Trey + Ace/Deuce <3

⋆ Ace can understand why you’d brag about Trey. I mean it’s Trey Clover. Literally the most husband material of the husbands. He’s good looking, can bake, smells nice, cleans well, can bake, is good with kids (at least what Ace has heard), is perfect at dealing with Riddle. Did he mention that Trey can bake? Anyways, Ace actually doesn’t have anything bad to say. Sure you’re annoying and Ace can’t seem to look Trey in the eyes after all the filth that comes out of your mouth. He can’t delete the memory of you ogling Trey while he was bending down to get something out of the oven and drooling, ‘man, what I would do to get a bite out of that ass’. He legit considered drowning his eardrums in bleach, yuck.

⋆ Same as Ace, but he gets so flustered everytime you say anything remotely dirty. But anyways, Deuce actually really loves the way you talk so highly and lovingly of Trey. Like yeah, it’s a little much and kinda makes Deuce feel like a third wheel despite the fact Trey is very much not present, but Deuce can’t help but want someone that would talk about him so highly as well. Also, he knows that Trey would take wonderful care of you and that’s all he could ask for.

⋆ Trey is both shocked and happy. He’s pretty much used to people overlooking him because let's be honest, out of everyone in the dorm (hell probably the school), he’s the most normal one out there. But knowing that you’re willing to talk anyone’s ears off just about him makes him chuckle. You sure are something else, huh? Well, Trey doesn’t mind, actually he’ll probably show up at Ramshackle with your favorite sweet and show you what these hands can do~

Ruggie + Jack <3

⋆ A respecter of his elders, Jack feels a sense of pride when you talk so highly of Ruggie. Though at first, he mistakes it as admiration and respect just like Jack feels for Ruggie, but something about the way your eyes light up and cheeks brighten quickly gives him another impression. Listen, Jack adores you and wants what's best for, however, that doesn’t mean Jacks wants to listen to your hour long rants about Ruggie. Again, Jack’s a chill guy, so he’ll water his plants and do other chores while you trail after him like a little duckling. It’s cute really

⋆Ruggle like ‘are they talking about me? You’re joking, nu-uh….oh shit!’ He gets so smug about it. His tail literally wags back and forth so fast he considers taping it to his side. Ruggie definitely wasn’t expecting it, because one, you hang out with a ton of cool people, and two, Ruggie is constantly messing with you (affectionately ofc). He definitely sees your relationship in a new light. Maybe he wouldn’t mind sharing some food sometime, just a thought.

Jade + Grim <3

⋆ Grim is so fuckin scared. He doesn’t know if it’s for you, or for him, all he knows is that he’s running for the hills anytime he sees that tall ass fucker. Like literally, you just had to choose the scariest person ever to simp for huh? You know that tiktok sound where it’s all like “Shut the fuck up! I’m so fuckin scared rn!”, yeah that’s Grim. Always on the verge of shitting himself or fighting Jade. Grim has not known peace.

⋆Jade is pleasantly surprised. Originally, he’s all like ‘I can totally get something out of this’ but eventually you wormed your way into his heart. Does he protest? No, because you’re genuinely the most interesting creature he’s ever met. Jade considers you one the most precious pearls in the world. So knowing you consider him a worth enough person to brag about makes him beyond happy. However, don’t expect that this relieves you of his teasing, because he finds this a perfect opportunity to amp it up.

Jamil + Grim <3

⋆ There’s two things that run through Grim mind when you ‘shockingly’ confess that you have the hots for Jamil. One, didn’t he literally kidnap us?! And two, hell yeah! Food! Grim walks a thin line between wanting to be mad at Jamil for what he did during winter break and falling in love with him instead, because damn, when Grim heard the saying ‘the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach’ he didn’t realize how true it was until Jamil became a recurring face in his life.

⋆ Jamil is both shocked and smug. Like, he expected you to fall for Kalim, because he has money and is emotionally available. But! The fact that you didn’t fall for Kalim makes him 100x more smug! Like for once, Jamil beats Kalim and doesn’t have to a) feel burdened by it or 2) feel guilty. So it's a win-win situation! Jamil is calculating and observant, so he decided to go a safe route and cook you all your favorite food as a confession. And damn, he did not expect you to cry and wipe your boogers all over your sleeve because you were so happy. Maybe he can get used to it.

Rook + Epel <3

⋆ You really know how to choose ‘em huh? Epel is literally at his wit's end. All you talk about is Rook and all Rook talks about is you. And both you have a very weird and honestly, freaky, way of saying how much you love each other. Out of the two, Epel would much rather listen to Rook, because at least Epel doesn’t understand a word that comes out of his baguette loving mouth. But you? Epel swears that once he gets home he’s going to get his meemaw to wash out all the filthy things you said about Rook and what you wanted him to do to you. He realizes he’d much rather listen to Vil nag him. Just give the poor boy a break!

⋆ Okay okay okay, he’s known since the beginning. He knows it all! It’s so fuckin creepy, but damn does that make things ten times easier. Rook is instantly sweeping you off your feet and into bed to make all the things you said come true. He’s a gentleman, what can he say? My what? *realises he missed the shot, and starts focusing back at the ball, envisioning himself in an actual game. Well, trying to. He can't keep his mind out of what you said. That line sounds really romantic out of context. Anyways, after practice, he evaluates you. * "Nope. Najma's a pain in the neck, but she doesn't deserve that." He whispers, confirming his disapproval of you. Then, he realised you were just joking around.

"Prefect, that is not funny. And I'll never give you my blessing"

Romantic: *in between of confused, jealous, and slightly disgusted.* "I...see. I don't understand why since, as her brother, I have to deal with her 24/7. To each their own, I guess. Even if she does leave her dirty clothes all around her room, and only bathes 4 times a week. And burns every meal she makes. But we all have our preferences, I suppose. Ah. Kalim is hosting another party this week. Could you help taste-test my cooking?

Scarabia Romantic Headcanons

Not even gonna lie; writing these headcanons just makes me simp over characters I have never simped for. So hope you enjoy this! Kalim is a cutie, and Jamil is just yum.

Disclaimer: All characters in this series is aged up. For more information about my version of this world and the type of reader you can expect, please do a quick read of THIS post. Beta read by Grammarly and it’s trying its best.

Romantic Headcanons

Kalim Al-Asim

Kalim is going to be another one who doesn’t realize he likes you for a while. For him, however, it’s not for lack of knowledge in the subject. He loves all of his friends and acts overly familiar with everyone in general. He’s simply more of a slow-burn kinda guy, where it’s going to take a lot of these interactions before his heart begins to skip beats for you. It’s nothing against you; he just needs to be close to someone before being capable of forming a romantic attachment.

Once he does realize he’s fallen for you, he won’t be wasting any time. He’ll go ahead and let you know, probably asking Jamil to prepare a fancy dinner and then taking you on a carpet ride afterward in order to confess. It’ll be romantic, sure, but the hopeful look in his eyes is enough to melt even the coldest hearts. Kalim already knows this, so when you say yes, he’s just overjoyed, and you’ll have to tell him to start directing the carpet again because he will lose focus and start crashing.

