Allister x reader x Gengar 🕊

For hours, you were crying for help.

Alone. In the darkness, in the dead of night.

Since forever, you were the adventurous kind. This time you wanted to discover a new area without any help, even from your own team.

That was your first mistake.

You merely jumped into a whole and now, stucked in a deep dark cave you were.

“Please, somebody !?!” you yelled for the hundredth time, tears running against your cold pale cheeks.

Truth is, you hated to be left alone in the dark, but even more when you couldn’t move.

Your ankle hurt like Hell, covered by blood as you tried to cover it with a part of your shirt, which you had previously torned.

Tears ran even more when a voice caught your attention.

A name.

Your name.

A deep, quiet and gentle voice reached your ear.

Allister.

Your little dark prince was here to sage you, all by himself.

So you thought... before Gengar appeared before you with that gorgeous smile you always loved so much.

“You helped Allister find me ?” you asked your very best friend.

The ghost-type pokémon seemed to be... shy. Really, your first and best friend had been worried about you and asked for Allister’s help... tired and hurt as you were, you cried.

It was too much for your little heart.

Without hesitation, you hugged your pokémon and cried out loud, letting your emotions burst.

Allister called multiple times before Gengar wrapped you in his arms and helped you went out this nightmare.

You were pale, hurt and your cheeks covered by tears and dirt.

Of course Gengar had trouble leaving you, but once you arrived at the gym leader’s house, he knew that you were finally safe.

A look to the ghost-type trainer : he had to take care of you.

Gengar smiled freakily, of course, but he left the both of you for five minutes.

Five, not six.

For a few seconds, a soft silence wrapped the both of you.

Allister finally squeezed your hand without saying a word.

Both young, both shy. But you needed no words to understand each other. That time made no exception.

“I feared that you...” he began with a shaking voice.

“But I’m here” you continued, cheeks growing red.

As Allister giggled before your shyness, you smiled. Truth is, you felt the luckiest person in the world.

“Would you stay with me tonight ?” you proposed, not leaving his hand for a second. You needed his presence. Badly.

“You think... Gengar would agree ?” he giggled once more, ecchoing your own gentle laugh.

“Of course. He will watch over me but... I... need you.”

For the moment you met Allister you had a crush on him. Today, you knew.

Today, both of your hearts beated in unison.

This simple item stopped your tears.

Allister gave you his personal tissue, embroidered with his initials.

“C... c... may I ask why... are... you crying ?” he gently asked, sitting beside you.

A long silence wrapped the both of you as you were ashamed of confessing it.

People were mean, intolerant with you since ages. It has been you life, but now you couldn’t stand it any longer.

“Can’t you guess ?”

Of course your tone was sharp, even defensive.

Truth is ? You were afraid. One more time.

Afraid for Allister to judge you, to misunderstand you.

A heavy sigh from your lips decided the gym leader to come closer and kneel before you, squeezing your hands in a very gentle gesture.

“You... you are precious... and... beautiful...” he whispered while remoting his face mask. For the very first time, you saw his sweet expression.

“People are... idiots not to see... the way I... see you...” he continued, daring to smile, squeezing your trembling hands even tighter.

A new tear ran on your cheek, panicking the sweet gym leader. “Did... did I say some... something wrong ?” he feared instantly.

You shaked your head. No, what he said was just perfect. Allister was perfect actually.

You dared to smile and leaned to captured his lips on a kiss light as a feather.

Both of your cheeks turned red, but the gym leader seemed to gained enough self-confidence to climb the Everest. His smile was downright mesmorizing.

“I will protect you... from the bad guys... I promise...” he whispered at your ear, holding you against his chest as you held his precious mask.

“Allister... you are my knight in armor...”

With him at your side, you felt powerful. You felt... safe. Finally safe.

Leon knew better. The moment he met you was a surprise. When you confessed your feelings for him, he felt also astonished. Now that you proposed something new, fluffy and cute, the champion man couldn’t help but burst into laughter. “Yeah love, look : we take care of both our teams like they are our babies... we are trained now ! A couple of baby bunnies shouldn’t be an issue, right ? On the contrary... it would be nice and fluffy !” you explained with that look on your face. The same look he couldn’t possibly resist.

