Montreal Musts
So yesterday I was in Montreal and I’m still in Montreal BUT
I’m leaving today. Here are a few things that I and my friends did you should too.
- Stay in a nice hotel. This is Montreal. Trust me, it is worth the splurge just please note that they can fumble your reservations. For example, we ordered a room with two queen beds but only received one and a sofa bed. Just be ready to adapt.
- Go see the Rogers cup. If you are a sports or tennis fanatic this is perfect. You can get free tickets to see qualifiers or pay to see the actual tournament. They also have cute little shops there were you can get some tennis/sports gear and sometimes Lindt gives away free samples!
- Go up the Mont-Royal. Never actually done this but heard it got spectacular views, you can walk, or take a bus ride and supposedly it’s entirely free of charge.
- Food. 4 options.
1. Go to a fancy upscale restaurant like Le menu-plaisir (Please note that I ordered fettuccine there and they made the same recipe but with spaghetti so reservations are not the only thing they fumble, overall I don’t really care the pasta type as long as the recipe’s the same, however, if you are a stickler I do not recommend):

2. Eat some classic smoke’s poutine

3. Food tour. Need I say more?
4. Get something from the farmer’s market and cook it yourself (or just visit the farmers markets, they’re beautiful).
- Eat at a place called Le cheesecake bar. This place is literal heaven. Around 15-20 flavours of cheesecake a day you can choose from ( recommend peanut butter and key lime). They are small so you can get a variety and satisfy your taste buds!

WTF is going on with nail polish colours??? I’m getting my nails done today and I’m looking at trending colours summer 2018 AND THIS IS WHAT I FOUND:
