Gaining muscle is hard 💪💪 It is hard to gain muscle for some. It depends on genetics and what you are eating. The regular 9 to 5 worker does not know how to gain muscle. I needed to get a coach myself to teach me how. When you work a regular job. The pattern is going to work, eat and go to sleep. In order to be healthy, you need to do more than that. You need to set up a healthy life schedule which includes work, eating 3 meals a day, and 6-8 hours of sleep. In order to get into a healthy pattern and gain muscle. You have to consume 1 gram of protein per pound that you want to weigh. So, say you want to weigh 165 lbs. You eat 165 grams of protein. Then you need to manage the other carbs and fats. In order to do that. I use an app called myfitnesspal to track everything daily. You then have to do light weight and high reps at the gym or house for 30 minutes and then cardio of any type for 30 minutes. This needs to be done between 3 to 6 times a week depending on your goal and how in shape you are. When I finally started to gain muscle, I felt so good. Sometimes when I get thrown off and I don't eat enough and I'm stressed. I lose some muscle. The great thing is though is that people can gain the muscle back more easily once you were on the healthy pattern before. Once upon a time there was a shy littlebunny taken from her mom too young by breeders who only saw her as meat .. she had never been held or knew what a blanket was , how soft it could feel . she didn't know where her siblings were or what would happen to her . she was sold off in a much too tiny box to stranger for twenty bucks.. everyone Meet Tifa! today was her first snowday n she had an insane time hoppingm around + nibbling up as much snow as she could lol . She loves to play with her best bunnie - friend named Aerith and they r my goodluck rabbits :) They r so loved and enjoy cuddling , cupcake - shaped treats , and doingm little bunny punches at me when I have to clean their ears. To live with such sweet animals on this planet is such a precious gift &i hope one day the world can b more compassionate to other creatures ;_;

and my new boss asked me if i wanna change my post and i said well.... and when i complained for the first time (very lightly as i apologized profusely the whole fucking time and said dont worry it's fine i get it i'll still do this if y'all need me to) he had the audacity to tell me "yeah thats what we do..." after starting the convo with "um as i understand it you're really good about taking directions n showing up n getting your work done... so here's something that pays LESS THAN YOUR CURRENT BASE PAY WITH SUCK ASS HOURS DO U WANT IT" as if he's doingme a fuckin favor. fuck off as if i havent been doing all the dirty jobs no one else wants the whole fucking time now and NO ONE lasts as long as me. i know im just your whipping boy but yalldont wanna let me know that
