She is extremely touch starved but doesn't know how to ask for anything.

She seemed like the kind to not initiate any touch, unless in a sparring sense

That being said, if you just walk up to her and hug her or hold her hand she's not gonna stop you, in fact she encourages it.

The first few times she will react as if you’re someone trying to attack her so that’s something you definitely have to work on with her.

Given the fact the Mizu presents masculine out of sense of convenience, the longer shes around you, the more feminine she reverts back to being

She isn’t sure about it at first but you literally couldn’t care less what she wears as long as she’s comfortable.

You’ve offered to let her practice makeup on you and you do the same on her.

Totally wasn’t just a ploy on your part to get closer to her… whaatttt??? Noooooo

Her love language is primarily acts of service and quality time.

She enjoys quiet moments with you, it contradicts her usually very loud and violent life in a way she never ceases to cherish.

She hasn’t a clue in the world how to cook but she’d offer to help you when you were cooking

Usually she just sticks to chopping things

One time she was trying to help you cook and you asked her to help with ingredients. She grabbed the sugar instead of the salt.

She 100% is not an enjoyer of PDA unless it’s for the purpose of shooing other people away from you.

For the most part she's pretty good at hiding her jealousy, but it gets to a point where she becomes distant from everyone, you included.

You’d have to somehow sit her down and talk about it, but even that would take some time considering she’d probably try and get out of it being ‘going to train’

At this point she couldn't give a damn what people have to say about her, it's usually not very creative, they say one word about you? They're missing a finger.

She still goes off and constantly trains but she at least takes time to relax with you when she's done.

She doesn’t often get angry with you, but she does get sarcastic

If you start getting petty for whatever reason, her cure to that problem will be to just sit there and stare at you with an expression that says ‘is this really the route you wanna go down.’ and you decided whether to continue on with that behavior or not.

If you ever show interest in learning how to fight, she’ll indulge you, but she’ll obviously take it easy on you

Even if you knew how to fight she wouldn’t go all the way out of fear of having a repeat of Mikio

You would actually have to reassure her that your ego won't be bruised if she beats you.

In fact I’m sure most people would agree that they would find it incredibly attractive if she did anyways.

Sometimes, for no reason at all, she'll just grab your face and stare at you for a moment, plant a kiss on your lips and then walk away.

Catches you off guard every time

That's the exact reason why she does it.

She finds it funny hearing your reaction unfold as you process what had just happened as she walks away.

- he's literally the dictionary's definition of "golden retriever boyfriend." you can look it up on google and he comes up fr.

- jake is so sweet and respectful when it comes to taking you out on your first dates and asking you to be his partner.

- he probably takes you on a casual date, somewhere you both feel comfortable like a picnic at the park, or riding bikes through the city, or maybe even an aquarium date.

- truly, he would wait a couple months into the relationship to admit how nervous he was first asking you out. and how he prepared himself for rejection.

- this man doesn't fall in love easily, however when he does finally realize he's in love he falls hard. he's so passionate about everything he's doing that it is only natural for him to be passionate about you.

- getting him away from you is hard, if you guys could be attached at the hip he would do it in a heartbeat he loves physical affection and is so extremely needy of your embrace. he's just so cutely clingy.

- he always remembers to text you "good morning" and "good night." and send you little cute texts throughout the day about how much he misses you.

- kinda like a real dog he would get pouty and whiny when denied your affection or feels like he's having withdrawals of your presence.

- he talks about you a lot, so much so that the enhypen members probably know more about you than you know about yourself.

- with the enha boys, he takes the teases they throw at him because in his head he scored and they're just jealous.

- he obviously makes layla sniff test you, you passed it... obviously. and now he calls you her mom.

- if you didn't already know, he's extremely possessive and gets jealous easily. so, he will scream if someone comes too close to you.

- this man will pout if he hasn't heard from you all day. the second you call he's all smiles after annoying his members all day with his love sick whines.

- he thinks about you a lot, so he randomly shows up at your place with gifts and excuses the gifts as "this reminded me of you." or "this kinda looks like you."

- one thing he secretly likes is matching items, like phone cases, jewelry, or shoes. nothing too cheesy though, probably would get you something small like matching key chains or airpod cases.

