Here's a funny idea for you. The Clone Troopers figure out they have chips in their heads and splice their way into the orders, and instead of trying to deal with it politically (and accidentally revealing themselves to whoever ordered them put there), or doing an army wide medical brain surgery procedure (and accidentally revealing themselves to whoever ordered them put there), or asking for help (and having the people who are trying to help, accidentally revealing themselves to whoever ordered them put there)...
...they just kidnap all their Jedi, and go dark.
It's all very polite and efficient. Some of the Jedi do need to get shot with stunner bolts until there's time for silly things like explanations (Rex is kinda mad he lost that bet to Cody, maybe once Commander Skywalker wakes up it's time to finally follow Kix's increasingly more weighted hints about the need for therapists aboard their ships), but there are a lot more clones than there are Jedi and anyway most of them trust their men far too much to do all that much arguing.
This doomed them all in a different world. It saves them in this one.
(Somewhere on Coruscant Sheev Palpatine gets a bad feeling and orders someone to check out the Jedi temple, - someone who's not a trooper, because there seems to be a very large absence of clones suddenly, not even CC-1010 can be gotten a hold of.)
(This is because a tiny little Twilek youngling is chewing on Fox's vambrace at the moment somewhere in hyperspace. Also, he smashed his comlink 238 galactic standard minutes ago).
The Jedi Temple is empty.
The Force is not screaming with the sound of thousands of lights being extinguished all across the galaxy. And Fives deserves a well earned nap.

Anakin returns to Coruscant a week later than he does in ROTS because he was injured and had to be hospitalized on another planet.
Anakin: Padme, I'm back!
Padme : Ani! I'm glad to see you!
Anakin : Did you have any problems while I wasn't there?
Padme : ...
Anakin : Padme?
Padme : I was pregnant.
Anakin: What?!
Padme : You're a dad.
Anakin : WHAT??!!
Padme : Luke and Leia sleep so don't make too much noise if you go to see them.
Anakin: They are TWO ???!!!

There are two types of Star Wars fix it AUs.
Type A:
What do you mean Dooku turned to the dark side? Maul, a sith lord? No, the Jedi found him before Sidious did. Wait, who's Sidious? Palpatine, a sith? Everybody lives happily ever after
Type B:
Revenge of the Sith never happened.
Palpatine choked on a bagel.
Palpatine died in mysterious speeder accident, some say Quinlan Vos was involved.
Fives and Rex beat up Palpatine.
Palpatine was found dead, Fox has disappeared.
Commander Cody finds out and personally confronts the Chancellor, "the senate will decide your fate" Anakin comes along and helps Cody. (Obi wan is dueling Grievous)
Padme single handedly defeats Palpatine in mortal combat, she becomes chancellor.

Warmup #13
Rating: T
Summary: Coruscant is haunted. The ghosts aren't bothering the Corries so they just go with the flow. What are they gonna do? Assassinate- oh.. Oh. Good riddance.
~~~
Fox picked up his mug of caff and paused when he realised that it was still warm. He could have sworn he'd put that there hours ago.
He looked around the glorified storage closet that was his office. "Vor'e." He whispered to the empty room.
He went back to work, the mug warming his hand.
~~~
"Kriff, I need-" Thread shoved his arm into the cabinet he knew was empty. He'd checked it several times but he needed that bacta, the vod'ika sprawled on the medical cot wouldn't make it.
Against all odds, his hand caught on something solid. He tugged the item out of the cabinet and spared only a fraction of a second to stare at the bacta. Then he threw himself out of the storage closet and held up the bacta like it would bring them salvation.
It would, for this particular vod'ika.
~~~
"You have no idea what I'm capable of." The senator sneered, tugging their fancy cape away from Grizzer. "I will have that beast put down."
Hound carefully tugged Grizzer back, pushing down the panic rising in him in the same motion. "Sir, she's trained to detect illegal substances and you-"
The senator whirled around to face him and their foot caught on something.
There was an aborted attempt to reach for them, but Hound could only watch as they tumbled off the platform. If there had ever been a good place for a railing on Coruscant, it would have been there.
… he should call that in.
~~~
Thire's patrol route was the same every Taungsday. It was a security risk, but with how scheduling worked it was difficult to change.
He caught a glint out of the corner of his eye and grabbed his patrol buddy's arm, wrenching them behind cover.
Paperclip stayed down. "What did you see?"
"Glint, might have been a sniper."
"Ah."
Thire reached for his comm and called in backup. Better safe than dead.
There ended up being no sniper. However, several blocks further, an ambush had been laid. He should ask Fox to have his patrol route adjusted.
~~~
Fox placed down his stylus and ran a hand down his face. He was dead tired. There were.. way too many things he still had to do before passing out in his bunk for a couple hours. He couldn't allow himself to stop now.
He grabbed one of the more important datapads and reached for his stylus. His fingers touched the empty desk.
Fox frowned and looked over. His stylus wasn't where he'd left it. Maybe his desk had gotten slanted from the constant pressure of hundreds of datapads and pieces of flimsi on top of it.
He leaned over to check and did not find his stylus. That sucked, it had been his favourite stylus. Oh well.
He went to open his desk drawer to get a new one but it wouldn't budge. Something slapped him in the face and that was his stylus!
Fox jumped up in a vain attempt to grab the floating object but he only got a wave of nausea rolling through him.
Maybe.. maybe he should go to sleep.
~~~
"The security cameras show it flew across the room and embedded itself right in the Chancellor's heart. There was no one who could have thrown it. The Chancellor was in his office by himself."
Fox silenced the thought of his floating stylus and nodded dutifully. "We'll keep an eye out for an invisible assailant."
Even a CorSec officer should have caught the sarcasm in that.

