Something I wrote four years ago today.

Many people are struggling in different ways, whether they want to admit it or not. Sometimes it feels like we carry a "ten ton weight." Today we ask for empathy. Empathy for our selves and for others. We ask that this understanding be brought out into the world so that we may have more compassion, kindness, healing and love. Let us be of service to another who is in need. Let us all remember how important Love it. Love emanates from our Heart. Place your hands gently over your heart and say "I love you" repeat as necessary. Say this to yourself and say this to others. Every living being and every living thing deserves our love, our compassion and our kindness. Please spread that message out into the world.

One thing I love to do is to light a candle as I give love to myself and love to this earth and this world, appreciating all the love I receive back.