- it's evident that he's a little clueless and gullible sometimes, so he believes everything you say 100%. you could probably prank him into thinking he's been showering wrong his whole life. he would literally go with it.

- unfortunately, as brave and tough as he wants to be for the love of his life (you) he's a little bit of a scardy cat so- expect to be the one protecting him from the dark, scary movies and bugs.

- he would die to take you camping and beg you every summer to let him take you out to camp until you finally agree and he gets so happy. he's finally able to show off his tent building and fishing skills.

- sometimes he might pull you into hiking dates, to explore the green landscapes and mountains. or have you ride ATV's or 4 wheelers with him for the thrill of it.

- although his life is extremely fast paced, he is so extremely patient with you. regardless of the situation he's never going to rush you or push you to make a decision.

- he makes playlist for you all the time, some of them with songs that make him think about you and others with songs he feels you might like. he takes pride in making and naming them. he hopes you listen to them all the time.

- fights are extremely rare with jake considering in his eyes you can hardly ever do wrong. he's a talker and would definitely want to talk out anything that might bother him.

- if you ever need him, regardless of the reason he would drop everything he's doing to be at your side. especially if you're out with friends and need a safe sober person to drive you home. he's the first one there for you.

- expect him to send you tiktoks of animals being cute and a text following it saying "babe this is literally us."

- saying "i love you" came naturally to him. he definitely said it first because he probably let it slip out without thinking. he probably doesnt even notice he said it until you point it out.

- "okay bye babe, i'll see you tonight. love you!— what's wrong why are you freaking out? was it something i said?... I SAID WHAT? no i didnt! ... did i? maybe i did... oh my god! damnit! i didnt want the first time to be that way!"

- he's so dramatic, he would literally pretend to pass out or die if you refuse a kiss.

- his one flaw... he's a little messy so you might have to clean up after him. however... he notices how you like to keep things and would actively work towards putting things where they go instead of just throwing things around.

- he also sometimes helps make meals with you. he's genuinely interested in cooking and thinks cooking together is a good way to spend time together. he makes the rice perfectly every time.

- of you go on his phone his photo gallery is filled with just pictures of you, and selfies you've taken of both of you together. pictures of you guys cuddling, kissing, making funny faces. it's all in there.

- probably has your contact name in his phone as "loml💗".

- he's genuinely convinced you guys will get married one day and have kids, and live in a nice house with a big yard and a dog.

- in his notes app he has saved a list of places you like eating at and your usual order for the place and randomly surpise you with food. even if he's on tour he'd order food to be delivered to you while in a different time zone.

- sometimes he worries about you eating or if you're drinking enough water. so he asks you all the time if you ate or if you've been sleeping well.

- he wears the things you get him all the time, it's so normal to him. and when he looks in the mirror and realizes he's wearing a necklace you got him he feels like he's carrying your love with him.

- jake really is just a love sick puppy boy who would drop anything and everything for you. he's so unbelievably in love it's so sweet.

Love Languages (Xiao, Tartaglia, Kaeya Diluc)

I was reading tie a lasso around the moon by starglittered on ao3 (which is a very, very cute Tartaglia x lumine fic, very much recommend) and this popped into my head and I absolutely had to write this.

CW: fluff, angst in Kaeya and Diluc sections

Xiao

I think Xiao's giving love language is likely Acts of Service (there's definitely a difference between his giving and receiving love language)

I mean, one of his big things is if you need him just call his name

Whether it be old gods before Zhongli saved him or Liyue, service is something he's known his whole life. So it's very natural that it translates over to his relationship with you

Whenever he's free, he's helping you with whatever he can. He spent a lot of time learning how to cook because he loves your smile when he makes breakfast for you

His receiving love language is physical contact.

It's odd because while acts of service is so familiar and comfortable, physical contact is something he had to get used to.

He never really thought he'd ever receive something so human, but now that you're here, he's grown to really love it

Xiao has often found that your touch is enough to drive away his demons and settle him, sometimes even allowing to sleep. Once again, a human act he never thought he'd participate in

Tartaglia

Tartaglia's love language is 100% physical touch

He radiates a certain physicality, especially when he fights, and that translates into the rest of his life

He loves having an arm around your shoulder or waist and his always peppering you with soft kisses just because he feels like it. And I really wouldn't put it past that little shit to keep trying to cop a feel.

