I have to say, your Peter thoughts give me LIFE. Everytime you post about him I want to pick up a bat and hit him until he cracks in half like a pinata, but in a good way
he fascinates me. i want to stick him under a microscope and study him like the cockroach he is.
his dynamics with derek, lydia, stiles, scott and malia endlessly make my brain tingle.
he is the devil you know.
i think peter cannot confront derek about kate because in doing so he'd have to confront how his actions with paige led to derek being left open and vulnerable to kate's manipulations. that it was his jealousy over derek paying attention to paige that served as an impetus for the events that would lead to the fire. he'd have to acknowledge that he didn't notice derek being taken advantage of.
he serves his own ambitions and his first goal is always the continued survival of peter hale. he will violate scott and lydia's bodily autonomy, he'll murder his niece and use and manipulate derek but turn around and acknowledge someone's lack of agency in a situation such as jackson or stiles.
he is an unhinged man doing unhinged things than have actual sentimentality towards malia but because she is his.
derek and malia are in a lot of ways possessions.
scott on the other hand is his eternal disappointment because he cannot possess him in the way he does derek and malia but in the same breath scott impresses him for his willfulness, for making himself an alpha but he's super, duper, drama king jealous of it.
stiles is a mirror to him but better which captivates peter but also disgusts him. stiles shares the possessiveness derangement syndrome but stiles's is born of love and anxiety rather than seeing someone as an extension of himself. stiles's is less self-serving and far more loyal. it makes peter angry because to him that's a waste. he never got over stiles rejecting the bite but he's also fond of him.
my favorite thing about peter is how if peter is breathing he is doing two things: manipulating and serving cunt.

Bugs... Suck!
[ Trigger Warning - Mentions of parasite infestation in the body. Reader Discretion Advised. ]
Annelie: Shit.
Diavolo: He wouldn’t kill you, Annelie. I think.
Lucifer: I think he would.
Annelie: Seconded.
Solomon: You should probably get out of here, Anne.
Annelie: No shit, but where am I supposed to go?
Solomon: Good question.
Annelie: Not helping!
Diavolo: Cocytus Hall?
Annelie: Cocytus what?
Diavolo: It’s been disused for quite some time, but Barbatos won’t step foot in it. Lucifer knows where it is. Hurry.
Lucifer: ...Satan, you’re in charge while I’m gone.
But you’re looking at Mammon.
Satan: Eh? Me?
Annelie: Diavolo, please keep me updated if you can.
Diavolo: I will. I promise. And I’m so sorry, Anne. Really.
Annelie shakes her head.
Annelie: Dia, you’re my bestie, and I love you. When all of this blows over, let’s do something fun together.
Diavolo nods, and Lucifer and Annelie head out of the house.
Lucifer: This wasn’t the date I had in mind today.
Lucifer picks up Annelie and teleports her into an old, decrepit building before putting her down again.
Annelie: Me neither... especially not the... bugs.
Lucifer glances at her.
Lucifer: Are you trying to tell me that of all things, you’re scared of insects?
Annelie: I-I’m not scared of them! I just... Something crawled up my leg! What is it?!
Annelie starts frantically batting at her pants and nearly screams at the Blatta orientalis on her leg. Lucifer sweeps it off her, and she hangs on to his shirt.
Annelie: It’s not funny! Stop laughing!
Lucifer: I can’t believe you...
Annelie: Shut up!
Lucifer: ...
Annelie: ...sorry. You can un-shut up.
Lucifer: Well, it is a bit foul in here without the household pests, but it’s no wonder Barbatos won’t come in here.
Lucifer points at a sleeping rat the size of a large dog.
Annelie: Oy vey.
Lucifer: I imagine it’s been eating the carnivorous mushrooms growing in the walls.
Annelie: Carnivorous—is it even safe here?!
Lucifer: Annelie, you can easily deal with anything living here even without my help.
Annelie: I don’t want to! Please tell me nothing here can lay eggs in me!
Lucifer: Well I’d love to, but then I’d probably be lying to you. Though I’d be more worried about your own eggs, personally.
Annelie: What? What eggs? Are they already in my brain? Lucifer, am I going to die?
Lucifer: ...you’re really stressed, aren’t you? Come here, you hysteric.
Lucifer places his hand on Annelie’s back and pulls her up several floors while her eyes fearfully flit everywhere.
Lucifer: The third floor is the least populated.
Annelie: Why couldn’t we teleport there instead?!?!
Lucifer: Hm. Exposure therapy.
Annelie smacks his shoulder, and he promptly and playfully smacks her ass.
Lucifer: We talked about hitting, didn’t we, honey?
Annelie seems to relax.
Annelie: ...sorry.
Lucifer: That made you calm down?
Annelie: I’m not calm. I’m still paranoid about bug eggs. My skin's still crawling.
Lucifer: Well, I won’t let them lay eggs in you.
Lucifer sits Annelie down onto a rock-hard mattress, and she takes a deep, shuddering breath.
Annelie: I’m really sorry about... freaking out.
Lucifer: Don’t be. Mammon still crawls into my bed sometimes when he’s scared.
Annelie laughs.
Annelie: What?
Lucifer: The last time was probably a decade ago, but he was so terrified after that horror movie that he snuck in my room when he thought I was sleeping and curled up on the end of my bed. When I saw him that morning, he pretended he was trying to steal my sheets.
Annelie: That’s actually adorable.
Annelie pauses.
That’s right. Mammon is his favorite, despite how much he constantly denies it. I guess they really are close, no matter how many times Mammon gets strung up from the ceiling like a demon pinata.
Annelie’s D.D.D. buzzes, and she checks her messages.
Diavolo: Barbatos took me back to the castle, and it seems like he doesn’t want me to see you for the foreseeable future. D:
Diavolo: I’m sorry, Ms. Glasgow, but this is the way it must be. Please do not contact him again.

I'm Surprised That No One, Ever Made A Fanfiction About My Two Favorite Archie Characters
Being in A Relationship,
That's Why I've Decided To Make One My Own!
This is My First Ever Fanfiction I've Ever Wrote,
i Hoped You Like it!
(Please Be Nice, And All Honest Thoughts Are Welcomed)
Disclaimer: in This Fanfiction, Spike And Sonar Are Both 16 Years Old. (Except Trevor, He's 20)
Fanfiction Title:
Accidental Confession Part 1
--------------------------------------------------
it Was A Lovely Day in Shamar City,
Where Sonic And All Of His Friends Set Up
A Party To Celebrate About Defeating Eggman's Plans.
Sonic Was Shown Wearing A Blindfold, Trying To Hit A Pinata With A Bat.
Tails And Knuckles Are Playing Monopoly.
Ray And Mighty Played
"Pin The Tail On The Donkey"
Meanwhile,
Spike And Trevor Are At The Table,
Drinking Fruit Punch,
Celebrating A Good Cheer.
While Chatting With Trevor,
Spike Looks At Outside Of The Window
He Saw Sonar Sitting On Rock,
Looking At The Ground
Feeling Sad And Miserable.
Spike Turned From Smiling To Little Frown
He Decided To
Go Outside And Sit Next To Sonar
And Tell Her What's Bothering Her.
"Spike! where are you going? Wait up!"
Trevor Said
He Goes Sitting On That Rock,
Closely By Her Side,
Putting His Hand On Her Shoulder.
"hey sonar, what's the matter?"
Spike Said Nervously
"is it something wrong. are you hurt,
did someone hurt you, did you miss something?"
Spike asks Sonar as she never responded, but instead she let out a little sigh.
"nothing" sonar said in a depressing tone
"come on sonar i know there's something,
i want to know what you're really sad about, you need HELP!"
Spike Ask Worriedly
While Shaking Sonar Slowly
"i said NOTHING!" Sonar Asked Back,
Slap Off Spike's Arm Off Her
"i mean *groan* fine. days ago,
something just leave me,
the thing that I will miss it so much,
but i don't want to talk about it"
"I don't know how long will i be like this,
we'll there be anyone that can cheer me up again,
EVER?" Sonar said
"don't be sad sonar,
i will always be there to cheer you up.
maybe your boyfriend could also-"
"i don't HAVE A BOYFRIEND ANYMORE!" Sonar Yelled At Spike With
Anger And Sadness
Spike *Gasp* Cover His Mouth
And Was Shocked At The Moment To Realized,
Sonar No Longer Has A Boyfriend
"you don't HAVE WHAT!" He Replied
"yes. i don't have a boyfriend anymore,
we... broke up" Sonar Replied Back
Sonar's Emotion Went Back
From Anger To Sadly Disappointed.
"wha- how did this happen?!"
Spike Said Nervously
"that's what i was talking about!"
Sonar Replied
"really?"
Spike Confused
"yeah. you see
my boyfriend said, he's going on
an dangerous adventure,
to find something that
was missing for a long time.
i think that kind of an adventure sounds cool,
i wanna follow him on his journey too.
but he never let me,
because it would be painful for him
to see me suffer or I'm in pain,
he decided to break up with me
in case he's not coming back.
that's when he left his one last goodbye,
for me..."
Sonar Then Looked Down Back At
The Ground
Her Tears in Her Eyes Are Flowing Out
She Tried Her Best To Hold Back Her Tears.
Spike Then Looked Down
At The Ground As well,
Then Looked Back At Sonar And Said
"sonar, I'm so sorry that this has happen to you,
i think you deserve more attention
then he does"
Sonar Looked Back At Spike
And Give Him A Nice Warm Smile.
"thanks spike,
you're always be there for me
as a team"
Spike And Sonar Both Then Shared
A Nice Warm Hug,
it Was A Very Calm Feeling
And A Little Relaxing As Well.
"spike, can i ask you something?"
Sonar Asked
"sure, what is it?" Spike Replied
"do you ever have this
some kind of feeling
where you had a crush on someone,
but your crush is already
with another someone.
it makes you feel a little lonely and sad
but you nevermind about it?"
Spike Didn't Know What To Say,
He Was Speechless
(And Blushed A Little)
When Sonar Ask Him
That Question.
"we'll I'd never had it before, so yeah!"
Spike Lied About it
"are you sure?, it sounds like you're
actually lying" Sonar Replied Back
"no-no-no-NO really,
i never had feelings for anyone else at all"
Spike Lied Once Again
The Two Goes Silence
For Six Seconds,
Until Sonar Speak Up.
"you know, spike?
it's been a long time
since we first teaming up,
time sure flies fast don't you think?"
"yeah i know, just think about
all of the memories we did together"
Sonar Started To Blush For A Bit
"together, what do you mean
we have memories about us together?"
"you don't KNOW?" Spike Shouted in Shock
"of course i don't, our memories is all about teamwork, fighting and best of all, succe-"
"NO SONAR, don't you remember
we usually hang out all the time,
like all the things i did for you?"
"you did things for me?"
Sonar Ask in Confusion
"yes i DID,
we're the desert rangers,
I'm the leader.
the good leader will do anything for them
and never leave them behind!"
Spike Started Talking About
All The Things He Did
"i save you, i help you, i always cheers for you,
and i always take you out on any nice places while trevor run his errands!"
After All These Conversations,
Spike's Face Started To Blushed.
"i did all of this, because I LOVE YOU!!!" Without Anyone Noticing,
Spike Yelled it Out Loud
While Closing His Eyes
His Confessions We're Echoed Through
Out The Dessert,
Loud Enough For Everyone To Hear, Especially Trevor And Sonar,
Sonar's Face Fully Blushed
Trevor Didn't.
Spike Slowly Open His Eyes,
He Started To Realized
His Feelings For Her
is Finally Revealed.
"uh oh, m-my feelings.
it's out of my mouth,
THERE OUT OF MY MOUTH!!!"
Spike Said, Slowly Started Panicking
On The inside
Spike Looking Back At Sonar And Trevor
With A Plain Face
Then He Chuckled Nervously.
"uh, i'll be right back..."
Spike Said As He Ended The Chat
By Sprinting Away
Sonar And Trevor Decides To
Chase Spike As He Ran Away.
Spike Runs Back To Their Team's Headquarters
And Then He Goes inside His Room.

DSMP FALLS! <1>
Ah! Summer break! A time for leisure, recreation, and taking her easy.
..Unless you're me.
A pair of triplets crash through a billboard with a go-kart. "AAAAAHHH!" Being followed by a monster of unimaginable horror. "It's getting closer!" One of the triplets cried. My name is Y/N. The boy to the right of me about to puke is my triplet brother, Tubbo, while the boy to my left screaming profanities is my other triplet brother, Tommy. You may be wondering what we're doing in this situation. "Look out!" Tubbo cried. "Agh!" Y/N screamed. "This monster is such a bitch!" Tommy cried. "Tommy!" Tubbo frowned. Rest assured, there's a perfectly logical explanation!
... Let's rewind. It all began when our parents decided we could use some fresh air. They shipped us up to Gravity Falls, Oregon, to stay with our great uncle in the woods. "This attic is amazing! Just look at all of my splinters!" Tubbo cried. "..And there's a fucking goat on my bed." Tommy sighed.
Tubbo walked up to the goat.
