A lot of the time we look to self-righteousness as a judge of our own character and self-sufficiency as our ability to succeed in life. This causes pride and egotism. You know what they say, ‘what comes up must come down’.
We want God to solve our problems but when we have our own solutions then we don’t need Him right?...The so-called solutions we may have may be positive but it’s impact might not be long lasting because as humans our thinking is limited. Then sometime, inevitably, another problem arises. Let’s face it, the world is not perfect.
If we want peace or positive lasting answers to our problems, we need to humble ourselves before God and to others. Admit we are not perfect, and that we need Him and each other. It’s good to share our struggles, why? It opens the door for beautiful relationships, shows our humility and removes barriers and walls in society.
