“Lovin her seems tiring..” Part 2
Tumblr media
Taggies/ warnings; Pro!HeroKats, cheating, fingering, creampie, blowjob, ridding, cumming, squirting, swearing, mention of sex toys, dirty talk, titty fuck, drinking, drunk messaging, dry humping.
part 3!
After that crazy call with your boss, you went right into making reservations so you don’t get yelled at the next week of work.
Wait. Is his girlfriend coming? Should you call and ask? Would he be mad? Do you reserve two rooms? One for you, and one for him? Of course you would! Why wouldn’t you? Don’t make this weird y/n.
You had a lot of what if’s. But, you wanted to be brave and call your hot headed hot boss.
ring, ring, ring.
“The hell ya want now? Thought i made myself fuckin clear.” He grumbles into the phone.
“U-uh,” you stutter. “S-so, is uhm, Kira coming like she usually d-does, or..-“
“No. Just make two rooms. One for you and me.”
“Okay! Thank you for letting me know. B-but i do have a question Mr. Dynamight.”
“Lay it on me.” He says calmly? Wow, you’ve never heard him so calm before.
“So, why I’m I coming..?” You ask a little scared.
“Need ya to come with me cause you’re my damn assistant and you should do as I say. See ya next week y/n.”
He hangs up. God, his voice was so sexy. You couldn’t get enough of it. At least his bitch of a “girlfriend” isn’t coming.
You go to work the next week after your short weekend. You get packed to go to Tokyo, and you plan to maybe go to Tokyo Disneyland since it’s not like your gonna be on patrol with him, right?
Right?
You make your way to the bus station to get to the Dynamight agency. It was snowing and a horrible day to wear a white high waist mini skirt with a cute flower cardigan. At least you have a snow jacket and shoes in the office.
You pay for your ticket and get on the bus. The bus station was pretty packed, you cant be late today. You decided to go on your phone to see the news, until you get a text from your boss.
:Dynamight🧡💥: I need ya to get to the fuckin office now. Go to my office when you’re here.
:y/n: sorry! Bus station is a little full today. I’ll get there as fast as I can! :D
You see the Dynamight agency and run out the bus as fast as you could. You knew Bakugo was a hot head and the last person you wanna piss off. It was kinda hard to run in the thick snow with uggs on, but you couldn’t care less. You NEEDED to get to your boss.
You open the large doors and greeted the front lady that at gives you little candies.
“Thank you Mrs. Hellen!” You wave goodbye and pop the candy in your mouth. You get to the elevator and press floor 8. As you get on, you notice you have a big whole in your tights. Fuck. Those were new too! Damnit.
You gracefully walk to Bakugo’s office and hear grunting on the other side of the door.
You knock on the door and you hear Bakugo startle and race to get up. You’re not sure what he was doing, but your little dirty mind thinks something else.
“What-“ he looks down at you. “Get in here,” He pulls your wrist inside his office.
“Good morning to you too, Mr. Dynamight.” You give him a warm smile and he falls back on his chair.
You notice his face is a little red and his cheeks are slightly puffed. You couldn’t help but also noticed a bulge in his hero cargo pants.
“Ay, eyes up here sweetheart.” He says with a a smug smirk.
“O-oh sorry. I was just thinking about my uh, hole in my tights.” You said. Nice save, you think to yourself.
“Uh huh.” He says turning his chair so the back faces you.
“So Mr. Dynamight-“
“We’re leaving tonight, did ya pack your shit?” You noticed he clenched his jaw when he span his chair to face you again.
“Yeah.. uhm, are you going to pick me up or-“
“Yeah. Text me your address when I leave.”
“Ok.. thank you for your time.” You spin on your heel to leave. You opened the door and took slow steps.
Well, guess you should start working.

