How Do You Earn Rest? The Answer Is In Your Yoga Practice.
I’ve been listening to who I am mind/body/spirit. Deeply.
I’m being asked to Rest. Rest deeply. So, I’m taking time to be still. I’m taking walks on the beach. I’m eating as many eggs on toast as I want. Why is that rest? Cause, it’s super fast and easy and it brings me big comfort. It’s not hard to digest and allows my body to not work too hard.
