How y’all met was wild-

Instead of the black cat and golden retriever trope you were more like a blunt angry bear and cute little golden retriever puppy trope

You met when you both were younger and became close friends

That’s when he got a crush on you but honestly it was relatively small

He would always try and be around you but eventually you started to see each other less and less

There was a particular reason for it

It just kind of happened that way

Now you two met again around season two which made Yugi ecstatic

Yami was cool with you relatively

Joey not so much-

The moment he fell in love with you though

Some random person tried to steal his deck from his belt so you chased after them and not only did you get his deck back but you beat the hell out of them and got them to apologize to Yugi

His heart bursted out of his heart after seeing how much you care about him

He was smitten

He was definitely not the one who asked you out

He got to scared every time he tried because he knew if you didn’t like him back you wouldn’t be super nice about it lmao

It was you who asked him out

But it wasn’t anything to fancy

You came up to Yugi at the end of school and offered to walk home with him

Which he said yes of course

When you finally got to his house you told asked him to go on a date with you

Bro almost bursted into tears

In a relationship he is the sweetest boy alive

He definitely has scary dog privileges

You come to every one of his duels because while you don’t play, you care about his interests

You always come with him on his little journeys with his friends

Then you were forced to play which you hated but won really easily even though you knew nothing

He likes physical touch with if you like it as well he’ll cuddle up to you at night and fall asleep

He always buys you food too

He is ok with the causal pda like holding hands but doesn’t want to attract attention so anything subtle he’s ok with

And quick pecks on the cheek

He tells you he loves you every night even if he doesn’t expect you to say it back

Bought matching necklaces for you to wear for Christmas

Expect him to make you breakfast whenever he can even though he is a terrible chef and you end up going to a cafe

He’ll stand up to anyone that’s rude to you and when they start to try and get physical you pretty much appear out of thin air and step in which he doesn’t like because he wants to stand up to your bullies

“Hey you don’t get to say anything about them!”

“Who the hell are you? Their plaything?”

“No! I’m their boyfriend! You don’t get to talk about them that way!”

“Why? You have a problem with it, punk?”

“He might not, but I do.”

“You don’t have to step in. I got this!”

“No, Yugi. I think I’m going to be dealing with them this time.”

“But I wanted to…”

“We’ll talk about this late babe.”

“Fine! Be nice! Love you!”

“Love you too, Yugi.”

Yami Yugi

You two met pretty randomly

You came up to him while he was at the arcade with his friends and you kissed him

He heard a couple Oohs but he was more concerned on who you are and why you’re kissing him

Once you broke the kiss you just walked away leaving him baffled at the situation

He followed after you and demanded to know why you kissed him

He doesn’t know what he expected but the answer ‘it was a dare’ was not definitely not what he thought

It made him disappointed ngl

He let out a little oh and then let you walk away

He thought about you ever since that day

Then he met you again

He came up to you while you were sitting at a cafe reading a book and sat down right across from you

He expected you to remember him but alas you didn’t lmfao

But even though you didn’t remember him you still offered him food and didn’t insist on him leaving

Honestly it was a little concerning considering the fact you thought he was a stranger

Somehow through all of this you guys became friends

Whenever he is in Domino City and not on his little journeys he goes out to a cafe with you

He tries to do this every Saturday but it doesn’t always work out with both of your schedules

You and Yami had the slowest slow burn known to man

He didn’t realize he was in love with you for a while

Until he saw you kissing someone else

He was so confused at what he was feeling that he went back home and just sat oh his bed

He asked Yugi about it and he was the one that made Yami realize he was in love with you

He wasn’t a big fan of the feeling

He tried to avoid you as much a possible but that did last to long

You cornered him into an alleyway and made him explain his behavior

And while he tried to lie… he isn’t a good liar‏

When he was trying to play cool you kissed him and he quickly forgot about everything and kissed back

During the little make out session you asked him to date you causing him to stop

He told you about seeing you kiss someone else and didn’t want to be in a relationship with someone who likes someone else

Then you had to explain how the guy kissed you and it would never happen again because you had your eyes set on Yami since the first day you met him

He believed you and became your boyfriend

He is much more closed off and private about pretty much everything to do with you

