#my story idea
Note
BESTIE I didn't know you had Arthurian inspired oc's! :D
Hellooooooo buddy! And why yes, I do!
This is an original story idea I've been thinking about for a while, it's set in a sci-fi fantasy world with mecha and stuff, but follows the cast of the Arthurian legends. Specifically, the protagonist is Mordred who Does Not Have A Good Time throughout this entire story. I don't have a title for it yet, nothing has clicked so far, though a placeholder name is “The Sunset Knight”. (Mordred does technically has an OC tag on my blog however I've been wanting to revamp stuff and the only two original posts about Mordred, I think I might want to go and change a couple things.)
This world has a source of power that fuels ships and mechs and stuff, I haven't named it yet but let's call it Phantasm. It can be utilized both by machine and living things, and the living beings who can manipulate raw Phantasm are dubbed sorcerers. Morgana is a sorceress and Merlin is a sorcerer, for example. Most others rely on sci-fi esque equipment to wield that power without backlash.
The mechs in the Arthurian-inspired world probably have different grading based on mythological beasts or smth, I need to expand on that, and dragon mechs are both the rarest and only a select few with “dragon blood” are able to pilot them, so the Pendragons basically? There might've been other dragonblood bloodlines in the past but they're dead now, dead at Uther's hand because that guy is a massive jerk who conquered everything and beyond. And Arthur... unfortunately holding up that paradigm even though he doesn't conquer, and is actively trying to make things suck less. Anyways, back to the mechs—
Bc the dragons put so much strain on the pilots (or “riders/dragonriders” as they might be called in that world) on energy consumption in exchange for bigger firepower, rare and unique powers, etc, dragonriders unfortunately tend to die quick save for a few who have extensive support and/or a hugeass powerful Phantasmic core. Not all dragonblood are born with such massive reserves! And theoretically, a sorcerer with a massive Phantasm reserves could technically try to pilot one, but... there's a compatibility lock of sorts, incompatible pilots must pour in more Phantasm, and that drains them faster than it would drain a dragonblood.
Arthur is a dragonrider, blessed with both intensive support from Merlin's end, and in possession of a large amount of Phantasm thanks to his maternal side.
(I'll get to the actual protagonist, I swear, I just gotta set the stage first)
So Uther... conquered Igraine's kingdom (planet?) (Igraine was the ruling queen, queen regnant, and her husband Gorlois was the consort, I forget what I named this place), killed Gorlois, took and wed Igraine by force, and had Arthur with her because he wanted his offspring and heir to have massive power. Igraine's line was that of powerful sorcerers. Morgana was Igraine and Gorlois' daughter, who is very much not happy about what Uther had done to her family and homeland.
Years pass, Uther dies, Arthur is revealed to be heir where before he was raised in secret, he becomes king and starts trying to fix and calm stuff down, and Morgana, fed up with Uther's bullshit, very strongly demands that her kingdom be given back to her. And Arthur, who's grown to be this cold, sharp, exhausted individual who's trying to put out the fires his father had started, says “no, absolutely not, I'm trying to bring peace and if I give in to you now others will want the same and it will be chaos all over again because the threat of you hovering over the horizon. just have faith in me, your home planet will be fine, I promise. also you're married to a lord, you have a domain, go and take care of that.” and Morgana's having none of that because she doesn't even like Lot, it was an unwanted marriage forced on her by Uther who wanted her as far away from her homeland as possible. She wants her birthright restored, for the wrongs committed against her mother righted, just... she wants justice. And she's not getting it from Arthur. So fed up, she books it, builds a faction of her own to rebel against Uther's legacy, the one Arthur is trying to uphold.
