Clark Kent x Male Reader
Content: Greek Mythology AU
Warnings: Smut, Bottom!Reader, Top!Clark, semi-public sex, anal sex, unprotected sex, drunken sex, skinny dipping, spit as lube, missionary position…
Summary: You’re a member of Dionysus following and during a feast you meet a demigod son of Zeus, Clark, also known as the man of steel…
——
You were a lesser deity in a world filled with powerful gods, monsters and heroes. You were the son of the now famous naiad, Daphne. Unfortunately though your mother was no longer with you as she had been turned in to a laurel tree as a form of mercy.
It was considered mercy because the only other option she had was to be violated by Apollo, who was under the spell of Eros after an argument between the two. Apollo feeling bad about the whole ordeal apologised by finding you a place in the retinue of Dionysus and Ariadne.
You didn’t mind this as your duties were pretty much drink, dance, fuck, drink more and generally just to have a good time. It was just constant partying and celebration.
One night when the party had yet to start a visitor came for Dionysus. You were sat close to the god’s throne, you were petting one of his pet leopards when a strange man appeared and entered the god’s camp. He walked slowly towards the olympian. You noted his handsome appearance as he stopped in front of Dionysus.
”Lord Dionysus, you sent for me” the man said in a deep tone. ”I did” Dionysus confirmed before standing up saying loudly ”Everyone! Let me introduce to you to Clark, you may know him as the man of steel!… And also one of my younger half brothers”.
Dionysus followers broke out in cheers for the hero, who seemed slightly confused by the big welcoming. ”I’ve called him here to save us all from the cyclops that has been attacking in the night” Dionysus declared and everyone once again cheered.
”What?! You never told me of any cyclops?!” Clark asked agitated. ”Actually I didn’t tell you anything but you showed up anyway” Dionysus teased him. ”Why don’t you save them yourself?” Clark questioned. However Dionysus only responded with a simple ”Where’s the fun in that?”.
Clark looked irretated at Dionysus and said ”I will not be tricked in to fighting someone else’s battle”. Making the on looking crowd let out disappointed murmurs. Dionysus walked up to the hero and put a hand on his shoulder.
”Come on Clark, do us this favour and we’ll give you the biggest celebration you’ll experince in a life time, with the finest wine and feast, our best music and dancers and if you want you can take to bed anyone you fancy, we don’t judge” Dionysus offered.
Clark took a moment looking around at the crowd surrounding him until his eyes landed on you for a swift moment. He then turned back to Dionysus and said ”Very well, i shall do you this favour”. Once again the crowd including you broke out in cheers and applause for the demigod.
The very next day gifted Clark with a sword, armour and food by Dionysus as he and his followers saw off the hero on his way to save them from the threat of the cyclops.
I didn’t take long for Clark to return as he was back at the camp by next day. He came back in the afternoon covered from head to toe in dirt, dust and a little cyclops blood. Throwing the red painted sword by Dionysus feet.
”Well done” Dionysus complimented looking at the blood drenched sword. Dionysus then turned towards you ”Y/n, take our hero somewhere he can wash off” he commanded. ”Yes, lord Dionysus” you said with a quick bow. He then turned back to Clark and said ”When you return, we feast”.
You went and collected a basket with a bottle of scented oil, a strigil (a tool they used in ancient greece to wash themselves) and a new chiton. ”This way, my lord” you said to Clark and started guiding him through the forest. ”Please, just Clark is fine” he said humbly following you.
You guided him to a secluded pond. ”Impressive, how did you find this place so quickly?” Clark complimented. ”My mother was a naiad, it’s an instinct” you explained putting down the basket next to the pond.
”Would you like me to bring you anything else?” you asked Clark as he started undressing out of the dented armour and dirty chiton. ”You’ve already done enough for me, thank you” he said gentlemanly. Clark was now naked, revealing his muscled body and impressive manhood, which you tried not to look at.
He stepped down in the pond, the water reaching up to his hips. ”Why don’t you join me?” he suggested gesturing towards the water. ”I’d love too, but i have to help the others prepare everything for tonight” you said. ”Come on, only for a short time” Clark tempted. ”Okay” you said with a smile, taking off your chiton and sandals.
Clark watched your naked form with interest as you stepped down in to the water. ”See, it’s nice” Clark said starting to wash himself off using the scented oil you brought for him. You tried not to stare at his oiled up chest but you were 90% sure he caught you looking but he didn’t say anything, he only smirked.
You relaxed in the cool water for a while until you remembered you needed to get back to the others. You climbed out of the pond and started putting on your clothing once again. ”Thanks for the company, hope i’ll see you tonight” Clark said. ”Hope, i’ll see you too” you said and started walking through the forest back towards camp.
That night the music rang loudly through the forest as you celebrated the death of cyclops and your new hero, Clark. You drank and danced wildly with your friends. Some others were already passed out from drinking, some were gambling and playing games and one couple were fucking against a tree.
You saw Clark sitting on a pillow next to Dionysus talking, goblet in hand. You made your way over to the olympian and the demigod. ”Y/n” Dionysus exclaimed happily as he noted your presence. He patted a pillow next to him saying ”Come sit down”.
You took the offer sitting down next to the god, he made your empty goblet instantly refill and put an arm around you. ”I was just telling Clark of my inner circle” Dionysus revealed and continued ”Y/n, here you’ve met, he is my and Ariandne’s favourite attendant and friend” he said sweetly.
”Also he has a body as if sculpted by Pygmalion, carved and smoothed to absolute perfection. You should hope to have a look upon it someday” Dionysus said taking another sip from his goblet.
”Actually i already have” Clark stated boldly making Dionysus spill some wine on himself. ”Y/n, joined me for a swim in the pond” Clark explained making your cheeks heat up slightly. ”Is that so?” Dionysus questioned looking towards you.
”Well, i’ve got to go find Ariadne” Dionysus said getting up leaving you and Clark. ”Are you and Dionysus-?” Clark started but you cut him off saying ”No, he and Ariadne just have a very open relationship”. ”How has your night been?” you then questioned the hero.
”Enjoyable but i’ve never been much of a party person” he said then taking a sip from his cup. ”I get it, before i came here i wasn’t either” you told him and then got an idea. ”Wanna go for a walk for some peace and quiet?” you asked. ”Sure, i’d love too” Clark said and the two of you stood up and walked off in to the forest behind you bringing your goblets with you.
You walked and talked for a while, drinking until your goblets were didn’t have a single drop left in them. Dionysus must’ve brought out the strong stuff because you and Clark were stumbling around and slurring your speech, you were laughing loudly at each others stories, sitting very close together.
Finally the two of you ended up behind some bushes close by to the party. You started to passionately make out, you laying on your back in the soft grass and Clark on top of you. Clark tore open your chiton and undressed you, leaving your naked form beneath him.
He then took off his own clothes revealing his muscular body and his hard cock. Clark took his hand and brought it to your mouth, you sucked on his fingers to get them wet, then he brought his moist fingers to your enterance and started pushing finger inside you.
You let out a small gasp as Clark started to finger you open, he added another fiinger and then another until you were ready to take him. Clark spit in to his hand and rubbed it over his erect manhood.
”It’s time i claim my reward” Clark said spreading your legs, he lined himself up with you and started pushing his hard cock in to your warmth. Clark loved the seeing the face you made as his cock slowly filled you up.
”Fuck your so big” you hissed as the demigod was fully sheated deep inside you. He then slowy started moving pushing himself in and out of you as a wave of pleasure started washing over you.
Your legs were wrapped around Clark as he thrusted in to you. ”I’m gonna fuck your little nymph hole full with my seed” Clark groaned in to your ear and placed kisses all along your neck. The demigod started speeding up his thrusts.
”Clark, fuck yeah! Take me” you said in ecstasy grabbing at his back as he fucked your hole. Both of your bodies had started gleaming from sweat as he mounted you under the moonlight, as his reward for defeating the cyclops.
Clark’s thrusts became rougher as he wanted to take you like a real demigod would, he loved how your walls clenched around his thick cock. He brutally fucked you with all the strength of his godly heritage to bring you to your release.
You let out breathy moans as Clark pounded your gaping hole, thrusting against your prostate. You felt yourself getting close to your orgasm. You dug your nails in to the grass below as Clark’s cock made you see Mount Olympus.
”Clark, i’m gonna cum” you said panting heavily making Clark thrust deeper as he wanted to push you over the edge. Then your cock started spraying cum all over your and Clark’s stomachs. Clark’s own release was getting close.
”I’m gonna plant my seed deep inside you” Clark moaned and his rough thrusts became uneven and sloppy. Clark delivered one last deep stroke in to you and he erupted inside you, he flooding your insides with his cum.
Both of you panted heavily and Clark rolled over and layed next to you in the grass. ”You were amazing” Clark praised while softly stroking your cheek. The two of you then used your torn clothes as blankets as you cuddled close together and you both fell asleep under the starry sky.

idk if you write smut so if you’re uncomfortable totally ignore this!!! but!!! imagine y/n and recently fiance!harry and him fingering you with his ring finger talking abt marriage and shit 🫣🫣
future husband
Harry styles x reader (masterlist)
summary: Harry proposes and it leads to sex
warnings: smut
a/n: IM SORRY THIS TOOK TOO LONG I JUST NEEDED TO BE IN THE RIGHT MOOD TO WRITE SMUT AND THEN TUMBLR DIDNT PUT IT IN THE TAGS AHHH
Tumblr media
Harry's ring obsession started when he was in his early twenties.
He rarely wore any type of a jewelry or anything flamboyant when he was younger. He painted his nails on occasion, something to relax himself with or whenever Y/n was doing hers, but nothing too grand.
But a simple silver chain given by his one and only changed that.
He started getting a little more into jewelry, necklaces, earrings, and his favorite, rings. He liked the intricate designs that rings ment; they could be loud and a stable piece, or they could be a subtle addition to the outfit.
They could also symbolize love.
After dating Y/n for three months, he knew he was certain that he wanted to stay forever with her, he just didn't allow himself to think of marriage this early into a relationship--at least not until his mother asked when he was going to propose after meeting her around their six-moth anniversary.
Finally though, after just under two years, he popped the question. He got a beautiful engagement ring, a band with beautiful engravings throughout, and of course, a huge fucking rock.
"Harry." Y/n sniffled, seeing Harry on his knee, ring in hand. "Of course, yes!"
A lovely proposal in a quiet and quant cottage away from civilization was perfect and exactly what they needed, not only for their privacy but for the ability to have sex in the middle of the woods. Harry bought this property not too long ago and waited for the right moment to take Y/n there, a proposal seemed like the best time.
The kissing of course led to more, how could it not? Harry was always a passionate lover, always eager to please, so it was honestly no surprise when the soft kiss turned more sensual.
"Fuck, I'm so glad you finally asked." Y/n mumbled softly as their lips kept touching, coming back for more. "Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you as my husband."
Harry moved onto her neck, biting softly as he went down. "It's all I've ever wanted." He groaned as Y/n's hand trailed down to his pants, she teased him slightly, earning a moan from him. "And to please you again. Lay down."
Y/n made herself comfortable on the blue and white picnic blanket. Harry moved the basket and wine bottles out of the way. He pulled flipped her dress up, revealing her lacy set on panties.
"Planning to seduce me today?" He asked with a raised brow.
"I had a hunch you might be asking me to marry you." She shrugged her shoulders, biting her lip to hide, poorly, a cheeky smile.
"How?" Harry gasped, his fingers tracing the band of her underwear. "It was top secret!"
"Oh come on, H." She giggled, her hand coming up to stroke his cheek. "You take me on a surprise getaway, no one around, to a cottage that is darling... It's the most romantic thing you have ever done."
Harry blushed. The midday sun gleaming perfectly on his skin, twinkling his green eyes and highlighting the freckles that scattered his slightly tanned skin. Y/n couldn't help but feel so lucky. This beautiful man, inside and out, is now her fiancé; she started to tear up, which, of course, caused Harry to tear up as well.
"No don't start baby." She told him. "We need to focus so we can have sex. No tears now."
She wiped her tears then Harry's. "You started it." He mumbled, smiling as he finally pulled her panties down. "We just love each other too much."
"I guess so-" Y/n gasped as Harry entered a figure into her. The familiar feeling was welcomed as the subtle feeling of pleasure began to buble up inside of her. "Fuck that feels so good."
Harry was leaning half on and half off of her, his right hand fingering. her while his other held him up so he could kiss by her ear.
"Don't get one of your rings stuck in me." She warned, looking sternly at her love. Harry shook his head and kissed her softly.
"I would never."
Harry had on a simple band, one similar to the new one adorned on Y/n's finger. He figured while he was buying the engagement ring he could buy a matching one for himself.
"I can't wait to marry you." He spoke softly, creating a new hickey just under her ear lobe. "Gonna wanna fuck you again when I see you in that dress, don't know if I could wait till the honeymoon."
He added a finger, adding to the pleasure.
"And seeing you with that ring...It's going to be as sexy as your lingerie. Just knowing you're mine and I'm the only one that can ever see you like this."
"Fuck, H. Gonna come."
"I'm the only one who will get to see my wife like this. And everyone will know I can only to this do you...I'm the only one capable." Harry's words were possessive yet reassuring, the constant validation that he was the only one for her pushed her over the edge, leaving a gasp from her mouth.
"Har I need you inside." She yanked him fully on-top of her, unbuttoning his pants and pulling them down after Harry quickly pulled his fingers out of her, but not before a little taste.
He helped her strip himself, knowing she is just as possessive as him but just doesn't always vocalize it, but her actions speak louder than her lack of words.
Harry entered Y/n, the euphoric feeling washing over him as he let out a loud moan, mentally thanking himself for buying the isolated land. "Feel so good."
"You stretch me out so much." She gasped. "My future husband."
Harry thrusted, a reflex from her words in her sexy, faint, voice. "Don't say that or else I'm going to come in less then a minute." He paused, staring into his loves eyes. "Want to impress my future wife."
"You impress me every day. Every time I see you I have something new I love about you." Y/n leaned in a kissed him, it was mainly teeth, but still perfect nonetheless. "Today it's your cock."
Harry stopped thrusting briefly. "You mean it hasn't impressed your before today?"
"It's the first time I've been impress by my fiancé's cock, I was already impressed when he was my boyfriend." She assured. Harry rolled his eyes and got back to thrusting, moving his ring finger down to her core and rubbing soft circles on her clit, making her jolt slightly.
"I'm gonna cum again, H."
"Me too."
They both moaned as they climaxed at the same time. Harry collapsed onto Y/n's chest, arms exhausted from keeping himself up. They stayed like that for no more then five minutes, Harry's cock softening inside of her as they relaxed.
"I can't believe you're going to be my wife." Harry thought out loud. "Never thought I'd work up the courage."
"Why? You knew I'd say yes."
"I dunno, just all the what-if's got inside my head. You know how that is." Harry mumbled, nuzzling his face into the side of her neck. He kissed over her blooming hickeys too, soft contrast between his sexual and romantic desire for her.
"Well your next biggest concern is finding were to go for our honeymoon." Y/n said. "Might have to go all over."
"I'll pay for every penny of it."
"Most defiantly. You know I have expensive taste." Y/n joked. "The wedding is going to cost half a fortune on its own."
Harry smiled, kissing her cheek then her lips. "I'd spend all the money in the world to make you happy. I'd go broke to see you smile."
"Stop, you're going to make me cry again." She whispered, tears starting to form.
"I'll just kiss them away, my love." He sighed. "It's my job as your future husband."