At first, it’s almost like nothing changes once you two start going out. He was always grabbing your arms and hands anyway before he even knew he liked you. Inviting you out, getting you presents. It’s what he does for all his friends. So it’ll be a bit hard for you to determine if he was actually serious when he confessed when he doesn’t change a single thing about how he acts around you.

Bring it up to him, and he’s going to laugh before grabbing your cheeks and pulling you in for a kiss. “Is that all? Why didn’t you say anything sooner? Jamil said I shouldn’t overwhelm you at the start, but if that’s what you want.” Be prepared for daily dates. Even if it’s a short one in the cafeteria. Jamil will be cooking for the both of you at this point (since Kalim refuses to let you eat normal cafeteria food while he eats gourmet meals from Jamil. You two have to be matching in your foods).

He’s also going to be having you as the honored guest at every party he throws. Just be sure to remind him to tone it down if you don’t want to be riding out on an elephant to the party where everyone is staring at you. You thought it was a joke when Kalim first suggested it until Jamil cornered you later and informed you he was very serious and you should let him know that you wouldn’t appreciate such an entrance. Unless you do, then you do you.

He likes his time spent with you but expects to be around other people constantly. He’s too social to be in his room all day; near late afternoon, he will happily go back to his room with you, sitting down and just talking about the day. He could listen to your voice for hours, even if they’re the most mundane stories. Still, during the day, just expect to be dragged around campus and greet just about everyone he remotely knows.

You’re going to be bombarded with gifts whether you like them or not. Kalim wants his lover to be pampered with the best things life has to offer, after all. He’s been to Ramshackle, and it’s not hard for him to tell that you’ve been struggling financially, judging by how all the furniture is beaten up. At first, it’ll be accessories or even stuffed animals. Grim adores it because Kalim will throw in the fanciest tuna money can buy and stock a shelf in your fridge for you.

After a while, he’s going to realize you might need more practical stuff. Sure having gold jewelry looks nice, but when you live in a hovel, it’s hard to feel luxurious. So he’s going to slowly be buying furniture to replace the old stuff. You are more than welcome to tell Kalim to tone it down, not everyone is good with always receiving presents (especially expensive ones), but he’s going to insist you let him do this. You make him happy just by being around him, after all, so he wants you to feel comfortable.

Kalim has always been the type of guy to grab your hand out of nowhere and lock his fingers with yours, even before you had a relationship, and that won’t be stopping anytime soon. He doesn’t even realize it half the time when he’s doing cute couple things with you. He just wants to be as close to you as possible. Leaving you with kisses all over your face is another thing he is totally unashamed to do. Give him a quick kiss on the lips if you want him to stop. He’ll go red, then laugh, telling you how cute he thinks that is.

Lots of sleepovers. Kalim really does enjoy being near you, and since night is the only time it’s just you two (not even Jamil will bother), he cherishes it. So he’s going to insist you spend the night with him, even keeping pajamas and extra uniforms in your size in his closet for when you agree. You’ll be under the covers with him like two little kids, talking and laughing until you’re falling asleep. Kalim is also a cuddler and will move in his sleep until he’s wrapped around you in the most awkward ways. Don’t be surprised when you wake up and he accidentally has a knee jabbing into your back.

Jamil Viper

Your relationship with Jamil is going to be one of the rockiest starts, in all honesty. After the whole overblot incident, he wants nothing to do with you. He still sees you as the one who ruined his plans, and he doesn’t take that lightly. Never mind the fact that he’s just a little bit grateful to you and your friends after helping bring him back from that state. He’s still going to see you as a nuisance for a while.

Jamil will slowly start to warm up to you over time. It’s hard to avoid you when Kalim seems so attached and is always inviting you over for parties. Go out of your way every time and offer help for Jamil. He’ll be suspicious at first and don’t even think about helping with anything that has to do with food. He trusts you as far as he can throw you, but that applies to everyone. If you want to help clean up, he won’t mind. As long as things go back where they belong, you’re more than welcome to help him with the aftermath of parties.

The more you help, the more he’ll grow to like you. He is stressed beyond belief with everything he has to do. Taking care of the dorm and Kalim, basically running the basketball club, there’s a lot on his plate. He’s going to find himself making more and more time for you, though, and even making extra food for you to take home to your dorm as thanks for helping him out. It’s going to take some time before those feelings blossom, so patience is a virtue.

Once he does realize it, though, he finds himself more relaxed in your presence and seeking you out more and more. He’ll even offer assistance when it comes to school work, as long as you don’t yap to other people exactly why your grades have skyrocketed. Your relationship is going to develop gradually until it’s just at the point where you two are seen as dating. That’s when he’s going to ask if you want to go steady with him (yes, he might even state it just like that).

He’s a very attentive boyfriend; having been watching over someone his entire life, it’s not hard for him to tell you exactly what you’re needing. Returning the favor is always appreciated but not expected from him. He makes you something to eat for lunch, then maybe bring a home-cooked meal or something from the Mostro Lounge (if you can’t cook) for dinner. He helps you with some homework, and maybe you help tutor some of the Scarabia students later on with what he taught you. He will be thank you and possibly planning on marrying you if you help get rid of 90% of his workload.

Jamil will make time for you through his busy schedule. At first, Kalim is going to be interrupting often, not realizing Jamil has his own life, but if you just text Kalim informing him you’re on a date, he’ll suddenly leave you guys alone for the rest of the day. As long as there’s something he can eat in the kitchen that won’t poison him, he’s happy. On days when he’s swamped and can’t really spend much time with you, he gets annoyed very easily. Maybe come over and help him cook by cutting things up and handing them to him. Go shopping with him, and make his mundane chore fun by being with him.

He’s going to become just as protective over you as he is of Kalim. If he thinks something or someone is suspicious, he’ll be on high guard. Advising you to perhaps not interact with that jittery freshman with shifty eyes. It’s absolutely not jealousy. He has nothing to worry about in that regard; he’s just worried that maybe someone would do something to you, distracting him, so they can get to Kalim. It’s all totally reasonable.

Be prepared to have Kalim gushing over you. He’s happy that Jamil found someone to make him happy, which means you guys now have to be best friends. Dates with the three of you will be more common. Sometimes it might even feel like you have two boyfriends, but Jamil shuts down the idea when you joke around with just the two of you. Still, Jamil doesn’t mind going places with you and Kalim. It means he gets to watch over his two responsibilities at the same time and not have to worry about the other.

Ramshackle might become his new sanctuary. It’s dusty and gross, and the furniture smells like mildew, but there are no expectations for him. When things get too much, he might show up at your doorstep to relax a bit. He probably won’t be spending the night, too worried about Kalim burning the dorm down in that situation, but he’ll be there for a few hours. It’s also the time he can be more affectionate towards you. PDA isn’t something he partakes in at all. Even walking to class, he normally won’t hold your hand, deciding you two would stand out too much. In the safety of Ramshackle, though? No expectations. No onlookers. He can just be with you.