Morgana, with her extensive knowledge and resourcefulness and creativity, creates a dragon mech. So those things require a specific core, so to speak, harvested from true dragons, those impossibly huge, cosmic sort of entities, nebulous and so incomprehensibly large... Okay, you know whale falls, right? A whale's corpse falls to the ocean floor and critters feed on it, never having known a living whale? To them, a whale's body is just an impossibly large bounty? Yeah, kinda those vibes. Maybe the true dragons are dead, with their corpses floating around in the universe. I see them less as a creature with a body and more a... deity? a collection of stars and planets? I dunno, just incomprehensible. So Morgana makes one, somehow obtains Arthur's genes (I mean, in the myths they have incestuous sex and out pops Mordred from that, but this is sci-fi, and because it's me so many characters have a wonky gender axis going on so they might not even be cis, who knows), and creates Mordred for the purpose of piloting the dragon she created. Man that thing needs a name.
So the mech Mordred's piloting, it's... one of the more energy-intensive ones specifically crafted by Morgana's faction to be extra destructive, and yet Mordred is not terribly affected by it— they still are but not to the extent they should have, and everyone chalks up to the dragonblood genes. But there's something else going on under the surface. But I'll get to that later.
So Mordred's character is... someone who's been so intensely shaped by their surroundings and circumstances. They were born to fulfill a certain role. They are unable to see themselves outside of this role they play, this mission they have. The quote “you need the sickness inside you like a body needs a spine. you may survive without it, but oh, how deformed and misshapen you'd become” basically is their whole deal. Their loyalty is madness, and their madness is loyalty.
Still, though, there lies a hole in their heart, a yearning, a hunger, a want. What it is that they want, they can't articulate. They don't understand. They don't understand the hole, so they don't understand what would fill it. It is why they try to dedicate 110% of themselves to their role, in hopes that it'd fill the hole, or at least not make them think about it.
Still, they yearn.
Later in the story, it would be revealed that they're not actually Mordred, not the one Morgana created with her and Arthur's genes. That Mordred? Dead. Dead from the strain of piloting the dragon Morgana made. They were a child, and they've been long dead. Morgana uploaded their conscious into the dragon mech to assist the new pilot and help take on some of the strain. Serving the cause, even beyond their death.
So then, who is this Mordred?
From another world.
Yes, folks, this is an isekai. From the moment I conceived of this idea, I wanted it to be an isekai. The pain of being unable to return home. The realization that even if you got back to your home world, you would no longer fit into it. The horror of having been forced to change so much that your home becomes unrecognizable to you. And being unable to bear this world you're in as well. You don't have anywhere to go anymore.
The realization breaks something in Mordred (this Mordred, not the dead one). So in a fit of desperation to be away, away from the place that they can't see the same anymore, they leave. They leave Morgana's side, and enters Camelot to serve Arthur in the vain hope that they might be able to choose something for themselves, make themselves anew, be free and happy for once even if they can no longer go home. Maybe, just maybe, they could make a home out of Camelot.
(Remember that the earliest written version of Mordred wasn't really said to be against Arthur or a traitor or a villain, or even Arthur's son, it only describes the battle of Camlann as just “The strife of Camlann, in which Arthur and Medraut fell.”, not indicating at all if they were on the same side or against each other or if Mordred was responsible for Arthur's downfall. In fact, in early Welsh sources, he seems to have been described as “Arthur's strength, the good nature of Medrawd”. Kinda relevant to this Mordred, kinda not, just an interesting thing to keep in mind.)
This is when they meet Guinevere.
In one (or several?) version of the Arthuriana, Mordred weds Guinevere by force, in mayhaps another version she may or may not have gone willingly with Mordred? And in one of the versions (probably French, I forget which one, help) that follow that line of events, uh, Guinevere is slain by Lancelot for betraying Arthur and Mordred is either buried alive with her corpse or gets locked in a tower with her corpse. And he cannibalizes her body out of desperation, and still dies of starvation.
So, yeah. This version of Guinevere becomes Mordred's love interest and so the doom clock starts ticking :)
Also, Guinevere's gender is a big ol “???” by design. Male? Female? Cis? Trans? Who even knows, Guinevere goes by both he and she. Anyways, moving on from that—
Mordred meets Guinevere, this gentle-handed fella who loves plants. And they grow a close bond, which slowly but surely develops into romance.
In this version, Guinevere isn't in love with Arthur, though he does idolize the King, believing in his vision and wanting to support that. There might or might not be push from others for the two to be betrothed to each other, I don't know how such things would work in a world like this just yet but well this is still just a fledgling idea— Arthur takes one look at Guinevere and is like “that is an entire child” and refuses to wed her.
I... am not sure whatever the hell I want to do with the character of Lancelot.
Like, I know how the cultural context surrounding the Arthuriana shaped and influenced his character, his courtly love turned into adultery etc etc, but I don't know what spin I want to put to his character. Yet. Currently leaning towards a fucked up sense of codependent devotion towards his king. Like “my king only deserves the best and by the dragons I will fucking give it to him no matter what anyone else has to say about it” and maybe he sees Guinevere as something extraordinary and thus... by imposing his own view on him he tries to yoink Guinevere for Arthur and... hm. Still up in the air, honestly.
How long has this fucking post gotten?
Okay imma just try to rapid-fire the ensuing stuff bc it's not like I have the details yet anyways: Mordred enters the Round Table -> Mordred and Guinevere fall in love -> things are fine until they aren't -> some revelation breaks Mordred's faith in Camelot -> maybe Morgana is slain, she's out of the picture for some reason -> Mordred forms their own faction from the remnants of Morgana's, goes against Camelot -> it goes on -> CAMLANN -> in the meanwhile Lancelot gets to Guinevere, uh-oh -> Arthur vs Mordred, big showdown, Arthur dies and Mordred is seriously feeling the consequences of the strain + pretty sure the mech is barely holding together at this point -> an exhausted Mordred and broken mech get their asses whooped by Lancelot, probably -> entombed alive -> cue cannibalism -> Mordred may or may not get isekai'd again at near death -> now they have to navigate this while ridden with guilt and grief and truly having nothing
So... yeah! This is a gist of what this story is about! Many details are still yet up in the air, I completely omitted the post-cannibalism stuff, the broken traumatized mess Mordred becomes by that point, if you'd like to know more I'll tell you but for now... this is it!
Oh! Almost forgot— I've drawn little concept sketches for Mordred!

Just an idea—
Rise!Leo in another world together with 2k12!Raph
Part 2!
Here’s part 1:
____________
Leon suppressed a groan as he carefully wrapped his mask around the metal that he pressed on his leg. It was makeshift and not perfect, but at least his broken bone can somewhat heal correctly.
Hopefully.
Leon peeked behind the corner.
Floating debris and a grey void met him. No Krang.
Leon pushed himself away from his little stone-box he had hidden in and floated through the grey, boring void, pushing himself from debris to debris to find a new spot to hide in before he had to move again.
Leon blinked awake, two suns greeting him like they want to mock him and Leon wishes that he could just turn around and continue sleeping, in hopes of dreaming of his family or maybe just him running over a green field of grass with colorful flowers and butterflies…
“You awake yet?”, other-Raph asks grumpily and Leon looks over to see him craving a piece of wood into a shape of a cat with a pocket knife.
Leon huffs, but sits up to wrap his scarf, which he used as a blanket, back around his neck.
“Yeah”, he says and looks around.
It has been over a month now, since they had dropped into this- this world.
They wondered through the strange forest a lot, meeting more creatures that want to eat them and no matter how far they go, they’re unable to find anything but red, dark woods.
Leon wanted nothing more than to go home and Raph (now dubbed Grumpy or Red for now) doesn’t have it any better.
Red twisted the wooded art in his hand. The cat was extremely detailed, even if it looked weird to Leon. The cat was liquid-like, with a long, drippy tail and ears and it almost looked like it was melting in its craved bowl.
“This is ice-cream-kitty”, Red explained at Leon’s confused expression and Leon sat up straighter, attention on Red in hopes of learning more of the closed-off turtle that had been his companion for the last month.
“She’s Mikey’s pet”, was all Red had said before putting the wooden art into his bag.