who you are and who you’ve been
pairing: bucky barnes x reader
word count: 8,490
summary: Sometimes love takes a little longer to find you.
warnings: SMUT.  Mention of past abusive relationship, drinking, swearing.
a/n:  Thank you so much to @zeilenkrieg for commissioning this and being so patient while I wrote it!!
“Mama!  Mama!  You here?”
You sighed as you looked up from your coffee, seeing your daughter coming through the living room.  She had on that pair of daisy dukes that she stole from your wardrobe—the ones you used to wear in the heat of summer, a white shirt tied to let the sun on your tummy.  You used to scandalize your own mama with that outfit…
You had argued with her that she had worn the same kind of outfit back in the seventies, and that vintage was in.  But she liked to wear hers with cowboy boots and you preferred it with a good pair of sneakers.
God, you missed being young…  Your twenties had been absolutely wild, even if they had started out with that horrible pandemic in 2020.
You still washed your hands after touching almost anything.  An instinct that never went away.
That year and the couple years before had been… insane.  But at least it incited real change in the world.  The people had learned from their mistakes, at least for now.
History did have a habit of repeating itself.  Humans were fickle, forgetful creatures like that.
“Yes, honey bun?” You said as you stood up, moving to hug her.
At thirty-seven years old, she was the only good thing that ever came out of your marriage.  That, and knowing how to wash blood out of clothing.
The only problem was that by the time you’d finally left him, you had no friends left.  You were in your forties by then, with no family besides your daughter, and no friends left to speak of.  You hadn’t even had Facebook at the time to keep in touch with old schoolmates from university.  And by then, what was the point?  They were all leading completely different lives and probably hadn’t spared you a thought in at least a decade.
“When’s the last time you left the house?” She asked, her hands on her hips in a stance that reminded you so much of yourself that it scared you.
Now that… that was hard to answer…  You honestly didn’t think you’d be able to remember.  You got practically everything delivered, you worked from home…
Shaking your thoughts away, you shot her a look.  “I’m fine right where I am.”
“Your doctor called and said you haven’t been taking your medication.”
“Fuckin’ snitch,” you scoffed, rolling your eyes as you turned back to the window, staring down at the now cold coffee.
Josephine rolled her eyes.  “He said you haven’t picked up your refill in over two months.”  She came over to stand next to you, staring out the window with you for a long time.  “Mama, you’ve gotta take your medicine…  You remember what happened last time…”
Ah, yes, the infamous incident.
Which was an incident in a long line of incidents.
There had been a… few times when you’d stopped taking your medication—either intentionally or simply because you had forgotten—and it had resulted in a stay in the psych ward at the local hospital.  It had happened far too many times for your daughter to not be in contact with your doctor so she would be informed if you had stopped getting your refills.
You didn’t blame her, of course.  But it did make you feel like a horrible mother.  One who couldn’t even take care of herself to the point where your daughter had to.
“Yes, I remember last time,” you sighed, staring at a cardinal.  “You know, my mama used to tell me that if you see a cardinal, a loved one who’s passed is visiting you…”
“Mama, I signed you up for a seniors’ social club.”
You blinked.
And then, you blinked again.
You turned to look at your daughter, disbelief written all over your face.  “No the fuck you did not.  I swear to all that is holy, Josephine Ann, if you signed me up for one of those… those… pre-death support groups, I’ll tan your hide!”  You gasped as some of your coffee splashed onto your sweatshirt.  “I brought you into this world, and I sure as hell can take you out of it!”
“You’ve been saying that since I was two,” She said, taking your arm and guiding you to sit down at the kitchen table.  “And it’s not a pre-death support group.  I feel like that’s offensive somewhere so make sure you don’t go running around the group saying that.”  Josephine used a paper napkin to dab at the coffee on your sweatshirt, muttering about throwing it into the wash and getting you a new one.
This was what you meant by your daughter taking care of you.
“Josie, really, I can get my own sweatshirt.”
“Doesn’t mean you gotta,” she said as she came back with a new one, helping you change.
Sometimes you felt like she thought you were a hundred years old.
“Honestly, mama…  I just want you to be happy…  You should have friends.  You shouldn’t be cooped up in this house all day, all the time.”
“What do I need friends for when I’ve got you?  And Danny?” You asked.
But you had been hit with the sudden reality that except for Josephine and her girlfriend, you were alone.  Completely, and utterly, alone.  Hell, they were the only people you had ever invited over to the tiny one bedroom you owned.
Repairmen didn’t count because they were there to do a job, not keep you company.
God, you had wanted more than this, once upon a time.  You had once had dreams, of maybe being a writer and making the New York Times’ Bestsellers List, of a husband who adored you and brought you flowers every Friday, of lazy Sundays eating waffles on the couch with the love of your life.
But life didn’t end up the way you had dreamed it.  There were no book signings or meetings with editors… there were no gardenias… and there was no smell of waffles and syrup.
And you’d made your peace with that.
Sort of.
Josephine’s arms wrapped around you as she rested her head against yours.  Like a mirror of yourself, she was, from her face down to her toes.
Thank god.  She didn’t deserve to have to look in the mirror and see reflections of her father.
“Will you at least try it?” She asked gently, her hand running up and down your arm, her freshly manicured nails tickling your skin.  “It’s not like a pre-death support group, as you call it…  It’s for seniors or people who are approaching seniority and are still active and want to go out and have fun, but maybe need some friends to do it with.  Please?”
And how could you say no when she wanted something so badly?
“Alright,” you said after a moment.  “I’ll go once.  And if it’s horrible, I’m not going back.  And I’m gonna tell Danny how you forced me to meet a bunch of strangers.”
She squealed excitedly, running off to your bedroom and going through your closet.  “Okay, the first thing the group is doing is having a first meeting at a bar, and we’re gonna get you all done up.”
Oh, good.  She was going all in.
“When’s the first meeting?” You asked as you sat on the bed, leaning back on your hands as you watched her.
“Tonight.”
Uh.  What?
“TONIGHT?!” You shouted in shock as you jumped up.  “What?!  You didn’t think to ask me about this a few days ago?!”
She snorted, picking out a few tops that you hadn’t worn in what felt like decades.  “I signed you up this morning, I didn’t know about it a few days ago.”
You watched in exasperation as she threw article after article of clothing onto the bed for you to try on.  “I don’t think I need to wear four pairs of jeans to a bar,” you said, beginning to pick up a few of the pieces.
Josephine gave you a look as she continued.  “Considering how long it’s been since you’ve been out, I think it’s fair that some of these might not fit anymore.”
Well, you had lost some weight…  Not necessarily in a healthy way, but she was right.
In the end, she ended up shoving you into the bathroom and forced you to do a full shower—which meant body and hair.
You hadn’t even gone to such lengths when you were going on your first date with her father.
She spent hours on your hair and makeup, chattering away excitedly about the vacation her and Danny were planning.  A South American cruise.
Josephine had never married, never had kids.  Never wanted to after seeing what her daddy had put you through.  It left a sour taste in her mouth, and even though it was legal now, her and her girlfriend hadn’t breathed a word of a wedding.
Though, you suppose they had a common law marriage at that point, if lesbians were included in it.
“Perfect,” she said as she got you to slip on an old jacket of yours that was a little too big.  “Come on.  I’ll drive you and pick you up.”
“Oh, honestly,” you snorted as you grabbed the purse Josephine had shoved all your things into.  “You’d think I could take an Uber.”
The bar wasn’t what you had expected when she had first told you that’s where the meeting was going to be held.  The last bars you’d been to had practically been nightclubs.
But this was… upscale.  Sophisticated.
Now you understood just why she had put so much work into making you look presentable.
It didn’t look like anyone else was there yet, even though most of the patrons were around your age, so you took a seat at the bar, the group’s site pulled up on your phone.
“What can I get for you, miss?” The bartender asked as he set down a coaster in front of you.
A snort erupts from your throat as you look at him.  “You always call women as old as me miss?”
“Oh, come on, you’re a catch,” he said, shooting you a playful wink.  “My dad’s single, you know.  If you were… looking.”
“Thank you, but I’m not,” you said gently, your cheeks flushed.  “Can I get a Manhattan?”
The bartender nodded, gracefully backing off the subject of you possibly dating his father.  And barely a minute and a half later, there’s a perfectly made Manhattan set on your coaster.
You’d barely taken a sip before someone came up beside you.  “Do you have Macallan’s 18 Year Sherry Oak?” A man asked.  At the bartenders confirmation, he hummed.  “Can I get a double on the rocks?”
The bartender dropped a large ball of ice into a glass before pouring two shots of whiskey over it and handing it to the man.
“Macallan’s, huh?” You said softly, your heart pounding.  Josephine had told you to make friends.  That was the whole point of this, even if the man wasn’t part of the social club you’d been forced into.  “You know your whiskeys.”
The tall man took a seat beside you, his eyes boring into the side of your face.  You hadn’t dared look at him yet.  “I’ve always preferred those who choose a Manhattan over a martini any day.”
“And why is that?” You asked, finally looking up at him.
And oh, you wished you hadn’t.  He was… stunning.  The very definition of male beauty.  His salt and pepper hair reminded you of the photos of the men in the forties…  The 1940s, that is.  Blue eyes so striking that you lost your breath, and broad shoulders that you knew would haunt your dreams.  He was wearing a glove on his left hand for some reason, but you didn’t linger on it too long.
But at least he was at least your age, if not a little older.  You’d die if you’d just sort of flirted with a twenty-something asshole who just bought expensive whiskeys for the sake of buying expensive whiskeys to show that he had money to blow.
“Martini drinkers think they’ll get some kind of award for their choice of drink,” he said, “as though choosing a drink that generally tastes like shit is some kind of accomplishment.  Unless you’re just taking a shot, a drink should taste good.”  He looked you up and down, letting his pretty blues linger on your lips.  There were faint crow feet at the corners of his eyes, but they just seemed to make him even more handsome.  “And a Manhattan doesn’t need a fancy whiskey.  It is steady and sure even with the cheapest five dollar bottle you can get from a gas station.  Someone whose drink of choice is a Manhattan is sure of who they are and what they want.”
You hadn’t felt this hot under a man’s gaze in decades.  “Really?”  Swallowing around the lump in your throat, you took another sip of your drink to buy you a moment.
“Mmm…”  He stole one of the two cherries from your drink, biting it off the stem.  You were transfixed as he slipped the stem into his mouth, sticking his tongue out about thirty seconds later with a perfect cherry stem knot on display.  “Really.  I’m James.  What’s your name?”
Butterflies filled your stomach as you gave him your name.  God, you felt like you were sixteen again and being flirted with for the first time.
His eyes flicked down to your open phone that rested on the bar, the social club’s page still up.  “You’re here for the meeting, too?”
“Um…  Yes,” you said, ducking your head.
“But, doll…”  He leaned towards you, a charming smile on his lips.  “You don’t look a day over thirty-five.  Are you sure you’re a senior?”
Blinking, your mouth hung open in a soft o.  “Are you planning on flirting with every woman in the club like this?”
James looked around dramatically, his gloved hand resting over his heart.  “A club?!  Is that what you call this place?” He asked, mockingly serious.  “Damn, what does that make all those dirty, gross places these young kids go to now?  Brothels?”
For some reason, you felt comfortable enough to shove his shoulder, surprised a little at the feeling of metal under his jacket sleeve.
For the first time, he looked a bit… uncomfortable.  He had flinched a bit, his bright eyes focused surely on his drink.  “Um…”
“You’re the Winter Soldier.  James Barnes,” you said curiously, your head tilting to the side as you looked at him.  “I thought I recognized you from somewhere.”
“Is that a bad thing?”
“No.”
“You sure?”
“Mmhm,” you drawled, taking the cherry left in your drink and biting it off in a way that you hoped was alluring.  “Though, I gotta say, it is a bit awkward to meet the man I wrote two papers about in high school.”
Shit, his laugh was beautiful.  Everything about him was beautiful.  Like Apollo or something...
James’s head was thrown back in laughter.  His cheeks were flushed, his eyes squeezed shut.  “Did you actually write two papers about me?” He asked as he tried to catch his breath.  At your nod, he smirked, leaning in close again.  “What did you write about?  How devilishly handsome I am?”
You couldn’t believe you were saying this.  “I mean, I can show you the papers and actually let you read them, but they’re at my place.”
Before he could pick his jaw up off the ground, there were other seniors in the group coming up to greet you.  Your throat was dry as the Sahara as you turned to face them, plastering on a smile as you tried to ignore the heated gaze on your face and the way he licked his lips.
The meeting was… long.  Boring.
Or at least, that’s how it felt when you had James’s dark, sultry eyes on you the entire goddamn time.
Mind fuzzy, you vaguely remembered agreeing to come to the next meeting, and even signing up for a hiking trip they were taking the next weekend.
As you headed outside, you felt Bucky’s hand slip into yours, his long, calloused fingers intertwining with yours.  “So…  Am I gonna get to come over and… read those papers?” He murmured, his lips brushing against your ear.
God, you could practically feel yourself bursting into flames.  You weren’t gonna survive.
Thank god your daughter had forced you into a full shower.
But what about how dirty your house was sure to be?
“Um…  Y-Yeah,” you said as you turned to look at him.  “But, my daughter is gonna be driving me home…  I don’t want her to know I’ve got someone coming over.  She’s nosey.  Real…  Real nosey.”
“Of course, darlin,’” he chuckled.  “Here, why don’t I give you my phone number, and you shoot me a text with your address when you’re ready for me to come over?”
Your head was swirling as you got into your daughter’s car, your phone burning a hole in your purse.
“How was it?” Josephine asked nervously once you got about halfway home.  She couldn’t tell from the look on your face.  “Did you like it?”
“Hm?  Yeah.”  Swallowing, you shot a text to James with your name, telling him you’d text him when it was all clear.
“Are you gonna go again?”
“Yeah.”
“Really?”
“Yeah.”
She seemed both dissatisfied and pleased by your vague answers.  At least you were getting out of the house.
Once you got home and said goodbye, it was a mad dash to ensure that your house was clean as could be.  Josie had put in some work while you’d been gone, it seemed.  She’d done the dishes and the laundry, as well as dusted.
Thank fuck.
You struggled for a solid twenty minutes to put fresh sheets and pillowcases on the bed, lighting two candles and placing them in a manner that you hoped seemed natural.
“Shit,” you cursed as you smelled under your arms.
Okay, quick body shower.  It seemed all that flirting had made you a tiny bit sweaty.
You turned the water to scalding and scrubbed your body down, exfoliating and using your best scented body wash.
And to be quite frank, you’d never shaved your lady bits as quick as that.
As you texted him your address and that it was safe to come over, you pulled on your clothing from the bar (though, you did put on nicer, matching lingerie underneath.)  By the time he’d gotten there, you’d downed two shots of tequila for a bit of liquid courage and had poured yourself a glass of wine.
“Hey, baby doll,” he said, a crooked grin on his face as you welcomed him inside.  His glove had been abandoned, and black metal fingers lined with gold glittered in the light.  “Woah…  You know, I wasn’t sure how your place was gonna look, but this is very… you.”
“Oh, really?” You asked as you offered him a glass of wine, which he gratefully took.  “How so?”
“I don’t know,” he chuckled as he swirled the deep red liquid in its glass.  “It’s cozy.  Sweet.”
Your throat was dry as you watched his adam’s apple bob as he took a drink.  “Um… so those papers…”
Bucky whispered your name, moving closer to you as he set the wine glass down on the counter.  “Baby girl, I’m not really here for the papers, am I?” He asked as your back hit the island.  “If I am…  If I am, then just tell me, and I’ll stop this.”  His slightly chapped lips ghosted against yours like the tease he was.  “Am I here just for the papers?”
“No,” you breathed out, before pressing your lips against his in a firm kiss at last.  His breath was minty and cool, with just a touch of the wine you’d been sharing, like he’d brushed his teeth before coming over just like you had.
Could it be possible he was just as nervous as you were?
But he was perfect?  Why the hell would he be nervous?
Your thoughts were cut short as he reached down, his hands firmly grabbing your ass as he lifted you up and set you on the counter.  “That’s a good girl,” he growled as he kissed down your neck, his hands working at your blouse.  “Couldn’t stop thinking about you during that whole stupid fucking meeting.  Just wanted to kiss you.  Just wanted to… to touch you.”  He pulled back, kissing you fiercely as his hands moved from your blouse to hold your face again.  “You gonna let me touch you, angel?”
A whine escaped your throat as you nodded, desperately yanking at his shirt.  Once it was off, you didn’t hesitate to run your hands over the broad planes of his chest.  He wasn’t quite as toned as you remembered from when you were younger, when you used to (occasionally) stalk (lightly) his social media accounts.  There’d been so many pictures of him on vacation with the other Avengers… all tanned and toned…
But you liked this better.  There was a softness to him now, a gentleness.
You were so distracted by his physique that you didn’t notice he’d gotten your shirt and bra off until the cold air hit your chest.  “Fuck,” you mumbled as his lips found your neck, trailing down to your breasts.
You couldn’t remember the last time you’d been kissed, let alone the last time you’d had such… attention.
Especially when his hands worked your pants off and he stood between your legs, moaning as his fingers tickled your thighs.  “You’re so beautiful,” he said as his lips wrapped around one nipple, suckling at it and teasing until it was diamond hard, and he moved on to the other.
Gotta be fair, after all.
“James…”
“Fuck, baby girl…  Never been with a woman as beautiful as you,” he growled, kissing down your tummy.  “You’re not making it out of here without orgasming at least twice,” he warned jokingly.  He was half bent over in front of the island, watching in wonder as he slowly pulled your silk panties down your legs and revealed your aching core to him.
“I-If you’re not comfortable standing like that, w-we can move somewhere else,” you stammered, suddenly growing self conscious.  What if he thought your pussy was weird?  Granted, you’d overcome thinking that when you were in your early twenties, after learning that each one looked different.
But he was born in the forties.
But that meant he’d probably seen an exponential amount of pussies!
Oh, god, there was no way you’d have anywhere near as much experience as him.  The only person you’d ever been with was your ex husband, and he wasn’t exactly the paradigm of lovers.
“Hey.”
You refocused with a shake of your head, your eyes meeting James’s.  “Yes?”
“You’re in your head,” he said softly, his forehead resting against yours as he slowly ran his fingers along your sensitive folds.  “There’s no need…  It’s just you and me, okay?  And you’re absolutely perfect.”
Your heart was melting inside your chest as you nodded, stealing a tentative kiss.  “Okay…  Just you and me.”
James nipped at your lower lip as he lifted you up, wrapping your legs around his waist.  “Come on.  I don’t want our first time to be on a kitchen counter.  Though I make no promises I won’t help christen every inch of this house after,” he said with a playful growl.
You whispered directions to your bedroom as he held you tight to his chest, his lips finding purchase on your neck.  “And here I thought you said the super soldier serum was wearing off,” you joked.
The man snorted as he pushed you up against the hallway wall.  “Trust me, doll, no lack of super soldier serum is gonna stop me from fucking you right,” he said, his voice husky and deep.
Before you could even open your mouth to reply, two thick fingers were slipping inside of you to slowly tease your cunt, his lips ghosting over yours.  “Does that feel good, sweetheart?”
You couldn’t find it in you to be embarrassed at the whimper that fell from your lips.  “Y-Yes.  Yes.  Please, I need more, James…”
James smiled into the kisses he’d been giving you.  “I’ll give you everything you want.”
“That’s a tall order.”  You threaded your fingers through his hair, shivering at the way his metal fingers dug into the plumpness of your ass.  “You sure you can fill it?”
He doesn’t respond with words, growling as he kisses you fiercely, carrying you to the bedroom.  You don’t have time to think before he’s crawling over you and kissing up your tummy to your lips.  “I need to be inside you,” He whispered as he stroked his length.
“Please…  Don’t wanna wait anymore,” you said.  Vaguely, you’re aware of the twinge in your knees from all the physical activity, and you knew you’d be sore as hell in the morning.
Fucking worth it, though.
James didn’t hesitate to line himself up, the head of his cock pressing against your entrance.  When he finally pushed in, unison moans fill the air.
“I…  I haven’t done this in… so long,” you finally admitted as he slowly pushed in more, taking his time.  Eyes locked, your mouth fell open in a soft ‘o’ as he bottomed out, his hips meeting yours.  “Oh, fuck…”
“Then I better do a real good job fucking you right.”
You weren’t quite sure how long you two lasted, but you do know he manages to pull three orgasms out of you in the space of just a few hours.  There’s snack and water breaks in between rounds, his cool metal hand running up and down your spine to cool you down as you two whisper in the dim light of your desk lamp.
You can’t remember a time that you’d felt so at peace.
A spark had been lit inside your chest as you two laid there in bed, legs intertwined.  Both of you were quiet, his fingers moving to caress your cheek.
There were no words that needed to be said.
His sea blue eyes are sparkling in the dim light, and your hand runs over the sharp stubble that lines his jaw.  It had certainly marked up your neck.
“I had intended on asking you on a date,” he said quietly as his hand found yours, bringing it to his mouth.  Chapped lips kissed each of your knuckles like you were something precious, something to behold.  “I didn’t think the five minutes or so before the meeting counted…  But I’d still like to take you on that date, if you’ll let me.”
“That sounds nice,” you said, a grin twinging at the corners of your lips.
“Yeah?” He asked, sitting up a bit as his fingers brushed against your forehead.
“Yeah.”  A giggle escaped your lips as he playfully tackled you, starting yet another round as his hips rolled down against yours.
The next morning, you woke up alone.  The sheets beside you were mussed, though the space James had been occupying was still a bit warm.
Jazz music floated down the hall, through the cracked door, and you could vaguely hear the clinking of pans.
It took you a minute to gather the will to get yourself out of bed and find your robe, but you finally did it.  As your feet hit the ground and you pushed yourself to a stand, you winced.
You had been right about feeling it in your knees.
You forced yourself to walk smoothly down the hall, despite how much it hurt.  Embarrassing yourself in front of James was the last fucking thing you wanted to do.
He was in the kitchen, standing in front of the stove and humming along with the old jazz song playing on the Bluetooth speaker.  He had a pan full of pancake batter in front of him, a whole stack he’d already made on the side.
Standing in the doorway, you couldn’t help but grin as you watched him.  He’s so handsome… and he seemed so at home in your kitchen.  In your home.
Maybe he’d like to move in…
You shook your head, knowing that it’s already too much.
But the thought was nice.
Him in his pajamas, making coffee…  Him in your shower…  Him in your bed every night…
Yeah.  It’s a really, really nice thought.
“Hi.”
James jumped, his eyes wide as he whirled round to face you.  “Hi.  I thought I had another thirty minutes before I had to go and wake you up,” he said.  “I’m making pancakes.  For you.  For us.”  His cheeks flushed, turning a bright red as he turned back to the pan to quickly flip the pancake.  “I hope you don’t mind that I used your flour and shit…”
“Oh, no, I…  I almost never cook,” you admitted as you moved over to stand next to him, watching as he made two more pancakes.
As he carried the huge plate to the kitchen island, he teasingly grabbed your ass and squeezed.  “Maybe I’ll have to stay the night more often, if only so you get a homemade breakfast.”
It was sweet, and domestic, and somewhat terrifying.
You hadn’t had a man do anything for you like this since you were in your twenties, when your husband was still sweet and loving.
But even so, this was somehow better than anytime your husband made his famous burritos.
Maybe because James’s cooking actually tasted good.
Your first date was to a movie, a drive in.  Something that’s designed to be vintage but really just looked cheesy as all hell.
But it’s perfect.  Perfect and cheesy and romantic.
Your only complaint was that he didn’t kiss you at the door when he dropped you off.  He pressed his lips to your cheek and whispered a goodnight, and that was it.
It took two more dates within the same week for him to kiss you again.
Bright and early on the next Saturday morning, he knocked on your door, holding a bouquet of flowers.
“I figured I should make up for you having to be up so early with this,” he said as he came inside, kissing you quick before moving to put the flowers in a vase.
At this point, he knew your house almost as well as you did.  It felt good, when you two moved around like you were part of a team.
“Have you gotten your coffee this morning?” You asked, already pouring two travel mugs full of the good stuff.
He came up behind you, kissing your shoulder.  “I have, but you know I’ll never say no to more, doll.”
The rest of the group eyed you curiously as you got out of the same car, a few elbow nudges and whispers in the air.
“At least I know no old ass dickheads are gonna come hit on my girlfriend,” James growled in your ear, his calloused flesh hand squeezing your hip.
“Jamie…,” you whined, cheeks flushed in embarrassment.  No one had ever claimed you in such a way that made you feel so desired and… and worthy.
James made you feel worthy.
Which is something you’d only ever really gotten from your daughter.
It sent a bolt of arousal through you, and you were tempted to drag him back to the car so you could bring him right back home and do something about it.
Also…  Girlfriend?  Were you his girlfriend now?  Officially?
That just made you wanna find somewhere to fuck him even more.
But alas, you pushed the thought away as the lot of you boarded one of those white airport vans that took you out of the city to the closest state park.
“It’s beautiful,” you breathed out as you stared out the window, forehead pressed to the cool glass.  The morning air was a bit chillier than it had been lately, signaling the coming onslaught of winter.
Maybe Bucky would wanna make hot cocoa together… go sledding…  Would him, Josephine, and Danny would all come over for Christmas and New Years and—
Would he even want to meet Josephine?
Would Josie wanna meet him?
She had no idea that you’d found a—A boyfriend?
“Not as beautiful as you,” Bucky murmured against the shell of your ear as his vibranium fingers intertwined with yours and squeezed.  His stubble tickled your neck as he rested his head on your shoulder, watching the passing scenery with you.  “I’m really glad I met you, doll…”
“Me, too,” you said, grinning as you squeezed his hand back and leaned your head against his.
It was strange, falling so hard for someone so quick after everything you’d been through.
But you had a gut feeling.  One that you had never had with your ex husband.
James was a good one.  A really, really good one.
That reminded you.
When were you meant to tell him about all the shit you’d been through?
Despite the amount of time you had spent together already, you hadn’t found the courage for it.
Soon, you decided.
But first, you had to get through the damn hike.
Bucky was glued to your side the entire time, even though you were a lot worse at hiking than he was.  He would hold your hand, guiding you anytime there was a fallen tree or a creek.  His blue eyes were soft as he murmured encouragement, quietly praising your every move.
It was intoxicating.
So when you two fell behind from the group, watching them go around a curve and down a hill, you dragged James behind a large rock formation.
“Baby doll?  Darling, what the hell are you doing?” He laughed as you pressed a fierce kiss to his lips.
“Can’t a girl be spontaneous?” You teased as you dropped to your knees, ignoring the way a twig was poking into your left knee.  “Need to taste you.”
His eyes locked on you as you worked at his jeans, getting them down and off, his nails scratching at your scalp as he got a good grip on your head.  “Fuck…  Are you really this needy for me, angel?  Fuck, you’re so god damn gorgeous…  Look at you.”
Your heart pounded against your rib cage as you finally freed his length, a grin on your lips as you wrapped your hand around him and slowly stroked him.
Bucky’s eyes rolled back as your mouth wrapped around the head of his cock.  “Fucking shit…  Good girl…  Suck me off real good, baby.”
The group probably would notice your absence, not that you particularly cared.
Not when you had your man so weak for you.  And all you’d had to do was get on your knees.
His metal and flesh hands guided you to take more of him in, going at a slow pace so as not to hurt you.  He was so big there was no way you’d get all of him down your throat but what you couldn’t take in your mouth, you pleasured with your hands.
Pleasuring your partner like this was addicting.  You’d never felt the desire—no, the incessant need—to please your ex husband.  All you could think about was getting Bucky off, making him feel so good that he couldn’t see or walk straight.
You choked around him as you took him as deep as possible, your eyes glassy.  When you popped off, you stroked him as you moved down to carefully suck at his balls, fighting a grin as he gasped, his hips stuttering.  Before he could orgasm, you took him back in your mouth, wanting to swallow him down.
“Fuck, fuck—  Oh, shit…  Baby—  I’m gonna…  I’m gonna—”  Bucky broke off with a shout as he came, spilling down your throat.  His large hands stroked your cheeks as you swallowed all of it, barring the little bit that had gotten on your lower lip.  “You did so good, darling,” he cooed as he helped you stand, pressing you against the rock behind him as he kissed you.  “Are you okay?  I didn’t hurt you, right?”
“No, you didn’t,” you said, a faint smile on your lips as you helped him put himself back away.  “You were perfect, James…”
When you finally caught up to the group, a few of the others shot you knowing looks.
But Bucky just had a satisfied smirk on his lips, his hand tightly intertwined with yours even as you flushed in embarrassment.
“Once we get home, it’s your turn,” he whispered in your ear as you all headed back for the van.
Your relationship with James was… wonderful.
It was easy in a way you’d never had before.
Within just two months, he was living at your house almost full time, to the point where you’d been thinking about asking him to move in.
It was like you two were magnets.  Even when you both had work to do, you did it in the same room, slowly gravitating towards each other until you were sitting close, your foot running up his calf.
And he’d gotten you to start writing.
“It’s your dream, doll.  You’re never too old to chase your dreams,” he said one night as you two laid in bed.  His metal fingers were tracing shapes on your spine, a chill from the cracked window ruffling his sweaty hair.  “If you don’t mind me asking…  Why did you stop in the first place?”
Ah.
The conversation you’d been avoiding for so long.
Sitting up, you pressed your hands to your face as you tried to find the words to say.  “Um…  I was married before…  I know you know, but, uh…”  Your fingers fiddled together nervously.  You swallowed around the lump in your throat.  “My husband…  He wasn’t…  He wasn’t nice.  At all.”
Bucky immediately sat up behind you, his vibranium hand resting flat on your back to reassure you that he was there, and to give you something to focus on while you spoke.  He didn’t need to speak for you to know.  He was there and he wasn’t running.
“I married him young… and I had Josephine young…  He’d always been so… possessive, but I just considered it protective,” you continued, pulling strength from his touch to keep on going.  You needed to tell him this.  You needed him to understand.  “Then after Josie was born, he started getting violent.  He’d always been mean, but he’d never hit me until after I gave birth…”
James was tense behind you, slowly scooting over so he could wrap his arms around you, his legs resting on either side of yours as he held you.  He needed you close.  Needed to know you were safe in his arms and that man was long gone.
“Put me in the hospital a few times…  He at least didn’t do it in front of Josie.  That’s the one thing I asked of him that he listened to.”  You couldn’t help but snort as you slowly relaxed back against him.  “She always thought all the bruises and shit was just a side effect of how clumsy I am…  But she came home one day during college, to surprise us…  She walked in on him holding a frying pan above his head, about to swing again.  She jumped in between us and told him if he ever touched me again, she’d kill him.”  You let out a breath you hadn’t realized you’d been holding as his lips pressed to your bare shoulder.  It was soothing, feeling his skin against yours.  “She moved me out of that house and into her apartment, helped me get the divorce, get back on my feet…”
“Remind me to tell Josephine thank you,” he said quietly as he squeezed you close.  “Thank you for telling me, doll…  I…  I can’t imagine how hard that was…  But he’ll never touch you again.  No one will ever touch you again if you don’t want it.”
“I know.”
He nuzzled into your hair, breathing in the scent of your shampoo.  “I love you.  So much…”
A peace settled over you as you rested your head back against his, allowing yourself to truly fall into him, to relax.  “And I love you…”
After that night, Bucky slept over at your place five to six nights a week, only going home to get more clothes and do his laundry really, even though you’d told him a million times he could do it at your place.
“Wake up, sweetheart,” he murmured in your ear one morning, pushing your hair away from your face.  “Time to get up…  I’ve got breakfast ready for you…”
Groaning, you tried to pull him down for more cuddle time, but he wasn’t having it.  He always woke up before you, too many years a soldier coming into play.  He’d go for a run and make breakfast before waking you up.
“Come on, doll,” he chuckled, pressing a quick kiss to your lips as he got you to sit up, your vision blurry from sleep still.  “Medicine,” he said, pressing your pills into your palm and putting a glass of water in your other.
Ever since he’d found out about your prescriptions and how you had a hard time remembering to take them, he’d taken it upon himself to make sure you did, every morning and night without fail.
“What’d you make this morning?” You asked sleepily after swallowing your pills, letting him pull you to your feet.  His t-shirt clung to you as you followed him down the hall.  Your hand was tucked into his as you rounded the corner to the kitchen.
What neither of you had heard was the sound of the front door opening.
“Mama?!  What the hell?!” Josephine demanded, standing in the kitchen with Danny right behind her.  “Who the fuck is this?!  What is he doing here?!”
Oh.
Yeah.
You’d neglected to tell your daughter, afraid of how she might take it.
“Hello.  I’m James.  Or Bucky,” your boyfriend said as he held out his hand to you, clearly unashamed and standing his ground even though he was only wearing a pair of pajama pants.
“What the fuck are you doing here?!” Your daughter repeated angrily, ignoring his hand.
“Josie,” Danny began, trying to soothe her.
But your daughter was nothing but determined when she was in her protective mode.
Before you could open your mouth, Bucky supplied, “I’m her boyfriend.”
You felt a flush coming over you as she stared at the two of you, slack-jawed.  “He is,” you said, wrapping both of your arms around his metal one.  You were so nervous, you were shaking.
“When did this happen?!” She demanded, beginning to pace back and forth around the kitchen.
“Um…  The first meeting at the bar… for the club,” you said.  Seeing her so upset made your anxiety spike, and you knew James could feel it, could hear the way your heart rate increased exponentially.
Josephine whirled on you, her eyes—so much like yours—wide with disbelief.  No.  Betrayal.  “You’ve been seeing someone for almost three months and you didn’t tell me?”
“I…”  Tears pricked your eyes as you tightened your grip on Bucky’s arm.  This was not the way you wanted them meeting to go.  “I was scared… of how you’d react…”
At that moment, Bucky turned to meet your eyes, his forehead almost pressing against yours.  “Darling, I feel like this is a conversation you two should have alone, yeah?  So I’m gonna take—Danny, right?  Yeah—Danny to the living room with some coffee so we can get to know each other, okay?”
After a nod, and a squeeze of his hand, he got two mugs of coffee and led your daughter’s girlfriend to the living room.  You could see them sitting down from the corner of your eyes, but you were much too focused on Josephine.
“Mama, I—”
“I love him,” you said, before she could say anything more.
Her eyes were shining, locked on you as she waited for you to speak.  In her gut, she knew this was something you needed to get out.
“I love him more than I’ve ever loved a man.  More than I loved your father,” you whispered, your voice cracking.  “And I know…  I know you’re as protective as you are because you saw how he treated me.  You saw how much I hid that he was hurting you, but Jamie isn’t like that.”  Your fingers fiddled as you tried to keep yourself from pacing.  “He’s kind and adoring and gentle and…  and he loves me.  More than I thought anyone could ever love me.  And I know you feel like you need to take care of me and I am so grateful.  And I still need you.  Everyday.  But Bucky…  I love him.  I love him and he loves me and we take care of each other.”
Josephine reached out, slowly taking your hands in hers.  “He…  He makes you happy?  He takes care of you and you’re safe?” She asked, voice trembling as a few tears rolled down her cheeks.
“Yeah.  He takes real good care of me,” you insisted with a weak laugh.  “And I’ve never been so happy before, honey.  I promise.”
“Okay…,” she said, taking a deep breath.  “I’m still giving him the shovel talk.”
Bucky looked up as Josephine entered the living room, looking much calmer.  He wasn’t sure what you’d said, but it had seemed to placate her for the time being.
“Can we talk outside?” She asked him, keeping her chin high.
God, she looked so much like you.
He nodded stiffly, getting to his feet and leaving his mug behind as he followed her to the front door and out onto the porch.  The former super soldier watched as she paced back and forth, biting her thumb.  “I’ve heard a lot about you,” he said finally, breaking the silence.
Josie stopped in her tracks, listening quietly.
“Your mama loves you something fierce.”  Nervously rubbing his hands on his pajama pants, he couldn’t remember the last time he’d been so nervous meeting a girl’s family.
Though, he supposed it was a bit different when it was meeting your girlfriend’s daughter.
“And I love her.”
Your daughter, your mini me, stared him directly in the eyes.  “I’m sure she’s told you about my father.  What he did.”
“She did.”
“So you know that if you put one fucking foot out of line, I’ll filet you?”
“I do.”
She eyed him for a long moment.  “What are you in this for?  What’s the long term?” She asked.  “I’ve heard of elders just… settling for someone because they don’t wanna be alone in their twilight years.  Is that what this is?”
Bucky tried really hard not to feel a little bit offended.  He wasn’t that old.  “I’ve been alive since 1917,” he said slowly.  “I have no doubt you know who I am.  But I’ve been alive a hundred and something years, and I’ve never met someone who makes me feel the way your mom does.”  His heart clenched inside his chest as he thought of you, seeing your shy smile in the mornings, how you clung to him when you went out in public, the sound of your voice as you read an excerpt of your writing to him, so nervous about what he would think.  “And I…  I can say that everything I’ve been through…  Everything I’ve ever been through was worth it, because I got to meet her.  And I get to be hers for the years I have left.”
She looked absolutely speechless.  “Good,” she said, coughing to clear her throat.  “Good.  I just…  I can’t see her get hurt again.  Not after everything.”
“Trust me, I don’t plan to,” he said, his mouth dry.  “I…  I actually have something to ask you about…  Been waiting to meet you to talk to you about it…”
Inside, you paced the kitchen and living room, going back and forth and back and forth, sometimes moving to the window to try to hear what they were saying.  But they were keeping it all very hushed.
“It’s gonna be fine, mama,” Danny said, standing up and moving to wrap her arms around you.  “Josie’ll see how much you two love each other, and it’ll be fine.  She’s just gotta have her protective moment.  You know how she is.”
Sniffling, you hugged her tightly.  “I shouldn’t have kept it from her for so long…  I was just so nervous…  They both…  They both mean the world to me.”  You paused, snorting.  “I knew you’d approve of him.  I wasn’t so worried about you.”
“Oh, please, the way that man looked at you?” She said, laughing as she kissed your forehead.  “Mama, there’s no way in hell that man would ever hurt you.  He looks at you like you’re his entire universe.”
Heart warm, you glanced towards the front door, wishing they’d just come inside already.  “I’ve never felt something like this…  But fuck, if the whole shit show that’s my life wasn’t worth it for him…  I wouldn’t change a thing, as long as it means I get to end up with him.”
You broke out of her grasp as the front door opened and they came back inside, looking relaxed and even… happy?  “Well?  You aren’t gonna kill him?” You asked Josie as you moved to James, heart racing.
“Nah…,” she said, giving him what seemed like a secretive smile.  “As far as dads go…  He’d be pretty nice to have.”
“What?” You said, brows furrowing as you looked between the two of them.
Bucky chuckled, winking at Josephine as he led you to the stove where breakfast was still waiting, making you waddle as his arms wrapped around you from behind.  “Don’t worry your pretty head about it, baby doll.  It’s all good.”
You still couldn’t help but feel like the two were planning something as he made your plate for you, cutting up your pancakes and filling up your coffee.  “Why do I feel like you two are gonna end up ganging up on me?”
“Oh, come on, mama,” Josephine said with a smirk on her face.  Her and Danny had made their own plates and joined you and Bucky in the living room.  “How could you ever accuse us of such a thing?”
“Yeah,” James said as he fed you a bite of pancake.  “How could you ever accuse us of such a thing?” He asked, before leaning in and stealing a kiss.  “I love you.”
You’d never felt more relaxed, surrounded by the people you loved the most in the world.  What you’d said to Josephine had been true.
“I love you more,” you said, leaning back in for another kiss.
You’d never been so happy.