His friends didn’t even know about you until Yugi told them how Yami is dating someone

He doesn’t say it out loud that he loves you or engage in to much physical affection but he does always bring and buy you stuff

Anything he sees that he think you’ll like he’ll buy

Unlike Yugi, when he makes you food he doesn’t mess it up

Honestly probably the best food you’ll ever have in your life

It’s usually for special occasions only

When you two do cuddle it’s mostly in bed with you both about to go to sleep and spooning each other with you as the big spoon and him as the little one

Every new place he goes to he brings something back for you if you don’t want to go along

He invites you to every one of his matches

He is very quiet and reserved speaking wise but you can usually tell what he’s thinking based off his body language

Will watch anything you want with you while eating popcorn and other unhealthy food

He also got you this really expensive ring for Christmas

“Yami… you shouldn’t have.”

“I wanted you to know how much you mean to me.”

“I know but this! This is so…”

“Lovely? I don’t understand do you not want it? I can get you another if you would like.”

“No Yami. It’s just so expensive looking I mean have you looked at me? It’ll be like a shining red ferrari in a haystack.”

“Do you not like it?”

“No. It’s gorgeous, but you’re going to be really disappointed with what I got you.”

“Anything you get me I will treasure with my life.”

“Thanks Yami, but just know it’s not a expensive ass ring.”

“I kind of already figured.”

This man fell for you the moment he met you… literally.

It what gots your attention so he’s not really complaining

He honestly thought whenever you two would meet you were flirting with him but in reality you were being normal

He would always flirt back which you noticed but decided on not saying anything

While he had a ‘flirty’ relationship with you and like you he didn’t love you

Until you and him went to the arcade-

You were competing against him in one of the games and when you won you let out a deep laugh making him start to laugh as well

It made him realize how much he enjoys you and he wants to be with you forever

You’re the person that makes him happy after all

As soon as he realized that he asked you out which you replied with a short yes and told him you’re going to be at one of the shooting games

He honestly didn’t know if he should be happy or sad

I mean you said yes but then you acted like him asking you out wasn’t a big deal

When he confronted you on it probably more angry than he needed you just told him you knew he liked you and expected it

He got a little bit embarrassed over that

When you two start dating he’s really sweet and dresses to impress but as time goes on he becomes the type of boyfriend that will come into your home grab your chips and watch tv with you with his stained shirt and sweatpants

Not that your complaining

He always buys you gifts when he can but he’s kind of broke so there definitely a little bit trashy

He’s usually staying at your house at night and will sleep in holding onto you tight so when you wake up you can’t go anywhere

He’s a very cuddly person and always wants your arm wrapped around him whenever and wherever

He introduced you to his sister a moth or so after you two started dating and it was safe to say she loved you

Even if she didn’t understand you

He’s also nervous that you’ll leave him for someone else so he gets jealous really quickly

If you are involved in sports like football or soccer or wrestling he’ll be cheering you on from the sides yelling something like ‘WOOOOO IM DATING THE ONE IN WHITE YEAH BABE YOU GO’ ‘Joey they’re all in white…’ ‘YUGI SHUSH’

Whenever he’s dueling the thing that keeps him going is you

He will honestly cheer you on if you decided to beat someone up

He hated you when he first met you

You two got off to a bad start

He was working at a cafe when you came close and tripped spilling your coffee over him and his computer

You were dared by Mokuba even though you had no idea who either of them were

Since you were pretty much broke and couldn’t afford to pay for the stuff (which was over $7000) he just hired you instead

That honestly did not help

You just kept bugging him and asking him questions about the job

The only reason he didn’t fire you immediately is because he thought you were suffering while working for him (even though you were having a great time and he was the one suffering)

It was unexpected to fall in love with you

You were walking home when you saw a couple boys surrounding Mokuba

When you saw one of the boys hit him you stepped in scaring the kids off

You saw that Mokuba had a bruise forming on his check and his clothes were ripped

Since your house was so close you just took him home to get him fixed up and gave him some clothes that were to big for him so he ended up looking like Jesse Pinkman

You called Seto and when he answered he was a little agitated because Mokuba was no where to be found and he thought you would be asking about how to work the printer again

