💻💻💻 My office today. Because I have the best yoga family, I get to sit at Friendly Coffee Lounge in Berwyn today and work in this historic coffee shop, bar and music community. I didn’t have to rush back to #lawrenceks to take care of the tree on my roof because my ex and my lovely yoga family has my back. Thank you! So, I wandered down Roosevelt Road and had the place practically to myself for over an hour. I’m drinking deep, dark bold coffee a little late in the day listening to their yummy playlist and working on Practices for Peace and…wait for it…the return of BreatheOnline in July! For those of you who knew and loved Henry’s in #lfk, this is the closest I’ve come to settling# into that same down-to-earth cool vibe. There’s even a bar attached just like the old Henry’s. Dreaming of sunny days with a good friend. I’m one week out from my first shot. So, I’m still committed to outdoor activities. Today was supposed to be a day to hang out, but it’s cold and about to be very wet in Lawrence. I was going through old photos and reminiscing about this day a few weeks ago. The fantastic @anneholland and I arrived at @715restaurant just as it opened and opted for the back patio. It was our first time in the back and now one of our favorite outdoor spots. As any yogi knows, some days you just have to be more flexible than others. Today is now an indoor day at home, working on the upcoming BreatheOnline.