The same look that made him kiss you gently, softly. “Babe, I think I can’t say no to you, that’s for sure !” he giggled against your sweet lips. “Very good to know, my champion...” you whispered to his ear before offering him the most amorous smile you could give him. “Couple of baby bunnies it is, then” he clearly accepted, even if Leon did for minutes now. The kiss was the first green fire.

Can i ask for some headcanons for whoever you feel like writing for with a reader who shares a really tight bond with their gengar? Since childhood I've played all the Pokémon games with at least a Gengar in my squad so i feel attached to this pokémon :))

Allister x Gengar 💫

Gengar was the very first pokémon he had, since forever.

His Gastly evolved to a Haunter, than to a Gengar before he even turned 4 years old.

Truth is, Allister had always been alone in the darkness, but with the help of Gengar, he learned how to walk, read, and even talk.

Like a true ghost, his best companion was by his side at school, even if no one could see him but Allister.

In the end, Gengar became his protector, before anything else.

Truth is, the shyness of Allister was an issue to interact with others (human being) but with Gengar’s help, he became a gym leader.

In the bottom of his heart, the pokémon was his true best friend.

One day, he lost himself in a forest, all alone - without his team - and got a bad fever. He found shelter on a little cave, and stayed here for two long days.

Who saved him ? His Gengar of course ; the pokémon had searched tirelessly for his master and friend until he actually found him.

On the way back, he carried him and tried his best to find an hospital in order to get him saved.

First, the nurse screamed.

After, she was touched by the true friendship Allister and Gengar had.

A few more hours and things could have been far worse.

Luckily, the nurse agreed to let Gengar stay by the gym leader’s side.

Gengar never left.

Not even for sleep.

He held Allister’s hand until he woke up, saying these words between two sobs : “you are my best friend in the world, Gengar...”

This time, the usual creepy smile of the pokémon was true, sincere, overwhelmed.

Raikichi x Piers 🌺

An empty bed, dead of the night. Raikichi mumbled while touching the cold white sheet. Piers was nowhere to be found... once more.

Third time this week. Her man had always been a solitary man, but this seemed... off. A sigh escaped from her lips as she came out of bed, trying to find the dark-type gym leader.

For a dozen minutes, nothing. No one. Only the silence answered her worry. “Babe ?” she tried with a sharp, decided tone, her heart beating like Hell through her painful chest. Piers knew better... he knew how much you could worry in an instant and yet, he was nowhere to be found ! Worry almost turned into anger when she finally saw him on the porch, sat on the cold fresh air, eyes closed. Maybe he didn’t even hear her... “Babe ?” she repeated once more, making him jump a little bit. Truth is, the dark-type gym leader had been so lost in thoughts he never would have guessed you were worried about him... “Rai’ ?” he asked, two surprised eyes now looking gently at you.

The champion sighed again. She sat next to him, not even touching him at first, trying to figure out what was actually off here. Piers grabbed her hand with a gentle, soft gesture, his own fingers shaking a little bit. Damn. Since when was he that frail ? He hated that feeling... and he hated even more being seen in that state.

“I wouldn’t...” Piers’s voice suddenly broke. Raikichi knew instantly what was going on. He was her man, her soul, her everything. After all, it was them against the world, right ? Time to prove it. Time for actions more than words. “Nightmares, right ?” she simply replied, approaching to wrap her arms around him. Strongly. Lovingly. “Yeah... nightmares. Always the damn same bad dreams...” he mumbled against her beating heart, kissing her very skin as if he wanted to atone for what he was doing, or about to say. Piers never liked to be a burden... not to his baby sister, and not to his woman.

Not to anybody...

“Piers, wake me when you have some ! You trust me, right ?” As the young brown-haired girl cupped his face in her hands, he nodded. “I know babe, I know... maybe I should after all, kisses and hugs aren't that bad...” he giggled, teasing. She pinched his head in disapproval, but he won this match : impossible not to kiss his lips when he looked at her like this. She loved him too much not to indulge him. “I love you, troublemaker” she concluded, holding him even tighter. “So am I babe...”