It's panic, first.
Then horror.
Sadness comes next.
And then... complete and utter relief.
You'd begged him not to go. Pleaded and bargained, promised him anything and everything. But he insisted.
You knew the risks. You also knew you'd never forgive yourself if you let him go while you were arguing.
So, you accepted it. He was leaving to go on a mission through space and time, and you were fine with it. Completely and totally fine with it.
You kissed him goodbye on the platform, whispering gentle love against his lips.
"You come back to me in one piece, Steve Rogers. You understand?"
He nodded gently, pressing his forehead to yours.
"Yes, ma'am. Understood."
He'd told you he loved you at least forty times before he went. It didn't do anything to quell the unease in your heart.
And then, it was time. And he was gone. And you held your breath. And the minutes went by. And he hadn't returned.
"Where is he, Bruce?" you questioned softly, trying not to let on how scared you were.
"Yeah, where is he, Bruce?" Sam had said, firmer, laced with more fear.
"I, I - I don't... I'm trying, okay?"
"Trying?" Bucky asked in disbelief, scoffing. "Trying?"
All four of you began to panic. Chests heaving, bones vibrating, lips chewed between teeth.
Finally, there was a noise. A clattering whoosh, a signal of return. You watched the platform, waiting for him to appear.
And he didn't.
"Where is he, Bruce? Where the fuck is he?"
It was the most upset you'd ever seen Sam. You didn't like it. You'd scanned the horizon, and saw broad shoulders and blond hair in the distance.
"I think he's back."
You were whispering, afraid to ruin the tension of the science. You slowly walk over to the bench, and there he is. In all his golden glory.
"Steve?"
"Baby?"
He looked a little dazed, a little confused. Suppose that happens, when you travel between dimensions.
"You okay?"
"I did it. Everything's back where it should be."
"Proud of you," you smiled, sitting down next to him and linking your hands together. "You okay?"
"Yeah, I'm okay. Saw some old faces. They just made me want to get home to you."
You had grinned at him, then, all bright and blinding. You surged forward and captured his lips with yours, throwing your arms around his neck.
"Never leave me again," you'd laughed. "My heart can't handle it."
"Never again," he'd promised into your mouth. "Never again."
That was years ago.
You'd both vowed to live a simple life, from that moment on.
You got married a couple of months later, in a quaint little courthouse in downtown New York. Sam and Bucky were your witnesses, both of them standing with tears in their eyes as you and Steve promised to love each other forever. The four of you grabbed dinner afterwards, at a small family run place that Sam recommended. It was perfect.
You bought a house on the outskirts of New York, out of the city. You wanted greenery and nature, and Steve vowed he'd give you anything you ever asked for.
It's a three bedroom cottage, plenty big enough for the both of you. There's a white picket fence and a rustic stone wall, pathway paved with lawn on either side. The front door is forest green, painted by your husband at your request. You'd suggested Captain America Blue first, but he'd protested. You'd laughed and compromised, picking out paint colours hand in hand at the hardware store.
You've planted fruit trees in the garden, watering them carefully every evening. Apples, pears, cherries, plums for Bucky. You're hoping it'll be warm enough to plant an orange tree or two next year. Steve helps, more than happy to muddy his jeans and get his hands dirty, on his knees in the soil with you. He's hung fairy lights and lanterns among the trees, illuminating the backyard. It's the perfect atmosphere for a dinner party, your friends and family laughing and chatting around a carefully prepared table, food and wine scattered across the cloth. You live for nights like those. Both of you do.
One of your favourite places is your sun room. Big glass panes, sunlight beaming in at all hours of the day. It's prettiest at sunrise and sunset, pinks and oranges cast across the space. You and Steve curl up on one of the love seats, limbs and heartstrings tangled together. You watch the sun come up, excited at the possibilities the day holds. Then, you watch it set, content and warmed by the fullness of your love. You drink coffee there in the morning, and tea there at night. Whiskey, sometimes. You'd be happy to sit there forever, never leaving your husband's side.
Steve installed a vintage claw foot tub in the bathroom. It has ornate gold feet, shiny and intricate. You light candles, close the blinds, and fill it up with warm water and bubbles. Both you and Steve slip into it, your back against his chest, strong arms keeping you steady. He washes your hair carefully, taking his time, slow and gentle. He presses kisses to your wet skin as he works, memorising every inch of you. As if he doesn't already know it by heart.
The most frequented room in the house is the kitchen. You and Steve spend hours cooking, baking, making cocktails. You'll perfect a recipe while Steve sits on the counter, stealing kisses as you work. The sunlight glints off your wedding bands, illuminating the big, open room. It's light and it's spacious and it's a haven filled with love and laughter. And cake. Lots of cake.
He keeps his promise right until the very end. He never left you again.

perfect | neteyam sully
Tumblr media
pairing: neteyam sully x omataciya!fem! reader
warnings: pure fluff, kissing
a/n: please feel free to send in requests for neteyam!
masterlist!
it was the day you had been preparing for since you were young, the moment a na’vi truly becomes one of the people. the right of passage. you had finally completed and it was now your turn to be apart of the people. you were nervous to say the least, your best friend neteyam had just had his ceremony a couple weeks ago and was overly joyed for yours.
“can i come in y/n?” he knocked against the wooden door to the hut you were in- or hiding in- with his knuckles gently.
“no! don’t come in!” you shouted back, still trying to get ready.
neteyam sighed still leaning up against the door, “your ceremony is starting soon, are you ready yet?” soon? oh eywa you were panicking now- you still hadn’t put the traditional face paint on yet. you didn’t reply, “okay y/n, i’m coming in.” he opened the door and was met with your back, you sighed turning around to meet him. as soon as you did his breath get stuck in his throat, he felt as if he had just got the air knocked right out of him.
you looked beautiful- you had a beaded top, that went around your neck, filled with little stones throughout it making it slightly shimmer. a cuff that matched your top around your upper arm and a simple purple cloth that also had beads around your lower waist. your hair done in braids by your mother, along with a feather in your hair. neteyam had never felt so at a loss for words. you truly were a gift from the great mother herself.
“do i look okay?” your voice snapped him back to reality, getting nervous that he wasn’t saying anything.
“beautiful,” he breathed out stepping closer to you, reaching his hand to fix a loose braid that fell in-front of your face. “you look so beautiful.” you smiled, butterflies forming in your stomach from his words- overlapping the nerves that filled your body. neteyam then noticed you had yet to put on the white face paint, “would you like me to help with the face paint?”
“yes please.” you nodded, guiding him to where the thick white paint sat its bowl.
neteyam picked it off the floor, “here, sit.” he motioned to sit in front of him, you quickly did so as he dipped his fingers in the paint- as it met your face it felt cold and wet, his fingers adding warmth to it as he so delicately placed the face paint upon your face .
"nete," he hummed in response, dragging his fingers along your face. "i'm nervous." you voice came out small.
he slowly smiled looking at your face, your eyes focused directly on him. "do not be nervous yawne, you have nothing to worry about." he finished off the paint, his fingers finishing off on your lips. "i will be there the whole time."
"thank you." you whispered softly smiling up at him, he nodded back leaning in stealing a kiss from your lips lovingly. as the two of you pulled away you looked down to his lip and giggled, some of the white paste from your lips had smeared onto his own, "you have paint of your lips, nete." you reached your hand up to his mouth, your thumb passing over his soft lips whipping away the paint.
"i do not mind, then people will know that i am yours and you are mine." you blushed grinning widely at his words, "when your ceremony is done i am going to make it official." he had patiently been waiting to make you his for too long, and it will all be worth it when the two of you will mate before eywa. becoming one with one another.
your ears perked up happily, tail swaying from beneath you. "i cannot wait nete," you smiled.
he stood up slowly reaching his hand to help you up, "let's get you there then, my y/n." you took his hand getting up from off your place on the floor hand intertwined with neteyam's as he pulled you up gently to him.
"do i look okay?" you asked neteyam again, he smooth out your top a bit tucking your hair behind your ear then looked back to you.
"you look perfect."

author's note: heyy! im so sorry about your day... i hope you're feeling better now 🥰. im sorry its a bit late, ive just been in a writing slump and didn't have anything finished. ive had this in my drafts for a while tho so here you go!
masterlist
๑ ⋆˚₊⋆────ʚ˚ɞ────⋆˚₊⋆ ๑
It was summer break, which meant Charles was home for over 2 weeks and you had him all to yourself. Granted, you did have days in which you would go out with family and friends, but it was a manner of speaking. It meant that you would be together almost 24/7 for days at a time, something rare in his career.
That was why the two of you had pre-decided to make the most of it. Charles felt guilty sometimes, about not being, in his words, the boyfriend you deserved. Although you had told him multiple times that he was perfect, he held on to that insecurity, which is why you went along with everything he planned, knowing that all he wanted to do was spend time with you.
You could honestly say you had been on more dates in the last week than you had so far in the year. There were the simple dinner dates, movie dates, hiking dates and also the more unique ones, such as the one that ended with, for some reason, throwing paint on each other.
But with all that, there were also the more quiet days. The days in which the two of you would stay in your apartment all day long. Those were your favourite days. There was something special about being able to wake up late, not having to worry about work or some sort of event.
"Have you been awake a while?" you whisper, shifting so that you would be closer to him, tucking your head under his own as he continues to run his fingers through your hair.
"Ouais." he murmurs. Yeah. "Mais c'est bien. I like looking at you."
It was another one of these days, and you were coming back from the kitchen with a snack when you heard the soft notes of the piano. Smiling, you switched off your phone and walked into the makeshift studio you and Charles had converted a guest bedroom into.
He had taken piano lessons during quarantine, and you had never been happier with his decision. There would be times in which you would come home from work, the sound of music immediately putting you in a state of relaxation.
You stand in the doorway, watching as his fingers dance across the keys. A few minutes later, when he stops playing, you walk over and sit next to him.
"What piece was that?" you ask softly, not wanting to speak too loud. You rest your head on his shoulder, offering him a chip from your bowl.
"Did you like it?" he replies, answering with a question of his own.
"Yeah, it was beautiful. I loved it."
"It's mine. I made it." he admits sheepishly. "I was just trying something out."
"REALLY? Oh my god, amour!" Your eyes widen at his words, head turning towards him in disbelief.
"Yeah. You actually like it?"
"Yes, of course! Oh my god, bebe. How did you- I'm so proud."
He shyly smiles at your praise, before piping up. "Do you want me to teach you?"
"Your song?" you ask, clearly excited.
"Well" he starts. "Maybe not my song right now, but I can teach you an easier song... and then we can work up to my song?"
"Ouais! I can't believe I never thought of that before."
He smiles at your enthusiasm before wrapping an arm around your waist to pull you closer to him. He then gently takes your hands, placing them on the keys, keeping his fingers over your own. He looks at your expressing for a few seconds, unable to stop the smile from creeping on his face as he realises just how special you are.
"You press this finger and this finger at the same time, and hold it for a second" he directs, after shaking his head to focus, pressing down on the right keys.
You follow his directions, going over ever note a few times before moving on. He was patient, overly so, helping you with the biggest grin as you ask him to repeat the last few steps.
Before you knew it, it had been over an hour, and you had learnt quite a bit of what Charles was teaching you. At this point, both of your attention spans were low, and there wasn't a lot of playing going on. Rather, it was you trying to get through the last few notes before a break while Charles lightly tickled your sides, proving to be an annoyingly cute distraction.
"I think I'm done for today" you sigh, shifting slightly to rest your back against Charles.
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. I'm tired." you say.
He nods sympathetically before standing up and pulling on your hands to make you do the same.
"You go to bed and put something on the TV, okay? I'll make dinner and be there soon."
"Are you sure? Do you want me to help?"
"It's just pasta" he replies, shrugging and lightly pushing you in the direction of the bedroom.
"Okay... but I want mine al dente", you emphasize. "Not croccante"

