In my save file I got Gale's horny-after-battle conversation immediately after reviving him from unconsciousness. It adds a certain flavor that this is the first thing he says after being knocked out cold.

Final entry! Tav's life after the adventure ends...

I'm sure it took a lot of coddling from Tav and a lot of courting from Zevlor, but they're now the happiest trouple in Waterdeep. Gale and his paladins… and tressym. I think Zevlor's body temperature runs high and Gale is a little distressed by Tara's tendency to favour his lap as a consequence. Tara and Tav have a bit of a dog/cat relationship but it's all good.

Gale is a professor, Zevlor has joined the city guard as a training instructor, and Tav keeps hiring themselves as private security and working with the church of Helm. They occasionally go on trips—to look for artefacts, rare books, or the men coming along on one of Tav's occasional escort missions—and reminisce about their time on the road. But they all have well furnished bags of holding and don't travel rough unless they have to.
