So I see that people really hate stepcest... And I can understand, really
Because like, imagine reading about two people that don't grow up together, don't have any familiar bond, never see each other as family, only are linked because of a marriage, sometimes even living together, and also don't are blood related
Is really disgusting, you know? Like, how they can fuck like they are just normal people that are "family" because something that they even control!
I know... Because of that I decided a thing! From now I gonna write only blood incest!
Because of course is more light than stepcest!
Like, it is not super cool to read about two people that grow up together, have a blood connection, have the same biological parents, also had a familiar bond, always had seen each other as family, and even with all this they still fall in love and fuck!
You guys are right, blood incest is really less immoral and better for writing and reading, sorry guys, I didn't know were my mind was...
I'm laughing so much that it is kinda hurt, and yes I made this post as a joke, sarcasm, provocation, call anything I just like to be a brat and start little fights some times
Seriously, that is your excuse? Look, I can accept when the stepcest had a familiar bond and stuff, because for me that's too much
But when don't have literally nothing to make them be family or think of each other as family why do you care? Bro this is just a dark kink, like CNC you know?
And yes, I write and read stepcest, so if you are going to piss me off just block my account and let's pretend that nothing happened
My stepcest will never had a familiar bond, especially because I fucking hate that and also because for my is fucking weird
But I know that there are people that don't care about how the stepcest is written they're gonna hate so yeah, hate a lot I'm gonna continue writing, thanksss
And if you try to argue that stepcest invalid adoption families just block me before I get wild

to any americans who feel "paralyzed" and "dont know what to do" to help with gaza:
reading a fucking book. i beg of you.
in a time of knowledge suppression is it your duty to arm yourself with knowledge.
read about americas occupations in the middle east.
read about 9/11 from outside of america and see how they inflicted senseless harm and violence to countless amounts of people and have been suppressing your rights for the past 2 fucking decades.
read about any of the countless wars from the past 30 years. especially from a civilian's. and the victims and survivors' perspective. listen to the horror stories and do not plug your fucking ears as to what your country is doing.
and read about fucking gaza and palestine and keep up with what is happening no matter how "sad" or "uncountable" you might get.
dont look away from this.
you dont have the right to be comfortable during countless active genocides.
if you're knowledgeable, you're powerful, and our current state doesnt fucking want that.
you have the power to change things if you open your eyes and scream to the world.
wake the fuck up.
Edit: please check the reblogs there are readings and ways to help

I think it's mean how some people talk about fics on AO3.
'Oh you gotta wade through literal trash to find the good stuff'.
Were you not a beginner once? Did you not write crack fic or self indulgent things for your own entertainment?
Maybe don't speak that way about your fellow fic writers? Just because some fics aren't as polished as others, or involve fetishes and tropes you don't enjoy, or are not the style you want your fics to be doesn't mean they're trash.
It's a horrible thing to say and beginners are going to be discouraged from writing knowing that their fics might be considered trash because they're just starting out.

Sobbing uncontrollably reading through a dissertation about the college experience of students with ADHD. It is like reading a report about my life that just says over and over "My experiences are real. My hardships are real. I am not lazy, I am not dumb. My struggles were not my fault, and they were not a moral failing. The failure was with the system, not with me."
Here's a line that got me in particular:
"Hotez et al.(2022) compared the health, academic, and non-academic capacities of a nationally representative sample of U.S. first-year college students with ADHD and without ADHD. Students with ADHD self-reported lower academic aspirations and more feelings of depression and overwhelm, ranking themselves lower in their general emotional health. The fact that students with ADHD scored in the highest 10th percentile for many non-academic traits, such as artistic ability, computer skills, creativity, public speaking, social confidence, self-understanding and understanding of others, compassion, and risk-tasking, suggests that this population has strengths that are frequently underappreciated in academia."
(the paper is a thesis called "Understanding the Collegiate Experience for Students With ADHD" by Gia Long, 2022)
