#Title because body text is too small to encapsulate my Big Celebration #So if you've been following along the breadcrumbs of my Real Life nonsense you'll know I moved last October/November #And since then a lot of my didn't-think-at-the-time-was-that-necessary-but-actually-turned-out-to-be-pretty-frickin'-necessary Stuff #Has been back away. Yes for six months. No I'm not happy about it either but literally what am I supposed to do about it lol #And one of those things was my hammock! My bed! My reading spot! My favourite place!#Well tied for my favourite place with my rocking chair but splitting hairs really lol #And we just straight up couldn't find it - found the base! But not the cloth-and-rope part the actual hammock bit #So we bit the bullet and just bought a new one - the old one had been fraying and snapping like mad anyway so it was time #And it finally - Finally! Arrived today ouq #It feels amaaaazzzzinnnnggggg ahhhhhhhh #I really want to draw my excitement but that would require leaving it - yes I am typing this while reclined and rocking it's delightful #And the airflow! Ah!!#The only problem(s) now are well a) I never want to leave it again lol b) it's rather large #And part of the reason we couldn't locate my Various Items was because I don't have a room yet - nowhere to put it #So it's just kinda....in the way lol #And then c).....my employer asked for a night shift. Tonight. And tomorrow. Out. So I can't sleep in my hammock :') Until Sunday #So :'D #But!!! OTHER THAN THAT!!!! she literally comes in everyday and gives you 3 massages minimum a day

she’ll also sleep in the hospital with you most days.

for however long you’re in the hospital, he’ll bring you flowers

in there for 3 weeks? new flowers every week.

reads you books every night to help you sleep

sleeps there EVERY single night

keeps you updated with what’s going on with everyone and training to make sure you don’t miss out.

makes sure to surprise you by bringing your friends there too!! it was a super sweet surprise.

he has lost one too many people

but to lose you? that would completely and utterly BREAK him.

it was a pretty gnarly injury as well…

which was rather terrifying for both you and him

but he’ll keep a cool persona around you.

if he’s unable to visit due to work, he’ll ring the hospital and asks how you are.

he’ll always make time to come see you though, no matter what!!

he hears from his assistant that you’ve been put into hospital

he runs STRAIGHT over and makes sure to comfort you.

he’ll stay till dark when you’re asleep and pay the nurses a visit too

he asks them to take extra good care of you.

if he’s unable to see you, he makes sure to call you up every single day

or at least have SOMEONE come check on you.

GAH!! FREAKS OUT!

hange has seen it all at this rate

but doesn’t seem to heavily affected.

they’ve never really had anyone close to them be extremely injured

they were sooo scared though :(.

it was really sad for everyone to see hange’s energy so low but

they couldn’t help it!!

all they could think about was their poor love in hospital :(.

when they’re around you though, they try to stay positive! and tells you all about their work to keep you both distracted.

I have seen many of Talia and Bruce are Dannys parents and heard of Danny being Selina's son and but NEVER have I saw Danny still being Maddies son, but Bruce is his biological dad too.

( It could be from a very drunken one-night stand and while Jack knows Danny isn't his biologically, he still treated him like his son which made Maddie love him more )

Maddie doesn't even bother telling Bruce out of fear he might use his money to take Danny from her and the whole Playboy Image wasn't helping.

Like imagine the meltdown from Damian since he's not the only blood son on top of being the youngest son to boot. And if he sees Dani he slowly gaslights himself into thinking she's the secret love child of his father and Selina and might worries there is some weight to Bruce's Playboy Image and there's a 4th blood sibling out there.

Talia wondering who the heck is this Madeline Fenton and how the HELL did she get give Bruce a son first? She's now in the top 5 on her shitlist.

And Vlad having a stroke at the realization that Danny is NOT Jack's bio son but freaking Bruce Wayne, the Playboy from Gotham. And if Bruce and Vlad don't like each other than this will be even more hilarious.

I have seen a fix with Jason as the blood father and Maddie still his mom but not Bruce!

I wonder how they would have met, Maddie and Bruce? Was there a engineer convention at Wayne tower? I bet Bruce had to go and Maddie and Jack were there because SCIENCE!

But Jack probably ran off leaving Maddie at the bar and Maddie just straight up NOT having a good time because this was the 90’s and if I am not mistaken a good chunk of the engineering field was male dominated and a bit misogynistic. And she got fuckin’ plastered and in her drinking haze might have even mistaken one tall black haired blue eyed man for another and decided that leaving with an equal (probably less so but still) drunk Bruce was DTF this random red head because he was also sick of all the misogynistic scientists around. (Also we all know that Bruce has a thing for women who can kick his fuckin ass!)