Tumblr media
✰CHOSO
Choso loves art. But he doesn’t only love art, he also loves you. So when you suggested to take him to the art museum for a date, he was overjoyed by the thought. But… he was embarrassed that you would see his drawings of you, so he hid it discreetly in his bag when you went to the museum. Yes, he paints you. Sketches you, even. But he’s way too shy to admit it, because god, he could never capture the way your eyes glinted or the way your smile stood out or the expression of pure bliss when he kissed you… he tries to avoid drawing you, but he can’t. You’re in every thought of his. And now, he’s trying to hide his notebook from you. He’s hugging it close to his chest, hiding it under his book bag as he mimicked the painting in front of him. It was a simple one, really…but it looked like it was missing something. He thought for a minute and his brain clicked. It was missing you. You would fit perfectly into it, since your eye color would stand out splendidly. He just finished drawing your face before… “whatcha doing?” He stumbles and knocks over his collection of colored pencils over the bench he was sitting on. “Nothing.” “Are you drawing something? Can I see it?” You ask excitedly. And honestly, could he ever say no to you? He mumbled a bit as he gave the book to you and started picking up the colored pencils, and you were surprised to see your own face staring back at you. “Is-is this me?” You smile. You flip through the book, and you noticed how your face was on almost every page. Choso looks up with a flustered face. “I-well-kinda? Yeah?” You drop down to the floor and hug him. “You’re so cute.” You mumble with a grin on your face. If he had known this would’ve made you like this he would’ve shown you this ages ago.
✰YUUTA
You and yuuta were at the grocery store, the second time this week, because food was running out again, since yuuta always insists on "buying just enough for both of us so we don't waste any food". If you didn't lie, you thought he quite enjoyed your silly little trips to the groceries. Even though the walk was short, you and yuuta often point out interesting things that cross your path. Last week you saw a dog wearing a fur coat, and just yesterday yuuta heard a construction worker whistle out the tune to "From the start" by Laufey. It's those simple things that quickly become inside jokes for the both of you. Upon arriving at the store, you usually follow yuuta as he shops for suitable groceries for today's lunch and dinner. But...after going shopping with him 3 times when you were dating, you noticed yuuta had a habit of looking at food labels. For a really long time. As yuuta examines the ingredients for the canned pineapples (why would you even need to do that? It's literally just pineapples!) you whine about how he's taking so long that you've started getting wrinkles. He then proceeds to give you a chuckle and a "wait a minute, love." and continue to read the can's contents. "(name)." He calls out your name in the most serious tone you've ever heard him in. "what?" He reaches into the cart and takes out a can of "grilled takoyaki balls: freshly made" and gives you a disgusted look. You shrug sheepishly.
✰GOJO
"(NAME)!!! (NAMEEEE)!!!" A tic almost forms at your forehead when you hear that sound, and, lo and behold, it is your husband once again embarrassing you in front of your co-workers. You walk over to him while crossing your arms. "What are you doing?" You hiss as the women (and men) all around you give you jealous looks. "Can't I surprise my darlin' at work once in a while?" He grins while holding up a bento box. Your eyes soften as you look at the homemade bento. Yeah, it probably tastes like shit cuz Gojo really can't cook, but...it's nice to see him put in an effort once in a while. "I wanna see your reaction when you eat it." He says stubbornly as he pulls your hand into the office building. "Oh boy." You think when Gojo shrugs off the security guard and waves to everyone as he waltzes into the lunch break room like he owns the place. He pulls a chair down for you and sits down in another one. "Open it, open it!" He smiles. You roll your eyes with a chuckle, and you're expecting to see some unidentified gunk, but to your surprise, it's a cute bento with sausages shaped like squid, egg rolls tucked in nicely next to the fried rice, and meat balls on a stick. “I made it four times, did you like it? And, well, I may or may have not made our kitchen a mess but it’s worth-“ You shut him up with a kiss.
✰KAMO
“Kamo, love?” “Yes, dear?” “Look at how gorgeous these Daffodils are!” You pick up a potted plant of them as Kamo miles at you. Going on dates to flower shops had become a routine for you and Kamo, since you both would do it weekly. “Yes, darling, they are beautiful. Not as beautiful as you though.” “Shut up.” You scoff as you roll your eyes and shove him playfully. Kamo has a wide knowledge about flowers, knowing what each of them symbolize and what they represent. Before dating Kamo, you would’ve never known that red, white and pink carnations had different meanings, or that white Hyacinths stood for loveliness. Most of the time on these dates you would stroll through each aisles, pointing out flowers or plants that you thought were cute. Kamo would then proceed to tell you the meaning. On the surface, it may seem like a repetitive action, but with Kamo, everything feels new and interesting. He may tell you a story about what this plant reminds him of, or about how this flower wilts to your beauty. At the end of every date (usually the shopkeeper has to kick you both out) Kamo buys you a bouquet of flowers, each symbolizing something about your relationship with one another. Even though sometimes the flowers wilt and you have to throw them away, he knows that his love for you never will.
✰KASHIMO
"Kashi! You look just like it!" Kashimo hums as he opens one eye to see you holding up a cat. You both are at a cat cafe, since you really do love cats and, well, Kashimo doesn't mind cats, really. But when he met you (a certified-cat-lover) his love for them had grown. Now, whenever he sees a stray cat on the street, he takes a picture and shows it to you. "Do I? Its hair's not green." He points out. "Well, it doesn't have to be! You and him both give off the same vibes! I just saw him standing on top of the bookshelf, thought it looked lonely." "You think I'm lonely?" He teases, getting down from his seat to sit on the floor with you. “Nah. You’re never lonely with me.” You grin. “Say hi to it!” “Hello.” He says with a deadpan face. “You have to be friendly with it!” “Hello.” He smiles an obviously forced grin. “😐” “I love you.” “Okay.” “C’mon, baby don’t be like that.” He smirks as he scoots in closer with you. You roll your eyes as you start playing with the cat. Kashimo’s eyes narrow as he snatch’s the cat away from your arms. “Hey!” “If you keep on playing with it more than me, I’m gonna think you were wishing you were dating it.” He ruffles its hair as he lets it go. “You’re so mean. It’s cute! Unlike you.” “Who exactly is the mean one?” You giggle and poke his cheek. “I’m joking, joking. I love you.” There’s a moment of silence as he takes in the words. “Well, I love you more. If this is a competition, I’m definitely gonna win.”

chapter warnings: smut, 18+ content, fingering, pwp absolutely NO plot, gojo is a tease, gojo's also an ass
word count: i have no fucking idea i wrote this so long ago wait *checks ao3* 1.1k
a/n: very excited to share this series on tumblr as well I hope you all enjoy! based on this thirst post I made ages ago
read on ao3 here
“Go — Gojo!”
He couldn’t deny it; he had a certain preoccupation.
Gojo laughed as your spine arched at the command of his finger — his thumb feathered against your clit as his index teased the spongy space within you. You moaned at the touch and he rolled the universe that lived in his eyes, your leg brushing against his obvious erection as you squirmed.
“That’s right,” he said, his head falling back, relishing in the warm wet of your cunt, “squeeze me, love.”
He honestly enjoyed it more than fucking you. How victimized you became at the slightest touch. Despite how his cock strained against his boxers, begging to be buried inside of you. He retrained eyes on you, on your naked, shameless form, begging and whining — and all at the single, paltry touch of his fingers. He smirked, marveling at the sight. Gojo wagged his thumb on your clit, delighting in the way your hands went to cup your breasts in response, your legs imprisoning his wrist as they squeezed against them.
Gojo had done this for so long, tortured you so. He knew your end was near, knew he held your climax in his hands, so close he could hold it, fit it in his palm. He loved it. To have the power to make you cum, your release at his literal fingertips.
With a wicked grin, he knocked against your g-spot. Gojo laughed at the shuddered gasp you rewarded him with, his mirth carrying into the cold, quiet space that was the storage closet, dispersing into a series of echoes. You whined before clapping a hand over your mouth to muffle the cry. Gojo licked his lips, an idea propelling him forward —
He offered his other hand to your mouth.
“Use this, darling,”
You happily took it, biting into his hand. He grunted at the feel of your teeth, his cock twitching, aching for release. He thrust his finger deeper. It was a simple, horrible tease of what could really feel you up, what you truly wanted. Your hips rocked into his other hand, growing impatient for your end, biting down on the one he offered with stuttered gasps. The boxes behind you squeaked against their cardboard, threatening to fall as a consequence of your rutting. Gojo felt his own heavy breathing, your midsection brushing endlessly against his erection.
He swooped down, moving his abused hand to inch closer to your lips, yet another part of you he owned, and licked them.
“Perfect,” he managed, meeting your eyes. He maintained composure for just a second, but only a second.
Gojo bucked against you. He lived for your agonized moan, descending into a whine. He allowed you to suppress your voice with his thumb before bucking into you again.
You trembled, mewled, and all at the curl of one tiny little finger.
Well, technically two — he remembered his thumb at your heat and pressed it into the tender, singing nub — but who was counting?
Oh, that’s right … he was.
The smirk that painted Gojo's face had to have been sickly; he would make you whine and mewl and beg for another one.
“Say it,” he bucked, almost as though he were truly fucking you. The boxes above slipped farther apart, farther forward, inclining for the floor.
“Please!” you shuddered, no patience for playing coy. “Please, gods, yes, Gojo — please, give me another! Another!”
You had played this game before and knew the rules. Victory.
Who was he to deny you?
He slipped a second finger in, then a third, the moist of your cunt sending saliva to his mouth.
“Yes —! Mmph! …” you hissed, because you wanted to scream and because you couldn’t scream.
Gojo forced two fingers into your disobedient mouth, muting your senseless appraisals as you squeezed your eyes shut.
So wonderful. It was he could to do to resist releasing into his boxers, fighting to keep his tongue from falling out of his mouth like a fucking dog as you hooked a leg around his waist, burying your face in his neck, clinging to him in such a delicious, damsel-like fashion. He maneuvered his other hand, wet with your saliva, to your ass to push you up, your arms around his neck as he fed you his fingers.
“Yes …” he said as his fingers thrusted, as you offered him your sweet honey. His fingers curled, pace torturously slow as he asked your climax to come forth and coat him with your sinful juices.
You moaned, squirmed in his embrace, and he could only want more. You were going to cum, cum, and it would be because of him. All because he commanded it —
He covered your mouth with his as your climax came, your insides clenching down on his eager fingers as they brought you to your end. Gojo was delirious with his own pleasure, his orgasm supplied by the endless rutting of his hips against yours. You would both be filthy and dripping in one another’s cum.
He couldn’t wait to lick your wet off his fingers, couldn’t wait to savor your taste, but he preferred to let you finish. Your orgasm sent your head lolling backward, pushing a box at its edge back against its brothers just in the nick of time.
He touched your orgasm from you. Once the final grasps of your insides waned along with your pleasure, he pulled his fingers away. He fed them to his mouth, one by one, licking off the cream as though it were frosting from a delectable pastry.
“Mm,” he sang.
You peaked an eye out to watch him, your gaze heavy-lidded. Your breath was shallow as he eased gently to the floor. He did not let go; your legs were weak from the play and he did not want you falling.
You were the one to push him away as he began to work on the second finger, sucking vigorously. You checked your clothes and grumbled, annoyed, at the wet spot circling your jeans.
“Mmmm,” he sang still, ignoring the mess he’d made on you. “Thank you.”
“Don’t thank me,” You said. “What am I supposed to do with this?”
You gestured to the stain at your jeans.
“Say you dropped your popsicle.”
“Popsicles don’t smell like this, Satoru. And you could’ve gotten us caught!”
“Wouldn’t that have just made it more fun?”
“Maybe for you.” You fought back, but your breath was still noticeably labored and it only made him feel triumphant. “Pervert …”
You passed him, aiming for the door.
Heh, you’re right, (Y/n).
He let you go, beginning on the third finger, licking off the orgasm he had won from you.

I wanted to ask, in the kids turned sparkling au, Starscream was teaching Miko how to be the next winglord. Assuming he lived after Predacons Rising, or died and came back like Optimus, would she still treat him like a secondary parent, and eventually become winglord?
Ah yes Starscream.
Previous part here.
━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙ ━━━━━━━━━━━━
The matter of Starscream was one Tari did not like to consider. She had memories of Starscream trying to kill her when she was still Miko, but she also had recollections of a time when things were better. She remembered Starscream carrying her through the skies, letting her small wings flutter with the currents before she had learned to fly. She could still recall when he'd held her in his arms, telling her tales of Vos and the glory of the city he proclaimed would one day be hers. She had listened with such intent that even as a fully framed adult, she couldn't help but sometimes wonder if he was still out there, and if he still cared.
She was happy being a Wrecker, and she was happy being away from her family, even if she missed them at times. But as she aged, she felt a void within her, one that was for once, not caused by the loss of her Sire. She remembered stories of the great city that even after Cybertron's restoration, was not again floating in the sky. Starscream had always said that it was the duty of all fliers to watch over their city, to protect it, and to ensure that all who followed after them would have a place to call home.
Tari remembered, and so she decided to act.
Before Optimus's return, she set out on a journey across the stars. Her goal was simple: Find Starscream and get him to help her restore Vos. Sure, he might have been a Decepticon, but her memory painted him as a far more reasonable mech than some of the Autobots she dealt with on a regular basis. And without her Sire? Well... maybe digging up a few old memories would do something good for her aching spark.
It was far easier than she expected to find Starscream, although it hurt to track him down. He was hidden on Earth, her world of origin (a fact she will only begrudgingly admit). When she found him, he was wrapped up in his plans to get back at everyone and everything. She took him by total surprise, and their first meeting was by no means the one she had been hoping for. Starscream didn't recognize her, all he saw was her Wrecker badge.
Tari: Starscream! Hold your fire! I come in peace!
Starscream: An Autobot comes in peace? HA! As if I would believe that!
Tari: My designation is Sagittarius, Tari for short. Don't you remember me?
Starscream: A flier named after this mudball's constellations? How the mighty have fallen.
Tari and Starscream shot at each other for a while, and in the end, Tari had to hunt him down several times over the course of a few months. It was due to this hunt that she ended up with Bumblebee and his team on Earth for a time. She needed the extra guns to get into the Decepticon base on Earth where Starscream was supposedly hiding out. Her adventures with Bumblebee and his team were a whole other series of shenanigans. But in the end, she got her prize.
"Well Autobot? You've caught me. Are you going to kill me now?"
"No, I want you to talk to me. Please, just take a moment and remember me Starscream. I've already lost Optimus, I don't want to lose the only other bot that came even close to being my Sire."
"..."
"..."
"Mistress of the Terran skies. That was your full designation... wasn't it?"
Silence reigned over the duo for a time as Tari led Starscream out in cuffs. He would still need to answer for his crimes... but she would do all she could to lessen the sentence. For once, he went along without argument and allowed Tari to take him back to Cybertron to face justice. Seeing her reminded him of what he had been hoping for all those years ago when the war still raged. He had all but forgotten the precious sparkling he'd been so keen to raise once Megatron died. Predacons, Vehions, Terrorcons... it had all kept him distracted, especially as he sought out his old frame once more.
He would need to make things better.
Tari returned him to Cybertron and worked with anyone willing to side with Starscream during his court case. With a lot of effort, she was able to convince the Council that keeping Starscream alive was not only beneficial, but in the best interest of all of Cybertron. How did she do this? Why, she simply made it clear that Starscream had named her the heir of Vos... on live television. What was the Council to do? If they claimed Tari was lying, they would be disregarding the words of the Prime's sparkling. If they claimed her station was irrelevant, then they would earn the collective ire of every flier on Cybertron. There was almost no choice but to let Starscream out on parole and give Tari the funds needed to begin preparing to rebuild Vos.
Tari and Starscream were still rather tense, but working together on a common goal eased a lot of the pain that had developed over the years. Starscream guided Tari in her efforts and covered for her when she returned to the Wreckers. He laid low when she wasn't around and taught her as much of the old culture of fliers as possible. Over time, the wounds healed, and Starscream was able to proudly call himself Tari's mentor. Optimus was not made aware of Starscream's station in Tari's life until Vos rose into the skies once more and Starscream was there to announce Tari is official heir. It was a shock to say the least, but Tari relished in the companionship of her old secondary caretaker.
"Thank you for coming back with me."
"Thank you for giving me a second chance. To see Vos rise once more is a far greater accomplishment than anything I ever did during the war."
"You aren't so bad Starscream."
"HA! Lord Megatron would have a thing or two to say about that!"