But when you told him how you had Mokuba all the agitation in his voice decimated

He let a soft that I you a hanged up only 5 minutes later he showed up at your door even though you never told him your address

When he saw you he just got this feeling that he couldn’t explain

It wasn’t until you asked him if he wanted to get coffee did he realize what he was feeling

He wouldn’t be surprised if he had hearts in his eyes for you

He told you he liked you a day later and you two started dating

The beginning of the relationship was a little awkward because of how little both of talk

It helped that you understood Seto’s schedule so you ok with him coming home really late in the night

He buys you a lot of things that you probably don’t need

You always watch over Mokuba instead of the guards when he can’t

When he does come home on time he always leaves super early in the morning

Whenever he comes home late he always climbs into bed with you

“Seto?”

“Did I wake you? I’m sorry go back to bed.”

“It’s fine. I was waiting for you but I got tired.”

“I can see that.”

“Mokuba is asleep in the other room.”

“I’ll bring him home in the morning.”

“He can stay I don’t mind.”

This school is run by a caste game that turns teenagers into lustful fools. You are just trying to survive by staying under the radar. You’ve caught his eye and now he will do anything to make you his.

Part One

When The Game Is Lost Masterlist

Everything has changed once more. We are all playing the new roles we were dealt. The entire caste system had been turned upside down. The Queen was now a Goth, the Geek a Pleaser, the Pleaser a King and the King a Target. People seemed to be forgetting their new roles. The old Queen had tried to make conversation with Karino, our new King. All hail the King. She had been humiliated by the class. Goths weren't supposed to talk to Kings. He acted as if she meant nothing to him and she probably didn't.

Azusa had sauntered into class as if nothing had changed as well, only to find his desk filled with hate messages. He had kicked it over, glaring at the smug faces around him, swearing to kill Kuze when he muttered ‘karma’. His holier than thou attitude didn't seem affected by his new position and it was making people uneasy. It must be hard to come down from being a proud King, though he never did seem satisfied with his role as King. He always seemed to hunger for more. He was night in comparison to Kaiba’s day; they were both selfish and arrogant but Kaiba seemed to think several moves ahead. He trusted no one and would never find himself in the position Azusa was now facing.

Damn it. Why am I thinking of Seto right now? Ever since he had made it known that he was watching, you noticed him more and more. He had been peering at you when you walked in the front gate, a smug hint of laughter on his lips. You had ignored him and hurried to class. He made sure you saw him as he walked to his class several minutes later, surrounded by giggling women. Pretentious.

Everyone was schmoozing up to Kusakabe now that he was a Prince. He was twitching with discomfort moments before displaying the contents of his breakfast all over the floor. He was carried out by Kuze, which wasn't a surprise. To others, maybe, but you had noticed for awhile that they seemed to be getting close. Kuze reached out to help the old target when he could. The homosexual community seems to be high at this school.

You had decided to go see what was taking Kuze and Kusakabe so long. You had bonded when he became a target. You had a thing for underdogs, after all. As you were nearing the door, you heard snickers before water rebounded off the body in front of you. A few drops sprinkled across your face. The rest of the class laughed as the gray water soaked through Azusa's white shirt and pants. The snarl distorting his face made you take a step back.

"Azusa, are you okay?"

"You're annoying, don't talk to me.” He brushed you off as he stalked to his desk after throwing a wet cloth that had been included with the water at one of the culprits. He slumped down, kicking his feet up on the desk with a roll of his blue eyes. The boy with the stinky cloth now on his face demanded that Karino punish him, to show him his new place.

"Leave him be." Karino peered at him with a smirk from behind his glasses. When did Karino start wearing glasses? Did he always need them? Was he wearing contacts before? He looked over at you as if he knew what you were thinking. You had to turn, continuing on your way out of the classroom to avoid him seeing your glare. That man gave you goosebumps. He wasn't to be trusted.

"Speaking of people who can't be trusted," you muttered as you tried to sidestep around the man in the purple trench coat but to no avail. His long arms had somehow made their way against the wall behind you, locking you in place. "Can I help you?"

"I don't know, can you?"

"What do you want?"

He leaned down, a smirk forming on his lips as he whispered in your ear, "You."