"Hey, new friend! Yes, you can keep chewing on my shirt!" Tubbo giggled. Y/N giggled as well. Tubbo and Tommy seemed to look on the bright side of things. I, however, was having a bit of a harder time getting used to our new surroundings. "Boo!" "Aagh!" Y/N jumped up from their spot from under a tree. An old man took off a mask and started laughing. And then there was our great uncle Schlatt. That guy. Our uncle had transformed his house into a tourist trap called the Mystery Shack. The real mystery is why anyone came. And guess who had to work there? Y/N sighed, sweeping the floor. Tubbo reached out to touch something in this gift shop before Schlatt slapped his hand away.
"No touching the merchandise!" He said. Tommy snickered and touched it anyway out of spite. It seemed like it was going to be the same routine all summer, until one fateful day.
"Alright, look alive folks! I need someone to go hang up these signs in the spooky part of the forest." Schlatt said. "Not it!" The triplets said at the same time. "Also not it." Ranboo said. "Nobody asked you, Ranboo." Schlatt said. "I know and I'm comfortable with that." Ranboo smiled. "Niki! I need you to put up these signs!" Schaltt said. "I would.. but I can't.. reach." She trailed off. "I'd fire all of you if I could." Schlatt sighed. "Okay, let's make it eeny, meeny, miny, you." Schlatt pointed at Y/N. "Yes!" Tommy and Tubbo exclaimed. "Awe what? Gruncle Schlatt, whenever I'm in those woods I feel like I'm being watched." Y/N said. "Oh, this again." He rolled his eyes. "I'm serious, something weird is going on! Just today, my mosquito bites spelled out beware!" Y/N said, showing schlatt their arm. "...That says bewarb." Schlatt said. "Look kid, the whole monsters in the forest thing is just a local legend. Drummed up by guys like me to sell merch to guys like that." Schlatt pointed at a guy distracted by a schlatt bobblehead. "So quit being so paranoid!" Schlatt said. ... "Ugh, Gruncle Schlatt. nobody ever believes what I say." Y/N groaned as they hammer signs in the forest. They hammer another tree but stop when they hear metal. "huh?" They hit it the hammer again in curiosity. Finding a secret door with a machine inside, they mess with the buttons for a bit before something opens up behind them. "What the.." Reaching into the hole, they find a dusty old journal. They brush it off and start reading. "Woah.. trust no one, huh?" Y/N mumbled. "Hello!" Tubbo exclaimed. "What are you reading, some nerd book?" Tommy asked. "Uh-uh, it's nothing!" Y/N exclaimed. "Uh-UH IT'S NOTHING!" Tommy mocked. "What, are you seriously not gonna show us?" Tubbo asked. "..Let's go somewhere more private," Y/N said. ... "It's amazing! Gruncle Schlatt said I was being paranoid, but apparently, Gravity Falls has this secret dark side!" Y/N exclaimed. "WOAH!" Tubbo exclaimed. "SHUT UP!" Tommy pushed Y/N with a grin on his face. "Get this! After a certain point, the pages just stop! Like the guy who was writing it mysteriously disappeared!" Y/N exclaimed.
The doorbell rang. "Who's that?" Y/N asked. "Welp, time to spill the beans! This guy's got a platonic date!" Tubbo grinned. "Platonic??" "Date??" Schlatt walked in as Tubbo came back in with someone. "Hey family, I want you to meet my new platonic boyfriend!" Tubbo exclaimed. "Sup." He said. "Hey." Y/N and Tommy said. "How's it hanging?" Schlatt finger gunned. "We met at the cemetery. He's really deep." Tubbo smiled. "..What's your name?" Y/N asked. "Normal.. Man!" He groaned out. "He means Norman." Tubbo giggled. "..Are you bleeding, Norman?" Tommy asked. "..It's jam." Norman said. Y/N stared at him in suspicion before Tubbo dragged Norman away. There was something with Norman that wasn't right. I decided to consult the journal. Y/N read the journal out loud. "Known for their pale skin and bad attitudes.. these creatures are often mistaken for.. TEENAGERS?!" Y/N exclaimed. "Beware Gravity Falls' nefarious ZOMBIES?!" Y/N gasped. "Zombies??" Tommy gasped. He was sitting there with Y/N. "Tommy, outside!" Y/N exclaimed. "Oh, no! Tubbo!" They both yelled. Norman lurched towards Tubbo, grabbed him, and put a flower crown on him. "Daisies?? You scallywag!" Tubbo gushed. "Is our brother dating a zombie or are we just going nuts?" Tommy muttered. "It's a dillema to be sure." Charlie said. "Agh!" Y/N jumped. "I couldn't help but overhear you guys talking to yourselves in this empty room." Charlie explained. "Charlie, you've seen Tubbo's platonic date, right? He's got to be zombie!" Y/N said. "Hm.. how many brains did you see the guy eat?" Charlie asked. "Zero.." Y/N sighed. "Look, dudes, I believe you. I'm seeing strange thing in this town all the time. Like, the mailman, I'm pretty sure that guy's a werewolf. But! You gotta have proof, or else people will think you're a major cukoo clock." Charlie said. "As always, big C, you're right." Tommy said. "My wisdom is both a wisdom and a curse." Charlie said. "Charlie! The toilets are clogged again!" Schlatt called out. "I am needed elsewhere." Charlie took off. Y/N and Tommy decided to work together to get some evidence. Throughout their studies, Norman certainly had strange behavior, but not enough to convict him of anything supernatural. "I'll talk to Tubbo, don't worry, sib!" Tommy said. "Alright." Y/N nodded. ... Tommy walked into the triplets' shared room. "Tubbo, we've got to talk about Norman." Tommy said. "I know! Isn't he great?? Look at this smooch mark he gave me!" Tubbo turned his head to show a large red area on his face. "Egh!" Tommy cried. "Hah! Gullible. It was just an accident with the leafblower. That was fun." Tubbo laughed. "No, listen, Tubbo! I'm trying to tell you that Norman is not what he seems! The journal that Y/N found!" Tommy insisted. "You think he might be a vampire?? That would be awesome!" Tubbo gasped. "Guess again, big T! A zombie he is!" Tommy said. "A zombie?? Not funny, Tommy!" Tubbo frowned. "I'm not joking! Y/N can agree, it all adds up! The bleeding, the limp, he never blinks! Have you noticed that??" Tommy exclaimed. "Maybe he's blinking when you're blinking." Tubbo suggested. "HE'S GOING TO EAT YOUR BRAINS, BIG T!" Tommy shook Tubbo. "Tommy! Listen to me. Norman and I are going on a date tonight and I'm going to be adorable! He's going to be dreamy! And I'm not going to let you and Y/N ruin it with another one of your crazy conspirices!" Tubbo kicked Tommy out. "Ah man.. what am I gonna do??" Tommy slumped against the door. Someone sat down next to him. "How'd it go, bro-bro?" Y/N asked. "He's refusing to listen.. He kicked me out." Tommy sighed. Y/N frowned. "Not surprising. Hopefully he'll come to that realization in his own." ... The two out of three triplets were sitting on the couch, looking over the footage. "I guess we don't have any actual evidence, huh?" Y/N sighed. "Yeah.. I guess we can be kinda paranoid sometimes-" Tommy stopped. In the footage clip, Norman's hand fell off and he put it back on. "WAIT WHAT?!" Tommy and Y/N exclaimed. They leaped off
the
couch in a hurry. "WE WERE RIGHT! HOLY SHIT!" Tommy exclaimed. Racing outside, the two tried to find their uncle. "GRUNCLE SCHLATT! GRUNCLE SCHLATT!" Y/N called out. Schlatt wasn't paying attention.
"Wait! Niki has the cart!" Tommy suggested. "Good eye, Tommy!" Y/N grinned. "Niki! Niki! We need the cart to save our brother from a zombie!" They ran up to her. "Try not to hit any pedestrains." She winked, giving them the keys. "Alright, Tommy! Let's go save our sister!" Y/N grinned. They backed up before Charlie stopped them. "Dudes! This is for the zombies." He handed them a shovel. "Thanks." Y/N grinned, "This is in case you see a pinata." He handed them a bat. "..Thanks?" Tommy said. "Better safe than sorry!" He called out. Tommy and Y/N sped off to find their brother. They heard screams and drove to the direction of the sound. "LET'S GO!" Y/N exclaimed. "Get his arm there, Steve!" Tubbo was struggling against several gnomes. "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?!" Tommy exclaimed. "Tommy! Y/N! Norman turned out to be a bunch of gnomes! And they're total assholes!" Tubbo cried.
"Gnomes..? We were way off." Tommy mumbled. Y/N flipped open the journal. "Damn.. no weaknesses." They sighed. "Hey! Hey! Let go of my brother!" Y/N demanded. "This is all one big misunderstanding. Your brothers not in any danger! He's just marrying all one thousand of us and becoming our king for all of eternity!" The lead gnome explained. "Give him back right now, or else, prick!" Tommy demanded. "You think you can stop us, child? You have no idea what we're capable of!" The gnome went on a tangent before Tommy scooped him up with the shovel and tossed him to the side. Y/N used that chance to free Tubbo, dragging him back to the kart with Tommy. "GO GO GO!" Tubbo exclaimed. "I wouldn't worry about it. See their little fucking legs? Those pricks are tiny." Tommy smirked. Tommy stopped when they heard the noises of a creature. A giant gnome creature, to be exact. "Damn." Tubbo said. "MOVE! GO GO GO!" Y/N screeched. The giant creature chased them through the forest. Gnomes launched onto the kart. "Agh!" Tubbo exclaimed. "GET OFF MY FACE!" Y/N cried. "I got you, sib!" Tubbo punched the gnome, while also accidentally punching Y/N several times before the gnome let go, revealing new bruises on Y/N's face. "..Thanks bro.." They winced. "Look out!" Tubbo cried. They crashed into the back of the Mystery Shack. They were officially cornered. The triplets hugged each other in terror. "W-where's Gruncle Schlatt??" Y/N asked. "It's the end of the line, kids! Tubbo, marry us before we do something crazy!" The lead gnome ordered. "There's gotta be a fucking way out of this.." Tommy muttered. "I gotta do it." Tubbo decided. "What?!" The other two triplets exclaimed. "Tubbo, are you crazy?!" Y/N asked. "Trust me." Tubbo said. "..What??" Tommy gasped. "Trust me, just this once, guys." Tubbo said. The two hesitated and then nodded. "Alright, Jeff. I'll marry you." Tubbo stepped forward. "Hot dog!" The lead gnome climbed down to Tubbo. "You may now kiss the groom." Tubbo said after the lead gnome put a ring on his finger. "Well, I don't if I do!" The lead gnome grinned, puckering up. Tubbo took that chance to hit him with the leafblower that was left outside. "Agh!" The gnome screamed. "That's for lying to me! That's the breaking my heart! And that's for messing with my siblings!" Tubbo shot the gnome off into the forest and the rest of the gnomes scattered away. As the triplets walked back into the Mystery Shack, Tubbo stopped them. "Hey, Y/N, Tommy, I'm sorry. You two were really just trying to look out for me." Tubbo sighed. "Oh, don't be like that! You saved our asses back there!" Tommy smiled. "I guess I'm just sad that Norman turned out to be a bunch of gnomes." Tubbo sighed. "Hey, look on the bright side! Maybe the next one will be a vampire." Y/N giggled. "You're just saying that." Tubbo giggled, punching their shoulder. "..Awkward triplet hug?" Y/N suggested. "Awkward triplet hug." Tommy and Tubbo said together, the three of them in a hug. ... "Yeesh, you three get hit by a bus or something? Hahah!" Schlatt laughed. The triplets ignored him. "Hey, um,, I accidentally overstocked some items, why don't you three take something?" Schlatt said. "What's the catch?" Y/N raised an eyebrow. "The catch is do it before I change my mind, now go!" Schlatt said. The triplets grinned at each other. Tubbo picked out a grappling hook, Tommy picked out a music disc, and Y/N picked out a a hat with a bat symbol on it. ... This journal told me that there was no one you could trust. But when you go up against an army of gnomes with side by side with two people, you realize they probably got their back. "Tubbo, can you get the light?" Y/N asked. "You got it, sib!" Tubbo shot the grappling hook at the light. "Oh, for fuck's sake!" Tommy rolled his eyes. Tubbo and Y/N giggled. Our uncle told us there was nothing strange about this town, but who knows what other secrets are waiting to be unlocked? -------

Tumblr media
It was the shock, you thought to yourself, it had to be, why else would your mind keep drifting to the ceiling, why had you let your husband, Eddie Diaz, paint it like that? You’d have to remind him to change it, you decided, eyes going blurry as the pain in your head intensified.
Why were you even looking at the ceiling anyway? Oh right... you were on the floor. But why were you on the floor? That was a pretty silly place to be, had you fallen?
No, you remembered, groaning in pain as you slowly brought your arm up to your head, it was wet and warm, blood... You’d been pushed, you remembered now, Eddie and Christopher had gone shopping but you’d insisted on staying at home, you’d had some paperwork to take care of and you’d wanted a nice soak in the bath... That’s when it happened, you’d heard noises downstairs while the water was running so you’d turned it off to listen, thinking your boys were home early.
You’d gone to greet the footsteps making their way up the stairs, stopping in your tracks on the landing when you saw a man that was very much not your husband, black mask over his face, bag in one hand and bat in another. He’d paused too, clearly surprised to see you, and you’d stood facing each other for what felt like a strangely long time, each of you wondering what you were supposed to do now.
