Operation: Sargeant Barnes

Pairings: Bucky x Reader

Clothes were discarded everywhere and the only sound that filled the room was the guttural sound of the Winter Soldier and Steve's trainee, Y/N. Bucky's arm firmly supported Y/N's weight while she pins her body on the wall. She could not think straight and wether or not it was right, she could care less. She's known to be like that.

On the other hand, every thrust that Bucky does makes him loose his mind. "Bucky, deeper." Y/N pleaded. After Y/N and Bucky's shotgun sensual fling, Y/N is back again in being Steve's protege. Tony saw Y/N as an overboard project of Steve and can be no match for his protege, Peter Parker. However, he let Steve have his own underdog thinking it helps Steve get a hold of his superiority issue.

It was a rainy day, Steve told Y/N to hold their training and it could be her rest day. "I'm allowing you to get out of the compound, but just for today! Got it?" Y/N nodded. "—Be back at 9! No funny business." Steve reminded the girl who's back is already opposite of his and making a quick and excited strides towards the lobby. Y/N walked passed Natasha and said, "Hi, Nat. Bye, Nat." Natasha is confused and turned her body to see Steve. Steve nodded, "Nat." Nat's head turned to Steve and Y/N's disappearing figure in the background. "What's with Y/N?" Steve smiled and assured Natasha that she'll be back.

Y/N possibly informed the whole place that she was going out except for Bucky. Sam, casually talking to Bucky that time, had mentioned that Y/N is going out. Bucky sat sternly like he always did but at the back of his mind, he was anxious of what Y/N might be doing outside and it's raining.

Clubs don't get bothered by the weather. Business is the same and patrons swarm inside the club in usual number. Among them is Y/N. She'd never been into clubs that much and pretty much what she only knew about it is drinking. So she keep herself busy with a pretty bartender, blonde with short bobs.

She had drink more than her usual and she's enjoying the company of Lily, the bartender, she have lost track of time.

Back in the Avengers' compound, Steve and the others like Tony, Natasha, Sam, and Rhodey are talking about accord ammendments and legal duties of Avengers. Natasha is infront talking about possible devices that could be threat written down. "Earth to cap, are you with us?" She asked. Steve snapped and saw everyone's eyes are on him. He couldn't hide and honestly replied he was worried about Y/N. Tony rolled his eyes but he offered assistance. Steve was about to decline his offer, but Bucky suddenly interjected. "I'll go find her."

"Excuse me, Robocop, have you been standing there all this time?" Tony asked. Bucky did not minded his question and gave Steve a serious eye-contact. Steve nodded in approval. He knows that Bucky can be trusted but he doesn't know what to made him offer looking for Y/N.

Y/N's vision started to fail and she knows Steve would not like having her passed out before even reaching the gate. The problem she worries now is how to even stand. She tried but a random guy then tried to hit on her. Lily got concerned and asked the guy to live her alone. Y/N's feet could not even make it towards the exit and her body started to fall out of balance.

Bucky caught her, his cold metal arm strongly held her around the torso. The scent of sandalwood, cold air, and manliness tried to register on her senses but the only thing she knew was he could be trusted. She slurred out words that Bucky could not understand. He feels angry and anxious if a guy had taken advantage of her. Bucky is not used to this new alien feeling inside his chest. It's probably his possesive side, he thought. He's so unsure of what Y/N means to him. He likes sweet and naive women he used to take to dates. He likes women who are dainty and elegant. He even imagines marrying a girl back in the 40's who wears yellow polka dot dress and have kids.

Bucky is a supersoldier also in so many ways like dragging a drunk girl back in her crib. Sam informed of the two's arrival to Steve who's pacing back and fort. Steve stopped in his tracks when he saw Bucky literally dragging Y/N. Y/N's lifeless like body was on the ground, Bucky's hand gripped on the shirt she wears. Steve shot him are-you-serious look.

"I carried her! but she was heavy! I dragged her out of Tony's elevator!" Bucky emphasized that he did not dragged her from the bar back to the compound. The other avengers emerged from Steve's back and face palmed their faces. "Oooh, hi everywaughn" Y/N regained her senses and stood up, using Bucky's arms as leverage. "Hi, sarge." Y/N said seductively that took all avengers aback most specially concerned-ape-shit Steve.

The following days Bucky became more cautious than he planned. Sam being the middle man between the two. Y/N being who she is. She's going on trainings with Steve, spends time with Natasha, and spends me-time on her crib. Occasionally, she goes to see Bucky but in secrecy. They'll try to steal kisses or, if time allows, a quiet quickie.

This just assured Bucky that his primal feelings towards Y/N is strong and at the same time he was scared of Steve. What if Steve likes her? He asked hiself multiple times.

One time, not long after occasional interactions, Steve and Y/N went on a mission with Natasha. Their mission involved flying to a Benghazi territory. The mission was successful but it costs Y/N few serious stitches.

She jumped off the quinjet with stitches and bandages around her. Bucky was pissed and he did not bothered hiding it.

His annoyance irked around the building. Steve knew that Bucky's intention to let him know he is annoyed but Buck doesn't want to come out of his own mouth. He wants Steve to say it. "What's your problem, Buck." Steve asked. Hot air breathed out of Bucky's nostrils. He threw the towel he was holding and pushed Steve's chest, Steve almost fell on his back. "She's not a fucking dog, you asshole."

