Peter hugged his beloved mother one last time. “Promise me you’ll look after the others,” she said. “I will mum,” he said with a thin voice, eyes shut tight. She loses herself from the hug, smiles at him and nods, “good man.” After having said goodbye to the other three children too, she looked at them all, “alright, off you go.”
Peter and the others grabbed their luggages and started to walk closer to the train they are supposed to go in to. “Peter! Peter!” A small voice cried out, the oldest sibling looked into the direction where the voice was coming from, it was Y/N. Y/N was Peters childhood bestfriend, they went the same way to school everyday, although going to different schools because of their genders. They lived close to each other, played outside a lot and spent their times studying together (Sometimes, because both of them were not very keen on studying anyways).
Y/N stood there with her four brothers, waiting to go into the train too. Peter smiled seeing her as she hurries over, he waves shyly trying to walk up to her. “Peter, what are you doing?” Asked his sister Susan while grabbing his arm. “Just a second, really.” He replied, giving Susan his luggage so she could put it in already. She looked at him annoyed but took it anyways.
Peter and Y/N now stood in front of each other, slightly shouting because of all the noise. “Where are you going?” She asked right away leaning in a little so he would understand better. “Some kind of professor, it’s gonna be boring really.” He said slightly chuckling. “How about you?” “A cook I think, we will probably help out in the kitchen a lot but it’s okay.” Y/N said smiling.
“Y/N come on!” John, one of her younger brothers yelled from the back. She turned around, “Yes I am coming!” She yelled back annoyed. She turned back to Peter and smiled sadly at him. “I hope you will be safe Peter, I am gonna miss you.” He was close to tears for he felt the same thing about her. When she saw that he was trying not to cry in front of her she exclaimed, “Oh Peter!” Hugging him tight with her eyes shut and tears at the corners. He hugged her back tightly, wrapping his arms around her back and crying dryly into her shoulder.
“Y/N COME ON!”
“PETER! HURRY UP!”
They both stopped hugging each other and with one last smile they both ran back to their families. You may be wondering, if they are both going into the same train, why wouldn’t they just say goodbye then? This was not possible due to the fact that the train didn’t have any walkable connections between the wagons. So, both were sitting in different wagons and off the families went. Y/N and her four younger brothers traveled to the mentioned cook and Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy to said Professor. Peters story you obviously know about already, Y/N arrived at a small house with no garden and no play space. They had to help in the kitchen, wash the dishes but keep quiet and under no circumstances touch. The. Food. All five of them in the kitchen, you can imagine it was a little crowded and plates sometimes fell to the ground, shattering with a high pitched sound, with the one dropping it being punished badly.
Y/Ns brothers were all younger than her. John the second oldest being only one year younger than her, 17. Oliver, the middle child, 15. Finn, 12 and the youngest Harry, 10. It was very scary for all of them but it was the scariest for Y/N, taking care of four pubescent boys looks hard already but is worse doing it.
Let’s skip time a little here, after a couple of weeks they all came back to their homes. Obviously having got to go back to school. Y/N was very happy seeing her friend again and of course the other siblings too but somehow Peter had changed over his time at the professor, he seemed more mature and even angrier, prouder and overconfident. I, of course know why he suddenly behaved so strangely having lived in Narnia for the last 15 years but Y/N didn’t and there was no one to tell her. With Peter starting getting into fights, Y/N was kind of scared of him, where was her sweet and funny Peter all of a sudden? They, naturally, grew kind of distant. They still saw each other every morning or on the streets and greeted each other, maybe smiled shortly and then continued their way.
Peter regret deeply where their relationship headed but he couldn’t have told her, she wouldn’t believe him anyways and she would think he was crazy (which she already did to be honest).
Let’s skip a little more to one fine morning, or fight morning. Y/N was close to the train station she had been using for the last years, looking at newspapers and thinking about getting some candy (which she could hardly afford but the thought was still nice). Being caught up in her dreams she only noticed her brother Oliver running up to her when he was already in front of her panting. At first she couldn’t understand what he was saying because of all the huffing but then she did, “John, he is fighting! You have to do something, the other boys are way bigger than he is!” Without having fully registered what her brother had said she was already dragged down the station. Oliver could of course, like Edmund did, help his brother too but he was a very gentle and calm soul and had no interest in fist fights.
Running down the stairs Y/N saw a lot of people in front of her blocking the view. But after some tip toeing she saw her brother, Edmund and Peter fighting against a bunch of older boys. Thankfully a police officer tore them apart and Y/N squeezed her way down to her brother. After John was done talking to the officer, Oliver and Y/N walked up to him, not very far from the other two troublemakers (Edmund and Peter) sitting on chairs by the wall.
“What on earth is wrong with you?!” Y/N exclaimed while hitting her brother with the newspaper on his head. He rubbed his head slightly, still full of adrenaline and anger from the former fight. “Nothing is bloody wrong with me! These guys attacked Peter and I helped him, that’s it.” Hearing Peters name made her slightly angry, she glanced over to Peter who was still sitting in his chair, his blonde hair slightly over his face, looking back at her. She immediately looked back at her brother with an angry face.
“It was Peters fight then, not yours!” She said in a loud voice.
“So what? Edmund helped too!” John replied with an even louder voice, almost screaming.
“That doesn’t matter at all! Edmund is Peters brother, you aren’t!” She yelled at him.
“I wish I was!” Yelled John back, almost running away with fury.
Oliver looked back and forth between his two siblings, unsure what to do but when John hurried away, he looked at Y/N and she just nodded saying he should go with him. Y/N sighed heavily looking to the ground, she picked up her suitcase and walked away too.
“Y/N!” Peter yelled from behind, now standing hoping she would stop. She did. She also turned around slightly and looked at her former best friend, she was annoyed. “What?” She said almost rolling her eyes at him. He walked closer now with small steps, almost like approaching a deer. Y/N turned around fully now, facing Peter with her heavy suitcase in her left hand and the newspaper in her right one. “I am sorry okay? I didn’t want him to fight on my behalf either, I would have told him to leave but that’s not really possible while being kicked in the face.” He said trying to smile a little at the end.
“Not hard enough…” she mumbled.
“What was that?” He asked not having fully understood her.
She just shook her head and looked into his eyes and for the first time in a year she realized how much he had actually changed. His face and especially his jaw was a lot sharper, his face was slightly longer and had matured a lot. His blonde hair was longer and it looked gorgeous on him. Having noticed how handsome he actually was she started to blush slightly, then she shook her head again trying to free herself out of his trance. The other three siblings thought about interfering but they were too amused by the drama.
“I said not hard enough! It doesn’t matter if you wanted him to be with you or not, if you hadn’t picked up a fight in the first place, he would have not been involved!” Y/N said with a firm voice, she knew her argument hardly made sense but she was angry and she hated Peters beautiful hair. He looked at her stunned, “didn’t you hear what John said? They attacked me first!”
“And god forbid you’d just walk away!” She said with the same amount of anger as Peter did.
“I shouldn’t have to!” He said trying to stay calm.
“You know what Peter, do whatever you want, I don’t care. I really don’t but at least don’t stop me, then try to apologize to me and then be angry at me anyways! Because I am done with this! Ow.” She said while turning around having felt that someone or something had pinched her. Peter looked at her confused, not even a second later Lucy felt the same thing and yelled at Susan, “OW!”
“Quiet, Lu.” Susan said calmly, looking at her sister.
“Something pinched me!” Said Lucy back, pointing at the wall.
“Hey! Stop pulling!” Exclaimed Peter turning to Edmund as he had suddenly felt the same thing, Edmund raised his hands a little in defense, “I am not touching you.”
Y/N looked at them confused and a second later the wind in the train station seemed to pick up immensely. Papers flew around, the light started to flicker and all of their hairs and clothes blowing around.
“It feels like magic.” Lucy said excited looking at Susan.
“Quick, everyone hold hands.” Said Susan after grabbing Lucy’s and Y/N’s hand. Y/N thought this was a bit silly and she didn’t want to hold Peter’s hand but she did it anyways. Edmund having a very similar feeling to Y/N just yelled, “I’m not holding your hand,” at Peter. “Just…” Peter blurred out and grabbed his brothers hand while feeling slightly warm because of Y/N’s hand in his left hand.
The five of them stood there in the train station and in the next moment they were on the beach. A beautiful white beach with the bluest water Y/N had ever seen, the other four just started to undress and run into the water laughing. Y/N didn’t pay too much attention to them, she just looked around the scenery not understanding in the slightest where she was or what just happened. When Peter looked at Y/N he walked over to her, sand on his bare feet and his shirt wet.
“You like it?” He asked her smiling from behind, he was just so incredibly happy to be back so that he barely noticed Y/Ns shocked face. She didn’t turn around, she just looked up the mountain to Cair Paravel or anyways what was left of it. “That’s not- I don’t- Where are we and why are you not freaked out, like at all?” Peter came closer standing beside her looking up to Cair Paravel too. “Because we’ve been here before.”
Later they explained everything to her, about them being kings and queens, about the white witch, Aslan, Tummnus, the beavers, the 100 years lasting winter, the wardrobe, the professor and everything else not leaving one single detail out of the story. Y/N was clearly confused and had to think about all the information she just gathered.
Peters thoughts were right, if Y/N hadn’t been magically ported to Narnia herself she would have not believed a single word but now she actually considered it.
Even later they had realized that the ruins they currently walked in had been their old castle, Cair Paravel. They found old chests and Y/N slowly understood why Peter had been so different over the last year. That night, all five of them tried to sleep in the castle ruins but Peter, he was sitting by the edge of the mountain, his legs close to his body and his head resting on his knees.
(For a better experience you could listen to Merry Christmas – Piano Version by Flying Fingers on Spotify starting now! :) )
“You know, you should really sit back a little, you might fall down.” Y/N said appearing behind Peter and sitting beside him, only a little further from the edge. He smiled at her a little tired and then kept looking straight forward into the night sky.
“I am sorry.” He said not looking at her.
“And?”
“And nothing.”
“No angry remark or anything?” She asked him extra dramatic as a joke.
He just scoffs, “stop it, I am not nearly as aggressive as you claim me to be.”
Y/N just slightly laughs. “True… I am sorry too. I shouldn’t have treated you the way I did.”
“You had every right. You didn’t know, I should have been the one to tell you instead of just going around and acting like a king.”
“Yeah about that, am I supposed to call you ‘your majesty’ now?” Y/N said slightly laughing and Peter joined her. “I would be delighted if the beautiful lady Y/L/N just called me by my regular name.” He said in a jokingly kingly tone and they laughed again.
“Beautiful huh?” She said nudging his arm slightly with hers and he smiled at her nodding.
“Certainly, lady Y/L/N you must be the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen in my life.” He said bravely as the high king he is but Y/N got slightly flustered and turned her face to the front, away from Peter.
“Well you’re not the only one with good eyesight. Earlier at the train station… I thought you looked really handsome. I must have been too caught up in my own world to notice how handsome you’ve gotten in the past year.” That said he looked at her a little stunned and she quickly added, “not that you weren’t handsome before! It’s just I haven’t seen you in a while, at least not really and I was just surprised and why aren’t you stopping me?” She whined while rambling on and on.
Peter smiled at her again, “I appreciate it. I- I- Can I- Can I… kiss you?”
He said all of a sudden which may seems weird to you but you have to understand that both of them were in the most beautiful setting in the whole universe. The stars being much brighter in Narnia in the sky with the clearest beach in front of them on a little mountain, a slight breeze rushing through their hair. Having just reconnected with your best friend you had liked in a romantic way for forever, you would feel very similar to what they felt, happy.
Y/N just bit her lip, not in an erotic way. It looked more like a smiling donkey, she was just as happy and overwhelmed with feelings as he was and she nod her head up and down while smiling still. He touched her left cheek so softly that he almost didn’t feel it at all, then he leaned into her also smiling and they kissed each other, eyes closed and heads slightly tilted. It was a short but intense kiss for none of them had ever felt so safe in their entire life. Their foreheads rested against each other and with their eyes still closed they both laughed into the night.

So it has been brought to my attention that my Narnia book won't do well because the Fandom is extremely racist. Which isn't surprising, people always got a problem with something.
But I'm just going to say I don't give not one fuck. Imma continue to write my book regardless, because I'm not doing it for white entitled assholes. I write books with black characters because we deserve it.
Black women deserve safe spaces in a Fandom they enjoy, I know there's Woc and Black women who enjoy the Narnia series. So I wanted to make a book so Black women can also feel included!
AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE THAT, TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR MAMA AND JESUS!

The two of you had been analyzing files, signing papers, doing the heavy (boring) duties of a royal side by side for hours now. The tiredness slowly catching up, but still concentrated on the task at hand. Or so were you, not him.
With light touches, you felt Peter’s fingers brush the hair off of your face, tucking it behind your ear. “Focus on the task at hand, Peter.” you warned him kindly, knowing even your focus couldn’t last this long.
“But it is so hard,” he said, hand placed carefully around your neck, his fingers coming to play with the hairs at its nape, and his lips leaving soft kisses on your skin. “Especially when such a pretty lady is standing right next to you.”
Bobbing your head to the side instinctively, you allowed him access to more space. His lips lingered all over, teeth biting and leaving behind marks he adored to paint you with, marking you as his own. You let out a deep, long sigh, his touch enough to leave you inebriated.
His free hand fell on your lap, trying to pull your skirt up, desperate to touch the warm skin of your legs. However, a quiet screeching noise took your focus away from him. You took his hand on yours, away from your legs, and laced your fingers, moving your head to stare him deep into his eyes.
He lingered there for a while, too drunk on you to be able to react too quickly, too immersed in your eyes to pay attention to anyone else. Getting closer to you again, you felt his breath hitting your neck before giving you another bite, stronger than the ones before, full mouth meeting your skin, dragging a long, drawn out moan out of your throat.
”Close the door behind you,” he ordered, looking at the guard standing in his office, just some feet away from you, from behind your head. “And tell your comrades they don’t need to stay too close.”
Watching the guard leave from the corner of your eyes, awkwardly and in a rush, you couldn’t help the smirk from spreading on your face as you felt Peter’s tongue touch the same spot he’d bitten just before, full on making out with your neck now.