He loves it just as much when you reach out for him. When you're cuddling on the couch and sit on his lap or when he's cooking (I feel like he's a really good cook) and you give him hugs from the back

After a long absence it gets even worse. It's hard to get him to let go, because he missed you so much. He gets touch starved during those absences because it's not like he's going to cuddle with anyone but you. He's 100% yours, but it means he suffers when he's away for so long

Kaeya

Kaeya has a couple love languages, I think. A mix of quality time, physical touch and words of affirmation

Starting with the first, he just seems like a touchy person who loves to spend time with you

If you're there he's happy and while you spend time together, he has a tendency to give brief touches. Stuff like a hand on the shoulder, a kiss to the forehead, quick touches before moving to the next task. I dunno why, but Kaeya gives me very restless vibes so they aren't long, but they're definitely there.

Aside from physical touch and quality time, words of affirmation are a thing. Surprisingly, it's not his primary giving love language. He's usually a little more genuine with you, not finding it necessary to sweet talk you, though it definitely happens.

Words of affirmation is his receiving love language. As strong as he can be and cold as he can be, he feels a great deal of conflict and guilt. he doesn't get to forget about his divided loyalties or the pain of the past, so when you're with him, hugging him, telling him that you're there and not going to leave him, that you love him--honestly, sometimes he finds it overwhelming, but the combination is something he finds he needs.

To hear that someone loves him for him, makes him soft and very, very happy.

Diluc

Diluc is a quality time person, though he really likes physical touch

He's so very busy, with his business and his dark knight hero gig, so he treasures time with you even more

Even if it's just you hanging out in his office reading while he does paper work or helping babysit the drunks while he's working as a bartender, he'll take what he can get

His receiving love language is physical contact

By the time your relationship is truly settled, it's just habit for him to get home and seek a hug. He buries his face in your neck or hair and relaxes

There are a lot of times, especially after his patrols as the dark knight hero where it's the only thing that can ground himself.

After a bad day, it reminds him that you're there and that he's not alone.

I mean, he's lost so many people. His father, Kaeya, and he lost the brotherhood of the knights when they did Crepus dirty. There are times when he's terrified that he's going to lose you too.

Your touch grounds him and gives him a feeling of safety and security that he hasn't had in years. Sometimes it drives away his demons, while other times it allows him to feel comfortable expressing it.

You've seen more of Diluc Ragnvindr in those cuddle sessions that anyone else has.

AN: i don't actually know if i ever did this, so i'm doing it now. sorry for the long hiatus, life is packed full of stuff, as usual. i hope you all had a peaceful christmas and an equally peaceful new year's eve.

summary: love languages of the slashers, both receiving and giving.

warnings: mentioned sex in Bo's, mentioned weed and alcohol in Otis', canon backstories of the slashers

(𝕽𝖅) 𝕸𝖎𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖊𝖑 𝕸𝖞𝖊𝖗𝖘

Giving

Gift giving and acts of service describe Michael's style of loving you perfectly. He may not be the most talkative, physically affective partner, but he's protective and creative.

The protectiveness shows when he takes care of problems you have, no matter how small. The sink needs fixing? He's on it. You need help lifting something heavy? He's ready to flex those muscles. A person at work is annoying you? Just say the word and he'll take care of them.

The creativity becomes visible in the little gifts that get more individual the longer you know him. In the beginning, he gifted you nearly everything he could find: some candy, a dead mouse, sometimes pretty rocks. As time passes, he spends more time on them. Now you get carved bones, self-made masks, he even picks flowers now and then!

Receiving

Michael would never, ever ask for this, but I'm convinced he loves physical touch as a love language. It doesn't even have to be a big thing, Mikey already enjoys you stitching him up when he got hurt again. His personal heaven, though? You, laying on his chest while watching a hilariously bad horror movie and eating some take-out.

