I did some therapeutic shopping today. Let’s say it was a rest day - I walked more than 10 000 steps and helped out in the kitchen for the half of day so I didn’t really manage to get any workout done. I’m gonna stretch later tho.

Workout Exercise Challenge

Fitness Challenge
Warm-up (5 minutes)
Jumping jacks: 1 minute
High knees: 1 minute
Arm circles: 1 minute

Main Workout (10 minutes)

I don't know where #5 and #8 went but all 30 post-its have been moved to the DONE wall! Wooooo! With a week of rest in between for a terrible chest cold, I did this.
