Gaining muscle is hard 💪💪 It is hard to gain muscle for some. It depends on genetics and what you are eating. The regular 9 to 5 worker does not know how to gain muscle. I needed to get a coach myself to teach me how. When you work a regular job. The pattern is going to work, eat and go to sleep. In order to be healthy, you need to do more than that. You need to set up a healthy life schedule which includes work, eating 3 meals a day, and 6-8 hours of sleep. In order to get into a healthy pattern and gain muscle. You have to consume 1 gram of protein per pound that you want to weigh. So, say you want to weigh 165 lbs. You eat 165 grams of protein. Then you need to manage the other carbs and fats. In order to do that. I use an app called myfitnesspal to track everything daily. You then have to do light weight and high reps at the gym or house for 30 minutes and then cardio of any type for 30 minutes. This needs to be done between 3 to 6 times a week depending on your goal and how in shape you are. When I finally started to gain muscle, I felt so good. Sometimes when I get thrown off and I don't eat enough and I'm stressed. I lose some muscle. The great thing is though is that people can gain the muscle back more easily once you were on the healthy pattern before.
