason could still feel his heart pounding against his chest and the silence filling his large living room was the scariest sound he had ever heard. Lewis was the first one to break it with a sigh, and Mason could only hope he’d say something funny to break the tension, but it didn’t happen - at least not yet.
“Are you sure she’s yours?” Lewis questioned and Mason scanned his dad’s face starting to turn red, the veins in his forehead throbbing under Lew’s question.
Before Mason could answer, Jaz took a step forward and went big sister mode just like he expected she would. “Let’s not rule out a DNA test, but you’ve all met this little girl before.” The confused look on their faces swapped back to shock once Jasmine showed them Lily’s picture - Debbie had tears in her eyes and glanced at Mason, desperately waiting for him to say something, but the truth was he was never the one to hide this from them.
“I know it’s a shock to all of you, as it is for me too,” Mason began, swallowing a sob before he could start weeping the way he did this morning. “But I need you all with me in this because everything I’ll do from now on is for her, it’s not about me. I need you all to make this about her as well.” It seemed like those words were all his mum needed to ultimately allow those insisting tears to roll down her cheeks and search for her husband’s hand, who softly squeezed it, giving her the comfort she needed that everything would be just fine in the end. “This is far from how I expected it’d be,” Mason added. “But I can’t say that I’m not happy. I truly can’t wait to be with her and be the father she deserves.”
As Mason nervously rubbed his hands on his jeans, trying to control how sweaty and shaky they were, he observed his dad end the short distance between them and pull him into a hug. He didn’t need words from Tony to know his dad was proud of how he was handling the situation, and whatever damage control they’d eventually have to do would be properly taken care of. But, at this moment, it was all about her. It was about making sure that Lily would have everything she always wished for, and deserved.
Mason knew it would be the biggest challenge of his life, he didn’t have 9 months to prepare himself nor to understand how it was to be a father. What if he wasn’t able to love her unconditionally, or to be everything she expected he’d be? What if he ended up being the worst dad he could possibly be? His only hope was in what his father himself represented - Tony taught him to be a good man, to fight for his family, and to be honest and decent.
Mason’s life wasn’t his own anymore, and that frightened him to the core, but he also felt prepared to fully embrace all the changes that’d come with it because deep down, he knew it’d be worth it.
While Jasmine distracted his parents and brother with pictures and the few stories and details she knew about, Mason hurried to call you back. While he waited for you to pick up, he thought how odd something so simple also felt so intimate - calling you, someone he thought about from time to time, to talk about the life you two shared. A beautiful little girl, whom he couldn’t wait to meet.
“Hello?” you breathed on the other side of the phone, trying to concentrate on the call and on Lily jumping on your bed after having a large cup of cocoa with marshmallows. “Lilian Maisie, I swear to God that if you vomit on this bed…”
Mason couldn’t hold back a laugh, but he also felt his chest clenching a bit with the sudden urge to be there. “Hi, it’s me. Mason.”
“Mase, hi!” he grinned at the nickname, loving how it sounded coming from you. “I tried to call you before.”
“I know, I was with my family. I told them about Lily.”
“Oh? How did it go?”
During most of the talk, you felt yourself going a bit dizzy from holding your breath. It was almost like you were waiting for something bad to happen like you were ready to protect your daughter from everything and everyone, but his family’s reaction was expected and you couldn’t really imagine what they were going through, but you felt deeply sorry and embarrassed to be the one causing it - muttering “I’m so sorry, Mason” during the phone call was the least you could do, and although it was sweet of him, the fact that Mason kept telling you to stop apologising didn’t make things easier. You knew you’d have to work hard to fix things, and that as long as it wouldn’t affect her routine, it was their right to have a free pass to your daughter’s life whenever they wanted.
“Did you tell her?” Mason asked, chewing the inside of his cheeks as he anxiously waited for an answer.
“No,” you heard him sigh. But only because I wanted to ask you something first.” Mason softly hummed, waiting for you to continue. “Would you like to spend Christmas with your daughter, Mase? Bring your family too, or don’t, I dunno. But they’re all more than welco-”
“Yes, I’d very much like to spend Christmas with her,” Mason interrupted. “With you two.”
Insane was the only word you and Mason could find to address this entire situation, it was all happening so fast that you two shared something in common: fear. Of not giving everyone time to process the news, of dropping this on Lily’s shoulders, and, somehow, causing more damage than good. For Lily, it wouldn’t be just meeting her dad, as he was also her best friend’s uncle - no matter how mature she seemed to be, Lily was still just a child and you and Mason feared her reaction. He was particularly terrified of not being good enough, that she’d be disappointed when she found out he’s her dad but you repeatedly told him that Lily loved him unconditionally.
He couldn’t deny that he was a bit disappointed to be going alone, but it made sense that his family decided to stay behind, saying that this moment was private. In a quick phone call with Jaz, she promised they were considering joining your family for Boxing Day and that they all appreciated the invitation - Jaz mentioned how her mum’s emotions were everywhere, wanting to know everything she possibly could about her granddaughter, so you kindly sent a few pictures and videos of Lily growing up.
While the kids were playing, you took the opportunity to let your parents know about your decision to invite Mason, which seemed to make your mum quite happy. You also had to update Emma, who had always been one of the most discreet and private members of the family; she pulled you into a hug and said you could count on her for anything and, between giggles, that she’d do her best to control her twins who were obsessed about football just like any other boys their age. Although overwhelming, it also felt like a relief to be able to finally tell people about Lily’s dad.
You were finally alone with Lily in her room, braiding her hair the way she liked, as she moved unquietly on the chair placed in front of the mirror. “Peanut, sit still please,” you hummed, a frustrated moan parting your lips seeing your request was pointless.
“But I want to know what the surprise is!” Lily pouted, little arms crossed against her chest.
“It won’t be a surprise anymore if I tell you,” you winked, not letting her see how amused you were when she huffed and finally sat still.
Always independent and self-sufficient, Lily politely dismissed your help when she went to pick an outfit. You instructed her to go for something warm, and even if she seemed a bit confused with the tights, she managed to do it all on her own, which brought you both comfort and nostalgia to see her growing up so fast. Until weeks ago, when Jasmine walked into your lives, it was just the two of you against the world and although you believed it to be enough, of course, there was always something missing and not just for her - you missed it too, having someone to share the wonders of the things she did that were so little to some, but so meaningful to you; and you knew that no one could fill that gap better than Lily’s father.
As he drove to your place, Mason pictured all different scenarios of him meeting Lily. His heart pounded in his chest, each beat echoing the mixture of excitement and fear that coursed through him - Mason rehearsed the moment countless times in his mind since he found himself alone, yet he also knew that nothing could truly prepare him for it. As the GPS showed he was getting closer and closer to the estate, a whirlwind of emotions overwhelmed him.
His mind raced with questions. Would she really like him, like you said? Would she be scared? Could he truly be the father she deserved? Mason felt his chest filling with both hope and dread. The weight of all those years, unaware there was a little yet huge piece of him out in the world, pressed down on him - the years he had missed, the milestones he hadn’t been there for. Mason couldn’t let a grudge take over him, there was no point now.
He took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves once he spotted the large gate in front of him. Definitely, no one could ever say it was for the money, he thought, eyes curiously scanning the manor behind the gates - Mason didn’t have to announce his arrival, as he watched it slowly open for him. Not far away, he could spot your figure, standing outside the white door. You seemed as nervous as he was.
As Mason parked his car between a brand new black Range Rover and a racing green Aston Martin Valour he recognised as being limited edition, Mason felt the palms of his hands sweat even more. This wasn’t his usual habitat, none of his friends nor acquaintances were this wealthy. Part of him felt uncomfortable, but the other was relieved to know you were the opposite he’d expect someone this wealthy to be - he instantly assumed your family was as lovely as you.
When your eyes finally met his, you caught him wiping his hands on his jeans. You two could hear the loud waves of laughter of children coming from inside the house, filling the silence between you but Mason felt disconnected, focused solely on meeting his daughter. He finally stood tall in front of you, cheeks pink from the cold but he looked as gorgeous as ever - Mason seemed to relax a bit under your touch when you squeezed his shoulder. “It’s going to be okay, Mason,” you said softly. “We’ll do it together and it’s going to be okay, she’s the sweetest girl.”
Mason let out a heavy breath, the smell of mint and the warmth coming from him made you feel slightly dizzy, but you quickly put yourself together. “I just don’t want to scare her,” he admitted, his voice trembling slightly. You felt sorry for him. “I want this to be perfect.”
You smile warmly. “Just be yourself. She’s naturally a curious little girl and knows I’ve planned a surprise for her, but you’re her biggest dream and everything she always wanted,” you said. “Besides a dog. She desperately wants a dog.”
The way the corners of his eyes wrinkled when he laughed was adorable and you could swear your heart skipped a beat. “Thank you, Y/n. For everything so far. I know this hasn’t been easy for you.”
“It’s been a journey,” you acknowledged, a soft smile curling the sides of your lips as you felt your cheeks flush pink by the sudden touch of his skin on yours - Mason held your pinky with his, his eyes never leaving yours. “But Lily deserves to know her father, and you deserve to know your daughter. This is the right thing.” Mason nodded, and your eyes fell to your pinkies intertwined. “Shall we?”
Mason’s breath caught in his throat as you guided him inside the manor, and he loved that despite all the wealth, it felt like home - the warmth, the laughs, and the smell of freshly baked biscuits soothed his nerves. He carefully scanned every little detail as you guided him upstairs, then down a hallway adorned with family photos and children’s artwork. You stopped in front of a door decorated with colourful stickers spelling out ‘Lilian’.
“Can you wait inside as I go get her?” Mason nodded and walked into the bedroom after you opened the door for him. “I’ll be back with her in a minute.”
When you left, Mason found himself not knowing what to do, again. His eyes quickly scanned his daughter’s bedroom - it was smaller than he expected, it had a fantastic garden view, and walls painted in baby yellow and white. There were lots of books, a wall full of artwork, ballet stuff, and, last but not least, a football - which made him smile warmly as his chest filled with pride.
“Am I getting my surprise now, mummy?” He heard his sweet voice and Mason swallowed a sob, trying not to look like a creep standing behind that door.
“Mhmm, you can say so. I truly believe you’ll love it, angel.” You replied and he smiled at how sweet you sounded talking to her. “I won’t ask you to close your eyes because I know you won’t,” his daughter replied with a giggle, that made him want to burst into tears.
As the door slowly opened, Mason fully embraced the moment when his life wasn’t just his anymore. There she was, his little girl, looking at him with hazel eyes filled with curiosity - Mason felt like he was looking at himself. She had light brown hair that fell in loose curls around her face. The moment Mason saw her, time seemed to stand still. His heart skipped a beat, and he felt a surge of emotions he had never experienced before. There was an intense mixture of love, joy, and an almost unbearable ache. The sight of her, so small and innocent, with features that mirrored his own, hit him with a profound sense of connection and loss for the time they had spent apart. His breath caught in his throat, and his eyes welled up with tears.
Mason realised in that instant just how much he had missed, and how much he wanted to be part of her life. The room seemed to blur around him, and all he could focus on was Lily. His daughter. The word felt both foreign and incredibly right. He was overwhelmed by the desire to protect her, to know her, and to make up for lost time.
“Hello Lily,” Mason said softly, crouching down to her level as you guided her to him. “Remember me?”
Lily nodded. “Is Summer my surprise?” She sounded both excited and confused as she studied him with cautious interest, her mind racing as she tried to understand why her best friend’s uncle was there.
He smiled and shook his head, trying to steady his nerves, eyes looking up searching for yours in a silent ask for help.
“No, baby,” you cooed, “Mason is your surprise.”
Lily’s eyes lit up with interest, head tilted to the side. “Why?”
“Because you’re Maisie and Mason,” he watched you crouching down next to her, your hand softly caressing her back as her full attention was still on him. “Remember all those nights you asked the stars to bring your daddy to you?”
Mason swallowed the lump in his throat, his eyes burning with tears - he couldn’t cry now, he didn’t want Lily to see him crying, but he felt so overwhelmed by knowing how much she wanted him. The thought of that precious little girl wishing for her dad every night was one of the most painful he ever experienced, and in that moment Mason silently promised he’d never let her go through that again.
When your words finally hit her, Lily’s jaw slightly dropped and her eyes searched for yours, but quickly went back to Mason - he noticed how her little eyes teared up and she pouted, clearly experiencing a mixture of emotions that were a bit too much for her.
“You’re my daddy?” She sniffed, her voice barely above a whisper, still trying to process what was unfolding before her.
“Oh, sweetheart,” Mason finally allowed tears to stream down his face as he nodded. “Yes, I’m your daddy.”
For a moment that felt like forever, Lily was silent, and Mason couldn’t ignore how you silently reassured her that it was fine to feel everything she was feeling, validating it, by either squeezing her shoulder or running your fingers through her hair. Then, with a sudden burst of emotion, Lily threw her tiny arms around his neck, hugging him tightly. Mason felt a surge of warmth and love as he hugged her back, his heart overflowing. “I always wanted a daddy,” she said softly.
You didn’t know how you managed to hold your tears until now, but seeing the wide smile on his face and how Mason sighed in relief, you just couldn’t hold them back any longer. You muffled a sob by covering your mouth with your hand, and the way Mason’s hand searched for yours while not letting Lily go filled your heart with love.
He held her close, his voice choked with emotion. “And I always wanted you, Lily. I’m so happy I found you.”
Mason knew this was just the beginning, but he felt ready to face whatever came next with his daughter, and you, by his side. Lily pulled back slightly, her small hands cupping his face, making Mason giggle. Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she curiously scanned his face.
“Summer is my cousin,” she said, a wide smile on her lips when Mason nodded. “Does she know?”
“Not yet,” Mason replied, “But we can tell her together and I’m sure she’ll be really happy.”
As if her thoughts and what was happening were still sinking in, Lily suddenly threw herself back in Mason’s arms, hiding her face in the crook of his neck to muffle her cry - even so, not once did Mason let go of your hand, which was the reassurance you needed to know that things would be alright and that you two would do it together, because you were a family now. You two were everything Lily needed.
“You’re the best Christmas present in the world, Masey,” a slight disappointment coursed down his spine when Lily called him by his nickname, but he’d never rush her to call him ‘dad’. “I-I mean, da-“
“It’s alright, bubba,” Mason interrupted her, softly kissing her forehead when Lily pulled back again. “You can call me whatever makes you feel comfortable, yeah?”
She silently nodded, smiling at him when he wiped her tears. You felt your heart skip a beat at the gesture.
“Do you want to see the drawings I did today?” she asked, small hands reaching his. Lily smiled again when she noticed he was still holding yours.
Mason smiled back, his heart feeling lighter than it had in years. “I’d love to, sweetheart.”
You gently squeezed his hand, letting it go before Lily led him to her drawing table, where colourful sketches of flowers, animals, and fantastical scenes covered the surface. Lily picked one of her favourites, a vibrant drawing of a butterfly garden, and handed it to him. Mason took the drawing, marvelling at the details and creativity - she really was everything you’d told him, and seeing that by himself filled him with pride. Lily was part of him, she was also his, and he could barely believe that he managed to do that when he often doubted he could do something good, something beyond special.