Red was hunting a lot, using the monsters skin to create clothing for himself or materials for the both of them.
Leon made sure that they were fed and healthy, cooking the monster’s meat over the green fire and always checking first if anything was poisonous.
Most of the plants growing here, were actually like the ones at home, making it easier for Leon to make medicine and for them to actually find something to eat - like raspberries or strawberries…
Red pulled out another figure from his bag.
Leon knows this one as Red had very often stared at the wood. It was a turtle-like creature and Red had only told him, that it was a turtle alien, that it’s name is Chompy and that it was Red’s pet/son.
Leon doesn’t ask for anything personal and nor does Red; they just take any information that is provided them and go on with their day.
Leon nods and his eyes flicker around the area again - the large trees with their dark wood and strange engravings that Leon couldn’t figure out and their red leaves, that are as big as Leon’s hand.
Red now had a white-grey leather jacket on with white, fluffy fur on its hood - it wasn’t as well crafted as the ones from the humans, but it was better than nothing.
Leon admired how well Red seemed to adapt to the woody surroundings, his craftsmanship and how the other never seemed to be afraid of kicking any monsters butt.
Leon kind of looked up to the guy, but he would never admit that out loud, so instead he stood up, patting the dust and dirt clumps off his clothes and scales and took one of the last pieces of meat off of the fire that now was too small to even remotely burn their food, however, it was enough to keep it warm.
Leon munched on it; it was dry and hard to chew, cutting it the other day was a hassle and there was nothing to make it taste any more better than a piece of leather from a sale-store — don’t ask him how he knows how that tastes- it just tastes really, really bad. Two really’s.
Not even the herbs Leon found made it better, but they shouldn’t complain. This was better than starving or not being able to eat anything other that raspberries or strawberries.
Now that Leon really thinks about it, everything in this forest seems to be red.
The plants, the trees, the creatures.
They all are red, maybe in different shadings, but they are red.
Everything except them, the fire and that one water stream they had come across.
The water…
The water was a strange thing here as well — it was orange and no fish swam in it.
Leon still vividly remembers how they had tried to wash their clothes in the stream, wanting to get rid of the dirt and grime and instead almost lost everything they had.
The water was acid.
Leon remembers how loud Red had screamed — full of agony that made his blood run cold and his mind being transported temporarily to the moment when Donnie was ripped out of the technodrome and his screams echo through the space ship.
Leon looked over to Red, who now started to eat as well, and his eyes landed on the burned, mangled scales on the side of Red’s hand — it wasn’t much, but Leon had been afraid that he couldn’t fix this.
There were no herbs in the forest that could correctly help Red heal, so now, the scarred scales stayed as an reminder to never touch the orange water ever again.
Leon swallowed down the last bite of his dry food.
But for some reason, they didn’t need water.
Ever since they had gotten here, Leon never once felt thirsty.
Nor did Red.
Leon clicked his tongue, standing up and walking a few feet way from the fireplace to do his daily stretches.
He does this ever since he was able to walk again after the Krang-invasion and Red often joined him or even asked if they could do a quick sparring session with him to which Leon gladly agreed.
Red didn’t know about Leon’s ninpo and Leon didn’t intend on telling him anyway. For now.
And it would be pretty unfair to use his teleportation-powers if the other doesn’t even seem to know what a ninpo was in the first place.
Leon had asked once, what Red’s ninpo was and the way the other had looked at him told him everything.
Red doesn’t have a ninpo.
And when Red asked what the hell that was, Leon had just answered, that it was the thing that kept him going- a skill, a specialty.
Maybe he should’ve just told Red, but Leon had grown enough to know that he shouldn’t just tell someone his whole life story, just because you work together.
So Leon didn’t and Red doesn’t seem to want to talk about his life either, so there’s that.
Red stood up as well, whipping off the crumbs from his hands and lap and the joined Leon.
After their stretches, Red had requested another spar and Leon had agreed easily.