William's Chapter 0 Story
Yes I bought it... And boy, I like where it's going. I went a little more loose with this translation to try and capture the atmosphere better. As always, I make no guarantees about the accuracy.
Also, this doesn't really spoil anything. It mostly covers only the prologue.
---
If life were a fairytale, then achieving happiness would be a simple matter. Keep your hands clean, obey orders, be good and dutiful, and don't stray off safe and well-lit paths. However… if your heart yearns to go down a different road, then would quashing your true desires truly lead to a "happily ever after"? My answer? No.
---
William: "Slice your throat. Drag it out for as long as you can."
Not a single person that Crown has set their eye on has ever escaped. Tonight's target was no exception. The man couldn't even scream as his trembling hand raised a knife. I held in my hand an envelope I had found in this mansion, stamped with a "golden butterfly".
(That I'm seeing this once more means…) (Evil is something that cannot be stamped out through punishment alone.) (Not them… and not me.)
If you asked 100 different people what 'evil' was, you would get 100 different answers. Absolute evil does not exist. Rather, if it did, it would be something that lurked in every individual person's heart. Something that they found unforgiveable. Something that, if they forgave, would be betraying the essence of what made them, them.
(To me, that absolute evil is when one tramples over another's freedom.) (And the worst offender would be this "golden butterfly".)
I had no issues with doing harm so that I may pass judgement on those who commit the unforgiveable. If this were a story, that man and I would be painted with the same brush: evil.
Alfons: Quite a pathetic end, isn't it? Being ordered to "keep your mouth shut" so you can't even scream in your final moments.
Elbert: …It's because we'd be in trouble if his neighbors got suspicious.
Roger: Geez, what a convenient ability. I sure as hell wouldn't want you as an enemy.
William: Ahaha, I'll be sure to mark on my calendar if I plan on turning on you so you'll have ample warning.
Exchanging banter in the way only those accustomed to such sights can, I made my way over to the piano in the hall and sat down.
William: Since this is lying around, I suppose we can send him off with a song.
I wasn't thinking of any melody in particular. I simply let my fingers dance around the keys as they pleased.
Ellis: How wonderful. Now he'll be able to die a little bit happy, at least.
Jude: …Like hell he can. You crazy or something?
Everyone in Crown had their own way of facing someone's death. Those who sympathize, those who empathize, the cynics, the mourners, and those who saw such happenings as purely matter of fact.
(But what they all have in common is that they are all here of their own free will.)
However, not everyone has the ability to go where their hearts willed. At that moment, I recalled that desirous gaze I encountered earlier.
(It would be nice if that girl I met today could take a step towards realizing her desires.)
As the knife dug deep into the man's neck, as fresh blood spurted and gushed from his wound, that was what I was thinking.
--And then, the door to the hall slowly swung open.
Alfons: My, my, to think that we would have an audience.
(…That's…)
William: If it isn't the songbird I met this afternoon.
MC: U-um… what…?
I recognized the panicked woman who had grown pale at the gruesome sight before her. She was that postal worker I encountered earlier.
---
MC: Excuse me, sir, I need to deliver that.
A calm determination had settled in the gaze of the woman who came up to me, chasing a stray envelope.
William: Of course, my lady.
MC: …T-thank you.
William: My pleasure.
MC: …
I had handed her the envelope already, but she seemed to lose track of herself as she continued to stare at me.
(…Another one.)
People who had that look in their eyes almost always had something they were holding back. Things that they think they shouldn't say. I loved the moment when such people made a decision to voice whatever it was they were hiding. When I simply stared back at her silently, her calm gaze wavered slightly. And in that moment, I saw it: a glimmer of desire burning in her eyes. A surge of emotion, so strong that it was taking everything she had to suppress it.
"Lead me to another world." "Somewhere, anywhere."
Though her lips were pressed tightly together, it was as though I could hear her say those words.
(Ah.) (This won't do.)
I didn't know why, but she wanted change. There was desire burning within her, struggling to be set free. And yet… there was something else in her that was suppressing it.
(If she could freely follow her desires… I'm sure it would be beautiful.)
William: You have two deliveries left?
MC: …What? MC: I'm sorry, I spaced out-
William: You'd better hurry. It'll be dark soon.
(It's a shame, but I can't whisk you away.) (Even if that 'somewhere, anywhere' that you desired was the depths of the abyss.) (But… if you, of your own free will, were to take that first step…) (Perhaps we'll see each other again.)
---
(…Still, I didn't think it would be this soon. Or at a place like this.)
Liam: Is she a friend of yours, Will? Does she know about us too?
William: We met on the streets and had a chat, Liam, that's all. She doesn't know a thing about Crown.
Liam: Well, that's an issue. What to do…?
(If I told you to kill her for my sake, then I'm sure you would do it without hesitation.) (Though he'll live with the pain of taking a life even as he does it. What a commendable, lovable cat.)
Harrison: Terribly sorry about the scare, ma'am. But these are just props for a performance we're staging.
(…You never change, Harrison.)
Of course he'd try to give her an escape route. Though he appeared, he was truly strong at his core.
MC: N-no way…
Harrison: …You could have pretended to believe me for your sake, you know.
It was unfortunate, but her last chance to escape had just slipped by.
(Well, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised) (She came here because she had to, after all.)
Harrison: What do we do, Will?
William: It's obvious, isn't it? We take her to see the "Reaper of the Palace".
Jude: Tch… that's why I told you to lock the damn doors.
Roger: Haha, I didn't think that anyone would trespass into an obviously dark home. You're quite the bad girl, aren't you, little miss?
Ellis: Won't you come closer? It's not like you can escape, anyway.
As soon as she heard the word 'escape', her body stiffened. Her legs began to move.
(Sorry, but I can't let you go.) (You're a witness now, of course. But that's not the only reason.)
That one of her deliveries was to this mansion was surely a coincidence. But that she was standing here now was no coincidence at all.
(Even if the sound of the piano implied that there was still someone awake inside…) (There was no reason for a postal worker to enter an otherwise entirely deserted manor in the middle of the night.) (You chose to come here.) (Even if you haven't consciously realized it yourself…)
She took the first step.
William: Come here, poor little robin.
(Let me see more of it. That burning desire that brought you here.)
At my order, her legs began to walk her forward.
MC: S-stop…!
(Haha, and at last you're voicing her true desire.)
She stopped before me as if she was presenting herself. A splash of red stained her cheek.
(…Beautiful.)
Somehow, the color of deep sin suited her.
(If, of your own volition, you were to be dyed with blood in the future…) (…that would suit you far more than this stain now.)
William: Pardon me.
As I pulled her towards me, her eyes closed in fear.
William: That should do it.
After I wiped her cheek clean and released her, she staggered and collapsed to the floor, as if all her strength had escaped her. Her gaze, once calm and settled, now shook with emotion like a stormy sea. In her eyes I saw fear, confusion… and just a hint of anticipation. Of excitement.
(Yes, you are hiding something inside you.)
Something that made her leap without looking into the dark. Imagining being able to unravel that mystery made my heart race.
(This should be fun.)
William: I haven't introduced myself yet. My name is William. William Rex. William: I'm inviting you to dine with us tonight. Your name, honored guest?
(I'll fill you with love, as much as I can.)
So that you may be a flower that blooms beautifully in the darkness.

Hi!!! Could I send in a request for what it would be like to be Ruby Sunday’s sibling please?
Hello! Thank you so much for the request! This did end up spanning with plot points from Church On Ruby Road because I genuinely couldn't help myself. Hopefully this is to your liking, I based this off my own sister and I's relationship.

So, like Ruby, you were also adopted by Carla.
Your very used to having other kids in the house and growing up with Ruby
You and Ruby are peas in a pod, where one goes, the other tends to follow
As you all got older, the more the two of you become more of a pair
Ruby's friends are your friends, and while you do have your own friend group, they all overlap.
You were excited about the move into Cherry's apartment, yes you and Ruby have to share a room, but the two of you wouldn't have it any other way.
You knew Ruby was somewhat curious about her birth family, and along with Carla convinced her to go on Davina's show.
You were also probably offered, but you declined.
You were probably on set with her when the bad luck started to happen, and thus you were also roped into the events
You decided after the first few incidents (accidentally tripping on the stairs and smacking your head, stubbing your toes on the paint cans in the hallway, just little things) that you'd tread a bit more carefully around the apartment and when going out, so you declined going out with Ruby and her friends.
She told you all about the "Gin and Tonic" guy.
The two of you were up most of that night discussing everything about him.
The Next day, you surprised her with a present (Because damn bad luck, your gonna get your sister a gift for her birthday) it was a simple necklace you saw while window shopping.
Ruby went out, while wearing the necklace, to get the groceries and thus you were at home when Carla got the call about the newborn.
You were the first to call it a coincidence, and were eagerly helping Carla get the crib ready for the baby when Ruby got home.
It was hectic from the moment that baby arrived, one second Lulu and Ruby were inside the flat, and the next Ruby, Lulu and her friend were walking inside.
"Rubes! Is this the gin and tonic guy?"
"Yeah!"
"You didn't tell me he was tall!"
The Doctor is absolutely losing it btw, hearing the two of you while you both situate Lulu back into her crib and Ruby filled you in on everything that had happened.
The Goblins, the bad luck, and how you were probably being roped into it as well.
The Doctor took a lot of interest in the Sunday kids, (being you and Ruby)
You were the one that came up with "maybe they're behind all bad luck"
You don't remember much after that except being extremely confused and The Doctor pulling the both of you into a hug.
Yeah, there was a large crack in the ceiling, and a consistant draft in the flat, but you only had a smile on your face.
Thats when you and Ruby made the connection
"What did he mean? He went back..?" Ruby looked over at you, and you were staring right back at her.
"He said that, didn't he?" You asked right back, the two of you having the same look on your faces.
"Where did he come from? Why was he here in the first place?" Carla barely focused on the two of you, more focused on the crack in the ceiling. You and Ruby were trying to figure out The Doctor.
"I don’t know, he kind of… popped up at the right moment, and then…" Ruby said.
"He was also at the club, he's your gin and tonic guy from last night." You said, pointing toward the door.
"He was gone. Like. Now." Ruby said, slowly.
You grinned, brain scrambling for a solution. "This can't be some sci-fi stuff right?"
"Sci-fi?"
"Rubes, we both know what we saw on that polaroid. That isn't normal."
"No, hush hush hush hush hush. Because, he went back?"
"He said he did. Back when you were a baby."
"When was Houdini?" Ruby asked.
"1900's at least. 1920's max." You said, and the two of you took a minute to look toward the door.
The two of you had a silent conversation, and then nodded. The two of you sprinted out the door. Ruby stopping to grab her jacket, and you just left yours behind.
The Sunday kids were off on their next adventure, with The Doctor.

¡Hola!, PoderHellooooo!, There is no rush for you to write it. You take your time. But you could write about laurel and a teacher reader who are in a relationship, reader knows Marylin's identity and doesn't care but He doesn't know his plan for the outcasts. And he never finds out about her but because of that, laurel doesn't spend time with her and makes her feel forgotten. Reader gets tired and asks Laurel for an explanation. It leads to a meaningless discussion, for not finding an answer and not telling him the truth, Laurel cuts off with reader. Reader is confused and hurt. is devastated .
after weeks , the classes laurel (being Marylin) and reader are affected by its breaking. They no longer speak. I don't know how they look. Even the raven, who wears a dress that marks her waist. Reader realizes that Laurel sees her and provokes Laurel. Like this throughout the dance. After the red paint fell. They are calls to Larissa's office. (They were the organizers of the dance). I call them for security, you told him about the sheriff's son. And Larissa let them go.
On the way out, Marylin makes fun of your appearance. Reader also teases her back. Somehow I know the end they reconcile. Lots of fluff at the end and if you want smut
Please. I love how you write. And I hope you are well.
Yesss here it is!!! I hope you like it, and sorry about the language mistakes :))))))))
What are you up to?
Pairing: Marilyn Thornhill/Laurel Gates x Fem, Teacher! Reader
Warnings: Angst, slightly implied smut, arguing
Word count: 2,960
Summary: You’re tired to be nothing to her. She don’t care about you anymore, you have a lot of patience, but everything has its limits
N/A: Requests are open!!! Sorry about the delays, I’m working hard on your requests. I love you all!!!

