i had therapy today. turns out i was a different alter last week that; cancelled todays appointment (therapist didnt have anyone else in this block so i was able to be seen), emailed therapist TWICE, and acted completely different to me.

i havent talked much about my experiences with my therapist on here, mostly bc ive been working on being able to have better communication between parts, however she dhared something really interesting with me the other day.

my therapist, who has a long history of working with clients with CDDs and has a CDD, says she was a system before she was born. she recognizes that she was BORN as a system and that the trauma she faced did affect her system, but she was still born as one.

idk it feels good to know my therapist recognizes endogenic plurality, even if thats not the word she uses for it.
