"If you want something done right, you should do it yourself."
I have wanted Emo fashion featuring the Gods I worship and believe in, and in the Scenemo server I mod it turns out I wasn't the only one. So, I decided "Oh, screw it!" and decided to start this project - and yes, you can actually buy these shirts! Right now, three designs are available of Fenrir, Hel and Jormungandr. More is being worked on, and it won't just be Norse specific so keep your eyes peeled.
If you like what you see, please consider supporting this project! If you want behind the scenes goodies, you can join the server I mod by checking out this post by the server owner; https://www.tumblr.com/xx-k1tsun3-k1d-xx/686684282845102080/rawrrr-its-teh-server?source=share

She is the one who stands with Her arms open,
Ready to welcome those who have walked across the Gjöll bridge.
She is not one to be tricked,
For Her holy name is renowned through the nine worlds,
All of which know of Her power:
She cradles the souls of those who come to rest with the Gods,
And She does not discriminate the peasant from the king,
Nor the humble from the noble.
To Her we send songs of praise.
Onto Her I entrust my life.
Beside Her does the Luminous One sit.
Upon Her is a crown made of ash.

Generic Norse Prayer 🕯️🤍
Hail to the gods, hail to the goddesses, hail to the mighty, hail to the wise.
Hail to the earth, hail to the sky, hail to the sea, with its ebb and flow.
Hail to the sun, hail to the moon, hail to the stars, that light up the night.
Hail to our ancestors, hail to our kin, hail to our friends, and hail to our foes.
May the gods bless us, may the goddesses guide us, may the spirits protect us,
May our deeds be honorable, may our words be true, and may our hearts be brave.
So be it.

When the human known to us as Christ arrived in the underworld, gods and shades alike were horrified. It was always a big deal when demigods arrived in the underworld, but this one had died so brutally, a young man, not even old enough to grow a beard, tourtued to death at the will of his own divine parentage, the blood dripping from his shade's hands.
The high gods of the underworld brought him up to their tower to figure out what happened. Christ had recoiled from them at first, thinking they were Devils, but had to take Anubis's hand to ascend the tower's steps, as his legs were badly wounded. The gods of the dead looked at him with both sympathy and horror, it was the first time a he had seen a god look at him with either of those emotions.
Hades swore that this was his brother's doing, but even then it crossed a new line. The description of a god impregnating a young girl in Bethlehem fit what Hades knew of Zeus, but to harm his own son in such a way, as part of a ploy to try to gain all of Rome for him alone, had proven his brother's reign growing darker. Still, he took mercy on the young man, promising him at least three days safety in the underworld without his father trying to claim him again. Hades wondered if the poor girl knew when she held her child that he was born to suffer and die, just as the mothers of great heros knew their destiny. Hades hoped Chrsit would have a chance to stay longer, his wife would return in the fall, and he had the same kind eyes as her, she would probably like to know him.
Hel came to comfort Christ once he had a chance to rest. She helped tend his wounds, and pet his head, and for the first time christ was held by a divinity that didn't expect anything from him. And she told him stories of her father to cheer him up after meeting with such a horrible fate. And she told him that no father should ever do such a thing as what his father had done to his child, that if she had known in time she would have saved him. And she let him be comforted as a human, instead of being a lord of all humanity. And for a momment he didn't have to be the son of god who felt alone while bleeding and dying, but the son of the carpenter Joseph who had been reminded of home when he felt the wood of the cross.
He wasn't allowed to stay, his father wanted him back, back to be the bleeding prince of a new and lonely kingdom. And the underworld wept for him, not because the underworld was deprived of Christ, but because Christ was deprived of the underworld.

I just uploaded my sixth design (Loki) so just to remind ya'll; if you've been looking for Emo Pagan designs on shirts I've got you covered (cause I have wanted this for years!) As you can see, I primarily have a focus on the Norse Gods as I am Norse Pagan myself, however I have done Persephone and plan to do more Greek and non-Norse Gods!
All six of the designs are on shirts that go up to 5XL (male cut) and 3XL (women cut) - for reference, I am a 4XL in the UK and 5XL (male cut) is a bit big on me. (Something I care about being a plus size gal.)

Mother Hel, thank you for your support. Thank you for accepting me no matter what because death accepts everyone and everything. Thank you for not judging me and for giving me guidance through ignorance. Thank you for being the mother that I've always needed, especially now, and thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for standing by me no matter what. It's truly a comfort knowing that lady death has her skeletal hand on my shoulder whenever I need her. Thank you for constantly telling me what I have to live for and that it's not nearly my time, not for years and years. Thank you for allowing my strangeness to be welcome in your arms, for allowing me to fully let loose with my interests. Thank you for humbling me, for impowering me, and for inspiring me.
Thank you, lady Hel, for being there when no one else was. For showing me that it's okay to be sad, or angry, or depressed, or frustrated.
Thank you, my mother, my lady of death, for showing me that being alive and being human is worth more than anything in this god-awful world. Thank you, Hel, thank you.

Devotional to Hel
Hail Hel, she who provides comfort and courage!
You are the clouds of breath dancing across biting winds– You are the sunbeams on petals after a storm– You are the smiles piercing through hard hearts’ walls– You are the words of love reaching satellite souls.
Who can say your guests have not known war? Who would deny your guests the honor due lives led bravely?
In our times of grief, you keep fond memories alive. In our times of sorrow, you nurture inner resolve. In our times of pain, you rekindle hope.
Hail Hel, she who strengthens life’s meaning!

Hey all!
I know that completing rituals or having the time/money for leaving offerings is not always accessible to practing pagans. I'd like to start a little series on scrappy/in a pinch practices that are more easily done and don't require too many spoons/too much time/a lot of $$$.
As a Hel devotee, first on my list is a practice well-suited to what she represents within the Norse world, though this could apply to other deities of other underworld, or simply as you see fit.
We've all heard of leaving food and drink as an offering for your chosen deity, right? Well, for Hel, seeing as her dishes at her table are called "hunger," why not play with that idea and leave your empty plate, mug, or drinking glass on your altar after you've eaten? As protector of the underworld, Hel is receiving your thanks, like a note to the fact that you still reside in the world of the living, and require mortal things such as food (bonus points if your food scraps consist of things like animal bones!)
Let me know what you guys think of this series, and this idea in particular. Will you be trying it?
xᛗ