He wasn’t sure if Red wanted to spar because he found it fun or to let off some steam or to get rid of the stress and just not think for a moment and let muscle instinct lead or if Res wanted to figure out how Leon fought in case the would fight against each other for real one day.
But Leon doesn’t really care. For him, sparring was fun, to get rid of his pent up energy, so he could think more clearly and not get distracted by other things.
Red had won. Again.
Leon doesn’t win spars that often when he fought Red, which was a surprise, since not only was Leon a goddamn super-soldier, had mystical powers and was super awesome, but he was quick and fluid as well, not staying still for too long.
But Red seemed to be able to handle Leon’s quick moves, able to use Leon’s strength against him and honestly? It was fucking cool.
Leon had begged for Red to teach him how to use the opponent’s strength against him — that surely will be important in the future — and Red had agreed easily.
Now Leon had greater advantage, but he was still no heavy hitter nor could he seem to knock Red to the ground.
Red was strong and could pack a punch like it was nothing and if Leon hit Red hard enough for the other to fall to the ground, the guy got up almost immediately after.
It was kind of scary and yet exciting at the same time.
Not even his Raph could stay on his feet for that long, since Leon took Raph’s huge body or more the weight of his older brother to his advantage and just tripped the guy whenever he pleased — even if it was hard — but with Red it was a lot harder.
Exciting.
Leon rolled over the ground with a loud groan, complaining about having lost like a little child that was complaining about not having gotten that stuffed toy they wanted so much.
“Quit your whining, Stripes”, Red scoffed, but there was a certain fondness in his toxic green eyes that made Leon grin up at the guy.
“Why? Does it annoy you?”, he asked teasingly, quickly jumping to his feet and striding over the the slightly shorter turtle.
Red only rolls his eyes and Leon pouts. What a kill-joy.
“Come on. We have to get moving”, Grumpy grumbled and walked over to the fireplace to pick up his self-made bag.
Leon whined, but began to gather their things as well — not that it was much anyway.
He watched Red pull his leather glove over his burned hand, protecting it from getting dirt in it and maybe not to look vulnerable as well.
“Got everything?”, Leon asked and his voice cracks unpleasantly, forcing him to clear his throat and rub the scarred scales gently in hopes of getting the soreness out, but to no avail.
If red noticed the crack on Leon’s voice, he was nice enough not to mention it and instead only nodded.
They started to walk north again, a direction that Red and Leon had agreed upon a few weeks ago, instead of aimlessly wondering around.
The trees and plants grew more darker here for some reason — in a bloody shade of red that Leon doesn’t like at all, even if he’s the one who has to handle blood the most.
Leon traced the engravings on one of the trees with his fingers when they decided to take a small break from their constant walking.
It almost felt like the writing that was used for the blind just… different. It was hard to explain, but he certainly found the engravings interesting to say the least.
Leon had found a notebook in one of his pouches a few weeks ago with a pen — he doesn’t know when he put it there, but it was certainly before he landed here, however, he couldn’t remember why he decided to carry an empty notebook around with him in the first place…
But Leon began to write down re-occurring symbols which he found engraved in the red trees or what he found out about which creature that lived in the forest, together with herbs and plants — surely that would be important in the future.
Red turned out to be a great artist — just like his little brother, Mikey — and Leon allowed Red to draw into the notebook whenever they found a new creature and such.
Red doesn’t say it, but Leon sees that the other was utterly grateful for being able to draw again.
Leon wonders if Red does graffiti as well or draws or sketches his family as often as Leon’s little brother does…
But Leon was sure that, if Red and Mikey would ever meet, that they would most certainly bond over art. Definitely.
Leon flips through the pages of his notebook, noting down which symbols he had seen how often until now, before flipping onto the page with the spiky monster that Leon had encountered when he first landed here.
Leon wanted to name the thing “Spike” but Red had looked at him like he had seen a ghost when he heard the name…
Leon wasn’t sure what it was about, but he quickly changed the name to “Monstruo stacheliges” instead — he just never wants Red to look at him that way again. It was haunting.
