I Like You is a sweet little rhyming book that encourages kids to recognize their emotions and feel good about themselves, no matter what they're going through.

I genuinely feel like this is the best thing I've ever created. Feeeeeeeeeeeeeelings.

I know it's a little silly, but I'm actually kind of proud of this. My partner has been getting into digital art recently, and it looked like so much fun that I wanted to try it out myself! So to practice using a stylus and the art app I downloaded, I traced over a couple of dragons posted by the lovely @thelatestkate, because they were so friend-shaped and approachable.

And honestly? I'm proud of these! I've never done anything like this before, and it's bringing me so much joy.

"The Power of Being Authentic"

Once upon a time, there was a person who had spent their entire life seeking the approval of others. They always tried to convince others of their actions and decisions, wishing to be accepted and understood. But no matter how hard they tried, they always felt unsatisfied.

One day, they heard words that deeply resonated in their heart: "You don't need to convince anyone of anything at all." These simple yet powerful words shook their world and made them reflect on the value of authenticity and self-acceptance.

From that moment on, they decided to free themselves from the need to convince others. They understood that no matter how much they tried, there would be people who would never understand their story, struggles, and emotions. And that was okay. Everyone has their own perspective and unique experiences.

This revelation led them to make a new determination: to be true to themselves and move forward, no matter what others said. They understood that life is full of internal battles, and they didn't need anyone to validate their path or decisions.

And so, they continued their journey, finding happiness with every step along the way. They had understood that at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is being oneself and being happy. They didn't need to convince anyone of their worth and abilities. They owed nothing to anyone except a life filled with authenticity and self-satisfaction.

That was the story of someone who discovered the power of being authentic and moving forward without the need to convince others. Their example inspired many to find their own path and to remember that, in the end, the most important thing is to be oneself and smile while journeying through life.

Becoming more self-aware of our actions can prevent possible burn out or an emotional breakdown. Both lack of rest/sleep and nutrients/food lead to unstable behavior. Continuing to take the best care for ourselves will reduce the chances of becoming emotionally valuable, which equals less for drama for you and everyone else. I say all this cause I’m totally with you in the struggle. *hugs* 🩷

I literally just commented this on your recent fic, but I had to reiterate how thankful I am that you helped bring Daddy Simon to life and how WELL you write him too?? I love daddy kink, but when I got into the yr fandom I wasn't sure if it was going to work with wilmon. But then I saw your fic (along with goldenwilmon's) and it all just fell into place.