“Better?” he asked, moving your chin so you could face him again. Now you, too drunk on him, could only reply with a simple nod of your head. “Great.”
The hand that once rested on your lap, and was then tangled with yours, freed itself from your hold and pulled at your cleavage, exposing one of your breasts that was soon covered by your husband’s lips.
Peter’s tongue flickered and toyed with your hardening nipple, his mouth spreading wilder to fit almost your entire tit inside of it. He sucked on hard, deep, while his tongue still tortured your reddish, sensitive nipple.
You were sure you could’ve come just from it, but perhaps knowing you way too well, your husband stopped right before your high could’ve been reached, climbing up your chest with kisses until his lips touched yours for a long deserved, passionate kiss.
“Come here.” he demanded, breaking away from your lips and pulling at your waist. Obliging, you sat on his lap, pulling your skirt up so your wet underwear met the hard bulge tightening his pants, resting your knee on his sides as his hands slid under your dress and you started to ride him while you were both still fully clothed. “Calm down, Yn…”
He tried, but your movements didn’t stop, and you crashed your lips together to shut him up, tongues fighting in a rushed, wet, desperate battle for control, neither wanting to give in. His hands slid up your tights, nails scratching along the way, taking a hold of the hem of your underwear, a hand on each side, pulling away ripping it apart, and without wasting a single beat, he threw it away to the other side of the room.
With the speed in which the underwear was pulled from your made the soak fabric rub rashly at your clit and leave behind a painful yet arousing sensation, only turning you on even more. Now, your sticky honey left a puddle on his pants, and you could feel his thick cock way better than before, as he too was now grinding rapidly against you.
The sensation, making your head spin and your legs tremble, stopped you from noticing his hands untying his pants, pulling it down while holding you up just enough for his cock to break free, hitting against your belly as you continued to grind on his tight. You also didn’t notice him rubbing himself up and down his length, movements conveniently hidden under your skirt, as you were too involved in your little tongue dance, sucking on his and trying to assert dominance. It was out of nowhere that you felt his cock entering you without care, stretching you out, feeling like you were ripping apart just like your underwear did.
“P-pete!” You screamed as you tried to adjust to his size, years together and still not used to it. But Peter was also impatient, the long hours of work boring you two to no end, leading to a desperate need for ecstasy and release.
He thrusted hard into you, as you tried to meet him halfway, bouncing up and down his length. At this point, he had already untied the laces of your dress and ripping open the remaining bits, fully exposing your breast as they bounced up and down with your movements.
He pulled you towards him by the hips, closing every inch of space between you two as he tug on your arms, setting them over his shoulders and you wrapped them around his neck , all the while his own strong arms embraced you by your waist, trapping you against his own bare chest.
Your movements were never ceasing, never slowing down. Quite the opposite, actually, as the sound of skin hitting against skin only got louder, your own screams following,  and the chair beneath you cracked, trembled, threatening to break with every one of his thrusts.
All day you were unaware of how much you’d desired, of how much you needed your husband inside of you, touching you, adoring you. You were too busy to focus on that, but you kept secretly always thinking about it.
When the tips of his fingers graced over the papers, following along the lines he read, the maps he analyzed, making you wish it was your skin he was playing with. When he bit his bottom lip when concentrating, every time he found a word he couldn’t understand, mistranslated or misplaced, or a topic that left him wondering, how you wish it was your lips he was biting instead.
When his hands rested on your back whenever he called you over, pulling you to his side asking for assistance, and his fingertips lingered on the side of  your breasts, how you wished they were wrapped on them instead, playing with them bare.
You were hungry for him all day and only now realized. The ongoing sway of your hips a testament to this truth. Bodies all sweaty, dripping, clothes gluing to each  other’s skins. Your naked chest, your hard nipples rubbing against the warmth of his own sweat soaked chest.
A knot forming on your stomach announced the coming of your high, as you begged your husband to “Please, baby, cum with me.”
With your request, you felt his load shooting up inside you soon after, filling you up with his thick seed, your husband a whimpering, moaning mess underneath you, his sound alone enough to bring you to your climax as well, your own release mixing with his inside your aching walls.
As you both try to ride down your highs, you lay on his chest, head resting on his shoulder, both breathless, messy and numb from all the pleasure. He held your chin, leaving peck  all the way up till he felt the touch of your plump lips, giving you little kisses as he waited for you to recompose, pride blooming high inside of him, glad it was him and no one else making you feel this way.
There was, perhaps, nothing Peter loved more than watching you getting drunk on his dick, getting dumb on his touch, head completely empty from anything else. Your post sex glow his favorite version of you.
“Should we move to our chambers?” he whispered, not wanting to startle you, who still rested, with your eyes closed, on his shoulder.
Looking at him through long lashes, his dirty smirk adorning his well crafted lips, you found yourself obsessed with him all over again, just like every time he fucks you senseless. Obsessed with him just like the day you met, and the day you stood on the altar, and every single day after that and for the rest of your entire life, so you wished.
Kissing his cheeks over and over, you take a look around the otherwise empty office, made warm by the fire burning in your fireplace, darkned by the lack candles, and now filled with the smell of sex.
“We have plenty of space here.” you told him, meeting his lips once again, royal business forgotten.

Peter Pevensie x fem! reader

Peter was lying on the sofa in his flat, spending the evening watching the new Hobbit trilogy, when he heard the door open and close again.
You came in sighing. It was so typical. You didn't know how you did it, but you always manage to pick the wrong person. After tossing the keys into the container by the front door, you made your way to the living room.
"You're home already?" Peter didn't pretend to be happy about that.
You rolled your eyes and plopped down on the couch next to him, resting your head on his shoulder. "Why do I always hang out with idiots Pete? Why can't everyone be like you?”
Peter laughed humbly. "I don't know." He lifted his arm, and you quickly snuggled into him kicking off your shoes. "What are we watching?"
"The Hobbit."
You nodded and relaxed, grabbed a blanket and covered your body and Peter's "Marie left already?"
Peter covered his legs before sighing. "She didn't come," he admitted.  You looked up from your position, your face full of confusion.
"Peter Pevensie" Peter was sitting across from you. With one arm on the back of the couch and one leg propped up against the couch, you couldn't help but smile. "Oh no, my full name," he said, pretending to be scared.
"I can't believe it! You could have made a move," you scolded him, and he scowled with a laugh "What's so funny?".
"Y/n... I don't want to make a move. "
"Why, she's beautiful!" Peter laughed again, scratching his neck lightly before shrugging. "I don't even like her that much”
In case you didn't know, Peter's heart was pounding in his ears right now. This will be the end of your friendship; God you and Peter have been friends since the crib and he would rather repress his feelings than be nothing. "You'll never get a girlfriend if you go on like this, Pevensie! What's the matter with her?"
It was the drop that filled the glass.
"Nothing, nothing, it's just that she's not you"  Your eyes widened like plates; did he really say that?. Suddenly you realised how closely the two of you were sitting together. You were still leaning on his arm. The warmth of his skin seeped through his torso and touched the exposed skin of your back. Your whole body shuddered under his gaze, your throat so dry you couldn't swallow the lump that had formed in your throat. "Don't lie to me," he regretted saying that.
"I'm not," Peter replied quietly. All confidence left him. He regretted what he said. They both stood in silence for a while, trying to figure out what had happened. "Why didn't you say anything?" you asked.
Peter sighed and clenched his jaw. "I guess I didn't want to ruin our friendship. I would have had to find somewhere else to live, and the atmosphere would have been uncomfortable" He adjusted his seat and looked down. "Like now."
"You're stupid," he laughed. You took a deep breath before continuing. "I've loved you since we were little, Peter."
His head snapped up. Now he was the one who was surprised. "You, what?"  You nodded, confirming that what you just said was true. "You were seeing someone else, I thought you didn't like me."
Peter gulped. The air in the room changed. You could feel the heat under your skin, like someone had turned up the heat. You were still looking at Peter trying to see if you were joking. It was a joke, wasn't it?  You took a deep breath. It didn't lead anywhere. You clearly weren't the type of girl to make the first move, but this was different. It was Peter. And you'd do anything for him.
One of your hands moved over his arm before placing it behind his neck. You approach him hesitantly, but Peter knew you to well, and he just leaned in to meet you lips.
You kissed me a couple of times and it all felt the same. This was wrong. It was full of love and adoration and the sweet taste of it amazed them both. But there was something else. Passion surged and took my breath away. You didn't expect Peter to kiss like this. His hand moved to your hip, pulling you closer as his kiss became more artful.
You climb onto his lap caressing his face. Peter holds you tighter. His fingers pressed against your skin, digging into the fabric of his high-waisted jeans. You practically writhed under his grip, your body pressed against his chest as you kissed, both of your minds filled with dirty thoughts.
After waiting so long, you couldn't wait to get there because the opportunity really did come. "God, y/n". You gave him a breathtaking smile before slowly pulling his shirt off.
Peter grabbed you around the waist again and pulled you closer as he began to kiss your neck. Your hand ran down his chest, tugging at his shirt, running your hand under the fabric, caressing his warm skin, feeling the taut muscles of his abdomen. He kissed your collarbone as you whispered and moaned. His lips were still kissing your skin, moving slowly over your bare breasts.
"You have no idea how much I wanted to do that." He towered over you, supporting her weight in his arms, staring down at you and pulling her to you. You couldn't believe he was really kissing you.
"Are you going to keep your eyes on me or kiss me again?" you bite your lip and smile as you look into his eyes.
He gasped and moved closer. When he pressed his lips against yours again, his hips almost crashed against yours, making you let out a choked moan. Your hands moved over his skin, down the hem of his trousers, he lets you slide your fingers under the fabric and he moaned as you begin to plan him through his trousers.
The air in the room was overwhelming , and it was burning your skin. They were already panting, gasping for kisses, devouring each other with a hunger to kill each other.
You push Peter up and reach into your tight jeans, but he grabs your hand and stops you from undoing the top button. You held your breath, waiting impatiently for Peter to finish what he had started. His hands moved painfully slowly, caressing your spread thighs, thumbs digging into your clothed skin, making you squirm before unbuttoning and unzipping your trousers. "Lift your hips for me, my dear," he murmured, concentrating more on his actions than his words. Now, you lay on the couch beneath him, wearing nothing but a pair of black panties, and you saw his expression darken, biting his lip again.
All right. "Good girl." Peter looked sophisticated and different. Flattering and seductive was a new side of him. After all, the sweet, shy boy had a dark side.
His hand stroked your leg again, you felt the goose bumps on your skin, and when his hand finally reached the edge of his black underwear, you couldn't help but gasp as you shivered. Peter looked up, finally met your gaze and leaned down to kiss you again. His kiss travelled down your body, hitting the sweet spots on your collarbone, your sternum and down your abdomen, leaving a wet trail that made you shiver.
You stood up and reached up to pull Peter closer to you. You kissed and sucked on his neck as you felt your underwear slip completely off your legs. You started touching his trousers again, feeling his erection under the fabric. "don't tease" Peter growled, gently but firmly pushing you back on the couch as you made another mark on his skin.
Your lower belly was tense, waiting to be touched and tended to. When his lips brushed the inside of hers, you moaned and felt a kind of relief and frustration at the same time. So you didn't want him to kiss you.
"Peter," you whisper, closing your eyes and concentrating on the feel of his lips against your skin. Your head dropped back onto the pillow, your hands gripped the edge of the wide couch and you felt his tongue caress your aching clit. You hadn't had sex in a long time. Peter loved teasing you about that.
He began to move slowly, up and down and side to side, deftly turning you into a moaning mess beneath him. And when you felt one of his fingers slide inside you, you couldn't even think anymore. All you were thinking about was him, Peter.
And he pushed you over the edge. A current of pleasure exploded in your lower stomach, and the knots that formed exploded, clinging to Peter's blond hair.  "Fuck" you moaned, "I'm about to-" Peter laughed, wiped his mouth with his palm and said, "Your room or mine?" he asked with a grin. Now you're skin to skin, completely exposed.
"I don't care, just fuck me."
He took you to the next room. Lying quickly on the bed, he gently laid you down and jumped on top of you. Mocking your gentleness, he looked down at your face and saw your face pucker with pleasure and a soft moan escaping your lips.
"Peter, if you don't start fucking me now, I'll do it myself" With a thrust he filled you and paused to give you time to adjust to his size.  When he was sure he wasn't going to hurt you, he pulled back almost all the way before thrusting his hips into you.
It was simply heaven. It had to be. His movements quickened as he realized his hands were taking advantage of your hips, pressing your body into the mattress and plunging you into oblivion.
"Look, you're taking me so well," he said, panting heavily. His eyes were on your face, his blue eyes and messy hair made him stunning.
You felt your lower abdomen tighten again and you let Peter know you were close again, but so did he. His thrust became unsteady and he held his weight by clinging to the headboard. Both jumped off the cliff at almost the same time.
Peter sank to the mattress, rested his head on the corner of your neck and took a deep breath. He was still clinging to the headboard and didn't want to crush you with his weight, but you didn't mind.... Panting, you gently stroked his neck.
You had no words to say. We both knew how we felt. Rising slowly, Peter got up and went to the closet. He pulled a shirt and black boxer shorts out of his wardrobe and handed you the shirt as you sat down.
Peter grabbed you again, pulled you tight against his chest and pulled the sheets over the two of you. "y/n?" he finally said.
"Huh?"
"Thank God your date went wrong”

Timeless
Tumblr media
Peter Pevensie x reader, George Karim x reader, Peter Parker x reader, allusion to Remus Lupin x reader Summary: There is a type of love that exists in all universes, and maybe, just maybe, you have that love... Trigger Warning: mentions of crying I think and being disgustingly in love, there is a mention of a tough mission - marvel, in the 3rd italicized part if you need to skip that also, the main plot/timeline doesn't have an actual character that is specified, so insert whoever. a/n: I spent an unbelievable amount of time on this, and literally all my self-esteem is resting on this rn, slay, please let me know if you like it!! -- each piece is inspired by a taylor swift song, and it is all based on her song Timeless, also pleeease understand who the old lady is! Otherwise I've failed at writing!
