Take 1 would have to be my answer. John's voice is really close to your eardrums and you can hear the sweetness. Lovely instrumentals humming along, it's all very good. Very dreamy around 0:50- onwards. Also the backing vocals! So gorgeous. The ending has this lovely feeling to it, very wistful and circus-like and dreamy and nostalgic.

There are little details I do love from the other takes (particularly the instrumental endings + Ringo's lovely fills + certain chords), but overall Take 1 is the most charming to me, and the one I return to the most often.

in the end, there's not much of a choice to be made when the answer is clear. ran grabs them both, soft and malleable in his hold, and securely tucks the souya plush into his belt, making sure its little eyes were uncovered. humming, he then lifts the nahoya plush up to his face, tapping his chin in thought before snapping his fingers.

ran whistles. not a minute after, faint pitter patter sounds increase in volume until a small hoard of dogs round the corner, all strays that hang around the warehouse that ran likes to give the rest of his food to when he's full from stealing the other guys' lunch. they surround him immediately, eagerly sniffing at the foreign plush on his waist, but snap to attention the moment ran shows the real toy of today.

temptingly, he dangles the nahoya plush over the dogs' heads by the tip of its hair and grins down at the mini souya.