He’s going to love it if you partake in his hobbies. Do you want to learn to dance? Say no more; he’s going to show you the beginner moves and make sure you don’t get injured (just don’t practice without him, he’ll worry about you snapping your neck doing a headstand). Do you want to come to his basketball games and practice? He’s going to show off a little more than usual, but don’t voice it. He swears he’s just taking practice seriously, but Floyd and Ace will notice the difference and tease him. If you help him clean up after games and practice, expect him to steal you away and leave you breathless with kisses in the closet. He’s hyped up from that adrenaline and feeling on top of the world still.

Stores I’m taking the TWST boys to and why (brutal)

I’m taking Ace, Deuce, and Grim to Walmart at 3AM. That’s where you go to ride a child’s bicycle, cry in the cereal aisle, and play with toys that you don’t intend to buy and not worry about getting kicked out or banned. It is the only store safe for the braincell trio to go

I’m taking Cater to Starbucks so he can buy a $7 drink and post a picture of it on magicam. Then I’m taking him to therapy

I’m taking Trey to sur la table because he can behave and I think he’d like looking at kitchen equipment like a single 40 year old dad. He and I have to go alone though because I trust him not to get me banned but I don’t trust him not to spend all my money

Riddle is going to Barnes and noble and I’m sitting in the kids section reading picture books while he goes through every single bookshelf. After I run out of picture books I’m sitting in the Starbucks. He’s halfway through the store and moving at a snails pace. Ends up picking out one book so I buy him that and one of the really cute plushies they keep near the kids stuff

I’m taking Leona to the pound target and I’m making him guess how much basic household items are. He will fail and I will laugh at him and shame him

Ruggie and Jack are going to five below. I give them each $25 and tell them to go wild. Jack brings back plant holders and squishmallows while Ruggie has filled a cart with $25 of food and a sleep mask. Now every time we pass a five below they both beg to go in there.

I’m taking Jade to world market because a) they have cute mushroom mugs and soup careens, and b) exotic snacks. He will drain my bank account and I will let him. I am a complete simp for this man

I’m taking Floyd and rook to bass pro shop. We are forcibly removed from bass pro shop after Floyd throws a basketball at a workers face and rook shoots an arrow and almost hits another customer.

I’m taking Azul to ikea. He said he’s really passionate about interior design and likes clean looking spaces so I’m taking him to ikea. I will force him to eat a Swedish meatball. We end up buying pillows and also dunkleskög (we have shared custody of him)

Im taking Kalim to hot topic. He is intimidated but then he sees Sanrio shit and he is THERE bro he falls in love so fast with that little frog thing. End up buying matching best friend bracelets for both me and him and also for him and Jamil

Im telling Jamil that I’m taking him to the grocery store but in reality I’ve stolen his grocery list and I’m leaving him at therapy for an hour. I buy the groceries and drink coffee until he’s done and then we go home. I sleep with one eye open because this boy is anti self care with a passion

Vil and I are going to hobby lobby and stealing materials for Vil’s next film project. We don’t even pretend to hide them and the workers literally don’t care. Vil curses one of the cash registers and doesn’t tell anyone which one, just that he did it. The workers still don’t care because working at hobby lobby is a curse in itself.

It’s not a store but I’m taking Epel to the farmers market. He’s given $20 and ends up coming back with three heads of lettuce, a bushel of apples, two jars of jam, a jug of honey, and $34. I ask no questions and we go home to make an apple galette.

Idia and ortho are going to GameStop. Idia gets in a fistfight with a normie and is immediately hired by GameStop. Ortho comes out crying because he’s proud of Idia for making a friend

I’m taking Silver to a mattress store. We take a nap and get locked inside the building until morning. Spend the night talking and drinking the free coffee. We are banned upon the store opening the next morning (the coffee wasn’t free and we didn’t call anyone to get out)

I’m taking Sebek to a Jamba juice. Not technically a store, but he can yell as loud as he wants and it doesn’t bother anyone

A/N-So you see I may of become a Jamil simp. Anyway! @phaindulgement this is your fault.

TWs: Kidnapping for political gain, pre-established relationship, reader is Yuu/prefect, spoilers, protective Jamil?, i am once again doing abrupt endings its just in my blood, i was up all night doing this

Jamil muffled his breath with his hand, conscious of his every movement, staring off into space to cool his head. Half an hour ago, he’d been contentedly reading his favorite book before he went to sleep, but now he’s gotten you pressed up against his chest, softly snoring.

With his spare hand uncomfortably hovering in the air, he tried to reach for his magical pen sitting on his nightstand. If he could reach it, he could summon a pillow, turn the lights off, or use wind magic to move you enough for him to readjust. But no, each time he got close to the pen, it’d roll a little bit further away.

He scowled at the stupid situation, already imagining the crick in his neck the next morning. Like he needed another headache.

Part of him was tempted to swat at your arm until you woke up, but then he’d look down and see the way your cheeks were puffing out and he’d feel his heart race.

“I’m so mad at you.” He whispered, pulling the covers around your shoulder so you didn’t get cold, “You know how hard I work.” He punctuated his words by kissing his fingertips and pressing them against your forehead. “Idiot.”

He leaned against the headboard, running his fingers down your arm, and let your breathing lull him to sleep.

Harsh light beat in through the room, tearing Jamil from his sleep. He groaned and pulled the covers over his head, attempting for a few more minutes of rest. Or at least he would’ve, but today he felt himself jolt awake and the feeling of warm skin on his hands.

Jamil looked at the source of his surprise, a still completely asleep you. He chuckled softly, rubbing the exhaustion from his eyes, and gently shook you awake.

“Mmm?” You mumbled, your eyebrows slightly raised but eyes still shut.

“Good morning.”

“Mmm...” You groaned, pulling the covers over your head.

“You’ll be late for class if you take too much longer.”

“Class can wait.”

“Maybe for you, but I have to make sure Kalim doesn’t get into any trouble.”

You groaned as he pushed you onto the other side of the bed, holding onto his clothes loosely. “Jamil...”

“By the sands, you’re starting to sound like him.” He got out of bed and stretched, turning his head to the left and right. “Oof.”

“I...”

“You know, Grim’s probably looking for you.” He slightly turned to face you, before pulling out his school uniform.

You shot up. “Oh, crap!” Scrambling out of the bed, you hurriedly kissed his cheek and rushed out of the door. “Bye, love you!”

“Love you, too.” He mumbled after you were out of earshot, his face alight. He changed into his uniform, fidgeting with the strings on his hoodie as he looked at himself in the mirror.

Other than the ever-present eye-bags, he looked nice. Good, even. A servant of the Al-Asim’s must always look respectable. He huffed in annoyance and ran his fingers through the overhanging bangs on the right side of his face.

He smiled falsely into the mirror, watching the way his eyes dimmed. “I don’t hold a candle to Kalim. I am straight 5 out of 10s. Average all across the board.” The longer he repeated his morning mantra, the more flickers of anger clouded his expression. He groaned in annoyance and stepped away from the mirror. Maybe tomorrow he’ll get it right.

On the other side of campus, you were rushing back to Ramshackle to avoid the inevitable fallout of Grim discovering your not-so-secret boyfriend. You didn’t want to even imagine the never-ending teasing. However, outside the gate, you were surprised to see a group of men in black suits.