It had been about 2 years together now, 3 as friends, and you were madly in love. It felt as if you had known each other far longer, you couldn’t exactly place it, but it felt as if you knew each other in another lifetime. You had been out looking for an anniversary gift, nothing too eccentric, but perfect. The downtown area was small enough and the weather was the perfect type of gloomy for you to walk around. You had been going in and out of shops you knew, but when you stumbled across a unique looking door with vines climbing up the side of the building something drew you in.
Stepping in you were immediately engulfed in the smell of flowers, old books, and something sweet that you couldn’t quite place. The store was a beautiful mix of old and new, and the lady at the counter seemed to know exactly how you were feeling. You smiled at one another before you walked over to where the books were laid out. Most of them seemed like books you may take a glimpse at before moving on, but something caught your eye. The title seemed to be handwritten, picking it up you began to flip through it immediately being sucked in.
—
The couple raced through the field, many years earlier they would have been worried that the trampled flowers would not recover. However, that was not the Narnian way, the flowers seemed to almost instantly spring back to life. Things seemed to thrive here, and even when things had passed, it was never sad, more of a celebration.
Peter, the High King had been forcibly dragged out of his study by his wife, though there were grumbles about papers and deals that needed to be taken care of, they were soon hushed. You were dancing and running in the field. The shrill of laughter could be heard for miles as Peter picked you up by your waist from behind. You could feel his lips on your neck and shoulders, pressing loving kisses to your warm skin.
“You, my love, are wonderful!” Pressing another kiss to your shoulder he then began to tickle your sides. Your body thrashed as you laughed, a sound he wished he could play over and over again. After escaping you fell softly to the ground, Peter beside you. Turning to look at his face, you let yourself remember the many years you had spent together growing and loving one another.
“And you, darling, are just as delightful.” Stretching a bit, you pressed a kiss to his jaw to reaffirm your statement. You both sighed quietly while taking in the moment, the sun was shining not too bright, the flowers created a beautiful aroma, and your lover was laying by your side.
“Do you remember what you said to me the night you proposed?” You smile at the memory, Peter had spent weeks courting you, and even longer trying to win your father over.
“Of course I do.” He scoffs as if he is hurt that you’d ever think he’d forget. “And I think it has to be one of the most romantic things ever.” You hit his chest, both of you chuckling.
“‘I love you, and that’s all I really know?’ That is the most romantic thing ever said?” Again he feigned hurt by slapping a hand over his chest.
“How dare you? I do believe you are the one who said yes, and then proceeded to stay with me all these years.” You roll your eyes, perhaps you had decided to stay with him, he was so wonderful after all. “Of course I did, because I love you Peter.”
“And I love you, my heart.” You roll over to lay half way on his chest before pressing your lips to his, and you smile knowing that you wouldn’t trade this for the world.
You decided the book might be one of the most enthralling and beautiful stories you’ve ever read. The story wildly resembled the love you shared with your boyfriend, so of course you had to purchase it. Though you still continued to peruse the shop. There were little trinkets here and there, a few older looking hair brushes accompanied by hand held mirrors; there were some old children's toys easily making you smile at the thought of two young friends playing. Then you saw the most beautiful set of tea cups sitting next to each other. Again, a smile found its way to your face, you could only think about an old couple sitting together, perhaps the friends that played with the toys, enjoying a nice cup of tea while watching the sun set.
With The Problem, your options in life had been very limited, one of those options being friends. So you were stuck with your next door neighbor, George Karim. If there was one word to describe him, it was weird, and he knew it too. But that was what made you even closer. It was hard when he moved away, you were still somewhat young but the bond you formed was something that seemed much older. Yet you were left all alone again.
“George Karim, you better not forget about me! I’ll find you in the future.” your little voice sounded so broken, and his was as well.
“I can’t forget about my best friend.” He said as if it was a fact, a promise even. So you sealed it with a pinky promise and then tugged one another into a hug.
Spending years in a regular school because you didn’t have a talent was boring. Everyone seemed to almost ignore The Problem, when all you wanted to do was talk about it. There was one boy who tried to pursue you, he faked interest in the problem to get a chance with you in bed. Of course you did nothing less than physically kicking him out of the house, but since then things seemed to be dull, black and white almost. So you decided to do something more with your life.
Having seen an ad in the paper for a researcher you promptly took action. Knocking on the door of 35 Portland Row was nothing but horrific. What if you had managed to get the address wrong, or what if it was a group of older much scarier men? Your mind wouldn’t stop spinning, that was until the lock could be heard turning and the door swung open. The boy hadn’t even looked up at you before speaking.
“If you’re here about the position, you have about 5 minutes because it is almost te-”
“Tea time. 3 o'clock tea time.” Your voice held hope, something you hadn’t felt in a long time.
“Exactly.” He sounded almost agitated, but then he looked up at you, and all the disdain washed from his face. You smiled slightly, but were caught off guard as he almost tackled you in a hug.
“It’s you!” pulling back, though he still held onto your shoulders. “You found me.” It was more of a statement than a question.
“A pinky promise is not to be broken, right?” Your smile was so bright he was sure you could turn the gloomy day bright, technically you already had. He quickly ushered you inside, passing what you assumed was the makeshift interview room, George told the other boy that you needed a bit of tea prior to your interview.
As you got situated at the dining table you watch him move about the kitchen, quickly heating up the water while pulling out different types of tea. He was humming an old song, one your mother used to play while you and he would play in the living room.
“My favorite!” a bit surprised but grateful, he turned to face you.
“I know,” he smiled sweetly, and oh how you missed that smile. “I can’t seem to forget it.”
You spent more time than necessary letting the tea get to a reasonable drinking temperature and even more time getting caught up with one another. All the while you couldn’t help but think that it was much more than just change that brought you back together; and that you were excited for these sweet nothings to continue.
—
By the time you had come out of your little daydream, you had realized it had begun to rain. And though you loved the rain, you weren’t in the proper attire for it.
“Why don’t you stay a bit longer dear, I can sort you out some tea and we can talk to pass the time.” The old lady at the counter, who you almost forgot about, said.
“Oh, thank you but that’s too kind I wouldn’t-”
“Don’t be silly, it is rare that I get company.” She politely interrupted, now you didn’t have the heart to tell her no. As she trailed off into the back room you let yourself peruse the tables a bit long, but a sharp yelp of laughter caught your attention, you looked outside to see a young couple jumping in the newly formed puddles. The boy looked at the girl as if she had hung the moon.
It had been one of the toughest missions you had ever been on. After receiving an anonymous tip about a bombing about to happen, you and Natasha had been partnered together to evacuate the building as quickly as possible. Thankfully, with great struggle, you had managed to save everyone. But the possibility of failure still weighed heavily on your chest. So when you got home you packed a plate full of food, grabbed some water, and went up to your room to change and lay on your bed.
You had been alone for all of 30 minutes, enough time to finish your food and enough to be on the cusp of falling asleep. But that quickly ended when there was a quiet knocking on the door. The grumble you let out should be enough for the other person to understand that you wanted to be left alone, but it wasn’t. The door creaked open, and you could tell it was him before he even set foot into your room.
“I heard it was a tough one.” Thankfully his voice was quiet and calm, otherwise you might have chucked a pillow at him. “I thought maybe you could use some company.” With a nod of acceptance, he made his way to lay down next to you. Reaching a hand out, he took it pulling you closer until you were laying on his chest.
“I love you.” he then pressed a kiss to your head, and all felt right.
After some time there was a light patter of rain on your window and suddenly you had some energy rushing through your body.
“Peter, come on!” You exclaimed quietly. He opened his eyes groggily, though you knew he wasn’t actually sleeping. You grabbed his hand again just like you had about an hour ago, though this time you were dragging him up and out of bed. “Put your shoes on!” This time you were louder as you hopped about on one foot as you attempted to put on your sneakers.
You had him following you out, but the second he felt the water droplets hitting his body he squished his face all up. But you had missed it, you were too busy jumping in puddles, the ends of your pants were now soaked, and your socks were far beyond dry, but you could care less. And Peter could care less about the rain dripping down his face, all he cared about was your laugh and how every time you looked as though you couldn’t get happier, you did.
“Pete, come one, don’t make me jump around all by myself!” And who was he to deny you. Soon your found yourselves soaked to the bone,
“You are the only person I’d dance with in a storm in my best pair of sweatpants.” He chuckled as you purposefully splashed him.
“I know, and I love it!”
“Dear, the tea is ready!” the lady called out from upstairs, ” You tore your gaze away from the couple finding yourself more intrigued the further up you went into the store. It gradually got lighter, the walls were soon covered in a yellow daisy pattern wallpaper. And soon you were welcomed by walls full of pictures, there were stacks of books all around the living room, and a few candles that looked as though they were on their last legs.
You found the woman in the kitchen standing on her tippy toes to reach for the sugar. Swiftly taking action you reached up from behind her and pulled the sugar down for her.
“My husband used to always get that for me.” She lets out a chuckle, but it doesn’t hold any tone of sadness. “Now please, have a seat!” She pointed towards the small sunroom you hadn’t noticed.
“This is beautiful, I didn’t know apartments could have sunrooms anymore.” You gently grazed a few of the trailing plants, out of your eye you could have sworn you saw one move.
“I know, they usually don’t. But when I begged my husband, he couldn’t help but give in!” You met her on the couch, observing the house. It was quiet for a bit, but it wasn’t uncomfortable which was rather unexpected seeing as you were sitting with a stranger.
“What was your husband like?” You broke the silence. She smiled at you as if she was waiting for you to ask that. Standing up she mumbled something about staying put while she rummaged through her living room before finding what she was looking for.
As she made her way back to you and you found your heart filling, in her hands she held 4 picture books. She plopped them down on the table before pulling the top one off. The outside was covered in stickers, and on the front was ‘1974’, she traced it with her finger before flipping it open. The inside was just as decorated, there were drawings and captions around a whole bunch of photos.
“This was the year I met my husband, Remus. He’s the tall one right there.” She said fondly while pointing to the boy with a healing cut across his cheek. Next to him were 3 other boys and a girl with red hair, each wearing matching ties, school issued you assumed.
“And who are the others?” She was quick to begin her explanation of how they all met. Apparently the four boys had known one another since their first year, but then the red head, Lily, and herself had slowly integrated into the group with some of their other friends.
“We were such a rambunctious group, that one,” she pointed to a black haired boy, “was always causing the most chaos. But he had a troubled home life, so we were more gracious with him. And later his younger brother came along and joined our group.” She was flipping through the pages, you saw photos of the group out by a lake, some of parties, at least 2 of a buck in the room, though you chose not to comment on that. Then she reached for the next book, titled 1975-1977.
The pictures progressed into pictures of younger her and her husband, a few of them standing near one another on snowy paths, others where they are fully dressed in red and gold, again assuming it was a part of a school event. Though you were entranced by the photos, all you could do was admire the woman’s devotion and absolute adoration that she seemed to hold for her late husband. It seemed as though she had loved him longer than he had even known.
“My was he handsome, always was.” she continued to stare at one particular picture.
You assumed it was the day they had gotten engaged by the size of her smile, and the ring on her finger that hadn’t been there before. She stood next to Remus, who was staring down at her with a fond smile.
“He was handsome. What was he like?” You were unsure if that was the right question to ask by the saddened look she held, but it was soon erased as she looked up at you. She let out a laugh as tears spilt over.
“Remus was a quiet one, shy but also very cocky. He was a genius, in fact he had his own little study group, he helped tutor some of the younger grades. But my oh my was he mischievous, he was the brains behind all the wild schemes he and his friends put up.” Then she turned her attention to the flat. “He adored books, as you can see. I loved them too, but I think to him, they were an escape. He used to read them to me as well.” She trailed off quietly for a moment. The more she talked about him, the more you felt as if you recognized him, recognized their relationship. But you chose not to say anything about it.
“But enough of that sad nonsense! I’m sure you have far better things to attend to, I sense there is something special happening tonight?” you shook your head before finishing the rest of your tea.
“I appreciate this, truly!” Offering her a kind smile, you pulled out your wallet in preparation for paying, but she put her hand over yours.
“No, don’t worry about it dear, I believe these items chose you. I would feel better if you had them as if they were already yours.” As you were about to protest, she began pushing you back towards the door and out into the street. “Have fun this evening, dear.” She smiled before shutting the door in your face.
“Darling, I am home!” You said with a raised voice. Today had been something else entirely and you were excited to tell him all about it. The smell of food wafted through the hallway pulling you towards the kitchen. But you weren’t met with your lover, you were met with your friend instead.
“Analise? What are you doing here?” There is no point in denying that you were a bit disappointed that she was here, today was your special day with your boyfriend.
“What are you talking about? I’m not here.” Now you were truly perplexed, the smirk that she wore didn’t help at all.
“I-” she simply grabbed your elbow and walked you outside to your small backyard. Then you understood why she was there. There was a small table set out in the yard near your flower garden, with two chairs and some lights hanging around the yard. And there stood your lover, smiling brightly. Tears grew in your eyes, how special this was.
“Hello, my love.” He stepped forward to press a kiss to your lips.
“What is all this?” your voice was barely above a whisper as you looked around.
“For you. I wanted to do something special for our anniversary.” Now he led you over to sit down across from him.
The evening held some light conversation, by the end your stomach was happy and your heart felt light.
“I hope you saved room for dessert.”
“I always have room for dessert, silly!” Your laugh was as beautiful as a sunset, at least that’s what he thought. You turned to face the house, Analise was bringing out a small tray of cupcakes, and while your back was turned, and your mouth was drooling, you missed the sound of your love moving. As Analise set the tray down you turned to ask your love which you should eat first, you noticed he was gone. Spinning in your chair to face the opposite direction you saw your love down on one knee.
“Have I known you 20 seconds or 20 years?” he says with a slight smile. “Honestly, honey, I have no idea, but  I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, but I want ‘em all. I’m gonna love you when our hair is turning gray. And I will spend every day for the rest of my life showing how much I love you.”