“This is one of my best,” she said proudly.
“I love the colours you used,” he said, showing interest, which made her eyes sparkle. “You’re the most talented artist.
Lily beamed at the praise, making you chuckle. “Can we draw together sometime, Masey? And play football too?”
“I’d like that very much,” Mason replied, crouching down her level again, holding her hands. “We can do everything you want.”
You watched your daughter narrow his eyes at him as a cheeky smile curled the sides of her lips. “Can we go get a dog now?”
“Lilian Maisie!” you scolded her but couldn’t hold back the happiness that bubbled up inside you and ended up letting a loud laugh part your lips. The way the three of you laughed, filling the room with so much joy and peace made you feel lighter.
Mason leaned forward to gently kiss her forehead again and wrapped his arms around her small figure, lifting her in the air as she squealed between giggles. “Let’s stick to football and drawing, yeah?”
Lily nodded in approval and kissed his cheeks. He was her daddy and he was a lot more than she ever dreamed of; the fact that he was also her best friend’s uncle, which made Summer her cousin, was something Lily still couldn’t believe - she wanted to scream, to see her bestie as soon as possible, hug her and never let her go. There was so much happiness inside her chest that it brought tears back to her eyes, and as she silently watched Mason with what felt like a permanent frown, Lily felt hot tears wet her cheeks again.
“Are you staying forever?” she sniffed, cupping his face with her small hands again.
Mason nodded, wiping her tears with gentle kisses. “Forever, bubba. I’m never leaving you,” he whispered against her skin, and you had to sit on her bed as you felt your legs weaken at how wholesome that moment was.
“Do you promise?” Lily insisted.
“I promise.”
The three of you spent the next hours drawing and chatting, with Lily sharing stories about her favourite things - she proudly told her daddy about being very good at football and was particularly happy when he told her that he was there for the ballet recital. Mason listened intently, soaking in every little detail, every laugh, and every smile. She was indeed the sweetest girl, and as he reached again for your hand - his pinky intertwined with yours - Mason felt a sense of peace and fulfilment that he had never known before.
As the evening drew to a close, and Mason had memorised pretty much every inch of his daughter’s face and how incredible she was, a knock on the door brought the three of you back to Earth. With the kindest smile on her face and pride in her eyes, your mum’s face beamed with happiness as she watched Lily glued to her father.
“Hi,” her voice was soft, and kind, and Mason felt oddly comfortable for a first meeting. “I’m so sorry to interrupt, but we’re all starting to get ready for Christmas dinner.”
You noticed Mason was slightly confused since it was still the 24th, but you patiently explained that you always had two celebrations: one on the 24th because it was part of your mum’s culture and your dad didn’t want to change it for her, which Mason thought it was quite romantic of him; and the other on the 25th. He liked how you all seemed to be pretty close and supportive, how your mum was very discreet and talked to him like it wasn’t the first time they were seeing each other - she treated him like family, just like you told him before.
Even so, Mason stood up still holding Lily in his arms, and walked towards your mum. “Hi ma’am, I’m Mason,” he smiled politely and the way your mum sighed in delight made you want to run away and hide. “It’s lovely to meet you.”
“He’s my daddy, abuelita,” Lily said proudly, making you all chuckle.
“Is he really, amor?” your mum winked at her. “It’s wonderful to finally meet you, Mason. We settled the guest room for you.”
“Thank you for your kindness,” your mum nodded at his words with a gentle smile on her lips and, after blowing a kiss to your daughter, left.
The hardest task was convincing Lily to let Mason go but he was so gentle and so patient that she didn’t argue when he offered her choices - he definitely understood how tantrums worked, but also understood how much she wanted to spend every second of every minute with him after years of not having him. Together, the three of you went downstairs so Mason could pick up his small luggage as you waited inside and Lily watched him through the window.
“Are you happy, baby?” you asked, running your fingers down her hair.
Lily nodded. “So much, mummy. This is the best Christmas ever!”
She was naturally a happy little girl, but you couldn’t remember seeing her this happy - you also couldn’t shake the feeling that such happiness could’ve come much earlier if you’d searched for him before. The way Mason smiled at her as he made his way back to the house was the sweetest in the world, and before he could even open the door, Lily stormed out to welcome him back. You guided him to the guest room, which was between yours and Lily’s, and Mason awkwardly kissed your cheek before you separated and it was just you and Lily again.
“What is it?” you asked, watching your daughter grinning at you.
“He kissed you, mummy!” Lily whispered between giggles like she was sharing a silly secret. You felt your cheeks burn under her comment but didn’t reply or she’d turn it into an endless teasing.
“Let’s focus on what you’ll wear, yeah?”
Lily nodded. “Can we match outfits, mummy?”
“I suppose we can, peanut.”
The way Lily was focusing a lot more on what you were wearing rather than focusing on herself wasn’t suspicious considering you knew your daughter all too well, Lily was always up to something when she hyper-focused on one thing and made that thing her little project - still, you wouldn’t ruin this for her and allowed her to do whatever she wanted, so that’s how you two ended wearing matching white knit sweaters, black tights and tweed skirts. It was both adorable and funny, but the cherry on top was Mason wearing pretty much the same colours as you, except his sweater had some pretty details in navy blue - he seemed amused by it as there was a permanent grin on his lips as the three of you went downstairs to meet the rest of your family.
You noticed a slight change in his posture when the sound of your father’s voice reached you, so this time it was your turn to hold his pinky as a gesture that it’d be just fine and he had nothing to worry about. Mason seemed surprised by it but also seemed to relax, offering you a warm smile in return, a smile that made your heart beat slightly faster. Before walking into the living room, you let go of him, which got Mason more upset than he expected but he shook it off.
“There you are!” cheered your father, his arms wide open as he ran past you and went straight to Mason. “I was wondering when I’d see you, lad.”
The older man’s sympathy caught him a bit off guard in the most positive way as two main things could make him dislike Mason: getting his daughter pregnant and being a Chelsea player, but still, there he was treating him as if they were longtime buddies. You let go of the fact that your dad pretty much ignored your presence, knowing that there was a chance that he was slightly starstruck that Mason was in his living room. You grinned when Mason glanced at you - a playful smirk curling his lips - before your dad put his arm over Mason’s shoulder and guided him to his collection of overpriced whisky. They were followed by your cousin’s twins, who couldn’t believe that THE Mason Mount was there.
It was just you, your mum, and Emma now, and noticing how Lily seemed a bit upset that her father was the centre of all the attention, you decided to do a FaceTime call with Willow and Jaz. Lily was the one to tell her auntie Willow that her daddy was there with them, that he was staying forever, and that she’d convince him to get her a dog - something you protested again, but asked yourself for how long you’d be able to avoid another addition to the family and one more responsibility on your hands. You promised Willie to keep her updated and that they could meet for a girls’ night once you were back in London, something she was more than happy about, and promised she’d have a very fun schedule for both of you so you could take a break from all the recent stress that surrounded you.
The next one was Jasmine, who answered faster than you expected, which made you giggle as she seemed overly excited to know everything saying Mason hadn’t told her with all the details she wanted. “We’ll have to meet when I’m back in London so I can give you the detailed version,” you said, watching her roll her eyes at you on the other side of the screen.
“You two are the perfect match, no surprise you have a daughter together,” Jaz teased, making your cheeks blush. “Did he cry?”
“He’d cry even if he was a robot, Jaz. It was a very touching moment,” you admitted and she gave you a warm smile. “I’m happy with how well it went, Lily is having the time of her life although right now she’s a bit upset by my dad monopolising him.”
Jasmine let out a cheerful laugh. “He was so nervous to meet your dad,” she confessed. “I’m so happy it went well, Y/n. It’s so important for Lily that he’s there for her.”
You nodded, chewing your lower lip, trying your best not to cry again. “How did your family react, though?”
“Oh well, they still can’t really believe it. I think my mum is still in shock, she keeps saying that she should’ve known when they met, like some sort of grandmother's sixth sense,” you felt your chest clench a bit, knowing it was you who caused this.
“It’s not her fault,” you mumbled, watching Jaz nod. “Is she there now? Do you guys want to see Lily?”
Jaz opened a wide and sweet smile for you and moved her phone just a bit, Debbie was sitting right next to her, with Summer on her lap. Your cheeks blushed at how emotional she seemed to be and you just wanted to hug her and apologise for all the mess you made and for taking five years of her life with Lily, but you’d do it in person.
“Hi auntie Y/n,” Summer said, waving at you.
“Oh sweetie, hello. Someone here wants to see you,” you walked towards Lily, who was sitting on the floor drawing something. Her face lit up when she saw her best friend’s face on the screen.
“Sumi!” Lily tried to take the phone from your hand but you gently pulled away, afraid she’d let slip something that was meant to be told in person. She pouted a little but seemed to understand the message. “I have so much to tell you!”
Amused by your daughter’s excitement, Summer giggled. “I miss you, Lili,” the little girl said, and you noticed how their interaction made Debbie emotional.
You discreetly pointed at Debbie so your daughter would acknowledge her too but you noticed how her cheeks blushed, and she seemed relieved that Debbie took the first step and asked her if she was having fun. Lily showed the drawing she was finishing shortly before the call.
“This is me in the middle, my mummy and my daddy. Now that I know him I can paint his hair colour,” you melted at how she explained every detail. “This is Mr. Peanut, the dog my daddy will give me when we can convince mummy.”
You narrowed at her but she just giggled, followed by Mason right behind you - the way he just stood there watching Lily was the sweetest, a warm smile on his lips. ‘It’s your mum’ you mumbled to him, and you noticed how happy that information made him feel because his smile doubled the size. Right behind him, your dad smiled proudly at you and blew you a kiss. Lily said goodbye to her and ran straight to Mason, while you talked to Jaz for a few more minutes while he and your dad entertained the little one. Shortly after you said goodbye to her and Debbie, you heard Lily slightly upset about her interaction with the latter.
“Do you think she’s upset I didn’t call her grandma?”
Mason shook his head and leaned a bit to kiss the tip of her nose, making her giggle. “Never,” he assured her. “Don’t worry about that bubba. Take your time, yeah? There’s no need to rush.”
Noticing this was a father and daughter moment, your dad walked away and linked his arm to yours, guiding you to where your mum and cousin were while Mason walked with Lily in his arms to see the Christmas lights that decorated the garden, through the window. They were so comfortable with each other that it felt like this wasn’t even their first day together.
Your mum welcomed you with a glass of white wine - she seemed much calmer now even if pretty much the whole family didn’t make it due to the snowstorm.
“Family is family, there’s lots of them missing but what we have tonight is perfect,” she pointed at Lily and Mason. “I’ve never said this to you, but that’s what I’ve been longing to see. My granddaughter with her father.”
“I think he’ll be a great one,” your father added, sipping his whisky. “You can see that he’s trying, the least we can do is to make him feel comfortable.”
Their support, from the very beginning, was one of the things that made you stronger whenever you had to face the challenges of motherhood - your parents were never there to spoil you nor treat you like some sort of victim but rather made you see all the options you had and each of the consequences that followed according to whatever choice you decided to make.
Completely taken by your emotions, you threw yourself in your dad’s arms and your mum joined for a family hug. Being an only child had never been a problem when your parents were so present, despite such busy lives they had. They never missed the most important moments of your life and were always there whenever you needed them. Those two were your best friends.
For the rest of the evening, all of you enjoyed proper family time with games, stories shared between laughs and fantastic food cooked by your mum - she always dismissed the staff so they could spend the holidays with their families and the food was entirely her responsibility. She blushed when Mason said it was one of the best he ever had, and you knew he wasn’t just trying to find a way to her heart. He actually meant it.
“Mummy,” you felt Lily softly poke your ribs, seeming a bit shy to say what was on her mind. You offered her a kind smile in return. “Do you think there’s still time to rewrite my letter to Santa?”
You frowned. “Why, baby?”
“I’ve changed my mind. I think I can wait for the ice skates, I want to ask Santa for my dad to still be here in the morning.”
That was when your heart broke into a million pieces. “Oh baby,” you cooed, pulling a string of hair from her face, and took her in your arms, sitting on the same armchair where you first spoke to her while still pregnant. “He’s not leaving”.
“I just want to make sure, mummy…”
“I know, we’ll write if that’s what you want,” you quickly replied, not wanting to invalidate her feelings. “You know when you were still in my tummy and was the size of a bean,” she giggled. “I sat in this armchair and spoke to you for the first time. I promised I’d try to be the best mummy to you and sometimes I wish I was better.”
“You’re the best mummy in the world,” Lily said, her small hand touching your face as her thumb softly stroked your cheek. You smiled softly.
“Now, in this same armchair, I promise that he’s not leaving. Your daddy is staying forever and now you have another grandma and grandpa, you have a cousin, aunties, uncles…”
“Do you think they’ll like me?” she mumbled, hazel eyes looking at you like she could see your soul.
“They’ll love you, peanut.”
“I’ll love them too,” she said before a long yawn, blinking a few times as she was clearly starting to fight against her need to sleep. “But I’ll always love you the most, mummy…” Lily mumbled before her eyes finally closed and, after a long sigh, her body finally relaxed in your arms and the usual low, cute snores started.
All the love that your daughter gave you had always been something that overwhelmed you. The way her face lights up when you pick her up at school, how she always wants to show you first the new things she learns, and how she’s always checking on you and making sure you’re happy were a few of the things that made you know for sure that if soulmates were indeed real, Lily was yours. Pride always coursed through your veins whenever she showed an act of kindness, and joy involved your entire being knowing that it had influence of how well you raised her - still, you still couldn’t shake the anguish that made your chest clench whenever you thought about how you prived her from another life the moment you decided to hide her from Mason. That was the feeling that kept you up for hours, rolling from one side to the other in bed, with the desperate need to cry always hovering over you.
After putting on your robe and grabbing the baby monitor, you guided your tired body to the kitchen and, trying not to make too much noise, prepared yourself a cup of chamomile tea hoping it’d save your life. You enjoyed the combination of silence and the sweet hot liquid relaxing your body - the house was quiet, the only sounds being the occasional creak of the floorboards and the soft hum of the refrigerator. Lost in your thoughts, you sat at the kitchen table staring at the half-empty cup, replaying the events of the past weeks over and over in your mind.
You heard soft footsteps and looked up to see Mason entering the kitchen, his face pretty much like yours: etched with worry and exhaustion. He hesitated a bit at the doorway before stepping in, your eyes meeting his.
“Can’t sleep too?” you asked gently, watching him take a seat across from you.
Mason shook his head. “Too much on my mind.”
You nodded, your gaze dropping to the table. Taking a deep breath, you felt your voice trembling as you spoke. “I need to say something.”
Mason looked at you, sensing the weight of your words. “Go ahead, Y/n. I’m listening.”
You wrung your hands, struggling to find the right words. Looking at him again, you felt a knot forming in your throat. “I feel so guilty about keeping Lily away from you. I honestly thought I was doing the right thing at the time, but I realise it was a lot more about protecting myself rather than protecting her. Seeing you with her now… and how happy she is. I feel awful, and I know I was wrong.”
