We are afraid of our uncomfortable feelings, people around us become concerned about us when we start to change, when we seem different.

They leave.

When we do Soul work others may become agitated with us, because we are not the identity/persona they want us to be for them. People will naturally leave our life experience as we grow.

We cannot pass through our stages of growth without feeling uncomfortable as we come out of our unconscious shadows.

It may not be easy for others to see.

But we need to pass through our own deconstruction, our falling apart, becoming a mush within, so that in the alchemical flames fanned by conscious awareness, we recombine & transform, we metamorphose into that Soul/Butterfly that flies free from the cocoon to show its full beauty in the world.

Our worldly beauty, a reflection of consciousness, cannot emerge without the discomfort of change & letting go of the old.

All it requires is our allowing for the process to go through its natural stages until we reach the other side.

It does not ask of us to do anything, only allowing the false, constricting ego boundaries to burn away & to collapse so that Soul can shine through.