Or if your not into that the only other thought I had was Jack and Maddie have an open relationship and the reason Maddie doesn’t date Vlad is cuz he’s a big creep! (Jack would so date Vlad if he was given the chance!)

Anyway, after she wakes up and takes one look at the man next to her and is like, “that’s not Jack…” before hightailing it’s out of there!(probably in some sort of eccentric way) She looks for her actual husband the morning after. She realizes what has happened and was going to go home and sleep off her hangover before she tells her husband what had happened. Depending on the scenario Maddie would either be a bundle of nerves or she would be excited to say she found out she slept with Bruce Wayne of all people. (Even though he is known for his Brucie persona, both Jack and Maddie know no simple minded man can run a business like Wayne Industry’s)

Either way Jack would be hyped cuz BRUCE FRICKIN WAYNE!!!! And when he found out Maddie was prego be ever MORE FUCKIN HYPED cuz OH MY FUDGE ANOTHER BABY! (They may not be the best parents but they sure as shit love their kids) Maddie isn’t sure she should keep Danny but seeing Jack so excited she realized it didn’t matter because if he was so happy and she would be happy too.

Cue danny being born and Jazz being a big sister who is very excited to finally know where babies come from (and for her new baby brother I guess). Years later it probably would have never come up again but Vlad during his cloning phase decides to look into Danny’s dna some more. “Probably jacks dumb dna messing with their proses!” (Vlad would so gaslight himself into believing that even though intelligence doesn’t effect dna) and he finds not a sing bit of Jack in Danny.

After recovering from the shock of it Vlad starts scheming, comes up with a plan to use this to drive Jack and Maddie apart. Goes to Jack and in the most dramatic way possible tells Jack about the SHOCKING discovery that danny isn’t his son!

And Jack is like, “oh I know that! And don’t be silly Vlad! Danno might not be mine biologically but he’s still my boy!” And Vlad is about to rip his hair out because of course Jack wouldn’t be bothered with that! What a FOOL!!!

Then Vlad thinking he could salvage this decides to tell Danny who just thinks Vlad is fucking with him until Vlad barrages into the house at 9 am after looking more into who Danny bio dad would be and in the most offended outrage Danny has ever seen from the older halfa says “you slept with BRUCE WAYNE????” To Maddie causing both Danny and Jazz to spit out whatever the hell they were eating all over the table. (Jack: I know right? Pretty cool!!)

After that discovery Danny yeets himself into the ghost zone cuz wow, isn’t that a world shattering discovery to be thrusted upon you at 9 in the morning!

How the Batfam find out I’m not entirely sure? Maybe Danny wanted to meet him (probably not) or maybe it was ghosts hearing about it from some fight that Vlad and Danny have in the GZ and spreading rumors from ghost to ghost until it reaches the undead ears of Boston Brand (Deadman) who tells Constantine or Zatana who tell Bruce who just is plain confused as to why ghosts of all thing would know he has an unknown son (who may be dead???) Or maybe Talia finds out first and sends assassins to kill Maddie (who takes them on like a fuckin’ champ!) and Bruce follows the league of Assassins activity and finds that one woman he had a one night stand with and sees her son who looks too much like him to be a coincidence. Or maybe Damian found out first and this was when he first came to live with Bruce and he was still a little murder-y. He fucking tracks Danny down and is like “there can only be one!” And Danny is like “one what???? But jokes on you there is also more than one of me!” (Dani/Elle) thus causing Damien to go into a rage only to be stopped by what ever Batfam came to stop him! (Danny: what’s with the small angry child?) Dami pouts but moves on. (Can’t kill what’s already dead, maybe???)

Either way Danny would be welcomed into the bat fam with open arms! (Dami is reluctant but comes around when he finds out about Cujo (Dami: and I guess Danny is ok too))

Just starting this off with, yes, I am dumb.

It’s true. When I started listening to Redacted less than a year ago I started with Sam. I can’t remember how I found it, but I did and I’ll say it, I fell in love with him! I watched his playlist not knowing anything about anyone else. I was confused every time it mentioned David, Vincent, anyone, but then came the Inversion. 🤯🤯🤯🤯 talk about frickin’ confusing. I had no clue who anyone was, what there were nothing.

The only thing I actually remember from my first watch was how heartbroken I felt for the poor guy who could feel all the emotions. Then after watching Gavin’s story, I was not ok.

Then I watched everyone’s stories individually and watched their sections of the Inversion and it broke my heart every time.

Finally right now, I’m sitting here at 10 PM having watched everyone’s stories and the entirety of the Inversion, knowing everyone. It truly had me on the edge. I had the full experience and now I’ve made myself sit and listen to Aftershock. I honestly had to wait for a night when I was mentally prepared and had no time to finish all of it.

