i can't promise this will take you to the void state, but you will definitely understand the concept better, thus taking away the fear/anxiety and all the overcomplicating i see here. so definitely give it a try! they have other meditations based on ND and I AM state for y'all to check as well 🫶
i’m back!! i’ll try to be more active in the future but today i’m gonna talk about ways to manifest!
personally i find the dear diary method so helpful and easy to use, i use it when making subs and just manifesting in general and it works wonders, but the most important thing is to make sure it sounds like you like don’t be writing things exactly like someone else is like if your used to using abbreviations then do that! remember it’s YOUR journey, no one else’s do things how ever you want.
i absolutely adore the void state it’s so easy to enter and i know you might be sat there like “alora if it’s so easy then how come i haven’t entered it yet?” ..i haven’t entered it either BUT i’m quite optimistic that i will and there’s no rush to enter it. you’ve probably seen like thousands of posts on here about methods you can use to enter it but honestly you don’t need methods, it’s like shifting realities you don’t need a method but they can help, the void state is just a state of pure consciousness and you can find guided meditations on yt if you like those or relax yourself through breathing techniques or just set the intention to idk wake up there or something. i personally don’t like it when people talk about methods to enter the void or shift and they’re like “oh there’s a 100% success rate with this method” cause not everything is going to work for everyone, everyone’s different and you can’t guarantee that every single person that uses the method will shift/enter the void cause like i always say we’re all completely different from each other alike i personally hate like i despise guided meditations cause i can’t focus at all during them but someone else might love them and they could be the only way they can relax and stuff. please let me know if you have any questions!!

Instructions
Find a peaceful space which you can comfortably meditate in.
Once you're ready, close your eyes and meditate in whatever way works for you. That could mean sitting still and focusing on the breath, rocking back and forth, using prayer beads, or smoething else.
Once your mind is calm, focus on the feelings you're dealing with. Maybe it's about a certain situation, or just a general feeling of discomfort. You don't have to name it. Just let it in without judgement.
When you're ready, enter your own sekai. This is a small little imaginary world created from your feelings, designed to help you discover them. Simply let yourself "appear" there. The important part is not to question what it looks like. We don't get to choose our sekai. Just allow whatever pops into your head to be, and trust that it will come to make sense over time.
As you continue to meditate, each sekai also comes with its own incarnation of Hatsune Miku. Just like the sekai itself, don't try to force it. She'll appear how/whenever she appears. Miku here serves as an ambassador to the sekai and a personal guide. By nature, your Miku is built to care about you and want to help.
Spend as much time in the sekai as you like. Explore the world, talk with your Miku, whatever feels right. You can also return to the sekai in future meditations if you want to, since it might take more than one visit to get everything out of it.
Reflect on the meditation afterwards. Much like a dream, the way things manifest can be significant. What might your sekai mean for you? Your Miku might represent what kind of help you need in real life. For example, if Miku were to appear as a nurse or maid, it could mean you want to be supported or nurtured. A badass, confident Miku might be a desire for more confidence or a strong direction to go in. Your answers will be entirely personal.

HOW TO CONNECT WITH OR CONTACT A DEITY FOR THE FIRST TIME: A GUIDED MEDITATION
I apologize in advance that i don't have a method for people who can't meditate or visualize well, i have a very imaginative and visual mind so this is only only way i know how to do things.
As you read this keep in mind that this is something I came up with all on my own and is deeply personal to me, so if it doesn't vibe with you change it anyway you wish, it is mostly meant to be a template for your own journey.
So you feel a deity is reaching out to you, or you feel the need to reach out to a specific one. This is one way you can make first contact with deities. Once this connection is made, channeling them is very easy and will not require deep meditation each time. This initial meditation can be as short as 30 minutes, or last multiple hours. You will be put in a state that feels like time is faster. 30 minutes in your mind could be 3 hours in the real world. I highly suggest doing this before bed, in bed, when you have no responsibilities for a while. Sometimes these deities have the power to put you to sleep after, giving you a calm refreshing dream and good rest.
STEP 1
SAFE SPACE
The first step to your journey is laying in bed, getting comfortable, closing your eyes, and imagining a calm and serene place. A place that makes you feel relaxed and at home.
When you are comfortable in this space, call a guide to assist you in your journey. Preferably this is a spirit guide you already know and are connected with, but if not thats okay. Sit quietly as you wait for your known or unknown guide to arrive. Your mind may need a moment to visualize them. They can look like anything, a ball of light, a human, and animal, a mythical creature, ect. Speak to them, let them know what you need help with, and explain the situation.
STEP 2
GOING DEEPER
If your spirit guide accepts to help you, they now need to put you in a deeper meditative state, this is mostly up to the spirit, but my spirit guide rocked a pocket watch side to side infront of my face as i tried to focus on it, like hypnosis.
After you feel ready to move to the next stage, your guide may walk you through a path or journey for a long time to bring you even deeper.