Mason sighed deeply, his emotions a turbulent mix of anger, sadness, and understanding.“I confess that this is like… my worst nightmare. A child from a casual hookup,” he confessed, and you felt tears burning your eyes. “And knowing this child exists five years later did make me angry. I’ve missed so much of her life and there’s so many things involved.”
Tears welled up in his eyes but you watched him wipe them away quickly. “I’m so sorry,” you whispered.
“I can’t just insert myself in her life without thinking about every detail, it’s much deeper because I bring a lot with me to everyone that’s part of my life,” much to your surprise, Mason reached for your hand, and, with your heart skipping a beat, your pinkies intertwined again. “I’m angry and hurt but I’m willing to push that away because I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, at the same time. Lily is incredible, she’s sweet and kind and you’ve been doing a fantastic job. She’s more than I could’ve hoped for, so I’ll fight everyone and everything to keep her safe. To keep you safe too.”
You didn’t wipe the tears that rolled down your cheeks. “I robbed you those first five years and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to forgive myself for that, but I hope you can, for Lily’s sake. She deserves to have both of her parents.”
Mason’s gaze softened as he looked at you. “I need to feel that I can trust you, forgiveness will eventually come, but it’s also not like I hate you,” you watched how his cheeks suddenly blushed. “I think you’re amazing and I often thought about you and always hoped that I could find you someday.”
“Just not under this circumstance, yeah?” you added, and you two shared a laugh that pushed away whatever tension between you.
Mason nodded, letting go of your hair to stand up from his chair and sit on the one beside you. “I’ll take what life is giving me. We’ll figure it out together, Y/n. For her, and us too,” he pulled you into a comforting hug as you clung to him, your sobs quieting as you found solace in his arms.
“I’m so grateful you’re here, Mason,” you confessed as he stroked your back soothingly.
“We’re a family now, Y/n. It’s going to be tough but we’ll get through whatever comes our way. As long as we keep Lily safe and give her the love and support she deserves, everything will be fine.”
You remained there in the quiet kitchen, holding onto each other, both knowing that while the road ahead would be challenging, you were committed to facing it together for the sake of your daughter. Holding hands, you walked back to the bedroom hallway in silence, and Mason softly kissed your forehead before heading back to his. You stood there for a few minutes, contemplating how his lips felt so good against your skin, before deciding you’d sleep the few hours left for sunrise with Lily. With her hair splattered over the pillow, she had a smile on her lips as she softly hummed words you couldn’t understand, which stopped when you cuddled her under the duvet and finally closed your eyes, letting sleep relax your body.

Another Chance to Live Part 4 (Ana Maria Crnogorčević x Reader)
Summary: Ana and you finally start dating.
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3
Tumblr media
A/N: Look at me sticking to my upload schedule. Although I might be able to publish the final two parts earlier since I had more time to write because I had to cancel some plans thanks to conjunctivitis.
I hope you enjoy these two finally getting together. As always, happy to hear what you think :)
After your conversation with Jenni you continued to sit on the couch, staring at your phone as if the device would be any help in figuring out how to ask Ana out.
As it turned out, it actually did. While you were still contemplating, weighing the pros and cons of every option, your phone buzzed with an incoming message. Your heart skipped a bit when you saw it was from Ana, just like it always did. And your heart definitely skipped more than one beat once you read the message.
You read the words over and over again, finding it impossible to believe this was actually happening. For so long you had told yourself there would never be anything more than friendship between you and Ana, and now all of the sudden your whole world had been turned upside down in the best way possible.
A little birdie just told me about the conversation you had.
Hope you don’t mind she told me.
Jenni said you didn’t tell her not to tell me, so she thought it was fair game.
Anyway, what do you say about changing our hangout tomorrow to an official date?
You know as a date, as more than friends.
Ana’s reply was almost instant.
Of course I don’t mind, it makes my life a lot easier!
I really owe that birdie, but don’t tell her that.
And yes, I’d love to do that!
You quickly texted back that you were excited about it as well, before putting away your phone grinning like a fool.  You felt like you were floating on a cloud of happiness, something that you hadn’t experience in a long, long time, maybe never to this degree.
Great, I’ll pick you up at 7 tomorrow.
Already looking forward to it.
---
The next day you got more and more nervous the closer the time for Ana to pick you up came. However, whenever the anxiety threatened to become overwhelming, you just thought about the Swiss woman; how happy you always were in her presence and how at ease she made you feel, as if you were perfect just the way you were. Every time you did that you immediately felt much calmer; less anxious nervous and much more joyful excited.
Still, it took you forever to pick out an outfit, mentally thanking Ana that she had texted you earlier in the day to at least let you know what style of clothes you should be wearing, elegant but not overly fancy. In the end you settled on a black dress because you could never go wrong with that, and it did show off your body in the best way possible.
Even with all the internal debating about your outfit you ended up being ready almost 30 minutes before the pickup time, because you had started so early. Therefore you settled down on the couch, trying and failing to distract yourself with your phone.
Only a few minutes passed before there was a knock on the door. With a frown you went to open it, hoping it wasn’t your parents with some sort of request to help them out. You definitely didn’t have time to do that right now.
However, when you opened the door and laid eyes on Ana your frowned turned into a big smile. You were always happy to see her, but tonight even more so. Finally you got to be with her in the way you wanted, no more pretending to be just friends.
“Hi,” you greeted her, too distracted by the blonde’s mere presence to wonder why she was here so early.
“Hi,” Ana echoed, stepping forward to hug you. You melted into the embrace and turned your face inwards against her neck, relishing in the fact that you didn’t have to suppress gestures like this any longer.
“Ready to go?” The Swiss woman asked you after a bit.
You nodded, grabbing the bag you had conveniently placed next to the door. When you turned back towards Ana, she reached out offering you her hand. You instantly laced your fingers through hers, the small contact filling you with warmth and an overwhelming sense of belonging right there in this moment.
When you were getting into the car you heard the church bells ring and suddenly realized how early the Swiss woman had been. It wasn’t like she was known for being unpunctual, but also she wasn’t usually this early.
“How come you were here this early? Did I have the time wrong?”
That seemed like the most logical explanation, even though you had checked the time in Ana’s text about at dozen times.
“Well, I knew you’d be ready early and I didn’t want to make you wait unnecessarily and maybe get anxious.”
Your heart melted at this. It was so thoughtful of Ana and it showed how well she already knew you. This fact put you even more at ease. There was no need to pretend or try to show yourself in the most favorable light, this woman already knew you and somehow she still liked you.
“Plus I was excited to go out with my friend,” the blonde continued.
For a second your stomach dropped at the last word, but when you looked over and saw the humor in Ana’s eyes you recognized that she was just teasing you.
“I guess I deserve that,” you conceded, “And for the record I never wanted you to be just my friend.”
You were a little surprised by your own boldness. However, Ana made you feel like it was not only okay to say what you were thinking, but that it was in fact exactly what the Swiss woman wanted.
“That’s good to know,” Ana stated, sounding much more serious all of the sudden as if she still hadn’t been totally sure about your feelings.
Suddenly you felt a little silly for not taking into account that other people got insecure as well. You had been so focused on yourself, that you had never considered how it must have been for the Swiss woman to constantly hear you emphasize that you were merely friends.
“I’m sorry about that, I just didn’t think there was any possibility you’d ever like me too,” you apologized.
Ana looked over at you sadly. “I know, but we’ll work on that,” she promised.
“On what?”
“On the way you see yourself! Don’t think I missed how you didn’t believe me when I told you that everyone I know on the Spanish national team likes you and is always looking forward to seeing you,” the blonde elaborated.
You didn’t quite know how to react to such blatant flattery. Most likely this was just Ana being sweet, but you couldn’t lie, it was still nice to hear.
“See, you’re doing it again. You don’t believe me,“  the blonde accused you softly.
You whipped your head around to look at Ana, shocked that she could read you so easily. Up until now you had always prided yourself on having a good poker face, but apparently the Swiss woman saw right through it.
She didn’t say anything else though, merely smiling at you gently. The silence gave you the time you needed to gather your thoughts. Once again you found yourself being surprisingly honest.
“It’s just because I’m nothing special, I’m just me. I’m too quiet and not very interesting. It’s not like I think everyone hates more or anything. But why would anyone particularly like me?”
In your opinion you had made a good point, but Ana’s eyes were filled with disapproval and sadness on your behalf.
“Because you’re a great person! You always have an open ear for everyone. If there’s anything you can do to help someone, you do it without hesitation. You have such a good heart and you’re so mindful of everyone around you, doing your best to make everyone feel seen and heard.”
“Sure you don’t talk everyone’s ears off as soon as you meet them, but once you’re more comfortable? You tell great stories that always make me feel as if I’m right there with you and I love hearing what you think about things because I can tell that you took your time to form opinions. And to see you speak passionately about the things you care, that’s just something else!”
“Also, I love how much you appreciate the beauty around you. Going somewhere with you is such a treat because you will always point out the pretty flowers, the interesting cloud constellation or the cute dog you see with so much joy and reverence.”
“And let’s not forget that you’re gorgeous. You have the most beautiful and kindest eyes I have ever seen and don’t even get me started about your smile!”
You were overwhelmed by how easily, without even thinking about it first, the Swiss woman managed to list all of these nice qualities. It made you more inclined to believe her. At the very least Ana had you convinced that she meant every word she had said, and that in itself was a good feeling, even if you weren’t convinced all of this was actually, objectively true.
“I could keep talking all night long about all the reasons why I like you so much, but I guess you wouldn’t really appreciate that. So instead I’ll keep bringing it up for as long as you’ll let me be a part of your life, which I’m hoping will be a very long time,” Ana concluded.
“That’s probably a good idea, otherwise you’ll spend the rest of the evening with a tomato head,” you joked.
You had always hated how easily you turned red, your frustration usually only making it worse.
“I wouldn’t complain about that for a second, I find your blushing adorable,” Ana commented, which of course only made you blush even more, but for once you didn’t mind as much.
You arrived at your destination soon after, and you immediately recognized the place from pictures you had seen of Lola and her girlfriend. So the mystery of how the blonde had chosen where to take you was solved. You had never actually been to the restaurant yourself since it was very romantic and mostly frequented by couples, but you had heard good things about it.
By the end of the evening you could definitely confirm that all the praise you had been told about the restaurant was justified. Although in all honesty every place would have felt like heaven to you when it was the location of your first date with Ana.
The conversation stayed mostly light and happy for the first half and hour, both of you enjoying each other’s company and this new and exciting situation. In a lot of ways it wasn’t all that different, you talked as easily as before, the conversation flowing effortlessly. So once again you realized that you had gotten into your heard for nothing. Things weren’t awkward or weird at all, like you had been concerned about.
Sure, there were some differences, all of them positive though; the way you kept slipping from normal conversation into light flirting, how you just gazed deep into each other eyes a few of times, and the way Ana placed her hand onto yours and left it there as long as she possibly could, sighing when she had to retract it because you both needed your hands to eat.
“So do you want to talk about the national team?” You asked, once the last of your nervousness had settled.
Ana shrugged her shoulders unsurely, smile dropping from her face. You had to fight the urge to take it back and apologize for probing; reminding yourself about the conversation you had had after the game against Barcelona. It was okay to ask, and if the Swiss woman actually didn’t want to talk about it, she would tell you. Still, this went entirely against your instinct.
“It’s just such a frustrating situation. Inka is a horrible coach! At least for us, maybe it’s just not a good fit, I don’t know, but for us it doesn’t work. We’re playing badly and the atmosphere at camp isn’t how it used to be. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nothing like what I heard about Spain, but everyone was kind of in a state of constant annoyance and was so happy when we could leave.”
“And the worst thing is that the home Euros is coming closer everyday and I wanted that to be the crowning moment of my career. Maybe that’s selfish, I don’t know, but now? Now I think it’s going to be nightmare, if I even get to go at all,” Ana finished her rant that had began passionate and angry, but fizzled out into something more like helplessness.
Exactly like after the game against Barcelona the Swiss woman looked drained, her shoulders slumped and her smile no longer reaching her eyes. It made you simultaneously want to give her the longest hug in the world and go and punch Inka in the face.
However, since you were still sitting in the restaurant you settled on reaching over and giving her hand a good squeeze, before doing your best to come up with a good response.
“I’m so sorry things are like that and I’m always here to listen if you need to rant about it or hold you if you need to cry. Trying to keep in your emotions isn’t healthy.”
That was probably one of the most hypocritical things you had ever said, you who always held your emotions in until you felt like imploding. However, theoretically you knew that wasn’t a helpful thing to do, so you weren’t going to advise someone else to do that.
“And I can help you figure out if there’s anything you and the girls can do. I did a lot of reading and looking things up when everything was going down with Spain. Of course it’s a totally different system, but I’m still happy to help out,” you offered.
A soft smile, a real smile, one that made Ana’s eyes shine, returned to the blonde’s face.
“I appreciate how much you care. That means more than I can ever express with words. To be honest we’ve already started looking into what our options are and have been talking with the Swiss federation. So maybe it’s not quite as hopeless as it feels right now. The next few weeks should give us an answer to that,” Ana told you.
You felt some relief at that. Surely there was no way the Swiss federation would be as difficult and idiotic as the Spanish one. Right? Therefore things would hopefully be sorted out before too long and Ana would get the home Euros she deserved.
“That’s good. I’m confident things will turn out okay,” you said with more confidence than you actually felt. But Ana didn’t need to know that. If you were wrong in the end you would deal with it then, right now the best thing you could do was strengthen her hope.
“Yeah?” The Swiss woman double-checked, confirming to you that this was actually the right thing to do.
“Definitely,” you assured her, praying to a god you didn’t believe in that you wouldn’t be proven wrong.
“I think so too,” Ana admitted quietly, as if she was scared to say it too loudly out of fear of jinxing it.
“Now let’s talk about other things. I don’t want Inka to ruin the mood on my date as well, she has done enough of that during camp. How about we focus on your national camp instead? I heard you almost made Jenni rip out her own hair with your cluelessness,” the Swiss woman teased with a big grin.
Your first instinct was to tell Ana that it was totally fine to keep talking about the situation with her national team, that it wouldn’t ruin anything. But then she mentioned Jenni and all the teasing you had endured, and all of the sudden you wanted to beg her to continue talking about the Swiss team. Anything to avoid speaking about how oblivious you had been.
“Come on, let’s be honest Jenni would never rip out her precious hair or do anything else to ruin her looks,” you deflected, basking in the sound of Ana’s laughter. You would never get tired of making the blonde laugh.
You kept up the banter for a bit, before you remembered a specific thing you had been fretting about for the last 24 hours. It probably wasn’t something you should bring up on the first date, or maybe it was exactly the kind of thing you had to mention on the first date. You still hadn’t made up your mind about that.
All you knew was that in that moment, feeling happy and secure in Ana’s presence, you wanted to talk about it. And maybe it was time to do what you wanted more often and worry less about whether it was the ‘normal’ thing to do. What was normal anyway?
“There’s something I need to tell you”, you blurted out, kicking yourself for making it sound so ominous. No one ever said ‘I need to tell you something’ about unimportant stuff.
“Of course, I’m all ears,” Ana replied, smiling at you encouragingly.
