Isn't the heart supposed to be a muscular organ? A mass of cardiac muscles that simply pumps blood to the rest of the body? So why does it forget that that is all it's supposed to do? Why does the heart end up opening its chamber doors and allow others to go inside, break things, and leave their footprints all over the place for us to clean up after?