𝖁𝖎𝖓𝖈𝖊𝖓𝖙 𝕾𝖎𝖓𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖎𝖗

Giving

Totally quality time. It would be gifts, but Vincent's gifts are rarer than you'd expect. Most of the time, he gets too insecure and critical of the gift (mostly a drawing or a sculpture) which stops him from ever giving it to you.

Instead, he makes sure you're comfortable and safe in Ambrose. Whatever you want to do, Vincent will do it with you. Even if you just want to spend the day in bed and cuddle, he's absolutely down. Sometimes he organizes little dates for the two of you, where you can spend some time away from his brothers and the Sinclair residence. Especially after he was too focused on the museum for a while, cute dates are his way of apologizing.

Receiving

100% words of affirmation. While Vincent's childhood was filled with (mostly toxic) compliments, he hasn't heard them in a long, long time. And his little artist ego misses them dearly. It doesn't matter if you praise his art, or anything else, he loves it. He wants to hear how much you love him, that you'd never leave him. He can't relax without some reassuring words. The only compliments, he's sensitive about are the ones about his face.

𝕭𝖔 𝕾𝖎𝖓𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖎𝖗

Giving

With Bo, it's actually acts of service. Sure, he's physically expressive as well, always down to touch and caress you, but does he know how to show love through that? No.

He rather focuses on providing for you, mostly by earning a little money to get by. He also prides himself by being the go-to man for reparations around the house.

Receiving

Just like his twin, it's words of affirmation. Unlike Vincent, Bo never got any praise in his early years. He's never known the feeling of being complimented for anything else but his body or his ability to fuck someone. And he doesn't know how much he needs it until you show up. (Imagine him wanting nothing more than to make you proud, so he gets some praise. Shut up, I'm not crying.)

𝕷𝖊𝖘𝖙𝖊𝖗 𝕾𝖎𝖓𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖎𝖗

Giving

Oh, Lester loves to give gifts. He's super into crafting and collecting stuff he finds to make something new out of it. Stuff like bone necklaces, animals carved out of wood or self-made jewelry. They're always so beautiful, and you're sure he spends hours making them.

Though, during busy times, he has to content with a small bouquet of wildflowers he got for you. You're always excited anyway, no matter the size of the gift.

Receiving

I strongly believe one of Lester's dreams is a wholesome, domestic lifestyle with a spouse he can come home to. So it's acts of service. He loves coming home to a warm and comfortable home with you waiting for him. And if you cook him a meal? He's in heaven.

However, he also adores physical touch. Nothing is more relaxing than laying on your lap with your fingers in his hair.

𝕭𝖗𝖆𝖍𝖒𝖘 𝕳𝖊𝖊𝖑𝖘𝖍𝖎𝖗𝖊

Giving

I think it's obvious that Brahms' love language is physical touch. He can not keep his hands off of you. And he doesn't care whether you're busy or not.

To cut him some slack, there's no slasher that knows how to be as comforting with touch as Brahms is. Plus, his hands are the softest.

Receiving

Who would've thought, it's still physical touch. In addition to that, words of affirmation. Brahms loves touching, and he loves being touched equally much. He also likes being praised, as we all know.

On a more serious note, Brahms needs your voice to ground himself pretty often. His entire life was filled with so many rules and restrictions, it's strange to be a free man suddenly. Praising him, complimenting him, reassuring him - it often saves him from spiraling into a melt-down when something goes wrong.

𝕿𝖍𝖔𝖒𝖆𝖘 𝕳𝖊𝖜𝖎𝖙𝖙

Giving

Tommy prides himself as the provider of his family (because he is). Therefor, his love language is acts of service. He sews for you, he fixes things for you, he threatens Hoyt when he once again crosses a line. Thomas would do anything for you, really. His biggest fear is to be without you, and so he works hard to eradicate any chance of that ever happening.

Receiving

Thomas is so touch starved, he adores physical touch. Ever since he was born, people were too afraid or too disgusted to touch him, to even get close to him. The only exception was Luda Mae. He used to think he would die without knowing any loving touch.

And then you came around, and you're so affective, so sweet to him. Tommy doesn't think he deserves you, but whenever you touch him, he melts anyway.