“Okay, so…” You swallowed, trying to gather yourself. „I’ve never been in a serious relationship before. I mean I’ve dated and had flings and such, but never a serious long term relationship. And I don’t know it that’s a problem for you. I would totally understand if it was. And maybe I shouldn’t even have brought it up tonight, so I’m sorry if I’m making this awkward. Although if it is a problem then it was probably good I told you today. I…”
“Schatz,” Ana interrupted you. You didn’t really know any German, let alone Swiss German, but you were fairly certain you remembered this one. The use of a sweet pet name relaxed you significantly; she wouldn’t do that if this was in fact a deal breaker.
“I don’t care about that in the slightest. I’ve never been in a relationship with you either, so that will be brand new for me too. We’ll figure it out together,” the Swiss woman promised.
“Together,” you echoed. You loved the sound of that.
---
As time passed and more dates followed it became clear that Ana had been right. Things between the two of you just progressed naturally and not once did you feel out of your depth because of your lack of experience with relationships.
You shared a magical first kiss on a walk through the city after your second date. Ana’s lips felt pleasantly warm on yours in the chilly night air. After that all dams were broken and you spent a lot of time kissing like two hormonal teenagers, slowly or more precisely pretty rapidly moving on to other activities.
After the first time you slept together, the two of you lay in Ana’s bed facing each other. The Swiss woman gently traced her thumb over your forehead and your cheek, looking at you lovingly. Although you did your best to avoid using this word for anything to do with Ana just yet. It was too early to even think about love.
“Are you okay? Was this okay?” The blonde whispered, her eyes serious and for some reason slightly worried.
You stared at her in surprise. Could she not see how happy and satisfied you were, how cherished and lo- adored you felt?
“This was perfect and I feel amazing. You know I had sex before, right?”
Suddenly you weren’t sure if you had been clear about that. Maybe you had given Ana the impression that you weren’t just a relationship virgin, but an all around virgin.
“Yeah, yeah, I know, but still this is a big step and I just wanted to check in. It’s different when feelings are involved,” Ana elaborated.
For a moment you just grinned at her like an idiot. If you thought you had been feeling lo-, adored before, it was nothing to how you felt now.
“You’re just the absolute sweetest, tesoro. And you’re totally right, it is different. So much better! I can’t wait to go again, but right now I need some sleep. Someone wore me out.“
You looked at her pointedly, but that quickly changed into a smile when you saw how proud of herself Ana looked.
“In that case, sleep, mi Schatz. Because I definitely need you to be ready for another round soon,” Ana said, pulling you against her and kissing your forehead.
It took you all of five seconds before you fell into a peaceful slumber, your face buried in Ana’s neck.
---
However, you were right too, about everything sorting itself out with the Swiss national team. You were eating lunch at Real’s training ground when you heard, willing the time to move faster because tonight you would finally see Ana again. The two of you hadn’t been able to meet up the last few days because of insanely busy and conflicting schedules.
So when your phone buzzed with a message from Ana your heart fluttered happily. Hearing from her was always the highlight of your day. Things at Real were still less than ideal. You didn’t feel connected to the team, most of them still seeing you as ‘that Altético player’.
You were well aware that you were to blame for that as much as anyone, maybe even more so. Your efforts to integrate into the team had been minimal to say the least. And you felt a fair bit of anger at yourself for being so unprofessional, but somehow that still wasn’t enough to change anything. You just didn’t want to be there. It was as simple as that. And you could pretend, but you couldn’t change your actual feeling.
Day after day you forced yourself to be perfectly punctual, train hard, listen to the game plans and analyses, but there was no joy to any of it. Not even when you played games, something that you had always loved before. You were simply going through the motions.
At least you were having a pretty good season; otherwise your disappointment with yourself would have been through the roof.
When you checked your phone you saw that it was a screenshot announcing Inka’s departure from the Swiss national team. A happy squeal escaped you, everyone turning to look at you. It wasn’t like you to be loud, especially not in a cheerful way.
“What is it?” Misa asked curiously.
You simply showed her your phone, a smile appearing on the goalkeeper’s face.
“This is great news,” she agreed.
“Amazing news,” you corrected.
Now you were even more excited to see Ana later that night and celebrate this special occasion.
You were happy that you had decided to meet up at your place; this gave you the opportunity to prepare something special. However, you didn’t have much time, so you found yourself standing in the store after training looking around frantically and blanking on what to do.
The first idea that came to mind was to get a cake with a message like ‘She’s gone!’ on it. But you seriously doubted that you would get one on such short notice. Also a whole cake for just the two of you didn’t sound like a good plan.
So maybe just a card? What kind of card though? You had some strong suspicions that there wasn’t anything like an ‘I’m so happy you got rid of your stupid national coach’-card.
You could practically feel the seconds ticking by, getting more and more anxious by the minute. Time was running out and you still didn’t have the slightest idea what to do.
Noticing how tense you had become you forced yourself to exhale slowly and relax your body, starting with your jaw and slowly progressing downwards. There was no reason to get so stressed about this. Ana wouldn’t expect any grand gestures; you wouldn’t disappoint here no matter what you did or didn’t do.
As you calmed down the fog in your brain lifted and you regained the ability to make decisions. After having a swift look around you settled on buying the ingredients for Ana’s favorite meal, as well as two caramel cupcakes. As a last minute decision you added two candles to put on the cupcakes, one an I and one a G. This way you could literally get the satisfaction of seeing Inka Gring’s legacy go up in smoke.
Later that evening Ana arrived at your apartment with a bright smile on her face and some extra pep in her steps. She immediately pulled you into a tight hug, rocking the both of you excitedly from side to side.
“I’m so happy for you,” you told her, leaning back slightly to beam at her, before getting closer again and peppering her face with light kisses.
This made Ana giggle. “And you know what makes me happy?” She gasped.
You stopped your kisses and tilted your head, unsure of where the Swiss woman was going this. It didn’t seem like the kind of question she would ask if the answer was the obvious one; Inka leaving.
“That you are so happy for me. It means the world  to me that you care so deeply, about both the good and the bad things happening in my life,” Ana clarified.
A blush cropped up on your face and you moved to hide your face in Ana’s neck, but the Swiss woman gently stopped you
“Don’t. You know I love your blush,” she murmured, placing her hands on your slightly pink cheeks and taking in every inch of your face. “So beautiful.”
Of course that only made you blush more. Ana winked at you, but didn’t stop you when you once again stepped forward to bury your face in her shoulder.
The two of you spent a nice evening together; spirits were high all around thanks to the good news. Ana showered you in compliments for your cooking and when you brought out the cupcakes she burst into laughter.
“I love this! Like a cleansing from Inka,” she said in between laughing.
“Shhh, this is a serious matter,” you chastised her playfully.
“Oh sorry,” the blonde replied, forcing a solemn expression onto her face.
However, it only lasted for all of five seconds before the huge smile that had been on her face all night long returned. You wouldn’t be complaining about that though. A happy Ana made you happy.
“To the end of the unfortunate Inka-area and to a better future for your national team,” you announced, lighting the two candles on fire. “Make a wish!”
Ana leaned forward and blew out the candles with closed eyes. Then she turned to you. “Do you want to know what I wished for?”
You shook your head firmly. “No! Otherwise it won’t come true.”
Ana smirked. “Too bad because it involves you.”
“Wait really? Then I change my mind and want to know,” you backtracked, mentally running through everything she could have wished for.
“Nope, too late,” the Swiss woman informed you.
“Meeeeeaaaaan,” you complained.
Ana just grinned at you, shrugged her shoulders and took a big bite of her cupcake.
When you continued to pout at her, she offered you a compromise, “Fine, I’ll tell you when it comes true, okay? And now enough with the puppy dog eyes. Otherwise I might crack and tell you right now and then we’ll both be at fault when it doesn’t come true.”
“Sounds good to me,” you agreed, biting into your own cupcake with gusto.
And honestly just knowing that Ana had made a wish that included you warmed you heart. It was nice to be such a big part of someone else’s life, someone other than your parents that was. But you wouldn’t think about them right now, nothing was allowed to taint this moment.
Instead of dwelling on your thoughts you looked up at Ana happily chewing the last bite of her cupcake.
“I love you,” you blurted out without thinking about it.
Once the words had left your mouth you instantly regretted them. Not that they weren’t true, they absolutely were, but you hadn’t said them to each other yet. So what if Ana didn’t feel the same and you just ruined this perfect moment? Or even worse, everything!
At least Ana was still smiling at you, that was probably a good sign. If she was going to leave right then and there she wouldn’t smile. Right?
“I love you too,” the Swiss woman simply said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
“Really?” You couldn’t help but ask.
Ana got up and came over to your side of the table. She grabbed your hands, softly pulling you up so you were on eye level.
“Of course I love you. How could I not? I guess we still have some work to do until you see yourself the way I see you, as such an amazing, good-hearted, beautiful person,” she told you earnestly.
“I really love you.” It was the only thing that came to mind, Ana’s compliments once again overwhelming you.
“That’s good because I really love you too,” the blonde replied with a chuckle, gathering you into her arms. “And I won’t rest until you love yourself too , exactly the way that you deserve.”
You just snuggled even closer into Ana, a deep calmness filling you up from head to toe. It wasn’t something you were used to, usually there was always some anxiety running in the background. However, the blonde brought you so much peace.
It was something you had never expected before you experienced it yourself. You had always thought love would be all excited butterflies and exuberance. There was some of that of course, but also this all-encompassing calmness, that was in many ways even better than all of the excitement.

For the Ship and Sentence: Ship: BuckTommy (love them). Sentence: The wind rippled through Tommy’s hair and he sighed as he wrapped his arms around his husband as they laid on the beach.
BuckTommy
The wind rippled through Tommy’s hair and he sighed as he wrapped his arms around his husband as they laid on the beach. Well, hopefully husband. If they ever got to that part of the whole married thing. Which seemed farther and farther away with each passing venue they had visited and immediately decided wasn’t for them. Tommy didn’t care. He would’ve been happy anywhere as long as Evan was there with him. Eddie had warned him. Tommy had seen his fiancé with a clipboard before but he’d always been privy to the “you’re the exception but only ‘cause you’re cute” rule. Nothing had prepared him for... Well. To be honest, it hurt more than anything. Not because Buck was unbearable or because Tommy didn’t feel heard about the wedding preparations. If anything, Tommy had to remind Evan that what he wanted mattered too and it was okay if he didn’t like something that Tommy did. It hurt because it didn’t feel like there was anything he could do to make it better. Evan wasn’t sleeping. He was stressed. He was overwhelmed. He was stubborn. His sister had offered to help him find a wedding planner but Evan had pointedly refused to even consider it until absolutely none of the venues had passed whatever standards Buck had set on one of his many many sets of notes. The clipboard had quickly been upgraded to a binder and any time he asked if he could help, Evan just waved him off with a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes. What was supposed to be a day of celebration and fun was poking at Evan’s side like a thorn he couldn’t pull out no matter how many times he tried. And nothing quite seemed to be able to soothe him. He tossed and turned in Tommy’s arms until the sheets were tangled around them. His eyebrows knitted together like he was fighting off a headache every time he so much as looked at flowers. The to do list seemed to be growing, not shrinking, and under no circumstances was anyone allowed to bring up that they still hadn’t set a date. Tommy still hadn’t quite forgiven Chimney for causing that particular downward spiral. It was supposed to be fun and it hurt Tommy more than anything that Evan wasn’t having fun and there wasn’t a thing Tommy could do to help. Sure, Tommy had dreams. He had little touches on the reception and ceremony he had opinions on. He never thought he’d get the chance to even get this far to begin with. But all that mattered to him was that he got to tell the world that Evan was his. That this adorable, gorgeous, kind man had said yes to forever with Tommy and Tommy loved him so much that it was a miracle he didn’t implode. He just didn’t know what Evan was trying to prove. Or rather who he was trying to prove the mysterious point to. Frankly, Tommy didn’t care. The only person who mattered was in his arms. “Breathe baby,” Tommy murmured into Evan’s ear. Evan breathed out as he fell back into Tommy’s chest and Tommy pressed a kiss to the soft skin beneath his ear. Inch by inch the tension that had been lingering beneath his skin melted away and Tommy watched as Buck dug his toes into the sand. Trying to tear Evan away had taken a lot of bribery and some gentle manhandling and he’d only agreed to get in the car when Tommy had told him he had another venue they could look at but they only had a very small window to get there. A little white lie. Or maybe not so much. He’d just managed to get them parked and to the beach before the sunset on the horizon and the colors bled into the sky when Evan shot him a look that said he was busted. It was just meant to be a distraction really. A moment of peace where Evan could turn off the miles and miles of thoughts racing through his head. “It’s perfect,” Evan said and Tommy squeezed him even tighter as he stared out at the tide. “Yeah,” he agreed because it was. Because anywhere with Evan in his arms was. But that spot on the beach? Well it had plenty of space to fit their loved ones too.

One-Shot: Baking Mishaps
Summary:
Baking with Azriel doesn’t go quite as planned
Word Count: 619
Warnings: None just fluff
The House of Wind was filled with the warm, inviting aroma of baking. It was a rare day off for the Night Court, and Y/N had convinced Azriel to join her in the kitchen for a fun, relaxed afternoon of baking. Despite his stoic exterior, Azriel had a soft spot for spending time with her, even if it meant getting his hands covered in flour.
Y/N laughed as she watched Azriel struggle with the measuring cups. "Az, you’re supposed to level off the flour, not pack it in like it’s a weapon."
Azriel looked up, a rare smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "I’m trying, but this isn’t exactly my area of expertise."
She stepped closer, gently taking the cup from his hands. "Here, let me show you." She demonstrated the proper way to measure flour, her hands brushing against his. "See? Easy peasy."
Azriel’s eyes softened as he watched her, his shadows swirling lazily around them both. "You make it look easy."
Y/N grinned, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "That’s because I’ve had lots of practice. Now, how about you handle the eggs?"
Azriel nodded, taking the eggs and cracking them into the bowl with surprising precision. "At least I can do this part right."
Y/N giggled, nudging him playfully with her elbow. "Look at you, Mr. Perfect."
Azriel chuckled, the sound warm and rare. "Only when it comes to cracking eggs, apparently."
They continued working together, mixing ingredients and sharing laughter. The playful banter and lighthearted teasing created a bubble of happiness around them, a stark contrast to the usual seriousness of their lives.
As they moved on to mixing the batter, Y/N noticed a smudge of flour on Azriel’s cheek. Unable to resist, she reached out and brushed it off with her thumb. "You’ve got a little something right here," she teased.
Azriel’s eyes twinkled with mischief. "Oh really?" He dipped his fingers into the bowl of flour and gently flicked some at her, a playful smirk on his face.
Y/N gasped, feigning shock. "Did you just—"
Before she could finish her sentence, Azriel flicked more flour at her, and she retaliated by grabbing a handful of flour and throwing it at him. Laughter filled the kitchen as they engaged in an impromptu flour fight, both of them covered in white powder within minutes.
"Truce! Truce!" Azriel called out, holding up his hands in surrender, his face covered in flour and his eyes shining with joy.
Y/N giggled, lowering her own flour-filled hands. "Alright, truce. But only because I don’t want to waste any more flour."