Vigorously shaking your head yes, you launched yourself at him holding on tight around his neck, hoping to never let him go.
“Yes, a thousand times yes!” Your voice was somewhat quiet, making the moment more intimate. “We’re gonna be timeless.”

Hello! I don't know if you have open requests and this is not my language but I wanted to request Peter Pevensie reacting to deleting his kisses as a joke. Thank you anyway!
hii Anon! thanks for requesting this prompt, it's so cute (also since Peter was my childhood crush, this isn't a hard one to write)! I'm going to write this as a fic, I hope you don't mind<3
Peter Pevensie x F!Reader headcanons
warning: none, pure fluff
Tumblr media
You were on a picnic on the beach, feeling the summer wind hit your face
You laughed as the wind suddenly flew Peter’s hat. You got up and reached it, extending your hand to give it back to him
“Thanks, dear.” Peter pulled you down, kissed your cheek
Your eyes sparkled with mischief, wiping your cheek where he kissed you. “Your lips feel warm, it’s a hot day already.”
Peter raised his eyebrows, “Oh, you're quite the mischief-maker, aren't you?"
He looked at you, trying to figure things out. You were unable to hold your laughter as he grabbed your arm
But you were quick: you got up and ran away from him, bare feet touching the warm and soft sand
Peter ran after you, “Oh, you’re going to pay for that, Ma’am.”
Your laugh rang as he grabbed your waist, spun you to fully facing him. He ran his fingers through your disheveled hair, loosen braids hitting the wind.
“Now, why did you wipe my kiss?”
“Because it was warm.”
“That doesn't even make sense," Peter countered your argument. You laughed in his embrace
"You’re infuriating,” you giggled.
Peter rolled his eyes, before smiling and kissing you on the lips.

Kissmas Day 2
Tumblr media
Prompt: Laying a gentle kiss to the back of the other’s hand.
Pairing: Peter Pevensie x Reader
A/N: Hey, so this is finally here. Clearly it ran away with me. Maybe someday I'll be able to write a fic without over a thousand words of worldbuilding but clearly this isn't it. Regardless, enjoy!
The invitation arrived the first week of spring, a crimson dyed scroll with fine golden inlay and marked with Aslan’s own seal.
“To all eligible children in this noble house,” it decreed “You have been cordially invited to celebrate the 23rd birthday of High King Peter the Magnificent. Those wishing to attend must make their intentions known by no later than the third moon of spring, so appropriate accommodations can be made for the masquerade feast and tourney to follow. Tribute by way of gifts is not mandatory but highly encouraged. Long live King Peter, and long live Aslan!”
You hooted with laughter as you read it, before passing the notice over to your mother and sister. The messenger eagle who brought it, one of the many talking beasts in King Peter’s command, looked on disapprovingly.
“He’s got some nerve, sending this after he’s spent the better part of his kinghood with Ettismoor under his boot.” You said, not even bothering to hide your disdain “As though a party is going to make that all just disappear”
You expected your family’s thoughts on the matter to be alike to your own, especially your mother given she’d lost a husband, two sons and twice as many nephews against Peter’s armies. That made it all the more shocking, however, when she picked up a quill and parchment to pen her own missive rather than chuck the scroll into the fire.
“You can’t be serious” you pleaded, looking over at your sister for support “Mother. Please. Don’t make us go.”
The sound of a quill scratching against paper was all that was offered by way of reply. You wanted to scream, to shatter the almost silence and startle your mother back into seeing sense. Surely, this was a ruse of some sort? She wasn’t writing a cordial reply, instead she was telling this so called king where he could shove his sword and good intentions, right? The alternative wasn’t even worth considering.
Seconds passed in agony as your mother continued to write. You looked over to your sister once again, silently imploring her to do something, anything. Your sister, two years your junior and much more placid in nature, only shrugged. With a frustrated sigh, you turned away and stared into the fire, sulking.
Finally, after what felt like hours, your mother rose from her chair and walked over to the windowsill where the messenger eagle was waiting. In her hand, you noticed a scroll of plain parchment sealed with the mark of your household in silver wax. You felt your breath leave your lungs, and you clutched at the chair beneath you as your head began to swim.
That was your father’s seal, only used for official communication between noble or royal houses. If your mother had rejected the King, as you had hoped, then she wouldn’t have bothered. But a formal seal meant a formal letter, which all but confirmed the worst. You were going.
“Mother” you sounded desperate, even to your own ears, yet your mother took no noticed.
You watched as your mother placed the scroll in the eagle's satchel, along with some sweetbreads from a nearby platter that she wrapped in linen napkins.
“For the journey” she said, giving your guest a small nod. The eagle nodded in return, before turning back towards the window and spreading its wings. With a few strong flaps, the creature was gone, disappearing into the snowy gloom beyond. It had said little while it was here, but the lack of its presence was felt all the more strongly in the chilly stillness that remained.
“Dearest” your mother said, finally acknowledging you as she took a seat in the chair across from your own “Please. Try to understand.”
It was your turn to be silent, refusing to even look your mother in the eye. Hurt bubbled in your chest, but you tried to shove it back, choosing instead to nurse your growing rage. If you dwelled on your sadness, even for a minute. you would break, you knew. You would reach for your mother, and cry against her breast like you had done as a child. Anger was what you needed now, hot, glowing ire you could build into thick walls against your mother and the rest of the world. No matter what happened, you would not let those walls come down. You would not let her in.
“Dearest” she said again, still trying to placate you “I have no choice. Nothing has gone right for us since your father died. There have been famines, droughts. What little we had in our treasury to begin with has long since been used up. Our people are starving and soon we will be living in a ruin. King Peter is of age to marry. It’s our last chance.”
Your father died because Peter’s soldiers had killed him. Nothing would ever change this fact. And yet your mother, damn her, wanted to sell you off to him like a prize sow at market. Yes, you could see the sense of it, the practicality, but that did not mean you would accept your fate gently either. As far as you were concerned, starving to death in the crumbling walls of the castle you once called home was a much better option to being that murderer's wife.
“Dearest?”
Your mother’s voice was soft, like a prayer, pleading. But they fell on deaf ears. She hadn’t listened to your cries for reason, so why should you listen to hers? You bit your tongue so hard you tasted blood, and the salty, metallic sensation shed any pity you may have once given the woman. This would be a fight to the bitter end.
“Fine. You can hate me for it, but you are going to that party, even if I have to drag you the whole way.”
You finally pulled your gaze away from your hands, and brought it to rest on your mother’s face. Her eyes, a near perfect mirror of your own, shone brightly with unshed tears, and her mouth was set in a thin line, much like yours did when that stubborn streak you shared took over. Though you refused to show it outwardly, in your heart you knew. Come hell or high water, you were going.
“Yes, mother.”

You arrived at Cair Paravel a little before sunset. As you and your sister disembarked from your carriage, you couldn’t help but be a little awestruck by the legendary castle.
It was a creation of shining marble and stained glass windows, every inch clearly built by generations of master craftspeople. There was nothing like this in Ettismoor. Everything there was made from the same rough, grey stone. Little concern was given about beauty or ornamentation, practicality coming first above all else.
The inside of the castle was just as large and adorned as the exterior. You were lead into the foyer by a faun dressed in red and gold livery, the already small creature made smaller still by the vaulted ceilings above.
After being escorted through a maze of hallways, each lined with plush rugs and detailed tapestries, you were brought to a small spare bedroom where you were left with your sister to ready for the feast.
Given the large number of guests in attendance, and the fact that your mother had long since dismissed most of your own household staff, there weren’t enough servants to go around. This meant you had to play maid for your sister, not that you particularly minded. It was almost like you were children again, giggling and discussing which hair ribbons to use.
For a moment, you forgot where you were, the walls of this strange castle and it’s unfamiliar noises and smells fading away as you focused intently on braiding and pinning back your sister’s dark curls. However, all too soon the task was done, and the beast that was duty lurked not too far off, ready to drag you downstairs come moonrise.
“You’re beautiful” you said, standing back to admire your efforts as your sister studied herself in the mirror. She had donned an embroidered gown of deep green, indicative of the pine forests that grew in abundance across Ettismoor, and a mask of green silk cut in the likeness of leaves so the wearer would resemble a dryad.
In contrast, your gown was a pale silver, almost white, meant to represent the many snow topped mountains of your homeland. Your mask was the only part of your ensemble that could in fact be called elegant, it was adorned with seed pearls stitched after the branched arms of a snowflake and dusted with bits of mica that shimmered faintly in the candlelight. You almost would’ve been pretty in it, though the illusion was spoiled by the scowl that had become a nearly permanent fixture on your face since you’d left Ettismoor.
“Smile, dearest.” your sister said, turning and playfully pinching at your cheek. You swatted her hand away and exaggerated the downturn of your mouth out of spite.
“I’ll smile when we leave. Are you ready for this farce?”
“As I’ll ever be. Though I wish you wouldn’t be like this. We never get to go to parties, the least you could do is try to enjoy it.”
“Mother said I had to go” you replied, leaning down to kiss her forehead and carefully adjust the edges of her mask one final time “She never said I had to like it.”
***
Loathe as you were to admit it, King Peter certainly knew how to throw a party.
The central ballroom had been impeccably decorated for the occasion, with no detail or expense spared. Over a dozen tables had been filled end to end with plates that held everything from more standard feasting fair like roast venison and rich cakes to exotic dishes from Calomore and Archenland that resembled elaborate sculptures rather than food.
Above, the ceiling was alight with candelabras, each one resembling the twining structure of tree roots with a cluster of glowing spheres on the end of each branch. These spheres, most likely magic in origin, were reflected a thousand times over against the faceted panes of the ceiling high windows and polished marble floors, making it appear as though the ballroom had been set upon by a flock of fallen stars.
All this splendour, however, was nothing in comparison to the guests. Never in your life had you seen so many colours, so may different styles of gowns and fabrics. Before you was every manner of creature that walked on two legs or more, magical and mortal alike. It was impossible to tell the real from the false among the masks and swirling dancers. Centaurs cavorted with fae, who quickly shed their wings to squeeze in at an already crowded feasting table. Mermaids were suddenly able to stand on their tails and walk over to greet giants, who shrunk as the stepped down from stilts and joined the rest of the party.
As beautiful as it was, you personally found the whole thing incredibly overwhelming.
You’d lost your sister in an instant, she’d been asked to dance by a young man with dark eyes that flashed mischievously behind a silver mask with a fox’s muzzle and ears. Nearly an hour later, she was still in his arms, oblivious to all else save the music and each other.
You’d watched them for a little while at first, mostly out of concern for your sister’s well-being, but when it eventually became evident that Mr. Fox was going to behave himself, you quickly grew bored. Left to your own devices and knowing not a soul in attendance save for your sister, you did what every lonely party goer does and sought out the nearest flagon of wine.
As expected, the King offered a wide and choice sampling of vintages. It wasn’t long before two glasses turned to three, then four, and you were nursing a fifth when you felt a touch at your elbow. You turned, ready to tell whoever it was to watch themselves with as much venom as polite society would allow when you were caught off guard by the bluest pair of eyes you’d ever seen.
“Good evening, my lady. Could I trouble you for your name and a dance?”
“I’m no one of consequence,” you replied, secretly impressed you’d managed to say all that without slurring “Who has no interest in dancing.”
“Pity. A friendly chat, then?”
You looked at this stranger sidelong, trying to puzzle out what the hell he was playing at. Those four and a half glasses of wine, however, were making puzzling a bit beyond you. That, and those blue eyes, winking at you like glimpses of the ocean from behind his mask.
“I suppose” you finally said, hoping he didn’t notice your staring and think you simple. “I have nothing better to do”
A vestige of your childhood etiquette lessons suddenly surfaced, and you extended your hand for the young man, expecting him to bow over it or perhaps even shake it. Instead, he leaned down, grasped your fingers in his own and brought your knuckles to his lips. You felt the tips of your ears go hot as the curls of his ginger beard tickled at your skin. It was all you could do to keep from jerking away, though that was to hide your embarrassment rather than in disgust.
“So, are you enjoying the party?” he asked, finally releasing your hand.
You studied your new companion closely, taking scarlet tunic marked with the royal crest, brown breeches and the easy grin peeking out from the roaring maw of his golden lion mask. He looked no different than any other of the couple dozen royal bannermen wandering around the ballroom, but your eyes narrowed in suspicion anyway.
“As much as one can.” you replied, your voice chilled as ice wine “Though I don’t particularly care for the host.”
“No? And here I thought King Peter was universally beloved for bringing about an era of peace.”
You made a very unladylike noise, somewhere between a derisive chuckle and a disgusted snort.
“Peace, yes, at the cost of half the men in Ettismoor, my father specifically.”
The mask made his expression hard to read, but you could’ve sworn you saw him go a few shades paler.
“I’m sorry. My father died fighting too.”
You couldn’t help but make a sympathetic noise in the back of your throat. This young man couldn’t be more than what, twenty and three? There was a pretty good chance he had been fighting alongside his father when he died, not a position you envied.
“You have my condolences. Which war was it?”
The question seemed to make him nervous, and he shrugged it off like one would an ill fitting coat.
“I don’t quite remember, I was only thirteen when it happened. Boys aren’t usually paying attention to those sorts of things.”
You were about to protest, Narnian history was one of your favourite areas of study and you had a feeling you’d be able to sniff out a lie with furthering questioning, when the floor suddenly seemed to buckle beneath you. That fifth glass of wine, which you were now coming to deeply regret. slipped from your grasp and fell to the floor with a mighty clang.
“Shit,” you muttered, bringing a hand up to rub at your aching temple and hide your face from curious stares. If it hadn’t been for your companion’s quick reflexes and his grip on your arm holding you up, you might’ve gone down with your goblet.
“Are you alright?” his voice sounded very far away, as though you were under water.
“I’m sorry.” you said, pointedly avoiding his concerned gaze “I must’ve had too much to drink.”
“You should sit down.”
You were guided to a nearby chair, which you all but fell into. While some waitstaff cleared away the mess, the young man grabbed a seat of his own and pulled it up next to yours. He was sitting much closer than was proper for strangers that you knew, but those blue eyes were still so beguiling you couldn’t bring yourself to mind.