You slowed your pace and cautiously approached them, a nervous smile on your face. “Ah, excuse me...” You tried to push through them and enter the safety of Ramshackle.

“Uh, ahem.” One of the men cleared his throat, “Are you (Y/N) (L/N)?”

“Nope never met her. If you’ll excuse me...”

One of the men grabbed your shoulder, his hands sizzling the fabric. “Do you know where we can find her, then?”

“Ah... actually I heard she dropped out! Oops! Just missed her!” Your eyes shot between the group of men.

“Really? Then, what are you doing here?”

“I’m... uh... cleaning staff?”

“I suppose you’re adept with magic then. Come on, now, show us a spell.”

One of the other men spat, “Stop wasting our time. Just grab ‘er and let’s go.”

The man with his hand on your shoulder rolled his hands and hit you under the chin, both throwing you back and knocking you unconscious.

When you woke up, you were tied to a chair that was sitting in a cluttered room. The room was filled with dusty papers and torn furniture, the only saving grace being a pristine window that overlooked a small town. The men who kidnapped you were sitting on the hardwood floor, playing with a deck of cards.

You blinked, your head lulling as you tried to look around. “...am I?” You mumbled through slurred speech.

One of the men started to laugh, and another just scoffed.

“You’re far.” The man who knocked you out responded. “That’s all you need to know.”

“F... far...?” You grimaced, “Home?”

“Hah!” He looked over to you, slamming his cards on the ground. “Think we’d risk all that just to take you home? Sevens, you’re not very bright.”

“Wh...”

“Listen, kid, this really has nothing to do with you. You’re just some unfortunate schmuck like the rest of us, dating that Viper boy.”

“Ja... Jamil?” Your heart started to race, a wave of clarity overtaking your senses, “If you hurt him, I’ll-”

“Calm down. You’ll both get out of this fine. He’s just gotta tell us about the Asim’s business proceedings and we’re all happy.”

“A-and if he doesn’t?”

The man stood to his full height, a sorrowful smile on his face as he grabbed the back of your chair and dragged you to the window. He leaned you slightly over the edge, the front legs of the chair in the air, the harsh wind billowing through your clothes. Hiccupping sobs started to tear through your body as you looked at the distant ground. You struggled against your bonds, bringing your eyes to his. “P-please, no.”

He looked at you, though he seemed to be seeing something far before you, “Y’know, I don’t want to do this either. Be here, kidnapping some teenager. Got a kid back home, around your age. And he likes to live large, who am I to turn him down? So I join this corporation, and what do I know? The biggest competitor in all of Twisted Wonderland is the Asim family. One family. How crazy is that? They tell me, to find out everything. No matter how. They’ll protect me, they say. Protect all of us. But how do we even get close? That dumb heir of theirs can’t tell cliff from meadow, and their estate is heavily guarded. And then we find out, that dumb heir pawns off all his work on some underling. And, what do you know? That underling’s dating a completely defenseless fool.”

“He... he doesn’t know anything.” You swallowed your fear and looked him in the eyes.

The man chuckled hollowly, “For your sake, I hope that’s not true.” He pulled the chair safely inside, placing you next to the window.

You gasped for air, limp against the ropes keeping you to the chair. With bleary vision, you looked back at the men and hoped they’d at least end you quickly. You shut your crusted-together eyes, trying to pretend you were back home.

Jamil had a very stressful day, as usual. He had to stop Kalim from organizing three separate parties, there was a pop quiz, and you hadn’t been answering his texts all day. After essentially locking Kalim in his dorm, Jamil walked over to Ramshackle and stood outside the front gate.

The first thing he noticed was all the lights being off inside, which was weird since the sun had set and you tended to be up late. After that, the gate was swung open, something you’d never let slide. Finally, there was a note skewered between the top of the fence posts.

He carefully took the note with the intention of simply delivering it inside, but his name written in blocky letters caught his attention. He unfolded the note, carefully reading the few paragraphs of text describing the situation.

Jamil sighed, never one to fold under pressure, and tucked it inside his clothes ready for this (slightly unexpected) task.

It took him a few hours to get to the location detailed on the note, a looming abandoned tower. The wooden door creaked open, quickly announcing his presence. He winced and tried not to imagine all the bugs roaming about, quickly taking to the stairs.

The note had specified that they’d be waiting for him on the top floor, so he walked up 17 flights of stairs, taking the time to check each floor for traps or possible ambushes as he went. By the time he reached the top, he was more than slightly annoyed.

Five men were waiting, two on each side of the stairwell and one standing next to an open window gripping the back of a chair you were tied to. Jamil instantly raised his hands in defeat, cautiously entering the room.

“You came.” The one standing next to you spoke in a raspy voice.

“Hm.” Jamil surveyed the room. “Well, I suppose this is the part where you threaten me?”

The man laughed loudly, “You’re bold. Information on the Asim’s or she gets it.” He tilted your chair slightly off the edge.

Jamil’s calm façade momentarily broke as he took a step forward, his charcoal eyes locked on the man’s blue ones, “Don’t be rash.”

“It’s just a simple trade.” The man smiled, enjoying rocking you back and forth on the edge. “A life for a life, let’s say.” You bit your lip to keep your silence, your eyes skewered shut.

“Alright. What is it you need? Upcoming deals? Schedules?”

“Everything you have.”

Jamil scoffed, “Well, most of it is Kalim’s favorite meals. That, too?”

“Don’t try to be smart with me.”

“I’m just average all across the board. Nobody would describe me as smart.” He spoke with a calm face, despite his racing heart and sweating palms.

The man looked up, making eye contact with Jamil before his eyes dimmed and he threw you on the opposite side of the room. You coughed at the sudden movement, reeling from how your head struck the wall behind you. When you looked up, Jamil was standing in front of you with his magical pen drawn and the remaining four men were unconscious on the floor.

He closed the distance between the final man, whispering something in his ear before he collapsed. Jamil took a second to breathe before rushing over to you, untying the knots and holding you in his arms.

With shaky arms, you pulled yourself against his chest and listened to his racing heartbeat.

“Are you okay?” He whispered, staring blankly at the chair you were tied to moments ago.

“I love you.” Your croaky voice was nearly lost between the folds of his clothing, but he leaned down to kiss your ear anyway.

“I love you, too.” He held you tighter, hoping you couldn’t feel the tears starting to run down his cheeks.

They smiled as they pulled out a little ring box, Riddle looked confused, until he saw them getting down on one knee, they were going to propose to him. Is this his dream? Is he asleep? Can someone pinch him?

the people around you were watching this event in excitement, some taking pictures and recording it, others cheering and gasping in awe. Riddle stared in shock as he put his hands up to his mouth, they opened the ring box to reveal a beautiful engagement ring, with a shining red ruby in a heart shape right in the middle, and small diamonds to compliment it.

"Will you marry me, Riddle?"

They could see tears appear in his eyes as he looks down at them, he no longer cared that there were people around, he no longer cared about his reputation, not in this moment. Right now, he only cared about them.