Leon groaned.
He was bored and he was sure that Grumpy would snap at him any minute now about how annoying he was.
He grumbled under his breath and out of pure desperation he stuck his hand into one of his pouches in hopes of finding a card game or something — Leon had gotten himself mystic pouches after the Krang incident and they were incredibly deep, that not even Leon himself knows what he had hidden in them anymore and it was more that Leon could hardly remember what had happened after the Krang incident and less that Leon was simply forgetful.
Suddenly his fingers brushed the corner of Donnie’s rubix cube — he had forgotten that he was carrying his brothers fidget toys around with him — and grabbed it.
His arm was so deep in the pouch that Red stared at him with the most widest eyes in the entire world and Leon remembers that Red wasn’t really familiar with this kind of stuff — or maybe he was and Leon just doesn’t know yet or maybe Red knows magic and mystic, but in a different way that Leon knows it… Who knows?
Anywhizzle—
Leon pulls out the rubix cube with the brightest eyes, shoving it under Red’s nose with a loud “Ah-Ha!” before taking Red’s hand and placing the colorful cube onto the scarred palm.
Red splutters, looking between the cube and Leon back and fourth with the utmost bewilderment and confusion Leon had ever seen on a turtle — or anyone for that matter.
“How— What?!”
Leon watched Red in a mix out of pure amusement and sympathy — for one, Reds reaction for being able to stuff his arm into his pouch as deep as he has, was absolutely hilarious, but Leon could also understand that it may hadn’t been the best way of telling Red that his pouches were way deeper than they look…
Perhaps not the smartest idea, but it was too late now…
Leon wonders if they ever find a village or any kind of civilization…
Wouldn’t that be swell?

Story/Series ideaaaaaa
Reader’s info: (y’all can change this if you want to)
: chill, intimidating, badass, nonchalant but also very flirty with Natasha, has the “It is what it is” mentality
Gender : y’all can decide
G!p/intersex: y’all can decide
Height : 6 feet
Love interest: Natasha Romanoff
And if yall plan to include smut, can y’all make it top reader plsss lmaoo. I love being Natasha’s bitch but we need some more top reader stories lol
Someone make a story/series where the reader wakes up in one of the marvel movie(prob AOU) and R meets the avengers and the R is like “you’re scarlet Johansson, Chris evans etc.” but the avengers doesn’t understand R cause they’re not from “our universe”. Since the reader is from our universe, R knows what will happen (ex: Ultron appearing at the party, Pietro, Natasha and Tony dying etc) r ends up helping the avengers and warns them when and how events/fights will happen basically helps them alter the universe or some shit like that. And at the end, the avengers finds a way for the R to go home to “our universe” then y’all can decide if R wants to stay or go home.
Idk if this is a good idea or not but ehh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Story idea for rdr
The orphanage John Marston was in for a period got me thinking; what if insead of the childeren being adopted by families they are being sold to supernatural being only to be dinner. John somehow finds out about this gruesome transaction. He is left with the choice to run or be some monsters dinner.
(This idea is inspired by the promised Neverland)

Imagine a love story between two people who are both writers. One of them is a romance author and the other one is a thriller/mystery author. This is the story idea that popped into my mind in the middle of class today.

I have an idea for a “groundhog day” inspired story for Stranger Things (although in this story it would be more along the lines of “groundhog week”). There’s no romance unless you count the canon romances, but I love Gen fic’s so in this idea the canon romances are background.  It will also heavily be a season 2 alternate universe from the very beginning and onward as the week keeps repeating; and the idea is to have the story follow Billy and Max with them being stuck in the time loop together.