Steve pushed him back and said, "Do you think that I did not jumped to protect her?!" Sam quickly pulled Steve's arm and calmed him. Natasha heard the loud comossion and ran towards Bucky. She then grabbed Bucky's arm who's about to swing a fist.

"Before you get mad at me, Buck. There are people out there who needs to be saved, she risked her life for those people. She survived because she told me she has a mission back here." Steve angrily pointed at him, "You." and with that he stormed away.

"Welcome to the Tonight Show... uhm... Girls you wanna sit really tightly coz... We will be joined by, Oh you'll love this, Chris Evans!" On cue Evans appeared on the stage waving his hand to the audience. Evans wore a really nice suit and tie. "Nice suit we got there Chris", Jimmy said as compliment. A chuckle escape Chris' lips and the crowd cheered. Taking his sit, Chris once again glance at the audience flashing a bright smile.

Jimmy started with greetings with Chris and how the filming of his current movie was doing. Chris replied enthusiastically. After some questions or too Jimmy looked at his cue card and started questioning about Chris' relationship status.

"So... How's the first month of marriage?" Jimmy asked. The crowd quickly errupted and Chris with enthusiastic vibe did a triumph gesture.

"Yes, I'm uhm officially in the bullied husbands club!", Chris and Jimmy chuckled.

Jimmy and Chris continued laughing and Jimmy hid his face over his desk.

"I'll care to explain," Chris said. "I'll care to explain [chuckle] So uhm Jimmy and I are really good friends. Jimmy and our other friends have this group chat called bullied husbands club. Jimmy said no you can't join this, I'll add you... when you're married." Jimmy chuckled and continued Chris's story. "2 years later I added him." The crowd laughed.

"I was expecting... a group chat really for bullied husbands and all... what I was greeted by ... we're messages like "*beep* taking the trash again." And -and photos of their kids getting stuck into a small space... "where to get [item] questions"..." The audience laughed.

"Those who didn't laugh... are single." Jimmy pointed the audience and they errupted again in laughter.

Jimmy added, "It was before [Chris]. It changed tho... a year after we created that group it is formerly known bullied husbands club now it's just" "The club", Jimmy and Chris said in unison.

"Why?!" A man from the audience yelled.

"Our wives found it" Jimmy replied.

After the quick brake Jimmy started intervieWing Chris again.

"What's the set up? Do you guys have your place? Does she come on set with you?"

"Yes uhm... we have our own space even before we got married. She works in New York so we have a place there, one that we spent most of our days off together. I'm actually the one who moved in with her. My old place kinda sucks."

"What do you mean your old place sucked?" Jimmy asked.

"-It's cleaner!", Chris interjected. The audience laughed.

" Well everyone is intrigued by Y/N, would you like to give us more detail about her. She looks interesting! I mean she is, I met her and- but she's kinda-"

"Mysterious?", Chris suggested. "Yes! She's quite like that." Jimmy answered.

Chris was happy to hear that Jimmy had time questioning him about Y/N. For Chris, there's no interview that's better if he was talking about Y/N. He can go on for hours. He likes telling people about Y/N.

"Uhm, we are actually friends first. We met while filming avengers endgame in Scotland. She was a writer for a magazine and she had the chance to travel while working. She got a chance to interview the Russo's for the magazine. I was there watching them and she just glowed like, I don't know man, she just got my attention since day one."

"and so she caught me looking at her or I thought or I dont know. She didn't flinch or- Most people will y'know "Oh it's Chris Evans!" Im not bragging but that's just how I expect her to react." Chris laughed. "I guess I was staring for too long I didnt notice Joe was actually calling me. I sat there in silence... behind Joe... pretending I was texting someone."

"Did you got her number?" Jimmy asked.

"Yes I go her number- Thanks Joe!" Chris said while pointing towards the camera.

"After awkward Scotland our friendship went to "hey wanna grab some coffee in New York?" I was taken aback because she texted me first. I was with my Mom back in Massachusetts that time and I was like "Mom, I gotta go to New York." Next thing I knew I was driving."

Jimmy chuckled, "It's safe to say that you got smitten to Y/N first."

"I heard her parents are [¿]... Chris, are they strict or did not approve of the marriage at first?"

"Yeah I am. I'm 40, man. I'm not getting any younger. I did not really wait for it longer so I popped the question 9 months of dating."

"-You know, aside from Y/N, the reason I want to marry her is because of Y/F/N and Y/M/N." Chris paused to laugh."-Because the first thing they said to me was "Are you two dating? You better say you're married."" Jimmy cracking up while clapping.

Jimmy then showed a photo of Chris and Y/N parents then Jimmy flipped the cards and revealed a wedding photo image. "Is this true? It looks photoshopped."

"No, That's real..That's really RDJ and he came with a food truck on my wedding day. It's a normal RDJ. I told him "Man it's gonna be a private wedding. Just us the gang, friends, and family." "Cool, I get it. I know exactly what you need." He came in with the food truck me and my wife's face plastered on it!" Evans threw his hands in the air in defeat but he quickly fixed his posture, "Nah. I love it. Y/N love it."