(Mando'a; favor after a run of bad luck)
K'oyacyi: a literal order to stay alive
Warnings: mentions of death, Fives Lives!AU fix it. There is a lot of Mando'a in this. Set when Echo and Rex are split from the bad batch. Echo makes some bad jokes about his death. No clonecest here just really close brothers. Cloneshippers DNI I will block you.
The nightmares plagued Rex's mind every night. War had not been kind to his mental health, and the things he'd seen haunted him to the day.
The death of his Vod'ika at the hands of the Coruscant Guard was a regular occurrence in his dreams. Replaying the horrifying image of the blaster bolt burning into Fives' chest.
But he'd get up every morning and face another day of walking on eggshells so as to not catch the eye of the empire.
Which was kriffing hard seeing as he was in the middle of a very large firefight involving athere'sn entire company of Imperial Stormtroopers. He really wished that he hadn't asked Echo to stay with the computer equipment back at the inn, but it wouldn't do any good to wish at this point.
But another voice joined the fray. A clone, no doubt, but underneath a layer of tiredness, a familiar lilt of humor shone through. It made Rex's heart ache to hear it. But he caught sight of the newcomer's armor and nearly cried out. ARC armor. With little flecks of blue paint stubbornly refusing to be scrubbed off, and shoddy patchwork over a hole in the left breastplate. It couldn't be.
"Fives?!" Rex cried, taking his helmet off once they were in the clear.
The hand that held a blaster faltered and fell to his side.
"Rex..."
"How the hell are you still alive, di'kut?"
"Its good to see you too Captain. Not really sure, to answer your question." He said, taking his bucket off and flashing a sad smile.
Rex pulled the ARC Trooper close.
"I've got someone who's been waiting a long time to see you."
Fives cocked his head to the side, but Rex didn't offer an explanation right away, just turned and led his little brother by the hand.
"Long story short, Echo never died."
Fives shook his head. "What the kark did you just say?"
"He was given over to the techno union so they could use his brain to mine our battle plans. He's got a whole cybernetic getup but he looks very, very different."
When they reached the inn, Rex ordered Fives (who was still trying to process the earlier information) to put his bucket on and stay quiet in the main room. A minute later, he returned with an odd looking clone who bore gray and red armor, and had a scomp attachment on one arm.
"I'm not sure how to tell you boys this but everything you thought you knew is wrong."
"What are you talking about, Rex?" Echo deadpanned, Causing Fives to still.
"Echo, it seems we've found—"
Before the captain could finish his introduction, Fives had taken his helmet off again, earning a groan from the former.
It was Echo's turn to go rigid. He slowly removed his own helmet, revealing his teary eyes.
"It can't be. You're supposed to be-" Echo was cut off by Fives lunging forward to wrap his twin in the biggest hug of their lives. It took Echo a second to get his bearings and return the gesture, but he was still in shock.
"Stars, Echo, what did they do to you?" He asked, pulling away to hold his brother's pale face in his hands. Tears were gathering in his eyes as they frantically searched Echo's.
Echo gave a lopsided grin. "Turns out you get new a cool new set of limbs when you get blown up."
This caused a pained cry to rise from Fives' throat at the terrible joke.
"I thought you were dead."
"I could say the same about you!"
Echo leaned his forehead against Fives'. They hadn't noticed that Rex left to force knew where until that moment.
After hours of talking, the twins were exhausted. They'd hardly left each other's side since they'd been reunited. And neither one was planning on doing so any time soon. But they needed rest, so they had moved to one of the two beds, still opting to be close.
"Do you remember what we told each other the morning before..." Echo didn't really want to finish the sentence.
"Yeah." Fives scoffed. "K'oyacyi."
Echo giggled. "Yeah that went up in flames. Kinda like I did."
Fives groaned "You need to stop joking about that di'kut. You 'dying' really messed me up."
Echo's stomach dropped. He remembered crying his heart out after Rex told him what had happened to Fives. Or what they'd thought happened.
"Hey," Echo spoke in the same reassuring voice he used when one of the dominoes woke up from a nightmare when they were cadets. "I'm right here, Fives. You're here. What more could we ask for? We kept our promise. K'oyacyi."
Fives' grip on his brother tightened a little bit.
"Ner Vod, I don't ever want to watch you die again. You're my brother; I love you. I just...I can't do that again."
"I love you too, Fives'ika. I promise you won't. I'm here."
When Rex came back, he was met with Fives sleeping soundly on one of the beds, and Echo sprawled out over half of his twin brother's torso. Both had a death grip like beskar on each other. His domino vod'ikas, back together again.