𝕺𝖙𝖎𝖘 𝕯𝖗𝖎𝖋𝖙𝖜𝖔𝖔𝖉

Giving

As surprising as it sounds, Otis' love language is giving gifts. Otis isn't good with words (don't get me wrong, he can hold speeches like a champ, but let's be honest, he'd rather bite his tongue off than say anything emotional), he's often rougher than he'd like, he's lazy and his past-time activities are... special. In his eyes, there's only one way to prove his adoration, and it's surprisingly well-chosen gifts.

Otis always seems to know what you're currently interested in or what you wanted for a while. When he hands you the gift, he brushes it off like it's nothing, even if you're getting super emotional, but you know he means well. (He steals them, by the way, I don't think he pays for anything ever.)

Receiving

Otis loves to spend time with you, so quality time. He's been alone for so long, it's refreshing to have someone beside him who actually enjoys his company. Sure, he has his family, but nothing compares to the presence of a significant other. He loves movie nights with the two of you, even better if they involve weed or alcohol.

𝕭𝖆𝖇𝖞 𝕱𝖎𝖗𝖊𝖋𝖑𝖞

Giving

Spending quality time with you is one of her favorite ways to show her affection. It's up to you what the two of you are doing. Baby's down for doing each other's makeup, she's also down for robbing a bank. You have a lot of options.

Receiving

Baby loooooves getting gifts. It doesn't matter how expensive or big they are. Anything you decide to give to her is being cherished. Be it a lipstick you bought or a drawing of her, Baby will never forget it. Gifts make her feel so wanted, so spoiled.

Giving

Josef is very, very good with words, especially words of affirmation. It's kind of ironic, given how awkward he can be.

But really, he's praise as a person. Josef loves to compliment and worship you. No matter what you did, he has to make sure you know how much he adores and cherishes you and how wonderful you are.

Receiving

As seen in Creep 2, Josef needs someone to spend quality time with. Doesn't matter if you're going for a walk or just enjoying a bath together (we all know what scene I'm talking about), just being around you makes him happy.

Nevertheless, we also see him being extremely touch-starved. Josef is aching for some physical touch, and if you give it to him, he'll cherish the ground you walk on.

Giving

Jason is always proud to say he's a providing type of man. Acts of service are such an easy way for him to show his love. He hunts for the two of you, he cooks, he renovates, Jason is all about making your life as comfortable and easy-going as possible.

Jason misses words of affirmation. Just tell him how strong and attractive he is, and the boy is blushing redder than anything you've ever seen before. Praise about his work (as in his cooking or certain fixes he made) make him swell with pride as well. He adores how tender your voice is when you talk with him.

In Amanda's eyes, making sure you're safe is her number one priority. She protects you, she gives you a comfortable life, free of any worries she could possibly get rid of. Amanda misses the simple sensation of having dinner with someone she loves, or watching a movie cuddled together. Spending quality time is very, very important to her, and she often neglects tasks she got from John, simply because she misses your company.

Natasha is a very closed off person, but she never misses a chance to prove how much she loves you whether that's leaving you sweet notes to find when she leaves early for a mission, cooking you dinner so you can relax, or cuddling you in bed on a day off. She wasn't very good at it at first as she was raised with the phrase, “love is for children” but she definitely warmed up after a while. Her love language is 100% words of affection and acts of service.

She loves your smile as cheesy as it. She also loves when she's dating someone understanding and has a good work ethic. She loves dating someone who understands when she closes herself off or works long hours because she's not doing it to mean, it's just how she deals with things.

Once again, acts of service and words or praise are her love language so she'll definitely spend time in the kitchen with Wanda to help make you your favorite food and set up a nice warm bath for you. She always dreamed about living her life outside of the red room when she was in it and when she escaped, she thought she was going to spend the rest of her life alone which she was okay with until she met you. Now, when she thinks about her future, you're always in it. Whether that's with a few adopted children on a nice property somewhere, or still living your life you currently have- adding a few pets obviously- she's happy to just have you.

She's definitely more dominant as that's just a personality trait of hers but she also isn't as afraid as she used to be to show her soft side. She's not afraid to call you out when somethings wrong but she also knows that sometimes people just need space which she's happy to give you.