“Have you had anything to eat recently? Or had a drink of water?”
You gave your head a small shake, too woozy for words. In a flash, the young man disappeared into the crowd, only to return a few moments later with a plate of black bread and a goblet of water in hand.
For the next half hour, you found yourself patient to the strangest nursemaid you’d ever seen. Under his care, you nibbled and sipped, and eventually the dizzy spell seemed to pass. During that time, you struck up a conversation again, discussing everything from your families and court gossip to politics and philosophy.
You were surprised to find that despite him being employed in the King’s army, you shared a lot of similar views. He thought Peter was trying to be a good King, but perhaps too quick to agree to his councillor’s calls for bloodshed. When you suggested reforming the council with members from each of the nation’s major townships and voting on matters of state rather than sorting them out with sword in hand, he responded warmly to the idea.
You weren’t used to having someone’s attention so utterly devoted to you, to have someone hanging off of your every word as though you were the only other person in the room. And loathe as you were to admit it, you were becoming equally entranced by him. The warm baritone of his laugh, the way he smiled so easily, the sandy locks that curled at the edge of his jaw and the way he’d bring his hand to rest on your knee when you said something that pleased him, it all fascinated you. Where you came from, there was little to smile about, and even less reason for laughing. What would it be like? To be with someone who seemed to radiate warmth and joy in every breath?
You were about to reconsider his offer for a dance, when you were interrupted by a young woman in a scarlet dress and gold mask that resembled a bear. Your first instinct was to be jealous, if the two of them wore matching colours that certainly implied a closeness. However, you quickly realized how wrong your assumptions were when she spoke.
“Peter, wherever have you been? We’ve been waiting for ages for you to come and open your presents.”
You felt like you were going to faint again. It wasn’t possible. The mask, the simple clothing, you had just assumed…impossible, surely.
The young man looked between the two of you as though he was a rabbit choosing between a snare and the open maw of a wolf. Apparently, less impossible than you thought.
“I’m sorry.” he said, reaching to grasp your hand “I’ve got to go. I…I’m sure you’ll want an explanation and I promise you’ll have one, but tomorrow. You’re staying for the tourney, aren’t you?”
You nodded, dumbly.
“Good. I’ll be riding in the lists, come watch me joust and we can meet at my pavilion after.”

hello! i love your writing and i don’t think it’s cringe-y at all :) i was wondering if i could request a yandere!peter pevensie x reader where it’s an arranged marriage, or he really wants to marry her or something. you can write whatever you feel comfortable with! i also think it’s very cool that you’re mormon, i have some mormon cousins! have a great evening <3
mentions of an older sibling(not given a gender) and I used she/her pronouns. I also wrote the reader as kind of stubborn but also gullible, and she wears dresses nothing else ebcause she is a “proper princess”
I may make a part 2((with multiple endings)) because this made me really hapoy
mentions of; braid-able hair, drugging of a drink, gaslighting, love bombing, check tags for more
“Mother! I find it unfair that I’m marrying a man I just met!” Y/n groaned, “Nor do I like him! He’s a lunatic! He’s killed so many kingdoms just so he could rule! I’m not marrying him, he just wants this one!”
“You will marry him whether you like it or not! Your older sibling is going to rule this kingdom, meaning you will need somewhere to go. Stop complaining and let me braid your hair!” Her mother cried, “I don’t care what you think! I will say where you go! The ball is tonight and I expect you behave and are sweet to him. Or you are in serious trouble!”
“Yeah, whatever, just hurry up!” She whined.
•••
Y/n walked into the ball, not knowing she was going to the first girl there.
“Y/n!” Peter grinned, running up the stairs to her side.
“How are you, love?” He asked.
“I’m well,” she said, trying to walk past him.
“Darling, where are you going?” He acted calm, but was quite furious.
“I was going to get a drink,” She really wanted one of those cookies, they looked delicious.
“Oh, here, follow me, I’ll get you something in a second,” He grinned at her, then winked at the guards.
The guards shut the doors, no one else in there but them.
He had her sat on his throne.
“I find this unprofessional-“
“We’re going to be husband and wife, why should we be professional?” He laughed, kissing her.
He got her a drink and a plate of cookies, right next to her, standing.
She tried to act offended, but she was so glad.
“Do you want anything?” She asked, kindly.
“I’m alright,” he chuckled, “I ate before.”
She took a sip, then split it on her dress.
“Oh..” she seemed said.
“It’s alright, I’ll get you a new one, would you like a jacket.”
“A new dress? Oh, it’s alright. They are so expensive-“ She blinked, her head blanking for a second, then taking another sip of the punch, “This tastes so good.”
“Nothings to expensive for you,” He kissed her forehead, she smiled, then fainted into his arms, he took the drink from her.
He lifted her up into his arms, taking her out of the ballroom and into his bedroom, laying her onto the bed.
•••
Y/n woke up, groaning.
Peter sat at her side, she turned her head to him.
“Are you alright?” He asked.
“What?! Why am I in here?!” She got up, still dizzy, but ready to fight.
“You fainted, I brought you in here, do you feel okay?” He asked.
“I fainted? From what?” She got up, glaring at him, in her underdress.
“Don’t be rash, you’ll get hurt.” Peter said.
“I’m not being rash! I’m trying to save myself from you! You’re a psycho aren’t you?” She was at the door, he grabbed her, hand over her mouth.
“A psycho?” He held her, she was fighting.
“I’m the HIGH king of Narnia, my love. We get married tonight, aren’t you excited?” He squished her cheeks, grinning, she was terrified.

Peter’s Pov:
“Well, are you ready to get up, y/n/n?” I ask her, but she doesn’t reply.
Confused, I pull her off of my shoulder to see her eyes are closed with no sign of movement at all. I quickly lay her in my lap before trying to figure out what’s wrong. Just as I pull my hand off her waist, I notice blood on my hand and I feel sick.
“Lucy!” I yell out to my little sister and she turns around with confusion clearly written on her face.
“What is it, Peter?” she shouts back with her hands on her hips.
“Quick! Y/n’s hurt too!” I shout and her face falls before rushing over to us.
“What happened?” she questions as she bends down to y/n.
“I don’t know. One minute she was just leaning against me and the next she wasn’t replying,” I panickedly explain, staring at the blood on my hand as Lucy pours a few drops into y/n’s mouth.
“There. That should help,” Lucy promises with a nod before she stands back up and Aslan strides over to stand next to her.
“As it should. It is not yet her time,” Aslan says, nodding his head in agreement with Lucy’s statement.
“Let me know when she wakes up. I want a hug from her too,” Lucy informs with a grin before rushes back over to the others.
Aslan looks at me with sympathy in his eyes before giving a light nod and bow of his head. He smiles softly at me, giving me a calming feeling before strolling over to the rest.
I hold y/n close as I wait maybe two or three more minutes before she gasps and her eyes slowly blink open. Letting out a sigh of relief, I pull her up into a seated position before pulling her onto my lap so I can hold her as close to me as I physically can.
“Oh, thank Aslan. I was scared there for a minute,” I tell her as I hold her head softly to my shoulder before giving the side of her forehead a kiss.
“I’m sorry I scared you. I didn’t mean to,” she whispers quietly against my shoulder.
“Next time you're hurt, please just tell me,” I practically beg her, my voice cracking ever so slightly and she nods.
“Deal. I’m sorry, I was just so focused on Edmund,” she explains to me and I grin as I pull back to look at her.
“I believe I owe my Queen a kiss,” I coyly state with a smirk as I wiggle my eyebrows and she giggles, shaking her head.
“I believe you do…” she agrees with me, nodding her head and I grin.

It feels like time slows down as we both lean towards one another. I tilt my head ever so slightly and before I know it, our lips are connecting in a sweet, passionate kiss. Her kiss feels like coming home, all soft and pillowy like sweet silk against mine.
I can feel her playing with my hair as our noses brush ever so slightly and a warm feeling spreads through me. It’s at that moment that I decide that she will be the only person I ever kiss again and that hers is my favorite by far. The kiss continues for what seems like forever, but I smile against her lips as it feels like it’s only me and her in this field.
All too soon, though, I find myself slightly frowning as she pulls away for air and I find myself chasing her lips, wanting them back on my own. She lets out a light giggle, the air of her breath fanning my face before she leaves one last kiss on my lips. I quickly pull her a little closer, not wanting this to end, and rub my nose against hers, making her giggle. She puts her forehead to mine and smiles down at me as I smile up at her.
“I’ve wanted to do that for… a really long time…” I breathily explain and she smiles even bigger (if that’s even possible) as she continues to play with the hair on the nip of my neck.
“You’re not the only one…” she tells me with a small smirk and I chuckle.
“Ok. No more dilly-dallying, you two. Come on, we’ve got lots more work to do,” Susan speaks up from behind me, making me turn to look at her and she’s smiling with her hands on her hips.
“Well? Are you ready to get up?” I ask y/n with a raised eyebrow and she nods.
“Good. Here, I’ll help you,” I comment as I start to stand up, pulling her with me lightly.
~Time Skip~
We all helped the casualties for about an hour, and by the time we’re done, everyone seems dead on their feet. Once all our casualties are up and moving around with the exception of quite a few that we couldn’t help, we all decide to eat. After a satisfying meal, the sun is almost setting and Aslan stands up on the same hill we talked on before the war.
When I finish eating, I look at my siblings and y/n, who are all laughing at something Edmund had said. I smile softly before getting up from my spot and walking over to Aslan.
“So what do we do now?” I ask him and he chuckles as he watches over the camp.
“Now you and your family will be crowned kings and queens. Come morning, we’ll all head east and when we get to Cair Paravel, you will have your coronation,” Aslan explains and I shake my head in disbelief.
“I still can’t believe this has all happened. It happened so quickly that it feels as if it’s all been a dream,” I tell him and he smiles, amused.
“I’m sure the others feel the same way,” he tells me as he turns to look at them laughing.
“Oh, they very likely do. I just feel so…” I pause, trying to think of the word.
“Mighty…” Aslan fills in for me as if reading my thoughts. I nod before sitting down on the grassy hill to look out over the camp one last time.
“As you should. Peter, you did what some could never imagine doing,” Aslan starts as he puts a paw on my shoulder.
“You led an army to victory. That’s one of the most noble, mightiest things that can be done, my boy. Enjoy the peace and happiness that comes after it,” Aslan tells me as he sits beside me and I nod in agreement as I turn to look at my family once again.
“Thank you for this opportunity,” I tell him as I turn back to look out over the camp and he nods at me.
“You needed it to learn from. Now, go be with your family. Enjoy the love and joy that is present,” he almost demands and I chuckle, smiling as I get up off the ground to stand.
“I will. Again, thank you Aslan, thank you so much,” I say and he shakes his head before using his paw to wave me off, making me chuckle.
I walk back down the hill and over to my family. Lucy comes running up to me and I catch her, picking her up before spinning around. Together we laugh before I set her back down and she grins up at me before turning back around to look at y/n as she too walks up to us.
“Y/n, can you believe it? We did it! We saved Mr. Tumnus, just like you said we would along with the whole land of Narnia,” Lucy excitedly exclaims as y/n stops next to us with a big smile on her face.
“That we did, Lu,” y/n agrees with a big smile as she hugs my little sister.
“I’m just so happy,” Lucy tells us as she pulls back from their hug.
“I’m glad you're happy, Luc. It’s getting dark though, maybe you should head to bed. Aslan told me we have a long journey in the morning,” I speak up and she playfully pouts.
“I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep,” Lucy groans playfully, rolling her eyes and y/n giggles.
“You don’t wanna be knackered tomorrow, do you?” Y/n asks and Lucy puts her hands on her hips.
“Well, no, but sleep feels so far away right now,” Lucy argues and y/n smiles softly.
“Well why don’t you just try, ladybug? You might surprise yourself. Maybe you're actually more knackered than you feel,” y/n explains and Lucy takes a moment as if she’s thinking about it.
“Oh… all right. I assume you’ll be staying with Pete again?” Lucy asks with a raised eyebrow and y/n lets out a loud laugh.
“Yes. Little firefly, you’d be right,” y/n tells her as she reaches out and pulls her into a hug.
“Oh, all right. Goodnight then, sleep very well,” Lucy tells her as she pulls away and y/n giggles before reaching forward to mess up Lucy’s hair.
“You too, ladybug. Don’t let the bedbugs bite you, you hear me?” Y/n jokes softly and Lucy giggles too.
“I promise,” Lucy nods in affirmation, joking right back.
“That’s what I like to hear. Rest easy, sweet girl,” y/n tells Lucy as she smiles at her.
Lucy smiles at y/n one last time before looking up at me. She comes over to me with a playful smile and I let out an “oooff,” as she slams into my stomach, almost knocking me over.
I wrap my arms around her and lift her up. She giggles as she hugs onto me a little tighter.
“Goodnight, Petey. I love you,” she whispers into my ear and I hug her a little closer to me.
“Goodnight Luc, I love you too. So much,” I tell my little sister softly and smile as I set her back on the ground.
“Oh, Susan! You ready for bed?!” Lucy shouts as she turns and runs back over to Susan and Edmund.
“I suppose I am. Come on, then,” Susan agrees as she gets up from where she’d been sitting.
“Goodnight, you two. Sleep well,” she shouts over to us and y/n grins.
“Goodnight, Susan! You too,” y/n tells her before she’s turning, tucking into my side as Susan and Lucy walk off to their tent.
“You comin’, Ed?” I ask as I look at my younger brother and he nods before getting up.
We wait for him for a moment before he’s jogging over to us. Once he comes up next to us, we start walking to our tent. Edmund runs ahead of us and disappears into the tent and y/n giggles.
“I’m glad it all worked out, Pete. We’re all happier than we have been in a long while,” y/n speaks softly as she cuddles into my side as we walk.
“I am, too. It feels good to all be on the same page with no fights. It’s been a while since we’ve all been happy to just be together,” I agree with her and she stops us from walking.
“I love you, you know that?” she says as she looks up at me and runs her arms up my chest till they’re around my neck.