I know the time loop thing has been done before, but those stories haven’t been updated or finished in a while, and also I really just want more stories with Billy and Max working through their issues together. I love reading Harringrove or Mungrove, but sometimes I just wanna see a Gen Fic that focus’ solely on family or found family. I wanna see Billy and Max repair things and come to an understanding and actually grow closer and bond as siblings. I want them to become a team and be absolute menaces' against Hawkins and the Upside Down. I need to flesh the story idea out, and once I do that I'll post it, but I doubt I'll ever actually write it in story form unfortunately. BUT, I do give permission to anyone else who’s willing to write it, so long as I'm tagged (1, so I get credit but 2 so I can actually read it XD)

I’m so tired that every version of the future in media is like: super-high tech, big ugly dark cities, depression, sadness, powerty, a lot of neon lights.
Like...no. I don’t want that. What about a future, where the environmental disaster happens... it’s almost the end of the world... and then suddenly an ancient power is awaken and people start getting elemental magic powers that help them save themselves? The population and the size of land is way smaller, but those who survived created a new society, where there is a huuuuge shift into the nature? Yes, there is technology, but it is limited, since the new people don’t want to make the same mistakes as we did, and want to make earth habitable once again (without their magic)? Everything is cottagecore, people live in smaller cities, the big cities are all covered in ivy and trees.

STAR & SKY: STAR IN MY MIND
Okay, as much as I wanted to I did not like SKY IN YOUR HEART. I didn't hate it either but for me the chemistry between Prince and Fah was just non-existence. In my mind I wished Kuafah and TyPhoon (PHANUROJ CHALERMKIJPORNTAVEE aka PEPPER) were coupled.
Plus they had chemistry to burn. I envisioned an enemy to lover trope. Fah is a successful doctor. Phoon is a medical student who was in love with Fah's precious brother Daonuea. His boyfriend for day caused quite a stir for Daonuea and Khabkluen leading Dao to claim hatred for Kluen (though not true)
Phoon was a decent misguided guy and he deserved better than he got. What if instead of Tale of Thousand Stars Knock off story it was a intern story. Where Phoon was assigned to learn from Kuafah plus more doctors. But Fah remembers what Phoon did to his brother so they don't get along at first until Fah realizes Phoon is not a bad guy though butting head for a bit would be perfect for the enemies to lovers trope.
Oh well. That didn't and won't happen but look at this...
Tumblr media
Phoon looking like he wants to kill Fah. And Fah looking un-bothered. There's more chemistry here than between Fah and Prince. But can't rewrite what's done.
So Congratulations to engaged DR. KUAFAH & TEACHER PRINCE.

I Am Writing To You Once Again Chaper 3- Mayiss
Ok look. So maybe telling the police I had done nothing wrong and didn't remember the last 48 hours was a bad idea. Honestly, though, I would still probably be in a psych ward even if I told the truth.
I mean who looks at someone claiming innocence while being the only person within 5 miles of a burned down building in the middle of nowhere and says, yeah, that one's sane. I guess I maybe should've thought if a believable lie, but really, I didn't mean to commit arson, it sorta just happened.
Like, I get that arson is bad, and that felonies are illegal and stuff, but really, a psych ward? I am supposed to write this letter "to a loved one or gaurdian" which I think means they're trying to make me comfortable here, but I will do no such thing. Instead, I have been chewing on my mattress so they think I'm crazy enough they just kill me already.
That was kind of a joke. I don't want them to kill me, but I do chew on my mattress to freak them out. Anyways, they just said I have five minutes left to write my letter, which us kinda unfair because I've basically been doing nothing all day, and this is the only time I've left my room. But whatever I suppose.
Bye to nobody, because I'm not sending this letter I guess.
When I set the pen down, which felt odd in my hand, it was much to smooth for my liking, I rest my head on the table.
The table is cold and metal, but there's not much else to do. And, I haven't met a single person in the 24 hours I've been here.
In my opinion, thats ridiculous. I guess I should enjoy the time outside my room, but that's really hard to do when I just in another room. Just as I'm about to be taken away from the writing room though, I grab the pen and stuff it in my pockets, along with a few of the sheets of paper.
When the intercom buzzes it says "Mayiss Mercian may now be escorted to her room" and the masked people come and grab me roughly.