He said immediately, the crowd of students began cheering, even Ace and Deuce, who were in the crowd, were cheering, clearly happy for their best friend, Grim was cheering and so were Trey and Cater. [Name] stood up and was immediately attacked in a hug by Riddle, he was crying tears of pure happiness, [Name] gently returned the hug, the students were still taking pictures, yelling "AWWW!" at this little romance scene before them, it was so beautiful, you'd think this is a romance movie. The leaves and petals fell around you both, the breeze was gentle. You held each other for what felt like centuries, but it was only for a minute. The two of you parted from each others embrace, you took Riddle's hand and gently slid the ring onto his ring finger, he looked into your eyes, smiling softly, no words need be said, this is love at its finest.

(Yes, I am aware my french is kinda bad. Also Rook does get a bit repetitive, I chatted with him for like and hour and a half, and I think I might have broken him, because it gets progressively worse. The last 2 are defenately worth reading tho lol)

And my bestie's BIRTHDAY OCTOBER 13th I MISSED IT LAST YEAR I WILL NOT FORGET TODAY. Well I got it wrong oh well the gift is early.

Warning: slightly suggestive toward the end.

It was fun to be doted on. Especially since the two condemned to second place hadn't been by their own families. Not only that but the one who was doing the doting was seriously naive on the matter itself.

How she was being taken advantage of by the two manipulative minds who leisurely adored being cared for by her or just having her attention in general. The two secretly had a war to try and garner more affection.

Of course as oblivious as she was on the matter of declining Jamil when Leona had already pulled her down for a nap after pretending to be annoyed by something, he never said what. Then there were times where she'd be invited to their morning magicgift practice to see Leona strangely go all out for once. Of course it was unusual to have someone in the stands cheering him on as well early in the morning.

Vice versa with Kalim inviting her over to Scarabia only because Jamil subtly mentioned it on the side. They'd stargaze sometimes and he'd convince her to come flying with her on the carpet. Of course she'd cling to him in fear of falling, which made it all the more worth it. Not to mention seeing her eyes light up at the view itself. This little war of their's was rather childish but neither side was willing to throw in the towel just yet.

Another day at lunch this time in the cafeteria where Jamil usually had the advantage as Kalim and him would never eat the cafeteria food but sit in there to eat food he made. Leona just so happened to be awake enough to go there that day. Their lovely little Y/n was sitting at a table on her own looking pretty tired for once which isn't her usual cheerful motherly type behavior.

Of course that's just when the both pairs of Jamil and Leona's eyes happen to wander to the head of h/c hair laid out on the table.

"Woah is that Y/n? Are you okay? Why do you look so worn out?" Kalim's voice woke her up from the nap she had been taking.

"I stayed up studying for Trein sensei's test yesterday. I still don't feel like I passed even after hours of studying-" She finished with a yawn. She did in fact lift her head but she was too tired to open her eyes at the moment.

"Trein sensei's test are always hard, I swear he makes every subject he teaches a living hell for his students." Ruggie joined in taking a seat.

While the two who had their gaze on her remained silent after hearing her dilemma they worked out how to help her in her head.

"Ruggie go get her and me some food." Leona had already given his order without directing his gaze off of the girl in question. Ruggie took the initiative to not question it seeing as he already knew about their little secret war going on above the girl's head.

"Thank you but you didn't have to Leona."

"You don't even look like you'd be able to stand in line that long before collapsing little herbivore." He nonchalantly said looking at her sleepy face with a small smirk of triumph.

Kalim had insisted on getting Jamil food today to make up for eating the food he had made prior to. Though usually Jamil would have protested he didn't today. Seeing such an opportunity to talk to the girl but also letting his rival take it away from him as well, wasn't sitting well with him.

Across the table Leona and him glared at each other silently across the table having already known each other's motivation.

"Don't you have ancient incantations?" Jamil started off by saying to her.

The girl hummed in a yes like tone answering her friend.

"Tch, that's what your failing, if you need help that badly why don't you ask for a tutor?" Leona rudely commented in an arrogant tone. It twisted Jamil's insides but of course Leona didn't hide his hidden smirk from him.

"I could teach you. I take it currently." Now that smirk had become a frown at Jamil's offer.

"Aren't you busy with Kalim? I wouldn't want to add more to your plate?" This was one of the reasons he loved her. She seemed to actually be aware of the tribulations he faced and even confronted him about it. Though she is a bit airheaded when it comes to her kindness thankfully it wasn't as airheaded as Kalim.

"It wouldn't benefit her to be interrupted every time you have to go play babysitter." The retort was uncalled for but definitely not a first for Leona.

"She wouldn't get far having a lazy lion teach her either." Jamil could feel his facade dropping and it being replaced by anger for a split second before he heard the little jingle of the bell on his hair charm that brought him back to his senses.

"It's fine with me having two tutors, but I don't want to hold back either of you with your daily chores either." Her voice cut off the next retort as she sat up stretching.

That's how they both became her tutors, competing for more of her attention.

Neither of them ever seemed to get far though as her being so airheaded and innocent as an angel placed a wall between them getting closer. It annoyed them to no end, not being able to have something because someone else took it or a barrier was placed preventing them from succeeding it was their life story.

They'll be damned if they let it happen again.

Leona's tutoring session was actually productive what was surprising was the fact that he stayed awake the entire time. Well, he kept his eyes closed and propped up his head with his arm.

His ears would twitch occasionally. When she would ask him questions, he would either answer it with eyes closed or open a single eye to answer it himself. The first time however was not how it went.

He was asleep, deep into sleep while Y/n was on the couch in his room frustrating herself with what main words are common in incantations. After being stuck on the question for several minutes. She decided to go and ask for help. Only to find the ‘help’ asleep at this time.

At first she called out to him, it was met with light snores from the lion. His ears didn't twitch either. So she tried whispering his name near his ear, hopefully to not upset him when he woke up, she already knew how much he disliked being woken up.

The second after she spoke his name right by his ear, her wrist was grabbed as a responsive measure. Emerald eyes stared into her soul with slight irritation.

"What do you think your doing?" A growl had already formed in his throat as he asked the question.

"I was just trying to wake you up so you could help me with this question." Her words were rushed without much consideration she handed him the paper.

He glanced at it before quickly telling her the answer and letting her get to it. Now that she wasn't near him though the thoughts piled in his head of that situation vividly replaying in his head.

It's the fact that a little herbivore snuck up on him without his knowledge. Not to mention just how close she was to smell her scent and feel her warmth radiate. It was bothering him for the rest of the session. In her presence he was far more comfortable then he liked to be.

'Doesn't that herbivore know toying with a predator is dangerous?'

He peaked open an eye to steal a glance at her from his spot on his bed. She was busy looking at the sheet she was working on to notice.

'Tch, of course she doesn't she's too much of an airhead to even realize what she did.'

With Jamil's tutoring session he had forced Kalim to go to sleep with Snake Whisper to not be disturbed. It was surprisingly calm and quiet without the intervention of the troublesome dorm head. He’d either tire of studying, try and play music, find ways to distract her from the simple task of studying. Thankfully he had planned for every contingency.