Azriel wiped flour from his face, his smile softening as he looked at her. "You know, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you this happy."
Y/N’s heart warmed at his words. "That’s because you bring out the best in me, Az."
He reached out, taking her flour-covered hand in his. "And you do the same for me."
They stood there for a moment, the world outside forgotten as they basked in each other’s presence. Finally, Y/N broke the silence with a laugh. "Come on, we should probably clean up before Rhysand comes in here and sees the mess we made."
Azriel nodded, still holding her hand. "Agreed. But I think we make a pretty good team."
Y/N smiled, her heart full. "The best team."
As they cleaned up the kitchen, their laughter and lighthearted banter continued, filling the House of Wind with a sense of warmth and love. And in that moment, Y/N knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, hand in hand, with love and laughter guiding their way.

It was a well known fact that your husband wasn’t fond of Earth and its occupants. But since you were from Earth, Loki had no choice but to take you there whenever you desired.
Yes, Loki was your husband. Striking and shocking as it was, the infamous yet powerful Norse God was yours.
At first you were so afraid of him. The two of you had met during his chaotic time in New York, amidst aliens and destruction. Your meeting was wild and crazy, and Loki saw you as his enemy. You worked for Stark Industries and tried to stop Loki from destroying the world with the Avengers. Your attempt was pretty pathetic but you had to give it a shot. You couldn't just let someone trash your home without at least trying to intervene.
In the chaos of battle, you got hit by a bullet in the shoulder. Loki could have easily left you, but he didn’t. He took you to Asgard and treated your injuries with their advanced magic and healing concoctions. In a matter of days you were completely healed. All thanks to him. He’d saved you, and that’s when you started seeing parts of him that no one else could.
Loki was a never-ending puzzle, with so many tiny pieces that it seemed impossible to ever see the whole picture. But if there was one thing you had learned about him was his deep craving for affection and care. Beneath the stoic, cold exterior of this God, hid a child seeking love.
You and Loki dated for a year before he insisted on getting married. He was pretty adamant about it, especially after clearing his name and claiming his rightful spot on the throne of Asgard. As the first son, it was his duty, and Thor was more than happy to be the captain of the Asgardian soldiers and play peacemaker with Earth.
So now, you were Queen too. You had responsibilities and daily tasks that sometimes gave you headaches. You were never lonely and Loki always took care of you. But your husband was King, born and bred for the role, when you were just a human who had only ever imagined living in a tiny New York apartment, not glittering kingdoms and palaces.
When you asked Loki for a vacation back home, he agreed. He took you to New York, where you stayed in your old apartment. Loki had bought and completely renovated it. Now, it was an adorable small place with comfy and elegant furniture, a perfect escape from your royal duties.
That night, you chose to stay in and watch a movie while munching on snacks until you were full.
No duties, no attendants or royal meetings.
Just you and your husband.
You had already stocked up on all kinds of chips, chocolate and candy. Loki had just emerged from the shower, wearing a half-open green robe that showed off his muscular chest, still flushed from the heat. He looked even taller and more imposing in your small apartment, his wet raven hair dripping water.
To distract yourself from your lusty thoughts, you went to the living room and lit a candle. You snuggled into the couch, and that’s when Loki strolled in, his musky scent filling the air. He sat down beside you and handed you a glass of wine. Your glasses clinked and you took a few sips of wine and smiled at him, enjoying the rich, fruity taste.
“Good?” He asked.
You grinned. “You have excellent taste.”
“Are you happy?” Loki asked. As much as he grumbled about Midgard, he knew how much you missed your old life. He spoiled you as often as he could.
“Very. Thank you, honey. You are quite possibly the best husband in the whole universe.”
He bent to kiss your neck. “Quite possibly? My dear, I am unequivocally the best. And I can prove it to you.”
You moaned as his lips trailed your neck, dragging your neckline aside to kiss your collarbones. “Loki no.”
“Why not?” He looked up at you like a child who’d been refused his favorite toy.
“You promised we’d watch a movie tonight.”
"I desire to ravish you instead."
You half-laughed. “You ravish me daily.”
“And it appears I am never satisfied. So I crave more.”
“You know, sometimes it’s hard keeping up with your libido,” you muttered as he cupped your breasts over your T-shirt and traced your nipples. “Loki, wait—”
He grumbled and drew back. “You are one merciless woman.”
You kissed his cheek. “I’d like to watch a movie with you. It’s been my dream, being with my boyfriend—”
“Husband,” he corrected.
“Yes, being with my husband and watching a late night movie while eating snacks.”
“I shall indulge you, my wife,” he said, tucking his robe closed and trying to hide his raging erection. He flashed a smile, his white teeth gleaming, and added, “And then,I’m going to fuck you until you can’t walk.”
You blushed. Loki often said things like that, completely shameless. “You debauched God,” you muttered.
He chuckled, the sound deep and warm. “A pleasure, darling.”
Sprawling his long legs, Loki tucked you in his arms, a soft blanket draped over you. You craddled a bowl of chips, snacks, and candy in one arm and the TV remote in the other, browsing movies on Netflix.
“This place is nice, even pretty,” Loki mused as he looked around the renovated apartment. He hadn’t really taken the time to appreciate it before.
“Pretty, huh? I remember you calling it a ‘pathetic hovel’ last time,” you teased, glancing up at him.
“Well… that was a long time ago.”
“So, what do you want to watch tonight?”
He sighed. “Well, if we’re going to waste time with Midgardian entertainment, it might as well be brief.”
“Brief? I guess a movie then.”
“Yes.” He raised an eyebrow. “I have to debauch you after that, remember?”
You nudged him lightly with your elbow. “You know, I think you’re secretly ashamed to enjoy a little human entertainment.”
“No. I’m simply eager to fuck you. That’s one thing I will never lie about.”
“What a rake you are.”
His eyes sparkled with mischief. “If I must suffer through this, let’s get over with it. Please.”
As it turned out, the movie held Loki’s interest for twenty minutes before he started being mischievous.
Honestly, you expected him to start sooner.
He took a chip and pretended to accidentally drop it in your lap. Then, acting all innocent, he “accidentally” tried to catch it, slipping his hand between your thighs. His fingers brushed against your clothed pussy, but retreated when you sent him a firm look.
Loki resumed watching the movie.
A while later, he cuddled you close and “accidentally” dropped a piece of popcorn down your shirt, between your breasts. You barely held back your grin at his ministrations. He retrieved it and you stopped his groping with a gentle slap of your hand.
“You know,” you started, “for the god of mischief, your way of distracting me is pretty lame.”
He smiled and undeterred, opened his robe. “I’m hot.”
Your eyes strayed from the TV screen because good Gods, he’d opened his robe completely, giving you a good view of his glorious cock. Thick, long and fat, it stood at attention. It throbbed, thick veins running from the head to the base. You bit your lips at the bead of moisture at the head. Loki had a magnificent chiseled body, and his cock was like rest of him, Godly. Devine. Perfect.
You rubbed your thighs together, trying to ignore the emptiness inside you. Damn him for using your weakness against you. His green eyes glowed in the dim light, filled with a hunger that promised to have you mewling and begging for his touch.
“Shouldn’t you be watching the movie?” Loki asked, his voice a husky whisper. His cock throbbed from between your bodies, begging for your touch.
You dragged your eyes from his cock and up to his face. “This is not fair.”
“God of mischief.”
In a swift move, he shifted, pushing you against the couch with his body between your legs. You gasped at the feel of him against you. Warm, hard and scented with masculine musk, your husband was irresistible. The movie played in the background, but went completely unnoticed.
He caught your lips, his tongue slipping into your mouth. “It’s time for me to have a taste of my Queen. I want my sweet human crying out, her pretty pink pussy clenching around me.”
“Hmm… yes…” you said in between wet kisses. “More, please… Loki…”
With a satisfied hum, he worked on removing your clothes, tugging at your pajamas and almost tearing your underwear. He tossed away both of your clothes away as if they offended him until there was nothing left but your smooth skin exposed to his eyes. Grasping under your knees, he steered them wide apart, and enjoyed the view. Creamy thighs and in between was the most pretty, pink puffy cunt begging for his attention.
“Look at that,” he drawled, his finger running up and down your drenched slit. “I could scent your desire all this time, my naughty little Queen.”
You opened your mouth to speak but moaned when one thick finger pressed inside. He gathered your wetness and pumped slowly, in and out, in and out, while watching you intently. You squirmed, seeking more, but he kept you still. A second finger entered, curling and rubbing that sensitive spot. You fell back, your toes curling. Licking his lips, Loki added a third, stretching you wide for him while his thumb teased your clit.
“Beautiful,” he whispered, watching at where your cunt squeezed his fingers. “So beautiful.”
“Husband, please.” You gripped his forearms. “Want them faster.”
Loki grinned and obliged, thrusting his fingers in a come hither motion. You rocked against them, panting and whining from overload. He kept his other hand on your inner thigh, keeping you open for him. Thrusting, stroking and playing with you, you came in a matter of seconds. Stars flashed in your vision. You were delirious, floating in clouds of bliss.
Loki retreated from your pussy, licking his fingers that were all wet from your juices. Then growing low, he descended upon your mound, his teeth nibbling at the fat pussy lips before flicking his tongue around your clit. Oversensitive, you tried to stop him but couldn’t. Body taut, you threaded your hands through his wet hair, grinding your pussy against his face.
A few more shameless licks and you cried out, shaking, coming apart with long-drawn moans. Loki didn’t stop teasing you, he fucked you with his fingers, moving up to devour your nipples, sucking the buds deep into his warm mouth.
“My pretty Queen possesses the sweetest taste. Can’t have enough of you.”
He claimed your mouth and you moaned at the taste of your essence on his tongue. Your hands traveled along his strong body, caressing his broad shoulders before traveling low to cup his cock. You pumped him, traced the veins and rubbed the leaky head. Loki hummed, pleased as he licked into your mouth.
Pinning your hands above your head, he grabbed his fat cock and slapped it on your pussy lips. He was heavy and hot. You watched as he rubbed the pulsing shaft until it was coated in your juices, teasing you by thrusting the cockhead inside your little slit before drawing back. With a whine, you canted your hips, begging him in a series of whines and murmurs.
He indulged you and finally surged forward, watching as your small opening was forced open by his dick. You both moaned at the sensations and once he was seated to the hilt you needed a few moments to adjust to the invasion. He was big, bigger than a human in every way. You always needed some moments to get used to the incredible fullness and stretch.
Even so, you always fit perfectly together.
“Good?” he asked, breathless and aroused.
“Okay, you can move now.”
Nodding, he pulled back, his veined length frothing with your slick before slamming back in. Having him inside you felt glorious. He did it again, his eyes fixed on your pretty cunt; he drew back till all his cock was out, then pushed deep, until his swollen balls squeezed against your ass.
“Loki,” you whined, not caring how desperate you sounded, “want to touch you.”
He freed your hands and you immediately traced his strong body, trailing your fingers down his neck, chest, nipples and firm ass while he pounded inside you, claiming your very soul. Clutching your waist, he went faster, his mouth devouring your nipples while you clung to his shoulders for dear life and rode higher and higher.
Your orgasm hit you hard and fast and you shut your eyes tightly at how intense it was. Loki followed right after you, delving to the hilt and shooting ropes of warm cum inside you. You felt his release, every pump that flooded your pussy and overflowed, dripping down your the crack of your ass.
With a rumble of satisfaction, he set you to lay on your side, cuddling you from behind, his still hard shaft still within you. He kissed your neck, your shoulder, then suckled your nipples and cupped your breasts in his hands. You relaxed into him, your body lax and spent.
“We should watch the rest of the movie now,” he said in an absolutely serious tone.
You half-laughed. “We missed most of it.”
He kissed your head with a grin. “We can watch it again.”
“Oh, now you don’t mind?”
“I think I’m going to relish watching as many movies as you want, darling.”
To prove his point, he gave a shallow thrust—he was still hard and your eyes rolled to the back of your head.
“That sounds like a threat, husband,” you moaned when he draped your leg over his thigh. “Loki—”
He rubbed the place where you were joined. “I want to play with my Queen’s pussy while we watch the movie.”
You wiggled but he kept you lodged to him. “Loki this is too much.”
He silenced you with a kiss and drew tight circles over your clit. You felt warm magic permeating your pussy and knew that he was healing you. You no longer felt so oversensitive and the stretch of his cock was pleasing, welcoming.
“There,” he dragged his tongue across your neck. “I always take care of my wife.” He kissed your forehead and added, “Now put the movie from the start.”
“Lo—” you didn’t manage to let out another word and whined when he leaned down to kiss around your flushed nipples.
“Loki—”
“The movie, darling,” he said and gently thrust his cock, reminding you that he remained rock hard inside you.
Loki moved from behind you, his hands, mouth and delicious length of him inside you teasing you to another orgasm. True to his word, he ended up fucking you until the credits rolled and you had no strength to do anything else but melt sweetly into his arms and enjoy his ministrations.

Today was the day Joe met his daughter’s boyfriend for the very first time since he was taking her out on a date, and to say that nerves were high from every side was an understatement. From the very start of finding out that I was having a girl, Joe always preached about how he always wanted to be a girl dad, but wasn’t ready. The part he wasn’t ready for was the fact that one day, his precious little girl would turn into a teenager who was going to be interested in boys, and he didn’t like that one bit.
Joe thought he had so much time and that he would be prepared for when the day finally came, but it’s very evident that even now, he is very ill prepared for this. Part of me felt bad though. I mean he couldn’t help it. His daughter is going to be going on a date for the very first time and there’s nothing he can do. She’s hung out with the boy numerous times after school and did typical things people do together when they have a crush on each other, but nothing major like this. What he can’t stand is the fact that he can’t go to make sure she’s safe and he obviously can’t stop them from going, though he begged me to lie about having plans that we forgot about.
“Mom, can you please make dad behave? What if he intimidates Brady so much that he decides he doesn’t want to be my boyfriend anymore?” Ryan asked me as she looked through her closet, deciding on what to wear. Ryan wasn’t nervous about their first real date since they’ve been friends since they were in middle school. She wasn’t nervous for riding in Brady’s car for the first time and she wasn’t nervous that it wouldn’t be a good first date. She was nervous that her dad, who she loves so extremely much, would ruin the whole thing and drive the boy that she has had the biggest crush on for years away.
I sat on her bed and swung my legs back and forth, smiling at all of the pictures of friends and family she has in her room. My favorite picture was the one we took together at Ohio State when Ryan was born. Yes, Ohio State. When Joe and I met in High school, we had the perfect little relationship built around trust and loyalty. Then one day, we got pregnant. Being pregnant at 19 was terrifying, but it was the most incredible thing to ever happen to the both of us. Though we were terrified of being parents, we accepted it and when she was born, we were on top of the world.
“Your dad won’t scare him away, I promise. He’s happy for you.” I said in more of a question tone. I knew Joe was happy for his daughter. He was happy that she was going on her first ever date at the age of 16 and had her first real boyfriend, but it still made him nervous. “See? You say that like he’s not happy. What if he ruins this, mom?” She asked me and hung her shoulder low, a defeated look on her face. I tilted my head and then patted on the bed next to me, wanting her to come over and sit by me. With a sigh, Ryan walked over to me and plopped herself down on the bed next to me.