Ex BF - Part 2
Drew Starkey x Reader
Part 1
You guys, I changed my mind, this one just works so much better as a Drew Starkey fic ...so fuck it, I’m just gonna post what I had on my deactivated blog.
It had been months since you ran into Josh on set at Drew’s work. Luckily, Drew was only in a couple scenes for that project and he only worked on that show one more day without running into Josh. Now, you, Drew and a lot of the Outer Banks crew were all in LA again and going out to a bar.
Unfortunately for you, and everyone that night, Josh and his friends were at the same bar.
“Oh hey, its y/n and her movie star boyfriend, Andrew.” Josh said as he appeared next to you and drunkenly leaned an arm on your shoulder. If looks could kill, the look on Drew’s face would have for sure been the death of Josh. It was a mixture of shock and rage at the audacity of this guy. Drew was so taken aback, he didn’t know how to react.
You uncomfortably chuckled and squirmed out from under Josh’s arm to stand in front of Drew quickly, not knowing if Drew’s truly calm nature could be tested any further. “Mhmm, great to see you Josh.” You stated dismissively.
Your effort to separate them was lost as Drew instantly and easily maneuvered you behind him protectively. You turned for the bar as quickly as possible, hoping to end the situation there, so you grabbed Drew’s hand to pull him along with you.
“Aww, y/n/n, you’re not gonna stay and let me get to know your little boyfriend?”
You felt dead weight behind you as you tried to pull Drew away.
“Bro, I’m telling you right now, back the fuck off.” Drew stated. You whirled around to get in front of him, as Josh took a step forward and titled his chin up, “Or what?”
You put your hands on Drew’s chest. He easily looked over your head to continue glaring at Josh.
“Drew” you said sternly. He glanced down at you for a second, before looking back up at Josh. Josh smirked and waited to see what Drew was gonna do. “He’s not worth it. Trust me.” You said. Drew looked down at you and softened.
He wrapped an arm around your shoulder an you wrapped both arms around his waist to walk to the bar.
“You know, as hot as you are when you get all scary like that. I really really don’t want you getting in a fight because I have an absolutely horrible ex boyfriend.”
You emphasized the first part of this sentence, but Drew just gave you a deadpan stare. He knew you were trying to flirt with him to get him to relax. And you knew it was too late at this point. As evolved and emotionally intelligent as Drew was, he had now entered caveman mode. Josh challenging him because of you triggered instincts deep within him to meet that challenge aka defending your honor. ...1 point toxic masculinity, 0 points non-violent female empowerment.
At this point in your life, you were happy. You had everything you wanted in your career. You had a beautiful apartment. Your family was healthy. You had the best friends you could ask for. And of course, you had Drew. Drew was the one. He was your soulmate. Your best friend. And you knew it. You didn’t feel the need to put Josh in his place any more. You just wanted to keep enjoying your life. You had time to make peace with what Josh did to you and you felt like you moved past it and him. Yeah, you felt like you were past it, you tried to convince yourself. It had been years since the incident happened and you and Josh broke up...
Flashback
You and Josh were 20 and had been on and off for a couple years. One night, you had both been out, when you started fighting, something that wasn’t new to your relationship. Josh had been flirting with another girl a lot of the night and gaslighting you to make you feel like you were imagining it. As you brought up the flirting again, he was reaching for his car keys. You were pissed that he was using this tactic again. He would leave until you calmed down and started to worry about him so much that you would just finally give in and forget the fight, instead of holding him accountable. You were so mad at him for making you feel like you were crazy and for always manipulating you by leaving. You couldn’t stop the words from coming out of your mouth, “Sure, just leave again. Fucking typical, Josh. Like father, like son, I guess.”
And before you could even process what happened, the whole right side of your face was stinging, a cut near eye was bleeding from his ring and your ears were ringing. Josh had just backhanded you hard. Time stood still for a moment as your hand went to cradle your cheek. You were absolutely shocked.
“Oh fuck. You okay?”
You finally looked up at him with an unreadable expression on your face. “..don’t make this a big deal, okay? That was a really shitty thing to say and you just made me so mad, I couldn’t help i-” At that point, you stormed into the bedroom and locked the door. He now was faced with you being upset and maybe even losing you; he started knocking on the door and apologizing profusely after realizing your reaction. You were completely blocking out all the noise coming from the other side of the door as you tried to gather your thoughts.
Okay, that was a really low blow. Yeah, but he HIT you.
I definitely shouldn’t have said that. But he HIT you.
Maybe I deserved it. No, he HIT you. You continued to argue with yourself.
What would you tell your y/bff’s/n if this happened to her?
What would your mom or dad tell you right now?
If he did it once, he could do it again.
...this isn’t the first time you’ve been scared of him.
...but he seems genuinely really sorry.
You opened the door to find Josh sitting on the ground leaning against the wall. He looked at you scared and hopeful, tears rolling down his cheeks.
“I’m sorry for what I said. It was really unfair and hurtful of me.” You stated genuinely.
Relief washed over his face for a second, “I’m so sorry baby. I swear that will never happen again.” He said, as he got up and he started to make his way to hug you.
“Yeah, I know it will never happen again...” you held your hand out to stop him from touching you, confusion now evident in his expression, “because we’re done.”
His face dropped, expression now being somewhere between confused, angry and disappointed. Josh wasn’t used to you putting up boundaries and not letting him get away with all the shit he pulled. “Y/N-” he started.
“No.” You said adamantly, “Frankly, I don’t care how sorry you are. I don’t care how much I pissed you off. I don’t care how much you promise that will never happen again. Our relationship was toxic before what just happened. I know I’m not perfect and I have a lot of things to work on. But I 1000% know in my bones, that I WILL NEVER let you hit me again. I deserve better. We’re done. I’m going to my parents’ house. I’m coming back tomorrow between 10 and 2 to get my stuff. Don’t be here.”
A couple months later, you had a text from an unknown number. It was Josh borrowing a friend’s phone to text you, since you blocked any way he had to contact you. He apologized. He held himself accountable. There was no deflecting or manipulating in the message and he promised he would never contact you again. You replied: “Thank you for your apology. Yes, I’d appreciate it if you don’t contact me again.”
And that was it. You ran into him briefly at the grocery store once and you had been in a really good mood. Your interaction was light and almost flirty. You felt so ashamed about it later, but you hadn’t seen or heard from Josh again until years later, with Drew on set. And little did you know, seeing you with Drew set something off in Josh that he just couldn’t let go.
-
As you stood at the bar, waiting for the bartender’s attention, you turned to see the caveman version of your gorgeous boyfriend still glaring, his fists clenching and unclenching.
“Babe.” You said and he looked at you.
“He’s got fuckin nerve.” He said shaking his head and you took a deep breath ready for the rant, “First off, called me a movie star. I am a serious actor, Y/N.”
You couldn’t help but laugh at Drew being offended anything this asshole said and Drew’s eyes widened at you and you stifled a giggle while you laced your hands around his neck to appease him, “Mhmm” you encouraged.
“And then he called me ‘Andrew’“ Drew went on. And you nodded and gave him a sympathetic pout, “I know, I heard.”
“And THEN, he has the AUDACITY to put his fucking arm around you?! Bro, I’m heateddddd-” He continued, barely paying attention to you as you leaned your body against his. You ignored the fact that he just called you bro and tried a different tact.
“Drew, stop. You can’t get into a bar fight. Think about your job.”
“I don’t care about my job. I care about you.”
“That’s not true. You do care about your job. And I know you care about me. But if you get into a fight right now, it’s not gonna change what he did to me. It was a long time ago. We’re not together anymore. I’m over it. Punching him is not gonna do anything except jeopardize your future.”
Drew still had his fight face on, “Well, knocking that smirk off his fucking face would sure make me feel better.” He said and you scowled at him. “And for the record, I don’t think you’re over it. And you don’t have to be. You never have to be over it. And that doesn’t mean you aren’t fucking strong and badass.”
You were quiet as you contemplated what Drew said. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, before looking at you. “Okay” he said softly.
“Thank you” you said softly before you pulled him down to kiss him. After a minute of you successfully distracting him with a pretty passionate slow kiss, you felt Drew melt a little.
“Hey, I’m sorry. Do you want to leave? Like do you not feel like being out anymore?” He asked sweetly.
“No, I’m okay. He’s just being a drunk asshole.” You turned away to grab the drinks the bartender poured for you and Drew, “We probably won’t even see him for the rest of the night.”
You turned back and realized caveman Drew was now glaring at Josh again as you spoke, “..or not.” You rolled your eyes.
Despite the bad beginning, you and your friends ended up having fun as the night went on. And you and Drew proceeded to drink. Which was probably not the smartest decision. You were both feistier when you drank and you knew Drew’s natural state of calmness was only going to wear off as the night went on.
Eventually, you had to go to the bathroom. But you didn’t trust Josh to not instigate something with Drew while you were gone and you didn’t trust Drew to not try and avenge your honor while you were gone either. So you found Austin, Chase and JD. Chase and JD were only half-listening as they watched whatever game was on the tvs at the semi-crowded bar.
“Guys, I need you to watch Drew while I go pee.” You said. Drew rolled his eyes and hung his head back with a groan.
“What’s the rig?” Austin asked, ironically using his favorite word as he put one arm on your shoulder and the other on Drew’s.
“Drew is trying to fight my ex-boyfriend and you need to stop him from ruining his career and/or going to jail for assault.” You looked at Drew as you finished your sentence remind him that he could get in serious trouble for getting in a fight. Drew scoffed as Austin looked to him for confirmation of what you were saying.
“He called me a movie star dude” Drew said.
“Oooff” Austin agreed that this was a major dig.
“And then he called me ‘Andrew’“
“Ahhh man” Austin commiserated, “This kid deserves to get hit for sure.”
“Austin!” You scolded, “You are not helping!”
“Bro, that’s not even half of it. Like what he did to Y/N; he deserves to get the absolute shit beat out of him, I promise you-”
“Okay, stop! We’re not discussing this. Chase, JD, you are in charge of Drew. Keep him occupied while I go pee and don’t let him ruin his entire life by getting in a stupid bar fight. And Austin, stop encouraging him and keep your mouth shut til I get back please!” You commanded, as you pushed Drew and Austin toward Chase and JD. JD gave you a salute while he put his arm around Drew’s shoulders.
While you were gone, Drew was drunk and spilling all your business, trying to get all 3, also drunk, boys on his side. “Guys, you don’t even know. This guy is the biggest asshole.”
“Wait, is he really? Or do you just not like him because he’s y/n’s ex?” JD asked.
“No dude. First of all, he like cheated on her a bunch of times; he was super manipulative and .. he fucking hit her once dude.”
The all looked at each other, “What the fuck?!”
“Like hit her?”
“Yeahhhhhh, like physically hit her face.”
“Well you are completely justified, brother.”
“Yeah, we have your back man, whatever happens.” They all nodded and broke out of their little huddle.
“Look! No fighting!” Chase said proudly when you got back, opening up his arms.
“Good job Chase. Gold star” You said returning his quick side hug.
The group decided it was time to go to one more bar, so you all walked out the back ext into a big alley. Where, of course, Josh and his friends were smoking and noticed your crew before you noticed them.
“You think her movie star boyfriend knows what an uptight little prude she used to be?” Josh said to his friend loud enough for you to hear. You honestly didn’t even care about what Josh said, you knew he was trying to get Drew to react. And you knew even your sweet, soft Drew was not immune to anger getting the best of him. Drew stopped walking, still slightly turned away from Josh and just shook his head, not believing Josh’s audacity.
Even though the guys had been supportive when they were talking to Drew about fighting Josh, no one actually wanted that to happen. So Austin was quickly by Drew’s side, “Don’t do it bro. It’s not worth it.”
“Drew.” You said trying, to get him to focus on you. Unfortunately, you were with a group of boys full of testosterone and Chase was also feeling feisty and protective.
“Hey, why don’t you shut the fuck up bro” Chase said, taking a step toward Josh, but luckily a level-headed JD was immediately pushing Chase softly backward.
“Ooh maybe, she’s not such a prude anymore. Maybe she’s sleeping with the whole cast; they’re all so protective of her.” Josh laughed.
“Josh stop! What the fuck is wrong with you?” You yelled at him. And Drew was instantly moving in front of you, “You need to stop talking right now man.” Drew said in a tone that made the hair on your arms stand up. You could feel the tension rolling off Drew.
“Drew calm down. Please.” You pleaded as he looked down at you.
“Y/n, I can’t let him talk about you that way.”
“He’s trying to get under your skin. That’s what he wants.”
“Yeah, well it’s fucking working.”
“Drew, come on. Let’s just go home.” He began to give in as you pulled his arm.
Josh was obviously determined for a fight, because the next thing that came out of his mouth made it impossible for anyone to stop Drew.
“Hey good luck with y/n, man. I treated her like trash for years and she still came running back to me, bitch has got issu-” And before he could utter another word, Drew’s fist connected with his jaw.
“Fuck.” You cursed as your hands went through your hair and you backed up between Austin, Chase and JD.
Josh recovered and hit Drew in the eye.
You gasped. Turning into JD’s chest and he protectively wrapped his arms around you. Drew hit Josh again and he fell to the ground. Drew bent over him and punched him again. “Don’t you ever fucking talk about her again!” He yelled through gritted teeth, “Don’t look at her again. And if you EVER touch her again, I swear to God-” he spat in between a few more punches.
“Drew! Please!” You yelled and finally Austin pulled him back. “That’s enough, bro.”
“Come on” JD still had his arms around you, walking you away from everything.
Drew was breathing heavy and trying to overcome his adrenaline. You and JD were already around the corner with most of the group.
“Come on, let’s go” Chase ushered Drew away with Austin. And they followed in the same direction. Drew saw you walking ahead of him.
“Y/N” he called after you softly. You stopped and turned around. He was already right there enveloping you in his arms.
“Fuck y/n. I’m so sorry.” He muttered kissing the top of your head. You just kept holding each other while the group called Ubers.
You pulled away from him a little, “Are you okay?” You asked trying to get a look at the bruise forming on his face. “Yeah, baby. I’m fine. I’m so sorry I did that. I’m sorry I put you in this situation.” He said, hugging you again. After a long pause, you pulled up and looked up at him:
“Thank you.” You stated genuinely and Drew looked at you surprised. But while you continued to look at each other, you both understood without saying anything more. You both knew it wasn’t okay that Drew just got in a fight. And you both knew you didn’t need your boyfriend to defend you honor, but you were thankful someone finally had.

ten voicemails

______
Through the entirety of Rafe and Sophie doing long distance, he had been great about keeping it to himself that he missed her. He knew that sharing it once in a while was alright, but too much and he was convinced he’d make her upset and ruin her study abroad experience - the last thing he wanted to. He even put his phone away most times if he was going to get drunk, knowing he’d probably end up drunkenly confessing something he shouldn’t. He had a great track record - until he didn’t.
He had to admit, he was feeling himself. Earlier that day, he’d FaceTimed her after his long-overdue haircut appointment, at her request. She had answered the phone in a hurry, walking to her metro stop with her bag slung over her shoulder and hadn’t really looked too closely at the screen, more just listening through her headphones. When she finally glanced at him she stopped in her tracks abruptly, nearly bumping into someone. “Oh my god, look at you!”
He raised his eyebrows, running his hand through his hair nervously. He had let the hairdresser do whatever she wanted and she had gone for a shaggier cut that made his hair curl a little at the ends, a little trendier than he expected. “Is it that bad?”
“No! No, no, not at all - did you ask for that cut? That’s not your normal.”
He shrugged, still a little wary of her reaction. “No, I just let her do something new. It’s okay, right?”
“Fuck, that’s hot,” she cursed, trying to be quiet as people moved around her in the busy street.
He seemed to brighten almost immediately, his chest puffing up and cheeks turning a little pink. “Yeah? You think so?”
“Absolutely.” Sophie glanced around, bringing the mic on her earbuds a little closer to her mouth as she spoke. “I cannot describe what I want to do to you right now, because I think I might get cited for public indecency, but holy hell. You look great, baby.”
He beamed, but shook his head. “You’re just saying that because we haven’t seen each other in more than two months and you’re horny.”
“I’m not! I’m not, I swear.” She laughed. “Look, I gotta go or I’ll be late to work, but we can talk later, okay? You look hot, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”
That conversation alone had boosted his ego to the moon. He’d gotten off work early - thank you, summer Fridays - and immediately convinced James and Colin into day drinking. They had just moved into their senior house a week ago and Rafe felt miles better not being under the pressure of living with Colin’s parents, as hospitable as they were.
Once the three of them were sufficiently drunk by five, they ordered multiple pizzas and indulged enough so they were somewhat sober again. Rafe had the brilliant idea of leaving Sophie voicemails every time they made the move to a new spot, keeping her updated. “Sophie! Sophie, baby, hello. We’re walkin’ to the Varsity Club now, then we’re gon’ get drunk again.”
“I think you’re still drunk.” Colin pointed out, reaching for Rafe’s phone. “Hi Sophie!”
“James, say hi.” Rafe ordered, holding the speaker toward him. James nodded and waved and Rafe was satisfied, despite the fact it was just a voicemail. “He says hello. Anyways, just giving you the update. I don’t think my typing fingers are all here ready to go, so m’ just gonna call you. Love you!”
That continued through the night as the boys got more drunk and got more indecipherable, with some yelling into the phone (“Sophie! James is hitting on a girl!”) and some accidental calls where the only audio was the muffled music in the background. Once they finally stumbled out of the bars at closing time, all on their way to a miserable hangover when they woke up later that day, Rafe dug out his phone again to call Sophie.
She typically kept her phone’s ringer on, just in case he needed her, but when she was woken up for the fifth time in the middle of the night, she had to silence it. However, she’d also seen how at least one of the boys got hurt every time all three of them got drunk, so she could hardly sleep well anyways. She groaned when her phone lit up again with yet another voicemail from Rafe, this time of him singing Just The Two of Us horribly off-key.
“Jesus Christ, Rafe, that’s like your tenth voicemail.” James shook his head, amused, trying to grab the phone away from him. He made a noise of protest, standing on his toes and holding the phone out of James’ reach. “No! Gotta keep Sophie updated, I promised I’d check in.”
“Good thing she loves you, because even this would be too much for me.” Colin jested, throwing his arm around Rafe’s shoulders to keep him supported as they walked out the bar. “No, she’s in love with me. There’s a difference.” He corrected with a scowl.
“Doesn’t matter.” Colin argued.
“Does too matter. In love is like...” Rafe trailed off, thinking, then grinned. “It’s like when it’s finally spring again and you get to sit in that first warm patch of sun.”
James rolled his eyes. “Okay, dummy. You’re a fuckin’ sap.”
“M’ not. Not at all.” Rafe argued, fumbling with his phone. Colin plucked it out of his hand, raising his eyebrows. “What the fuck are you trying to do, dude?”
“Gotta check in.” Rafe insisted, grabbing it back and finally finding the FaceTime app and jabbing it with his thumb. Sophie picked up after a few rings, squinting with messy hair and reached to flick on a lamp. “What.”
“Baby!” He exclaimed, grinning. “Angel, look, I’m with my friends, you know them.” He turned the phone to show Colin and James and they waved, Colin rolling his eyes.
“Okay. Do you know what time it is here?” She yawned, pulling the blankets tighter around herself.
“No, how many times is it?”
She raised her eyebrows at his slurred speech and the unfocused look in his eyes. “Holy hell, you’re wasted, aren’t you?”
“No no no.” Rafe shook his head quickly. “No drinkings tonight. Nothing.”
“Not good to lie to your girlfriend, Rafe.” James teased and Sophie scowled. “He’s right. No lying.”
“Okay, fine. I had...um...two drinks. That’s all.”
“No you didn’t.”
“No I didn’t.” He agreed, nodding. “It was seven. Eight. Nine.”
“Alright. Are you safe? M’ kind of tired, baby.”
Both the boys grinned to each other, making a mental note to give him shit for the pet name later. Rafe ignored them, not looking away from the screen once. “My liver might not be safe.”
She snorted, nodding. “Okay. Can I go back to sleep?”
“No. If you’re already up then we can talk.” He insisted and she groaned, dropping her face into her pillow. “Rafe, no. I’m hanging up, I went to bed at three.”
“You’re not hanging up on me. You need to get more sleep though, your schedule’s out of whack. Hey, remember when we used to fight?”
She lifted her head slowly, annoyed. “Yes.”
“Are we fighting right now?”
“Will you let me hang up?”
“No.”
“Then yes. We’re fighting.” She rolled her eyes as his face dropped and he put on a big frown. “No! I don’t like fighting Sophie and Rafe. You know what, though?”
“What?”
“We missed out on a hate fuck.”
“Rafe!” She hissed immediately, turning bright red. “James and Colin are right there.”
“S’okay, they know I liked you for evers.”
“They don’t need to know about our sex life -”
“We know way too much about your sex life.” James interrupted, swatting Rafe upside the head just because he could. “So it’s kind of useless to be embarrassed about it now.”
“Oh my god.” She covered her face with her hands, shaking her head. “Rafe, keep your mouth shut.”
He was completely unbothered and sent her a dopey grin. “Okay. Hey, when we get married, are you gonna let me buy the ring?”
Suddenly she was wide awake and she rubbed her eyes, unsure if she heard him correctly. “Hold up, you said when?”
“Yes, when. I don’t want to have to stick to your budget, you deserve the biggest damn diamond ever.”
Colin and James exchanged a glance as they walked up ahead of Rafe, a little wary of the conversation he was setting himself up for but too drunk themselves to care.
“Um. Who said we’re getting married?”
He frowned, sighing heavily like the topic was exhausting. “We are. You know it, I know it.”
Sophie hummed in response, unsure of how to answer that. “Okay then. That’s, um. Nice of you to say.”
“You have to promise me one thing.”
She took a deep breath. “Rafe, I’m not sure I want to be promising anything to you right now -”
“I want you to wear a garter so I can take it off with my teeth on our wedding night.” He insisted, looking way too serious as he told her. “We’re going to get married, or you wouldn’t have moved your ring.”
She blushed and hoped he couldn’t tell from the dim glow of the lamp, ignoring his request. “I moved it because it fits better on my ring finger.”
“I’m sure you did.” He nodded, placated, and she was grateful he didn’t press it further. “I wish you were here, it’s more fun getting drunk with you.”
“Hey!” James spun on his heel and Colin had to grab at him to keep him upright. “We’re plenty fun!”
“Are you gonna make out with me then cuddle? I don’t think so.” Rafe shot back, grinning when Sophie laughed.
“Rafe got hit on tonight.” Colin informed her, breaking into a round of giggles with James as Rafe sent them a glare.
“You got hit on? Was she pretty?” Sophie raised her eyebrows, trying to hide a small smile.
“Um…” Rafe trailed off, trying to form a complete thought. “She was nice.”
“Yeah? Just nice?”
He nodded decidedly. “Just nice.”
“Practically flashed you.” James argued. “That’s more than just nice.”
The girl had leaned over the bar to say hi to Rafe, giving him a view down her shirt - he had immediately blushed red and shoved Colin forward, telling her Colin was single but Rafe was most definitely not.
“Bold.” Sophie commented, yawning. “Good for her.”
Rafe narrowed his eyes a little. “You’re not mad?”
“Did you flirt back?”
“No! Of course not!” He exclaimed, shaking his head vigorously.
She shrugged. “That’s what I thought. I’m not mad, I have no reason to be. Can I go back to sleep now, please?”
“Pay attention, Rafe.” Colin called out, glancing behind him to see Rafe nearly walking into a streetlight pole as he kept his eyes trained on the screen.
“No. You get to hang out with me.” He decided and she grumbled, but rolled onto her side and set the phone up hands-free so she could at least watch him get home safely.
“Hey, Sophie!” James butted his head against Rafe’s to get in view of the screen, making him yelp.
“Hi James.”
“Remember you gotta come home soon. If you don’t, Rafe’s gonna be sad and I can’t have my buddy being sad.” He told her seriously, slinging his arm around Rafe’s shoulders.
She laughed, nodding. “I’ll come home, don’t worry.” She grinned. “I would miss you and Colin too much.”
“Hey!” Rafe exclaimed, indignant. “What about me?”
“What about you?”
He was about to open his mouth and make his case when he tripped on the uneven sidewalk and his phone clattered to the ground. James cracked up, picking up the phone and flipping the camera to show Rafe in someone’s front yard, lying next to a crumpled metal sign. “Get up, dumbass.”
“Wait, no, hold on, is he bleeding?” Sophie frowned, suddenly more attentive.
“Noooo. M’ fine.” Rafe insisted, clapping his hand over a slice down his arm.
“Show me your arm, Rafe.” She commanded and he scowled but obliged, showing her a small but deep cut on his forearm and the blood trailing out of it. She nearly retched but squeezed her eyes shut instead for a moment, taking a deep breath. “Okay. Where’s Colin? Is he sober?”
“Here!” Colin had gotten a solid block ahead of them, wandering, then jogged back once he realized his friends had stopped. “Damn, dude.” He mumbled, just standing there and watching Rafe bleed.
“Jesus Christ.” Sophie muttered. “Okay. Can one of you get an Uber to the hospital? Please?”
James handed the phone to Colin and took off his shirt, tapping it ultra-gently against Rafe’s cut, effectively doing nothing. “Mine’s dead.”
“I didn’t bring my phone.” Colin added, then squinted as he finally got a good look at her. “You look tired, you should sleep more.”
She pinched the bridge of her nose, trying not to lose her composure. “Where are you guys?”
“Dunno.” Colin turned in a circle, nearly tripping over his feet. “Oh! We’re by the stadium.”
“Alright. I’m going to hang up and call my friends to come get you, do you promise to stay there?”
“Sophie?” Rafe asked, his voice a little weak.
“Yeah, Rafe?”
“If I bleed out and die, I need you to know that I love you and I miss having sex with you.”
She rolled her eyes, exasperated. “That’s sweet. You’ll be fine. Stay there, okay? I need a promise from all of you.”
The boys all mumbled a chorus of “I promise,” and she hung up, satisfied, then immediately called Allie and Julia to go pick them up. Luckily they were both sober and corralled the boys into Allie’s car, taking the phone from Rafe to keep Sophie updated. Once they made the short drive to the emergency room, Julia opened the door to help Rafe out, making Allie’s car light turn on. He groaned and threw his uninjured arm over his eyes, squinting. “I can’t go to the light. I gotta make it for my girl.”
“That’s not - that’s the car light, Cameron.” Julia told him, tugging to get him out. He stayed limp like a ragdoll, shaking his head. “Tell Sophie I love her.”
“You’re not dying. Get out of the car.” Sophie commanded from the FaceTime call. Rafe snapped his head up toward the sound. “I hear her.”
“What on earth did you drink?” Allie asked incredulously, taking the phone from Julia. “Look, can we just text you when we’re out? Airhead here is gonna be too distracted.”
Sophie laughed, running her hand over her face. “Yes, that’s fine. Thank you for putting up with him.”
Julia grumbled, finally tugging Rafe out of the car with James’ assistance. “He owes us a bottle of some good wine after this.”
Two hours later, Rafe was fresh out of the hospital with a tetanus shot and three stitches, and a promise to detail Allie’s car in order to get the blood off of her leather seats (which she had just easily cleaned with a Clorox wipe). He was still a little drunk, but not nearly at the same level when the girls texted her a picture of him with a dopey grin and two fingers up on one hand, then one finger on the other.
Allie: your boyfriend is a nightmare drunk
Sophie: unfortunately
what are the fingers supposed to mean
Julia: he said it stands for two and a half weeks until he sees you
Sophie: aw. you two are the best, seriously
Allie: a boyfriend of yours is a boyfriend of ours

(My GIF)
Wanting to turn round and get the hell out of there, Madani found herself rooted to the spot. It was like car crash TV... she just couldn’t bring herself to look away. So, she stood there and just watched.
She couldn’t move, couldn’t speak, she just stared at the scene in front of her. The room door was at her back and she went along with it involuntarily as it swung closed behind her. Coming to rest against it, she drew in a long breath.
Her eyes were glued to that damn cute ass of Billy’s. Watching it... relentlessly, hypnotically moving up and down, up and down, up and down. Listened to his breathy moans and low grunts as he pounded in and out of her. Uhh, uhh, unnhhh, unnhhh. Caught glimpses of his balls between his legs, snapping backwards with each thrust. A sheen of sweat visible across his shoulders and back. Saw one hand making its way down to where their bodies were joined, his other running gently along her thigh.
Her! she thought venomously. It should be me... he should be on top of me in that bed!
But still she watched. And watched. It was really dim in the room, and she realised the curtains were almost fully closed. She found herself craning her neck forward slightly to get a better look.
She watched as he kept on thrusting, then she noticed the muscles in his ass eventually tense up. Another three or four shorter thrusts, then she heard Billy cry out. Heard him breathe her name, saw him lowering his head to rest on her shoulder for a moment before bringing it up to her face; she just knew he was kissing her now. “I love you,” Madani heard him say, and more kisses followed.
The breath she’d taken in left her lips in a long hiss. This was just so not fucking fair!
»»————————————-———- ⚜ ———————————-————-««
You reached up off the pillows to kiss Billy’s beardy chin above you, but a sudden movement near the door caught your eye. You let out a small shriek as you saw a shadowy figure standing there and Billy leaned back immediately, looking at you anxiously. You pointed towards the door and his head shot round in that direction. A snarl appeared on his lips and he roughly grabbed the bedcovers, quickly pulling them over the two of you. He leaned up on his elbows, looking over his shoulder at the intruder.
“Madani!!!” he yelled, “You... you fuckin’.... Get the fuck outta here!!!”
You heard the door slam, and raised your face from where you’d hidden it against Billy’s chest. You hadn’t been able to make out who it was in the low light. “That was her?” you asked him, and he nodded, throwing back the covers and sitting up against the pillows, running both hands through his wayward hair. “Yeah,” he replied, “yeah, it fuckin’ was. That crazy fucking bitch.”
You also sat up, bringing the sheet across you and under one arm, “What the hell was she doing in your room, Billy?” You were glaring at him, and he quickly put his hand on your cheek, “I have no idea, angel... truly I don’t. Please don’t be thinkin’ this was some kinda hookup, cos it wasn’t! I’m gonna fuckin’ strangle her.... urrrhhhh!!” You could see that he was absolutely furious.
Reassured, you softened your gaze. He carried on, “We’re not due to meet up with her for another half hour. She musta been given a pass key and for whatever reason, came chargin’ in here.”
You ran your fingers up through his hair, sweeping it back from his forehead, “Billy, I swear I’m gonna nail Agent Madani’s ass to the wall when all this is done!”
“You and me both, sweetheart,” Billy said grimly.
»»————————————-———- ⚜ ———————————-————-««
Billy had got up and showered (with you) after that, then he’d unpacked his black tactical suit and got into it. While you were busy admiring how he looked in it - like, really damn sexy - after a long and passionate kiss, he’d left you in the room, telling you to doublelock the door and not to open it for anyone except him.
You’d been made to promise on the lives of everyone you held dear that you’d stay there, until he got back. He didn’t know exactly when that would be, which you had to admit pissed you off a bit but you understood he couldn’t give you a precise time and why. It’s just you didn’t like the thought of being cooped up in the room all day.
Oh well, you had the TV, the movie channels, the mini bar... and room service. Your eyes lit up. Room service!!
Eager to get ordering, you started looking for the menu in the pile of hotel stuff on the funky reclaimed wooden desk, which was underneath a huge ornate mirror. You caught sight of yourself in it as you did so. Ohh... okay, you’d better lose the “I’ve Just Been Fucked Senseless” look before the room service guy arrived, otherwise you might just give him the fright of his life.

Dinah Madani had stumbled out of Billy’s room, letting the door slam behind her. She took off along the corridor at a cracking pace, face flaming red, heading for the fire exit stairs. She smoothed down the fabric of her jacket with her hands, then ran them down onto her trousers, trying to calm her breathing as she went.
She replayed the vision of Billy’s naked body in her mind, of him having sex, blocking out the inconvenient fact that he’d been in bed with someone else.
Damn, she was aroused. She could feel how damp her panties were as she walked. How was she supposed to get the handsome big bastard out of her head now, after seeing that display? In her head, she transposed herself into that bed, underneath him. She could almost feel him inside her.
And every time she looked at him from now on? Yes - she was going to be imagining him naked. And it wouldn’t be to give herself more self-confidence in front of a bunch of people, like they taught you to do in those self-help courses.
As she started making her way down the stairs, she mentally shook herself - she’d better get her head back in the game or this could all go horribly wrong.
»»————————————-———- ⚜ ———————————-————-««
Billy had taken the same route down a couple of floors to the room being used as the base of operations. He was still fuming about Dinah’s little voyeuristic visit to his room. What the fuck was she thinking, coming into his room unannounced? If he hadn’t been otherwise engaged he could’ve shot her! And just how long had she been standing there, watching him make love to his girl?
Weird bitch, he thought, but I’ll settle the score with her once this is all over.
He knocked once on the door, saw an eye appear in the spyhole and then the door opened. Frank and the rest of the Anvil team were already there, along with Madani and her Homeland agents. He glared at Madani but she wouldn’t meet his eyes.
Frank winked and grinned at him, fully aware of the ‘operation’ Billy had been on prior to arriving. Wait till he told him about Madani’s latest little stunt!
They got down to business, running through the details of the op and all the ‘what if’s’ and Plan A, Plan B, Plan C scenarios once again. Everyone was given their positions, tasked with certain duties, told to make sure their earpieces were in and working. The two teams started leaving the room and dispersing to their designated locations. The undercover agent remained to get a further briefing from Billy, Frank and Madani, then he too left to go to his room where the meet would take place.
That left the three of them, plus the Homeland agents who’d be monitoring all the comms and security cameras. Billy marched right up to Madani, towering over her and glaring so furiously at her that it was a wonder she didn’t catch on fire. In a very low voice that only the three of them could hear, he bit out, “I’m sayin’ nothing right now about what happened earlier, Dinah - we need to be totally focused on this fuckin’ op - but we’re gonna be having a conversation about it at some point.”
He caught sight of Frank’s puzzled face but just gave him a small shake of the head. “Right,” he said, “c’mon Frankie, let’s go and check the perimeters.”
The two of them left, leaving Madani to pace the room and watch the CCTV screens over the shoulders of her agents. She hadn’t said a word directly to Billy or looked him in the eye during the entire briefing.
»»————————————-———- ⚜ ———————————-————-««
Billy strode along the corridor so quickly that Frank had to really hurry to catch him up. “Hey, Bill! What’s up with you and Madani now?” Billy shook his head, “Dunno that I should talk about it, Frankie, I’m still fuckin’ furious with her, and I really gotta concentrate on all this shit that’s goin’ down today.” They reached the stairs, Billy opening the fire door and they started down the steps.
Frank grabbed his arm and they both stopped walking. “Don’t forget I know you better’n you know yourself, Russo. If you don’t get this off ya chest, you’re gonna explode. And that ain’t what we need right now.”
Billy leaned his back against the wall and sighed, “Yeah, you’re right.” He broke eye contact with Frank, saying, “She’s got a master key for the rooms.” Frank said warily, “Yeah, I know she does... and?”
“Came crashin’ into our room, when I was... we were...” Frank’s eyes got huge, “havin’ sex. Stood there for fuck knows how long watchin’ us, till we finally noticed her after... after we finished, an’ I yelled at her to get out.”
“For fuck’s sake!” Frank said through gritted teeth, “What the fuck’s wrong with that woman?!”
Shaking his head, Billy shrugged, “I dunno, Frank. She’s got issues, that’s for sure.” He turned and started down the stairs again, “C’mon, let’s get this shitshow on the road.”

You’d ended up having the most pleasant day to yourself. Leisurely soak in the spa bath, several room service orders (repairs having been carried out before the waiter’s first visit), several little trips to and from the mini-bar for G&T’s. You’d finished the gin now, and had moved on to vodka & coke. Not your favourite but beggars, choosers etc.
You’d been on one of the big movie channels, and so far you were three fantasy films, two rom-coms and a heist movie into their list. In fact you’d started drifting off to sleep as you got towards the end of the heist movie, and made yourself sit up to make sure you didn’t doze off. You gazed back at the massive wall-mounted TV and tried to pick up whereabouts you were in the plot. Oh right - bank robbery.
The bad guys ran into the bank, firing shots into the air and getting everyone to lie down on the floor. But there was that one hero security guard, who drew his gun and tried to shoot the bad guy gang leader. Cue good guy getting shot, up rolls a police armed response unit, cue gun battle, various dead good and bad guys, oh and here’s the car chase as a couple of baddies got away.
Hey hang on, the gun battle’s still going on, but neither the cops or the bad guys are shooting at each other as they’re too busy doing handbrake turns and screeching round corners.
It dawned on you the gunfire you could hear was in your freaking hotel. Leaping up and zipping over to the window, you saw various black SUV’s parked randomly in the middle of the street, blue lights flashing and doors wide open, but apart from crowds of the general public running for cover, there was no-one in sight round the big cars.
You could still hear the rattle of gunfire, and then all of a sudden it went eerily quiet.
Breathing unsteadily, you had a nasty feeling in the pit of your stomach and your hand wavered towards the doorhandle. The temptation to open it was huge. ‘No!’ screeched the sensible part of your brain, ‘for just once in your life.... Do. What. You’re. Told.” Your hand went back to your side. Okay, you win, you told your brain glumly.
You walked back over and sat on the bed, ended the movie - the bad guys were probably either A) going to get away or B) get caught - so you could live without seeing the end of it. Starting to flick through the programme guide, you finally found a news channel, but they had nothing about the hotel or ‘shots fired’.
So you spent the next thirty minutes sitting on the bed for 3 minutes then getting up and pacing, then sitting on the bed again for another 3 minutes, then pacing again... hit the repeat button on that scenario until there was a big knock at the door.
You headed over to the door but didn’t put your eye to the peephole, having seen a film once where someone got shot in the eye that way. Yes, you did watch a lot of movies, what of it! So you just called out, standing to one side, so you wouldn’t get shot through the door either (yes, yes, saw that in the movies too), “Who’s that?!”
Billy’s voice said, “It’s me, sweetheart. Can you let me in? And don’t get upset but I got grazed a coupla times by bullets so I’m bleedin’ quite a bit.”
Don’t get upset? you thought, he’s gotta be joking hasn’t he? You hastily unlocked and pulled open the door, and you saw a very pale-faced Billy leaning on the doorframe, blood on his face and on one of his arms. You could see ripped fabric on the sleeve of his tactical suit where the blood was coming from.
“Oh, Billy,” you said, worried, dragging him into the room and slamming the door closed.

The Big Mistake
Authors Note: I’m planning on starting a fanfiction of some kind and this is just a story I wrote using the OC (Abilene Morgan) I plan to use in the fic and her roommate Lily. I hope you like it. Im pretty sure there aren't any trigger warnings for this one. It turned out longer than I hoped but that just means more Bodecker.
Tumblr media
She knew she shouldn't go into a bar without Lee especially when it was Micky’s, the local dive and hangout for all the low lives in Knockemstiff. Unfortunately for her, the workday at the hardware store was long and tiring, all she wanted was a quick drink and Micky’s was four doors down from the store. Knowing that if Lee found out, he would be more than pissed, she planned to just go in for a quick shot of whiskey and then get in her Chevy and head home.
Abilene finished her shot and stuck to her plan, she paid the bartender and walked out of the shabby building. She smiled to herself as she walked to her car, thinking for a moment she was completely in the clear, Lee would never know. Abilene got to the big window at the front of the hardware store then she saw the reflection of a red light. A chill went down her spine when she heard the car door open and then slam shut.
She slowly turned towards the car, there he was standing on the road staring daggers into her. She couldn't help but notice how handsome he looked, leather jacket half way zipped so she could barely see his white uniform shirt and green tie, and his hands resting on his hips. Abilene silently prayed she would be able to talk her way out of this one, she smiled sweetly “Hey Handsome, how's your patrol going?” Lee walked over to the passenger door of his patrol car and opened it, “Get in.” “Lee my car is just over there, you can walk me the rest of the way if you want?” Abilene said hopefully. His jaw tightened, “Get. in.” he repeated. Abilene signed and walked towards the cruiser, stopping at Lee who was still holding the door open. “I know you’re angry at me, but I did miss you today.” She leaned in, silently surprised he didn't jerk away from her when she planted her lips on his cheek.
Lee slammed the car door and walked to the drivers side, sliding in beside her. He aggressively shifted the car into drive and started on the silent drive towards Abilene’s house. They were about ten minutes away from her house when Lee pulled to the shoulder and stopped the car, when he threw the shifter into park Abilene felt her stomach turn. She glanced up from her lap to sneak a look at him, he was staring forward, he was gripping the steering wheel so tight she could see his knuckles turning pale white. “What in God’s name were you thinkin?” He finally said after the much too long silence. Abilene sighed, “It was a long day, nothin went right and I just wanted a quick drink. All I did was take a shot and leave.” “What have I told you about goin there without me? Huh? It ain't safe Abilene and you damn well know it!” He turned to face her as he spoke, his voice getting louder. “Stop hollering at me, I’m a grown woman and I can do what I want Lee. It ain't like I walked two miles down the road.” She said, her tone matching his aggressiveness. “You best watch that mouth of yours little girl.” He was yelling now, the fury evident in his voice. “Ya know what, I don't have to take you sittin here hollerin 'at me like a child.” Abilene threw open the car door and stepped out into the warm summer night air, slamming the car door behind her. She started to walk towards her house before Lee even had the chance to get out of the car.
“Abilene! What the hell are you doin! It’s almost 10 o’clock and your house is an hour walk!” She heard him yell. “It’s much fuckin better than bein in a car with you!” She yelled looking back for a brief moment to see him standing outside the car. she started to walk faster when she heard him yell “Fuck!” his car door slamming a second later. The headlights started to get closer to her, she didn't look at the car or Lee as he passed her briefly before stopping a few yards in front of her. He quickly got out of his car, not even bothering to close the car door. She growled when he started walking towards her. “Sweetie, will you please get back in the car?” He asked, his voice now much more level. “No! go home Sheriff, I can handle myself.” She crossed her arms in front of her chest and tried to walk past him. He reached out quickly grabbing her gently by her arms pulling her so she was standing in front of him, she tried to pull out of his grip but he squeezed a little tighter. “I swear Sheriff, if you don’t let me go I will end up goin to jail.” She hissed, ripping her arms out of his clutch, pushing past him.
Abilene breathed a sigh of relief when a car passed her that wasn't the patrol car. She looked into the car when she heard a woman's voice call her name. “Abilene? What are you doin?” Lily, her roommate, asked, Abilene silently wondered why Lily was out this late, but she was thankful for it at the current moment. “Lily! Are you goin home?” Lily nodded and Abilene glanced back at Lee as she pulled the car door open and got in, thanking Lily for saving her from having to get back into the car with Lee. “When we get home you’re gonna have to tell me what happened.” Lily said as she began to drive. Abilene nodded looking in the side mirror in time to see Lee kick the tire of his patrol car.
The next morning Abilene went to work at the hardware store, her gloomy mood noticed by Lily who came in to bring her a sack lunch. “What’s up Buttercup? Why the long face?” Lily asked, popping her chewing gum as she leaned on the checkout counter. “I feel horrible for leaving Lee last night, he shouldn’t have yelled but I should have stayed and talked things through with him.” She signed resting her head on her hand. Lily nodded “He pulled up to the station right as I was driving past to come drop off your lunch.” Abilene popped up from the counter, “Can you watch the store for me for a few?” Lily smiled and nodded as Abeline hurried towards the door. “Go get’em tiger.” she yelled.
Abilene walked into the Sheriff's Department passing by the reception desk. “Hi Miss Abilene, what can I do for you?” Miller, the reception officer asked, Abilene smiled, “Is the Sheriff busy? I need to speak with him.” Miller shook his head and pointed in the direction of Lee’s office, “Last door on the right.” Smiling Abilene walked down the hallway to the office. Knocking on the door softly she heard him say ‘come in’. Lee didn't look up until he heard the office door close, When his eyes met hers he gave her a soft almost apologetic look. “Mornin Sheriff, I have a crime to report.” She said and he bit back a smile, leaning back in his chair. “Oh do ya now? What can I help ya with?” She walked toward his desk sitting in the chair across from him. “Well, I know a girl that might have threatened a police officer last night around 10 o’clock.” Lee nodded “Well Miss Morgan, that's a very serious crime.” Abilene sighed “I know, and I think she feels pretty awful about it.” Lee pushed back from his desk, motioning for her to come over to him. Abilene stood and walked so she was standing in the space between him and his desk. Lee patted his lap and Abilene sat down and circled her arms around his neck. He leaned his forehead against hers. “I’m sorry I yelled at you Darlin. I just didnt want anything to happen to ya and when I saw you comin out of that shit hole it scared me. I don’t know what I’d do without ya.” Abilene kissed him “I’m sorry for leavin you, I should have stayed and talked to you instead of pitching a fit and running off with Lily.” Lee cupped her face and kissed her passionately, she pulled away and Lee looked confused. “I hate to break this up, but I left Lily at the hardware store to come talk to you.” Abilene laughed and Lee smiled “What would ya say to goin for a drive and maybe a milkshake after your shift?” Abilene kissed him again, standing up from his lap “That sounds perfect. I'll see you later Sheriff.”  she winked at him walking out of the office. As she walked back to the store she thought about all the ways they would make it up to each other later tonight.

The books over the table with a lot of notes scattered around them are starting to give you a horrible headache. You don't know how many hours you have been studying, but you're sure that it was daytime. When you focus your gaze on the horizon, through the window, you're aware of the streetlights turned on outside and the dark sky above Santo Padre. It's your final week to complete the MIR and you have left just one exam. The last one. So, when Creeper told you he was going to travel to Las Vegas for a couple days, you have to recognize that you felt a little alleviated. You want to spend the maximum time possible with him, but you also have to study, but both things aren't compatible. Even so, he should be at home already.
Checking the time on the clock in your wrist, you snort getting up from your chair to pick up the books and your pens. It's enough study for today and you're really hungry. After cleaning the table, you fall down on the sofa turning on the TV and looking in your phone for something to take away. Cooking it's not an option today. Choosing the local pizzeria for excellence, you're about to make the order when an incoming call interrupts your plans. Reading his name on the screen, you answer quickly.
“Babe!”
“Maaaaamaaaa”. He sings, making you frown somewhat confused sitting on the sofa. “Heeeeey, maaaamaaaa”.
“Are you… high, Neron?”
“Yeah… Fuckin' high… for you, my loooove”.
“What the hell? Where the fuck are you?”
“Mama, I want you here. I need you here, maaaama!”
“Ner—”.
“I am… close”.
“Close from what?”
“Border, mama. Close to the border. Come with meeee. I need my nurse, mama, pleaaase”.
“Are you okay? What happened?” Your heart is racing, jumping off from the sofa, running to your shared room.
“A guy shot me, mama. But don' worre', I'm okaaaay”.
“Neron, send me your location right now!”
“Mama, mama, mama, are you comen'?”
“FUCK, NERON, OF COURSE I'M COMING. SEND ME THE FUCKING LOCATION”.
“Don'... Don' shout at me, mama”.
From nowhere, you can hear him crying like a child. Even if he's high, that shit breaks your heart into pieces. Stopping next to your bed rubbing your forehead, barely gulping, you try to calm yourself.
“Are you alone?”
“N—No…”
“The bul—”.
“It's out, mama… I wan—want you here with me. I'm okay, mama, I'm okay… Come with me. Don'... leave me, don' break with me, mama, please”.
“Send me your location, okay? Could you do that for me?”
“Yeah, mama… Are you comen'?”
“Sí, Neron, I'm gonna get dressed, okay?”
“Okay, mama… I love you. I love you, mama. I truly love you, I swear”.
“I know, mi flaquito”.
Hanging up the call, you take some second to breathe calmly before looking for some clothes to put on and grabbing the medical kit when you're ready. They better have something to eat, or there will be more than one man shot. Leaving your house, your phone rings with a notification. The address of Vicki's house. You have heard about it, and you're not surprised at all. According to your boyfriend, this is the favorite place of Mayans. You don't know them, not yet, but you can imagine why they like it this much. Keeping the kit on the back seat, you step in your car turning the engine to follow the instructions recited by the gps.
When it says that you have reached your destiny, you focus through the Camaro's front window to find the house, looking exactly as he described you one day. Going out of the pilot seat and carrying the medical stuff in your right hand, you go upstairs practically jumping them to hit the door with your palm. A girl with brown hair, big eyes and almost naked welcomes you, pushing her by a side before she can talk.
“Hey, hey! Wait! You ca—”.
Coming into the living room, you finally meet his other family. They were drinking and laughing until you appeared, now staring at you confused. The one who you recognize as El Presidente gets up from his chair, the other two are pointing at you with their guns, warned by the bitch behind you.
“I'm from Tijuana, you can't scare me con una pistolita”. (With a gun). You spit with a strong mexican accent, containing a sarcastic laugh.
“Who are y—”.
“MAAAMI, MAAAAMIIIIIIII”.
Hearing your boyfriend calling you, you don't give them a single chance to let you introduce yourself, running upstairs following the laments of Creeper between moans and pleased begs. Disgusting. Opening the last green red door, you finally reach him. The medical kit falls from your hand shocked. Taking a step, you tour his silhouette lying on the mattress. Being shirtless you can see the bandage covering the bullet hole, with some blood trespassing the cotton, and the sling holding the other. His face isn't much better, with some scratches on his left cheek and his temple. The most disturbing is watching him crying like a scared child, trembling and trying to sit up on the bed.
Before the other mexicans can reach you, you're already kneeling on the bed not knowing where you're allowed to touch him and where not.
“Mami, I missed you”.
“You're an idiot, you know it, rai'?” You ask him with your eyes filled with tears, gently caressing the other cheek, while he nods.
Leaning forward you kiss his shaky lips once and again, before feeling his right arm surrounding your waist.
“Let me see the shot, okay?” Whispering, you get up from the bed to take the medical kit, under the look of the men waiting on the door.
“The doctor put it out, disinfected the wound and stitched it up”. El Presidente says, making you frown your eyebrows.
“The doctor, or the vet?”
“Wha—”.
“Answer before I fucking punch you”.
“The vet”.
Of course, it's not the same. Even the medicines that give you in the MIR are stronger than the ones for a veterinarian. Opening the kit over the bed and wearing a pair of blue gloves, you lean on Creeper to take off the bandage and the gauze, narrowing your eyes to see every stitch on it. It's… acceptable, but you could have done it better. Wetting some cotton with iodine, you clean the blood around the suture with soft moves to not hurt him more. Your boyfriend is assorted on how concentrate you look taking care of him.
“Do you know what you are doing, niña?” The oldest one rests his body against the frame.
“'Amma real doctor, not a veterinarian”. You respond without turning at him, but at your kit to find clean gauzes and an adhesive bandage to cover the sewn hole again. “What happened with the other, Neron?”
“Dislocated”. He just says gulping with parted lips.
“What did they gave you for the pain?”
“Just some pills, mami…”
“How many hours ago?”
“Almost ten”. El Presidente replies in his place, making you twist towards him.
“Okay, Creep', I'm going to prick you some morphine”. He just nods.
Grabbing a needle wrapped on a security plastic, you open it to fill it up with the transparent liquid from a small glass bottle. Hitting it softly with two fingers and letting some of the medicine spill on air, you lead the needle to his bare skin over the wound. Nailing it slowly until the metallic part has disappeared inside it. Then, you push the plastic container until empty. Taking off the needle and keeping it again inside its paper, to throw it later, you close the medical kit.
“You need to rest, okay?”
“Mami, stay with me, please… Don' go”. He begs you crying low and holding your hand as strong as he can.
“You need to rest”. You repeat raising both eyebrows and nodding with your chin one time, caressing his grip with your fingers. “I will talk with your friends for a moment. Ain't going anywhere, mi flaquito. Not without you”.
“I love you, mama. I really do”.
“I love you too, Creep'”. Smirking at your boyfriend, you kiss him again having a little more of caring to not hurt him. “Sleep, flaquito”.
Placing the medical kit over a desk, you leave him closing the door, killing with your eyes the men in front of you.
“I'm hungry, so you better find me some dinner”.
“First, tell us who you are, because he's high enough to confuse himself and believe that he's the fucking Messiah”.
“I'm his girlfriend, pendejo. And you're gonna be a dead man if you don't bring me my fucking dinner”.
El Presidente chuckles rubbing his chin, before nodding, seeing you disappear through the opened door again. Coming back to the bed, you can notice that your boyfriend isn't crying anymore, smiling like an idiot. Sighing you lie down by his side, wrapping his body with both arms, letting him find a comfortable posture under them. You can feel his lips kissing your right forearm somewhat sleepy, purring like a cat. Definitely, he's too high.
“Mami, I love you…” He whispers when you begin to caress his neck with your fingertips. “You are the love of my life…”
“Yeah, you already said it… like a lot of times”. You laugh softly, turning towards you with a soft grimace of pain on his face.
“Love you it's my favorite thing”. He mumbles stunned because of the smile on your lips.
“Mine too, babe. I love you more than anything”.

✨Interview with Princess and Narry✨
Tumblr media
✨*A/N This is in the format that Niall, Harry and Princess are having a sit down interview with someone for a magazine. I have a Part 2 ready if you are interested, also feel free to send in questions you want the three of them to answer! Enjoy!*✨
Q: How did you really meet? And when?
Niall: At a Christmas party in New York about what like eight years ago?
Princess: Yeah they crashed my aunt’s party and Harry ran into me and spilled a drink all over me.
Harry: It was an accident and I have apologized several times since it happened.
Princess: That’s true he does apologize every year on our friend-anniversary.
Q: Is there a group chat?
Princess: Yes duh.
Harry: It’s called the Three Amigos.
Niall: I love dat it’s been da same name since we made it eight years ago.
Q: Who is the most annoying in the group chat?
Harry: Me
Niall: For sure Harry. He’s da bloody worst at sending incomplete thoughts instead of just thinking about what he’s tryin ta say and sending one long paragraph.
Princess: He just tells us things as they pop into his head is all. It’s not annoying.
Niall: She’s jus sayin dat cos she’s nice.
Harry: No she’s saying that because she does the same thing just not as much as I do. Remember that time she was trying to tell us she ran into Orlando Bloom at Starbucks?
Niall: Bloody hell that was such a shit show of a text conversation.
Princess: I was star struck! I couldn’t form complete sentences!
Q: What are yours names in each other’s phones?
Niall: Harry is jus saved as H an Princess is saved as Princess wit da crown emoji an a heart.
Harry: Niall is the Irish One in my phone and Princess is Bestfriend and it has a sparkle and heart emoji next to it.
Niall: *rolls eyes*
Princess: Oh Harry is saved under Little Lanky Baby with a red heart and Niall is My Little Irish Marshmallow with a clover emoji.
Harry: What? Are you serious?
Niall: Have Ya never noticed our contact names when she sends screenshots?
Harry: I’m not lanky?
Niall: Are ya havin a laugh mate? Yer arse is lanky.
Princess: You really are and that’s okay! Everyone loves it!
Harry: I don’t know how I feel about this...
Princess: You’ll survive.
Q: When do you three actually become as close as you are now? Was it instant?
Harry: I think it was maybe a month after we met. We got really close very fast because we talked all the time.
Niall: I agree, it was pretty fast we jus clicked and I think it was like after a month or so that we invited her to a show and after dat it was like we knew each other fo ever.
Princess: Texting and talking on the phone really helped speed up the getting to know you process. They’ve had a key to my apartment since like six months after knowing them. We all just meshed really well and it’s been great.
Q: Have you ever been in a fight? If so what was it about?
Niall: Oh god...
Harry: Yes. One fight and I don’t like to talk about it. But it was about my debut album details getting out before I was ready.
Princess: He’s so sensitive about this subject but yeah only one so far and it only lasted like three days so wasn’t too bad.
Harry: Wasn’t too bad? It was horrible. We didn’t speak for 72 hours.
Niall: It was all a misunderstanding type thing cos Harry over reacted and got mean and then just didn’t know how to fix it.
Princess: He didn’t overreact. He was right to be mad at me.
Harry: I’m not getting into this.
Niall: It’s been years mate let it go it’s okay you got upset at her, no friendship is perfect, even ours.
Harry: You wanna talk about how you also got mad at her the same day? Or no?
Niall: Jesus Yer in a mood today, m’fine talkin bout our little fight cos it only lasted a day and it was cos I blew things outta proportion.
Princess: Once again it’s fine we are allowed to be upset with each other. Next question?
Harry: Yes. Let’s move on.
Q: Is jealously an issue between the three of you?
Niall: *looks at Harry*
Princess: *also looks at Harry*
Harry: Excuse me, may I help you two with something?
Princess: Wanna talk about getting jealous?
Harry: I don’t get jealous.
Niall: Are ya fuckin jokin? Yer arse is the reason why we have ta have a group calendar so no one gets more one on one time than the other Ya knob!
Harry: That has nothing to do with being jealous. I like to be organized with my time that’s all.
Princess: That’s all? You sure?
Harry: I’m sure.
Princess: So it’s not because one time you realized Niall and I had seen each other three times in one week without you?
Harry: I mean three times in a week is a lot.
Niall: Yer ridiculous mate jus admit ya get jealous whenever P hangs out wit anyone besides you.
Harry: I’m choosing not to respond to that.
Q: Who’s the most protective?
Princess: It’s a toss up between the two of them.
Harry: I’d say i get more protective while Niall is the first to want to fight anyone who makes P feel uncomfortable or makes her cry. But I’m the one who wants to just prevent it at all costs.
Niall: what he means is he would rather P never leave da bloody house.
Harry: It would make it easier...
Princess: I get protective over them as well though!
Harry: *looks at Niall*
Niall:*looks at Harry*
Princess: What? Remember that time I yelled at that man who was trying to take pictures of us at the beach?
Niall: I mean yer right, ya can get protective an are always the first ta tell paps to fuck off.
Harry: She can be very ferocious when she wants to be.
Niall: *laughs*
Princess: Both of you are assholes.
Harry: I didn’t say anything!
Q: Was it easier being friends when Niall and Harry were both in the same band?
Princess: Yes I mean it wasn’t as chaotic trying to figure out what dates work best to see who but also it was a whole different type of chaos when I’d go visit them while they were in One Direction.
Niall: Ya it was wild as hell when she’d come cos we were literally always doin somethin fo tha band either all five of us or dey would separate us into groups and it would be Harry and I and the rest of da boys and we would be shootin promo or even recordin a bloody album!
Harry: It was always her getting shoved in a backseat with us in a car or getting little fifteen minutes breaks to talk and actually see each other between whatever the hell we had to do the days she was on tour with us.
Princess: But the shows were so much fun, but I’d honestly say getting to visit them while on their solo tours is better than when they were in One Direction simply because they get more down time and it’s not always go go go like it was back then.
Niall: I agree, when we get to the venues of our shows we don’t have ten thousand things ta do before the show so we get to chill and hang out.
Harry: It’s really such a different world going on tour now than it was when we toured with One Direction.
Princess: But I honestly would put up with the craziness of visiting them while in One Direction still if I had to.
Niall: Is she-
Harry: Hinting that she wants a One Direction reunion tour? Yes.
Princess: What? That’s not what I meant.
Harry: Mhm...right.
Niall: *laughs*
Princess: *rolls eyes*
Q: Okay but really who do you enjoy hanging out with more?
Niall: *looks at Princess*
Harry: Hmm...
Princess: Is this just a question for me? *raises an eyebrow*
Harry: I have the most fun with Princess.
Niall: Same. Harry makes me wanna smack em upside da head too much when it’s jus tha two of us.
Harry: I could say the same thing about you, you little hobbit.
Princess: I don’t have a favorite. I get asked this all the time on my Instagram and I feel like no one believes me? But I truly don’t have a favorite to hang out with and actually like it when it’s all three of us together.
Q: How do you deal with dating while being so close to the boys? Does it get weird?
Harry: Threats. Lots of threats.
Niall: Oh please we aren’t tha most threatenin set of blokes H. It doesn’t get weird tho cos P doesn’t really date do ya Princess?
Princess: I go on dates yes, I haven’t been in a serious relationship is a while but it’s not weird, everyone I talk to knows I’m friends with Niall and Harry.
Harry: I’d like to think we have more than just a regular friendship...
Princess: I mean yes it’s a bit different. But I let them know before it even gets to us going on dates that the two of them are a massive part of my life.
Niall: Same goes fo us though, I tell the people m’interested in bout P and the fact she’s one of the main people in my life and most of em are fine wit it.
Harry: Everyone who knows me knows about my relationship with Princess and knows that nothing comes before it. She will always come first, like it or not.
Princess: He is so dramatic i swear he makes it sound like I’m the only person in his life that he’s like this with, it’s the same with his family. Not just me.
Niall: Harry is dramatic though but it’s true, everyone that even tries ta get wit H knows three things for sure and it’s that he loves a good Gucci suit, loves his family and his friendship with Princess is untouchable.
Harry: Oh now who sounds dramatic?
Princess: We are going to be single forever aren’t we?
Niall: We could do one of dem packs about getting married if we are single when we are thirty.
Harry: I’d rather not marry you when I’m thirty that’s when I’ll just be starting to thrive.
Niall: Oi! Then when? Ya wanna be so old ya won’t enjoy it?
Harry: You’ll enjoy it no matter the age it happens you knob.
Princess: How about sixty? Still young, I mean look at Bruce he is thriving!
Harry: *rolls eyes* you’ve been dying to bring up Bruce Willis haven’t you?
Niall: Deal.
Harry: I guess I can agree to that.
Q: Favorite thing about each other?
Niall: I’d have to say I enjoy Harry’s opinions, he doesn’t sugar coat em he knows I don’t like all that fake ass stuff so he tells it to me straight.
Harry: You’re quite welcome for always telling you when you’re being an asshole.
Niall: Ya gotta ruin every moment don’t ya? Anyways I’d say my favorite thing bout Princess would be...her ability to jus know what I need and when I need it.
Harry: It’s kind of freaky how she does that though right? The texts are the creepiest.
Niall: Right? Like when she can jus sense ya’ve had a bad day so she sends ya Dis heartwarming text and yer jus like how the bloody fuck did she know??
Princess: I just know you both so well! I can’t help it.
Harry: It’s great love, we love it.
Niall: doesn’t make it any less creepy though.
Princess: Well I’d say my favorite thing about Niall is that he has this ability to make everyone around him instantly feel comfortable and like at home if that makes any sense?
Harry: I can agree, he’s very good at making everyone around him feel at ease.
Princess: And my favorite thing about Harry is he has this weird way of knowing how you need to be comforted. Like he knows when to just hold your hand, when to pull you in for a hug or just when you grab you and hold you. It’s lovely.
Niall: Ah yeah dis is so true. Always tryin ta hug me.
Harry: Well I don’t see you fighting me off.
Niall: Oi yer arse didn’t answer what yer fave things are bout us, do ya not have one?
Harry: I love Niall’s sense of humor, we both have the same type of lame humor and laugh at the stupidest stuff. My favorite thing about Princess is probably how she just gets me and lets me be me.
Princess: *sniffles* Can we move on?
Niall: Way ta go got er all watery eyed now.
Harry: I’m not the one who asked the question! I just answered it. You got her all emotional too you knob.
Q: Have you written any songs about your friendship?
Niall: Yeah Harry have we?
Harry: *rolls eyes* yes.
Princess: Go on, just tell them.
Niall: Yeah H jus tell em. Get it off yer chest.
Harry: You’re in such a mood today. Fine. I wrote meet me in the hallway about when Princess and I had a fight.
Niall: And...
Harry: I wrote Adore You with her in mind about her effect on the people around her. That she has no clue she has.
Princess: What about you Niall?
Harry: Yes hobbit what about you hmmm?
Niall: I wrote the Tide while thinking about her when she was datin that one arsehole.
Harry: And?
Niall: Fine you arse I also wrote Mirrors about her as well.
Harry: Oh and if you’re wondering about One Direction songs the main one we wrote about our friendship is Drag Me Down.
Niall: S’pretty obvious though, s’fo her and da whole fandom really.
Princess: That is my hype song. So damn good.
Q: What’s a memory the three of you cherish?
Princess: Oh that’s a good one!
Niall: S’gotta be when we all went ta Cabo fo a week like three years ago and we jus laid in the sun by the beach all day and got drunk off wine at night an it was one of tha most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had.
Harry: That was a great trip.
Princess: Mine is when we had our first sleepover at my tiny ass New York apartment. When we did face masks and ended up passing out on my bed watching Will and Grace. I think that next morning is when I really realized you two were going to literally be my humans forever.
Harry: Oh the good ole days of our sleepovers and trying to squeeze onto your loveseat. Mine is the time when Niall and I had to go get you from the bar when you got too drunk on a Monday night.
Princess: That’s your most cherished memory? Really?
Harry: Yes, because that was the first time you ever used us as your like emergency contact and the first time we had to come save you. You weren’t super wasted, Niall and I just had to make sure you got home safe and it was nice because you kept telling us how much you loved us.
Niall: Now we always gotta come save er, member that one time we had ta crash her date wit dat golf dude?
Princess: Oh god
Harry: That was fun! He was a proper dick.
Princess: Next question?
Q: This is the last one, who said I love you first out of the three of you?
Princess: It was Niall
Harry: I know everyone is gonna be shocked to hear it wasn’t me.
Niall: I mean yeah it was me. M’not ashamed of it. I was tellin P bye and was like love ya and she said love you too Ni and then Harry got all mushy an was like, what did ya say H?
Princess: He said and I quote “if we are saying we love each other I want to be involved because I love you too!”
Harry: Sounds about right.
Niall: That was like what three months into the friendship?
Harry: Yeah five or take a few weeks.
Princess: Now we say it all the time!
Harry: So that’s it then yeah?
Interviewer: Yeah that’s it! Thank you so much for your time this was so fun.
Niall: It was fun gettin ta hear what people wanna know bout the three of us. Hope it wasn’t borin.
Princess: Us boring? Never.

so I LOVE this prompt. and also my darling @criminalmindsgonewrong needed something fun with Emily. So I hope you like this!!
featuring Hotch’s secret weakness, children learning profanity and Alex’s “I mean business” ponytail
----------
“Hey, guys?” Dave called up the stairs. “I just want everyone to know that none of this is my fault. In fact, I should be considered a hero.”
Hotch, James, and Alex raised their heads slowly from their respective homework. “What the fuck is happening?” James whispered.
“Language,” Hotch whispered, nodding towards the younger kids piled in front of the TV.
“I say ‘fuck’ all the time, Hotch,” Derek said, only half paying attention.
Something heavy thumped on the stairs and a high pitched giggle floated up. Alex closed her Russian dictionary. “If Rossi is bringing another new girlfriend in here, I swear to god…”
Emily stumbled to the top of the stairs and flung her arms in the air like a gymnast landing a vault. “I made it!” she cheered.
Dave climbed up behind her. “Listen, I only lost her for like two seconds,” he said.
“Oh, no,” James said. “You didn’t.”
“Did what?” JJ asked.
“Yeah, did what?” Penelope echoed.
Emily grinned. “We went to a party!” she said. “And there was a tequila!”
Hotch slowly turned to glare at Dave. “It’s a school night, and you took Emily to a party?” he asked.
Dave shrugged helplessly. “She was very persuasive,” he said.
“Very, very persuasive,” Emily nodded.
Alex rested her chin in her hand. “She told you a certain girl was going to be there, didn’t she?” she said.
“I’m very persuasive,” Emily repeated. She threw her arms around Alex’s neck. “Lemme...lemme braid your hair.”
“No, no, not this time,” Alex said, peeling her hands away. “Oh, I’m not excited about sharing a room with you tonight once this starts to wear off..”
Emily smiled dreamily and raked her fingers through Alex’s hair. “It’s so red,” she mumbled. Alex sighed and dropped her chin in her hand again.
Penelope and JJ leaned over the back of the couch to watch. “Do you think she’ll throw up this time?” Penelope asked.
“Oh, absolutely,” JJ said. “At least twice.”
Spencer looked up from his book. “Make her drink V8 again, that worked last time,” he said.
“Emily, we’ve been over this,” Hotch said. “You can get in serious trouble if you’re caught drunk on campus.”
“Oh, shit, no,” she whined. She fumbled in her pockets. “I can...I got…”
“Don’t show me your credit cards again.”
“My credit cards!” she said, waving her wallet at him. “I’ll...I can...yeah, I’ll give ‘em money and it’ll be fine.”
“No, it won’t be,” Hotch said patiently.
Emily scowled and stumbled over to him. “Mr. Hotchner,” she said. “Mr. Hotchner, you gotta...why don’t you fuckin’ smile, dude?”
Derek burst out laughing; she whipped around and shook her finger at him. “This is a serious question!” she said. “I...I know you can smile.”
Hotch grimaced at her. “There,” he said. “Now can you please pour yourself back into your dorm room and sleep this off?”
Emily frowned, plunking down on his lap. “You need to smile,” she said. She grabbed at his face and pulled at his cheeks. “It’s...it’s in there somewhere.”
“Emily, please,” Hotch said, pained, as her thumb came perilously close to jabbing up his nose.
“No, keep going, I wanna see what happens,” Penelope said.
Emily’s frown deepened. “Why won’t you smile?” she demanded.
“See if you can initiate gargalesis,” Spencer suggested.
“The fuck you say to me, nerd baby?” Emily said.
Spencer scowled. “Tickle him.”
Emily brightened. James immediately got up, gathering his homework. “This is going to end horribly,” he said. “Oh god. Oh, god.”
“He’s not smiling!” Emily said, digging her fingers in Hotch’s sides.
Hotch pressed his mouth together, firmly stoic. “Stop trying to tickle me,” he said. “You need to sober up, and I’m not ticklish, so-”
“Don’t ask me how I know this. Back of the knees,” Alex said.
Hotch’s mouth dropped open. “How did you-” he started to say, but Emily lunged for his knees, and he burst out laughing, trying to wrestle her off his lap. “God! Emily! Stop! Stop, you got me to smile, okay, I’m smiling!”
She tumbled to the floor and scrambled to her feet unsteadily, screeching with laughter. “I did it!” she said. “Aha! I knew you could...could fuckin’ smile.”
Penelope held up her phone. “I can’t wait to show this to her tomorrow,” she said.
Emily staggered over to her. “You are so cute,” she said. She dropped her hands on JJ and Penelope’s head. “Two just...cute little princesses.”
“Oh, she’s really gone this time,” JJ said. She gently pried Emily’s hand off her head. “Emily, you should take it easy.”
“I can get you some snacks,” Penelope offered as Emily tangled her hand in her hair, giggling as the pompoms tied to her ponytail bounced. “Some nice saltines, maybe? A piece of dry bread? Something to soak up the alcohol in your bloodstream.”
“Hey, she hasn’t called me ‘cute’ yet, that’s how we’ll know she’s real bad,” Derek said.
Emily let go of Penelope’s hair. “But you are cute,” she said. “So...so fucking cute. You guys are all just...fucking babies and I love...all of you.”
“I’m only a year younger than you,” Derek said dryly. “Spencer’s the baby.”
“Hey!” Spencer protested. “I’m very mature for my age!”
Emily stumbled over to him, leaning over the side of the couch, and swooped him up in a snuggle. “You are a baby!” she said. “Just the babyest...fuckin’ baby.”
“You smell like hand sanitizer,” Spencer complained, squirming in her grip as she smacked kisses on his cheeks. “And I’m not a baby! Guys! C’mon, help me!”
“I’m not taking the risk,” Hotch said flatly. “Now that someone decided to blab.” Alex shrugged.
“Derek!” Spencer said, trying to wriggle away from Emily’s octopus-like hug.
“Nah, man, I’m not gonna take the risk either,” Derek said.
“Ooh! Try to initiate...gargling. Gargantuan. Gar...what was it again?” Penelope said.
Spencer scrunched up his face. “Gargalesis?” he said. Emily grinned and started tickling his ribs. “Noooo! Emily, no, stop tickling me!” He shrieked with laughter, kicking his legs at her and in an attempt to twist free.
“Emily, stop torturing Spencer, he’s going to pee himself,” JJ said.
“No, I won’t!”
“Emily, you gotta stop, he has to breathe.”
“What?” Emily said, momentarily distracted, and Spencer tumbled off the couch and beelined to the table to duck behind Hotch and Alex.
“Emily, you’ve got to chill,” Dave said. “We don’t want a repeat of what happened after homecoming.”
“What happened at homecoming?” Hotch asked, eyes narrowing as Spencer climbed onto his lap.
“Nothing,” Dave said quickly. Emily scowled and started scolding him in Italian; he shot back, waving his hands.
“What’s happening?” Derek asked. “What are we missing?”
“Profanity, mostly,” Alex said.
“Yeah, and you guys didn’t want me to learn how to say ‘fuck’,” Spencer said. Hotch covered his ears.
Emily halted midsentence, holding out her hands. “Wait...wait…” she said.
JJ drew back. “Oh, she’s gonna hurl,” she said.
“False alarm,” Emily said. “We’re good. We’re good, everybody.”
Alex got up from the table and tied her hair back into a ponytail, snapping the elastic with resigned determination. “All right, Prentiss, say goodnight to everybody,” she said. “We’re going back to our dorm, and you’re going to sober up.”
Emily pouted and whined in Italian; Alex rattled something back and Emily sighed heavily. “Okay, okay, take me away,” she said. “Bye, everybody, love you.”
“Bye, Emily,” they chorused.
They didn’t see her again until breakfast the next morning; Emily sat with her head down on the table and a glass of tomato juice at her elbow. “So I take it things went well?” Dave said.
“Oh, I’m fine,” Alex said. “Miss Prentiss over here…”
“Shut up,” Emily mumbled into her folded arms. “Shut up, shut up, shut up…”
“Have we learned an important lesson?” Hotch asked.
Emily raised her head. Her eyes were still smeared with last night’s makeup. “That your ticklish spot is under your knees?” she said.
Hotch’s ears turned red. “No, hopefully you learned a lesson about getting drunk on a school night,” he said. “Or, better yet, you’ve learned to not get drunk because you’re underage and it’s bad for your health.”
“Aw, come on, chief,” she said. She mimed finger guns at him. “Gimme a week, I’ll forget all about this.”
“Oh! I can help with that,” Penelope said. She handed her phone to Derek, who passed it to JJ, who propped it up in front of Emily. “Here’s the video! Maybe this will help remind you.”
Emily went pale. “Oh, cazzo,” she mumbled.
“That basically means ‘fuck’!” Spencer announced.