STEP 3
THE ROOM
Imagine you are in a room with your guide. In the room is at least one door, but there might be multiple. On each door is a symbol your mind chooses. Go through the door you feel most drawn to.
When i did this for the first time my room had four doors. One with a sun, a bow and arrow, a moon, and a horse. These symbols may give clues to which deity wishes to speak with you. For me, the sun led to Freya, and the bow and arrow led to Apollo. Its very important that you do not stress or question these symbols, let the images come naturally. I had no idea those symbols were associated with those gods until after i met them. Its okay if you don't know which door leads to who.
STEP 4
THE JOURNEY
this is the final step before you meet the deity, and it is THE LONGEST, the time varies for everyone.
This is where your guide takes over, let them lead you wherever you please. This could be a boat ride on a river, climbing stairs on a mountain, walking a path in a forest, ect. Focus on that journey. This journey is not only towards your deity, but is also a protective ritual so you are not followed. I usually see protective symbols on banners hanging from trees, or strange interruptions in the path to confuse other lesser spirits, like a giant step in the stair case, or the path going in a small circle. (NOT to say any spirit would even try bothering you, i highly doubt it, to me it felt more like ritualistic thing, not like a complete necessity) This journey lasts me at least 30 real minutes, but may feel like 10 in your head. On this journey your guide has time to answer any questions you may have.
STEP 5
MEETING THE DEITY
At the end of your path you my find something symbolizing a destination: a door, an open feild, a castle, a cottage, ect. Within this space you will meet your deity. Again, it may take time for your mind to decide what they will look like. Deities can look like anything and differ person to person. Deities are shape-shifters who can take any form, so don't be confused if they look different or strange.
Thank the deity for meeting you, and your guide for helping you. Chat with them, have a cup of tea, play a game, ask questions, whatever you wish. And whenever you are done, you may either slowly open your eyes and slowly adjust to reality, or you may ask to stay with them until you fall asleep and ask them to guide you in your dreams.
After this, reconnecting with the deity can possibly be as easy as closing your eyes, imagining your safe space, calling upon them and then they could arrive very shortly.
Guided meditation: Sitting in the dark to find the light
Find a comfortable position that you can relax into. This can be sitting or lying down. Take a deep breath through your nose, hold it for just a moment and then exhale deeply. Relax your jaw. And continue the deep breathing – in and out through your nose.
Let your mind become aware of your feet. Feel a soft shadow begin to enter your feet. Let it fill your feet with warmth and relaxation. Let your feet just fall where they naturally want to. Just let them go.
Now feel that soft shadow begins to move up into your ankles. Feel your ankles become warm and relaxed. Let the muscles in your ankles relax. Just let go.
And now feel that soft shadow begin to move up into your calves and shins. Feel your calves as they are claimed by the darkness. Let the muscles on top of the shins just relax. Feel them just let go.
And now feel that soft shadow move into your knees. Let the warmth fill your knees. Let your kneecaps relax. Feel the back of your knees relax. Feel the muscles around your knees relax. Just let them go.
Feel the warmth begin to move up into your thighs. Let the big muscles in your thighs relax. Let the warmth drip down from the tops of your thighs and ooze into the backs of your thighs. Just let them go.
Now let the warm shadow move into your hip joints. Let your hips relax. Let the muscles in your groin relax. And now let the warm shadow fill your abdomen. Feel a ball of shadow filling your abdominal area. Feel the warmth and comfort from the ball of shadow. Take a deep breath into that ball of shadow. And feel it expand.
Now let the shadow move up your spine. Feel it as it bathes each and every one of your vertebrae. Become aware of the shadow slide over the small of your back. Feel the warm shadow flow up into your chest.
With each breath you take, let your lungs be filled with that warm shadow. And now let your mind move to your hands. Feel the warm shadow fill each finger. Feel it fill the palm of each hand.
Let the shadow begin to move into your wrists and on up your forearms. Feel those muscles expand with the shadow. Let your elbows relax. Let the shadow move into your upper arms and shoulders. Let your shoulder blades relax.
Let the shadow enter your neck. Feel your neck and throat begin to relax. Swallow gently and feel your throat open. Separate your lips slightly and then close them. Let your tongue drop into a relaxed position. Feel the warm shadow as it fills your entire head and face. Let your ears relax. Let your eyes relax. Allow that little space between your eyebrows to relax. Let your forehead relax. Let the top of your head relax.
Let yourself remain in the darkness for a moment. Just breathe it in and out. Know that darkness is a place of rest and creation, death and birth. Darkness is neither good nor evil, nothing beyond the absence or lack of light.
Now look inside yourself for your light. However small or large hold it and know this is something others see in you. Even when you have a hard time seeing it in yourself. Hold it and look at it for what it is. See what shape it takes.
When you have accepted the darkness and your light within, you can let both fade into a rising sun coming over the horizon. When you are ready, open your eyes and stretch, returning to the room.