I’m on Vincent and Lovely’s part now and basically this whole post was formed in my head because I didn’t remember that Vincent and Lovely can’t lie to each other. That level of trust and love is something every person on this planet deserves. Vincent could have been like most if not all of the others and just taken advantage of their turning. He wants them to be equal partners so much that he made sure he could never control Lovely and he made it to where since they can’t lie to him, he couldn’t either.

This man is a walking green flag. I hope whatever the outcome of the William situation they will find a home and continue to build a happy stable life as equal partners.

It's late one evening in the Home Sweet Bar AU 🍻

Ruin found himself unable to sleep. As he's been finding it harder and harder to actually get to sleep lately... When ones mind is dealing with troubles, sleep becomes a rare commodity... So he decided to brew himself a cup of warm milk and try reading a book (Alice in Wonderland) in hopes that might help him eventually drift off...

Only imagine his surprise when he goes to walk into the kitchen late at night, only to find Eclipse silently working in there.

And by working...

I mean baking...

He is completely oblivious to Ruin standing in the doorway in his adorable shark onesie, who is wondering if he is, in fact, dreaming. Eclipse has several bottles of alcohol near what look like new cocktails. There are several trays of what look like pastries and some smaller plates of skewered meats dusted in seasoning. He's got a notepad out and he's clearly working quite hard at this... Finishing off the last thing he was making. Before turning around only to see Ruin staring at him with a huge smile.

Eclipse has been making bar snacks...

And wearing a rust red apron with black lettering that reads: This shit is going to be delicious...

He clearly isn't too happy he got busted by Ruin though, as the smaller animatronic is just bouncing with happiness since he is usually the one who does all the cooking and Eclipse never showed any interest in it.

Ruin: Why did you never tell me you knew how to cook?! Let alone have your own personal apron?

Eclipse: Because of how you'd react. Obviously you will go too far with this knowledge and want me to cook with you and it would obviously change up the things you make.

Ruin: Change what I am... wait... are you saying that you actually LIKE my cooking?

Eclipse: I am not... saying... that. But I would rather you... not change up whatever you're doing.

Ruin: 🤩 (His smile can't possibly get any bigger)

Eclipse: (Desperately wants to change the topic and sighs) Want to taste some of this stuff?

...It will forever awe Eclipse, how fast Ruin sped off down the hall and returned wearing his own apron. A colorful patchwork thing with lots of pockets that is just ridiculously cute...

Eclipse: ...how?

Ruin: :3

Cuteness aside, Ruin is eager to test some of the things Eclipse made. So he selects one of the simplest things to try first. It's a strawberry, but covered in lightly toasted brown sugar and glazed with warm butter. Paired with a drink that Eclipse has called a 'Spice Drop' that amongst its ingredient list, Eclipse mentions contains spiced rum. Undoubtedly this is to prevent Ruin from drinking the whole thing. Given how he reacts to alcohol.

Ruin happily takes a bite and a sip of this creation. Only one thing can really be said...

It's frickin heavenly...

(And Merry and Pippin don’t start singing until they take their leave of Sam, almost as if they were being considerate of his feelings first, but as they go and you hear their voices in the distance you get the sense that everything is going to be okay)

Letter found in the Canalave City archives, presumed to have been brought in in old Jubilife as it mentions the city when it was once a village.

During my studies abroad, I was delighted to find many records of ancient Hisui-including the incident in which a tear in the sky opened up, and dropped some poor soul into the ancient past it would seem. This person seems to have left behind a letter, and I've tried my best to document it though the words seem a bit smudged-I am going off what I've been able to translate-oddly enough instead of the native tongue of the area, the writer seems to be more used to modern Unovan, or something similar? I'll have to investigate this further.

'Dear Professor,

Do not weep for me. I know, I know-the kid suddenly goes missing after going up to mount Coronet for the second time after dealing with some emotional crap-don't worry, I didn't do anything stupid. It overjoys me to say, it's quite the opposite-..I'm going home.

Which-brings me to the gut-wrenching reason behind this letter. This means-as much as I may want to-for fear of screwing with time and space, I can't bring my team with me-my beloved partners, friends, companions-must remain in Hisui. I've written down instructions-I hope you'll understand and follow them.

- Take King to Unova, if you can. I'm sure he would love to meet other Samurott and perhaps could even settle down, raise a family there-with others of his kind. He may be a variant-but I feel they'll accept him with open arms!