“I do now. I love you, too,” I tell her with a grin as I grab her hips and she smiles softly again.
I smile back at her before leaning towards her and she reaches up on her toes to lean up to me. I let out a breathy laugh as she gives me a confused look as I put my forehead to hers.
“Pete! You wanker! You just totally ruined the mood,” she playfully scolds and I laugh again.
“I’m sorry, love! But you don’t have to reach up to me!” I tell her as I try to hold back my laughter.
“Pete, I kinda do. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’m a little shorter than you,” she rolls her eyes and I chuckle again.
“Well it’s a good thing that I can bend to you. You don’t have to reach up,” I tell her and she slowly grins, shaking her head.
“And you ruined the moment for that?! You ninny!!” she giggles as she playfully slaps my chest and I chuckle.
“I’m sorry, love! I couldn’t help it!” I defend myself and she only laughs a little harder.
“Ok. Ok. Can you kiss me now and not ruin the moment?” she asks as she suddenly sobers up from laughing and grows serious.
“Oh, of course. I’m so sorry, my Queen,” I playfully tell her with a smirk and she shakes her head at me again.
Slowly, I lean towards her and soon our lips are touching for the second time today. This one is much different from the first. The first one was a little rushed, but this one is slower, almost like we’re both trying to savor it, and I suppose maybe I am.
Her lips are still soft and pillowy against mine, making me deepen the kiss ever so slightly. I can feel her smiling as she brings her hands up to my head, but instead of brushing through my hair with her fingers, she grips onto it. The warm feeling from earlier comes back as our noses brush together again.
“Oi, would you two stop snogging and come to bed already?!” Edmund asks us from the flap of the tent, making us reluctantly pull away from one another, but I keep my forehead to hers.
“Yeah. Yeah. We’ll be there in a bit,” I reply with a roll of my eyes before looking back at y/n.
“Better be,” he jokingly pretends to be all authoritative with his arms crossed over his chest.
He shakes his head in a jokeful disappointment and gives a small ‘tsk, tsk,’ before walking back into the tent. It’s quiet for a moment and I take the opportunity to press my lips back to hers. She pulls away and giggles when my lips chase hers, much like they did earlier.
“Pete, as much as I am loving this little kiss session, Ed’s right. We should get to bed,” she breathlessly tells me and I can feel it fan over my face.
I sigh and press my forehead to hers again with a light frown. She smiles at me and my heart flips as I smile back.
“I could kiss you all day, ya know?” I tell her as I pull back and push a strand of hair behind her ear.
“And I could kiss you all day too. Although now you can kiss me whenever you want and I promise I’ll always kiss back. But again, Ed’s right, we need to go to sleep,” she tells me as I put my forehead to hers again. She smiles softly as she plays with my hair, making me sigh.
“Ok. Let’s go…” I hesitantly agree and she laughs.
“Come on. I’m not leaving your side. I’ll be by you all night,” she tells me as she pulls away and starts to pull me along with her as she walks to the tent.
She leads me over to the tent and she pulls up the flap before ducking under it. I follow her and once inside, she lets go of my hand for a moment. She walks over to the chest by the privacy screen, smiling softly at Edmund on her way and opens it.
She pulls out some clothes and goes behind the privacy screen to change. I smile softly and shake my head in disbelief as I start to take off the rest of my armor.
“It's nice to see you guys finally together,” Edmund speaks up and I turn around to look at him.
“You think so?” I ask him with an arched eyebrow and he nods.
“Don’t be such a muppet, Pete. I’ve always known you two were made for each other, even when you yourselves didn’t know. I think everyone with eyes bloody knew, actually,” he tells me with a playful roll of his eyes and I smile softly at him.
“Thanks. That means a lot, Ed,” I tell him and he nods before turning over.
“Now enough with the sap. I’m knackered. Sleep well, you two,” he tells us just as y/n walks out from behind the privacy screen with a soft smile.
“Goodnight, Ed. You sleep well, too,” she tells him as she pulls back the covers of the bed.
“Well, are you changing or just sleeping in that?” she asks me as she motions to the under clothes from under my armor.
“I’m too knackered to change. Think I’ll just sleep in this,” I tell her as I crawl into the bed behind her and she smiles, nodding as she cuddles into me.
“I told you he was a good boy,” she whispers tiredly and I smile softly at her.
“That you did love. That you did,” I tell her and she just gives a quiet giggle in response.
“I love you, Pete,” she mutters and I smile again before leaving a soft kiss on her forehead.
“I love you too, sweetheart,” I parrot her softly right in her ear as I pull her even closer and hold her to me.
“That tickles, you git,” she tells me though light giggles and I smile a tired smile.
“Well, get used to it,” I tell her with a tired, but very cheeky smile and she scoffs.
“Go to sleep you wanker,” she says and I chuckle lightly.
Slowly, sleep starts to over take me as warmth radiates between us and I fall into a peaceful sleep as I hold her to me. The dream I have is a good one this time, with no signs of the old bad dream I used to have about losing her, but all of a sudden the dream is coming to an end as I am woken up. I blink my eyes open before rubbing at them with my right hand and then letting my eyes adjust to being open again.
They sting for a moment, so I blink them before looking around in confusion. It’s only then do I realize it’s still dark out and confusion only takes over more. I look over at Ed, but he’s gone from his bed and worry takes over.
I’m pulled out of my thoughts when there’s a small whimper to my left and I immediately figure out what woke me as y/n’s face contorts. I turn in alarm as I hear the tent flap move, but relax when I see it’s only Edmund.
“Edmund, you git, where were you?” I ask him in a hushed whisper and he smiles shyly at me.
“I heard y/n whimpering and knew it’d wake you. I knew you’d take care of her, but I want to help in some way… so I went and got her some water,” he tells me as he holds up a cup and I smile softly at him, my anger melting away.
“Thank you, Ed. I’m sure she’ll appreciate it,” I tell him and he smiles shyly at me as he shrugs.
“Peter! No!” Y/n screams out and I quickly turn back to her.
“Shhh. It’s ok, darling. I’m right here. It’s just a bad dream,” I whisper out as I put my hand on her cheek and rub it softly.
She starts to cry and I wipe the tears as her eyes slowly open. She looks up at me and I smile down at her as she blinks at me.
“Peter…? What…? But you were just…” she asks in confusion and I shake my head.
“I’m ok. I’m right here. It was just a bad, bad dream,” I tell her softly and she hiccups before nodding in realization.
“It’s always so real…” she whispers out before she starts to sob.
“Oh, honey. Shh. It’s ok. I’ve got you,” I coo as I pull her head to my shoulder and hold it there.
“I just want this dream to go away, Pete. I never want it to come to pass. It’s just so scary,” she mutters into my neck and I nod.
“I know, love. I know how you feel. We can’t know what’ll happen. Until then, let’s just live life together, yeah?” I ask her as I pull her back so I can look at her.
“Ok… yeah. I think I can do that,” she nods and I smile softly at her.
“Do you want some water? Edmund has some for you,” I tell her and she looks up at him over my shoulder.
“Oh gosh. Edmund, I’m so sorry if I woke you,” she immediately apologizes to him and he shakes his head as he puts his hand up in surrender.
“Don’t be as daft as a bush, y/n. It’s ok. Really. I uhh… understand you now,” Edmund tells her and she smiles sympathetically at him as he takes a step forward to hand her the cup.
She takes it from him with a soft, thankful smile and he smiles nonchalantly back with a light shrug. I watch her as she takes a drink of it before pulling the cup away from her lips to look at me.
“He’s really turned around,” she whispers to me as he lays down with his back turned to us.
“I suppose he has, hasn’t he? Makes me proud,” I tell her and she smiles nodding.
“I know he fights you a lot, can be a bit of a ninny sometimes, but he really does just need your love and support,” she tells me before going back to drink a little more and I purse my lips.
“Yeah. I see it now. I’m sorry I haven’t. You’ve been trying to tell me and I wasn’t listening when I should have. I’ve been a real tosser, haven’t I?” I apologize with a small frown and she leans over to put the cup on the small table to her left.
“Oh, the biggest…” she jokes with a playful roll of her eyes before becoming serious again.
“No, you really haven’t. It’s ok, Pete. It’s what pride does. I’m just glad you're listening now. He needs his big brother. Where you had your father, he doesn’t,” she tells me softly as she reaches up to my cheek and strokes it softly.
“I know. I just want him to be better than me. I know he can be, so I push hard especially when I don’t need to,” I try to explain as I burrow my cheek a little into her hand, making her smile a knowing smile.
“And he will be. He’s just like you, a little too headstrong for his own good, but it’s a really good quality, Pete. He’ll figure it out, just give him the guidance he needs,” she encourages me and I close my eyes as I let out a light chuckle.
“Aslan was right. You are my voice of reason and you always have been,” I observe as I put my forehead to hers again.
“And I always will be, Pete, as you are mine,” she says softly and I can’t help but smile, shaking my head.
“Ok. Think you're ready to sleep again now?” I ask her before leaving a light peck on her lips and she nods slowly as sleep starts to take over again.
“G’night, Pete. I love you,” she mumbles and I smile as I lay us back down with her cuddling into my side more so than before.
“Goodnight, my queen. I love you too,” I whisper out as I leave a kiss on her forehead for the second time tonight.
Once her breath evens out, I turn ever so slightly to look at Edmund, who’s back rises and falls ever so slightly. I smile before turning back around and cuddling in a little closer again. Soon, sleep overtakes me as my eyes close little by little.
Tumblr media
When I wake up again, it’s now morning and I smile down at y/n, who’s still asleep. She shivers ever so slightly and I chuckle quietly before reaching over her to pull the cover farther up her arm. I also pull her closer and make sure the blanket is still tucked under her chin.
When I’m sure she’s warm enough, I turn my neck to look over at Edmund, who also still sleeps. I smile softly once more before cuddling y/n close as I close my eyes. I drift in and out of sleep for a while before a voice speaks up.
“Rise and shine, my princess and princes. It is time to prepare to head east towards home,” a faun tells us as she steps into the tent.
“Very well. Thank you for waking us,” I tell her and she bows slightly before leaving once more.
We all slowly make work of getting up from bed and getting dressed. Once we're ready, we walk out of our tent just as Susan and Lucy walk out of theirs. When Lucy looks up and sees us, she perks up before running over to y/n.
“Good morning, y/n. How did you sleep?” Lucy asks as she hugs y/n and looks up at her.
“I could have slept a little better than I did, but in the end I slept well. How’d you sleep, bug?” Y/n asks her as she strokes her hair lightly before pulling back from the hug.
“I slept very well,” Lucy tells her with a grin as well as a firm nod.
“Good. I’m glad you slept well,” y/n replies with a smile.
“Good morning, y/n, good morning Pete, good morning Ed,” Susan greets us as she now walks up to us.
“Good morning,” we all chime in.
“Wow, no ‘is it?’ from you, Edmund?” Susan jokes about how he used to reply with a sarcastic ‘is it?’ Or ‘is it really?’ Instead of an actual good morning, he gives her a snicker.
“Haha, yeah, yeah. Let’s make fun of Ed, why don’t we?” he sarcastically asks with a roll of his eyes.
“Pardon me, Your Highnesses, but breakfast is ready. We have your Little Rock set up for you just as we did before,” the same faun that had woken us tells us and we all nod.
“You may leave and eat your breakfast. I’m sure we know the way ourselves,” I tell the faun and she nods gratefully before bowing.
“I shall go then, but if you shall need help of any kind just let one of us know,” she tells us as she stands from her bow and we all nod before she turns to start walking away.
“Wait,” y/n calls out as she reaches for the faun’s arm and gently pulls her so she’s facing her.
“Yes, your highness?” The faun asks y/n as she looks at her.
“Where is Oarmia? I haven’t seen her and I’m worried about her,” y/n questions and the faun frowns.
“Your highness, she’s holed up in her tent. She’s refused to leave,” the faun sadly informs and y/n frowns.
“Why?” Y/n asks again and the faun sighs.
“She’s been in there for a while. When we told her about her father, she broke… he was all she had left,” the faun explains and y/n gasps.
“Take me to her,” y/n tells the faun, who now looks shocked.
“But your highness, your food?” she asks and y/n waves her hand in dismissal.
“My food can wait. My friend is hurting. I wish to comfort her,” y/n tells her and I’m in awe of her sweet self as the faun nods before y/n turns to me.
“I’ll be there in a minute, ok?” she tells me and I nod, giving her a small smile.
“You go. I’ll make sure Ed doesn’t eat all your food,” I joke and Ed shouts out a ‘hey!’ as y/n giggles.
“Ok. Thank you. I love you,” she tells me and I nod at her.
“I love you too,” I tell her softly before she walks off with the faun, who leads her to Oarmia’s tent.
For a moment, we all watch until y/n and the faun disappears around a corner. I turn to the others and start to push them lightly the way we have to go for breakfast.
“Come on, guys. Let’s go eat, y/n’ll catch up to us when she can,” I tell them as I beckon them over to our rock.
Once at the rock, we each sit down and start to eat. About halfway through eating, y/n shows up at our little table.
“How is she?” Lucy asks and y/n frowns.
“She’s not doing so well. It’s understandable, really, she lost the only family she had left, but I wish I could help her in some way,” y/n tells us as she sits down next to me and I put an arm around her.
“I’m sure you just being there and listening to her helps, love,” I inform her before leaving a kiss on her cheek.
“For once I actually agree with Peter. Just be there for her and let her know you understand her pain,” Edmund tells her before he takes a bite of his last bit of bread.
“I guess you guys are right. It’s just so sad to see how heartbroken she is. She does have a brother, but she doesn’t even know where he is right now. She wants to find him, but is scared to because she only knows so much of him. He left home when she was only eight to learn his fathers triad,” y/n explains and Edmund smiles a little bit.
“See, she’s already opened up to you. All you can do now is be there for her,” Edmund tells her and she nods, smiling softly at him.
“Yeah. It’s not that hard, y/n. Look at how we’ve been by your side,” Lucy adds on and y/n smiles even more.
“You’re so very right, Lu, you all were there when I thought I had nobody else. Thank you, all of you. Truly, I love you guys like my own family,” she tells us and we all grin at her.
“You are family, y/n. Always have been and always will be,” Susan chimes in and y/n smiles.
“You're all right. I’ll just be her shoulder as well as help her look for her brother shall she want to,” y/n tells us with a huge smile.
“Very well, that can wait for now though. Eat, we have a long journey in a few hours. You should have some food in your stomach,” I practically command y/n to eat and it pulls a giggle out of her.
“Ever the one to take care of me. Thank you, Pete,” she tells me before leaning over and leaving a kiss on my cheek.
“Of course I’ll take care of you. I’d take care of all of you in a heartbeat, love,” I reply and she nods, smiling.
“We all know you would,” she promises me softly before starting to eat.
Soon we all finish eating and stand up. Together alongside all the narnians, we help start packing up. Once everything is packed and ready for the journey ahead, we all start to head out of where camp once was.
To Be Continued…

the way i loved you | edmund pevensie
synopsis: reader can't help but miss their relationship with edmund.
based on the song "the way i loved you" by taylor swift
pairing: edmund pevensie x reader x peter pevensie
warnings: reader being mean by dating someone while they aren't over their ex, leading peter on, angst/sad
author’s note: hi!! this is my first story ever and there may be a few grammatical mistakes in this story so please pardon that. anyways i hope you enjoy this story!
Tumblr media
Peter is sensible, he’s so incredible, and he’s very magnificent. Your relationship was not so secret and everyone was jealous of your relationship.
“I love you” Peter said as he leaned down to kiss you. “I love you too” (Y/N) replied. He chuckled as he put your chin up and gently put the hair that was on your face behind your ears. “You’re so beautiful” He said as he gently caressed my face. He says everything you need to hear, and it’s like you couldn’t ask for anything better.
Whenever you two would go somewhere, he would never let you go down the horse by yourself, he would make sure he was there so you could hold his hand for support whenever you were climbing down your horse.
One night, he took you to “his special place” in the castle. Before you entered a door that was covered in vines, he covered your eyes with his hands as he guided you inside. Inside, there was a garden and a swing. He guided you towards the swing and you sat on it.
Peter then took a flower from the garden and put the flower behind your ear. And he says “You look beautiful tonight” as he kisses you on the cheek. And you felt perfectly fine.
But there was something else missing. Or someone else missing.
You and Edmund had a secret relationship that no one knew about.
It was neither toxic nor was it healthy, I'd say it was just in between.
Peter’s “special place” used to be yours and Edmund’s. You would sneak in there all the time, you would spend the whole afternoon there reading books, laughing, and teasing each other.
So you sat there while Peter was swinging you, reminiscing all the memories you had with Edmund in the place you were at, not seeing the smile you were faking, cause you weren’t feeling anything at all. You knew it was selfish but you really thought you already got over Edmund. After all, Peter was there for you all along.
Yours and Edmund’s relationship was different. It was wild and crazy.
“Well why did you flirt with her then?” You said crying in the pouring rain in front of Edmund. “I didn’t flirt with her! She was the one who flirted with me!” He shouted in reply. “But you flirted back!?” You shouted back.
“I did not! I was simply trying to converse nicely with her!” He growled in anger as his eyebrows furrowed.
All this fighting and screaming, you couldn’t take it anymore. “I hate you, Edmund!” You sobbed as you hugged yourself because you were freezing.
He saw how hurt you were and his face softened. He grabbed your face gently and caressed your face. Both of you looked at each other and leaned in. Before you know it, you two were kissing and laughing in the rain.
However, even after a few months, the arguments just started getting more and more.
It was just so frustrating, intoxicating, and complicated. You knew there was no point in saving your relationship with him so you two decided to end it.
“I’ll always love you, (Y/N)” Edmund said as a tear trickled down his cheeks.
“I’ll always love you too, Edmund” You replied as you cupped his cheek with your hands wiping away his tears.
But you two knew that the relationship had to end at some point because of how toxic it was getting.
“Maybe in another life we’ll be together, just not this one.” Edmund humorlessly laughed which made you chuckle. “In another lifetime, Pevensie” you replied as you kissed each other for the last time.
Your love was like a rollercoaster ride. It had its ups and downs yet you still found your way to each other again, just not this time. Maybe you two really were meant for each other. Right person, wrong time.
“(Y/N) are you listening?” Peter asked as he waved at your face. “I’m sorry, what was that?” you said as you looked at him. Peter chuckled, you felt bad that he was clueless about what you were thinking about just a minute ago.
“I said, do you wanna go inside? It’s starting to rain” He said. You smiled, it was a coincidence how you were just thinking about you and Edmund screaming, and fighting, and kissing in the rain now you were about to do the same thing with Peter.
“How about we stay here for awhile?” You suggested as he agreed and you spent the whole night dancing and kissing in the rain.
But the whole time you were with Peter, you were thinking about you and Edmund. How you fought and kissed in the rain. How he made you so in love with him that you act insane. It was so intoxicating and complicated with him, whereas with Peter, it was wonderful and he never made you doubt, not even once.
Now, at this moment you start to miss all of those moments you had with Edmund.
And that was the way you loved him.

𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐃  °.ཻུ۪›› Caspian X
Princess y/n had always been a bright, angelic woman. She was her kingdom's golden girl, loved by all. No one ever had a reason to hate y/n. She was too devine. But she was of fire, beautiful, warm but lethal. A curse she was gifted when she was born. She was unable to touch anyone. Though she never expected that the one she could touch would be her enemy.
Warnings : enemies to lovers. Angst, fluff, !intense shit. Reader has brown hair and amber eyes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
-—𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 day y/n discovered she was unable to touch anyone was the day of her nameday. It had all happened so quickly. One moment, she just turned ten, and the next, she was sitting down with a body in front of her, shaking and whimpering in pain.
She screamed for soldiers that day, foe their help, and when one offered their hand to her, he screamed in pain. Nights she wondered what she had done to deserve such a terrible 'gift' . She couldn't hug her parents, touch any animals, touch anyone for that matter.
Her mother had been disappointed, putting things in y/ns head. How would she marry if she can't touch, how would she have an heir if she can't touch, how would anyone love her?
Her father hadn't mind. He was the only one out of her family to treat her the same. Touch wasn't the only way to express love. He often gave her gifts, blowing her kisses, he'd near her cheek to 'peck her cheek' only his lips never touched her.
She remembered the day the four kings and Queens of Narnia returned, her father fought in the war for the freedom of narnians and for the throne of Prince caspian.
Prince caspian had been a handsome man. He was polite, brave, and noble, like every prince. His deep brown black eyes, tanned skin, body, and telmarine accent. He was the most beautiful man she'd set eyes on. But while her eyes were on him, his were on susan pevensie.
Y/n couldn't deny Susan's beauty. Starting from her perfect pale skin, beautiful blue eyes and full lips. Not to mention, susan wasn't cursed.
She remembered the way he looked at her when he found out who she was. She remembered how peters/caspians' army stared at her, scared of her. They didn't go anywhere near her, Peter stopped Lucy from going anywhere near y/n .
Now presently, eight years later. Three years since the older pevensies left for good and another three since the younger ones did as well, two that y/n last saw caspian.
And suddenly y/ns father, Nathaniel announces that in a day, king caspian will visit. It didn't make y/n feel scared, not even nervous. Over the eight years, she changed, still unable to control her touch, she learned to use her 'gift.' .
One year ago her mother passed, it never saddened y/n, but her father was getting old and she was the only heir. Meaning sooner or later, y/n would be Queen, and she didn't have time to fear or to be weak and let others step on her.
"Princess." A fair tone said behind her, turning she saw her guard, Thomas. He gave her a simple and gentle but firm head bow. "The king requests for you to join him in the gardens."
Y/n smiles, walking away from the balcony and onto her way towards the door, Thomas looked at her, smiling. "Thank you, Thomas." She nods her head, and he returns it. Stepping aside to let her pass.
Walking through the halls, her heels echo. She lifts her gown to step down the stairs. One hand comes to her face to move a strand of hair away from her face. The sun hits her like a slap, and she smiles when she sees her father, looking at the tulips with squinted eyes, when his eyes met hers, his eyes softened.
"My sweet girl." His voice is gentle and sweet, he cocks his head towards Thomas, signaling for him to leave. "Father." Y/n smiles, making sure she's distant from him, he smiles at her. "Beautiful flowers aren't they?" He asks, suddenly.
Y/n looks at the many colorful tulips. They were beautiful. " Yes, Papa. Truly beautiful." She smiles, her finger touching only one petal, so delicately. She wasn't able to touch humans, but she was granted and able to touch un-living things, thanks to Aslan.
Her father sees and smiles, "dear," he says, "walk with me." He orders gently, to which she obeys. Walking alongside together, her father speaks. " Our Kingdom is the largest in the world. The second largest, seeing as Care Paravel had always been first before it turned into merely rocks and ruins."
Y/n nods , listening intently, her father's pauses with his words."and one day." He begins, "You will rule it all. But I am afraid you'd rule it alone." He seems hesitant, afraid. Y/n sighs, quietly.
"I don't expect you to want to marry, and I will not force you to." He says, looking at her. "You are a woman , free to do whatever you want. But I ask that you consider wanting to marry." Y/n looks away, staring at the fountains, the brught green grass, and at the town from a low view.
The kingdom, Therondia, was truly a big kingdom. Twice as beautiful as Cair Paravel. Green, the villages were beautiful, there were hundreds of lakes, and beaches, tunnels with secret lakes. Creatures that are only seen in Therondia.
It amazed y/n that one day, she'd be Queen of it.
"Who would want to marry me, father." She asks, not in a harsh tone or sad. In a normal tone, one she used all the time. Her father stared at her, shrugging. "You never know, dear. If I announced to all in Therondia , I'd need a good fit for you. I'm sure there'd be a line of thousands."
Y/n chuckles, shaking her head. She stared up ahead, seeing gardeners. Suddenly, the thought of her father leaving her hits her. Her father was getting older, hair growing white, wrinkles on his face.
"But I don't think you'll be leaving me soon, Papa." She says to him, stopping her tracks. She gives him a sad smile. He stopped to look at her also, she looked so much like her mother. Gifted with beautiful brown long curls, amber eyes, and fair skin.
"I'd never leave you, my dear."
After their walk, y/n entered her chamber, closing the door. Sitting by her fireplace, flipping through pages of a book. She tapped her fingers against the table beside her, although she wasn't paying attention to the letters/words. Tomorrow, someone she hasn't seen in two years, someone who hates her, would come and visit the kingdom.
She hadn't thought about it truly until recently. But now she couldn't push away the thought of seeing him once again. She shook her head, closing her book, opening her balcony door open, walking towards the edge, staring at the beautiful view of the seas , from the side she could hear faint music from the village.
She could see the lights, gleaming. She sighed, bringing her robe tighter on her. The air was fresh and smelled of sea salt, freshly cut grass, and smoke. Nothing smelled better. She closed her eyes, laying her head on the stone, sighing. She lifted her head , staring at her hands, only a knock on her door made her turn, the door opened revealing thomas.
"Your tea, princess." He bows, entering with a silver tray with tea. He places it on the table next to the fireplace, stands straight, and stares at her. The black silk satin robe, although her left shoulder was exposed, her nightgowns strap visible, her hair was down, and her skin looked warm. Thomas was stuck until she cleared her throat.
"Thank you, thomas." She smiles, "is that all?" She asks, keeping her distance. "No—no yes, yes. Rest well, Princess." He bows quickly, making an exit.
Y/n shakes her head, sitting down on her chair. Thomas valrik was a young man, younger than her. He was a dirty blond with green eyes, fit and strong. Which is why y/ns father had chosen him to be her guard. Y/n often found him a good friend, she trusted him with what she needed to let out. And her handmaiden , dayana even had a little crush on him.
She sips tea, relaxing. Tomorrow would be a new day, with visitors. She didn't know why, but she didn't want to be there when they arrived, she didn't want to have to see.. him. He often called her out with never being able to help, called her out on her curse, and he blamed her for hurting susan, which was an accident.
He was so.. obsessed with Susan, he never left her sight. What y/n did to susan was an accident, but caspian didn't see it like that. He was angry, unknowingly, he pushed her away from susan, angrily, and shielded susan.
She tried to explain what had happened but caspian never listened.
She was afraid, he would be worse.
----
Y/n stared at her reflection in the mirror. Sometimes, she didn't recognize herself. She looked different every day. Two years ago, she looked completely different.
Her handmaiden smiled at her, "You look beautiful, princess." Her handmaiden, dayana smiles, kindly. "I wish I could look like you, Your Grace."
Y/n turns, frowning. "You are beautiful, dayana. " y/n smiles, "you could win hundreds of hearts if only you were confident, my dear." Y/n says gently, her tone was angelic. The tone that a mother would use on a child. Dayana blushed. "Your grace—"
"I mean it, dayana. Never compare yourself to anyone." Y/n walked a little closer. Her finger didn't touch dayana, but softly pushed a small strand of hair from dayanas face, dayana didn't flinch. Dayana wasn't afraid of y/n. Dayana smiled.
"Thank you, Princess." Dayana said, smiling. She bowed and turned to leave the chamber, leaving y/n alone once again. Y/n sighed. She could see the large ship that belonged to caspian and his men. She wondered if, after all these years, he moved on from Susan.
Y/n looked away from the balcony, sighing with a pit in her stomach she couldn't fathom. She turned to her door, opened it, and closed it. She walked alone through the empty halls , her heels echoing in the hall, and she takes a shortcut, but it's cut off by her father.
" The king is on his way." Her father tells her, she nods, "yes," and he nods as well, " So where do you think you're going?" He asks, and she laughs nervously.
"To get some air." She lies.
He doesn't believe her. "Right. There is plenty of air inside as well, no?" He questioned, looking around the empty hall. She smiles , nodding once again. "Yes."
"Hmm, come. We must be there when King Caspian arrives."
