Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday, I walk myself into a state of well-being & walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, & the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Thus if one just keeps on walking, everything will be alright.
-- Søren Kierkegaard
Walking the labyrinth path I held out my arms, palms facing the canopy above me, cupped tenderly by Earth's loving hands. All of my childhood wounds were mended with flowing amber, sweet as honey. They floated away from me as ashes and rose petals on the refreshing breezes of Forgiveness.

Insights Gained on the Kora (A Follow On Post to our last one).
Namaste and greetings friends

Don’t Just
Don’t just learn, experience.

Don’t just criticize, encourage.

I am hosting a Fellowship Walk on the Labyrinth Path at the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson MA tomorrow afternoon: Sunday, 2/18, 1-3pm. All are welcome! We will be walking as a group to listen to our hearts, then create a multimedia picture of what our hearts are drawn to. Look forward to walking with you!
❤️Stepping onto the labyrinth is stepping into liminal space and time. It is "kairos" (nonlinear) time, sacred time. You deserve to give this precious gift of time and fellowship to yourself!
*Fee is $10 to support the church and cover materials/prep time.