Test Flight (ficlet)
Okay, I know I SHOULDN'T be brainstorming let alone writing AU things when I still haven't watched the movies or finished the series, I apologize.
But I just was possesed by writing this funny interaction of:
"Han Solo loses all of his confidence when he needs to make a good impression for Leia's parents. Aka Padmé and no-evil-Anakin( not evil but still sharper at the edges and very serious because of the horrors)" and I figured I might as well just post it.
Word count: ~ 1k Warnings: None. (Possibly some OOC because like I said I still haven't watched the movies, although i tried my best, sorry)
It must be made clear that Han didn’t exactly agree with any of this, he wasn’t eager nor looking forward to being welcomed into Leia’s prestigious family. If anything, he would rather go on with their lives far away from Naboo’s aristocracy and what not. And for starters, he wasn’t sure he was going to be welcomed, per se.
But Leia had been insistent. And there was nothing on that planet or the whole galaxy that could change her mind. So he had no other choice but trying to look for the best of his clothes, which he suspected would get the snobbish aristocracy laughing at him.
Well, maybe not Leia’s family. She was quite an oddball, and it seemed to run in the family, as neither of her parents, or Luke, for that matter, seemed to be normal. First there was Senator Amidala, whom Han had seen just briefly and watched some of her speeches through holograms.
For an aristocrat and a senator, there were quite the wild stories of her being in the middle of an open fire; she being the one holding a gun.  And second, she seemed…strangely just, for a politician, that was it.
But Senator Amidala wasn’t the one he was both intrigued and concerned (even though Luke insisted it was their mother the one in charge). Leia’s father was no other than famous, or perhaps infamous, depending on who you asked, Anakin Skywalker. Legendary war hero, retired jedi and turned aristocrat of Naboo after marrying Senator Amidala.
He was a secretive, and shady person, and Hans had never seen him, all he knew from him were among bar rumors and telltales. The only thing he was sure of, was that he was  particularly adept at training his own children in his own ways, and if rumors were true, he also led some underground operation of rebels in Naboo.
But he forced himself to not believe in these. After all, Luke and Leia spoke of their father as a fairly fun guy.
As he stepped out of the speeder and looked up to appreciate the palace, he sighed. Yes, perhaps he should be more concerned about the senator than some failed jedi that fell into a scandalous affair.
He was escorted by guards through long hallways until Leia materialized at his side, seemingly from one of the upstairs. He felt as though it was easier to get lost in such a place than into any forest he had known.
“Hey,” he greeted.
“Hey,” Leia smiled and leaned closer to him to speak without being heard by the guards. “I already softened them. All you have to do it’s not make a fool of yourself for an hour or so, it should be easy even for you, right?”
“I never make a fool of myself,” he retorted with a cheeky smile.
“Huh huh.” They both turned in time when Luke appeared from other of the hallways,  waving his hand and loudly greeting them
“You better don't pick up on Luke,” Leia rolled her eyes and twisted her lips as if the thought was too sugary and cheesy for someone like her. “He’s their dumb baby boy.”
“That will make things harder,” Han chuckled as they watched Luke approach.
They shared greetings and a few meaningless words before finally moving onto the dining hall. A giant room with a table several meters long.
“You don’t look relaxed,” Luke pointed out, and if Luke was pointing it out, it meant he was doing a poor job at being calm. He wasn’t even sure what was worrying about this whole ordeal. At worst, Leia’s family would forbid him from their private parties, right?
He had had no time to answer when the opposite doors opened and everyone directed their attention towards the pair now approaching them. Han squared his shoulders, while Leia and Luke did not so much as to minimally change their stances.
Senator Amidala was regal and with a long white dress adorned with different shades of golden. She held a kind smile, and her hair and makeup was remarkable. A stark contrast to how little makeup Leia would usually wear.
And at her side, towering over her for several inches; Anakin Skywalker strode in perfect coordination with his wife. He had a mild, barely noticeable limping. And if Han hadn’t trained his eyes to immediately search for weakness on anyone who enters his vision, he probably wouldn’t have ever noticed.
Skywalker’s eyes were cold and his semblance stoic. Not exactly what Hans was expecting from a retired, or more like, fired, jedi. His whole presence filled the room with certain heaviness, as if the air had become charged with static and with each step, Hans felt more and more uneasy, struggling to remain still.
