Hi everybody, I have some exciting news to share! At the beginning of this year I mentioned that I wanted to lose weight. I tried to slowly get better at eating healthy and incorporate more exercise into my routine, but saw next to no changes. Even though it’s already halfway through the year, I am super pumped to say that I’m kick-starting my journey to finally start seeing some results!!! I am going to do the 21-Day Fix through BeachBody. This challenge includes Shakeology for 30 days, meal portion containers, a shaker cup, and a booklet with recipes. There is a 30 min workout every day. It starts this next Monday, the 16th, and ends on August 5th. Even more exciting, my coach for the next year is @e_lennart!! She is fantastic and I cannot wait to kick-start a healthier lifestyle with her support. I am so ready for my weight loss journey to start, and I am ready to become a healthier and more active person. If this 21-day program works, I will just keep repeating it until I’m where I want to be. Also, I don’t really want to make a special Instagram account for my weight loss, but I also won’t bombard you all with too much 😉😉. [12/156] Workout complete! I am right on track with my work out days :). Yesterday was leg day and my stats are in the next pictures ➡️. After leg day I did 7.0 incline on the treadmill for a half hour and that about killed me lol.