"You wish," you scoffed and pushed against his chest. He didn't budge.

"I don't need to wish, it is just a matter of time."

"And how will your slutty posse feel about that?"

"Am I meant to care what they think? They mean nothing to me."

"I have a feeling that most people don't mean much to you.”

You turned away from his intense glare only to feel his fingers on your skin. He grabbed your chin, forcing you to look back once more as his lips crashed down on yours. His tongue glided against your lips, parting them with gentle pressure. His hand entangled within your hair, pulling you deeper into the kiss. You gave in, letting your tongue drift as you wrapped your arms around Kaiba's neck. A moan escaped you as he lifted his face to stare at you.

“You are right. People are meaningless to me. Don't expect me to fall in love with you."

You snapped out of the daze you had allowed yourself to crumble into, elbowing his chest. This time he backed up. "Don't expect me to care what you do. I could never care about someone like you."

"Hmm? How much is it going to take to make you mine?"

"You can't afford me."

"There's nothing I can't afford."

"Fuck you, Seto!"

"Oh, I plan to," his chuckle made you shiver as it turned into a full blown laughing fit. It sounded disturbing, as if he knew something you didn't. You sidled up against the wall, trying to distance yourself from the sinister sounds coming from the unhinged man before you. "Oh, I'm funny."

"Right. I should get back.”

You turned, trying to make your escape as a hand slammed against the wall half an inch from your face causing a surprised gasp to leave your lips. You slunk down and lassoed your body around his and skipped backward a few paces, not daring to turn your back to this ominous man. You waved before turning into the ladies room.

You looked at yourself in the mirror and sighed. The school had gotten more dangerous. You had been noticed. After all your hard work to keep under the radar, you had been noticed. All this because you had to be a midnight dancer. You wondered if he would come to watch you dance again tonight. The sigh this time threatened to break through your ribcage as you mourned for the simple life hidden deep within the shadows. You patted your face dry with a paper towel after scrubbing it with desperation. You couldn't get the feel of that man off your lips.

"It won't work. I will continue to engrave myself in your flesh until you can think of nothing but me."

"You are so arrogant."

"Of course. If you were me, you would be too.” He was behind you, speaking through the mirror.

"I hate you."

He slid his hand up your thigh, caressing your hips. “That's okay. I don't need you to like me. I just need you to obey me."

"That's not likely. I won't bow down to you."

His grip dug into your waist as he nibbled on your neck. “Are you sure? I always get what I want."

"Why do you want me?"

His hands wandered over your body as he licked and nibbled your neck and ears. His hand circled your throat, tugging you back to face him.

"I like a challenge."

For those of you that love Seto Kaiba (and, you know, extreme freaking angst because I have no idea what mood I was in when I wrote this last slow burn oneshot) I have a new x Reader on AO3 (rmorningstar21) under my YuGiOh Oneshots Collection. I pushed to make this incredibly neutral, and it's technically an Atem x Reader x Seto. It's set for after the final battle in the Duel Monsters series.

I also have two other recent ones (A Bandit King Bakura/Yami Bakura x Reader and a shy!Seto Kaiba x Reader) I believe both of these are leaned towards fem reader.

If you're an avid reader of my AO3, I will be doing some heavy editing to my Loving Ra's Daughter fic, as well as (hopefully) posting some new chapter(s) to The Millennium Rose.

I may also have a horrible obsession with Yami Bakura/Bandit King currently, and I'm trying to make sure to do some in between oneshots instead of filling my Oneshot collection with straight Bandit King.

Sorry Idk if you don't anon requests. But if you do, may I please request a Seto Kaiba x fem!reader (the two are already a couple) where a mysterious girl tells them (reader doesn't work for the company, however) that Kaiba Corp. will experience a cyber attack that will greatly damage its cohesion and image and tells how to stop/prevent it from happening. Seto is skeptical about what the girl says but reader has a feeling she's right which makes Seto listens. After they stop/prevented the attack, the two question the girl and asked who was behind it and who is she. Before she can answer, the person behind the attack reveals themselves and challenges Seto to a classic duel with high stakes but the mysterious girl battles in his place. During the duel, she uses cards that are similar to reader and Kaiba's decks and she defeats the guy with Blue Ultimate Dragon. Both Seto and reader shocked and before they ask her about all of this, but before they can ask she reveals that she's their future daughter and went back in time to help them out with this from Kaiba Corp. future technology?