I wrapped an arm around her and she leaned into me and rested her head on my shoulder. “Your dad is just nervous, and that’s understandable, right? Not only is he meeting your boyfriend who is about to take his daughter away from him for a few hours, but you have to remember that we got pregnant at 19 and you’re only 3 years younger.” I said. Ryan looked up at me with a shocked expression on her face and shook her head. “Ew, mom. I’ve told you a million times that I’m waiting for marriage, I would never. Does he not trust me?” She asked me.
I laughed a little bit at her quick response to tell me she was once again waiting till marriage. “It’s not you that he doesn’t trust sweetheart, It’s Brady. But once he see’s that he’s harmless and a sweet boy, he’ll love him just as much as I do.” I said. The only reason I’ve met Brady before is because I go to all of the Friday night games with Ryan so she can see Brady play football since she doesn’t have her drivers license yet. Joe hasn’t met him because if he’s not at home, he’s at practice or games being the starting quarterback for the Bengals at 35 years old. Even though we’ve talked a lot about retirement, he thinks he still has a few more years left. It works for me though since I absolutely love watching him.
“Can you go talk to him and try to get him to be as nice as possible? Maybe tell him that we can all watch SpongeBob when I get home from the movies?” She asked me. I rubbed her arm and with a little smile, nodded my head and got up off of the bed. “I’ll try my best. But really sweetheart, try not to worry. It’ll be fine.” I said and left her to get changed into her little dress that she picked out a few months ago for when Brady finally built up the courage to ask her out.
Brady and Ryan have Been friends since middle school and despite them obviously having feelings for each other, never admitted those feelings. Throughout their freshman and sophomore year they always hung out and I always drove her to his house, but they were just friends. But, a few weeks ago, Brady finally admitted that he’s had feelings for her for a long time, and the rest is pretty much history.
I headed out of the room and then down the stairs. As I turned to walk down the stairs, I saw Joe sitting on the couch, hunched forwards. Both of his fists were clenched and so was his jaw, and his expression was tense and serious. As soon as he heard me walking down the stairs, he turned his head to the right to look at me and when we made eye contact, he just sighed and shook his head. “Oh Joey. This is a good thing. You knew this day would come.” I said.
As I walked around to the front of the couch, I tried to study Joe’s expression and read him, but he looked so standoffish. There was absolutely no way he could greet Brady looking like that. When I sat down next to him and crossed my legs, Joe placed one hand on my thigh and gave it a small, unsure squeeze, but never looked over at me. I then put my arm around him and rubbed his back a little bit. “I know. It’s just hard, that’s all.” Joe said. Frowning a little bit, I nodded and kissed the back of his neck. “I know it is. It’s hard to see her getting older, but it’s so rewarding.” I said, continuing to rub his back. “That’s not why this is hard for me.” Joe said.
“Talk to me about it then,” I said and patted his thigh with my other hand, “because your daughter is up there freaking out because she thinks you’re going to scare Brady away.” I said with a small laugh. Joe let out a sigh and leaned back against the couch, so I repositioned myself so I was facing him and I tucked my legs under me. “I know I’ve never met him before, but boys these days are stupid and disrespectful. I don’t want her to go through that, ever.” He said. I frowned a little bit but tried to still be cheery. “Brady is a respectful young man, Joe. Once you meet him you’ll see.” I said, trying to redirect him slightly.
I get why he’s unsure about this. The most important person in his life is going to be going out with a boy he’s never really met before and he’s nervous. “I was a teenage boy once too. I know how they think. And a lot of us are dicks,” Joe said and looked over at me this time, “boys want to know what’s under a girls clothes. I don’t want anyone thinking that way about my daughter.” I sighed a little bit and tried my best to assure him that Brady was a good boy and that they’be been friends forever, but I didn’t know what to say. I’m not a guy. I don’t know what they think about girls or what they want to do to girls.
The only thing that I could say to possibly make him feel better was, “do you know all of those ufc moves you taught ryan? Our daughter is going to be perfectly fine.” I said. “I’m serious about this.” He said with a small glare, thinking I was trying to be funny. “You think I’m joking but I’m not, she can be scary and mean when she want’s to.” I said. Joe chuckled a little bit, thinking to all the times they’ve practiced ufc moves on each other. Even if he doesn’t want to admit it, Ryan can defend herself. “Plus She’s been raised around nfl players her whole life, she is perfectly capable of taking care of herself.” I said.
Joe leaned forwards and wrapped an arm around me, pulling me closer to him. I let out a little laugh as he practically placed me on his lap. “I know, I know. But I swear, if he even tries anything, I’m going to fuck him up.” He said. I smiled up at him before leaning forwards and placing a kiss on those pink lips. “I wouldn’t expect anything different. But since he hasn’t done anything wrong, please try to be civil.” I said. “I will be.” He said.
With a little smile, Joe leaned forwards and started to kiss my neck. I let out a small sigh, but just as he started to kiss me, I heard footsteps on the stairs. “Really? Get a room, please.” Ryan said with a small laugh. I turned around to look at her and saw the most disgusted face in the entire world. With a laugh, I scooted off of Joe’s lap and onto the couch next to him before I stood up. Joe followed after me and looked at his daughter in her dress.
“You’ll be doing that with Brady soon enough, don’t worry.” I joked with her. Brady just looked even more disgusted since her father was right next to me to hear that. I turned to look at Joe as he closed his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose. “You are really not helping.” Joe said through squinted eyes.
As if on queue, I heard Brady pull into the driveway and excitedly looked over to Ryan who looked at me and then Joe, giving me a worried look. Before I walked to the door, I mouthed to her, ‘don’t worry, I talked to him,’ and then excitedly walked to the door. To be honest I was ready for Ryan to go on her first ever date and for Joe to meet her first ever boyfriend. I knew this time would come one day and now that it’s here, it’s exciting. I feel like I was just a 16 year old girl going on a date with Joe for the very first time. Granted, I hope Ryan doesn’t get pregnant in college, even though getting pregnant was the best thing to ever happen to me since it gave me Ryan.
As I walked to the door with Joe and Ryan following after me, I heard a knock on the door, so I opened it up and was met by Brady’s huge smile. “Hello Brady, it’s so good to see you again. How are you?” I asked him and let him come inside. “I’m doing really good Mrs. burrow, especially since I get to take Ryan on a date.” Brady said and looked over at Ryan. Immediately, I could see him start to blush as he looked at her.
I couldn’t help but think about Joe and how he couldn’t stop blushing on our first date. He even blushes now every time he looks at me. “Oh wow, you can call me by my first name, Mrs. burrow makes me feel old. It reminds me of my mother in law.” I joked with him, getting a laugh out of him as well. I could tell he was nervous, but he was doing surprisingly well given the fact that he was meeting Joe for the first time.
As soon as Brady stepped inside, I shut the door since I didn’t know how long it would take and watched as Brady took a few steps towards Joe. “It’s great to meet you, Mr. Burrow. Ryan talks about you a lot in school.” He said and shook Joe’s hand that was extended out towards Brady. I looked over at Ryan during their first encounter and gave her a little shrug and she just gave me half a smile. At least it was going good so far. “I hope all good things,” Joe chuckled, “It’s good to finally meet you.” Joe said.
I let out a breath I didn’t even know I was holding in and smiled at the both of them. Then, out of nowhere, Joe said, “can I speak to you privately? It won’t take more than a few minutes.” My eyes shot up at Joe and then Ryan who looked terrified of what her dad was going to say to Brady. Was he going to threaten Brady? Or try and scare him away? Oh shit. I could’ve sworn this thing was going to go good and he was going to behave himself. If he takes Brady in there and gives him the talk about ‘if you hurt my daughter I will fuck you up,’ like he said he was going to do a million times, I am going to kill him.
Brady looked to Ryan quickly and then back to Joe with a hesitant nod before Joe signaled to the living room. “Can you both wait in the kitchen?” Joe asked me. Brady walked past him and to the living room and Ryan slapped her forehead and walked to the kitchen. I walked over to Joe before following Ryan and glared up at him. “I swear, if you scare that boy away, I will kill you.” I whispered to him. “I’m not going to scare him away. I want to get to know him a little and try to get him to be less scared of me. He might’ve put on a brave face, but he was shitting bricks, believe me.” Joe said before turning around and walking to the living room where Brady already was.
Taking a deep breath, I composed myself a little and then went into the kitchen where Ryan was. “What’s going on?” She asked me nervously. I put my hands up a little bit to calm her down and then leaned on the counter opposite of her. “He’s trying to get to know him so he isn’t so nervous around him.” I said. Ryan raised an eyebrow up at me and her mouth hung open. “What? Get to know him? I thought he’d be all uptight and shit.” She said. “Right? I guess we both don’t know him.” I laughed. I could see the worry and tension leave Ryan’s face as she started to calm down and let herself take a breather. And here we thought Joe was about to ruin everything.
“So, do you think he likes Brady?” She asked me with a slightly weary smile on her face, not knowing whether or not her dad likes the boy she is about to go on a date with. “Yes and no. I think he knows that Brady is a nice boy, but no because he’s taking you on a date. No matter how old you get, your dad’s always going to worry about you.” I said, giving her a small smile. She sighed while nodding and then walked over to me and stood next to me. Once next to me, she leaned on the counter like me and then rested her head on my shoulder. “I know. I’m glad I got good parents.” She said and looked up at me. I stuck out my bottom lip while looking down at her and wrapped my arm around her. “You’re not too bad yourself, kid.” I joked with her.
After about 5 minutes, I could hear Brady and Joe walking towards the kitchen before Joe peaked his head in and said, “we’re all done. You ready to go?” Joe asked Ryan. Ryan excitedly looked up at me and then to Joe. I watched as Ryan nodded quickly and then headed towards Joe who turned around and walked back towards the door as we followed him. “Thank you so much again, Mr. Burrow, I’m really looking forward to Sunday, sir.” Brady said while looking up at Joe, then to Ryan. I couldn’t help but smile at the way Brady’s cheeks flushed a light shade of red while looking at our daughter. It reminded me so much of Joe and how his cheeks and ears always flush red when he see’s me.
“Please, call me Joe. Why don’t you go wait in the car for a second while I talk to my daughter.” Joe said with a smile. Brady reached out his hand to shake Joe’s hand, so Joe reached forward and grabbed ahold of his hand, giving him a firm handshake. “Alright, Joe. She’s in very good hands, and we’ll be back before her curfew.” Brady said. I raised my eyebrows slightly at how professional Brady was being right now and then looked over to Ryan who also looked kind of shocked. I could tell she was extremely relieved by this whole thing. “That’s what I like to hear,” Joe chuckled slightly, “it was really nice to meet you, Brady.” Joe added in. “You too Mr. burrow-I mean Joe.” Brady said with a smile and then turned around and left.
I stood off to the side with my hands on my hips and smiled up at Joe as he turned to face Ryan. “Dad…you are amazing. Thank you so much.” Ryan said and walked towards her dad. Joe started to laugh when Ryan wrapped her arms tightly around Joe and buried her head in Joes chest. Joe wrapped his arms around Ryan and then glanced over at me. I gave him a small smile and nodded, happy with how this turned out. “Of course, Ryan. Just know that no matter what, I’m always here for you, and I love you,” Joe said and put both of his hands on Ryan’s shoulders and gently pushed her back so he could look into her eyes, “you’ll always be my little girl no matter how old you are, you know that, right?” Joe said. “I know, dad, and I love you too, no matter how old you are.” Ryan laughed at the last part and stood on her tippy toes. Just like always, Joe leaned down so Ryan could place a kiss on his cheek, and then she excitedly jumped backwards. “Wish me luck!” She giggled and started running out of the door.
Joe and I came together by the front door where we watched Ryan run to Brady’s car. Brady was leaning on his car and when he saw Ryan, he walked to the passenger side door and opened it up for her. Joe wrapped his arm around me, so I leaned into his side and rested my head on his shoulder. “What’s Sunday by the way?” I asked. “I invited him to the game so he could be up in the suite with you and Ryan and meet my parents. I figured it was a chance for them to hang out some more.” Joe said while smiling down at me. “You honestly handled this much better than I thought you would.” I smiled up at him and kissed his shoulder. All along I thought this would be some dumpster fire and he would embarrass Ryan. I guess I should’ve given him more credit.
“Yeah, well they remind me of us when we first started going out. Everyone deserves a first love and I’m glad that Brady’s the one she chose. He’s a good kid.” Joe said. “They remind you of us? Well let’s just hope history doesn’t repeat himself and we become grandparents in a few years.” I joked with him. Joe immediately pushed me to the side slightly and sealed his eyes shut, punching the bridge of his nose. “Don’t even fucking say that, what the hell?” Joe said and then looked down at me. I laughed and then pushed him right back. “Sorry, I couldn’t help myself.” I giggled and got into a fighting position, making Joe laugh. “Get over here.” Joe said and grabbed my hand, pulling me to him. Once I got to him, he moved me in front of him and wrapped his arms around my neck. Reaching up, I rested both of my hands on his arms and watched as Brady and Ryan drove off. “There she goes.” Joe said with a sigh. “She’ll be back.” I said and kissed his arm.

Agape
Agape love is defined as being unconcerned with the self and concerned with the greatest good of another. Agape love isn't born just out of emotions, feelings, familiarity, or attraction but from the will and as a choice. Agape requires faithfulness, commitment, and sacrifice without expecting anything in return.

She was a lady from some noble house, sent to kings landing by her father to find some suitable husband, that could only benefit him. But the second she entered kings landing she caught Aegon’s eye, the pair quickly becoming enamoured in each other, and soon any hopes her father had of her making a subtle match was ruined, and she found her match in Aegon instead.
He was the opposite of ideal, he was a first born son and yet was entitled to nothing and already wed. In no Westorsosi world could the two love openly and yet with him she loved him effortlessly. She didn’t love him for the crown he might one day wear, or the riches he adorned, but for him and him alone.
And he, well he never looked for love before her. And yet the second he saw her he knew she was perfect for him, and that love was the only thing he would ever find with her and her alone.
They had planned the a life were they could live, happy in love with no one pulling them apart. And the day came for that dream to become true.
They had been awoken at dawn, a maid entering his chamber with news of his fathers death. And yet no sadness was found. Only hope.
They had exchanged smiles, and quickly packed there things, quickly running through he secret passages of the keep to the dragon pit, where they made their quick escape on the back of sunfyre.
They had nothing too lose and everything to gain from leaving, and that everything was each other.
They had been living in Bravvos for two years in utter bliss.
Aegon having become a moderately successful merchant somehow charming some rich Bravvosi lords into employing him in their trading empire, and she had started to work in a book shop.
They lived comfortably, being given a manor on one of the lord’s estates. They somehow had left with nothing and yet found themselves living in what many may call the laps of luxury.
Though there were some struggles, such as were to hide sunfyre, but the dragon seemed to love the freedom of the continent, disappearing for weeks on end before finally returning.
Another struggle was the fact that they could never seem to get out of bed.
“Gods!” she moaned throwing her head back, she had awoken to Aegon’s head between her thighs, his tongue endlessly teasing her clit, his fingers plunging in and out of her making her peak twice already, and still refused to lift his head.