I definitely see Natasha being more of a petty type, but in the end she knows that to help keep your relationship stable you have to talk things out. She's always nervous to do it, but she loves you more than anything. Fights don't happen too often but when they do she tries her best not to let her anger boil over. Not a lot of things you do could ever make her mad, but as we all know, she definitely has a tendency to resort to anger when something goes wrong. She'd never lay a hand on you, but she does tend to yell when arguments break out.

100%. She's so grateful she found someone like you and even though she doesn't say that very often, she proves it with acts of kindness. She believes that anyone can say they are grateful for something, but proving that you are is worth so much more. Whether it's taking you out to a fancy dinner or a fun date, setting up a movie night or taking care of a mission report so you can relax, she always shows you that she's grateful for all you do for her.

Honest: (how honest is she to her s/o?)

Keeping secrets from you is something that she has due to her line of work but other than that, she is mostly honest with you. Sometimes she lies about her emotions, but in the end she always ends up telling you how she's feeling. If you ask her about something, she usually finds no reason to lie. She trusts you with her life so why wouldn't she trust you with her secrets?

Inspiration: (did her s/o inspire her to become a better person?)

Definitely. It's not like she was a bad person at first, but she definitely had a temper and tended to fight a lot. She didn't deal with her emotions well after years of not being able to, and you helped change that. You inspired her to be a better person and lover so that she could be what you deserve.

Jealousy: (does she get jealous? if so, how jealous?)

Natasha knows that you love her and wouldn't leave her for someone else unless she gave you a reason to but a lot of the time, it's just about the way people act towards you or look at you. Some person looking at you with lust filled eyes? Make a move on you and won't take no for an answer? They definitely earn a punch to the face from your girlfriend. After that, she'll ask you if you're okay and take you home to spend the rest of the night proving that your hers.

Kiss: (does she kiss her s/o often? where does she kiss you?)

Natasha loves kissing you, but she loves the way you scrunch up your face when she kisses your nose. You'll often joke when she does it that she “missed your lips” and she simply laughs and kisses you on the lips. Her kisses are usually soft and passionate, but trust that when her dominant side comes out, you're going to be pushed up against a wall and making out with her for hours.

Little ones: (how is she around kids?)

Even with her cold personality, children hold a special place in her heart as she will never be able to biologically have any of her own. She wants to eventually start a family with you, but for now she's fine with babysitting her teammates' kids sometimes or visiting the children's hospital in her superhero suit. When they scream and cry, she has to admit that she's not too great with dealing with that but she eventually just takes a deep breath and calms herself in order to help calm them. If that doesn't work, she calls in Wanda.

Marriage: (does she want to get married?)

Honestly, she doesn't care all that much. Obviously, marrying you would be nice but it's not necessary. She simply loves being with you and if you never get married, that's fine. If you do, great. She thinks about what it would be like often, but she knows that in the end you guys would still be as happy as you are now. The only thing that would change would be you have a piece of paper to hang on the wall that basically says, “I love this person so fucking much” and most of her friends already know she does.

Nicknames: (what nicknames does she call her s/o? Does she have any for them?)

She definitely likes more personal nicknames that all though it didn't take a lot of time to come up with them, it's something that shows how much you know each other. She uses regular nicknames too. Babe, darling, dear or any term of endearment in Russian are some of her favorites to use. She loves how flustered you get when she speaks in Russian, which is why she does it so often.

On Cloud Nine: (what's she like in love? is it obvious?)

I wouldn't exactly say it's obvious but the people that know Natasha personally can definitely tell when her moods are changing. She's nicer, calmer, and a whole lot more happy. It's the little things like the way she looks at you, the way she handles different problems that involve you, or the way she protects you.

PDA: (is she okay with showing off her relationship in public?)

It's not that she doesn't like to, it's just that she knows how uncomfortable it must be for others. She's not scared of what others would think, as she can protect herself and you easily, so she doesn't mind kissing you in public or hugging you. Holding hands is definitely her thing, so that she doesn't lose you in big crowds and so she can easily remind you that she's there for you when she notices you getting overwhelmed.

