The cracking of the shell into infinite light

Following the thoughts that create pain in me was almost like following ants into their homes, the homes where they stored everything they feed on to survive, my ego had a home in multiple areas in my head, they released themselves to gather Food to feed on. They rest at night as I sleep, I wake up to a new day with a few minutes to enjoy before they moved into my head in the daylight I started watching them, trying to figure out how to extinct them from my head, how to kill my ego and be my complete authentic self, I just want to be in peace within my Mind, Body and Soul, and all Ive ever know was pain, ever since I was young, that caused in me the inability to receive and the resistance to the Idea that people can be genuinely good and that some of them won't harm me. and with every exposure to my heart followed it a heart break, I still don't want to accept it, and now I have met people that are Good, just like me. They are so kind and beautiful it makes my heart scream in pain because I have given up on this and got used to the idea of being alone. and I thought I will be alone forever, but I wasn't , with tears rolling down my face, know that this pain I am feeling is from the Beauty that you shown me. so Thank you.

I am still learning how to ascend into a higher frequency without feeling like my whole world is falling apart. and I don't just let it be, I am so afraid of losing control, that I enforce it on the universe when the universe works differently. I am slowly rising and I accept where I am now, and I know that eventually I will walk out of this cave that I am In and open myself to receive love again, to receive It without waiting for the next fall out, but to be , here and now in this moment in a yingyang, a balanced connection with myself and with the person meant for me. I am not alone, I CHOSE to be here, and now its time to leave my comfort zone and face my fears once more, because I deserve this Free life that is waiting for me on the other side. I am beautiful and divine , just like all of you Beautiful Readers.