Gripping the back of his neck, she slowly pulled him away from her heat, him whining at the loss of her sweet taste.
Though she made up for it as she pulled him into a deep heated kiss, before slowly flipping them, so his head was now against the headboard, and her sat in his lap, there lips never breaking apart.
There bedsheets had long since fallen of the bed, leaving them and just their bare bodies to bathe in the sunlight that was leaking though the curtains, they had half hazardly closed the night before.
She began to grind her heat against his cock, covering him in her wetness, and making his already hard cock, impossibly harder, causing moans to fall from his lips.
“I love you” he whispered against her lips, his arms moving to wrap around hers, before finally reaching down, grabbing his cock and finally entered her, they both moaned as he did.
She moved slowly, grinding her body against his, with slow tortuous movements, kissing him slowly and returning his words as her own.
After several minutes, and pleas form Aegon she changed their positions, so that Aegon now lay flat on his back, his arms pinned down by hers as she finally picked up the pace.
She started to ride up and down his length, griding her hips as she went, leaving Aegon a moaning mess and unable to move as she took only her own pleasure and focused on circling her hips to hit that sweet spot only his cock could reach.
“Faster, please!” Aegon begged, though in truth he was at her mercy, happy to take what ever she would give him, even if it denied him his own peak.
She complied, moving her hands to realise his, instead positioning them to hold onto to his legs behind her, allowing Aegon to grab onto her hips, as she focused on riding up and down his dick, set just at the right angle, so that at every move his cock was hitting her sweet spot.
Before they knew it they were both reaching their peaks, and collapsing together on the bed, only to here Aegon say “Again?”

The Ricciardo clan
Daniel Ricciardo x reader
part one
@winterstelena
--------------
The days passed in a blur of preparations and anticipation. Daniel had transformed into a whirlwind of activity, assembling the crib, organizing the nursery, and reading every parenting book he could get his hands on. Despite his frantic energy, there was a constant undercurrent of joy that filled the apartment, a sense of impending wonder that kept you both on the edge of excitement.
One quiet afternoon, you were lounging on the couch, flipping through a baby name book, while Daniel was in the kitchen, attempting to cook dinner. The aroma of something delicious wafted through the air, mingling with the sound of him humming to himself. Just as you were about to call out a name suggestion, a sudden sharp pain shot through your abdomen, making you gasp.
Daniel was at your side in an instant, his face a mask of concern. "What is it? Are you okay?"
You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself. "I think… I think it's time."
His eyes widened in alarm and excitement. "Time? As in now?"
You nodded, feeling another contraction ripple through your body. "Yes, now."
For a moment, Daniel seemed frozen, his mind racing as he tried to remember everything he'd read about labor. Then, snapping into action, he grabbed the hospital bag that had been packed and ready for weeks. "Okay, okay. We can do this. Deep breaths. Just like we practiced."
You smiled weakly at his attempt to stay calm. "Deep breaths, Danny."
The drive to the hospital was a whirlwind of contractions and frantic reassurances. Daniel kept one hand on the steering wheel and the other on your leg, his knuckles white from gripping the wheel too tightly. You could see the mix of fear and determination in his eyes, and it gave you strength.
When you finally arrived at the hospital, the staff quickly ushered you into a room, their calm efficiency helping to ease some of your anxiety. Daniel stayed by your side, his presence a comforting anchor as the contractions grew more intense.
Hours seemed to blend together in a haze of pain and anticipation. Daniel never left your side, holding your hand, whispering words of encouragement, and occasionally looking like he might pass out himself. But he stayed strong, his love for you and the baby shining through his exhaustion and fear.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the moment arrived. With one last push, a tiny, wailing bundle was placed in your arms. Tears streamed down Daniel's face as he gazed at your newborn daughter, his expression one of pure, unfiltered awe.
"She's here," he whispered, his voice choked with emotion. "Our little honey badger jr."
You looked down at your daughter, her tiny fingers curling around your thumb, and felt an overwhelming surge of love. "She's perfect."
Daniel leaned in, pressing a kiss to your forehead, then to the baby's. "You did amazing, love. Both of you."
The room seemed to fade away, leaving just the three of you in a bubble of pure happiness. You watched as Daniel gently cradled your daughter, his eyes filled with a mix of wonder and tenderness. "Welcome to the world, little one," he murmured. "We've been waiting for you."
As you lay back, exhaustion finally catching up with you, you felt a deep sense of contentment. The journey had only just begun, but you knew that with Daniel by your side, you could face anything. The three of you were a team now, bound by love and the promise of countless adventures to come.
Later, as the room quieted and your daughter slept peacefully in her crib, Daniel lay beside you, his hand resting protectively over yours. "I can't believe she's here," he said softly, his voice filled with wonder.
"I know," you replied, your heart swelling with emotion. "It feels like a dream."
He turned to you, his eyes shining with love. "Thank you for giving me this gift. I promise I'll do everything I can to be the best dad."
You squeezed his hand, feeling the truth of his words resonate within you. "I know you will, Danny. We're in this together."
As you drifted off to sleep, the last thing you felt was Daniel's gentle kiss on your forehead, a silent promise of love and dedication. And as you slipped into dreams, you knew that no matter what the future held, your family was strong, united by the unbreakable bond of love.
------------------------------------
The first few days at home with your newborn daughter, Amelia, were a blur of sleepless nights and endless feedings. Despite the exhaustion, every moment was filled with an overwhelming sense of wonder and joy. Daniel was a constant presence by your side, his love and dedication shining through in everything he did.
One morning, a few days after bringing Amelia home, you woke up to the sound of Daniel’s soft voice humming a lullaby. You smiled as you watched him cradling her in his arms, gently swaying back and forth. He looked up and caught your gaze, his eyes lighting up with a mix of love and relief.
"Good morning," he whispered, careful not to wake the baby.
"Good morning," you replied, your voice filled with warmth. "How long have you been up?"
"Not too long," he said, glancing down at Amelia. "She woke up early, so I thought I’d let you sleep a bit longer."
You reached out and brushed a stray lock of hair from his forehead. "You’re amazing, you know that?"
He chuckled softly, his eyes twinkling. "Just trying to keep up with you. Speaking of which, I think I've had more coffee in the last few days than I did during my entire racing career."
-------------
As the days turned into weeks, you and Daniel slowly found your rhythm as new parents. There were moments of frustration and doubt, but there were also moments of pure, unadulterated joy. Like the first time Amelia smiled, a tiny, toothless grin that melted both your hearts. Or the way she would grip Daniel’s finger with surprising strength, her wide eyes staring up at him with curiosity and trust.
One evening, after putting Amelia down for the night, you and Daniel settled onto the couch, a sense of peace settling over you both. Daniel wrapped an arm around your shoulders, pulling you close.
"I can’t believe how much she’s grown already," he said, his voice filled with awe. "It feels like just yesterday she was born."
You nodded, resting your head on his shoulder. "I know. She’s changing so fast."
Daniel was silent for a moment, his thoughts seemingly far away. Then he turned to you, his eyes serious. "I’ve been thinking… about the future. About how we can give her the best life possible."
You looked up at him, sensing the weight of his words. "What do you mean?"
"I mean," he said slowly, choosing his words carefully, "I want to make sure I’m always here for you both. With racing… it’s unpredictable. And dangerous."
You felt a pang of fear at the thought of something happening to him, but you understood his concern. "What are you saying, Danny?"
"I’m saying I might need to reconsider some things," he replied, his gaze steady. "Maybe take a step back from racing. At least for a while."
The thought of Daniel giving up something he loved was hard to bear, but the idea of having him safe and present for your family was even more compelling. "Are you sure? I don’t want you to give up your dreams."
He smiled softly, his eyes filled with love. "My dreams have changed. You and Amelia are my dreams now. I want to be here, every step of the way."
Tears welled up in your eyes as you reached up to cup his cheek. "I love you so much, Daniel."
"I love you too," he whispered, leaning in to kiss you gently. "We’ll figure it out together."
--------------------
As the weeks turned into months, Daniel started to transition away from full-time racing, taking on a more supportive role within his team. It was a difficult adjustment, but knowing he was making this choice for his family made it easier to bear.
Meanwhile, Amelia continued to grow and thrive, her bright personality shining through more each day. She had her father’s infectious smile and your curious nature, a perfect blend of the two of you. Watching Daniel interact with her, you saw a side of him you had never seen before—a tenderness and patience that made you fall in love with him all over again.
One sunny afternoon, the three of you were sitting in the backyard, enjoying the warm weather. Amelia was giggling as Daniel gently bounced her on his knee, her tiny hands reaching up to grab at his face.
"Look at her," Daniel said, his voice filled with wonder. "She’s perfect."
You smiled, your heart swelling with pride and love. "She is. And she’s so lucky to have you as her dad."
Daniel looked up at you, his eyes shining. "We’re both lucky. We have each other, and we have her. That’s all I need."
As you sat there, basking in the warmth of the sun and the love of your family, Daniel suddenly grinned mischievously. "You know, I think she's already faster than me. Did you see how quickly she grabbed my nose earlier? She's got future champion written all over her."
You laughed, shaking your head. "Maybe she'll be the next big thing in baby racing."
Daniel’s eyes twinkled with humor. "Well, if she takes after her old man, she'll have the best of both worlds: speed and a killer smile."
You chuckled, leaning into him. "I think she's got a pretty good start with you as her dad."
Daniel sighed contentedly, wrapping an arm around you and Amelia. "We're going to be a great team, the three of us. Watch out world, here comes the Ricciardo clan."
As you sat there, the sun setting on the horizon, you knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, you and Daniel would face them together. His love and dedication, coupled with your unwavering support, would guide you through this incredible journey of parenthood. And in that moment, with Amelia nestled safely between you, everything felt just right.

The Sky is Blue, the Grass is Green
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media

notes: happy pride month. I've been listening to a lot of music by sapphics recently and it made me gay. Also I saw some loser say that Chappell Roan is the first queer person to publicly yearn for women and that is phenomenally untrue. Internet person who I've never met, this was written to spite you. Sorry for not making this more inclusive to women of all body types or to all lesbians regardless of gender. mayhaps I will write something for you soon. EXTRA NOTE: Moon Chaeyoung is not a kpop idol (to my knowledge) she is Cindy Moon aka Silk aka a Spider-Man. Chaeyoung is her Korean name. sorry for the slander, Cindy, I love you more than anything but I needed a name.
You’re going to make her your wife one day. You know this with the certainty that you know everything else. The sky is blue, the grass is green, you are going to marry Lee Minho. You’re staring at her, watching her make breakfast (that isn’t actually breakfast because you’re eating it at 2pm) in an old school shirt of yours and you can feel your love for her swell through your heart to be pumped through the rest of your body. You think that loving her is the most effective drug on the planet, that people wouldn’t need anything stronger than an ibuprofen because just spending a minute alone with her is enough to give you a high unlike any other. She turns around to plate the food and catches you staring, she always does, and it makes her ears blush crimson.
“Yah,” she says it softly, “take a picture, it’ll last longer.”
“Why would I need a picture when I have the real thing right in front of me?” Her ears turn a new, deeper shade of red and she avoids your gaze.
“You’re a charmer, you know that?”
“I have the most beautiful woman in the world in front of me and you want me to be normal about it?” You roll your eyes playfully, and reach for your cup to take a sip of your juice.
“No, you don’t,” she says, suddenly.
“‘No, I don’t’ what?”
“You don’t have the most beautiful woman in the world in front of you,” she hands you your plate - with no eggs because you can’t stand them, and no pork because it makes you sick, and french toast the way your dad used to make on lazy Sunday mornings - made with love and care just like everything else she does.
“You don’t have the most beautiful woman in the world in front of you,” she repeats, sitting down next to you with her breakfast that’s completely different from yours, “I do.”
-
“Minnie Mouse?” You just came from work, calling through the house to see if she’s home, too. You can tell from the aggravated sigh that comes from the living room that she is, indeed, home.
“You could literally call me anything else,” she’s wrestling Dori on her lap, the tabby always staunchly opposed to having his nails clipped.
“Where’s the fun in that?” You sit down beside her and take the clippers, letting her soothe and calm Dori while you make yourself his least favorite for the night. You’ll live. He’ll come begging for attention when Minho’s too busy being great at everything to give it to him.
“The fun is not having your girlfriend break your toes in your sleep.” You laugh at her and bring her Doongie, holding him instead because he doesn’t care about the whole process even a little bit and you want to pet his soft head.
“Did you know there’s nothing they can do for broken toes?”
“Really? Doongie, please stop wiggling so much.”
“Yeah, they kind of just say ‘good luck’ and kick you out before charging you one million dollars for breathing hospital air.”
“American healthcare really is something. How’d you learn that by the way?”
“My friend had an experience once. Also, it was mentioned in a video game.” She laughs, kissing Doongie’s forehead, then yours.
“Did you learn anything else in that video game?”
“I have incredibly poor hand-eye coordination.”
“I could’ve told you that.”
“What- what’s that supposed to mean?”
“Will you get a towel to wrap Soongie in, please?”
“Hey, wait. Hey! You can’t just say weird things and walk away!”
(“Can you really tell that I have poor hand-eye coordination?” You ask her this while she’s splayed out under you, two of your fingers knuckle deep in her sweet cunt while a thumb circles her clit.
“What?” She’s out of breath and her chest is heaving in a way that makes her tits look even hotter than normal. You almost lose your train of thought.
“Earlier. You said you can tell that I have poor hand-eye coordination.”
“Jesus- you stopped fucking me to ask me that?” One of her hands that was cradling your wrist goes up to her eyes to rub at them. “You’re something else.”
“Well! I just remembered it! Maybe I’m not doing a good job-”
“Stupid girl,” she’s got you on your back now, seemingly not caring about the orgasm she was approaching before you got distracted. “When have I ever not told you when I didn’t like something?”
“Uh. Never?”
“Exactly, so why do you think I’d start now? With this?” She gestures between the two of you and you look, stupidly, like you will see something other than your naked, sweaty body and her equally naked, equally sweaty, incredibly sexy body.
“That’s… that’s a great question.”
“I was just teasing, jagi. That’s all.” She kisses the side of your mouth and you can feel the way her lashes flutter along your cheek in a perfect butterfly kiss. Everything about her makes you fall deeper in love the longer you know her, even her stupidly long and perfect eyelashes.
“So, about my hand-eye coordination.” She drops her head to your shoulder with another curse and your hand comes up to play with her hair.
“It’s still bad, believe me. I don’t notice it when we have sex, though. You’re perfectly good with your hands, jagi.”
“The best?” She smiles, kisses you on the mouth this time.
“The best.”)
-
She’s got you in between her legs in the tub, her strong thighs thrown over yours so you can’t move while she aims the jet of the shower head directly on your clit. It’s almost too much, it always is, an unyielding wall of pressure that sends shocks of pleasure through your body in a way that makes you squirmy beyond belief. The first time you did this to yourself, you ended up with bruises on your back, the first time you did this with her, you almost elbowed her in the face. As it stands, she’s got her arms wrapped around you as best she can as you whine underneath her.
“I can’t, I can’t. ‘S too much, please.”
“Jagi,” she coos it right into your ear, “you haven’t even came yet. You keep tapping out before it gets good. Don’t you wanna come, baby?” You nod and she tilts her head out of the way so you don’t nail her in the jaw.
“I want to, but it’s so much.” She coos as you again as your legs scramble uselessly for purchase underneath hers. The tile is too slippery for you to do so, and Minho’s thighs are no joke. She’s danced for years and her gym routine is nothing to scoff at. You could spend hours writing sonnets about her legs if you weren’t so distracted.
“You can though, can’t you, kitty cat?” Your hand pats frantically at her arm until she gets the message to hold it in one of her own. “You can be good for me, right? You’ll come the way I want you to?”
The sound you let out in response to that is more of a cry than anything else, she shushes you and kisses your cheek sweetly like she isn’t the one overloading your nerves with sensation, like the isn’t the one unleashing as much water pressure as possible on the most sensitive part of your body. She shifts her grip just slightly, adjusts the angle and that has you lurching forward so fast you almost knock her over.
“Silly girl, don’t run.” She pulls you right back to her chest, boobs pressed against your back as she fixes the spray directly at the angle that had you reeling. “I always forget how squirmy you get when we do this.” She giggles, like she’s watching a silly cartoon.
“Mommy,” you can’t think enough to say anything intelligent, high, pitchy moans coming out in place of words. You want to answer her, to tell her you weren’t trying to run, that you will be a good girl for her. She’s trained you better than this, but you can’t say much else beyond her title, beyond her name. You hope she knows what you’re trying to tell her anyway.
“Oh, jagi.” Her voice is soft and sweet, but the way she’s pinning you is not. Neither is the way she’s forcing you to take what she gives you. “Mommy’s here, kitty cat. Mommy’s got you.”
“Mommy. Mommy.” You’re repeating it, over and over, too dumb to say anything else as you feel the overwhelming input you’ve been receiving crest higher and higher. She hums after each mention of her name like she understands what you’re saying. Hums like you’re one of the cats meowing at her for attention. You suppose she’s not too far off.
You cum with a near silent scream, breath halting in your chest in a way that used to concern Minho when it first happened. She doesn’t keep the water pressure going for too long after that, dropping the showerhead to replace the stream with her fingers to help you ride it out. She only loosens her grip when you slump back against her, loose limbed and dazed, muscles still twitching from how tightly they were tensed. She kisses the side of your face and very politely keeps her hands above your waistline while you calm down.
“You feel better?” She’s holding the shower head again, and giggles when you close your legs, simply holding it to the side so it doesn’t spray water all over the floor.
“Mhm. Thank you, mommy.”
“I’m glad. Let’s finish showering, yeah? Mommy will clean you up.”
(You’re leaning heavily against her as she guides you to sit on the bed, grabbing your respective lotions and hair care products and turning to take care of you first. You whine at her.
“Let me do yours!” She raises an eyebrow.
“Keep your eyes open for more than thirty seconds and maybe I will.” You lift your hands and manually pry your eyelids apart. She bats at them until you stop.
“Ew, it’s so gross when you do that. Freak.”
“I miss five minutes ago when you were telling me I’m the love of your life.”
“Five minutes ago you weren’t being a little shit head.”
“False. I’m always a shit head.” She hums and grabs your chin, wiggling your head a little until you look at her.
“No, sometimes, you’re my sweet little girl.”
“Oh.” There’s absolutely no hiding the way you react to her when she talks to you like that and your hands fly to her hips as she lets go and leans back out of your personal space to grab the stuff to start your post-shower routine.
“Let me eat you out.” It’s sudden, and comes out of you in a rush.
“What?” She nearly drops the bottle of leave-in, ears turning red.
“Please? Please. I’ll get on my knees right now.” She scoffs.
“You’re falling asleep as we speak”
“No, I’m wide awake right now. Please let me, please.” She hums.
“Let me finish what I’m doing and if you’re still speaking in full sentences and not going crazy with sleep induced hysteria, I’ll let you.”
“Yippee!”
“If you fall asleep you can have what you want in the morning.”
“You’re the best, ever.”
“I’m aware.”
By the time she’s done taking care of the both of you, you are definitely not well enough to be doing anything. That doesn’t stop you from trying though, and you fall asleep with your head pillowed on one of Minho’s thighs. She has to readjust you so you don’t suffocate in her cunt. What a way to go.)

Minho is having a bad day today. It isn’t often she has those, generally unflappable to most things, but she’d gotten into a fight with one of her work friends and came home in a huff.
“I just don’t understand why she won’t listen to me!” She’s slamming things open and closed around the kitchen while you sit on the counter. She works around you as she always does and doesn’t slam anything if it’s less than two feet away from you.
“I know, she’s a bitch. You should report her to HR or something.”
“I should!”
“I’ll help you draft the email. I’m very good at sounding bitchy in a nice way.”
“You are!” She’s aggressively chopping vegetables next to you and you rest a hand on her shoulder.
“Be careful of your fingers, lovie.”
“I’m always careful.”
“Of course you are,” you’re unusually agreeable because it will do nothing but harm to work your girlfriend up when she’s already upset. Besides, of the two of you, you’re more clumsy, so it’s not like you have any legs to stand on.
“Do you want solutions to what’s going on, or do you want me to keep calling your coworkers mean names?” It’s nice to ask people what kind of support they want, you learned. Minho is a coin toss, sometimes she wants an immediate solution, sometimes she wants to complain. You always do your best to meet her where she is.
“The second one, please.” She’s sauteeing something in the wok, and it smells delicious. You peer over her shoulder.
“Pause. Is that pancit?”
“Yeah.”
“You’re the love of my life.”
“Yes, yes,” you touch your pointer finger to the tip of an iron-hot ear as she speaks, “please call Moon Chaeyoung a cunt again, it’s funny.”
And so you do, going into detail about all the ways Moon Chaeyoung is inferior at her job compared to your girlfriend until she asks you for genuine help.
(“Is there anything else you need?” She’s laying with her head in your lap as you make tiny braids in her hair. Her eyes are closing and she hums as she thinks about it. You’ve already given her all the advice that you can, her only course of action now is to do it.
“Well. I can think of some things.” She turns her head to the side and shoves her face into your crotch like an animal. You swat her shoulder lightly.
“You’re a horn dog. Insatiable.” She turns her eyes to you, squinting them so her cat-like gaze shifts from playful to predatory.
“Which one of us woke the other up this morning because they couldn’t stop shoving their hands in their pants?” She sits up, leaning over you.
“I was dreaming!” You’re giggling, slipping under her arm and moving away.
“You kept going after I woke you up!” She stands up, throwing her arms in the air indignantly. You cross your arms in response.
“I was horny!”
“That’s exactly my point.” She has her head in her hands so the words come out muffled. She grumbles something and lunges after you. You squeal and head towards your room.
“Yah! Get back here you little shit!” She lets out a huff as you throw a cat toy at her.
“I thought I was the love of your life!”
“That was before you decided to run from me- don’t you dare close that damn door-” The bedroom door clicks shut and the sound of your giggles is uncontrollable. You hear her walk away before the lock jiggles and her head pops through.
“Guess who?” You laugh again, heading towards the bed to throw more things at her, it does nothing to stop her. It’s not long before she has you pinned underneath her.
“Hi,” you smile at her, leaning up for a kiss.
“All that and all you want to say to me is ‘hi’?”
“Yeah.” She rolls her eyes and flips you over as you yelp in surprise. You’re about to start questioning her when a sharp sting lights up your ass.
“Ah- Minho! Hey!”
“Stop squirming. I’m not done yet.” There’s another smack over your pants before she pulls them down and her palm is connecting with skin.
“This isn’t fair! I didn’t even do anything!” You’re protesting while laying limply across her lap. She laughs at you.
“‘This isn’t fair’ she whines. Why is your pussy so wet then, hmm?” She spreads your legs a bit and lands a smack there too, snickering when your legs close reflexively on her hand. “Be a good girl, jagi. Take what you’re given.”)
-
It’s sunny when you ask her. The air is hot and humid and she’s wearing this dress that’s making your brain melt out of your ears. You’re having a picnic, because you can, and she’s talking about this show that she’s watching with Jisung.
“And then- and you’ll never fucking believe this- he goes ‘I could never court her’ and she overhears. If that happened to me I would literally explode.” You hum, shoving a heart shaped sandwich in her mouth while you look at her side profile. She’s beautiful, sharp nose and a round face. You want to live the rest of your life with her.
You’ve talked about it before, on hazy mornings when the rest of the world is just waking. In the middle of the night when the only sound is the hoot of owls and the buzz of crickets. At lunch, at dinner, at breakfast. In the shower, over the phone, through text messaging when you’re at work. You both are listed on the cat's vet information, something she changed a year into dating that she was nervous about telling you.
“I don’t want you to feel pressured,” she’d said, “or like they’re your responsibility. I can take you off if you want, but I thought that if I was out of town or if something happened, you should be able to take care of them.” She’d been nervous, ears red with shame instead of the cute way they flush when you flirt with her.
“Thank you, jagi.” You don’t often call her that, preferring to torture her with bad puns using the syllables of her name, so her breath catches in her throat.
“You’re sure?”
“Of course.”
She knows every order that you get from fast food restaurants, she hounded your parents for their chicken noodle soup recipe when you got sick one time. She learned how to make your grandma’s spaghetti sauce and let’s you call her mommy in bed because it makes you feel safe.
She’s everything to you and then some, so when you tap her shoulder and hold out the ring you bought, it’s as natural as breathing. A fact of life, an inevitability. The sky is blue, the grass is green, you are going to marry Lee Minho.
“He keeps friendzoning her. It's absolutely despicable, like, are you blind or something-” She turns her gaze to you and her eyes go wide. “You’re joking.” Her eyes are welling with tears, something that you hardly ever see.
“I’m as serious as a heart attack, baby. Will you be my wife? I promise if you say yes I’ll start helping you make the bed in the morning instead of laying on it and making your job harder.” She hugs you, knocking you back onto the blanket you’re sitting on. The movement tips over your cup of lemonade and you damn near lose the ring.
“Of course I will. And you most certainly will not help. But that’s okay, I love you even if you create weird bumps in my sheets and mess up my hard work not five seconds after it’s done.” She kisses your face all over, resembling more like an overexcited puppy than the cats she favors, and you grab her hand to slip the ring on it.
“I love you, Minho. I really do.”
“I can’t believe I get to marry the most beautiful girl in the world,” she says, looking down at her hand.
“You don’t,” you start, kissing her cheekbone. “You don’t get to marry the most beautiful girl in the world. I do.”
(“You know,” she starts as you’re packing up, “I was going to propose to you soon.”
“You’re kidding.”
“Absolutely I am not.” She fishes around the pocket of her dress before pulling out a ring.
“This is so funny. Can I still have it?”
“Of course, it’s yours,” she slips it onto your finger, face heating up to match her ears, “everything I have is yours. Everything and then some.”)

SANJI X FEM!PLUSSIZE!READER
note: THIS IS A REUPLOAD!!! content: reader is plus-size and confident, fluff, sanji being a flirt, small timeskip, happy ending. WC: 723
Tumblr media
You were beautiful, you knew that, and actually so did everyone else just by the way you walked around and wore whatever you wanted to without the lingering eyes that would give you stranger looks. You could take of the world with your confidence, living your life to the fullest, and not letting anyone else ruin that for you.
Sanji noticed it too, as you radiated with beauty and confidence. It’s what drew him to you the first time he saw you walk into the Baratie, he was being forced into waiting tables again. He shared a few curses under his breath as he made his way into the main dining area his eyes scanning the few people within the dining hall before his eyes landed on you. His breath hitched as he took in the sight that you were, he ignored the other tables that were within his section and made a straight shot towards your table.
“Good evening, How can I help the most radiant lady on this night?” He asked, the flirting was obvious, especially with the way he looked at you a mischievous grin that peaked out from the corner of his lips. You looked up from the menu you had kept your eyes on and met them with his, Sanji felt his breath stop as your eyes met. They were beautiful and god were you making him nervous, he’s never really felt this nervous around other women at the Baratie but something about you… The poor boy was awe-struck.
“Evening.” The simply word that slipped from your mouth caused him to straighten his back, “I’ll take your fanciest cocktail please.” You turned your head to look back at the menu, to study the different cocktails not really wanting any specific kind of cocktail. Sanji watched the way your eyes scanned the menu and the way your hands held it so gently, he found himself getting lost in thought by how your hands would feel while he held them.
You looked up and noticed the way his face just looked as if he was somewhere else in the world, you furrowed your brow and chuckled. “Are you alright?” Your head tilted and you gave him a soft gaze, Sanji snapped back to reality and his cheeks became a slight tint of pink. “Just, lost in your eyes.” He flirted, though it came out a bit more corny than he really wanted it to be and it was noticeable by how the tip of his ears turned red. You giggled at his flustered state and nodded, turning your sight back to the menu.
“How about you just surprise me, hm?” You ask him, turning to look back up at him. Sanji nods, “Anything for the radiant lady.” He says, sending a wink your way before he turns and made his way back to the kitchen.
He would get in trouble with Zeff, but that didn’t matter. You needed the best and Sanji knew he could give you that.
You and Sanji had been in a relationship for a year now, assisting the Straw-Hats in their adventures and following your own two separate goals.
A day didn’t go by where you wouldn’t hear praise from Sanji or even simply just feel him touching you all over, he couldn’t keep his eyes and hands from you. It didn’t matter if you were in front of the whole crew, Sanji would find a way to have his hand somewhere. He also really enjoyed being able to hold your thighs (maybe even letting you sit on his face occasionally.)
This man was in love with you and your confidence, even aware of your confidence Sanji enjoyed reminding you how beautiful you were and how perfect he thought you were. He wasn’t gonna let you go even a second without making sure you knew how amazing and beautiful you were, You never grew tired of it cause if anything it just boosted your ego.
But the other straw hats? God, it was annoying as hell, they all thought you were pretty and perfect as well but hearing Sanji go on and on about it became annoying to the point they’d all just leave the room to let you two have some quiet time.

I'm back to reading Sam/Dean fics again and I gotta say my favourite ship in the fandom is Sam Winchester/apocalyptic Dean even though it's not something a lot of people have written about.
Endverse Dean knows what it's like to live (if you can call it living) in a world without Sammy and has gotten the time to realize and regret all the mistakes he made with Sam.
All the things he said/did and can't take back.
And then he time-travels to season 5 and gets to make everything right again with Sam, even though his past-alternate self keeps fucking everything up.
Clingy Dean who had to live without his soulmate for years/clingy sam who thinks his brother hates him makes for the perfect hurt/comfort fic, honestly.
Meanwhile, you've got Dean from the original timeline being jealous (because hey, that's his Sammy!) and not understanding how his other self is so open about his love for Sam.
Endverse Dean probably regrets turning down all the chick flick moments from before and regrets not having held Sam when he still had the chance... now that he finally has his little brother back? He's going to do everything right this time. Even if this Sammy already has a Dean, even if quitting hunting is what makes Sam happy.
Endverse Dean watching his alternate self still having a little brother and neglecting him:
