I finally went a full school day fasting!!!! I went to lunch with my boyfriend and I didn't get anything to eat. I am so proud of myself. It was how I lost weight in the first place. So I am so excited to continue. There was a point when I couldn't feel hungry anymore and all I could feel was that lightheaded sensation that you get when you don't eat. It's the best feeling in the world.