He knew for a fact this would mean nothing and be platonic all the way through. It annoyed him but he tried to spend time racking his brain for an answer. He kept taking side glances as they both did their homework together.

"Y/n look at me for a second." He said nonchalantly and with no spell involved she looked directly into his eyes with a hum of acknowledgement accompanying it.

Seeing those eyes of hers a couple of ideas ran through his mind about how he could do to easily change that mind of hers but he was sure Leona wouldn't allow him to have his way. He must have been thinking too long since she had grabbed his chin and got a bit closer to examine him.

"Jamil are you okay? If your not feeling alright, let me take care of you!" She asked as if she wasn't aware of what she was insinuating with her actions.

Of course he knew that already but that didn't stop his face from heating up as hot as the dessert sun from the proximity. It both frustrated and intoxicated him, leaving a sudden urge to take what he wanted on a whim. He murmured two words under his breath trying his best to focus for second to get a straight coherent thought through.

"You look tired Y/n. Wouldn't it be best if you get some sleep?" It wasn't a question more of an order that made her eyes slowly droop and body fall over to the side Jamil was sitting on weightlessly.

Now that he had enough rationale to think he covered the bottom half of his face with his hand breathing out shakily with the unfading blush prominently there. He couldn't get it out of his head, the scene kept playing over and over.

'"Let me take care of you!" So she says. Are you seriously saying that to a guy? I might have to rethink that naivete of yours compared to Kalim.'

He looked back down at the girl laying so vulnerably on his lap sleeping peacefully still. Then his thoughts drifted back to Leona. This little war would be never ending and even if he trapped her here Leona wouldn't just admit defeat. He was about to lose it over her, mentally damaging his head like this with that adorable airheaded expression, much different from Kalim in which he got annoyed from. The fact of the matter was that they still remained friends. It was killing him.

She was one of a kind that was for sure. It got him thinking.

'Although, such a priceless treasure couldn't not be shared right?'

Feeling two hands gently carress her hair well one was gentle while the other played with it in a more taunting manner. The female slowly stirred from her slumber. Opening her eyes to see a familiar ceiling.

"Savanaclaw? But I was in Scarabia last ..." She sat up from the bed holding her head trying to remember what happened last.

"How crude she didn't take notice of either of us first." The sudden playful tone made her flinch looking down to see Leona who had been laying down for a moment before sitting up to fully look down at her with a smirk.

"That's how it's always been, nothing more than friendly taunts." Jamil had joined the conversation taking her gaze off Leona to acknowledge the smirk on his face as he lazily sat on the bed licking his lips at the sight of her confusion.

"How naive, not to mention dense." Leona had berated her without remorse. It contrasted his usual demeanor that was sleepy and nonchalant half the time. He hadn't insulted her too harshly before but this was just condescending.

"Guess that's what we fell for." Jamil's voice cool stated wrapping his arms around her neck to cage her in and bring her closer to his chest.

"Who knows? That maybe true." Leona had taken both her arms wrapping them around her neck as if to prevent Jamil from keeping her to himself.

He relented letting Leona go first but moving his hands down from her shoulder area. Hands trailed down her hips slowly tracing her sides eliciting a gasp from the female between them.

That's when Leona took the initiative to try and claim her lips. Slipping in his tongue grasping her chin to keep her place, though Jamil was already holding her waist from behind.

He added pressure to deepen it. The thoughts on his mind drifted to that innocent tease she did in their tutoring session that had him losing sleep even after her departure. Oh he was going to make her regret it.

When he finally broke off she felt a tad bit dizzy, with the lack of air she had obtained. Her face practically glowing red with heat.

"What's wrong has the little herbivore lost her tongue? Don't tell me your so innocent to be that taken by a kiss, it's not the only thing we have planned y'know." The smirk on his face was filled with, what's the word? Lust, no one gazed at her like that before.

She didn't have much time to think as Jamil had turned her head to get a look at her face from the side.

"What's wrong dear, Y/n your all red? How about I help fix that?" She didn't get the chance to respond to his mocking as he had already dove in for another steamy kiss. Instinctively just as before she closed her eyes.

He brought her closer soft hand shifting from her chin to cupping her cheek. The other occupied her hair straning through it making her relax a bit more at the sensation.

Already at a loss of air it wasn't long before this kiss made her feel light headed. It seemed he realized this and Jamil broke the kiss before she could fall unconscious.

The airy atmosphere of Savanclaw did nothing to cool her face, especially not with the hungry gazes of two pair of eyes. It made her want to shrink down into nothing on the bed she woke up on.

"Aawww, seems I only made it worse. You looked so cute I just couldn't resist having to try you for myself." She flinched at his words. Trying to muster a statement was hard as head was spinning with questions and thoughts, and blurred mixed messages.

"W-wha?" Was all she managed to say.

"How convenient Leona, she's far more submissive than we thought." Jamil admired the girl's dazed expression with his own steel orbs, soaking in every detail.

"That's the adorable innocence in 'er making her that way. It justs makes it all the more easier." Leona was having fun seeing the dense female play into their hands so fittingly brought on hunger in his emerald eyes.

Though her gaze wasn't focused on either of them, yet it didn't stop her from hearing them both simultaneously speaking.

"Our dear priceless treasure we won't be sharing you with anyone else."

The first time you had ever met Jamil was the time when you and Grim had to investigate the incident where students who were participating in magift tournament had gotten injured and Jamil was one of them.

And you did just that.

A few days after Leona’s overblot, you had bumped into Jamil along the way to your assigned classroom and surprisingly, he remembers you. The two of you had arranged schedules for when will you both spend time with each other again. Sometimes, Kalim will invite you to one of Jamil’s private tutoring and you did appreciate it very much, Jamil did as well but definitely did not like it when Kalim interrupts the two of you having a conversation together.

Each one of the hours you spent with Jamil just made your feelings for him bloom into a beautiful flower. However, you kept it in your heart, never once did you express your love for the Scarabia vice-dorm leader. However, you didn’t realize that Jamil was madly in-love with you, he always yearned for your touch and just wants to put a stop to him being a servant so that he can spend time with you more.

He puts on a disappointed expression on his face whenever he spots you talking to your dear friends, the A-Deuce combo and Grim. He wanted freedom, yet no one allowed him to receive his freedom at all. The amount jealousy he felt when he sees another man having a conversation with you, Jamil wished it was him. He loves your smile, your laugh, and basically everything about you.

He wanted to have you all to himself.

“My dear jewel…Where could you be hiding?”

You covered your mouth with both of your hands, breathing heavily as you felt a bead of sweat trailing down from your forehead to cheek while hiding behind a pillar. You felt…Scared. You had never expected Jamil to overblot, the thought never crossed your mind.

You witnessed your friends getting flung out from the Scarabia dorm to who knows where. You felt a wave of guilt wash over you, was it your fault that Jamil flung the others away? Is Jamil going to kill you? Questions drowned your mind, not realizing the footsteps that grew louder than before.

You quickly came back into your senses and froze, ‘Wh-Where did he go…?’ You thought before taking a small peek from the pillar hesitantly. You didn’t see anyone and sighed, is he finally gone now?

You thought that you were at peace but never realized the shadow looming over you.

You wanted to scream. I tried to scream

But no words came out from your mouth. but my head is underwater

(ok this is jamil simping hours and i am dragging you guys in it)

jamil and the prefect of ramshackle dorm are free from their duties for once and decided to take the chance to make up for the time they lost for each other.

"hm? love what are you doing?"

"your hair just look so soft, can i comb it?"

"well, you are already doing it so what's the harm?"

the scarabia vice dorm leader could swear he could melt right then and there, feeling the soft hands of his girlfriend tending his hair as he lay on her lap

it is rare for jamil to have a time out, from having to keep an eye on kalim to his basketball practice, so being alone with (name) makes him really vulnerable. he let out a satisfied hum, leaning towards her touch.

"are you having fun?"

"of course, i am always having fun when i am with you jamil." the prefect laugh and gave him a small peck on his head causing the male blush a little. her hands still tending to his hair - doing small kinds of braid with some strands of his hair.

"we haven't talk in a while lately, you are not stressing yourself out aren't you?"

"no, things are not that pretty hectic but i just missed you so much. come here." without hesitating, jamil stood up only to trap the girl in his arms and lay back on the bed.

the scent of faint cinnamon and cloves making her relax and sleepy. knowing there is no getting out of the viper's grasp, (name) just snuggled closer to him, eyes closing in process.

"i love you too my jewel, you are the best thing that happened to me."

In regards to the significance of the glowing eye, there is a theory that it's tied mostly due to what was kind of emotion or trigger for the overblot. Riddle and Vil's overblot, having been more along the lines of being driven by emotional distress have their right eye glow, as the right side of the brain is usually equated to emotionality and intuition, while more logic driven characters like Azul, Leona, and Jamil have their past sorrows and grief as a key component of what triggers their overblot. It's a lot harder to dismiss negative and painful thoughts when the people around you reinforce those terrible thoughts on the regular. Because they are working with a flawed sense of logic, their glowing eye is seen on the left side, the side frequently thought to be more logic driven.

It's not my theory, or the only one, but I have seen it be discussed before and it's a HC that I tend to believe in.

that's a really interesting theory :0000 !! i did not know about this, and it makes a lot of sense, actually. this reminds me of book 6 bc i started playing it a few days ago,,,, i think you can compartmentalize it as the left side people having plans they've worked hard on ruined vs the right side people who are triggered by an event that triggers an emotional response of some sort.

riddle's overblot was triggered by people breaking the queen of hearts' rules. since he was taught all his life to follow the rules, he's furious, and acts out, thus the overblot.

leona's overblot was triggered by his failed plan. he made a plan to overthrow malleus, and it resulted in disaster, pushing him to lash out due to his inferiority complex about being the second prince that was never good enough. thus overblot.

similarly, azul lost all his scrolls because of leona n yuu. those contracts were basically his life, he's been working for so long to compile them all. so this brings him back to when he was just as powerless, which was back when he was still a child, with bullies towering over him. thus overblot.

[ warning !! vil and jamil's one below the cut ]

jamil's one is kinda a mix of azul and leona's triggers, because first, his plan gets completely exposed and overthrown by octatrio n yuu. the whole motivator for his "betrayal" was bc he was fed up with how his life has been so far bc of being born into a servant family, so that + the stress of it being "live streamed to the world" (aka bringing his family shame) trigger his overblot.

lastly, vil's overblot was also mostly spur of the moment. vil realized that he couldn't beat neige at vdc so he turned towards foul play. when his close friends stopped him, it only fueled his desperation, because he's been working so hard to beat neige only to fall short.

i could talk about it for hours n elaborate more on these but this theory has been very insightful, so thank you for sharing with me, mayfly !! (this also makes me wonder which category idia'll fall into...i think most probably the left side bc of how book 6 is going rn, and knowing what the pomefiore members + yuu are doing.)

Topic: The "Fuckboy" thing

DISCLAIMER: This is my opinion and my thoughts! You are free to have a different opinion! Take it with a little bit of humour!

You know what guys? I think it's kinda funny how a part of the Twisted Wonderland Fandom really goes with "Yes XY is a total fuckboy! You see it in his eyes!" And from what I saw the most characters that get into this discussion are Leona, Malleus, Ace, Jamil and Floyd. BUT LET ME BURST YOUR BUBBLES GUYS AND LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE REAL "FUCKBOY" OF TWISTED WONDERLAND!

First of all, I'm gonna tell you why the pretty boys above are not really fit for the title of "Fuckboy". :3 [I will refer often to female partners but I try to keep it gender neutral most times!]

Let's start with the sleepy the lion, LEONA KINGSCHOLAR

— No, my argument is not that he's too lazy. No, no. But he probably was raised to totally respect women. He even stated that he is afraid of the women in his homeland because they are pretty tough ladys! So, they wouldn't hesitate to slap a bitch if they find out he fucks around and leaves them heart broken

— Also, he probably doesn't have the strength or the motivation to handle all the drama

Next! Horny (no pun intended) boy, MALLEUS DRACONIA

— Let's be honest, he probably doesn't know how to really communicate with people, beside Yuu/MC, Lilia and maybe the rest of his dorm. Yes he can talk to others but get them into bed? I don't think so.

— He probably doesn't even know what even kissing is

Next boy! ACE TRAPPOLA

— He would go all out about stuff like "Yes, I totally would bang that girl/that boy" but in the moment the person would be stripping down in front of him, with the intention to do naughty stuff with him, he would panic. He would straight up panic and would get out of there

— Look at him. He doesn't even know how to use his dick

Next Boy! JAMIL (I'm a whore for you) VIPER

— As sad as it makes me, this pretty boy is way to stressed for fucking around! He couldn't even use it as a stress relief because while doing it, he would stress himself with stuff like "Is this good enough? Do I have enough time left? Does Kalim need help? Is the food ready?"

— Plus I see him more as a "I choose a partner and stay by their side" kinda guy. But even then he wouldn't get a partner because he knows he wouldn't have time for them so he doesn't even starts dating

Next and last! FLOYD LEECH

— He would start it, get bored and leave. Facts. This boy would just straight up leave the second his partner wouldn't play along. Maybe he even just goes before they even started because "I don't want to anymore"

— His mood swings would keep the people away from him and I don't see that he really appeals to all the naughty stuff

SO! Now that I bursted your bubbles, let me tell you about the real "Fuckboy" from Twisted Wonderland…

Yeah I know I know

"But he is so baby and naive and innocent!"- quit that! No! He is not! Yes he is very naive, but in the way to trust and believe people way too easy and to believe they wouldn't do bad things twice. (This whole chapter broke my heart… my poor boys! ;-;)

But let me explain to you, why Kalim is (in my eyes) the one that should/could wear the title "Fuckboy":

— Let's start at the beginning: From what we know he has over 30 siblings, is probably the oldest, so there for he saw his Dad with the Mom. Or should I say, the Moms?! Kalims Dad probably had more than one wife, and not like "She died, or, we fell apart after 10 years", no, probably like "you look pretty, give birth to my kids, you are my wife now for a few years". (My theory/opinion on what kind of dad he has) So he had an Idol which had more women on his hands that a normal man would ever. I can see that Kalim is totally used to stuff like that from his homeland, his familie, and that the idea/concept of multiple partners at the same time is something totally normal to him.