“Senator, Amidala,” Han bowed his head slightly, then he turned towards the retired jedi and vacillated. How was he supposed to call him? He took several seconds to address Anakin before he could come up with something. “Mr….Amidala?”
He supposed a senator’s surname held more importance than a retired jedi’s one, right?
It seemed to be the wrong answer, though,  by the way Luke scoffed and Leia turned her eyes away from him. The senator seemed amused, as she turned to look at her companion, but Anakin’s expression barely changed.
“Shall we begin our dinner?” With no amability or whatsoever, he spoke in a low, raspy voice, and Hans wondered if it was the aftermath of an old battle wound.
They all got on their respective seats and started dinner rather awkwardly. Senator Amidala would be the most talkative, prompting questions towards her children and a few directed towards Han. If it weren’t because Leia’s father wouldn’t take his icy glare away from him, it would have been a rather pleasant dinner. He figured it would be best if he was the one to start the conversation with Skywalker.
“I heard you’re a skilled mechanic, sir-”
“How old are you?” General Skywalker cut in dryly as he started cutting his steak.
Han hesitated, pondering his options. He could always lie…But given Anakin Skywalker’s reputation, he wouldn't be surprised if the man could somehow read minds as well.
“Twenty five,sir,” he answered simply.
"I see..." He answered emotionlessly and then carried his eyes towards Leia, who , if anything, seemed mildly curious, rather than intimidated. "Perhaps you should be socializing with people of your age, instead of chasing after older people, don't you think, youngling?"
Leia's brows joined together in an offended glare. However, the corner of the retired general curved upwards; bordering into a smile. Senator Amidala, however, was rather obvious, as she brought her glass of wine towards her lips in an attempt to hide a mischievous smile.
“I don’t chase,” Leia let out an airy huff and held her father’s gaze. “They all get into a line and I choose.”
“What line? Hans is the only one who could stand you,” Luke raised his voice, and it was hard to understand if his question was serious or he was merely attempting to rile up Leia.
“I fought all the others in the line, actually,” Han smiled with a wink, hoping his intervention would avoid any argument between the siblings.
“Cute,” Senator Amidala smiled, approving of Han’s sense of humor. She turned her attention onto her husband with a raised eyebrow. “Do you have a problem with your steak, dear?”
General Skywalker’s eyes shone with a hint of amusement for a heartbeat before his expression returned to cold stone as he looked down at his plate; he had already run out of parts to cut. “Yes. Insipid…” He returned to glare at their guest. “Dull.”
“Do you want mine, pa’?” Luke offered, probably breaking every single dining rule known to aristocracy.
“No, Luke.”
Han shifted on his chair and tried to focus on eating; the faster they finished dinner, the faster he could run away from Anakin’s unbearable deadly look.
Leia cleared her throat, leaning towards his father, who immediately turned all of his attention onto her.
“Dad, I bet you didn’t know Han is a pilot.”
Anakin hummed, considering this and then landed his seemingly eternal glare back onto Han.
“I did not. Is that true?”
Leia turned her face to Han and gestured, twisting her mouth as she spoke silent words. Words that Han didn’t understand, not even a single one. He frowned as he tried to piece the words together until he realized Anakin’s impatient hum.
“Yes…Sir. I’m.”
“Are you good?” Anakin pressed, reaching with his robotic arm a glass of wine.
Han raised his chin with a wide and confident smile. “The best.”
The general’s expression changed, as he stopped mid-drink and lowered his glass. He curled his lips into an authentic cocky smile. Strangely enough, the smile of someone who’s used to laughing and playing around, and it made him appear almost like a different person.
“Oh, really?” He scoffed, leaning against the back of his chair. “Let’s have a race, then.”
Han blinked, unsure about what to answer. He looked for Leia’s guidance and help, but she had her head turned towards her parents.
“Ani,” Senator Amidala gave her husband a look.
“He says he’s the best, I wanna know if he’s lying.” He shrugged. “If he didn’t lie, there’s nothing to fear.”
“We’re having dinner.”
“We just finished dinner, m’ lady,”  he gave a quick glance at Luke and Leia’s plates to point out his words. Then landed his eyes on Han. “So, what do you say…Mr. Solo?”
He supposed he would rather show off his skills at piloting (even if it meant to embarrass Leia’s father in a race) than to stay any single minute at this horrid frivolous dinner. He put down his fork and jumped onto his feet.
“It will be my pleasure.”
Following his movements, the retired jedi rose up from his seat almost as if the frivolous dinner was just as annoying to him as it was to Hans. He pulled away his cloak in a swift movement and pulled his hair away from his face.
Senator Amidala shook her head, but there was the faintest amused smile in her lips as she rose up as well and glanced at the twins.
“We'll need good seats.”