Quirk: (a trait of hers that makes her a great partner)

She is a great listener and notices the little things. She knows when you need her to be there or when you need space, she can literally read your emotions from the way your eyes look. She notices small things about you that nobody else does, and you often find a gift left for you on the counter if she hears you talking about wanting it in a conversation that you didn't think she was paying attention to.

She often says she's not romantic, but the date nights she plans prove otherwise. She doesn't exactly know how to show romance after years of not doing it, but she loves randomly saying something that causes you to grin and blush. She loves a routine, but she knows better than anyone that following the same one everyday can make you go insane. With that knowledge, she makes sure to plan fun date nights every once in a while, or just randomly go out and have fun. Even with her love of routines, she also loves being spontaneous in life and in her relationship. Other then that, she's fine with the daily life that you guys have. Work dury the day, sometimes she has missions in the evenings or at night, and spend whatever free time she has having a meal with you or cuddling.

She understands that she has some bad traits and tries her best to fix them if they're becoming a problem. A few of them are:

doesn't show emotions and instead bottles them up (which then causes outbursts)

stresses about little things that go wrong when planning something

always puts other before herself which sometimes leads to putting herself in danger

She knows that you struggle to understand her sometimes and she tries her best to help you.

She knows how much putting your relationship as one of her top priorities, and she does her best to do that. She's not one to blow you off the hang out with other people, but she knows that if she truly has to for something like a mission, she has a very understanding partner. She doesn't take advantage of that though, and she always makes sure to set aside time to spend with you if she's been very busy for a while.

I think that Natashas favorite season would be winter because she loves the cold.

Since it snows in New York, she will spend any free minute forcing you to come outside with her to play in it.

Snowball fights are definitely her thing.

She'll pull the rest of the avengers into it too, and her competitive side would quickly come out.

Loves hot chocolate and would have it for every single meal if you let her.

100% gets sick from days of not putting on a jacket while she goes outside like you told her to.

I feel like Natasha is a big physical touch person in a relationship but just doesn't like to show it around other people. She loves kissing you, will pull you into a hug randomly, or cuddle with you while you're doing simple tasks. Doing a mission report? She's there to hug you. Taking a shower? She's there to wash your hair for you and hug you. Cooking? She wraps her arms around you from behind and buries her face in your neck.

Yucks: (some things she doesn't like)

Natasha hates pickles. I don't know why but I just feel like she'd be the type to get a burger and pass her pickles onto one of her teammates plates. And pineapples, I think she'd hate pineapple flavored things or just the fruit itself because it makes her mouth “feel icky”. It's also well known that she hates working with people as a team especially on missions and even though she loves her teammates, she prefers to go on solo missions.

So for Z I couldn't pick between these 2 so I decided to do both lol:

Zeal: (would she go to great lengths for you/ or relationship? if so, how far)

Literally yall are the "Don't Blame Me” couple. She would do anything for you. You know how heros would give their love in order to save the world? Not her. She would rather die than let you die. It may seem dramatic, but you're her everything the same way she's yours. She would go so fucking far to protect you and what you guys have. There is very little she wouldn't do for you. Murder is not out of the picture.

Zzz: (how is she when she sleeps? Does she sleep walk? Sleep talk? nightmares?)

After her past in the red room, she definitely has nightmares that end with you guys watching TV in the living room as you try and help her sleep again. She also talks in her sleep. You've stayed up sometimes to listen to her say full sentences. It scared you at first because you would wake up to her seemingly talking to you but she would still be asleep. Other than that, she's a calm sleeper but also wakes up easily sometimes as she is always on high alert

he doesn't want you to feel like you have to walk on eggshells around him !! he's the most blunt person you will ever meet, and he doesn't care what other people think (until it comes to you, it seems)

Actually, yes! Here's some Dantae Headcanons!

𖦹 Dantae is 100% a dog person. He owns two great Dane’s! One is named Marco and the other Leon.