To really sum it up: mystery girl comes and tell them about an cyber attack and they stop it. Turns out she's their kid from the future and they found out after a dual where she uses cards like theirs.

You guys played against each other as fun for a little date idea and it ended up with you winning

While Yugi wasn’t going as hard as he usually tries, he did try a little so you winning would be seen as an accomplishment between the two of you

Honestly he didn’t really care that much

He loves you too much and is just happy that you’re happy

He’s the type of boyfriend that brags about his S/o’s accomplishments

Even if you don’t think it was that big of a deal

He started to move on from it until Joey brought up that you should have a rematch

To be fair Yugi just thought of it as a little fun game but now with his friends watching but unbeknownst to him, you didn’t feel the same

Which was the perfect opportunity for Joey to pick at your skin

Despite both of you loving the same person (just in a different way) you two absolutely hated eachother

Which is honestly surprising

It’s because you’re both jealous of each other

He noticed how unwilling you were to do it but he didn’t really bat an eye, if you don’t want to do something then he’s not going to make you

He talked to you about it later though and no matter you’re reason, he tried to understand

As long as you tell he what’s going on and are honest, he’ll never be mad at you

Let’s be honest here he let you win

You know it, I know it, he definitely knows it

It doesn’t really matter how good of a player you are, he just wants you to be happy

As long as you’re happy, he’s happy

However the only problem was how obvious it was that he was letting you win

He might have thought of it as a sweet gesture, but to you he was just humiliating you

It’s was just embarrassing how easy you could win against him

It took no longer than ten minutes and it left him him feeling humiliated

He just wanted to show off his skills

No only to you but also to his friend but it didn’t really turn out that way

You and him definitely had to cuddle at your house to make him less sad

Sure it was fun to win your little game between you two but you also felt bad at how sad and disappointed you got

You also didn’t want to purposely let him win because you were never a good liar so when he found out it would only make him feel worse

Instead you just never played with him again

It didn’t matter how many times he asked or why, you weren’t playing against him

He tried everything from bribery to begging and above

He just wanted to show off his skills but you never played against him

You watched him play against others and commented on how better he was getting though which made him happy enough

There might have been one or two times where you did give in and played against him but you let him win both times which pissed him off but you found it kind of funny

Let’s be real here you cheated

Or at least that’s what Seto likes to think

It doesn’t matter how tired he was when playing a simple game against you for mokuba he hands down believes you cheated

Like if he had to say you didn’t cheat or jump off a cliff, he choose the cliff

He also refuses to talk about it

No way in hell would be ever talk about it with you

He rather be friends with Yugi

He straight up did not talk to you for a week until you told him you cheated which didn’t but you just wanted him to talk to you again

The only thing you cheated on were your exams at school

It made him feel a little better and he asked you to go again but this time no tricks and twists

He wanted to show off to Mokuba who kept talking about the match

But when you said no, he got mad all over again

Sweetest dad alive

When you told him that you had a kid he got a little bit awkward but has really happy

When he met your kid he tried to bond with him the best he could but your kid didn’t exactly feel the same way

Even through all that, he loves your kid so much and would do anything for them

Ok let’s talk about when he first met your kid

You guys were most likely dating for at least 2 months before you told him about your kid

He was fine with it of course and was the one to bring up meeting them

You said yes and he ended up coming over to your place to meet them

When you told him you had a five year old he expected a giggly happy little kid not really a stoic, lazy but cuddly to you and only you kid

As soon as you got home they latched right on to you paying absolutely no attention to Yugi

Both you and him tried to make your little one be more talkative towards Yugi but they didn’t budge

You both just blamed it on tiredness and ended up moving one thinking it would be different the next time

It wasn’t-

Yugi tried his hardest to make your child like him especially after he knew that you and him were getting serious

Eventually he dropped the ways that he used to do and tried a new tactic

Stoic af

Even though he is stoic he really is trying to show happiness in the situation

When you told him you had a kid we was cool with it but his face showed otherwise

Honestly when you talked to him about it later on in your relationship you told him you thought he was going to murder you for it because he looked so angry

Unlike with Yugi, your kid was actually excited to meet Yami

They were in the age were they don’t exactly realize your dating someone even though you told them a million times

They look at something and just see it as what it is

They don’t think when they see your boyfriend ‘Oh that’s their boyfriend!’

