Getting closer to my birthday which means getting closer to the first birthday party I planned and I feel so fucking ugly. Nothing looks good bc I’m too average now. I’m not thick n I’m not skinny skinny I’m just in the middle and I feel so fucking ugly. I’m fat and skinny all at the same time and it’s fucking disgusting. I keep telling myself wait till my body is fully recovered but Jesus Christ this hurts so bad.

(please understand this was after a day) but omg yall pickle juice.
pickle juice is kinda an acquired taste. i love pickles. the juice ain’t my beverage of choice.

if you like it, and/or don’t mind because you are struggling with appetite/b!nges.
take some sips during the day/during a fast and let me know if you also aren’t feeling any hunger at all - so i’m 20 hrs in, normally i feel a little hunger and want to eat, and i have been just drinking water and after, sipping a little pickle juice (approx. a tablespoon) from a non-expired jar in the fridge i had and i have had a delta 9 edible, i had a smoke on a second walk (w33d) and i’ve exercised, period is about to start, i am still not hungry. not even a desire to think about it even…
i want to try this again tomorrow and get high again, but yall im freaking out because this is working???
there was a girl that go t-w0rded on here and reblogged the fact that she lost the ability to gain weight because her bf said “drink some pickle juice” and she’s been maintaining her lw since and not even by choice - she recovered months ago so i looked it up online that it has some appetite suppressant qualities but to be safe and not drink like jars and shit of it because the sodium content is so high and bad in the long run, but i’m planning (and you should to) to just have it when i have cravings during a fast and want to go longer on a fast, not eat as much, etc. and im not gonna be one of those girlies to gatekeep shit if it works for me, because it could work for someone else and if you are safe, as i’ve asked you all to be…do with what this info what u will

(As per the results from the poll I made 💚 I'm not sure this turned out the way I wanted it but it's cute so here you go)
Recipes
1) Just having plain uncooked veggies as snack is so nice (especially crunchy vegetables). Even if you add a simple dip it doesn't add too many c@ls!
Recipe for tztziki
You add in a bowl low fat greek yoghurt, grated cucumber, diced dill, diced garlic, a bit of olive oil and salt and you mix it (you can add mint too)
(A recipe for hummus is a bit harder but if you want it dm me and I'll try my best to explain)
2) Cucumbers or tomatoes on a rice cake with a little bit of light cream cheese 😋
3) vegetable soup
Veggie soup is actually pretty easy to make. Just cut veggies of your choice (carrots, onions, broccoli, celery, green beans). Lightly soute the veggies in a little bit of oil (its good to add them one by one starting from the one that needs to cook for longer to othe once that need less cooking). Then add some veggie broth (if possible low sodium one) and boil until ready.
4) Salad
Literally so easy but delicious and so filling. I usually just put a little bit of olive oil, salt, and lemon juice and it's soo good. Leafy greens, tomato, cucumber, and raw onion 😋 (you can add a few cubes of low fat feta cheese as well)
5) boiled or souted veggies (Brocoli, carrots) on top of rice is so nice as well, and so quick to prepare and easy to meal prep!

OMGGGG, please help me. I'm gaining back all the weight I lost. I'm having a lot of binge-eating episodes. I can't take it anymore; I'm fitting into my old pants that had become too big. I can't bear to gain weight again, and I really hate myself like this. Please, genuinely give me your advice on motivation and staying on track without excessive indulgence. I used to be afraid to eat, and now I eat around the clock.
