Hey everyone, so I just purchased this it’ll be here tomorrow. I was wondering if this would even work? Like if I use it a lot could I even lose anything? It seems kinda weird cuz it’s just a pedal thing so I’d only be moving my legs. Also should I trust the calories it says i burn or do you think it’ll be off?
I don’t know, I feel like if I’m not running or doing full body I’m not burning cals. Like in my head doing a little doesn’t work. Doing just foot pedal doesn’t seem like it would work. Maybe I’m just dumb haha.