𖦹 Dantae definitely prefers a s/o that’s shorter than him for many reasons, mostly because he likes being able to lift up his s/o whenever he feels like it and because they pose less of a threat and won’t be nearly as difficult to subdue when times call for it. I won’t say he’s entirely against dating a taller s/o, but he’ll definitely be more apprehensive

𖦹 Dantae adheres to an exceedingly strict diet, making a conscious effort to minimize carb intake. He's seemingly one of those individuals dedicated to going to the gym, exercising at least twice daily, and meticulously upholding a balanced diet. Should you find yourself in a relationship with Dantae, he'll undoubtedly encourage you to embrace his dietary choices, despite knowing your aversion to it, in one way or another. Whenever you complain to him, he’d likely say something along the lines of, “I just want to help you keep that perfect figure, Cariño. Don’t be so angry..”

During your first date! You've went out together as friends before, but this one felt much different because it was romantic. He was so nervous, but all worry faded away the moment he saw your smile as you walked into the coffee shop.

Sohee's protective in a healthy amount. Wants to make sure you're safe and happy no matter where you are and what time it is, especially when he isn't with you. He'll get up and drive you home from a girls' night out, even if it's 3am. He lives by the motto "Better safe than sorry" >:)

He puts so much efforts into these things, it's insane. I'm talking about Sohee quietly waking up an hour before you to do the laundry and make you a cup of coffee, driving for two-hours so you could visit the beach you really wanted to go to, going for pottery classes so he could make a flower vase just for you.

He doesn't really think before he does things, and there are times that results in him getting himself hurt. You need to be there to remind him that doing tricks on a skateboard is more dangerous and difficult than it looks from YouTube videos.

Sohee doesn't really care about his looks. He focuses more on his personality and his attitude and how to improve it instead.

Not really, unless you've been apart from each other for a really long period of time. He's an independent boy, but he still needs his kisses before bed and someone to hug.

Sohee's very spontaneous. He could go from taking a nap on the couch to waking up and deciding to go rock climbing. It took you some time to get used to it, but now you're his partner in crime for his adventures.

He hates stuck-up, snobbish people. Watching them flaunt around and treat others as if they're the most important people of the world makes him sick to the stomach, and it reminds him to continue being humble.

He loves sleeping in his hoodies. Even if it's a sweltering hot summer night, he'll still pull on his fleece hoodie and fall asleep in it. It just feels so comforting to him, especially on nights where you're not around and he has to sleep alone.

obligatory this is not beta read LMAO its 6 am but i saw the ask and i started Writing sorry if i messed up 202049823008 words and have the grammar of an infant /exag

unsurprisingly, he is.. a bit of a dick! generally cold and silent and will probably look dazed when you show them affection. he's very dense as well, subtle little things go RIGHT over his head.

he has his struggles with emotional intimacy as well, gift giving and acts of service end up being their primary love languages. he loves to give you gifts of little things he creates and has definitely made a little machine guy for you! it doesn't do much though, just flashes some little messages of care.

continuing on his machinery, they spend a LOT of time on those things. its one of the only things you'll get him to talk about for more than a few sentences - absolutely in-love with the way robotics work. that being said, they will 100% ramble to you. they're normally not that emotional, but it makes him really happy when someone listens to him about his robotics. he'll go out of his way to help you understand, even!

more physical stuff, their mandibles do get in the way sometimes. the ones on his mouth are a little rough but kept clean, so they aren't too bad when it comes to kisses. the head ones though can be a little uncomfortable, having to slot yourself in-between them and they've scratched against you a few times. they've never hurt you though, only tickle a little, caused for a few funny moments.

cuddling, hugs, all that stuff with them they're INSANELY open for. will he ever ask for it himself? no, but its almost like he can sense when you're about to ask with how fast he says yes. he might be a teensy bit touch starved, but you'll never get them to admit that lmao

you, 100%, WILL catch him staring. he is captivated in you, that much is obvious - over and over again staring at you with the most love struck eyes before jumping and quickly looking away every time you catch him. he'll play it off like it hasn't happened every time, don't even get him to TRY and admit it you will FAIL

more of a detail, but he chitters a lot when you both cuddle - more or less mumbling to him. yet, it makes little rumbles in his chest and its obvious when he's doing it. you aren't supposed to know what he's saying, its in his native language of course - but its all sweet nothings. he does it subconsciously, but its cute nonetheless.

to end on a rather soft note, he loves you more than you ever know no matter what. you infect his mind, his work, his hobbies and he hates it in a way - but all in all he doesn't want it gone. :}