latest ch. of my wip sneak peek <3
“That there’s something… some kind of device in our heads. That can make us…” Cody trails off again and he looks down, avoiding Obi-Wan’s gaze. “That it can make us kill Jedi,” Cody near-whispers, like it physically hurts him.
Obi-Wan feels a flurry of emotions that have been threatening to spread in his chest since Cody first looked at him with fear in his eyes.
Kill Jedi? The clones?
None of it makes sense and a strange sense of impending doom floods his Force presence like shadowy fingers wrapping around his throat. The sensation causes Obi-Wan to physically recoil and he has to take a step to steady himself. He hasn’t felt this since…
Naboo. Maul. The Sith Lord.
Before his brain can begin to make sense of his ruminations, a steadying hand grips his arm.
Obi-Wan follows it and blinks up at Cody, who is looking at him with concern.
“Are you ok?,” Cody asks him worriedly.
Obi-Wan takes a deep breath and clutches the wrist on his arm to ground himself to the present. He counts 1, 2, 3 seconds and feels the faint pulse in Cody’s wrist. His chest still aches, but his brain is clearer now.
Cody is still looking at him with his brows furrowed and Obi-Wan realizes he hasn’t said a word.
“Something is wrong,” Obi-Wan mutters and he kicks himself for how ominous he sounds because Cody looks scared.

