So look, what the scale says doesn't mean everything and what's most important is being happy with yourself. However, I haven't been under 230 for about a decade. I was 250 just six weeks ago. My body fat is down 5%, my composition & posture is better, I see my abs, I'm in my 40s, and I feel incredible. I've also done it while working out less than 15 minutes a day, after years of 45 minutes+ workouts of varying results. No wild/illegal supplements. How many times have you replied with “Nah I’m good, but thanks!” when someone’s offered to lend a hand? When you reeeaaally could’ve used that hand? I’ve never been one who needed permission, or for someone to “show up with me.” If I wanted to do something or needed something done, I just… did it. Nike style. ✔️ Well, this mindset was NOT serving me when it came to being truly happy, living my best life, navigating my new nutrition requirements, and ultimately getting in the best shape of my life!