- Let Amor fly free-I feel that the age of Alphas are almost at an end, and I wish for her to feel freedom-perhaps seek out other Togekiss herself! Or-..Well, I have a feeling she'll be looking for one in particular...

- Kyoya? Let him free to reunite with his pride. I'm sure they'll be happy to know their son has returned a hero, and hopefully an inspiration to all other Luxray!

- Vinnie-i hope he'll stay in the village. He was named after a friend of mine, and as a Gengar he-comes pretty close to the real deal, personality and all! I feel he'll be a great watcher and caretaker of children-even if it may take some getting used to.

- I leave Khan to you-Infernape are a fascinating species to work with, and I think you'll enjoy seeing what these wonderful pokemon are capable of-I've heard in my own time they're wonderful companions for trainers just starting out!

- Arial-as a mere Starly she expressed intrest in the market-and I believe now, fully evolved, she may be able to offer her services at last as a delivery pokemon! It could potentially make exporting and importing shipments much easier, and I know you, of all people, might be interested in finding out if this could be useful to the village!

As for myself-I've made peace. I admit I'm going to miss you all-I hope a certain warden will be able to make the journey back home as well, hopefully sooner than later. As for me-Tell Rei I said goodbye, and I wish I could have done it in person. Tell the Commander that I leave my uniform as it should be-folded in my quarters should anyone need it. And-...should a certain merchant ever return-..could you tell him that I wish we meet again somehow? It may seem impossible but-well-I fell out of the frickin' sky, so Arceus knows what's actually impossible at this point. Just-..tell him that I wish things could have ended better.

..And finally we come to you. You took me in when I needed someone to lean on the most. You stood by me, even when hardly anyone else would-..Thank you, Professor. I know this may be goodbye-I'm not going to 'Sugarcoat it' as they say in my era-..I'm gonna miss you. But I know you-us dreamers gotta stick together! And so I leave you with something an old friend left me with.

The date of the letter was too smudged to read-but this seems to be referring to whoever it was the rift spat out into ancient Hisui. Could this person perhaps be walking among us now, returned home as the letter suggested? I'll have to research this further.

Doctor who as viewed by a system

warning for mentions of trauma, talk of memory recovery, talk of integration, spoilers for doctor who (new who) and it’s super frickin long

I must preface this by saying I am only a member of one system, every opinion I state is just mine/ours and doesn’t represent the community at large. I will make mistakes talking about this because it’s very complicated as trauma tends to be so please just be mindful that my views don’t reflect all views or all facts. Also when writing I hadn’t finished the flux season yet so this may not be accurate. All that out of the way let’s start with some background, I am an alter, this means I share my body with other people, like roommates but worse (again not a reflection of all views, system dynamics are diverse.) we have different memories especially around trauma, I don’t remember much about it because I’m not a holder. I’ve been trying to regain these memories for close to a year now, I do this with a therapist as you should to if you plan on hunting for memories but I’ve been in between people lately so not much progress is being made. I wasn’t fronting when we got the reveal of the timeless child but it makes me very happy especially seeing depictions of the doctor in a similar situation of separate identities and individuals sharing one life. I think that even before the reveal this show demonstrates how identity and body and life can be separate things. The doctor has one life and is the “same person” tecnechally but the mannerisms and even somtimes memories of different regenerations point to a more nuanced truth of multiplicity. “I’ll always remember when the doctor was me” that quote points to the doctor being and almost sperate concept than “me” even though they were/are the same. This isnt really what most of us think about our system but some view it as people passing through something static rather than the whole thing changing, like a river flowing over rocks as opposed to a coin flipping over. While watching I found myself rooting for the doctor to get their memories back and learn who they are and become whole but now that I’ve processed more I think their whole as they are and that a better result would be them not getting those memories, it hurts and it makes you think it’s unfair but it’s also a rejection of the idea that the doctor is unworthy or incomplete because of their missing memories, it’s this kind of singlet (non system) centric ideal of one soul, one body and one solid timeline of which little is missing which can’t even be achieved by anyone save a few outliers. By not getting their memories back they’d have to come to terms with them not knowing or having control over how people perceive ‘the doctor’ and if it’s done I hope it’s not them rejecting their past but rather understanding their present of not knowing their past, what happened to them is important but it’s not defining. They are who they are and that’s good. They don’t need to become more like the ideal human or time lord and I think not letting them get their memories can demonstrate that, a really interesting arc could be the doctor running out of room for memories, we know that their memory is limited as they don’t know British sign language because they had to make room for flag communication so we know it’s not an endless resource . Maybe one day the doctor has to start deciding who can be forgotten because they need to be able to remember something crucial, maybe that person sees the doc again but the doctor doesn’t see them the same way. Maybe they have to start forgetting themself, maybe their companion has to remind them what their favorite food is or why they ate fish fingers and custard. I don’t know if the doctor could trust anyone enough to give them their memories and information. If anyone I think it would be Missy/the master.