I just realized that there's a Star Wars Time Loop concept with GREAT hilarity potential that I don't think I've seen anyone attempting in a fic.
PALPATINE BEING THE ONE STUCK IN A LOOP THAT WON'T END UNTIL HE LOSES.
I mean you know how eventually there's always that one point where the trapped person gets driven completely NUTS? Imagine how SATISFYING that part would be when it's dear old Sheev that keeps getting to the precipice of all he's ever wanted getting realized, only to get it snatched away again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
And ag-♾️
Imagine the impotent fury. The inevitable Rage Ranting. The eventual moments where his careful facade starts fraying around the edges and one of his carefully crafted spider-web strands... slips.
A time loop where instead of needing to win one time, he needs to win, and keep winning and the MOMENT he loses, just ONCE - the loop will end.

I needed something happy
I drew Anakin, who left the jedi in favour of his family on Naboo. He is meditating under a tree, when Leia comes to fetch him. (Padme likes his old, too tight robes)

Do you have any Star Wars fanfiction recommendations?
I'm looking for long fanfics in progress or finished. I have a preference for fanfics where someone finds out Palpatine's true plans before it's too late and one that has a happy ending.
I don't care about ships. But I definitely don't want Obi-Wan/Anakin, I don't like this ship.

"I don't know what you want me to say, Master. I mean, what Barriss did was wrong, but... she was right. Y'know? And I... I don't regret leaving the order." She glanced up at Obi-Wan. "Everything happens for a reason, right? 'Will of the Force,' and all that?" "One could say that," Master Obi-Wan said slowly, crossing his arms as he leaned back in the booth, "but to owe it all to the will of the Force takes away our agency as living beings. We are all responsible for our own actions."

Sat here, in my villain chair, waiting for you to dump a star wars fic on us all
I swear you guys go on anonymous just to roast me 😂(/jk)
WELL HA! I HAVE A SHIT TONNE OF STAR WARS WIP IDEAS BUT I KNOW YOU GUYS WANT THE SHISUI AU SO-
We've already talked about Shisui in the Mandalorian series and also a Star Wars AU with Narutoverse characters so now I'm taking you in a different direction!
Melida/Dann AU: Shisui canonically died at roughly 16 so he's not an 'adult' soooo I'm talking Shisui in a warzone helping the Young, I'm talking Shisui washing up from the water in the sewers and Obi-wan being sticken by this older teen with a terrifyingly strong connection with the force, I'm talking Shisui completely decimates the adults and then meets with the Jedi when they come (back) to negotiate with the new leadership and shit hits the fan!!
Temple Guard AU: Shisui was tortured by memories of his past life as an initiate and never was chosen by a Master because of that so he went through the Guard system instead and it's... Fulfilling, in its own way. He's very good friends with Feemor (❤️‍🔥). The Republic descends into war. The Masters are called to lead the troops, The Guards are more important than ever but also running on a skeleton crew, Shisui starts to make waves even as an Anonymous Guard and blah blah blah queue Shisui becoming the person low-key running the Coruscant Temple and getting close (😉) with Fox and then idk if it gets that far but he would deffo beat Anakin's ass concave for coming near the Creche! Basically Shisui being protective and bamf with a mask! It's like Jedi ANBU but everyone underestimates the Guards! Vindication!!!
Sith AU: Shisui is summoned by Sidious in a Sith Ritual, he pops out of the containment 'pentagram' like a mentos in a can of coke and hauls ass out of there lmao 🤣. Shisui is TECHNICALLY a Darksider because hello Shinobi assassin with mindfucking powers BUT he's also a good person so I propose- Shisui, running like a lunatic across the universe and having an existential crisis (i love this shit, you know I do) because ALIENS and STAR TRAVEL and HES NOT DEAD ANYMORE, whilst both Palpatine AND the Jedi Order are having breakdowns about the Sith running around like a lunatic. Palpatine is like WILL YOU COME BACK HERE AND BE MY APPRENTICE FFS (Obi-wan did kill Maul that first time). The Jedi are like WHERE DID THE SITH COME FROM AND WHY IS HE FREEING SLAVES AND CURING WORLD HUNGER ETC? Meanwhile Shisui is accidentally reviving Grey Jedidom without a single fucking clue 🤣
General AU: I just 😩 I really want Shisui as a GAR General ❤️‍🔥 Plo Koon was his master because I fucking love him okay orange found father and I just really want Shisui out there being a good friend for Obi-wan and showing that you don't have to be without emotional attachment and love in order to remain in the light (take fucking notes everyone but I'm especially looking at Anakin) and I just have so many feels about Shisui meeting his platoon of Clones and coaxing their trust and learning about them all as individuals and forming a found family and being a TOTAL BAMF OKAY
So! Ha! The jokes on you, anon, because I have LOADS of ideas! (*Is joking and is also unhinged*)