They instead think ‘Oooo new stranger that will be my friend’

Taking that to mind you can tell that they just look a take a note of things physically right in front of them

So you can imagine the once happy child now pouting because Yami looks like a bully

The once possible bridge to a friendship between the two instantly shattered

You tried to help bring them together but Yami was to quite during it and your kid was throwing a tantrum

Your child especially hated Yami because instead of acting like how you act during their little tantrums by just staring at them or picking them up Yami just walks away

I mean in his defense he’s trying

But I mean he’s used to the ancient Egyptian type way

Eventually after getting yelled at enough by you Yami no longer left the room and instead just took a seat like you and stared right at your kid

It’s obvious the child years for Yami were rough

He was a very quiet and reserved dad who instead of playing football or volleyball with them instead taught them hieroglyphics

The teen years were a little better for him

They stilled never called him dad though

You child picked up a little bit of his personality by staying relatively quiet when home and never really going out to parties

Your child has a better liking and understanding of Yami now

So their not as hard on him like they used to be

Which Yami misses

Yami became the type of parent who would drive your child to there date and pick them up and unknown to them, shall from behind sending pictures to you

She’ll just sit on the couch with the tv on texting someone while sometimes your kid would lay down next to her

Even if she hogs your couch

She stays for dinner a lot of the time and talks and boys but in a kind of oblivious ‘they have a crush on me but I don’t realize’ way

Joey could argue that she’s there more than he is

He taught your kid how to play duel monsters and your kid absolutely despised it

But they beat him in duels so it doesn’t matter that much

Hurt his ego a little bit though

You three will literally cuddle in bed all day with Joey half way off the bed and no blanket covering him

When you first told him you had a kid he was working on his desk and his face did not change at all

He said alright and moved on from the situation

Eventually he met your kid and it was the weirdest meeting ever

Neither one of them was particularly thrilled in meeting the other but they did it because you told them to

They just stood at each other for the whole visit

Over time they got closer

Thanks to Mokuba

He was so sweet and got your kid to love him a lot

In two hours your child already thought of him as a big brother

That was one of the steps towards getting your kid and Seto to like each other

The other one was that you literally forced them together every 2 seconds

Sometimes the house is just so empty that he comes to your house and lays in your guest room playing video games while listening to you talk or watch tv with your kiddo

Or he would ask you to come over to Seto’s house

The teen years for your kid helped them bond with Seto

He was definitely the how to dad

He never shows emotion just told you what to do about things

He would force your child into things and not even once say that he was proud but at least he was doing stuff with them

It made you mad a lot of the times

Sometimes you wanted to honestly break up with him but then you remembered Mokuba and how much you love him

I would not be surprised if your kid once thought you loved Mokuba more

“I just sent you a video, then follow the instructions.”

I'm back with another request if they are still open, may you do headcanons for the Yu-Gi-Oh boys with an s/o who has major trust issues?

Will do 🫡 warning it’s kinda crappy and rushed because I didn’t start it until Wednesday this week. Also to the other person who requested smth a week ago give me a couple more days, I was being lazy af but I will post it eventually. Also I don’t really have trust issues so I apologize if this doesn’t seem accurate

Yu-gi-oh boys with a S/o that has trust issues

Yugi Muto

Literally the most understanding person alive

I mean he had to get Yami to trust him and Yami is top tier trust issues

When you two met it was short and prompt

You guys were partners for a project and when he tried to talk to you were very quiet and never voiced your opinions about the project

It annoyed him a little but knew that you just needed time

Which he of course does

But even since that project he would also come up to you and talk to you even if you try to shoo him off

Eventually he somehow got you to start dating him but it still isn’t easy

He tries his hardest to help you but sometimes you just shut him out

Eventually he sat down with you and made you talk about everything

And I mean everything

He got you to spill eventually which was hard to say the least

After that you were still in the fence about telling him things but you usually would tell him everything

He loves you even if you don’t tell him anything though

Whenever you do he’s so proud of you

Even if it’s the littlest thing about your life

“What happened today?”