Hey if your comfortable can you write a fic where Bakugou Katsuki has to deal with the consequences of overeating?
Sure! Normally I would stick with my OCs but I love MHA so I’ll take any chance to write them haha
I wrote Deku as the caretaker so I hope that’s okay :))
cw: excessive swearing, like a lot; minor nausea
———
“That fucking sleepy-ass caterpillar and his fucking rules,” Bakugou grumbles, shoving curry into his mouth. It’s, of course, scalding hot and so spicy it would completely annihilate a normal person’s tastebuds. To Bakugou, it’s mildly seasoned. “‘Don’t blow people up!’ Shut the fuck up, I do what I want. If I wanna blast Grape Juice to pieces, I’ll fucking do it.”
The others can vaguely hear his obscene ranting from their rooms, all having decided it would be smart not to interfere in their shared kitchen while he’s in one of his moods. Kirishima and Kaminari wallow morosely in their beds. The Gatorade’s in the fridge and neither of them are willing to brave Bakugou Katsuki’s storm in order to reach it.
Bakugou gets up to refill his bowl again from the big pot on the stove and feels his stomach lurch in tandem with the ladle scraping against the bottom of the pot. He must’ve eaten it all in a rage without noticing.
He looks down at his usually toned belly and finds it protruding slightly, pushing against the waistband of his sweats. He groans at the realization that he’s definitely going to be having a pretty bad stomach ache soon. The harsh, spicy chili peppers don’t taste like much to him, but they still really fuck with his organs if taken in large doses. This definitely counts as a “large dose.”
Bakugou decides to head upstairs to his room but the moment he takes a step a dizzying wave of lightheadedness fills his skull with static and he drops heavily into the nearest chair, blinking against the colorful spots assaulting his vision.
The only sensation he can focus on is the sudden wrenching pain swirling through his belly—a sort of irritated churning like something’s gnawing at his stomach lining. He places a hesitant palm on his stomach, lightly rubbing up and down his middle, but the touch is completely overshadowed by the hot ache creeping through every inch of his tummy. He knows if he presses harder it will stir up all the curry and incite another dizzying spell of pain. It’s really a lose-lose situation all the way around.
Oh, God, he really wishes he hadn’t eaten so much. The curry was so thick and heavy, too, filled with chunks of chewy, rich meat and alarmingly flavorful spices. Of all the things to accidentally gorge yourself on, that might just be one of the worst. Bakugou grits his teeth and rises to his feet, a hand cradling the side of his distended gut. The soupy food sloshes in a wave of heat and laps painfully at the sides of his stomach.
The heavy food rolls and twists like an agonizing rollercoaster in his belly as he walks up the stairs to his room. A low, twisting grumble squeezes through the tightest part of his tummy as he pushes open the door, and he presses a hand in over the spasming, tense spot as he near collapses onto his bed with a heavy groan.
Bakugou shifts until he’s lying flat on his back, knees drawn up slightly, and grunts at the heavy weight of his belly. He rubs gentle circles into the tight sides of his bloated stomach. The food stretches and pushes at the taut surface of his belly. Angry, harsh gurgles accompany the incessant turning and contorting.
“This is so fucking shitty,” Bakugou grumbles, anger levels rising. As his emotions peak and sway dangerously, so does his belly as the distress further mangles his seething guts.
The rubbing seems to be hurting more than helping so he quits while he’s ahead and instead simply rests both hands atop the aching crest, trying desperately to breathe through the steadily intensifying pain.
He props himself up on an elbow, teeth clenched, and forces himself into a sitting position, bracing his hands against his knees as something forcefully stabs deep in his belly. He just needs to reach the fucking heating pad. That’s it.
Bakugou places a hand against the wall and stands all at once. He gasps immediately as the curdling food tries to squeeze its way up his constricting throat. He gulps back the heavy mouthfuls of saliva warning him he’s moments away from getting sick all over his bedroom floor. He closes his eyes and leans heavily against the wall, moaning low in his throat as his stomach seizes and clenches with nauseating ferocity.
“Fucking fuck,” he mutters before pushing off the wall and grabbing the heating pad off his shelf in a single fluid motion. He usually uses it when he’s sore from training, but it should do the trick.
He plugs it into the socket at the foot of his bed and gingerly lies back down. He rests the heating pad over his rumbling upper belly where the brunt of the food seems to have collected, stubbornly refusing to properly digest. The low heat pulses in his convulsing muscles, somewhat easing the fitful cramps.
He closes his eyes, a pained crease still permanently etched between his brows, and rests his hands over his chest, trying to doze off and sleep away the worst of the stomach ache.
He sighs deeply after ten minutes pass and the throbbing, cramping sensation doesn’t seem to be letting up. He’s just about ready to yell fuck it and call his fucking mom or something like a loser extra when he hears a soft knock at his door.
He sits up with a grunt, muffling a string of his trademark curses. “What do you want?” If it’s one of those fucking extras trying to get me to cook them something...
“Um... n-nothing? Just to talk to you...”
Bakugou frowns. It’s the fucking nerd. “Go the fuck away, Deku.”
Deku sighs lengthily and Bakugou hears him lean his weight against the door. “Please, Kacchan?”
Bakugou contemplates for a moment. He’s in a lot of pain and the thought of having to deal with people is disgusting. But... Deku isn’t really people, is he? And, though he loathes to admit it, a little company right now would be nice.
He stands up with a heaving sigh and unlocks the door. Deku stumbles in, cheeks as pink as ever and hair a mess. He looks up, opens his mouth as if to say something, closes it, then opens it again. “Kacchan, you look horrible.”
Bakugou scowls, sitting down on the bed and discreetly palming his stomach. The contents spin and whirl inside of him, traveling up and down his stomach in dizzying circles in their effort to find a way out. “Fuckin’ thanks, Deku.”
Deku’s face goes bright red as he begins to wave his hands around in front of him in a panic. “No! That’s not what I meant. I just meant you look... sick maybe?”
Bakugou lazily flicks his gaze towards the furiously blushing boy. “Why are you here?”
Deku sits down beside him. “I just wanted to check up on you. You seemed pretty frustrated earlier.”
“Shut the fuck up,” Bakugou snarls.
Deku, in an uncharacteristic show of exasperation, rolls his eyes. “Really, Kacchan?”
Bakugou moves to retort but a fresh cramp suddenly spreads tight across his lower stomach, blooming with harsh pain, and what comes out instead is a strained gasp.
Deku’s eyes go wide and he instantly reaches a hand out and gently places it on Bakugou’s shoulder. Bakugou hates that he... doesn’t mind the comforting warmth.
“I’m fucking fine, Deku,” Bakugou grits out, wrapping an arm tight around his painfully bloated belly.
“I never said you weren’t,” Deku says with infuriating calm. “But, of course, I can’t help if there’s nothing wrong.”
“And who says you could help in the first place?”
Deku just stares at him.
Bakugou sighs and, face burning, mutters, “My stomach hurts.”
Deku’s face softens as he drags a hand up Bakugou’s trembling back. “Why don’t you lie down? Do you want me to go get you some tea?”
Bakugou does lie down, though only to hide the humiliating glistening to his eyes at Deku’s painfully gentle voice. Fucking Deku.
“I’ll puke all over you if I drink anything, Deku,” Bakugou forces out, voice scratchy and hoarse. His organs spasm and squeeze as the curry curdles through them in an agonizingly slow manner. A small portion of the thick substance empties into his intestines and keeling, liquidly gurgles begin to burble with nauseating intensity from his cramping insides.
Deku smooths down the waistband of Bakugou’s sweatpants and his newly freed belly curves out over his hips, intensely bloated. Bakugou groans softly as Deku rubs a light circle into the center of his distended middle with his fingertips.
He presses his palm in over a heavy gurgle and the heady warmth soothes the rapidly twitching muscles. Bakugou sags a bit with relief as Deku shifts the heel of his palm in and up and a low belch rumbles out of him. His tummy softens a bit at the release of air and Deku’s hand dips further down into the soft flesh of his stomach.
Deku continues to massage at the fullness with a pressure that’s almost agonizing in its gentleness. He coaxes up a few more relieving belches and works away the cramps with a heavy slide of his palm.
By the time he’s done, Bakugou’s eyes have slipped shut and his breaths have gone slightly shuddery—broken up by the occasional sigh as something begins to digest properly.
Deku finishes with one last gentle circle at the base of the fading swell and Bakugou practically purrs. He’s too out of it to focus on the fact that he’s going to fucking hate himself for this in the morning. Oh, well.

What is the most difficult or involved video game you’ve ever played? The most involved is DEFINITELY World of Warcraft, and I guess you could consider it the hardest too, given some of the much more difficult things I've done in it. It itself isn't a hard game whatsoever, but you can pursue some really hard achievements. Ever watch the show Supernatural? If you have, then what’s your favorite episode? I used to love it, but just stopped watching eventually. My fave episode... Man, it's been too long to remember many. Probably one of the funnier ones. I remember I specifically liked the bit where they were in your everyday comedy show, as well as the one where I THINK Dean kept trying to prevent Sam from dying. I just remember the "Eye of the Tiger" bit that is pure gold. Ever heard of flavored honey? If so, what’s you’re favorite flavor? Oh, no, but that sounds good. Do you remember what your favorite show was when you were little? Yeah, Pokemon. Do you put anything besides cheese on grilled cheese sandwiches? Besides butter, which I think is pretty standard, no. When it comes to books, what do you think is the “perfect” amount of pages? Uh, I dunno. It depends on the book. I don't really care about page numbers. Would you ever be interested in going scuba diving? Yeah. Out of all of your friends/relatives, who would you say has the best vocabulary? Girt, probably. Are any of your fingers or toes deformed? What about the nails? I don't think so? When is the last time you cried? I was sobbing earlier today, fun stuff. Would you ever date somebody that has been divorced more than once? Most likely not. ESPECIALLY at my age. What are some stereotypically nerdy things that you like? Oh god. WoW, M:tG, big glasses, anime (does that count? idk really), video games... a lot of stuff, really. Have you ever attended a wedding that ended where the bride and groom didn’t actually get married? What happened? Y I K E S, no. That would be SO uncomf. What scares you the most about becoming a mother (hypothetically, if you don’t want to have children)? Actually raising it properly, physically and emotionally. Would you ever want a job in fashion? What would you enjoy about that type of job? No. Would you ever be a surrogate mother? No. What do you think would be the best and worst parts about being a twin? It'd be cool to have someone you feel an almost supernatural connection towards, but I'd also feel like I wasn't as "original" as I would be if I was born alone. Do you feel that your childhood was more rough compared to others around you? I mean it wasn't awful at all, but sure, in some ways compared to at least someone. How would you react if you found out today that you were actually adopted? Well today I'm a wreck, so don't tell me. I want to know that I wasn't lied to for 25 years. Have either of your parents ever cheated on one another before, that you know of? How would you react if you found out today that one of them cheated? I'm not entirely clear on this, but I'm 90% sure Dad cheated on Mom with his now-wife. Dad also accused Mom of cheating, but I HIGHLY doubt that's true. Do you like cleaning and organizing? Not really. How would you react if you found out you were infertile? If you don’t plan on having kids to begin with, what is a long-term goal you’d be crushed to find out was impossible to achieve? Fuck having kids. I'd be a terrible mother. So to answer the other question, I'll be pretty, pretty sad if I can't get permission to spread Teddy's ashes at Yellowstone. Would you take your dream job if it were out of the country? Well, obviously not considering my dream job is a meerkat biologist, and I'm not moving to Africa. Have you ever been robbed? No. Is anyone close to you an alcoholic? Not anymore. Dad was, but he's recovered. Have you ever dumped anyone? Yes. What kind of tea do you drink? I hate tea. Do you know anyone in a gang? No, and I hope I never do. What’s the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for you? Risk his fucking sanity and health to try to hold my fucked up self up. What is your orientation? Gay? Straight? Metrosexual? Anything other? Bisexual. I've kinda been questioning pansexual of the late, though. I don't know. Have you ever done anything really dangerous or illegal with friends? Not to my memory. Name three feelings you’re feeling right now: Regret. Hopelessness. Loneliness. And the reasons for these feelings? Take a wild fuckin' guess. How do you feel about your life right now? It's an actual dumpster fire. Is it easy for you to like yourself? Why or why not? Fuck no. Because there's just not very much TO like about me. Even on my good days, I see flaw after flaw in myself. What subjects come naturally to you? English, some aspects of science. What subjects do not? Math, economics, politics, history... Do you read more fiction or more non-fiction books? Definitely fiction. When I read a book, I want an escape from the real world. How has today been for you? BOY HOWDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did you do? Went to TMS therapy. Sat on the Internet. Cried. :^) Are there any candles lit in the room you’re in? No. Are there any lava lamps near you? No. I want one, though. Do you like cats or dogs better? Cats. Are any of your friends a pothead? Yes. What’s a goal you’re trying to accomplish soon? Start losing weight again. That'd be pretty goddamn grand. Are you a high maintenance person? Definitely not. The last time you yelled as loud as you could, what was the reason? I was having a nightmare. Have you ever been heartbroken? For sure. Who did that to you? First Dad, then Jason. Did you go through an ugly stage as a kid? Boy, did I. The last type of sandwich you made or ate: A pb&j. The last time you spent most of the day in bed: Literally every day. I do just about everything in bed. Pathetic, I know. The last friend or acquaintance you made: Ummmm idk. The last thing you took pictures of: A hydrangea bush. The last time you were scared: Now. The future is terrifying, my friend. The last thing you looked up online: The definition of a word to ensure I was using it correctly. The last thing you disagreed with: So I've been watching John Wolfe's old stream of him playing Alice: Madness Returns, and he went on a total soapbox about smoking being okay essentially because we're all gonna die eventually from something, and I really disagreed with it. Does your house have a separate laundry room? No, just like a closet. Do your parents still help you financially? I'm still entirely dependent on them. Does your car have a backup camera? No. Have either of your parents ever been in trouble with the law? Not to my knowledge. Have you ever had a pet that lived to be really old for its breed/species? REALLY old, no. Teddy was definitely up there, but beagles have lived longer. What was the last strong scent you smelled? Lysol. Have you ever told someone to their face that they were ugly? Christ, no. Is your bed against more than one of your walls? No. Have you ever been attracted to someone’s parent? Don't think so? Have you ever pole danced before? No. Have you ever broken into someone’s house? No. Have you ever seen a live bat? Yes. What is the most amount of money you’ve spent on a meal before? I dunno. Have you ever taken a woodshop class? No. How much time do you spend on Facebook, if you have one? Funny you ask, because as of today I decided to take a break from it for awhile. I've found it's nothing more than a breeding ground for envy and making me feel like a horribly incompetent adult. Has a teacher ever made you hate yourself/your work? I had one photography teacher in college that I was NOT a fan of. He was super, super hard on everyone, like to an unnecessary degree. We were students, not pros. Have you ever been on the barrier or front row at a concert? No. Are your parents supportive of you? Somehow.

[Bakugou Katsuki X Fem!Reader]
[Warnings: swearing, angst and fluff ]
[I own none of the characters or art, I did make
the edit tho]

Tumblr media
You were woken up by the restlessness of your husband, Katsuki Bakugo. He was having a nightmare again, his brows were furrowed and his face pulled into a scowl, sweat dripping down his brow.
It wasn't a common occurrence, but lately it's been happening more and more...
It was worrying.
You sat up, reaching over to touch his cheek softly, but he ended up waking up, grabbing your hand and pushing you down against the mattress his hand barely inches from your face, he looked like he was about to set off his quirk, his eyes like a wild animal.
He almost choked, his hands slowly let go of you, when he tried moving off you held him there looking up at him with complete and utter worry in your expression.
"Baby... fuck I'm sorry I-..."
"Hey hey, it's okay." You said a hand taking hold of his.
"Just breath Suki... breath." You said and he did but his head lowered as you sat up allowing him to bury his face in your chest, your fingers threading through his hair to ease his worries even if it was for a moment.
"Was it the same nightmare...?" You asked quietly.
"Yeah..." his voice cracked.
Oh that nightmare... gods that nightmare that he probably relived over and over again.
When he was kidnapped during the training camps.
Honestly you had both sat down to speak about it, he was reluctant at first but you coaxed him into telling you about it.
You were one of the first people he told his worries to, that fear that engulfed him sometimes when he closed his eyes.
The strain of Dabi's hand gripping his neck or the chains that held him down when they didn't want him to cause any destruction.
He told you how he wasn't sleeping properly for a few nights because of the kidnapping replaying over and over in his head, but he kept pushing anyone away that asked about his mental state, kept saying
"I'm fine fuck off."
Or
"Fuck off, it's none of your fuckin' business."
He was too afraid to open up, he didn't want to seem weak, because of that horrible ego of his.
Midoriya apparently was another that found out, Katsuki felt off and Midoriya wasted no time in finding out. The green haired pro hero was happy that Katsuki opened up to him.
Katsuki did it apparently because he didn't want to stress you out too much.
Or so Midoriya told you.
"It's okay baby... it's over. You're okay, you're here with me..." you mumbled kissing his forehead.
"I felt so weak..." he mumbled against your skin.
"And that's okay... it's okay to feel weak, it's okay to feel powerless and afraid... those are just normal things to feel... but you're safe and sound in my arms..." you whispered as your hands cupped his cheeks making those sad eyes look at you.
"I don't fuckin' deserve you..." he mumbled.
"Yes you do, you're an idiot if you think otherwise. I love you so much Katsuki and I'm thankful that you're here with me... okay?" You said.
"I love you too..." he mumbled back kissing your lips softly before you pulled back slightly.
"Now let's get some sleep okay?" You said and he gave a slow nod, allowing you to lay down before his head rested on your chest more snugly now, using your breasts as pillows.
You chuckled a little as you played with his hair to help him fall asleep.
As bad as those dreams got, he often found comfort in your arms.
But you wanted him to get the help he needed, you knew he hated the idea but it was necessary for him to overcome this obstacle and you would be with him throughout the entire thing...
-
-
[Ayyy it's some angst. A few people have said that Katsuki didn't have the right help or positive reinforcement for after he got kidnapped by lov, so I imagine it follows him throughout his life. It became a bit soft at the end too, this is somewhat of a late happy birthday to our poor gremlin boi]
[Also please take your meds, drink water, take a shower, wash your hands, don't go out if you don't need to.
Kay love ya❤😤.

Scars: Year five, Chapter five
Remus Lupin x Reader
Warnings: Swearing, yelling, fighting, shoving,
" Y/n, Y/n, Y/n, Y/-'
" What James?"
Her voice came out sounding irritated and annoyed as her face showed the same emotions while glaring halfheartedly at the other boy in the room.
James looked down, slowly twirling the quill in his hand and pursed his lips lightly in a nervously pronounced way. Then, he looked up at her, cheekily pushing his glasses higher up on the bridge of his nose.
" Well, since Sirius and Remus are in detention and Peter's out getting sweets, I was wondering if you'd like to do something other than homework... maybe one of the things we used to do together?"
His voice came out hesitant, as if he expected her to get angered at the suggestion. Of course they'd only just reconnected with Y/n and still did openly expect her to get mad easily. Y/n felt a twang of guilt string at her heart and James immediately saw the sorrowful look on her face. The girl coughed into her fist and glanced back up to James, beginning to put her papers away.
" Yeah, of- of course James. Just give me a minute to and we can do something."
" It's been a while since we composed, d'ya wanna try that again?"
Y/n timidly looked up and nodded, subconsciously pulling her black cloak tighter around her shoulders. James let out a sigh and started to collect the papers and materials needed for them to write.
Y/n watched as the boy bent over and started to rifle through his trunk and watched as he paused and stopped his actions.
" What happened to you Y/n? What, what made you stop, why did you change? It might not' even been much to you but to us it was like ripping our hearts out Y/n."
The boy turned around to look at her and the girls heart broke.
James looked in her eyes and his face was filled with pain, he was on the brink of tears.
" Do you even know what that feels like Y/n?"
He had to pause and compose himself before continuing.
" Do you even know how it feels for your best friend, your Godamn family, to just walk by one day and decide that you're not good enough? For them to just look at you and say enough with this? It feels like hell Y/n! IT FEELS LIKE BLOODY DAMN HELL Y/N!"
" I KNOW JAMES! Do you even stop and think about how I felt when my dad left? Do you even stop and think about how hard having to do that was on me too? Did you even begin to suspect that I did that for you guys' safety?!"
By that time Y/n had gotten to her feet and had been standing nearly a foot away from James.
" NO I DIDN'T Y/N BECAUSE YOU PUSHED US AWAY AND DIDN'T TELL HIS BLOODY SHIT!"
James pulled his arms up and shoved Y/n back, pushing her to the floor where she scrambled to her feet, moving back towards James. The teenager before her was fuming, absolutely fuming. So when Y/n came back near him, James in his anger-clouded state of mind's first thought was to shove her backwards into a dresser.
" So excuse me if I don't immediately recognize that you pushed us away for our 'safety' when all you did was break our hearts."
The boy stood over the girl as she lay on the ground and scoffed. James began to wait for her to get back up.
Y/n always got back up. She was just that kind of person, immediately rebounding in a fight.
The seconds that had passed turned into minutes and soon James found himself kneeling next to her limp form beside his bed, gently shaking her shoulders.
" Y/n?"
The boy lightly shook her again and worry quickly spread his mind along with horrible, horrible thoughts.
" Y/n, Y/n stop playing with me and get up."
The boy found himself moments later fruitlessly shaking her limp body, tears clouding his vision as he lay begging for her to wake up and tell him it was a prank.
The boy sunk back onto his foot and gently wrapped his right arm under her waist, pulling her body into a sitting position to see the top of her head and his dresser stained with blood.
" James what happened?"
He turned to see Sirius and Remus standing in the rooms doorway and moved his mouth, attempting to find words.
His attempt was unsuccessful.
Sirius took a careful step into the dormitory, as if expecting the girl to jump up and say surprise. After sensing that she wouldn't be doing anything of the sort Sirius came closer to the two and knelt next to James, taking Y/n in his arms and lightly turning her body over. The boy looked at the blood on her head and on James' hand and, his mind still trying to confirm what was happening, he turned and looked at Remus; his words coming out soft as if someone else had spoken them.
" There's blood.... James why, why's there blood on your hands? Why, why's her head bleeding?"
Remus, still standing frozen in the doorway, kept his eyes trained on Y/n as he stated, his voice quiet and full of subtle anger, " You pushed her."
James, still in shock of the situation sunk back down on his knees and his face fell blank of emotion, " I can't believe I pushed her..."
Sirius, still moving the girls body into his arms, looked over at James. " You pushed Y/n? Into a sharp-edged dresser?"
Remus walked further into the room and stood directly infront of James, his anger masked by a calm that Sirius wasn't ashamed to call psychopathic.
" You shoved Y/n into a dresser. Why did you shove my girlfriend into a dresser James?"
James shook his head and continued to stare at the limp woman by his feet.
" I don't know..."
Immediately Remus snapped, hands coming down to pull James off the floor and against the wall where he held him steadfast by the collar of his shirt.
" Well you better find a reason fast because you just shoved my Bloody-Damn Girlfriend into a Fuckin Dresser and SHE ISNT WAKING UP!"
James's bottom lip trembled and he whimpered out, " I didn't mean to Remus, it was an accident-'
" ACCIDENT MY ASS! HOW WOULD YOU 'ACCIDENTALLY' SHOVE SOMEONE INTO A DRESSER AND KNOCK THEM OUT JAMES?! GIVE ME A WAY TO FUCKING DO THAT!"
Sirius stood up and had to pull Remus away from James by the shoulders before he slammed the boys face into a wall. James' face was grim and he looked on the edge of tears as he sunk down to the floor and braced his arms behind his head.
" I didn't mean to."
His voice was trembling and soon he found himself lowly repeating the phrase as tears fell down his cheeks and Sirius held Y/n.
Remus watched James sob on the floor and went to take Y/n out of Sirius's arms, turning to leave the room with said boy. ________________________________
" Tell me you're lying Madam Pomfrey."
" I'm sorry Mr. Lupin but I simply can't lie to you about this. I'm sorry-'
" NO IT CAN'T BE TRUE!"
The boy quickly turned to Sirius and fisted his shirt, pointing at the matron.
" Tell me it's a lie Sirius. Tell me it's a lie!"
Remus had to be held around the middle to keep from screaming out and Sirius couldn't refrain him from running over next to Y/n's bedside and grasping her hand, his head on her stomach.
" C'mon wake up baby. Wake up for me Y/n."
The boy's voice had been brought up to a crack as his voice was muffled by the tears in his throat. Sirius moved over and wrapped his  arms around Remus's middle, pulling him back to his chest as he sobbed.
His voice sounded so broken, so utterly vulnerable.
" It can't be true Sirius... I need her in my life." ________________________________ *Laughs in high pitched cackle-
I'm just gonna clarify that this is not the end of the book and that Remus isn't gonna run off and kiss some random girl and fall in love again.
This is an x Reader and it will stay that way.
Anyway, I will try to get the next chapter out soon bc if it were me I would hate me for leaving myself in this position on a cliffhanger. _____________________________  Drop a vote, drink some water, eat some food and Remember You Are Loved! ^ - ^

Chapter 5 : His chapter
NIALL
I was going to kiss her but she backed away. Or at least, that's what I liked to pretend to myself. I liked to think I wasn't shitting my pants and that I was courageous enough to do it, as stupid and useless as it definitely would have been. Did she back away because she knew I was going to kiss her and she didn't want me to? Or did she back away because she wanted it and it scared her?
Truthfully, I was scared, too, but with a few beers swallowed and the music of the bar only coming from afar as we stood in the hall of the washrooms, the moment seemed surreal, almost like a dream. She proposed to go back and my heart dropped in my chest but I didn't mention it. I just nodded and turned around but when I glanced back at her, I noticed she was typing something on her phone and I couldn't resist.
"Texting your boyfriend?" I just asked, licking my lips, trying not to show how hurt I was.
"Yea, i'm asking him if he wants to join us." she replied, making my whole body throb.
Was it stress that made my heart start beat quicker suddenly? She moved closer and we walked side by side back to the table but this time, I took a seat next to her and she looked up at me when my thigh brushed against hers. I wanted to tell her not to invite him but I didn't have any good reason to do so. She could invite whoever she wanted, do whatever she wanted, say whatever she wanted... we were barely friends anymore, I didn't have a say in her life.
I ended up drinking a bit too much and was pissed when her boyfriend arrived. I groaned low and tried to hide the grimace that his presence brought to my face but ended up just raising my nose up. She got up quickly and used my thigh to support herself, making me hold my breath. I watched her wrap her arms around his neck and the way he smiled at her made me realize immediately how much he loved her. I was sort of hoping to see that he didn't care about her, making me a more obvious option for her, but he truly and sincerely loved her and I felt my heart sink in my chest. I stared at them as they kissed, making me feel in a way I hadn't felt in a fucking long time. I let the jealousy invade me like a deadly poison without being able to stop it or take my gaze away from them. I remembered when I was the one who would kiss her, when I was the one who would make her happy.
"Hey, Dylan, nice to meet you." he let out after turning to me and extending his hand. "Heard a lot about you."
I breathed in and got up, shaking his hand firmly and sending him a small smile. I glanced at Liv who was staring at me and decided there was no way I was going to disappoint her, even if it hurt me. I had to get used to it anyway, she was about to marry that guy.
"Niall, nice to meet you too." I just replied.
They took place at the table and I could see Olivia hesitate to sit back next to me but Dylan sent her a smile and made a quick head movement, inciting her to take a seat and I felt relieved when she sat back where she was. Her knee brushed against mine and she glanced at me, sending me a small smile. It was horrible to realize that he was funny, smart and sweet, and that everyone already liked him. Of course, most of my friends had met him before but seeing with my own eyes how good they got along made me feel like utter shit. Did I even have a place in my own group of friends anymore?
They all started laughing at something he said and I just got up quickly, feeling  suddenly dizzy. Everyone turned to me and I saw Olivia frown and get up too, bending my way and tilting her head.
"Hey, Nee, are you okay?" she asked, her soft voice like music to my ears.
"Mmhm, yea." I replied, shaking my head slightly. "I think i'm gonna go home, perhaps I drank a bit too much."
"You can't drive, i'm not letting you drive." she quickly replied, making me smile.
"It's okay, i'll take a cab and pick up my car tomorrow."
She stared at me for a few seconds as I said goodbye to everyone and as I was about to leave, she grabbed my arm gently. I turned around and our eyes met and even if I was seeing a bit blurry, I could see her face perfectly. Or maybe it was just that It was engraved in my mind forever.
"I'll drive you home in your car, gimme your keys." she let out, extending her hand.
"And what? Sleep at my place?" I asked with a smirk, raising my eyebrows.
"Niall, your keys." she repeated firmly, shaking her hand more.
I sighed and searched through my pockets before placing gently my keys in the palm of her hand. Her lips curled and she licked them as I noticed her boyfriend getting up too.
"Dylan will follow us to bring me back home after." she explained.
It saddened me but at the same time, I was well aware that she wouldn't sleep in my bed like she used to do. Fuck, I missed it more than I thought. I missed waking up next to her every morning and it made me realize that I took it for granted. I took her for granted. I was a fucking idiot.
Everyone waved at us as we left but I noticed they were also getting up and ready to leave. We walked to my car and I took place on the passenger's seat quickly and in silence as she explained where I lived. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. I couldn't hear what she was saying but my gaze followed her lips as they moved, and her tongue as it slipped on them from time to time. She always did that when she was nervous, shy or embarrassed and for some reason, I found it endearing. I even stopped blinking when an other mouth pressed against her and it made something stir in my stomach again. Perhaps, the fact that I felt the need to hurt myself by looking at her boyfriend kissing her was a way for me to punish myself for all the hurt I put her through. After all, I deserved it, didn't I?
I stared at her as she started the car and leaned my head on the bench. I did most of the driving when we were together but watching her in control made my head throb and turned me on slightly. She pushed her brown hair over her shoulder and I let my eyes roam on her neck as a bunch of nasty thoughts ran in my head. I was so fucking drunk I had to press my lips together to make sure I wouldn't let out something dirty but I couldn't stop my hand from reaching her thigh. She didn't tense like I expected, she just glanced down at my fingers drawing shapes on her thigh and licked her lips before focusing on the road.
I didn't know how long it took but when she parked, I made a huge effort to look away, noticing we were in my driveway.
"Hey, I never gave you my address, did I?"
I saw an emotion appear on her face but she pushed it away and shook her head a bit without answering me. She got out of my car and walked to my side, opening the door quickly and bending down to my level.
"Can you walk by yourself?"
Shamelessly, my eyes dropped to the collar of her shirt, smirking a bit when I saw part of her breasts and her bra.
"Fuck, is it my birthday?"
"Shut up, Niall." she said gently and low. "Come on."
Her boyfriend wasn't there yet, perhaps he took a longer road, and I let her help me get out of the car as I followed her to the door. I could walk by myself but feeling her arm wrapped around mine was nice and I decided not to say anything. We walked inside and she closed the door with one of her feet, bringing me to my room after I pointed it to her. She let me fall on the bed and I stared at her as she took my shoes off. The way she took care of me made a rush of affection spread through me and I licked my lips after she took my socks off.
"Need help for the rest?"
Without a word, I kept looking at her and nodded firmly, making her roll her eyes but I saw a small smile appear on her lips. She undid my pants and pulled on them hard to take them off. I didn't want to help her because I didn't want her to leave. The more time it took her, the longer she stayed. She brought her hand to the covers probably to pull them over me but I grabbed her hand, making her look up at me. I stared at her fingers as I played with them with both my hands and noticed she wasn't wearing any engagement ring but I didn't mention it.
"You're still my best friend." I let out, feeling my heart jump in my chest at my confession. "And I miss you Olivia, I fucking miss you."
"I'm right here, Nee." she pointed out softly. "We spent the evening together."
"Nuh-uh, no." I quickly disagreed, shaking my head, turning her hand around and brushing my fingertips on her palm. "We spent the night with a bunch of our friends, it's you I miss."
Silence. Nothing heavy or awkward. Just a long silence as we both remained motionless except for my fingers on her skin. It stayed like that until I looked up in her eyes and noticed she was staring at me. I wish I could read her mind.
"Mm, I need to tell you something Olivia, it's very very fucking important."
I felt her free hand press suddenly on my mouth and my eyes got bigger. She shook her head and took her hand back slowly, as if she knew exactly what I was going to tell her.
"No, not now, you're drunk."
"But Liv-"
"Please. Niall." she insisted, cutting me and talking slightly louder. "No."
I looked into her eyes and I could swear I saw pain and sadness. I just nodded at her request and I could read how relieved she was on her face. I loved her. I wanted to tell her that I loved her, that I never stopped, and that I always would. I wanted to tell her that I needed her, that I would give anything to be with her again, and that I couldn't live without her. I wanted to tell her she was beautiful, that no one compared to her, and that I was extremely in love with her. Instead, I stared at her as she looked down and breathed in and out deeply.
Without thinking much, I brought my hand to her leg and she jumped in surprise as it took her out of her thoughts.
"A penny for your thoughts." I smiled. "I know, with all the money I have, I could propose you more, but it's just a saying."
She chuckled and I hoped she remembered the time she actually told me that, but she didn't say anything.
"Bring your knee on the bed." I added as she frowned and I raised my eyebrows. "Please, petal."
Her traits softened, probably because of the nickname, and slowly, she did as I asked. I ran my fingers on her jeans, on the inside of her leg, my eyes following them up slowly.
"Remember that time you put me to bed when I was drunk?" I asked, licking my lips at the memory. "And then you rode me until I came.. and all my cum ended on my stomach. And I watched you lick me clean. Remember that, petal?"
I looked up in her eyes and tried to suppress a smile when I noticed her lip had parted. She was holding her breath and the sight of her at that exact moment made me swell in my boxers. I could say I wished I had the blankets of my bed over me to hide it but I was too drunk to care.
"You really need to stop talking, Nee." she pointed in in a very gentle tone, which surprised me. She grabbed my hand and brought it back on my stomach, leaving it there. "You're too drunk, you'll regret it tomorrow."
"The only thing I regret is hurting you." I admitted, swallowing hard. "And I also regret-"
The sound of her phone cut me and she moved away from the bed to grab her phone and answer. I watched her press her lips together but finally let my eyes roam on her body. She had changed slightly and I loved her curves. I wanted to run my fingers on her and feel every single one of them.
"No it's okay, I don't need help, i'll be there in a few minutes." she explained, taking me out of my thoughts, in which she was completely naked and riding me. "Yea, give me max fifteen."
She hung up and put her phone back in her pocket before looking at me and sighing. She moved closer and grabbed the blankets before tucking me in. Her face was so close to mine I had to grip the mattress with both hands to stop myself from touching her.
"Do you need anything else?"
Of course I needed something else. I needed her to get under the covers with me and let me cuddle her all night the way we used to. I needed to wake up with her in my arms tomorrow morning and all the other mornings of my life. I needed to hear her whisper to me how much she loved me before we both fell asleep.
"No, thanks Liv, i'm good."
She nodded and walked away and I kept looking at her as she turned around and turned off the lights. She closed the door and I remained motionless for a few minutes as I felt my whole body throb, It was the first time in a while that I lusted someone as much as I loved them, but I knew I would probably regret my words in the morning. I felt bad. I didn't know if i made her uncomfortable and it really was not my intention. She was normally not bothered by crude words or sex discussions but we were not dating anymore and she had a fiancé, maybe I went too far.
I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep but everything seemed to turn around behind my eyelids because of how dazed I was. I tried to focus on my breathing but I felt nauseous and it took me a while to calm my stomach. It's only when I was half-asleep that I heard the door open again. It was not completely closed but someone was pushing on it gently, making an annoying noise. I stayed still, too exhausted to move, and I recognized her scent immediately. Vanilla and honey. No one else smelled that. I thought she was gone... how long had it been since she left the room? Ten minutes? Twenty?
"Tu me manques aussi." she whispered as I felt her warm breath hit on my chin.
It took me by surprise when I felt her lips brush against mine and I decided to pretend I was asleep like she thought I was. She pressed her wet and warm lips softly on my mouth again and I felt my whole body throb at the feeling. My drunk ass wanted to kiss her back, though. I wanted to hold her close, lay her down and make love to her slowly and gently while telling her how much I loved her without caring that her boyfriend was waiting for her outside, in his car. I wanted to whisper to her what she meant to me and apologize over and over again until she'd start shaking beneath me as she'd cum. I wanted to run my mouth on her neck and hear her pant and whimper while i'd tell her how good she feels and how I never want to be away from her ever again.
Instead, I waited until she left again to open my eyes and it took me so long to fall back asleep that I didn't even remember when I did. All I could think about was her lips against mine and how bad I needed to kiss her again while fearing it may have been the very last time.
                                                     ----
I woke up with a groan, seeing the sun peeking through the curtains over my eyelids, and turned around in bed, pressing my face on the other pillow, feeling the cold from the fabric. I had a headache that would probably turn into a migraine as soon as i'd open my eyes and I sighed, knowing I wouldn't be able to fall asleep again.
I opened my eyes slowly with a grimace and let out a curse words when an intense and painful throbbing appeared in my head. Defeated, I got up and rubbed my eyes as I walked to the kitchen, my feet brushing on the floor and realizing I didn't have socks on. I stopped dead in my track when I remembered the night before as it all played over in my head in the span of a few seconds.
She had kissed me. Olivia had kissed me. She thought I was asleep and she told me she missed me after kissing me. I swallowed hard, remembering all the sexual things I told her too and shut my eyes tight again before sighing loud. I could try and blame alcohol but it would be a sad and pathetic move and I decided to apologize as soon as I could. I shook my head slightly and walked to the fridge, frowning when I saw something on the counter. I smiled when I realized it was a note and read it quickly.
"For your headache. Pills and coffee. Just turn the machine on. Love you! xx"
She had signed her nickname but she didn’t have to, I could recognize her handwriting anywhere, and I pushed on the 'start' button of the coffee machine before taking the pills and walking back to my room. I grabbed clean clothes and ended up in the shower. I knew I smelled bad and it was well needed but as I washed my body, I kept thinking about the night before. I thought about the way I reminded her of one of our sex encounters and the thought made my heart skip a beat. As much as I wanted to feel bad for throwing that at her in a moment of weakness, the memory of her riding me was turning me on. I groaned low, thinking about the way her lips had parted when I told her about it. Even if I was drunk last night, I could remember clearly her facial expression and I felt my cock swell at that thought.
I put my hand on the wall of the shower to hold myself as the water fell in my hair and slipped down on my face. My other hand reached for my dick and I stroked it slowly until the tip, breathing through my teeth at how sensitive it was. I wrapped my hand more around it and squeezed it harder before jerking myself in slow motion, my eyes shut tight and my fingers curling on the wall. When was the last time I had sex again? A week ago with my girlfriend, perhaps? The truth was, I hadn't felt this horny and excited in a while and the fact that it all came from a facial expression, a memory and a chaste kiss on the lips from my ex girlfriend made it even more pathetic. I wanted Liv on her knees in front of me, her mouth wrapped around my cock and her eyes staring up at me. I really needed this release and It took me only a few minutes to feel the rush of an orgasm invade me. I whimpered her nickname low as I came, feeling my cum spurt in jerky squirts on my thumb and all over the shower wall. When was the last time I did exactly that thinking about exactly the same thing? It was right after tour, when I woke up with my hard cock pressed on Olivia's ass. Some things never change.
I sighed low and finished washing myself, cleaning the wall at the same time and getting out. I quickly dressed up and when I got back in the kitchen, I jumped slightly when I saw Heidi, leaning against the counter, sipping on a cup of fresh coffee.
"Are you okay?" she asked with a frown. "Thought I heard-"
"I'm good." I cut her, not wanting to have this discussion with her at all. "How are you?"
She stared at me for a few seconds and finally sighed, taking a step closer to me and grabbing something on the counter. My heart skipped a beat when I noticed what it was and I just licked my lips a bit nervously. Did I forget to mention that I had seen Olivia again?
"When were you gonna tell me?"
"Oh, I thought you knew." I lied with a shrug. "Yea I was drunk last night and Liv and her boyfriend drove me home."
Her traits softened when I mentioned Olivia's boyfriend and she sighed with a nod. I didn't like lying to her and I didn't like how messy it was becoming. I didn't want to hurt her but at the same time, I knew that what we had couldn't continue.
"Maybe we could invite them over for dinner? We could invite Liam, Louis, Harry and their girlfriends, too."
I raised my eyebrows, glad that she proposed it because I had thought about it too. I just hoped it would go well between all of us, especially between Heidi and Olivia, since they really didn't get along. There would be many other persons though, so they wouldn't have to interact too much.
"Yea, good idea, i'll text them." I just shrugged with a nod.
Heidi sent me a smile but my heart jumped in my chest when I saw her crumpling Liv's note in her hand before throwing it in the bin. I blinked a few times, trying to keep my emotions in, and cleared my throat.
"Tomorrow night?" I proposed.
"Yea, i'm free tomorrow."
I nodded and grabbed my phone in my pocket, quickly texting my ex girlfriend as Heidi moved past me, letting her hand slide on my upper arm.
"It's my turn, I need a shower."
I held my breath, hoping I cleaned the wall well and kept on typing.
'Thanks so much for the ride last night. We're having a friends' night at my place tomorrow, would you and your boyfriend like to join us?'
I hit send before texting Louis, Liam and Harry something similar but when I heard the shower, my head raised up and I glanced at the bin. I licked my lips, wondering if Heidi would notice anything but decided that I didn't care. I walked to it and took the paper back from the trash, folding it quickly and putting it in my pocket. I felt like a teenager for wanting to keep that kind of souvenir but it didn't matter. It was not my type to keep useless stuff but I couldn't resign myself to throw away a symbol of affection from her since I was not getting them anymore.
"You're an idiot." I whispered to myself as I poured coffee in a mug.
I only had time to take a sip before I heard my phone beep. and almost dropped it as I tried to check it.
'We'll be there! What time and what should we bring?'
I smiled, staring at the words she had typed, and felt relieved to see she was not pissed at me or felt uncomfortable. I could apologize in a text message but I really wanted to do it face to face so I just decided to wait, quickly typing her an answer. I felt a bit nervous, not knowing how it would go but at the same time, I couldn't wait to see her again.
I brought my fingertips on my lips, remembering hers against my mouth not even twelve hours before and I couldn't help but wonder when I'd feel them again. When I found out she was getting married, I thought it would never happen but the night before brought back more hope inside of me. I had to do something, I just didn't know what yet. All I knew was that I still was not ready to give up. I probably never would be.