I've been going around and trying to find as many people that headcanons SWK and Mac as siblings as I can, and from what I can see from your posts..I can say your account is close enough :)

Now, back to the main point.

Have you ever read "Brotherhood Destiny Fulfilled" by LadyGreenFrisbee before?? If you haven't, then I suggest you read it! It has SWK and Mac as siblings and one of my top favs!!

The plot is that during the Season 3 special, Macaque basically frickin' dies at the hands of a possessed Wukong.

Wukong revives Macaque by doing some property damage in the Diyu and practically drags Macaque's soul out of there while Macaque is having none of it and being extremely petty. Macaque's thoughts are basically like "Oh, if you care about me so much you would've got me out the first time." Basically the basic petty younger sibling stuff.

Wukong tries to reconcile with Macaque, with the help of Mk (keyword: tries), and Macaque just keeps being petty and spiteful about it. Basically, Angst. Just a shit ton of Angst, sprinkled with fluff and found family.

It has the headcanon of SWK and Mac being brothers, and has a backstory on how they became brothers as well! It's also one of my all time favs!

Re: his favorite food .OH, omg. I hadn't been asked this before! this is a tough one! For one, I think he'd definitely have a taste for very refined things and this extends to food Canon!Aemond would enjoy meals rich in protein because of how hard he trains, and he likes his meats very buttery and juicy, with his bread soft and well seasoned, crispy on the edges. He'd be a lover of good wine. Vegetables rich in flavor. And I'm loving the image of him taking to pastries (in secret!). Maybe we can base it on Mr. Ewan - I take my coffee with 7 sugars - Mitchell lol!

Modern!Aemond would be the type to go to very high-end, expensive restaurants and tries all the food trends that all the famous cheffs are experimenting with. In terms of his favorite cuisine, his favorite might be french food? For comfort food, he's giving me the type to enjoy a really nice tomato soup with cheesy, fluffy bread on the side. Or a very indulgent, super creamy and flavorful plate of pasta. Something he can eat on the couch while watching his favorite films. For comfort, other type of cuisine that I feel he might love is Greek. Give him a plate of Spanakopita's with all the freaking cheese, and Gyros that are just super fillled, and he'll be happy. Guhhhhhh I'm salivating just thinking about food. And also, I just HAVE to bring this up, but @dumpsterfirecee and I aren't from the U.S. so we have this running hc of introducing Aemond to our traditional foods that are naturally spicy. And because he wants to be a good boyfriend, he tries it all, but in the end he's a white boy who can't deal with spice and is suffering inside 🤣 (please look at the hilarious art Cee made). In the end though, I think he'd develop a taste for it lol!

re: his long hair. I think the consensus is because he's proud of his Targaryen heritage. Don't quote me on this but I think Tom Glynn-Carney (who plays his brother, Aegon) said that they kept Aegon's hair shorter than Aemond's because of his reluctance to rule and him wanting to separate himself from what his family has imposed on him. Unlike Aemond, who desperately wants it, who is proud of his lineage and wears the emblems of his house with pride.

Hi Monty! Ok so I come bearing a confession. I finally read "FILL MY LITTLE WORLD (RIGHT UP)" and it was like mind bogglingly good- (no surprises there oop-) but I was definitely putting off reading it. More specifically reading the end of it because I really was not ready for the empty feeling I knew I would get once I finished it. It's like I never wanted the fic to end. I never wanted to lose this feeling I got while reading it. I can't exactly pin point what I feel but it feels like all the good things of the world wrapped in one. A quiet comfort like a steamy shower after a hard day or a warm meal in the winter chill shared with the people you love.

It's really obvious how much you love Aizawa in the way you write him. He's kinda like a cat if you think about it lol. All hisses and aloofness on the outside but as soon as you get close you realize he's so much more than that and he's just so SO GOOD. SO FRICKIN GOOD (lol ik this may sound stupid). He's just so good in they way he loves his students and eri as his own, so good at making you feel seen and protected, and just so good as person I WANNA EAT HIM UP (am I making sense idk at this point lol but all I know is that this man is SCRUMPTIOUS). Idk if you remember when I sent an ask about "The Kids Are Gonna Be Alright" and said how you have inflicted me with Aizawa brainrot. Well if I was knee-deep then, now it's like I am drowning with no escape and I am letting this happen and I LIKE IT... congrats monty you really came through with your Aizawa agenda huh, it's like a punch to the gut with how full force you came through lol.