Then you’d tried to step away, that’s right, you realised, and he’d lunged as you turned, grabbing you to stop you from running as you screamed, throwing your elbow back and making contact with his face as he stumbled back, allowing you a second to scramble forward before he regained his balance. He’d swung out with his bat, connecting with your side as you stumbled into a unit, you hadn’t fallen over but you’d been stalled long enough for the man to reach for you and grab you by the hair, tossing you onto the ground hard.
You’d rolled over to try and crawl away but he’d grabbed your leg, pulling you back and connecting his fist with your face, taking a bat to your stomach as you tried to claw at him, doubling in pain as you screamed for help in the hopes that anyone could actually hear you.
He hadn’t liked that, hitting you again to try as he yelled at you to “shut up bitch”, but you were a Buckley, you’d been raised to be scrappy, to fight back, so when you’d managed to get one leg free enough you aimed your knee directly into his groin with all your strength, using his temporarily stunned state to scramble to your feet and run to the stairs.
Sadly, it wasn’t temporary enough, and you’d been struck again, one foot hovering over the first step as the bat connected to the lower part of your back. No matter how hard you tried to hold on to the bannister you’d lost your footing, folding into yourself as you tumbled helplessly down the stairs.
Then it had gone dark.
Not for long, that much you were sure of, you could still hear rummaging in your kitchen, or maybe your living room, the sound of things smashing and furniture falling was probably what aroused your from your short unconscious state. Still, this wasn’t good, your head felt heavy and you were so dizzy you thought you’d pass out again if you tried to sit up. Or worse, you thought, and your assailant would discover you were awake again, if he even thought you were still alive.
Where was Eddie? You felt a tear slip down your face as you stared at the blood on your hand. A shadow fell over part of your person and you let out and involuntary sob, straining your eyes to see the man, bag full of your things, tightening his grip on his bat.
You readied yourself for a blow that never came, for as he began to take a step towards you, sirens sounded from down the street, causing him to freeze in alarm, glancing around before running back into your kitchen, presumably out your back door.
Seconds later your front door was being thrown open, the neighbours must have heard the commotion after all, as Athena ran in, gun in hand, holstering it and falling to her knees beside you when she spotted you at the bottom of the stairs.
“Y/N!” She exclaimed, hands going straight to your head
“Back... door...” You managed to mumble and she ordered her men to pursue him while she radioed for an ambulance stat, heading momentarily into another room to grab a cloth to apply pressure to your head.
It was agonising, but at least you were alive, you were safe. “I got you,” Athena reassured you, doing a quick scan of your body for any other immediate damage. “You’re going to be okay Y/N, it’s going to be okay.”
“Eddie- He’s out with Christopher...” You managed to start saying, but you didn’t need to finish for her to know what you meant.
“I’ll call him, he can meet us at the hospital, Buck and Maddie too, don’t worry,” She radioed dispatch again to tell them to hurry up as your eyes sight began to narrow, darkness at the edges of your vision threatening to consume you.
You could hear more sirens now, but they sounded like they were getting further away and not closer, or maybe you were just losing consciousness, you realised as you eye lids started to drop.
“No, no, Y/N, stay awake for me okay,” Athena put her hand on the side of your face looking you in the eyes as you tried to force them back open. “The ambulance is here now okay, it’s going to be okay.” You were vaguely away of paramedics rushing in, not ones that you recognised though as Athena reluctantly stepped aside to let them take a look at you.
They were talking, but you couldn’t really make out what they were saying as they hauled you onto a backboard and took you outside, loading you into the ambulance. Athena looked like she wanted to climb in with you, but she couldn’t leave her car, so she said something about following behind, and that they had to take good care of you, but by that point all you wanted to do was sleep.
So, despite the paramedics trying to tell you otherwise as the ground beneath you began to move, you let your eyes finally close and you drifted away.
-
There was bright white light when you woke up, and you struggled to open your eyes, willing them to focus as you heard noise in the room. A hand was in yours, and as soon as you began to try and move your head to get a sense of your surroundings you heard someone stand up, holding your hand tighter as they looked over you.
You relaxed and smiled when you realised who it was, realised where you were. “Eddie,” you muttered and he kissed your hand, calling in a doctor to check on you.
“I’m so glad you’re awake,” his voice cracked, relief rushing over him, but concern still in his eyes.
“How long was I out?” You asked, realising just how dry your mouth and throat were. Trying to swallow you glanced around for some water, struggling to reach the cup you could see on the side as Eddie brought it to your lips.
“A few hours, you had a bit of a minor bleed from where you hit your head, the doctors went in to stop it so you were under for a bit,” he explained as you drank, never knowing lukewarm water to taste so good. “You scared me, I thought- I love you and-” he admitted, or tried to, stroking the side of your face gently as he spoke.
You kissed his hand lightly as he put the water away. “I love you too, and I’m okay, I have a new found respect for pinatas, but I’m okay,” you smiled as he laughed moving away to give a doctor who had just entered space to check you out.
On his heels came Buck and Christopher, Maddie just behind them, all clearly relieved that you were okay. Christopher came to give you a hug as the doctor checked over your charts.
“You woke up!” Eddie picked him up slightly to hug you, aware of your limited mobility as you tried to sit up to hug him, very much feeling the bruise on your stomach as you wrapped your arms around him tightly.
You could tell he’d been crying, not wanting to let you go as Maddie came and squeezed your hand, Buck planting a kiss on the top of your head as Christopher hung onto you.
“Okay buddie let’s give her some space,” Eddie suggested, lightly pulling Christopher away from you as you tried not to wince, not wanting him to see you in any pain.
“How’s you head?” He asked carefully.
“That’s what I was about to ask,” the doctor on your other side said and you turned to face him. “Dr Finch,” he introduced himself, offering out a hand for you to shake.
“It’s definitely sore, but I’ll manage,” you informed him, noticing how he kept glancing at your chart, then back to you, and then to your visitors, his eyes suggesting that maybe there was more that you didn’t know. “I am okay, aren’t I doc?”
You felt Eddie’s hand slip back into yours as Doctor Finch reviewed your chart. “Are you the husband?” He asked and Eddie nodded, face serious as Doctor Finch tapped his pen against the clipboard. “Maybe it would be best if we had a little bit of privacy,” he said finally, glancing to your siblings and Christopher.
“I want to stay!” Christopher argued but Buck put a hand on his shoulder, face fully of worry.
“It’s okay, we’ll be right outside,” Buck told him as he tried to lead him out, only going after a pleading look from his father.
“Right outside,” Maddie repeated gently, the unsaid promise that they’d be here for you no matter what being very clear as she relunctantly followed the other two back into the hall.
Only when the door was closed did you turn back to the doctor, squeezing Eddie’s hand tighter. “So...?” What was going on? Had they found something during the surgery? You mind was swirling with guesses as you awaited an answer.
“Well Mrs Diaz, while we were conducting your blood tests we discovered a change in your hCG levels, that means-” you interrupted him then, knowing full well what that meant.
“I’m pregnant?” You finished for him, swallowing hard as you looked to your husband, who was in turn looking back at you in shock.
“Yes,” Doctor Finch replied, but there was a grave look on his face as your hand drifted to your belly, memories of that bat flashing through your mind.
“Am I... still pregnant?” You asked tentatively, fear building up inside you as you realised why he’d wanted just the two of you in here.
“That’s what you’re here to find out, right?” Eddie asked the doctor as he stroked his thumb over your hand, trying to sooth your nerves, or his own, as the doctor nodded, getting an ultrasound machine ready.
You took a shaky breath as Eddie kissed you, eyes full of love and worry. “It’s okay, we’ll be okay,” he muttered to you as Doctor Finch asked you to life up your hospital shirt, applying cold cream to your belly.
“Am I okay to proceed?” He checked, scanner in hand as you looked to be blank monitor, dreading what was about to appear on the screen. You and Eddie had talked about having children some day, but you’d only been married six months and with the demanding jobs you both had, it wasn’t something you’d been trying for right now. But still...
“Do it,” you told him, eyes not leaving that screen as you felt the pressure of the scanner, Doctor Finch moving it around slowly as you and Eddie watched on. It didn’t seem like either of you were breathing as the agonisingly slow seconds ticked by. You’d shut your eyes, trying to stop yourself from crying, when you’d heard that thump, that unmistakable sound of a heart beat, and you heard Eddie let out a sigh of relief.
Opening your eyes you stared at the small and blurry image on the screen, a smile spreading across your face as Eddie leaned his head against yours. Doctor Finch paused the monitor on a good angle and turned to you.
“Congratulations,” he told you both sincerely.
“Is it okay?” You asked, eyes fixated on the screen as he handed you some paper towels to wipe off the gels. Your hand staying on your belly after you did.
“I’d certainly like to keep you here, at least over night, to monitor everything, you suffered a fair amount of bodily trauma and you’d definitely have to take it very easy, but from what I’m seeing right now, that’s a healthy baby,” he explained, excusing himself so you and Eddie could process this in private.
“I’ll be back in to check on you very soon, would you like me to send in the others?” He asked and you and Eddie looked to each other, joy on both your face as you agreed.
They came in quickly, still looking concerned, but that soon fell when they saw your faces.
“Well your faces don’t say that you’re dying...” Buck noted.
“What’s going on?” Maddie wondered as Christopher came over to you and Eddie, his father kneeling down to his level and tustling his hair.
“Is everything okay?” He asked.
“Everything great kiddo,” Eddie replied, Maddie wandering over to you as you looked at Eddie and Christopher, your family was here, and it was about to be getting a little bigger.
“We do have some news though,” you told them, realisation dawning on Maddie’s face as Buck looked on confused.
“What kind of news?” He asked as Maddie’s hands went to her mouth.
“Oh my god,” you practically squealed as Buck continued to look at his two sisters.
“Oh my god what, Y/N what’s going on?” Maddie bent down to tug you tightly so Buck turned to Eddie, “can someone tell me what’s going on?”
“We’re having a baby,” Eddie said softly, still looking at his son to gage his reaction.
“Wait, seriously?” Buck’s mouth dropped as Maddie pulled away, both of you wiping tears from your eyes as you nodded to your brother, his confused expression turning overjoyed as he laughed, coming over to hug you next.
“A baby? I’m going to be a big brother?” Christopher repeated, looking from you to his dad and then back again.
“You okay with that Chris?” Eddie asked genuinely.
“Of course!” He replied, grinning wildly, hugging his dad as Eddie lifted his off of his feet.
Soon the whole room was full of congratulations and hugs, your hand barely leaving your belly as you watched your family, so grateful for everything you had, all the love in the room.
This was going to be one lucky baby.

In my ideal birthday party everyone has to come dressed as their blorbo however if anyone has the same one they will be put in the "No Doubles Gladiator Pit" to fight to death for everyone else's entertainment
We have a bunch of cakes theyre all among us crewmate shaped and they're all a different color bc i want a lot of cake i always eat the most cake at any party and they're all delicious however of course them being among us there's an IMPOSTOR CAKE laced with A Deadly Neurotoxin so if you eat it you die and i know which one it is so i won't eat it however i dont choose any slices until everyone has choosen theirs
whoever dies is fed to the shark pit i got for my birthday and all of this was an excuse to feed my cool sharks but also because I'm evil i mean full of a party spirit
We also have a pinata its Spamton and not just a spamton made to look like a pinata its spamton himself and if you hit him with a bat he spits out edible pipis and i make everyone eat one and when they do theyll explode with tiny little spamtond but i dont because i eat the first pipis which i forced into spamtons mouth before the party
Then i open my gifts and reveal my gift i made for myself THE-CATBOY-69420 INATOR and i laugh evily as i pull the switch and turn everyone into catboys (gender neutral) and thus my ultimate evil plan will be finished and i am one step closer to taking over earth as the real catboy king of chaos
And since it will be my 18th birthday i am adopting my friends who are younger (and are still alive)
And at the end of the day we all play among us but if you die you are put through The Machine and we don't talk about what happens in The Machine

The Dragon Egg (Parts 4-6)
Long post because I neglected uploading for a few days. For @secrettunnelatla
It is all about fibs and careful twists. Change a few names and situations and suddenly Ozai is just a nameless man. A vague set of lyrics and verses on a page. A collection of words that shape the story of an abuser and his victim.
It is all the easier, picturing Zuko as the victim. Surely it can’t be her. Father treats her well; he has given her this recording studio. He has rewarded her for her three new singles with a newer car. He has given her nothing but praise for surprising him with so many new songs all at once.
Father buys her so many new stage outfits and lets her pierce her tongue and decorate it with genuine ruby. She has everything. He loves her. He is proud of her. It is only a hiccup, a lapse in judgment when he shows anything but affection. It is the alcohol that makes him smash the windows on her car. She doesn’t remember what he did it for but she knows that it was the alcohol because he has a brand new car waiting for her the next day.
And she drives it to Seicho’s house to deliver her birthday present. She will open the box and find a skateboard and tickets to see her show. Seicho is a delight and a somber presence all at once. In many ways, she reminds Azula of TyLee and that stings.
Sometimes she misses TyLee. Misses that sweet smile. Misses playing make believe in her backyard. Once upon a time, TyLee was going to be her drummer and they were going to tour from nation to nation in a bus with diamond studded tire caps. Once upon a time, she, Mai, and TyLee were going to be the rock trio that the world wouldn’t be able to forget.
And once upon a time, Mai decided that she liked Zuko more and TyLee decided that she liked Mai more. Zuko always had been the more lovable of the two. But Azula is the more successful. She has made a promise to herself that they would regret abandoning her for him when her faces is everywhere and Zuko is a sellout.
Seicho invites her inside, her friends are already there, a girl named Song, a girl named Jin, and a younger boy named Hide.
“Have a slice of cake or a whack at the pinata.” Seicho offers. She holds out a bat, wrapped with skull patterned duct tape and studded with nails. “You can have the first swing.”
Azula is sure that it would only take one good swing for the nails to shred the pinata. “I’ll have a slice of cake. I can’t stay for too long. I have a show.” There is a part of her, a very large part of her that wants more than a taste of this world. A simpler world where goals and aspirations aren’t make or break. “But I had to drop this off for you.”  The skateboard in the box is expensive, it is more than enough to make up for not being able to stick around for the party.
Seicho’s face falls and Azula tells herself that it is only because she hasn’t unwrapped the gift yet. She knows that the smile is forced when she replies, “thanks, Azula. Maybe you can join us next year.”
Regret doesn’t hit her in full until she has already stepped back into her car. By now it would only be rude to change her mind and ring the doorbell again. Maybe this is why it was so easy for TyLee to choose Mai and for Mai to choose Zuko; she tends to choose her career over companionship.
She promises herself that after Audio of Agni, she will make more time for social obligations.
.oOo.
The stage doesn’t quite have its thrill tonight. The energy itself is excitedly frantic, vibrant with enthusiasm but it doesn’t quite reach Azula. It doesn’t matter, she is good at pretending. She knows what she is supposed to feel like--she has felt it before when the band was brand new, when Mai and TyLee were her backup vocalists.
So she emulates the vibe she is supposed to give off. She pretends like the crowds cheers and shouts and claps mean everything. She pretends like their liveliness gives her life too. Pretends like she can feel the music in her body and soul the same way everyone else does. But she only feels empty.
Empty and alone. A disorienting feeling when she is looking upon more faces than she can count.
All the while she sings lyrics that make her stomach squirm and her heart ache. If her father knew that he is the inspiration behind them, she’d have another song to write.
She doesn’t understand why singing these songs hurts so much. She is singing about Zuko and her father, not about she and her father. Or maybe she isn’t singing about her father at all, but a nameless father and his nameless child. Hell, it can be a mother too. Just a vague musical rendition of a dreadful parent who is merely neglectful on a good day.
It dawns upon her that she is the victim that she sings of when she finds herself getting teary on that stage. They think that it is part of the act. They think that she is a stellar actress on top of a damn good lyricist.
She doesn’t correct them. The only thing that sells more than sex is sorrow.
Things change after that. There is more attention, more interviews, more magazine photoshoots, and more simmering resentment from From Ashes To Phoenix. She basks in the limelight and relishes in Zuko’s envy. And with the spotlight shining so brightly, she can no longer see the darkness that had helped put it on her.
****
Seeing her on TV is hell. Even when she isn’t right in front of him, flaunting her riches, talents, and everything he could have had, she is still able to mock him.
These days, he can’t escape her. She is everywhere; on the radio, on the magazines, on the TV, and on posters. He even sees her in the hallways of Caldera Capital High. He sees her there, though she has been pulled out months ago for a private education tailored to her personal schedule. It is just one more thing for him to envy. He has to manage his band and school, of course his progress is slower. Sometimes stunted altogether.
And for his troubles he averages C’s and D’s--B’s if he is lucky--and music that is half done and not nearly what he had imagined in his mind. He knows that he is going to have to make a choice and he thinks that he has begun to make that choice a few months back. He has lost track of how many times he has stayed after class to discuss his grades. He wonders how uncle will take to him dropping out. Should he turn in the forms that are tucked away in his backpack and seal the deal there won’t be any turning back. He will have to make it big. It will be his only chance.
A gaggle of fangirls fawning over the brooding lonewolf with the choker and black nailpolish can only take him so far. It doesn’t leave the hallways. But he does, he evades the teachers and hall monitors and climbs his way onto the roof. Mai is already there, he can see the smoke trail.
“Want one?” She offers.
“I’ll take a drag from yours.”
Mai passes the cigarette. “Have you told your uncle yet?”
He takes his drag and passes it back. “No.”
Mai gives a little hum. “Make a decision and commit, Zuko. Either you tell your uncle that you’re dropping out or start hustling to fix your grades. You have to succeed somewhere.”
He flinches. She sounds all too similar to Azula. She sighs. “Sorry. I just worry about you, Zuko. Indecisiveness is going to ruin you if you let it.”
There are a lot of things that are going to ruin him if he lets them. To some degree he thinks that he is already ruined. That he should just fester in the failure. “I could use another drag.”
“Sure.” Mai replies.
He takes his drag and watches the smoke curl up to the mid-afternoon sky. Mai leans back with her hands behind her head.
“What are you doing up here, Mai?” He asks. “You can actually pass your classes, why are you letting me drag you down?”
“Zuko, I’ve never felt more...up. Sometimes I just need to get out of there.” She spares a glance to the door. “It’s suffocating and smells like cheap perfume and testosterone. I smoke at least a cigarette a day, gym class is pointless anyways.”
He chuckles. He feels right when he is on the roof with her. When he is with her in general. Pessimistic as she nihilistic as she is, he feels the most hopeful when he is with her. Even if it is just for a moment, Azula’s shadow doesn’t envelop and shroud him. Even if it is just for a moment, he can forget about she and her antics and everything her overachieving has helped steal from him. Even if it is just for a moment he can see, truly envision and believe in a reality where he strums his guitar before an arena full of adoring, audio hungry fans.
He makes a decision, he is going tell uncle that high school isn’t for him. That he is meant for...that he deserves better things. As the sun reaches its zenith, he decides that he will truly work for his dream.
****
The darkness floods right back in when she is away from the stage. When the lyrics that echo through the venue become a reality. She doesn’t know exactly what she has done. Maybe she has done nothing at all. He very well may just be in a bad mood. She is texting Seicho when he enters. “Hello father.” She greets with a smile.
He returns it with a blank face and folded arms. “What is this?” He slaps a piece of paper onto the table. He nods for her to read it over.
“It’s a…” she knits her brows, “a printout of our ticket sales.” She looks up from the paper. “What’s wrong with it?”
“How many tickets were sold for the first show?”
“It was sold out.”
“What about all of last week’s shows and the week before that?”
“Sold out.” She says again.
He nods. “Yes, sold out. What about last night’s show?”
Azula swallows, “1,684.”
He drums his fingers on the table. “Would you like to tell me what happened?”
She thinks that it could be a lot of things; that night had also been the night of the high school homecoming baseball game, people might have been short on cash, the time slot had been a tad earlier than usual. All of these answers seem like excuses--she should have a performance more compelling than baseball, she should have had a performance with spending money on, she should have pushed for a more favorable time slot. “It was a smaller venue.” She says at last much.
Wrong answer.
“I was selling out all of my shows.” He slaps the page and she flinches. “These aren’t metal legend numbers, they aren’t even Audio of Agni numbers.”
She wants to point out that he probably hadn’t been selling out all of his shows when his band had been as young as hers is. Instead she very quietly promises, “I’ll do better, father.” She must and she will because he is right. Only 1,684 tickets sold in a venue that could hold 2,000 people? That is embarrassing.
“Maybe if you weren’t fooling around with that tattoo artist… you won’t be seeing her anymore”
“Wh-what?” She sputters. “No, that’s not it! Seicho isn’t a distraction!” She realizes too late that she has gotten too loud.
She closes her eyes and tenses for the strike that is sure to come. When it doesn’t she cracks an eyelid. He hasn’t even closed the distance between them. She allows herself to relax. It is only then that his hand snakes out and finds her cheek.
Reflexively her own hand comes to rub it. She bites the sides of her cheeks and swallows down the cry that is waiting to come up. More than anything she hates knowing that she has failed him. That she has disappointed him. These moments are few and far between, she makes sure of that. But they are still there and she has just given herself one more ill mark. Has put herself one step closer to ending up like Zuko. “I’ll do better.” She says again when she finds the words.
It was never like this before. She glares at the empty bottles. It was never like this--he used to love her. She used to be is gleaming little star. He would yell at her, sometimes until his face went red, but he has never hit her before. She looks at the bottles, but it might be that she has finally made enough mistakes for him to see her as a splendid failure instead of his rising rockstar.
She takes out her phone and taps the screen a few times before holding it up, “see no more distractions. I deleted her number.” She forces a smile. “I needed to focus on memorizing my new material anyways.”
At last he returns the smile. The tightness in her chest slackens, giving way to an optimistic and relieved fluttering in her tummy. He ruffles her hair, “that’s my girl.” He gives her a small hug. “I should know better than to doubt you.” He smells so strongly of booze.
But she has satisfied him. She is still is gleaming little star.

Face Reveal!
Yay! I have 100 lovely, wonderful, amazing followers! Thank you all for being so awesome!
As promised, I’m doing a face reveal!
Tumblr media
That’s me.
I also promised a chaotic mini biography, so here goes. This is worse than Nigel Mookerjee’s memoirs. Also, his memoirs are iconic and beautiful and I could never compete with him.
(btw by mini i mean mini by nigel mookerjee standards so this is extensive and not mini by normal standards and very chaotic)
When I was born I was very very tiny. I had bright fiery carrot red hair with white around my crown. I was a genetic rarity since there was only one other redhead in my family in the past 100+ years. From the moment I could move my hands I did jazz hands and acted like a game show host instead of being a baby.
Going on to preschool, I remember spending all my time playing with the musical instruments and coloring outside the lines because I hated the strict teacher and then they locked me in the bathroom for five minutes of time out.
I started reading chapter books at 4. When I was 5, my mom borrowed a book called How to Teach Your Child to Read or something like that and I straight up just read that book. I started reading Nancy Drew books when I was 6 and Hardy Boys when I was 8.
When I was eight, I started professionally acting. I played Tiny Tim in the Act Theatre’s A Christmas Carol. I hated the guy who played Bob Cratchit because he was a jerk.
When my sister turned 6, we had a birthday party where my mom and I made her a DIY pinata out of paper mache and an oatmeal box thing. It took an hour to get it open. All the kids tried with the plastic bat and eventually the bat broke. After that, we got an ax handle and used that to hit the pinata. Didn’t work. We eventually had to get a chainsaw and use that. After we got the pinata open, everything was just plastic and candy dust.
I was in team level gymnastics by the age of ten, but I never competed because my mom and I weren’t gonna pay $100 for a leo, tshirt, and flipflops. I was in level 5 gymnastics when I quit.
I was homeschooled in the Pacific Northwest (where it is wet and grey 97% of the time) and moved to the high desert areas of Washington when I was 13. It is very hot and I hate heat. If anyone tells me this part of Washington isn’t a desert, I will show thou pictures of the natural vegetation with is DIRT, SAGEBRUSH, and FRICKIN TUMBLEWEEDS.
I’ve never gotten carsick in my life, but both my dogs do and they have both thrown up on my lap on three separate occasions.
In my freshman year winter break, I came back to school in January sunburned.
When I was 14, my sister and I joined a circus. A youth circus, but still, a circus. The other kids were like, “You’re first years, you’ll only be clowns in your first year.” So, being me, I rebelled and proved them wrong, getting into 6 acts my first year. Suck it, haters. My main acts that I did were spansets (it’s an obscure circus act), Roman ladders, tumbling, swinging ladders, and tight wire (low wire without the poles). I eventually became a ringmistress and got to wear a really neat red and gold tail coat and a top hat. I had to quit circus after a knee injury from falling off of low wire and then making it 10x worse after my tumbling act.
The fabric on my spansets feels like if cheese graters were a fabric. It has ripped off my skin and I hate it.
My favorite person at circus taught me how to do a back flip through Newton’s First Law of physics.
When I was 18, I won 3rd place in the mezzo soprano category at State for vocal stuff. After I collected my medal, my choir teacher and her husband (the vice principal at my highschool) took my mom and I to eat Mexican food. The waiter there flirted with me and because I lack all social skills, I said, “Yike, buddy, I really like this cheese.” My mother, my choir teacher, and her husband laughed hard about that.
I sing opera, gospel, jazz, musical theater, and country. Because I was bored, at the beginning of quarantine, I got dressed up in my Legolas costume and sang “Kerosine” by Miranda Lambert in my front yard with my giant karaoke machine speaker.
When I was in Les Mis, I played Fantine and at the end when I was standing on top of the barricade, the lights would go black and then we’d have to go off stage to get ready for bows. I fell off the barricade more than one time. I was also a barricade boy so I got to die twice in the same show. I wore giant sideburns and a black wig and I was A MANLY MAN.
I played Scuttle in The Little Mermaid and nearly got killed because I rammed my head into a speaker and then fell off the stage and into the side door. It was fun.
My first roller coaster was the Incredicoaster in Disneyland.
After my first crush and heartbreak, I got over that stupid ass guy by going rock climbing, repelling, and white water rafting. If you ever want to get over a guy, just do something that could potentially kill you without safety gear.
I got nicknamed Buffy by one of my college roommates because I have arms not unlike Thor’s. I like the nickname, hate the person who gave it to me. She was an asshole and made my depression worse.
I was diagnosed with autism when I was 19 (just this February) and it was like watching a TV show with a twist ending and then looking back at all the foreshadowing in all 19 seasons of this weird TV show.
I’m allergic to cashews and we found out the hard way.
I lack most social skills unless I am in a professional setting and then I turn into a weird charmer.
I can gargle “What A Wonderful World” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”.
I won my church’s Star Wars trivia night and won a nice basket of Star Wars stuff. I also won my library’s Star Wars trivia night. No one else knew what Boba Fett’s ship’s name was.
Tumblr media
This is my sister and I at circus. I was a ringmistress that day and she was Lead Clown, Do-See-Do. I did her makeup.

What would a typical quarantine day look like with Calum? I hope Ashtons okay
Oooh. A typical day in quarantine eh? Let's find out. He'll have something new planned everyday tbh. I hope Ash is okay too!!! Poor bean. I hope he's taking care of himself. It sucks that he's getting sick right before release day. :( I hope he can enjoy the album being out.
A typical day with Calum in quarantine has varied. He's been trying so hard to keep you both from becoming bored and wanting to stare at walls. So far, he's been succeeding.
Calum stood up on the ladder and hung up the paper maché pinata and glanced down at you. "Does that look centered?"
"Why does it matter if it's centered? We're just going to beat the shit out of it."
"Good point." He mumbled and climbed down the ladder. "Got the bat?"
"Uh. Yes." You snatched up the baseball bat and jokingly poked him with it.
He giggled and clutched his side "Don't poke that at me."
After handing over the bat to him, you took a step backwards to get out of the hitting range. "Hey what did you fill the pinata with anyways?"
"You'll find out." He winked and grabbed his makeshift blindfold crafted out of a cut up shirt. He tied it over his eyes and twirled the bat in his hand. "Are you going to spin me?"
"I think just arming you with a bat is dangerous enough." You admitted and took yet another step back.
"Suit yourself." He shrugged and took a practice swing. "You're going down you cardboard fish."
"You're great at insults."
"Shush." He aimed at you and took a big swing towards the pinata. The bat smacked into the cardboard and let out a loud crack. "Did I break it?"
"Not yet."
He huffed and thwacked it again and laughed "I love this."
You watched how giddy your boyfriend was getting and your heart swelled. He was such a child.
"Last one." He said and smacked the pinata again and a small dent appeared in the side of the fish. He took off his blindfold and grinned at you. "Your turn beautiful."
Your cheeks flushed as you reached out for the bat. "Thank you. Watch and learn Hood."
He chuckled and tied the blindfold around your eyes. "Ooh I'm scared baby. I believe in you. I got it started for you."
You gently tapped his leg with the bat and stuck your tongue out at him. "Soon you'll be the pinata if you don't stop being sassy."
"Feisty. I love it. Give it a whack." He laughed and led you over to where the pinata was hanging. "It's a little higher."
"Are you out of the way?" You asked and felt for him with your free hand.
He quickly stepped away. "I am now. Go for it."
You sucked in a breath and let your arms swing the bat forward and you felt it connect with the pinata. You giggled at the feeling and you wound back up to smack it again.
"You're adorable. I think you're going to break it." Calum cooed.
"I can't wait to see what you put in here." You grunted and whacked the pinata again and heard a small rip in the cardboard.
"One more baby! You got this!" Calum cheered from the sidelines.
You hit the pinata one last time and you heard the clatter of objects all over the kitchen floor. "Did I do the thing?!"
"You did the thing!" Calum cried and picked you up from behind and spun you around.
You laughed and let the bat clatter to the floor and enjoyed the feeling of Calum's arms around you. When he set you down, he helped untie the blindfold and you saw the giant grin plastered on his face.
"I did it!" You giggled and kissed his cheek.
"Yes you did baby. I'm so proud of you." He murmured and pressed a kiss to your forehead.
"I want to see my winnings." You winked at him and moved out of his arms to turn around. You stopped for a moment and confusion settled in. "What the-?"
You reached down to pick up various hot sauce and ketchup packets from different fast food restaurants.
"We didn't have any candy and being in quarantine limits our options." Calum shrugged. "It was this or pencils. These are less stabby."
"Calum, I love you."

Joy
Welcome to the first chapter of my Sanders Sides: We Happy Few AU. I truly hope you guys enjoy. Trigger Warnings: Drug usage, gore (mild), blood
Chapter 1 Summary: Logan Berry is your average newspaper editor in Wellington Wells; however, he is about to discover and dark secret behind the effect of the joy pills.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Chapter 1
Logan Berry was a normal and happy citizen of Wellington Wells. Like others, he took his joy, did his job, and celebrated every day of this wonderful life. Today was no different.
Logan sat at his desk and started to get to work. He was a news editor for the local newspaper. His job was to get rid of the bad and relay the good. Things like Downers and Wastrels were cut from the edits, while things such as party invites and new songs were published. Overall, Logan loved his job.
Logan got sent another clipping to edit. He picked up the canister and loaded the article into his marking machine. Paying no mind he started the machine up. “Well, let’s just read through it and figure out what needs to be taken out.” Logan looked through the article and shrugged, but glanced at the picture beside it. His heart stopped. His skin went pale. In the picture was himself and someone else. Someone he knew. A sudden pain rushed through Logan’s head as he stared at the picture.
“Logan! Logan, don’t worry! I’ll find you!” That voice. It was familiar. Logan snapped back to reality and glanced around the room. He quickly grabbed his container full of joy pills and opened the lid. Just as he was about to take one his supervisor came in. “ ‘Ello, Logan! How goes your work?” “Oh! It’s going wonderful. I just wanted to take another joy pill.” “That’s good to hear. Mind handing me one?” Logan wasted no time in handing a pill over to his supervisor. She happily took it and winked at Logan. “Thanks, Mate! Now, finish up your last clipping. We got a party downstairs. Ryan brought in a pinata!”
Logan nodded as his supervisor turned and left the office. He had two choices. Take the joy and continue on with his normal life, or try to remember why the voice and the picture felt so familiar. Logan closed his eyes and took in a deep sigh. He set the pills back on the desk and sent the clipping as it was to the editors.
He stood from his desk and quickly made his way to the breakroom where the others were. His supervisor looked up and smiled joyfully. “Hey! Welcome! Ryan brought this awesome pinata! Go ahead! Hit it!” She handed Logan the bat.
Logan smiled and hit the pinata. Then, he felt it. He looked down at his hands and noticed a dark red liquid staining his hands and the bat. He looked back towards the table and noticed that a dead rat laid there instead of the beautiful pinata he just hit. The others hadn’t seemed to notice or pay any mind and started to eat the rat’s insides.
Logan felt sick.
He backed away and shook. His supervisor took notice and walked over. “Hey, what’s up? Ah, I must have rushed you and you forgot to take your joy. Here, have one of mine.” Logan backed away more before his back hit the door.
Her eyes widened. “You’re a Downer.” She quickly spoke into her radio, “We got a Downer!” Logan slammed through the door and made his way through the office. He noticed the guards start to chase him as he maneuvered over boxes and pipes. He threw down shelves to try to stall the guards.
Eventually Logan made it to the underground sewer tunnels. He grabbed an old pipe and quickly barred the door. Slowly, Logan backed away as the guards banged on the door. Logan ran down the tunnel with nowhere else to go.
Chapter 17: All I Know Since Yesterday... is Everything Has Changed
“As you wish.”
In an instant, the invisible force releases their death grip on Max, causing the trembling boy to fall forward onto his hands and knees.
Trini swoops in, pulling Max into her arms. She cradles him close to her chest in an attempt to shield him a bit from the relentless barrage of wind and rain.
“Trini…,” Max says with a hiccup, trying to catch his breath from the steady stream of tears.
“Hey, Kiddo. It’s all gonna be okay. Promise.” Trini ever so gently wipes the rain away from Max’s face and then forces herself to give him a reassuring smile.
“But--”
“Max, I need you to listen to me.” Trini locks eyes with Max once again. “Think you can do that?”
Max sniffles and with all of the confidence he can muster, gives Trini a nod in response.
“Good.” Trini pops open a hidden compartment on the chest piece of her armor and produces a small, glowing device. “See this? It’s called a teleporter. All you need to do is push that blue button, and it’ll get you outta here.”
“To my Mommy?”
“Yup,” Trini replies as a lump of conflicted emotions starts to bubble up in her throat. She forces it back down with a hard swallow and then carefully places the device into Max’s tiny hands, curling his fingers around it. “Right to your mom.”
“But…” Max’s brow furrows with confusion as the sudden realization sets in. “But what about…”
“It’s okay.” Trini cuts him off before he can finish his thoughts. “Don’t worry about me. I’m a superhero, remember?”
Max’s face lights up with an ear to ear grin. “You’re a Power Ranger!”
“That’s right, Kiddo.” Trini matches Max’s smile, but it doesn’t quite reach her eyes. “I’m a Power Ranger.”
Trini helps Max up onto his feet and gives him a hug that lingers just enough to signify that it might be the last one. “Can you do one more favor?”
Max nods again, this time with a little more conviction than before.
“Tell her I’m sorry. Okay?”
Before Max has a chance to answer, Trini goes ahead and pushes the button, causing him to de-materialize into thin air. It’s easier this way. No prolonged good-byes or unnecessary tears.
Trini exhales a heavy breath of air and then turns back towards the ominous abyss of thick, yellow fog with a sudden and fierce resolution.
“You ready?” The voice calls out from just beyond the fog.
“As I’ll ever be.” Trini flips her visor down once again and cockily cracks her neck. “Let’s get this show on the road.”
Trini waits for a response, but only the steady roar of the all-encompassing storm can be heard.
One minute passes…
Then another…
And another…
Still nothing.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
Breathe, Gomez. Breathe.
Trini swallows down the dry a lump of pure fear that has been growing within the back of her throat and continues to scan the edges of the yellow fog for any signs of movement whatsoever. Although she can’t see it, she knows it’s there. Silently lurking just beyond the dense veil. Watching her every move.
“Fuck,” Trini mutters under her breath. She shakes away the sudden wave of goosebumps as she tries to keep her heart rate from skyrocketing out of control.
Still nothing.
God, she would kill to have at least one of the guys by her side at this very moment.
To feel them at her back, like a well-loved security blanket.
Zack.
Jason.
Billy.
Tommi.
Or, most of all…
Kimberly.
“Ah, there it is,” the mysterious voice says, grabbing hold of Trini’s attention. She whips around, frantically trying to pinpoint the source, but still is met with only a sea of never-ending yellow fog. “There... That last thought. She’s the one…”
“She’s what?” Trini says with gritted teeth. She continues to scan every last inch of her surroundings as the voice lingers in the depth of her consciousness. It’s oddly familiar… Too familiar for Trini’s liking.
“The source of your wish. The one you wanted to suffer.” The voice cuts through Trini, sending a set of icy chills straight down her spine. She attempts to shake it off, but it’s no use. The voice has a strange effect on her. As if it’s somehow resonating both from within the fog itself and also from the deep, dark recesses of her very own mind.
“I never said I wanted her to suffer,” Trini replies, even more on edge than ever before.
“Oh, but you did. You wished for her to experience the same exact heartache that she put you through. Isn’t that what heartache is? Suffering?”
That voice…
She knows that voice.
But from where?
“That’s not what I meant,” Trini fires back.
“Yes, you did. It’s exactly what you meant. Don’t deny it… There’s no hiding the truth… Not from me. I know you inside and out, Yellow.”
“If you know me so well, then stop hiding and show yourself!” Trini’s voice quivers ever so slightly on her last word. She takes a gulp of air and attempts to steady her nerves.
“As you wish…”
Slowly, from amidst the sea of fog, a pair of haunting emerald eyes emerge.
“Tommy,” the name falls from Trini’s lips as her worst nightmare materializes right before her very eyes.
Fuck.
Fuck.
Fuck.
It can’t be…
No.
Tommy died in the blast back in that cavern all those years ago.
She saw it with her own two eyes…
But there was never a body…
Fuck.
A sickly smile of recognition stretches across Tommy’s face as he moves out of the fog. He somehow hasn’t aged a single day since the last time Trini laid eyes on him, still possessing the same, slightly boyish looks of a young 18-year-old. But yet, unlike before, Tommy now is decked out in the Green Ranger armor. “Good to see you again, Yellow.”
“No… No, you’re supposed to be dead. I saw you… I…” Trini’s thoughts bleed into one another, causing her words to come out in jilted half-phrases. Her breath quickens as her anxiety takes the wheel once again. “No… You’re not real. You’re a Jinn.”
“Am I?” Tommy says as he takes another step forward, further encroaching on the space between them. “Or is that simply what you wanted me to be.”
Trini shakes her head, “No. I didn’t want any of… No. This doesn’t--”
CRACK.
Tommy’s fist collides with Trini’s helmet at an earth-shattering force, cutting her off mid-sentence. She’s instantly knocked off her feet and hits the ground with a sobering thud.
“Fuck!” Trini yells. She rolls over to her side as wave after wave of pain radiates through the length of her jaw. Even though the helmet absorbed most of the blow, Trini’s face still feels as if she was hit full on with a metal baseball bat.
BAM.
Before Trini even has a chance to register what is happening, Tommy follows up with a deep kick to the dead center of Trini’s spine.
“Ahhhhhh!” Trini’s body spasms backward, limbs bending in unnatural positions as another harsher wave of pain crashes down upon her.
“What’s wrong? Don’t want to fight?” Tommy asks with a lingering hint of sarcasm. “But live to fight, Yellow. You crave it with every inch of your very being. You gladly play the martyr time and time again. Sacrificing yourself just so you won’t have to live with the pain…  Admit it. You secretly wished for this. All of it. The mysterious foe… The storm… The epic battle… A chance to play the hero once again… All while making her suffer… This is truly all your doing.”
Those words…
Her own doing.
It was her wish…
Her desire…
No, don’t go there, Gomez.
Don’t listen to him.
Trini scrambles up off of the ground, ignoring the mind-numbing pain pulsating through every inch of her body, and re-position herself into a defensive stance. She locks eyes with Tommy once again as her hands curl up into two clearly defined fists. “Fuck off.”
Without another moment wasted, Trini unleashes a ferocious onslaught of kicks and punches upon Tommy’s body. Collar bone… Then upper chest… then left hip… then right. And finally, with surgical like precision, she delivers a roundhouse kick, sweeping Tommy’s legs out from underneath him.
THUD.
Tommy hits the ground with startling brute force, causing a strange shimmer-like effect to ripple across the length of his armor… Almost as if it isn’t really there at all.
“What the…,” Trini whispers to herself, making a note of the pedicular illusion. She starts to move in again to attack, but then suddenly stops as her eyes catch hold of the--
Epithymía stone.
It lies amongst the mud and rubble, barely even noticeable, only a few yards away from Trini. She immediately makes a dive for it, momentarily forgetting altogether about Tommy, and snatches it up like a kid grabbing for fallen candy from a newly broken pinata.
“Yes,” Trini takes a moment to stare at the tiny yellow gem and--
BAM.
Another hit. This time to the back of her helmet. Trini holds onto the gem with a death grip as her body helplessly slides through the mud towards the edge of the cliff. She claws with her other free hand at a nearby boulder and manages to grab onto it just before her feet reach the point of no return.
“Give it back!” Tommy growls.
“What?” Trini pushes herself up once again and holds out the yellow gem for Tommy to see. “This?”
“Yes.” The word comes out in a deeper growl than before. It’s inhuman in tone… Almost too animalistic to even be real.
“Come and get it.” Trini throws the Epithymía stone down onto the ground and then, without any ounce of hesitation whatsoever, slams her boot down on it, instantly crushing it to nothing more than a cloud of fine dust on impact. She holds her breath in anticipation, but--
Nothing.
What the fuck?
No.
No.
No.
That was supposed to be it.
The key.
The way to bring an end to this--
Trini stomps her foot down again…
and again…
and again.
“What’s wrong, Yellow?” Tommy asks cutting through the roar of the storm. “Were you expecting something to happen?”
“What did you do?” Trini spats out, now no longer able to hide her terror-driven rage as it courses through her body.
“Me?” Tommy lets out a nightmarish laugh. “Oh, Yellow. You still don’t get it, do you? I’ve done nothing at all. I already told you. This is all of your design. Down to the last drop of rain… This is you… All your doing.”
There it is again.
Those words.
Why those words?
Think, Gomez. Think.
CRACK.
A blinding flash of lightning cut across the yellow sky, illuminating everything in sight… including Tommy’s metallic green armor. And suddenly--
The shimmer.
Trini catches it again. Only this time it’s more defined. Like…
“A dream,” Trini says to herself. “This isn’t real… It’s all my wish.”
Another gut-churning smile slides across Tommy’s face, instantly confirming Trini’s suspicions.
“And then that means… You aren’t real either,” Trini follows up. She locks eyes with Tommy and then, with a newfound determination, delivers a lethal kick straight to his jaw.
SNAP.
The sound of Tommy’s neck breaking echoes over the raging chorus of wind and rain. Trini watches as his lifeless body crumples to the ground and then mysteriously vanishes into thin air as if it was never there, to begin with at all.
“Now what?” Trini mutters letting out a long sigh and taking a long, hard look around. There’s nothing there… Nothing but an endless sea of yellow fog.
If she’s right and this is all just a giant wish-induced dream, then how the hell is she supposed to end it?
Think, Gomez.
It’s a dream…
And she needs to wake up.
But how?
Trini’s eyes slowly wander over to the edge of the cliff as the sudden realization sets in.
Fuck.
There’s the answer.
Staring her down this entire time.
Fuck.
Trini gulps down another sobering breath of air, and for the briefest of moments, she closes eyes as another wish pops into her mind, temporarily blocking out all other invading thoughts and feelings.
She wishes for nothing more than for Kimberly to be happy again…
“Here goes nothing…”
And with those words, Trini sprints dead on towards the side of the cliff and swan-dives right over the edge.
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Laughter.
Kimberly’s laughter.
God, does she love that sound.
The thought drifts into Trini’s subconsciousness, pulling her out of the black void and into the light. Her eyes slowly blink open, attempting to adjust to the warm, morning sunlight as she stretches her aching limbs.
Wait.
What the hell happened?!
One minute she was diving off the side of Angel’s Outlook and the next…
Trini immediately shoots up with a hard gasp of air as the sudden realization that she’s miraculously somehow back in Mamaji and Bapu’s living room crashes down upon her. She goes to run her hands through her hair, only to discover that--
It’s pulled back into a ponytail again.
“What the fuck?” Trini says in stunned disbelief. She looks down at her clothes and notices that they are the same exact ones that she had been wearing the night at Tommi’s bar… The night when she made the wish.
Did it happen?
Any of it?
Shit.
If it didn’t happen, then that means--
“Can you stop chewing with your mouth open? It’s disgusting.” the sound of Richard’s voice brings Trini’s thoughts to a screeching halt. There’s her answer. Plain and simple.
Trini takes a moment to herself and just sits on the couch as a steady stream of breakfast chatter intermixed with laughter filters out from the kitchen and into the living room. It’s like a thousand bittersweet paper cuts to her soul. Invisible but painful nonetheless.
None of it happened.
Not one single moment of it.
It was just a dream.
No. Scratch that. More like a nightmare. One that lingers on well after it’s over.
“Mommy? When’s Trini gonna get up?” A hint of a smile crawls across Trini’s lips at the reassuring sound of Max.
“Good question. I was just wondering the same exact thing. Maybe you should go wake Chuki,” Mamaji responds.
“Meredith…,” Bapu mutters, clearly not on board with the idea.
“What? Those that skip Thanksgiving dinner don’t get to sleep in.”
“Mommy, can I?” Max pipes up.
“How about we wait just a little bit longer, okay? I’m sure Trini could use the extra sleep,” Kim responds only causing Trini’s heart to ache with a phantom feeling of something that in reality was never actually hers, to begin with.
It never happened.
Kimberly… at least her Kimberly… is nothing more than a tainted memory of a past life.
A happier life…
Trini lets out a sigh. She’s heard enough. Trini doesn’t have to venture into the kitchen to already know that there isn’t a place for her. At least not at that table.
Trini peels herself up off of the couch and then heads for the stairs.
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Even after an excruciatingly long shower and much needed change into clothes that didn’t reek of stale smoke and whiskey, Trini still couldn’t quiet collect herself enough to face anyone… Not yet.
Not when there’s so much emotional baggage left to unpack.
So instead, Trini retreated to the confines of her old bedroom where she took up residency in a beaten up bean bag chair and simply sat in silence, alone with nothing but an endless stream of weighted thoughts and feelings.
“Trini?” Kim says as she timidly knocks on the bedroom door, making her presence known.
Trini lets out a heavy sigh and slowly redirects her gaze away from the comforting blankness of the off-white ceiling and onto a set of vibrant chocolate brown eyes.
Fuck.
That look.
That uniquely haunting look that only Kimberly, and Kimberly alone, can manage to produce.
A look that somehow says everything that Trini needs to know…
Kimberly doesn’t remember.
None of it.
And why would she?
It didn’t happen…
“Hey,” Trini responds. An uncomfortable stillness settles between the two of them as Kim cautiously makes her way into the room. Seconds painfully tick by one by one, as the silence only grows. And Trini craves nothing more than to pull her eyes away from the girl who will always hold a piece of her heart. To stop the cracks from deepening along her already fragile soul.
But can’t bring herself to do it.
Seconds turn into minutes as Trini tries with every ounce of her very being to maintain her composure. To keep up her nonchalant facade. The one that tells whoever is looking that “it doesn’t matter”. That she feels nothing at all.
Breathe.
In and out.
In and out.
Kimberly… this Kimberly… She has a fiance and a son… She has a life.
“Trini, I--”
“It’s okay. I know what you’re gonna say and there’s no need to. I get it… Maybe not all of it, but… But it doesn’t matter. Not now. I should’ve stuck around for dinner last night, and I’m sorry. It wasn’t like I didn’t want to… I just…,” Trini says, cutting Kim off. She lets out another breath of air and runs her hands over her ponytail. The feeling is slightly foreign, but Trini tries not to let it show. “Anyway. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m glad you’re here.”
With those words, Kim suddenly closes the distances between them. She pulls Trini up off of the bean bag chair and plants a deep and passionate kiss upon her lips.
Fuuuuuckkkk…
And time comes to a crashing halt. Trini kisses Kim back, pouring into it every single last emotion from the last few days. No words are needed. Kim’s lips are more than enough for Trini to understand that there’s a possibility that she isn’t entirely alone in this journey as she thinks she is.
Kim pulls back from the kiss and takes a moment to rest her forehead against Trini’s. “Mi Vida…”
Trini chokes back a hint of a sob as two fine trails of tears start to fall from her eyes. “You remember?”
“Everything,” Kim responds. A bittersweet smile crawls across her lips as she reaches up and cups Trini’s face with the palms of her hands.
“Everything?” Trini echoes Kim’s words, unable to fully believe it and Kim simply nods back. The tears fall faster, bringing with them a comforting sense of pure relief and for the first time in what seems like an eternity, Trini feels as if she can breathe again.
“Every single moment.”
Trini melts into Kim’s welcoming arms, burying her head into the crook of Kim’s neck as the all too familiar scent of lavender mixed with jasmine washes over her. And Kim wraps her arms tighter around Trini’s body until every inch of space between them dissipates… Until there is absolutely nothing left but just the two of them.
Trini knows that there’s still so much left to sort through. Years upon years of buried thoughts and emotions that need to be dealt with in one way or another. Let alone the lingering question of where do they go from here. But, at this very moment, none of those things matter to her. Not now.
Only one thing and one thing only matters for Trini…
There isn’t anything in the world that she wouldn’t do for Kimberly Hart.
Anything.
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Six Months Later…
Trini pulls her beat-up black Jeep Wrangler into an empty parking spot, shifts the car into park, and then takes a moment to stretch her overly-stiff muscles.
She did it.
Fifteen hours, 32 minutes, and 12 seconds, including three pits, stops along the way for gas, snacks, and the occasional bathroom break...
A new personal record.
And hopefully, one that will never need to be broken because, unlike all the other LA to Portland treks that Trini has done over the past few months, this time there would be no return trip.
She’s there for good.
A smile crawls across Trini’s face as she takes a moment to let the reality of the situation to fully sink in. It hasn’t been the easiest of journeys, and there have been countless times where she swore that this moment would never come, and yet, here it is. So seemingly uneventful. Just another late Thursday evening in Portland.
Trini gets out of her car and then slowly makes her way across the parking lot towards Kim’s shop.
This wasn’t her first time up and surprising Kim here. No. The first time was a few short weeks after Kim had called her in the dead of night to let her know that she had officially ended things with Richard. It had been a bittersweet conversation at best. One that left Trini hopeful and yet at the same time, absolutely terrified that there was a strong chance that there were no real prospects for them in the near-- or even far-- future. Kim needed time.
Time to be alone.
And that’s what Trini had given her, until one day she woke up to a simple text that said: “I wish you were here”.
The next thing Trini knew, she was hopping a flight to Portland and had shown up unannounced at Kim’s barbershop. It felt like a small gesture at the time. Nothing more than a simple gut reaction. But according to Kim, it had meant the world.
And it had been the start… The start to something where neither one of them truly knew what the end result would be. But they were more than willing to go along for the ride. Inch by inch. One visit after another. With each time becoming more and more difficult to say good-bye.
“Trini!” Max exclaims as Trini makes her way through the door. He hops down out of the barbershop chair that he was up until moments ago, spinning himself around in and bolts for Trini. Trini braces herself just in time as Max launches his body into Trini’s arm at full force and gives her a bone-crushing hug hello.
“Hey, Kiddo.” Trini wraps her arms around the raven-haired boy and pulls him in close.
“Mommy said you weren’t coming until tomorrow night. We were gonna pick you up at the airport after karate practice.”
“Change of plans,” Trini responds as she motions towards her Jeep in the parking lot.
Max glances through the front window and then back at Trini with a look of sheer joy upon his face. “You drove?”
“Yup.”
“Does that mean…” Max trails off almost too excited at the possible prospect of what it could mean to finish his question.
Trini gives him a nod in confirmation with a hint of a smile.
God, she loves this kid.
No. Scratch that. She flat out adores him. And would move heaven and earth if needed just to be with him…
“Yes!!!!” Max shouts as he starts to bounce around the shop, unable to contain his sheer excitement. And Trini can’t help but give into laughter at the sight of it.
“Max, what are you… Trini?” Kim emerges from the back room and comes to a crashing halt as she lays eyes on Trini.
“Mommy! Trini drove here… And look,” Max says as he jabs his finger at the window. “Look at all of the boxes and bags in her Jeep. It’s all her stuff. She’s staying for good.”
Kim slowly shifts her eyes away from Trini and towards the Jeep, taking a moment or two to thoroughly examine it, and then back at Trini.
“Surprise,” Trini says as she shoves her hands deep into her jean pockets and gives a bit of a shrug. “I know we said maybe in a few months from now, but I found a way to get out of the lease early, and I just couldn’t wait any--”
But Trini doesn’t get the chance to finish her sentence. Kim swoops her up and plants a passionate kiss upon her lips, slightly spinning her around in the process. Trini gets lost in the moment, unable to do anything more than simply laugh as a tidal wave of pure warmth and happiness washes over her.
“Ewwww gross.” Max makes an exaggerated face and covers his eyes, causing Trini and Kim to stop spinning and pull back out of their kiss. They share a smile as Trini finds herself getting lost within Kim’s chocolate brown eyes.
And suddenly…
Trini’s finally found her home again.
In the arms of the one person who has always been it for her.
Her end game.
Kimberly Anne Hart.
Kim reaches out and playfully runs her hand through Trini’s short, messy locks as a slightly disapproving look moves across her face. “Go take a seat.”
“Seriously?” Trini says raising an eyebrow.
“Yes, seriously. You’re way overdue,” Kim replies, giving Trini a nudge towards an empty chair.
“Fine.” Trini takes a seat in the chair and flashes Kim a cocky smile. “Just don’t fuck it up, Princess.”
“Never. Mi Vida,” Kim leans in and places a gentle kiss on Trini’s cheek. “Never.”
Regarding your Robin 1 & 2 mix up headcanon, what if instead of Dick being the target of mix up it's Tim? Tim and Jason and a lot closer in age so it could be Tim minding his own business and then suddenly some lowlife has dedicated his entire life to destroy everything Tim loves. Tim's 'why the heck!? I'm like the polite Robin (okay... more polite compared to others)'. Then Jason shows up shoots the guy dead and is like 'my bad all good' =) and between him and Damian Tim is just done w/it. X/
Well, the Robin 1 & 2 headcanon was more based on the fact that Jason and Dick had the exact same costume, unlike Tim, who had quite a different costume. Also I think most of the rogues knew that Joker killed a Robin so when the new one showed up with a shiny new outfit, they were aware it was a different kid.
But I can definitely imagine goons who just have it out for Robin in general because Dick was so goddamn annoying with the puns, and Jason had a tendency to go for the crotch and the jugular at the same time and be an asshole about it.
Tim wasn’t exactly under the impression that thugs were nice to Robin or anything, he was never that naive, he did follow B&R around at night and snap pictures of them after all, he saw the reality. He just kind of assumed they held back a bit against Robins, because Dick and Jason made kicking their asses look so effortless. Bruce knew, though, and it was another one of the reasons why he rejected Tim as Robin, or Robin being brought back at all, for that matter. Jason and Dick had built up a rep, a serious resentment in the streets of Gotham, and it had started with Dick, but he grew up as it progressed and he was able to handle it. By the time Jason came along the streets were WAY worse to Robin than ever before, it wasn’t like in the good old days, but Jason persevered by being harder and meaner when he had to be and that just made the rogues and goons hate him more and more, eventually culminating in his death at the hands of Joker. Being Robin was in some ways more difficult than being Batman, and Bruce didn’t want to be responsible for putting a kid into that situation again. It had died down a little since Jason’s death as the less heartless criminals seemed to realize there had been an ACTUAL KID behind that mask and now he was dead and it was on their hands, but Robin would always be a target, that was just a fact.
When Tim first started going out in the suit he was a bit startled to realize that no, thugs didn’t go easy on Robin, and most of them didn’t sympathize with Batman about the dead Robin either, Gotham thugs HATED ROBIN WITH A BURNING PASSION and not only DIDN’T HOLD BACK but seemed to shoot at him MORE than they did at Batman. Dick and Jay just made it look easy because they were that damn good. When he showed up on the scene, bad guys would straight up shout, “It’s Robin! Fucking Robin is here! Get him!” and Tim is just like, “No! Why!?” Not to mention Tim was about the same size as Dick when he was years younger than Tim actually was. Honestly, the only way he survived was by changing his approach. He got the bow staff to more easily take on more and larger opponents, he avoided head-on fights when possible and he used the terrain to his advantage more i.e. tripped people over trashcans, dropped streetlights on thugs, smoke bombed groups and dipped out. It might be cheap or cowardly (it wasn’t but he thought so at first) and not how the other Robins, his heroes, would have done it, but living was itself a victory.
When Jason came back as Red Hood, Tim was aware that he hated Tim’s guts. He’d broken into the Titan’s Tower to kill him after all. At first he’d thought it had less to do with Jason being angry and hurt and heart-broken and traumatized and more of the same “hate on for Robin” that all the thugs and rogues in Gotham had. It made him just as bad as them in Tim’s eyes. Tim had idolized Jason, but this guy wasn’t him anymore, he was just some criminal like the others. And when Red Hood took shots at him again and then Damian too, it just seemed to validate that idea in his eyes. Red Hood wasn’t a fallen Robin, to be treated differently, he was just a more effective thug with a vendetta.
Tim pretty much held on to that belief until one night in Gotham when Tim was out alone and found himself on the ropes a group of goons, he was honestly pretty sure this was going to be his inglorious end and didn’t that just bite? It wasn’t even against anyone famous, he’d just been outnumbered and had some bad luck and his trick ankle was acting up again, and Tim was about to be done for–until Red Hood showed up.
He outright dispatched two of the meanest goons with blindingly fast and deadly accurate shots to the head and then took down three more with kicks from his steel-toed boots that laid them out flat in an instant. The last two guys just kind of quivered in fear and put their hands up as if Hood might care about surrender, which Tim was pretty sure he didn’t.
And then Hood was marching over to where Tim was panting, tired, sitting on the ground, holding himself up with his bow staff, and Tim was sure he was about to get the hole-in-the-head treatment as well.
But he didn’t, Red Hood yanked him to his feet and shoved Tim toward the alley exit behind him. Hood faced the thugs and said, “Don’t you ever. Touch. A Robin. I don’t give a fuck if he smashes your face in or hands you to the cops. You can run, if you’re idiot enough to think you can get away, but if I ever catch you trying to hurt one of those kids–I’ll put a bullet in your head.”
After that moment, whenever any of Red Hood’s men ran into Tim, they would try to get away but they’d never fight back. Same thing with Damian to the point that he was getting outright poutty about it because that kid loved a fight and had taken to being a target like a pinata takes to being hit by a bat except he gave as good as he got even in the very anti-Robin Gotham.
And that was when Tim realized that Jason didn’t hate him because he was Robin. After all, Jason might shoot at Damian but he didn’t hate him like he hated Tim. Actually Jason probably just went harder on them because he (mistakenly, in Tim’s opinion) thought they could take it. He respected the office of Robin, he’d been one after all. No, Jason wasn’t just another thug with a blind hatred for the Batman’s sidekick. He was a kid who’d had the whole world against him, and then the whole of Gotham against him as Robin–except for Bruce. And he didn’t hate Tim because he’d taken Robin after he’d died, but because he’d taken Bruce after he’d died. Red Hood was still Jason, and he was hurting.
My second story for @badthingshappenbingo
Prompt: “Dragging themselves along the ground” + Rhyss (original character)
Content warnings: OC, winged character/wing whump, beating, mocking, broken bones, exhaustion, hopeful ending
-
They took him out into the woods and beat him like a fucking pinata. Tethered him to the ground by the ankle with just enough leeway that he could fly a little, but not far. They circled him with wooden rods in hand, laughing when their swings met skin and Rhyss cried out and tried to get away, only to be hit with another brutal thwack! from another side.
They didn't hold back, and everywhere was fair game. Soon his body was throbbing all over, one cheek was swollen, tears slipped down his cheeks and stung his cut lip. A particularly harsh blow to the base of one of his wings hurt terribly, and trying to stay up was getting harder and harder.
When he finally couldn't take anymore he tried to land in the center, out of reach.
And then a brutally hard swing met his right leg. A sharp crack, a scream of pain that echoed through the trees, and he crumpled to the ground, clutching his leg, his hyperventilating laced with pained whimpers.
One of the men stood over him, raised a bat right over Rhyss's head. Rhyss squeezed his eyes shut, praying it would be quick and painless. A sob escaped his throat when he thought of how he'd never seen his home or friends or family again.
The bat swung down, Rhyss cried out, and then…
It stopped, barely two inches from his head. The men stepped back, laughing.
“Stupid thing fell for it!”
“Hey, can I break the other leg?”
“Alright, you boys have had your fun,” the man interrupts. They all go silent.
Rhyss rolls over so he's sprawled forward on the ground, muffling his soft pants by burying his face in his arms, battered body trembling. His wings droop across the cold, damp ground. It rained last night. He remembers being curled up safely at Maria's house listening to it patter on the roof.
The man moves to stand looming over Rhyss. He has no weapon and he doesn't need one. A well placed press to just about anywhere on his body right now would do enough.
He does just that, roughly prodding a growing bruise on Rhyss's hip, making him squirm away with a choked gasp.
The foot moves away.
“Crawl,” the man snaps.
Rhyss doesn't move. He lies there trying to catch his breath, so overwhelmed with pain that he doesn't even register the words.
“Can't you hear, you freak?” He delivers a sharp kick to Rhys's side, earning a broken cry.
Rhyss manages to prop himself up on his forearms and turns his head just enough to peer up at the man, eyes wide and cheeks damp with tears. The man sneers.
“Do you know what I hate most about your kind?” he says. “Because you have these - “ he presses his shoe to the swollen base of Rhyss's left wing. Rhyss gasps, back arching to try to escape the pain but only serving to press his bruised stomach and ribs against the ground, making him shudder and slump forward again.
The man continues pressing and Rhyss is helpless to do anything but clench his fists and ride out the fresh wave of pain.
“- you think you're better than us. But you know as well as I do that you bleed and break just like any human. You're so used to soaring in the air. Now I want to see you crawl in the dirt like the scum that you are.”
His foot moves away again and again Rhyss tries, shakily, to prop himself up on his forearms. He only barely manages it.
“That's the only way you're getting home,” the man adds. “I doubt you can walk on that leg. And if you try to fly, my men will shoot your wings to shreds. Understand?”
Rhyss nods automatically. His bottom lip quivers. It's taking all of what little willpower he has left to keep from breaking down in front of them.
“Go on then,” the man says, stepping back.
Rhyss takes a few steadying breaths and tries to push himself up onto his hands and knees.
The moment he puts even a little pressure on his broken leg it rages with pain and he shouts as it buckles, leaving him sprawled forward once more.
The men just...laugh.
Rhyss bites back a sob. It's quickly become clear that even crawling isn't an option. Which leaves only one thing.
Slowly, carefully, he slides his arms forward, moves his good leg up a bit, and pulls himself forward a few inches, dragging his sharply throbbing broken leg behind him. He braces himself and then does it again. And then again. He makes it a couple of feet before the pain he feels all over forces him to stop to breathe.
No one stops him. No one touches him. No one speaks.
Their eyes on him hurt as much as his bruises, and his face burns with shame. Once he would have flown circles around anyone who dared him. Now he's reduced to a shaking, aching mess, dragging himself along the ground while these people just watch.
He makes it a couple more feet when the man says, “it's getting late. Let's go.”
For one brief moment Rhyss hopes that means him too. Maybe they'll toss him in the back of the van and it'll hurt the whole drive back but at least he'll be dumped on Maria's doorstep to be cared for.
Instead their footsteps move away from him, leaving him there. He only barely holds himself back from crying out “wait!”
In the distance behind him car doors slam and engines rev and then they're gone.
A chill washes over the foggy, damp forest, and Rhyss shivers. It's almost a relief to not have them here watching him suffer. It's just him and some birds chirping high up in the trees.
With a resigned sigh he begins the painful, slow process of dragging himself forward, inch by inch.
His shivers increase as he moves over the wet ground, the cold seeming to seep into his very bones. Every movement makes pain ripple through his body and he groans, soft and weak.
The ground is covered in dirt and moss and rotting leaves, adding feeling filthy to his current pile of misery. There are roots, too, and at one point he settles himself down to rest only to cry out and clutch at his side when a root presses into the bruising there.
When the pain eases back down to a dull pulsing he carefully lowers himself to a softer spot on the ground and lies there panting.
His wings are heavy and cold at his back and for a moment he hates them. They weigh him down, they tremble, they hurt.
They're the reason men like that want to hurt him.
*
Rhyss keeps going. He doesn't know for how long, only that it feels like an eternity. His arms and good leg grow sore from exertion. His broken leg has numbed to a dull ache; he tries, just once more, to put pressure on it, only to have it tremble and give out on him.
His head pounds, he's so cold, so tired…
Rhyss stares blankly ahead at the treeline that he's almost made it to. On the other side are yards, homes. One of them is Maria's.
He feels the dirt and dew and tears on his face, his weak, trembling limbs, his twitching broken leg, his drooping wings, the dried blood on his cut lip, and he wonders if something like him even deserves to be rescued from this...
He shakes his head sharply and then winces at the pull on his sore face. Stop that. Just...a little further to go.
Rhyss pulls himself forward again, little by little. The pain and the cold and the fear claw at his heart. He wants to scream, to break down, to give up. But he's almost there…
He drags himself out from the woods onto soft, mowed grass. With a groan he settles down onto it and breathes deeply, soothed by the feel of it on his skin. He glances up weakly to see that he's only a few houses down from Maria's.
No longer caring if he's caught, by that man or anyone else, Rhyss flaps his sore, half-numb wings until they lift him partway off the ground. It's all he can manage. His feet drag through the grass, his whole body slumped as he drifts the last few yards. It takes a small burst of effort to clear the fence, and then he drops heavily into the safety of the familiar yard.
He lies there catching his breath, wishing he had the strength to crawl the last few feet to the house. But he's completely spent. There's nothing left in him.
It's then that he hears voices from inside the house. Arguing.
“I told you we shouldn't have let him go by himself!”
“He wanted to! He may be young but he's an adult, Maria, he can go to the store himself if he wants to - “
“It isn't safe! He's been gone for four hours, Cole!”
Their voices are emotional, strained, frustrated.
Rhyss wishes he stayed in the woods and let himself rot with the dead leaves.
All he's done since the moment they found him was cause trouble and now -
He curls up on his less-hurt side and buries his face in his dirty hands and sobs.
“We’re wasting time, we have to go find - “
“Shh!”
“Did you just shh me? I swear - “
“I'm serious! Listen. Do you hear that?”
The back door opens and closes and there are a pair of matching gasps.
“Rhyss!”
“Oh, god, his leg…”
He curls up tighter as they kneel on either side of him.
A pair of gentle hands guide his hands away from his face. He peers up at them, eyes puffy and bloodshot, streaks of fresh tears cutting rivers through the dirt on his face.
Maria and Cole look back, sad and horrified. Cole carefully lifts Rhyss’s head to rest in his lap; Maria runs a hand over his hair to calm him.
“It was him,” she asks, “wasn't it?”
Rhyss nods wearily.
“You're safe now,” Cole tells him, voice calm and deep. He puts a warm hand on Rhyss's back, feels the chilled, damp skin. Maria's checks him over with gentle hands and worried eyes.
“We were so worried about you,” she says, stroking his tangled hair back from his face and wiping away fresh tears with her thumbs.
Cole rubs circles on his back, careful of bruises and his injured wing. “Yeah, we were,” he agrees.
Rhyss can't answer. His throat feels raw, his chest tight. They were worried. They care...
Maria and Cole demand nothing. They continue touching him gently and saying things like,
“I bet a warm bath would feel nice…”
“Some ice for your wing…”
“I'll get my medic friend over here, she can fix up that leg…”
“We can order takeout, whatever you want…”
Rhyss closes his eyes and lets Cole lift him; Maria holds his wings off the ground.
After hours feeling so heavy as he dragged himself inch by inch, now he is weightless, held up by people who care for him. They carry him inside to safety.
Sweet Pea’s POV
It’s been months since Y/N told me she was pregnant and since I kicked her out… The Serpents wouldn’t talk to me anymore and FPp took my jacket. He said if he ever saw my face at the Wyrm again he’d beat the hell out of me. I lost all my friends, hell my family! I lost my world…
I wanted to get her back but I fucked up big time. Nothing I could do would make up what I said or did. I just wanted to hold her… I wanted to take care of her and her child. I wanted it to be our child. I’m so stupid! How could I say it wasn’t a child!? She’s so caring, of course she’d want to keep it…
Y/N’s POV
I was now eight months pregnant and as promised I let Cheryl throw a party. Her and Toni decorated the Wyrm for the baby shower. They had a table in front of the stage, perfectly in the middle. Half the table was pink and said girl while the other half was blue and said boy. There were pink sweets on the girls side and blue sweets on the boys side. Each half of the bar was decorated for each gender. When you walked in you had to vote on what each twins gender was. So far most of the Serpents wanted two little boys while the girls wanted two little girls, a few of my friends voted on one of each. Of course there needed to be alcohol so Veronica suggested a mimosa bar. They set it up on the bar and it was kind of funny seeing a tough biker gang drinking mimosas.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It was a great party and everyone was having a great time but I still just wanted Sweet Pea to talk through those doors… I invited him without anyone else knowing and I really hoped he’d come because I still loved him. I was sitting in a chair opening gifts when the doors opened. Everyone looked up and there he was, the love of my life. My face lit up and tears distorted my vision.
“What the hell are you doing here!?” Cheryl growled getting up and walking over with her arms crossed.
“Um… I was invited…” He said standing there awkwardly.
“No you weren’t.” Toni said getting up and stood next to her girlfriend. The rest of the Serpents got up and followed the two girls.
“Get out of here you asshole!” My brother growled.
“Enough!” I shouted standing up and walking over to the group.
“I invited him.” I said and everyone looked at me shocked.
“You invited him? Why?” Jughead asked. Instead of answering him I grabbed Sweet Pea’s hand and walked outside with him.
“Before you hit me or yell at me or whatever can I please say something?” He asked once we were outside. I nodded and waited for him to speak.
“I am so, so, so, sorry about what I said. I’m an asshole and I shouldn’t have said the child wasn’t a child, or that it wasn’t yours, or that you shouldn’t keep it because it’s from a rape. I should have known you’d want to keep it, you’re the most caring person in the world and you’ve always wanted to be a mother…” He said with a sigh.
“I know you won’t let me back in your life but I miss you so much…You’re my world and I just want you back. I want to take care of this child, I want to be apart of this. I love you and I’ll love this child, I promise you.” He said with tears in his eyes. I gently placed my hand on his arm and he looked down at me. I smiled at him and placed my lips on his.
“I’m not totally forgiving you but god did I miss you.” I said once I pulled away. He looked at me shocked but placed his hands on my waist.
“Sweets, I love you and I want you to be part of this life. That’s all I ever wanted…” I said and a few tears fell from my eyes.
“I’ll take care of you and this child.” He said and gently placed a hand on my large belly.
“I’ll do everything I can to make up for what an asshole I am.” He said and kissed my head.
“Let’s go enjoy the party.” I said with a smiled and grabbed his hand. The two of us walked in and everyone gave him an angry look.
“Calm down everyone, everything is fine.” I said with a smile.
“What!? You’re just forgiving him? Just like that?” Fangs asked.
“He’s not entirely forgiven but I want Sweet Pea in my life.” I answered and they all just looked at me.
“Look, I love him and if you can accept that I want him in my life and my child’s life then the two of us can leave.” I said and everyone sighed but nodded. We sat down and finished opening gifts then it was time to revel the genders. Betty and Jughead had gotten a heart shaped blue and pink pinata. Toni and Cheryl filled it the colored candies. FP set it up in the middle of the bar, they moved all the tables and stuff out of the way and handed me a bat to hit it with. Everyone had their phones out ready to record it and see who was right. I was getting ready to hit it when I saw Sweet Pea standing off to the side awkwardly.
Tumblr media
“Hold on a sec.” I said and then walked over to him, he looked at me and I smiled up at him.
“Come here.” I said grabbing his hand and pulling him back to the pinata with me. I handed him the bat and a few people groaned, aka Cheryl. Sweet Pea looked at me confused and I just smiled.
“Go on, don’t keep everyone waiting.” I said and he gave me a small smile. He still didn’t realize it was twins so this was going to be a great surprise for him. He took the bat and smashed it into the pinata a few times. Pink and blue fell from the heart and everyone cheered. Sweet Pea dropped the bat and looked at me.
“What?” He asked shocked.
“I’m having twins, a boy and a girl.” I said with a huge smile.
“Wait, twins?” he asked with wide eyes. I nodded and he picked me up twirling me around.
“Careful!” I laughed and he put me down.
“Right…sorry.” He said putting me down and scratched the back of his neck.
“We’re having twins?” He asked nervously. I nodded with a smile.
“We’re having twins.”
Context: Loki asked for a beer at their favorite bar. The Barkeep, knowing this would start trouble but needed to be known, handed Loki a  Svaðilfari Reserve,  a 10% mead like beer. On the side of every can told the story of how Loki lost her virginity to the stupid beast. Loki knew that Asgard (now on earth) had been exporting their mead for currency and interaction with Midgard. Being sensitive about that story, she decided not to mention anything or complain. Once little Vivi noticed and was told of the situation, she decided to stand up for her friend.
Tumblr media
It wasn’t difficult to get the man behind what Vivian found to be distasteful branding. Not after Loki practically handed her the can. A flirty e-mail and a topless picture did the trick. Vivian wasn’t surprised about the outcome. What she was surprised about was that he was early already on the roof. She maintained her happy crazy persona until she reached the stairs climbing them with the click of her leather zipped heels. Tiny leather shorts hit just about the crease of her ass and her leather jacket laid on top of a simple low cut black tank top. She had snuck in her work bag on the roof already which wasn’t hard either. Oddly rather easy which was a little worrying, but she didn’t question it she had a job to do. An hour earlier she had sent a long letter explaining a re-branding addressed to the new head of the company along with a whole new recipe for the drink. After all who wanted to drink horse piss? Vivian sure as hell didn’t she wasn’t sure how people could even stomach drinking from the can.
Tugging her top down she unzipped her leather jacket fluffing her breasts before walking through the roof door. The pounding music fading behind her leaving a soft buzzing in her ears. Offering a flirty smile she looked up at the man.
“Waiting for me?” She asked with a giggle biting into her bottom lip. It was oddly normal, it was how you could tell she wasn’t very happy. She could feel the anger pooling in her heels. He didn’t seem Asgardian which would make this very simple as he approached her she let him put his hand on her hips jerking her closer. She gave out an excited giggle as he dipped down to kiss her she put her hands on his shoulder. Waiting for his lips to barely touch her own she kneed him as hard as she could in his stomach. He was more muscular than she thought since he braced for it. Smirking a bit she got out of his grip as he swung at her. She could smell that he had been drinking a little which was perfect for her. Sweeping his legs she watched as he bounced back up off the floor. Vivian growled when he gripped her hair. His fist ramming into her stomach pulled a hysterical laugh from her throat. Oddly sounding happy causing him to pause just enough for her to punch him hard in the dick. One. Two. Before she could get in a third hit he let go of her hair after twisting it in an attempt to get her to stop.
Looking up at him from her brow she gave a wicked smile only to get a hard punch in the mouth staggering her just a bit. Blood ran from the corner of her mouth before she managed to charge at him punching him hard in the solar plexus. Sweeping his legs he went down rather easily that time his Gripping and rolling her. Vivian now under the man hand his hands around her throat. She noted how soft his hands were causing her to laugh out. It came out high and strangled as he tried to cut off her air. A look of excitement crossed her face as the pressure behind her eyes built. Leveraging her leg under him she flipped him putting his arm in a hold she twisted and pulled at his elbow joint until the satisfying pop and snap cracked through the air. The wet sound made her giggle as the man yelled in pain. It caused him to let her go allowing her to roll and get up grabbing her bag. Tying him she pulled out her bat looking it over.
“You know- it’s not nice to use situations to your advantage. See this as a taste of your own- medicine. Sometimes medicine is nasty but you learn right?” She spoke calmly as he screamed at her groaning over his pain.
“Oh, please. It doesn’t hurt that bad.” Vivian rolled her eyes dragging her bat against the ground she pressed her heel into the broken joint watching her heel touch the ground. A smile as he asked why she was doing this. “I don’t like your can of.. horse piss.” Vivian simply said causing him to look at her like she was crazy.”I don’t. Neither does my friend. Which is bad.” Vivan said putting the bat under his chin. She had only tied his feet together looking over at the water tower on the top of the building she started to drag him. Ignoring his pleas. “You know what I always loved as a kid. I only got to do it once?” SHe questioned almost innocently looking down at the terrified man as she smiled. “Pinata’s.” Putting her bat down she sighed before tossing the rope over a pipe Vivian slowly started the hang him upside down. “I was never good at it,” Vivian admitted slowly picking up her bat she inspected it looking at him his broken arm dangling. Putting the bat on her shoulder she started her practice beating the man until he passed out which wasn’t long. She made sure that she broke more than a few things before climbing up the ladder. Hanging upside down she laughed enjoying the feeling for a few moments before cutting him down. With the man bleeding and barely recognizable she wrapped the rope around her hand dragging him to the edge of the building. Looking down Vivian shrugged seeing the open dumpster.
“Well it is trash.. and so is the drink-” Humming a song she shoved him off the roof listening to him fall into the dumpster with a thud. Pulling out her phone she sent a text saying that the things were mostly fixed.