“Are you still awake?” You asked, walking into the room.
The redhead was reading something on her desk. She was as absent lately as she used to be.
You knew that your co-worker, Marilyn Thornhill, your girlfriend, was not who she said she was. Her true identity was Laurel Gates, daughter of the infamous Jericho family of murderers. She told you that she didn't want anyone to know, that they would judge her for what her family was. You understood it. You didn't stop to think about it too much, after all, she was your girlfriend, you loved her.
You were happy, at least until two weeks ago. Laurel had gone cold. She went for walks late at night, according to her, to clear her head.
You didn't give it importance, you knew that the classes were overwhelming her, in fact, you also needed to be alone for a while. But it was becoming habitual. You always slept with her, in her room, but lately you slept alone in her bed.
She turned and looked at you, putting on her glasses. It took her a moment to react and smile. She was always so serious reading, she didn't seem like the same woman you fell in love with, but you were patient.
You slowly approached and placed a soft kiss on her lips, sighing. She smiled again, returning the kiss with a mischievous look.
“Sorry, I was too focused,” she told you in a low voice. You nodded in amusement and took a look at what she was reading. You could barely do it. The redhead closed the book immediately.
“Hey, why don't you let me see it?” You protested, a bit puzzled.
She shook her head, faking a smile. You knew her well, you knew that she was hiding something.
“It's just another boring book about plants, (Y/N), it doesn't matter,” she told you, getting up from her chair, yawning.
“Oh, yes, of course, whatever you say,” you said, taking off your coat, looking at that mysterious book with a frown.
After a relaxing shower, you climbed into bed next to her. Your intentions went beyond simple rest. You wished that for once she would go back to being the fiery redhead who wanted to love you all the time, almost anywhere, even in places you shouldn't.
That had changed too. You had to give thanks if she gave you a kiss, if she caressed you. You were kind of sad, but every time you looked into her eyes, you decided to hold on for another day.
“I'm dead sleepy…” She told you yawning, while you kissed her shoulders suggestively. You huffed and crossed your arms, somehow annoyed. She didn't even look at you, she just turned off the light. You widened your eyes and began to cough forcefully, to get her attention.
“Ahem!” You said too loud. She turned on the light immediately, looking at you surprised.
“Well, what's wrong with you, (Y / N)?” She asked you unpleasantly.
You huffed and crossed your arms.
“Are you seriously asking me?” You said incredulously.
“Well, yes, I’m asking you.”
“You've been ignoring me for two weeks,” you started, determined to say what you thought, what you felt. “You don't kiss me, you don't talk to me, you go out at night… Really, Laurel, if something happens to you, you can tell me.”
“Nothing's wrong with me, (Y/N),” she answered dryly, as if you were telling her something terrible, something you shouldn't. That was already too much for you.
“It's obvious you're lying. You are up to something. Or maybe you've grown tired of me.
Laurel sighed lazily.
“Stop talking nonsense. What's wrong with you? Have you had too many wines with Larissa?” She hissed, now with a dark look on her face.
“Oh, jealousy, fantastic, it's just what I was missing,” you snorted. “You're diverting the conversation.”
“I am not diverting the conversation because there is no conversation to divert. You're raving, (Y/N), you're acting like a little girl.”
You jerked around, about to foam at the mouth.
“What about the book you closed so I wouldn't read it?” You asked getting up to the desk. “What's in here that you don't want me to see?” You took the book and without opening it you raised it in your hand.
Her eyes flashed with anger. Laurel immediately stood up as well, trying to grab the book out of your hand.
“Give me that book, (Y/N)…” She whispered, almost growling.
“Why? What's in here?” You asked, pulling the book out of her reach, starting a ridiculous chase through the redhead's small room.
“Nothing that interests you,” she answered you, following you very closely, extending her arm as much as she could. “Give it to me!”
You shook your head. You didn't want to rummage through her stuff, you weren't like that, but you wanted explanations, you needed them, and urgently. She was starting to lose her temper.
“You haven't touched me for days, we haven't made love for days, and you only care about this damn book, it's all you care about,” you said, with bright eyes, seeing how any problem you might have was indifferent to your girlfriend.
“I have a lot of things to do, I can't stay in bed with you all day, I'm not 20 anymore,” she told you, relaxing her attempts to pick up that book.
“Oh, the age. Another of your favorite songs, things only are getting better and better,” you said sarcastically. She was breathing hard, her eyes furious and her lips pursed. “I'm fed up, Laurel. Sick of not mattering to you, of being so much less important than a piece of paper. I'm sick of secrets, of contempt, of your ignorance. And above all, I'm fed up that you don't trust me enough to tell me what your problems are,” you said, throwing the book towards the redhead. “Here, your fucking book.”
“You're sick of not being in the spotlight, (Y/N),” the redhead said, putting the book under lock and key in a drawer. You laughed and shook your head, about to cry.
“I don't want to be on the spotlight, Laurel. I want to be on your spotlight. But I think I'm asking too much, after all you're just…My fucking girlfriend!”  You yelled again.
A slap echoed off the walls. She had hit you. You hadn't done anything to make her do it. Just drive her out of her mind. You did not understand the reason for her attitude.
“You don't understand anything… I'm just trying to protect you,” she said, visibly sorry for what she had done.
“Protect me from what?”
“Nevermore is a dangerous place,” she said, returning to her serious and petulant tone. You nodded amused, walking around the room.
“Why?”
“It's impossible for you to understand, (Y/N),” she whispered to you.
You looked everywhere. Tears were already running down your cheeks.
“If that's the confidence you have in me, I better not waste any more time. I'm leaving,” you said, going to the door.
“Yes, go away,” she replied with a disturbing smile, as if she was glad to say that.
“Of course I'm leaving, right now,” you said, pretending you didn't care, pretending your heart wasn't breaking into a thousand pieces.
“This is over, (Y/N),” Laurel said. She wasn't pretending, she was saying it between sobs, just like you while you were picking up the stuff you had there.
“Of course it's over,” you said with a broken voice, leaving the room.
You couldn't believe how such an absurd argument had suddenly ended your relationship. You entered your room, which was full of dust. You hadn't been in it for months.
There was silence, there were no breaths from the redhead, her little snores. There was only you, furious, crying devastated. You sat up on the bed, tossing the clothes, toothbrush, and everything you'd brought into Laurel's room.
“It's over…” You whispered to yourself, looking at your mobile where you had a photo of Laurel and you in the background. You deleted it, you couldn't bear to look at it. “Fuck…”
You lay on the bed and cried into the pillow until you fell asleep. Everything was going great, everything was perfect with her. You laughed, you cried, you kissed, you loved. Until two weeks ago, when the redhead changed, she became a hermit. You wanted to help, get into the sea of her problems and surf them, find a solution.
When she confessed her identity to you, it seemed that everything was over. How deluded you were, the problems had only just begun.
The following days were the worst of your life. You couldn't concentrate in class. Your students were asking where that funny and kind teacher had gone, and if she would ever return.
“I don't know, guys, I don't know…” You sighed.
You no longer spoke to Laurel, who once again took refuge in the absurd mask as Marilyn Thornhill. You didn't see her, you didn't feel close to her. Neither of you existed for the other anymore. It was a painful break up, but indifferent. You had just left your lives, the world kept turning and the days kept passing, unaware of the pain you felt, of what you missed, even if it was a look, a smile. You would be ignored again if it meant noticing her hot body at night, being able to snuggle up to her if it was cold. You were suffering, you missed her, but you began to wonder if she felt the same.
Unfortunately, that black moment of your life coincided with the best day for all the students, the Rave'n dance. You and Laurel spent a lot of time organizing it, dreaming of dancing together, of having a special night that would never come.
Feeling deeply humiliated, you had to go back to her room for your dress. She opened the door and threw it at you roughly. Not a word. Not even a look.
You were devastated, but you couldn't break down yet. You had work, you had to put on that nice new dress and crack a smile. You had committed to it. You couldn't back out.
“You and Marilyn have done a wonderful job, (Y/N),” Larissa told you, smiling across the ballroom. You trembled when you heard her name, but you nodded.
“Thank you, Larissa…” You whispered, lowering your head. The principal realized that the comment was not the most appropriate. Nevermore was a gossip factory, obviously the news of your breakup did not go unnoticed.
“Oh, I'm sorry, (Y/N), I didn't want to…” She told you, putting a hand on your shoulder. You shook your head.
“Relax. It's okay… I'm going to get drunk,” you said, heading to one of the punch bowls.
“(Y/N), there is no alcohol in this party,” Weems said, amused.
“Well, sugar overdose then, it's the same.”
Laurel moved into your field of vision. The first thing you thought: How beautiful she is, the second thing: I hate you for leaving me.
She looked everywhere. When her eyes met yours, her jaw nearly dropped. Normal, that dress was one of those that she liked, tight, marking your waist. She snapped her head around when she realized you were looking at her. You couldn't help but smile. You hadn't seen her for days. You spent the days wondering how she would feel, if she was glad to have lost you or if she was in a depression similar to yours.
Her shy look made you hope. She had looked at you, you had seen her eyes observing your dress. It was a unique opportunity to make her reconsider, to make her understand that she had been wrong. You weren't going to fool anyone, you were desperate to get back to her side.
The dance continued as if nothing had happened. With a little difference. You passed close to Laurel, brushed against her shoulder, passed your hand through hers. She played tough, she ignored you, but only if you were looking at her. As soon as you turned around she had her eyes on you again.
“Sorry,” you said bending down in front of her to pick up an earring that you had dropped on purpose, showing the redhead your cleavage, your breasts. She snorted, but she didn't stop looking at them, she didn't move.
“Stop doing that,” she told you. They were the first words she said to you. You shrugged, ignoring the annoying touch in her voice.
“I don't know what you're talking about.”
“I think you know, (Y/N), you've been trying to provoke me all night,” she told you. Damn, she was too smart.
“Am I getting it?” You asked jokingly. Your words were funny, but your feelings were desperate, they screamed to kiss her lips, to return to her, with or without lies, you didn't care anymore.
Laurel opened her mouth to say something, but a disturbing event interrupted her. She looked at your shoulder strangely and then looked at the ceiling. You looked at your dress. A few small red dots stood out against the nuclear white of your clothing. You passed your hand, which also got stained.
“What the …?” You asked, seeing how what looked like blood was falling from the fire system.
Everything was dyed red in a moment. A horrible rain of blood covered the room in red. To your relief it wasn't blood, it was just paint.
“What's going on?” You asked Laurel, who shook her head as the red paint covered her completely.
Chaos was not long in coming. Many students screamed in terror, slipping and falling to the red-soaked ground. After a few moments, the paint stopped falling and the lights came on. Laurel was gone, you didn't know where.
“(Y/N), what the hell has just happened?” Larissa asked, also a mess.
“I, I don't know…” You said nervously, looking for the redhead with your eyes.
Fortunately, she showed up soon, along with the sheriff's son, Tyler.
“Tyler has called his father, he's on his way,” she said looking at you. You nodded, trying not to think about those eyes that looked at you again after so long.
“Good. You two, to my office.”
You followed Larissa to her office. You had organized the dance, it was logical that you would give some explanations, although you didn’t have them.
After a meaningless conversation with the sheriff, Larissa let you go. The paint was drying, you needed a shower.
Laurel came out in front of you, but unexpectedly she didn't leave, she stayed waiting for you.
“Look at you, (Y/N), the paint has improved your dress,” she said with a serious tone. It was obvious it was a joke, you knew she loved it.
“But hey, have you look at you? At last you wear something to match your hair, the boots are already boring,” you said. She arched her eyebrows.
After a minute of intense looks, the laughter arrived.
“Some color suits your pale face,” she said between laughs, gently holding your jaw.
“Oh, of course I forgot that you were wearing a painting by Picasso,” you replied, crossing your arms.
Little by little the laughter diminished, and silence returned. You looked at each other, almost without blinking. You wouldn't know who of the two initiated the kiss. It was something fast, automatic. A passionate kiss in the middle of the hall. No reason, no explanation, just a couple of jokes and you were on her lips again. Now it was clear to you that the breakup was not painful just for you. Now you knew that she also wanted to kiss you, your hands grabbing your waist let you know, they whispered to you.
“Please… Let's try again…” You said, whispering into her ear. She nodded, caressing your cheek.
“Please…” She whispered against your lips.
After the kisses intensified there was only one thing left to do. Slowly, stopping every two steps, you went to her room. You thought that you would not arrive, every corner was good to give free rein to the joy of reconciliation, to unbridled passion, to the recovery of lost love.
After the room, the shower. Tender and warm kisses under the water that turned red while you rubbed your bodies. The caresses under the steam, the moans, the gasps. There were no words, just gestures, just naughty hands under the shower.
The bed was the next step. Your skin was still wet, drops of red water marked the wood.
The moans continued, the gasps became even more intense. You loved each other, with your hands intertwined, with your warm bodies against each other. Kisses, caresses, hair pulling, tongues that ran through every inch of your skin. Intense, passionate, messy, desperate and hungry love.
Endless orgasms. Still no words, just sighs, just your fingers inside her, hers inside you. A magical night.
When your bodies already hurt, they couldn't take it anymore, you got into the sheets, as always, as it should never have ceased to be.
“I love you, Laurel…” You sighed, settling into your chest.
“Me too, (Y/N), I love you…” She answered, kissing your lips cracked by passion again. “Forgive me, I promise to be more aware of you, I swear.”
“Okay, Laurel… I trust you. No, I don't want to lose you again,” you said, with bright eyes remembering that fateful discussion. “Just tell me one thing. What are you up to?”
She smiled, shaking her head, but she remained thoughtful.
“Nothing, I just want to kill all the outcasts in Nevermore,” she said quietly, caressing your hair. Naturally it had to be a joke.
“Oh, me too?” You kept joking.
“No, my love, not you.”

Water lilies
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pairing: Beomgyu x Fem!Reader
Genre: Angst, fluff
Warnings: Death, mention of hospital, cancer treatments and surgery.
(A/N) It's my first one shot so please don't be too harsh judging it… I hope it doesn't break you that much as it broke me writing this. :)
✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿
Beomgyu and y/n met in an Arts Academy years ago where Beomgyu studied painting and y/n studied ceramics. Beomgyu’s friend Soobin, was in a relationship with y/n’s friend back then, so they naturally hung out very often. Y/n was reserved most of the time, though Beomgyu started getting closer to her by not trespassing her little bubble with leaps and by taking tiny steps into it.
He was charmed by her, not in a romantic way at first, but her demure and delicate stance piqued his interest. She always, or almost everyday, had her hair in a side braided ponytail wearing a knit sweater paired with some coffee colored corduroy pants and black chelsea boots.
Their favorite things to do before getting together were sitting at the academy’s garden listening to some new playlists they made, picturing the clouds as people, animals or things and watching the pond change its colors.
“Whenever I come here, I imagine myself in Monet’s The Water-lily Pond and just let myself sink in its tranquility.” y/n told Beomgyu one time. The pond was very similar to the painting, located in the east side of the academy where not so many people spend the time to leisure into. It was the perfect little getaway place from their stressful student lives.
“I wonder if Monet ever got tired of painting water-lilies, I sometimes get bored if I paint the same subject for a period of time” Beomgyu asked making sure he didn’t fall off the bridge on top of the pond. Y/n chuckled because she felt the same but in that moment she had a second of confidence and told him “Well even if he did, he painted over 200 of them and got famous for it. Also, I'm sure that if you paint me you’ll never get bored.” Beomgyu was caught off guard and didn’t answer. He made sure not to fall in the pond but his heart, oh he felt it jump right into a dangerous territory.
They knew then that being in each other’s presence, would flourish into something deeper and more than just friends watching the pond wear different garments on as the season changed.
It took Beomgyu two months from that time to ask her out. He wasn’t scared of her rejecting him but he waited for his feelings to simmer properly so that he was sure of them. A thing he didn’t know was that y/n was going through the same thing.
She started to get conscious around him when they hung out, distancing herself a little bit if he sat next to her a little closer than he should or avoiding his eyes when he stared at her nonchalantly. The little caresses on her hand under the lunch table, tucking a strand of her hair at the back of her ear when it got messy at the front and bringing her favorite pastries even when she didn’t ask for them… He smiled at her all the time he did these and y/n couldn’t bring herself to deny it anymore.
And so they were at the bridge again, they just finished their exams and went to celebrate with their circle of friends but decided to leave after their social batteries were about to run out. The pond was covered in white: the trees bared themselves of dying leaves, flowers nowhere to be seen and the water reflected the sun playing hide and seek with the clouds.
“I have something to give you, it’s not much but take it as a post-exams gift or something” Beomgyu started saying. He took out something from his backpack, it was a small box wrapped with brown paper and tied with a white ribbon.
“A gift? You didn't have to… And I also haven't got anything to give y-”
“Yes, I know. Don't worry about it, as I said it's something simple. Don't ask what it is or you'll take the fun out of unwrapping it” Beomgyu sent her a flashing smile.
Y/n took the box from him, slowly untying and unwrapping the box. There was a letter and a small canvas. She looked at the canvas first: it was a painting of her looking at a cloudy sky with eyes closed and a soft smile, some of her hair dancing on her face as the wind blew its whispers to the sun. She turned to Beomgyu who was still grinning at her, watching every detail of her reaction. He motioned to her the letter so she opened it.
“I want to portray you and the sky that you love so much in every state it is. I want to watch the pond embrace new colors every three months or so with you until we're here. You said I wouldn't get bored if I painted you, so this is the first of many canvases I’ll fill of you, if you let me.”
Y/n took a deep breath and turned again to Beomgyu with teary eyes this time. He engulfed her in a warm hug and put their foreheads together while asking “Do you want to be my water-lily?” Y/n smiled and nodded. “Of course I do. Took you long enough”
“Not that long like Monet painted all of his but alright.” Beomgyu said and got a soft punch on his chest. “You silly boy”
They spent the holidays together going through shops adorned with lights, garlands and Christmas trees. At their dorms, they either munched on gingerbread biscuits while drinking some hot chocolate or watched old Disney movies under the blankets. Beomgyu was eager to decorate both of their rooms with small Christmas trees so they did.
“Isn't it cozy now that you have not only a tree but also my photo as the star on top of it?” Beomgyu declared cockily.
“Oh yeah totally, if I was a cat that would be the first thing I’d knock off of it.” Y/n replied matching his tone.
“Then the tree wouldn't be immaculate anymore. It would just be a normal tree with some balls and other stuff hanging on it”
“Well that would represent what I'd be without your presence in my life, no?” Y/n looked at him smiling that Beomgyu carried her princess style and twirled the both of them around as his heart was almost asking him to let it outside and breathe because God, he thought of how was he so lucky to be with and have someone like her in his life.
“I like to think that whenever spring comes, fairies sleeping inside of flowers or the trunks of trees would finally open their eyes and lungs to breathe. They’d be so content that the cold season has finally gone…” Beomgyu was listening to Y/n rambling about fairytales or magical things again. He's not a firm believer but he'd listen to her talk for hours if that meant he could caress her hair while she layed her head on his chest. She smelled like Jasmine flowers.
They stayed liked that for a few hours and eventually fell asleep. Beomgyu was the first to get up and didn't want to wake her up so he carefully slid off the bed, picked up his canvas and started painting.
He'd wanted to paint her sleeping like that but decided to fill the canvas with another smiling Y/N and the sky behind her. The sky was bright this time, at the back instead of peeking trees over all the white, there were flowers and trees welcoming bees and butterflies around them. Y/N was looking directly at the spectator this time, as if she was about to tell them something. One of her stories, Beomgyu supposed. The painting’s palette would have hues of pinks, oranges, yellows and greens. All bright colors that Beomgyu has seen when she met Y/N ever since. Y/N then woke up and Beomgyu covered the canvas with a cloth. He didn't want her to see before it was finished.
The pond was spectacular during this season, it was filled with all sorts of birds and insects, while the flora around it blossomed with new colors.
“If you were one of the flowers here now, which one would you be?” Y/N abruptly asked Beomgyu.
“I don't know, maybe the grass?” He shrugged.
“I asked which flower…But anyways I'd be the lilies.” Y/N put her arms on top of the bridge.
“So predictable.” Beomgyu shook his head teasingly a bit.
Y/N didn't speak for a couple of minutes but smiled at his statement.
Forward to three years since then, Beomgyu and Y/n couldn’t be more happier being together even after graduating. They were delighted they’d finally had their degrees, but they couldn’t stop being a little bit sad that they wouldn’t get to spend the time at the bridge anymore. They always went there for all the years they were at the academy and it was bittersweet that it wouldn’t be part of their lives anymore.
After thinking about it for a lot of time, they decided to move in together into an apartment they found ten hours away from their academy. It was a huge leap in their relationship as it symbolized how serious they were for each other.
They talked about marriage and children, about their future house, how would they be with wrinkles and white hair.
“I don't want an extravagant wedding, what if we just invited our closest friends and immediate family? We could hold it somewhere -en plein air- like*”* Y/n suggested while she was putting some books on the new bookshelf they built.
The apartment was now almost done furnishing, they just had to decorate it the way they wanted it to be: filled with warmth and very cozy. It had three rooms: their master bedroom and a studio for each. They lived on the ground floor so they luckily had a small patio too. As you entered their home, you could smell a soft vanilla fragrance thanks to the diffuser Beomgyu gifted Y/n for her birthday.
They also weren't fond of the big lights though they had them, they preferred lamps and candles. One of their routines would be baking on Fridays when they both went home early and one weekend a month they’d go somewhere new to explore.
“If that's what you’d like to do, I'm up for it. And I've told you this before, whether you’d want us to have children or not, it's totally fine for me as it's your body they’ll be growing into, not mine.” Beomgyu got closer to Y/n and put his arms on her shoulders. He then kissed her cheeck from behind.
Another two years passed and just like their relationship flourished so deeply on a flowery path, prickly thorns started to grown in it.
They got busy with their jobs, Beomgyu was now a senior art curator and Y/n worked in a ceramics studio. They still did their routines and explored new things together but Beomgyu felt like Y/n was slipping away from him.
It started when she got back later than normal, he asked her many times where was she and if something was wrong, Y/n answered him dismissively all the time. At first he didn't want to pressure her into telling him, then an episode forced him to.
“Y/n is there something wrong? You've been out of it lately, like you're in another headspace. They also noticed this at work, they just didn't want to ask you directly. If there's anything I could do tell me, please.” Beomgyu started talking as they just finished having dinner.
“It's nothing, really. I'm just burnt out I think. I'm sorry to worry you.” Y/n replied not making eye contact with him. She was looking at their empty plates, or maybe her eyes were there but she wasn't actually looking at them.
Beomgyu sighed. He didn't want to be a jerk when he could tell she wasn't in a good mental state but he was troubled.
It's been weeks since she always had headaches, she ate less and her voice was hoarse. She also seemed to cough often. She was starting to lose weight, if she wanted to be secretive about something, she was failing because she should've known that Beomgyu knows her and notices everything.
“Y/n stop with the bullshit, please. Why are you lying? I've tried to ask you and gave you some space. I was waiting for you to open up to me, it's been two months? or so since you started to…not be you.” Beomgyu was exasperated at this point. He didn't know if he was tired because of his job or burnt out by Y/n being burnt out herself. He wanted to solve whatever was happening to her.
“And I’ve already told you it's nothing. So this topic ends here and we should clean the table now. You're done eating right?” Y/n stood up and reached for his plate.
“Are you perhaps pregnant?” Beomgyu asked almost in a whisper.
Y/n suddenly stopped putting the dishes in the dishwasher. It was her turn as Beomgyu cooked their dinner earlier. She took some deep breaths and answered “No. I'm not pregnant.”
“Alright. I'm sorry to have lashed out like that. I'm just worried for you. When you're ready to tell me whatever’s going on, I'll be here to listen. I'll go take a shower now, thank you for loving me.” Beomgyu gave her a kiss in the cheek and patted her head.
She didn't turn around, didn't give a kiss back. What Beomgyu didn't know, was that Y/n was holding her tears. And as soon as he was gone, she finally let them go.
A few minutes later, she was on the floor.
Beomgyu was exhausted. After his shower he expected Y/n in their bedroom but she wasn't there. He then found her passed out on the floor with the dishwasher's door open. He started panicking, Y/n was breathing but she wasn't answering him calling her name.
Then he was in the car driving them to the hospital trying not to cause or be in an accident.
He spent an hour waiting for someone to update him on Y/n state until a nurse called for him and accompanied him to Y/n.
“We scheduled her treatment this next Tuesday. It's better if she's rested and not overworked. Avoid dairy products as much as possible, caffeine, sugar and-” The doctor started listing him.
“I'm sorry, treatment? Treatment for what?” Beomgyu was shocked.
“Oh, you didn't know Sir? Miss Y/n has stage III thyroid cancer. She's been having treatments for about two months now.”
Beomgyu felt like he was about to pass out himself. Holy fuck. He thought.
Y/n slowly opened her eyes expecting to be in their bedroom. She started getting up and felt something on her arm. It was an IV drip. She felt nauseous, her head was spinning and her throat was hurting a bit.
Beomgyu entered the room in his work clothes. They looked at each other the whole time he was walking to her.
He then took a seat and waited. Y/n looked down and played with her hands.
After a couple of minutes, she said “I'm sorry. I should've told you but I was scared. I am scared.” Tears fell down her delicate face, her hands now were trembling and she looked so fragile that Beomgyu was afraid to break her if he were to touch her.
He reached out for her hands, rubbed her fingers soothingly to calm her down though his words were far from being calm. “I'm mad that you didn't tell me. I'm mad that I can't do anything about this. I'm mad that it's you hurting. I'm mad.”
Y/n cupped his face with her hands. “I'm sorry you get to see me in a not pleasant state now. Thank you for being here.”
“When did it spread? Did you experience any symptoms? I thought I noticed everything, how the fuck did I completely miss the lump in your throat.” Beomgyu was frustrated with himself. He wanted to transfer Y/n’s cancer to him.
“They said that I've had it for a while now, I just didn't realize it until I started to feel sick and I had difficulty swallowing. I then went to go get checked and they told me that time. I'm so scared of it spreading, Gyu, I honestly don't know what am I supposed to do.”
Beomgyu wasn't sure about it either, but one thing sure was that they were both fighters. They would fight as long as they were willing and hoped for a flowery path to stroll into once this ended.
Winter covered the bridge in white again, it was cold, the sun wasn't making its presence seen that often and sometimes the rain would pay a visit.
Their days were getting gloomy day by day, Beomgyu always rushed from work to assist Y/n, who sadly quit her job as her health was quickly deteriorating. She continued to create on her own. Their home was now filled with thirty or so vases from big to small ones.
Many months after that, she was bedridden in the hospital. They tried to stop it from spreading further with a surgery and constant treatments, but it didn't get better. Y/n didn't know but Beomgyu was always wiping out his tears before visiting her.
It was all blurry to him now. He prayed it to be clearer, to not have his love taken from him so early as he wanted to love her until he stopped breathing. He wanted their dreams to come true, to hold each hands while taking the up and downs of what life gave them. He wanted to paint a thousand canvases filled with Y/n’s smiles with bright and faded skies.
He entered the room with a small smile on his face, a fresh bouquet with jasmines on one hand and a new small painting on the other. Y/n was looking outside the window. She noticed him but they didn't talk. These days it was hard for them to exchange words but they found comfort in each other’s presence.
“Gyu. Choi Beomgyu. I was lucky to have met you in this small timeline of the universe as Y/n, have I known that I would only be with you for not a long time than I’d love to.. No, need to, I'd probably preferred not to meet you at all so I wouldn't cry and ache this much for the love you gave and still giving me. It would be delightful if we were to get married and have children. I wanted to name them Lily or Okeley. We would go to the playground, bake some gingerbread cookies, have a “yes” day where we couldn't say no to them….” They were both crying now. Their hands tightly clasped together, afraid that they'd slip away from each other. The room was filled with sorrow, their hearts seemed like Y/n's vases then: breakable with a flick of a finger.
“Living is too much for me, I now pray everyday that the grim reaper finally knocks on the door, holds my hand and accompany me to the bridge leading to the place of eternal rest. But thank you, Gyu for letting me know, feel and receive what love to you is. For letting me love you back the way I know how to, for being so patient and kind. One thing I'd want to ask you is let your love be known to many others as well. Whether it be a new friend or someone you'll be with when I finally reach the clouds. I'll be watching you from afar, I may visit you in your dreams too. I love you, Choi Beomgyu. Now and for eternity.”
Y/n took her last breath not long after that day. Beomgyu couldn't function properly, he couldn't live. He wasn't ready to lose her but the universe decided to take away the light that brightened his existence just like that: a canvas filled with different shades of colors, wiped out with white paint all over it and cracked at the center forming a huge hole in it.
Beomgyu had gray hair and much slower than forty years ago. He was in his garden, sitting on a not so comfortable stool, a canvas standing in front of him and a palette on his lap. It's a beautiful day. He **told **this to himself everyday. If it was sunny, raining, snowing it didn't matter as long as he saw the sky at least once a day.
“You're pretty happy today, aren't you Y/n? Thank you for the beautiful colors.” He smiled to himself and continued his painting. He decided to paint the sky everyday as he thought it was Y/n's way of telling him Hello, I'm here you silly.
Beomgyu met someone else years after she died. They got married and had three children. Once they got old, they decided to move into a quieter place in the countryside. He was happy his children and grandchildren visit them often.
“Grandpa, why are there so many lilies that you've planted in the garden?” One of his grandchildren asked him one time when they were alone admiring the sky outside.
“They are my favorite flowers. Aren't they very pretty?” Beomgyu smiled at him with a wink.
“Well they are, but I think what I love the most is the bridge on top of that small pond you built. It's like walking into a fairytale. This reminds me of one of my friends in class, she’s always rambling about her girly fantasies, sometimes it becomes too much.” Beomgyu laughed at his grandson.
“You know, I knew someone who was like your friend many many years ago. What’s your friend’s name?”
“Jasmine Lilly. Those are her mom and grandmother’s names.” His grandson told him while kicking off a small rock on the ground. Beomgyu chuckled to himself.
You've loved the sky so much that you've become it's painter. You've loved lilies so much that you made me plant plentiful in this garden of mine. What else or should I say, who else are you going to be now Y/n?

Expected to take care of her parents' shop after their deaths and pushed to take a husband chosen for her, she prays God to help her and give her another destiny. However, He seems to remain silent. Warnings: None; English is not my first language
Wordcount: 1.3K+
A/N: Never thought I'd write about any Jesus but here we are lol. I've been obsessed with Jesus Christ Superstar, especially the 2012 Arena Live version, for a few days now and decided I had to write about Ben's incredible portrayal of Jesus. I don't know how this story will go yet (I have two ends in mind and might just end up writing both), and I don't know when the next parts are coming 'cause I'm supposed to work on another story but I'll definitely try to update it as soon as possible. Also, note that while I write "Temple", you can prefectly imagine reader having any religion you like :) If you want to be tagged, please feel more than free to let me know! GIF IS MINE. Take care everyone xxx

You lived in Judea with your parents, who owned a shop which had all sorts of things. You lived an honest and peaceful life but, like most people you still avoided any trouble with the Roman soldiers, constant reminder that your land was occupied. As your parents’ only child, you were expected to take care of the shop after their deaths, but you had a hard time accepting that it was the only life you were going to have. You loved your parents though, and knew they cared about you, and you did not wish to disappoint them. However, you also knew your parents – especially your mother – wanted you to take a husband who would “help you” with the shop and eventually have children of your own. Owning the shop one day was a bearable idea – after all, it allowed you to have a better life than most – but having a man to command your life and every gesture, on the other hand, was not. You went everyday to the Temple and had been praying for weeks so God would give you a sign and help you. Please, Lord, show me that it’s not my destiny to stay and die here, you’d pray but He didn’t seem to listen.
Today was a normal day, and you spent one part of it fabricating some of the objects the shop was going to sell alongside your mother at the back of the shop and the other part welcoming the customers in the shop itself. Your mother came by your side to stock the shop a bit – your father was away, helping a friend of his who was a carpenter – when a woman who didn’t live too far came to buy a bracelet. Soon after, it was another younger woman who entered the shop. Her dark hair was long and put in a strange manner, with some pearls and colored feathers in it. She had a rather pretty face with make-up on her eyes and lips – which wasn’t very common – and wore a long white, simple dress which party showed her knees. Typically the kind of clothes and hair your mother loathed. She greeted you and your mother politely, and while you returned the greeting, your mother didn’t, remaining silent. The woman, who you haven’t met before, looked around the shop, took an ointment and came to you to pay for it.
“I would like to buy this, please.”
“Certainly, madam.”
You indicated her the price, which she paid in pieces of silver – you mother looked suspicious at the money – and you noticed her painted nails – another thing your mother disapproved. She then bid you goodbye with a smile, not noticing your mother’s rudeness, and left the shop.
“I don’t think I’ve seen her before,” you told your mother. “Have you?”
“Yes,” your mother nodded. “She’s one of them, one of these people who follow the man who apparently does miracles and preaches,” she added in a voice full of disdain.
“Miracles?” you frowned.
“Yes. He’s on TV sometimes. They say his followers call him the ‘king of the Jews’. I just hope none of the Roman soldiers saw that woman entering the shop,” she sighed, both a bit annoyed and worried.
You did hear about the man who arrived not so long ago in the city alongside his numerous followers, but you preferred going outside when you didn’t work, and therefore rarely watched TV, and didn’t know he could do such things. After your day of work, you put a jacket on and decided, as every day, to go pray at the Temple.
“I’ll come in a moment,” your mother said, approving your devotion.
You left the shop and walked towards the Temple, greeting the people you knew alongside the way – as your mother often told you, politeness was one of the most important traits in a lady. You were halfway there when you noticed a group of people gathered around something, or someone. Suddenly curious, you approached them, and a man with long, strange blond hair and dressed in black, who stood a bit afar from the others, gave you an annoyed look while smoking a cigarette. You made your way among the people – all dressed in a more or less similar manner except for some other people who were just here, like you, out of curiosity – and finally came close enough to see the reason why all they were gathered. He stood in the middle of the group, who were all attentively listening to him – and among them was the young woman who came to your shop earlier and who possibly was the most attentive of all. He was wearing a long dark blue coat and a red scarf, and it didn’t take much for you understand that it was him, the man who did miracles. He had a calm voice which you quickly find very enjoyable to hear and had thick dark brown hair which fell on both sides of his… very handsome face.
You listened to his words, and he was so certain of what he was saying that it was hard to doubt him. You noticed how he took care of looking at everyone, as if he was talking to them only, and suddenly, his eyes fell on you for a few seconds and your heart missed a beat. He continued talking, preaching about love and peace, looking at everyone but it seemed as if his eyes kept coming back to you, just like the way your eyes could not stop starring at him. You stayed there, listening to him for what could have been hours, until he thanked everyone for their attention and it was the group dispersing, the man’s followers apparently packing their belongings and the curious people leaving that brought you back to Earth. The woman immediately came to him with a large smile on her face and gently put a hand on the man’s shoulder, praising him for his words. The man thanked her and you wondered if you would be brave enough to walk up to him and tell him you wanted to come back again to hear more from his preaching. As if he could read your thoughts, the man suddenly turned his eyes to you, smiled and an impulsion made you take a step in his direction when all of a sudden, you felt a hand grabbing your arm with force.
“Y/N!” you mother exclaimed with an angry voice. “I have been looking for you everywhere, sick worried! Why were you not at the Temple as planned?”
“I, I just…”
You turned to the man and his followers, who were already a bit far, and your mother followed your eyes.
“Oh, Y/N,” she said, “please don’t tell me you paid any attention to this man and his idiotic words.”
“They’re not idiotic,” you answered coldly, forcing your mother to let your arm go, “and he actually has great points.”
You would know that if you actually listening to him instead of blindly listening to what the TV and your friends say.
“He’s not doing anything wrong," you added.
You mother rolled her eyes and sighed.
“Y/N, every year there are dozens of people who travel around and talk to people, pretending to be special. This one isn’t any different from those came before him. He just has a lot more followers than the others and makes more noise, I shall give him that, but I can promise you that it will eventually cause him big trouble – I’ve heard Rome is already suspicious about him and his followers.”
Maybe there is indeed a reason why he has a crowd following him, you thought, and why Rome doesn’t like him.
Your mother grabbed your arm again, gently this time, and led you back home, but when you turned your head back to see the man – whose name you didn’t even knew – one last time, he was walking away, surrounded by his followers, but his head was turned in your direction, and his eyes on you.

Nobody Goes to Hogwarts (Yes, the frog writes fanfic)
If you don't want a vicious Harry Potter deconstruction, do not click. I am serious, this is for your own mental health, angry fans. If you yell at me, you will boost my content with the algorithm. I don't want your attention and you don't want me to be seen, so our goals align. Just walk away.
I started this during Rowling's meltdown, for funsies, and then it got so bad that I quit. This was always meant to be a critical take on the Wizarding World, but I decided it was better not to name-check its author or prod the hornets' nest of her offended fans. So I did one and only outlined the rest. I got hit with a poll asking if I'd ever written fanfic, and I'm thinking about how people get discouraged and stop sharing their work, so now I'm putting it out here anyway. Potter's not going away, so we might as well deconstruct the hell out of it.
These are my characters from my story, which is firmly post-Potter. I put them in her world to see how badly people like them would frig it up. I'll write the rest if anybody want's that - it's fun for me! let me know! - but I'll summarize at the bottom, for the curious.
The one I wrote is for Hyacinth, and it's set in 1945 - they are wizards, so I had to spread their ages out a bit. (I don't really know how living for hundreds of years works in Potter, and neither does Rowling, so just roll with it.) She would've been a Hufflepuff, but she never got sorted, and this is why:
Barnaby leaned against the doorway and folded his arms. “Running away from home are we?” he said. “That’s a lovely hat for it. You look as if you’re about to deny the murder of your third husband.”
“It’s Tabby’s.” She adjusted it. It gave the abstract impression of a black swan with lace trimmings and a veil. “And I am not running away,” said the little blonde girl with the suitcase. She balled up another pair of stockings and stuffed them inside. There was also a full load of comic books, a painting of a bullfight, and she seemed to be stealing one of David’s smaller musical automatons, but she had neglected to pack any dresses. She wasn’t wearing one either, but she had put on a simple linen slip and some shoes and stockings, along with the hat. “I am going to school. I got my letter.” She held up the envelope.
The gentleman plucked it from her fingers and regarded it. “Hogwarts. Aren’t you a little old for Hogwarts, Alice?”
“My name is not Alice. They said it’s all right because of my injury.” She knocked her hand on the side of her head.
“I suppose this is your parents’ doing?”
“Beats me, and I don’t think I care,” she replied. “If I need anything signed, I’ll put David’s name on it. One of his names, anyway. He taught me how to sign all of them. I’m stealing some of his money, and I’ll stop by Diagon Alley and buy myself a wand. I don’t think he’ll notice.”
“I don’t think he’ll notice the money, but he might notice when you don’t show up for dinner a few days in a row.”
She shrugged. “I’ll write him.” She paused with her hands in the suitcase. “Do you think I ought to have an owl? I don’t know if I’m really an owl person. I suppose a cat wouldn’t carry a letter, but how about a kangaroo? You know, with the pocket.”
“I don’t know, but I’m sure David would be happy to buy you one if you gave him an excuse, so please refrain.” He sat on the bed next to the suitcase and held up the letter. “You do know I went to Hogwarts, don’t you? Briefly.”
She closed the suitcase and set it on the floor. “I thought you and David were Beauxbatons boys.”
Barnaby winced. “Yes. Although I’m not sure David was authorized to be there, he may just have decided he wanted to go and showed up. If I’d read my tea leaves a little more closely, I might’ve stayed at Hogwarts and left him alone, but I don’t think I would’ve been very happy there. I doubt anyone is capable of bossing you around and I’m not about to try, but I don’t think you would be happy there either, Hyacinth.”
“What? Because of their stupid hat? I’ve got a better one.” She tugged on the veil. “Maybe they’ll fall in love and have baby bonnets. Besides, I don’t care if they put me in Slytherin. I don’t mind being evil. I’ll make the best of it. David does.”
“I think you’re more Hufflepuff material, but it’s not that,” he said. “Do you know they have house elves at Hogwarts?”
“House elves?” said Hyacinth, blinking. “Plural? Just two or lots?”
“Lots,” Barnaby said, nodding.
She began to grin. She clutched both hands to her face and then threw her arms in the air and cried, “Hooray!” She spun a joyful circle. The veil lifted away and her hair flew. “They can’t do any schooling at all if they’ve got multiple house elves, Barnaby! Why didn’t you stay? Were they more annoying than David?”
He sighed. “I never saw them, Hyacinth. Not one.”
She planted both hands on her hips and leaned forward. “Barnaby, I know you’re dumb, but you’re not dumb enough to let multiple house elves whiz past you. Don’t you even remember stepping over their weird art projects? Were they all into transcendental meditation or something quiet?”
Barnaby pointed at her. “You think all house elves are like Tabby and Herringbone, don’t you?”
Hyacinth took off her spectacular hat. “Well, I’m not racist, Barnaby. I don’t think they all paint matadors and do fashion design, but they’re both very single-minded and odd and proud of it. David would only want the best house elves around. Is there something wrong with the other ones?”
“Oh, dear-oh, dear-oh, dear,” said Barnaby. He shook his head. “This isn’t the sort of conversation I’d like to have sober, but Herring basically lives under the drinks cart when he’s not painting, and if we go into the kitchen Tabby is going to dress us and feed us — and I think they’d both be embarrassed to hear me talk about it. Hyacinth, let me sit here and explain about house elves and then if you still want to go to Hogwarts I’ll take you to Diagon Alley myself and we’ll get you a kangaroo. All right?”
She plunked down on the bed next to him and drew up her legs. Her expression was grave. “Well?”
“House elves are,” he began, and then he didn’t know how to finish. He looked up and pointed out the door, in Tabby and Herringbone’s general direction. “Well, first off, they are not like Tabby and Herring! They are quiet. They cook and they clean and that’s basically it.”
“What about in their off hours?”
“They don’t have off hours, Hyacinth!” He shook his head. “They claim they don’t want any. It’s cultural. That’s like an insult. And they don’t want money, and you can’t give them any clothes, that’s like firing them… Only it’s worse than firing them because…” He put his head in his hands and raked his fingers back through his thinning hair. “Let me start again: Hyacinth, house elves are property.”
“Don’t be stupid,” she said. “You can’t own a person.”
“But we don’t treat them like people and they’re fine with it,” Barnaby said. “I mean, Tabby and Herring aren’t — not anymore — but to the best of my knowledge they’re the only ones like that. My family had one as I was growing up and I barely saw her. And I’m the third child, so I won’t get her when my mother dies, my older brother will. A house elf is like a dinette set.”
He shut his eyes. “No, a house elf is like a slave, and they’re happy to be that way. When David gave Tabby and Herring clothes, they were miserable. They were ashamed. And they kept following him around anyway because they had no idea what else to do with themselves. They were like that when I knew him in school, two tiny people in perfect little outfits who lived under his bed and cried a lot.”
“Why did he dress them up if they didn’t want…” She put up her hand. “No, that’s a stupid question. He does whatever he wants, I already know that.”
“They usually wear tea towels and things and he thought they looked shabby,” Barnaby said. “I have no idea where he got them, you know how he is with his stories and they back him up no matter what he says, but he thought they looked shabby so he put them in clothes and they disintegrated. Emotionally. He told them he didn’t want them to leave and he’d take care of them as long as they wanted, but they didn’t believe him. He used to feed them.”
“What, like, with a spoon?”
“No, more like pets. He put plates down on the floor near his bed and every once in a while you’d see a wrinkly little hand come out and take something. The first time I saw it happen I damn near had a heart attack. I thought we had a gnome infestation or something. But he picked up the bedskirt and showed me his house elves. They even had little shoes — I mean, you know what they look like. They live here. But they’re not supposed to look like that. Tabby liked fruit salads. He used to steal them from the dining hall for her, but she’d only eat if she didn’t think we were looking.”
Barnaby sat back on the bed. “I’d known David ten years before Herringbone produced his first bullfight painting, and it was fifteen before Tabby sort of delicately asked if she could have a fashion magazine. And I have no idea how long he had them before I met him!”
“So the ones at Hogwarts just haven’t had enough time,” said Hyacinth. She frowned. “And maybe little shoes. Do they need me to bring them little shoes, Barnaby? I’m happy to do it. Tabby always says a new outfit can make you into a new person, but I thought it was a metaphor.”
“They wouldn’t take the little shoes, Hyacinth,” Barnaby said. “You’d have to force them, like David, and they wouldn’t thank you for it. They wouldn’t even consider themselves yours, so I’m not sure what they’d do. They might all march into the lake and drown themselves out of despair. They are happy being slaves and they don’t know anything else. There’s a reason Tabby and Herring don’t have any house elf friends, it’s not just their taste. They’re outcasts, because the others literally do not understand how they can be that way, and they don’t understand the others anymore.”
Hyacinth tented her fingers against her mouth. Barnaby was aware that he did this himself in his more pensive moods and felt oddly flattered. “So we have to wait until they have children, however long that takes, and make sure the kids grow up knowing they have choices and opportunities and they can go to Hogwarts too,” she said. “I think they all ought to have scholarships, Barnaby. And they should get their parents’ back pay!”
“Hyacinth, this has been going on longer than recorded history. If they do have children, and I assume they must, they end up just like the parents.”
Hyacinth slapped a hand on the mattress. It bounced. “But they live with us!” she said. “Why aren’t they forgetting their culture and picking their favourite bits of ours to copy? Like we stole Christmas and curry!”
“I don’t know, Hyacinth,” he said. “But nobody’s extremely keen to find out because they work for free.”
“So what we have here,” said Hyacinth, “is an entire race of people consigned to a lifetime of servitude, right up until someone decides to dress them in clothes, and then it’s like they wake up and they have no idea what to do, even though they’ve seen how other people live freely.”
“Yes, rather.”
“And they can, in fact, learn how to live freely themselves, but not until someone dresses them up, then it’s like they’re starting over from square one.”
“Yes.”
“As if they were under a spell,” said Hyacinth acidly. “Not unlike one of those curses that gets you locked up in Azkaban, except nobody does anything about this one because it gets them a free cleaning service?”
Barnaby rubbed his eyes with both hands. “You’ve put it a bit more bluntly than I would, but I still feel badly I didn’t do anything about Hopscotch.”
“This would be your house elf you grew up with?”
“Yes. I mean, to be fair, I had no idea Tabby and Herringbone were possible back then. It’s only since I’ve seen them grow up that I wonder about poor Hoppy, but I’m not allowed to go back and get her. Legally.”
“Because she’s property,” said Hyacinth, practically melting her way through the bed.
“She’s rather attached to my mother too, she does have feelings!” Barnaby cried. He sighed and looked away. “She’s a person with feelings.”
“We’ll wait until your mother dies then,” said Hyacinth, in a matter-of-fact tone that Barnaby found borderline offensive, but not as offensive as slavery. “But Hogwarts owns their elves and they could free them and pay for a good alienist anytime they wanted and they don’t.”
“I’ve written them letters but they never reply,” Barnaby said. “They printed the one David and I sent to the Daily Prophet but they called us both crackpots and sexual deviants.” He laid a dignified hand on his chest, “I am not a sexual deviant. I just don’t give myself airs when other people are.”
Hyacinth picked up the suitcase and threw it on the bed. “Looks like David will be paying for my private tutors at least until I’m old enough for the W.O.M.B.A.T.s.” she said. “I’m perfectly happy being held to a lower standard in education, I have better things to do than school, I just thought I might like a wand and a kangaroo. I’m glad nobody knows where the hell David came from with his money and my family is in no way respectable.”
“Your family is quite ancient and respectable, Hyacinth,” Barnaby said, blinking,
“Those twits at the estate in Devonshire are not my family,” Hyacinth said. “They decided they’d rather be respectable than have a matched set of daughters, so to hell with them. I’m going to go give Tabby and Herring a big hug!”
“Hyacinth!” Barnaby called after her. “If you don’t put on a dress, Tabby will tie you up and stuff you into one of hers!”
“This time, I’ll let her!” Hyacinth yelled back.
[Well, I think that formatted all right! As for the rest of the Hyacinth's House Mob: Barnaby got sorted into Ravenclaw in 1914 and got ejected for cheating - he made it obvious because he preferred the future where he ends up at Beauxbatons, little knowing it would include David. Room 101 broke the sorting hat with, er... his/her/their/it's abilities, in 1931. Mordecai fed a Malfoy a bar of soap on the train, was horrified wizards don't seem to know who Hitler is in 1933, stalled the hat, and fled in terror after being assigned Gryffindor. Sanaam (Ravenclaw, never sorted) ran into the Forbidden Forest to have a look at the animals, in 1950, and never came back. The General got sorted into Slytherin in 1952, contrary to her wishes, and demanded to know why they have an evil house, before choosing to continue her education with her abusive mother. Milo (Gryffindor, never sorted) got dumped in St. Mungo's in 1977, due to his significant issues, because Hogwarts doesn't do special education or accommodate disabilities. Calliope (Ravenclaw, never sorted) chose not to answer her owl for similar reasons in 1978, although her whole family is wacky so they don't parse autism and ADHD as disabilities. Maggie (Gryffindor, never sorted) also chose not to answer her owl after some discussion about the virtues of resisting the system from within versus refusing to participate. Erik got sorted into Slytherin in 1992, and was dragged home by a horrified Mordecai after writing one letter home about how all the "pureblood supremacy" wasn't much fun. Lucy got sorted Ravenclaw in 2000 and got dragged home by Calliope after writing one letter home about how there weren't any art classes. And, finally, in 2006, Dave (also a potential Ravenclaw) did not answer his owl for reasons which will become obvious, but are a bit spoilery for my readers. By that point, Hyacinth's house would have advanced owl defences anyway, so I might've been able to cite that as a quick gag without ruining the surprise.
But I haven't written any of that out for real. I will do so ONLY if you tempt me! I really wanted to do Mordecai's, that one would probably be the longest. "...Oh, I'm only a bit worried because I'm Jewish, that's all!" "What sort of a wizard is that?" "...It's a bit like an Animagus. When the stars are right, I have the ability to turn into a pastrami sandwich." "Let's see it." "Can't, I haven't had my Bar Mitzvah yet. ...Here, have another one of these Muggle candy bars, Mr. Malfoy."]

Oh wait a damn minute...
With my last post of my pity party i realized something. Please bare with me...
As we know little women (1994) was one of the movies inspirations for season 4. Of course most of us pointed out the parallel between Jo-Laurie- Amy with El-Mike-Will. because in both cases there are siblings in a romantic triangle with their childhood friend. In both cases there’s a trip, complicated feelings and stuff that I don’t want to detail now.
But at first I thought the inspiration they took it was: Mike and Will going on a trip and they realizing their feelings to one another just like Amy and Laurie did after Jo rejected him. But what if they actually uses as inspiration that iconic confession that Laurie did to Jo.
Yes. That Iconic love confession that we AmyxLaurie shippers have to fight even to this day because JoxLaurie shipper don’t let go of it. Laurie told Jo he loved her. He even was devastated after her rejection. He scaped to Europe and drawn himself in alcohol and lost all purpose for his life. This is when he finds Amy and they become closer with heart to heart conversation. He even said some hurtful things to her like when he asked her to marry her just because he knows he must married with one of the March sisters.
Now here is where my mind makes the connection (keep in mind that as writers inspirations from movies and shows don’t need to be literal.):
1. Mike told El he loves her with a “speech” just like Laurie did to Jo. He (Laurie) even said that they being together was something that everybody EXPECTED, so they MUST BE TOGETHER. He never talked about Jo’s dreams or vision for her life. His speech was basically focused on what He NEEDED. What HE DID. Sounds familiar? For me it does because if we see Mike’s speech gravities about the words Needs and how HE SEES El. Even if he said he loves her regardless of her powers Laurie also said he would still love Jo even if she didn’t fulfill his needs and was so opposed to his life style.
2. Both Mike and Laurie said hurtful things to Will/Amy. Mike said that meeting El was the day his life started and that was the time that Will life became an eternal hell. He said that in front of Will and knowing damn well how it affected him because Mike’s has comforted Will in the past, so he knows. That was just cruel.
The same goes for Laurie. In this version (because it’s not included on the books) he said to Amy that basically they should marry because he’s is rich and she’s ambitious and he has always known that he will marry a March sister. That’s hurtful because Amy is nothing but ambitious and she has always loved him and he basically saying “yeah I would marry you because I couldn’t have your sister” it’s mean as fuck.
3. Both Will/Amy went to a trip that helps them to figure out their feelings and communicate them to the audience: From Amy sides (in this version) it was kinda of always hinted that she had feelings for Laurie since she was a kid but she resigned herself to never go deeper on it because she knew Laurie loved Jo and Jo was her sister (familiar huh?) but YEARS (remember this it will be important later) after she meets Laurie again in Europe, she finds out that her feelings for him are heavy (cough another coincidence with Will) but she doesn’t tell him, she actually rejected his cruel proposal but we as an audience are told that she rejected the proposal of another man who was richer than Laurie. That let us know that she indeed fell for him (even though this movie didn’t invested too much in them and just show us their little talks).
In Will’s case you already know they let us know about his feelings with his painting and the van scene. I don’t want to talk about it, I am still emotional. But you know what I’m talking about.
But why is interesting these connections? Simple because Laurie and Amy as Will and Mike didn’t end their trip well. Not really. But after Laurie awful proposal to Amy, he realized that his feelings for Jo were never that real. He realized that his feelings for Amy were something more... a true love nothing else. He said to her “now i realized that it wasn’t your family what i wanted. It’s you who I love.” And before that he finds out who he was beyond Jo, beyond Amy, beyond love and that’s when he was ready to understand his feelings.
In the movies this happens within a few months or weeks i don’t recall but the trip when Amy and Laurie found each other happened YEARS AFTER LAURIE’s CONFESSION AND JO’s REJECTION. So in that order of ideas, We already have the trip but we haven’t had the time jump and the discovering of who is Mike besides relationships. And we know for a fact that next season will be a time jump, isn’t it? So my guess is that next season milkshake will fall apart just like Jo and Laurie. Perhaps El will break up with Mike and this Will help him to figure out who he is and that will allow him to understand his feelings too but also please take note that Laurie was full on denial of his feelings for Amy, at least Mike acknowledge that he fears of loosing Will and we also know that Mike KNOWS that painting was for Will because Eleven told him he painted for someone he likes. It’s possible that Mike it’s just “trying to keep things normal” like Finn said, because Mike doesn’t know what to do with his feelings and Will’s feelings. Remember that he grow up in an homophobic house.
This explains everything for me. From the awkward hug to the monologue and why the Duffers chose to make it as corny and cringe because they are even going on a deeper length than little women because at least Laurie speech was super emotional and it is hard not to feel bad for him. But Mike wasn’t and it wasn’t even focused on Mike at all. They’re basically implying that Mike is struggling with himself and perhaps already in love with Will unlike Laurie.
This already too long but I will say one last thing and it is that one of the first thing Laurie said after to Jo it’s that he understand now that she was right. On the books even said that he now knows that his love was switched and understands that he always LOVED JO AS A SISTER.
Anyway... i hope you can understand me because this was too long and a mess. I might change my mind later. I’m going through all stages of grief