“Nothing.”

“Nothing?”

“Well… Tea told me that I looked pretty today. I don’t think she meant it though.”

“I’m sure she did. After all you always look amazing.”

“Yugi cut it out.”

“Sorry.”

Yami Yugi

Two peas in a pot over here

You can only imagine how hard it was for you two to start dating

Honestly I’m not even going to get into it-

When you two started dating it was really hard

You both wouldn’t tell each other anything

It ruined your relationship a little bit

Eventually one of you had to break

It was a very slow break though

It started with just one of you starting to talk more and more about you like even if it’s small things

Soon the other one started to catch on subconsciously and do the same thing without them actually knowing it

Eventually one of you hinted to each other that it might be a good idea to afford therapy

You both hopped on the idea thinking you were only doing it for the other one

Couples therapy was hard

Especially when neither one of you were speaking you mind

It worked though

I mean only a little bit but still

You two try to have a little talking session which works surprisingly

Yami did get into a couples fights with you now and then about not being truthful and never telling him anything but it usually ends after an hour or so

Even through all of this you still love each other immensely

You both know that this won’t work for ever but for now you’re happy how you are

“Where were you last night?”

“I’d rather not talk about it.”

“You weren’t anywhere dangerous were you?”

“No Yami.”

“Good. I love you.”

“I love you too…”

Joey Wheeler

He got you out of your shell

I honestly don’t know how and I don’t think he does either

When he met you at first you were very short a blunt but he just kept annoying you and eventually you guys got closer

By a landslide

Anywhere you were at he was at

He followed you like a kicked little puppy

But somehow by doing this it worked

Even if it was really small you were slowly starting to trust him more and more because you knew he wasn’t going anywhere

Honestly it got to the point where you called the cops on him because he was outside of your window with a black hoodie on

And you had no idea it was him

You thought it was some drug dealer or kidnapper

Safe to say you felt really bad about the whole cop situation

That was his chance to break your walls

He went inside with you and honestly kind of guilt tripped you until you broke and spilled all your feelings

But just because you broke didn’t mean you lost all of your walls

When you realized what he did you kicked him out and would ignore him whenever he came up to you

It went on like that until he apologized to you and you forgave him barely

You were still a little mad at him but we’re starting to let it go

Soon after it went back to how it was with him following you like a little puppy

When you guys started dating your relationship was already changed

You guys have been friends for way over a year and you weren’t as closed off about stuff

Not to say exactly that you trusted him fully

Even though you try

But more like some things you just feel like it’s right to keep to yourself

Which Joey understands and is really proud of your change

He also understands if you don’t want to elaborate further than needed in your views

“How was dinner, Sweets?”

“It was ok.”

“Ok?”

“We had fun, Joey.”

“You sure?”

“Yes.”

“Ok then, I’m glad.”

Seto Kaiba

Rudest one out of all the boys

He met you and somehow you two just were always with each other

You were probably the babysitter for Mokuba and since where every Seto went Mokuba went so you did too

You two ended up getting together and it was a mess at the beginning

Seto was really busy so you acted like you were really busy as well but in reality you weren’t

Just because he isn’t with you all the time doesn’t mean he doesn’t pick up on things

He always noticed how closed off you were and unwilling to trust him even after dating for more that 4 months

He knows that some of it is his fault because he’s never with you

But instead of being with you more he hired you a therapist

The only thing is you didn’t know they were a therapist

They slowly became your friend and you would share more and more and they would give you feedback

That was until you found out they were your therapist

You lost it on Seto

Yelling at him while he talked back in a stern voice telling you it was for your own good

You two fought for at least a week but you two also got closer during it

He’s starting to understand your boundaries more and is more nicer about things

And your trying to share more and not be closed off to him

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

“I didn’t think to tell you, Seto.”

“Why?”

“I don’t know.”

“Please next time tell me this.”

“I will. I’m sorry.”

“It’s ok.”