— He will be the next Sultan. You can't tell me the girls at his homeland didn't throw themselves at him at some point of his life. "Oh you're so handsome~ And so sweet~ omg you make me laugh~", etc. And with his carefree and happy nature he probably doesn't even have a problem with that. "Oh thank you, you too ^^ Your hair is so pretty, your eyes are enchanting~", etc.

— If this sweet, so happy, smiling boy would throw a party and ask a random girl to dance with him, they wouldn't say no. They would dance with him, smile and be happy. He could get all of them wrapped around his little finger, by just smiling and asking nicely. Yes he is a little over the top sometimes, but that probably don't stand in his way

— If he doesn't get what he wants, he cries. He is so used to getting what he wants the second he recommends it, that a "No sorry, I don't want to dance/talk/come over" would be the instant start of big, wet puppy eyes and stuff like "But it would make me so happy! We could have soooo much fun! *sobbing*" (He kinda is a pick me boy not gonna lie, but i love him) and who wants a happy nature like Kalim to cry? No one! (Besides Jamil) So they would probably feel bad and be like ".. Okay.. just this one time.. and not so long.." and in the end they would be at his side for more hours then they could count.

— I can see that if he would directly ask for a person to come with him in his room and they say no, that he would be kinda sad. Puppy eyes and everything BUT he knows that he can't force people to do that stuff with him, so he just gets sad and is like "Can we at least cuddle..?" And you know what? In the end it's not just a cuddle. BUT WITH CONSENT! He respects a No, but he can't do anything about it if the person changes their mind because little Kalim is all sweet talk and praise while cuddling

— Fact is, Kalim would totally flirt talk or at least very flirty praise people without even realising. (I mean.. have you ever listened closely to how he talks about Jamil..? Way to much praise and simpness) You know, while just casual dancing with them, out of nowhere something like "Your body looks so beautiful in this light and the way it moves, mesmerising"

— Because of his "It's totally normal to have multiple partners" thingy, I can see him just living that. Party here, party there, oh you look pretty, you're mine now. And yes he knows some would just be at his side for the chance of getting some money, but why would he care? He doesn't plan to marry one of them. He would care for that when it comes to the one he should marry and when he finds out they are just after him because of the money, yeah, well bye bye then

— He is probably in general way too touchy with people, so accidents happen, right?~ (that sounds wrong) I mean with that, that probably some people would get his closeness a little wrong think he is interested in them, so they get interested and in the end, Fun~

— He calls people casually with sweet nicknames. He called Yuu/MC "My Love". So why wouldn't he just call other people too by stuff like that? The pretty dancer lady he had invited with the green eyes? "My shining emerald" The handsome boy he met at a feast in his homeland with the sun-kissed skin? "My golden sunshine"

— Just saying, who in his Homeland, from the young ladys that need to get married and stuff, wouldn't instantly say yes, if Kalim would ask them to spend time with him? The moment he would invite them into the palast, they would fall in love with him (or his money)

— He knows how the world is working. Money does big things. A soft smile, a nice ask and a little bit of "One night at the Sultans Palace / One night treated like a princess/prince, getting served from servants" and he has a partner. Kalim isn't stupid, maybe school related stuff, but not about life.

— By the way: "One night treated like a princess/prince", come one. Tell me this boy wouldn't absolutely treat his partner, even just one night stands, like total princesses/princes. He would praise them so much, tell them all the way how beautiful they are, how they are his treasure right now. Surely he could also go easily into the mood of "Serve me I'm the Prince", but I think he would make this the first few times by accident (because he was taught to be served from everyone) but quickly realize that that's not how it works.

— Facit:

Kalim could easily be a Fuckboy, or a very popular and successful Pick me Boy. But I think he would get himself in the way with his "I don't do that on purpose" nature.

Sooo I got into Twisted Wonderland recently (like two months ago when it came out in English) and I wanted to talk about it a little! No spoilers in this post!

Intro for those who maybe already know the game: I got into it with the English release and play the English ver, but I am also caught up with watching/reading the translations with the Japanese ver of the story. (Ex: in the English ver I’m in book 4 but I’ve read up to where the Japanese ver is in book 6).

Intro for those who don’t(?): Twisted Wonderland is a mobile gacha game made by Disney (and Aniplex, as well as Yana Toboso who did Black Butler but please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong!) You play as Yuu, (or any name of your choosing, but that’s the canon “fill in” name that I’ll be referring to them as), a magic-less freshmen at Night Raven College that somehow got thrown into a world called, you guessed it, Twisted Wonderland. Night Raven College is a pretentious and famous school whose students are somewhat roughly based off of different Disney villains along with some heroes who use powerful magic. There is also a rival school called Royal Sword Academy as well. Throughout the story Yuu will meet, aid and grow close to students from different dorms based off of different Disney stories/movies along with Grim, a “monster cat” that can communicate and use magic (I’ve seen a lot of people compare him to Morgana for the role he plays if that gives you a better picture). Gameplay wise it’s a gacha style action game where you draw cards for different characters to use in fights. There’s also a rhythm aspect of the game where you play through different songs as well. In order to strengthen cards and your personal player rank, you go through different types of lessons and use items you can either buy or obtain from said lessons. There’s a bit more to it as well but I won’t get into all of that in this post, if someone says they’re interested then I can make a separate post for it, this is long enough as it is.

Whoa yikes that synopsis was kinda long but let’s move on, if you really *really* don’t want to know even character’s names or dorm names or anything like then then I would stop here.

How I would describe each of the characters in one word/phrase: (keep in mind this is kinda opinion based please):

Riddle Rosehearts: Perfectionist

Ace Trappola: Clever

Deuce Spade: Badass

Cater Diamond: Secret sad boi hours

Trey Clover: ENABLER.

Leona Kingscholar: An ass

Ruggie Bucchi: Mischievous. Also, street smarts!

Jack Howl: “uh oh, they messed with Jack’s morals” is a phrase that’s regularly said and that’s all I have to say.

Azul Ashengrotto: “Blue nerd octopus” (not my words). Also, ANXIETY.

Jade Leech: Shady.

Floyd Leech: A force of nature

Kalim Al-Asim: Ignorant sunshine

Jamil Vipor: Snake. Like when you call someone a snake.

Vil Schoenheit: Is persistent the word I’m looking for? Maybe Diligent would be better?

Rook Hunt: Eccentric. And very extra. (Also kind of a simp)

Epel Felmeir: “Fight me! You won’t!”

Idia Shroud: I’m pretty much convinced that Idia is also playing Twist at this point.

Ortho Shroud: baby robot child

Malleus Draconia: all the sass with this one

Sebek Zigvolt: SIMP.

Silver: Narcoleptic and not happy about it

Lilia Vanrouge: “how do you do, fellow kids?”

Dire Crowley: VERY shady.