I Bite one of them on the arm, trying to writhe away from them, and poke at the other two, trying to hit an eye. They pull my arms so they're all the way behind my back and I am helpless, and then throw me into my room, locking the door firmly behind me, almost reminding me I cannot escape.
This room is plain, boring, and just another cage to live in.
I've been in cages before. I know the best thing to do is to lie down in defeat. But if these people know as much as I suspect, they think I won't fight. Well suprise, suprise, motherfuckers, I'm fighting back, and I will get out of here. You can't contain me. I really don't want to hurt them, but when push comes to shove, we're all animals and I will do what it takes to survive.

Some spins on the "mostly male team with a token woman" trope:
The woman is trans and stayed in her old circle of bros even after transition
The woman is the only one in her circle of "girls" who didn't turn out to be a trans man

If my mom sees a significant amount of blood she gets lightheaded, and has fainted on some occasions. Once it happened when we were kids, I wasn't there to witness it but I heard the story from my dad. Basically my brothers, around 7 or 8 at the time, were playing outside while my mom was making their lunch, and she accidentally cut her finger. It wasn't anything serious, but it drew a fair bit of blood and she passed out. My dad saw this and rushed over, but he didn't really know what to do so he just sort of started slapping her to wake her up (not recommended, but he had no idea and panicked)
At that exact moment my brothers both came in from playing, and all they saw was our mom unconscious on the floor and our dad slapping her. So, like, without even saying a word to each other they both just INSTANTLY start whaling on him, like, full blown attack mode to defend our mom. Which obviously didn't help the situation, but she did wake up and everything was fine.
Now our dad says that he's actually really glad they attacked him over what they thought was going on, because it means he raised good boys. And I still think that's true, they're very good boys.

Tried imagining a world where all religions and mythologies existed within the same universe. A historical fantasy world basically
Powerscale:
Mono Gods like christians are overpowered BUT their miracles depend on the amount of disciples. Poly gods like the greek gods are seamlessly blended with regular humans with slight abilities and immortality. Creatures are just as powerful as they are, but no world breaking but large surrounding area breaking is allowed like a small island (unless…)
Religions do not affect believers of a different religion than them UNLESS they convert, this also allows infighting. One party can overpower the other parties religion if their territory is marked. The more marked a territory is, the more effective or powerful the religion it’s representing is. There’s also the advantage of wielding signifiers on yourself. There is strength in numbers. The markings or signifiers can be replaced or destroyed depending on what it is (shrines, trinkets, statues, dead bodies, paintings, etc.).
(Edit: almost forgot): Good luck being an atheist LOL. You gain ZERO belief privileges but no religions work on you. If you’re agnostic, any religion can influence you but you can have minuscule or every so often miracles. You can still interact with mythical creatures (meaning they can also still interact with you 😈). These guys probably created technology.
idk how offensive or ignorant this might get so i’m gonna not mention any plots i’ve thought of

Got another story idea for ya.
Colter is at a mining village which gave me some interesting supernatural ideas. Like what if the reason the closed down wasn't due to cleaning out resources but supernatural means instead?
A cave in that resulted in cannibalism that changed the workers into man eating monsters.
Maybe there are clues like notes and old new papers scattered about?
Good idea if you have a character who hunts monsters. Also good for spooks and make colter more interesting.
You can use my ideas/story prompts if you want thats why I post them 😊

new story idea: a descendant of odysseus has always been told to stay out of the water because of an old family “curse” essentially dooms them to die the second they get to any bodies of water, whether it be via drowning or some other nasty method
of course he doesn’t believe in it and takes a job as a sailor on a ship only to find out that, holy shit, not only are the greek gods and the heroes that encountered them real, but he’s related to one of those heroes and the god of the sea wants to fucking END his bloodline
would it essentially be the odyssey: part 2? maybe. do i think it would be fun anyway? yes. am i gonna make it sad? heeheeheehee
this concept has been consuming my brain for days and i needed to get it out somewhere lol