Y/n sighs, huffing. She takes a deep breath and follows her father. He walks towards the throne room, where there stood in the center, the large stoned throne, silver diamond embroidered, shaved. King Nathaniel sat calmly and patiently while y/n stood beside him with her guard behind her, Grimsley by her father's side.
Y/n shifted from one foot to another, toying with her fingers. "Relax, princess." Thomas says behind her, whispering so only she can hear. She nods, swallowing. Footsteps approach and the doors open, Lord drinian steps first, then reepicheep the noble and brave rat—knight, she smiles when she sees reep and trumpkin, though she hides it. Her head is high, but they stare at her.
Then, here he came. Looking as different as before. He no longer had long hair but had cut it short, face was full of facial hair but not too much, it looked good, he was dressed in fine black clothes, black boots, with peter pevensie's sword hanging on his hip.
King Nathaniel stands, "King Caspian," he bows his head. Caspian hasn't seen y/n just yet, which she is thankful for. "We welcome you to our home," the king says, giving a warming welcome to the telmarine king.
"We are most grateful, You're grace." Caspian bows , y/n stares at him, but looks away shortly, not wanting to be caught. Her hands are locked in front of her, her chin high, and she avoided eye contact with any of her old friends.
Her father opened his mouth to speak of something, his voice echoing across the halls, reep and trumpkin stepping aside, lord drinian standing just beside caspian as always.
"My daughter and I hope your stay is as comfortable as you deserve." Her father says, smiling towards y/n, caspian looks at her, his fierce eyes trailing her form, she looked at him, bowing , "King caspian," She avoids his gaze, when she's straight he bows his head as well, "Princess y/n."
His tone was cold as usual, his telmarine accent gone, now replaced with an English strong and fierce accent. His voice was deeper. But then again, he was older.
She didn't say anything afterward, reepicheep looked at her, looking excited. She smiled softly at him, nodding to him as well.
When their welcome was over, y/n rushed out the throne room, thomas following quietly. She didn't turn to look at caspian, but she could feel his intense stare , following her as she walked out.
She let out a breath she didn't know she held, her back against a wall when she saw she was alone. Thomas gave her a look, "I see the tension still continues." He says, and she nods , chuckling.
"He hates me." She whispers, shaking her head. Thomas frowns. "I don't see how anyone could hate you, princess. You are kind."
Y/n shrugs, beginning to walk. Thomas never walked beside her, only ever walked behind her. Because that was his job as her guard. "He's hated me since before he met eighteen years ago." Y/ns begins, "but I suppose he only despised me when I accidentally, but to him, purposely hurt his precious susan." Y/n seemed sarcastic. She mocked Susan's name. Thomas seemed amused.
"It seems to me he's misunderstood you." Thomas says and y/n squeals. "EXACTLY!" She whispers yells. " The man only met me within 5 minutes and decided I'd be his worst enemy."
After walking, she made it to the garden and spent the rest of her day there.
----
Y/n knew she shouldn't be up late, but she couldn't sleep. Something kept her awake.
She walked alone at night with a lantern in her hand, making her way towards the library that truly belonged to her. She was the only one who read aside from her mother, who was.. gone now.
She opened the large door to the library and quickly closed it. The library was large, filled with problems, millions of books, a large and long window , showing a beautiful view of the moon and stars. She places the lantern down and goes over a couple of books, finding one that would be interesting for her.
"Not that one." She whispered to herself, as quiet as she could.
She was distracted with her book. She failed to realize she wasn't alone, and someone was watching her, both amused and slightly confused.
She dropped a book, hissing as the head of it hit Her toes. "Ow!" She hisses, desperately trying to be quiet. The library was incredibly both quiet and echoey. One sound, and it would echo loud enough for someone who coincidentally passed by to hear.
She bent to get the book, "Shouldn't you be asleep?" A voice behind her causes her to flinch and gasp. Turning she faces, standing in front of caspian who was dressed in other but a white button up, pants and his black boots. His hair was messy, and he looked tired.
"I-" She stammered, "I couldn't sleep." She said, then frowned. "Why are you here?" She asks suddenly. Caspian clicks his tongue, "it's a library, is it not? What other reason is there to be in a library if not to read?"
She mentally rolls her eyes, but instead, she hums. Not replying. She turns, grabbing a book, and wants to make a leave when his voice stops her. " You've changed." He says, his eyes are on the book in front of him for a moment, then he places it on a counter and looks at her, hands going on his pockets. Even from a distance, he was still very much taller than her.
"No," she shakes her head, "I haven't. I'm still the same." She lies. She did change. She'd like to believe. And he clearly sees it, too. He hums, he doesn't smile or anything. "But you have. Changed, of course. " he tells her again, he doesn't move.
His eyes are hers, waiting for her to reply. To say something. To bite back, but she didn't. She never did. Whenever caspian told her something, whether it was mean.. or mean. She'd never say anything back.
She shrugged. "Goodnight, Your grace."
-----
"I'm so glad to see you again, princess." Reepicheep says, biting into a block of cheese, cherishing the flavors.
Y/n smiles, "I'm glad to see you too, reep. Amazing how long it's been and nothings changed of you."
Reepicheep makes a 'oh stop' noise, waving his hand and chuckling. Y/n smiles, shaking her head while eating her breakfast. Her father is at the end of the dining table, caspian on the other end, y/n sat in the middle, reepicheep next to her, trumpkin in front and lord drinian next to caspian.
Y/n stood up, dusting herself off. "I'm off to the gardens father." Y/n says, caspian turns to look at her, her father nods. "So soon, my dear?" He asks, drinking his wine.
Y/n nods. "I'll be safe—"
"Yes, you will. Have Thomas be with you."
Y/n stays silent, only nods and leaves the wrong. Caspian watches her walk away and leave the room, reepicheep groans at his food, when capsian speaks.
"Thomas?"
The king looks at caspian, "Yes, her guard." He bites a grape. " Since the death of Queen Alysanne, I've been quite paranoid. I ordered for her to have a guard to protect her."
"I thought she was well trained in combat. No one would dare harm her. They can't to–" caspian stopped himself from finishing his sentence , ye coughs. "I see."
The king stares at caspian, "I can assure you your grace. My daughter has learned to defend herself, but as a father, I have my fears. Surely when you become a father, you will understand."
Caspian only nods but stays silent.
----
"He's so... irritating. He was in my library, thomas. my library." Y/n groans, walking through the gardens of roses.
Thomas is behind her, listening to her trantrums. Amused and finding it hard to keep on a laugh. "He gave me that stupid look, too."
"Look?" Thomas says, raising a brow. "Should I ask."
"Dont." Y/n warns.
Thomas puts his hands up in defense, smiling and shaking his head. Y/n continues to walk, collecting her own bouquet of flowers . "He frustrates me."
"I can see." Thomas says back, earning a glare from y/n. Thomas snorts out quietly.
----‐
Days passes, y/n had no idea why caspian was there. Why was he in her kingdom, she didn't know.
Days passed , and she avoided him every time. He looked at her often, sometimes wheen she caught him , he wouldn't look away. He sometimes studied her.
Until one day—night. Y/n got in a fight with her father. The two disagreed, and she stormed off. No one knew where to, but they knew she ran off to the forest.
Dayana tried to run after her, but even y/n was too fast for her to keep up.
"Where is she?" King Nathaniel shouts, the staff all flinch. Caspian stares with his arms crossed, he turns to Thomas, Thomas looks devastated and for some reason, caspian is glad.
Caspian grabs Thomas by the collar, leading him to a different room. " Where is she." Caspian nearly growls. Thomas doesn't flinch, although he should.
"Anwser me." Caspian says dangerously. " You are her guard. You know where she hides." Thomas looks at caspian and frowns.
"And you care why?" Thomas bites. "All you've been is cold towards her. "
Caspian huffs. " i don't care." He shrugs. "But she's the kings daughter. And if she dies, you'll be the one suffering the consequences." Thomas shakes his head.
After a moment of silence, thomas gives in. Telling caspian where y/n usually hides, a place no one knew about. And in an instant, caspian flees. Thomas watches, "Don't care? Rubbish." He says to himself.
----
Y/n is in the middle of the forest. It's dark, and she can't see. She wants to turn and return to the castle, but she doesn't want to face her father.
She's in complete silence , standing in the middle of a forest, and she's alone. She cursed herself, turning around, but she hears a crack, making her stop. Another crack followed.
"Hello?" Her voice isn't shaking. She's curious, but she regrets that she didn't bring a weapon with her. Though, she didn't really need one.
"Hello." A deep voice behind her approaches. She turns and sees a man, she can't see his face but he's wearing a cloak. "Oh." She whispers.
"Oh?"
"Sorry to... disturb. I was just leaving." She hesitates. The man in the cloak tilts his head. "But you just arrived. You couldn't possibly be leaving already?"
Y/n freezes, the man is scary. "I'm sorry , truly! But my fathe—"
"The king can wait." The man says quickly. Y/n doesn't day anything, one step forward, and she takes one back.
"Sir." She whispers. " I need to go home."
"Home?" He repeats. "I don't have a home. What's it like." He says. He keeps titling his head from left to right. His voice gets deeper and shallower.
"It... it's " the man takes wha looks like a dagger from his pocket, and y/n pretends she doesn't see.
"Uh huh?"
Y/n makes no noise and doesn't speak. She's quiet for a long time. "You do not want to get near me.""
The man chuckles. "Oh but I do. I haven't felt someone's touch in a very long time. I get lonely."
Y/ns breathe shudders. "You do not want to touch me." Is what she wants to say. But instead, she says quiet. The man in the cloak circles around her, though she still can't see his face.
He gets closer til he's inches away from her. She doesn't push him away. Suddenly, everything was done. Sudden, his hand grabbed her neck, throwing her to the ground with him on top of her. Her hand gripped his wrist, and immediately, he screamed in agony.
The burning desire, she could feel her veins pop out. She could feel her blood pumping, her heartbeat. She felt hungry for more. He screamed and screamed, shaking, crying, and sobbing. Yet the more he was dying thr weaker she seemed to get.
"Let go!" He screams. "Let go!" He screams repeatedly. But she did. She had let go a long time ago.
She was breathing heavily, trying to stand, trying to waddle her way closer to the castle. Her vision is blurry. She can't feel her legs. For a moment, she could hear faint screams from someone else before everything went black.
-----
Y/n opened her eyes slowly, blinking slowly. She can feel pain on her neck and on her head. She groans, not realizing she wasn't alone.
She expected her father or Thomas, maybe even dayana. But she never expected caspian sitting and watching her.
"Who did this to you." Is all he says. He stares at her neck, not looking away from him. "Who?" He asks again. But she doesn't reply.
"I will search this entire kingdom if I have to. Don't tempt me." He finally looks at her. She's confused.
"How did I end up here?" She asks, staring at her surroundings. Who brought her here and how.
He shrugs. "I found you in time. You were already on the ground, unconscious." He says to her. He hesitates for a moment. She raises a brow, slightly.
"How did you bring me here?" She asks again, slowly. He doesn't reply, he stares but he doesn't reply.
"Did you touch me?"
"I didn't have a choice. You were unconscious." He tells her. Y/n stares at him , eyes widened. "I hurt you?" She whispers, staring for injuries but he looked fine.
"No." He shakes his head.
"So how did you touch me?" She asks, her voice louder. He swallows, gets up from the chair and sits on the bed. Not too close to her.
"Do you remember when you touched susan?" He asks her, the memory replays on her head. She nods, brows narrowed down. "I pushed you away." He tells her, "and I didn't feel pain. I pushed you from your shoulder, I felt your skin under mine. But I didn't feel pain. And I wondered—" He pauses to lick his lips. "Susan was in tears from a mere touch from you, an injury that scarred on her arm, and yet your touch never affected me."
Y/n is listening, but she can't believe it—him.
"I thought it was because I touched you so quickly and pulled away, but a couple nights ago." He hesitates. "You fell asleep in the library, and I couldn't help it." He stops. "I touched your face. It was killing me... I needed to know. And... it didn't hurt me."
Nothing makes sense anymore. Y/n is lost for words. She can't understand everything anymore.
"And when I saw you fall, your head was bleeding. I didn't check to see if there was anyone else. I needed to take you to safety. I brought you before anyone could see me." Caspian says, his eyes were deep and staring into hers.
"I can touch you?" She whispers and he nods. "Only you?"
Caspian seems hesitant but nods. " yes."
"Oh."
-------
Y/n sat in the library. A book In her hand, she's focused when the doors open and there is caspian. Dressed in a black robe, he's frozen on the spot.
Y/n paused. She avoided him since the accident. Not knowing or wanting to see or talk to him, afraid of the subject.
"I apologize—I didn't know you'd be--"
"It's okay." She says quickly. Offering him a kind smile. "The library is for all. Please.." She goes back to her book, and he nods.
After minutes of silence, he looks at her. "Couldn't sleep?" He asks, wanting to make conversation. She shakes her head, not looking at him.
"Me neither." He whispers.
Y/n sighs " it scares me to sleep." She says, admitting. He stares at her. " why is that?" He asks.
She shrugs. "When you sleep... you never know what's happening in the world. When you sleep, you're in a void of darkness. Since the night my mother was killed, I haven't been able to peacefully sleep without feeling like something will happen to me or to my father." She confesses , she closes her book, and stares up at him, but he's already staring at her.
"I suppose that is why I found you sleeping here? In the daylight."
Y/n smiles, nodding.
He hums, watching her stand. She places the book on the counter, bowing her head as she nears him.
"Goodnight 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘢𝘯."
Caspian watches her leave the room, passing him he deeply inhales. The smell of lilies and soap brings him to heaven. He closes his eyes, savoring the smell.
"Goodnight, Y/n."

MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
Y/n and Edmund were already friends when they went to the professor's house to escape the war. And it was also there when they were able to travel to Narnia for the first time, and despite everything they went through, they had each other for support.
After defeating the White Queen and becoming kings and queens of Narnia, Ed and Y/n's friendship began to take a different direction. They were both more than in love with each other and everyone knew it, but they were so oblivious that they didn't notice the signs they were giving.
A few years passed and courage came along with maturity and they confessed the feelings they felt for each other. It didn't take long for Edmund to ask Y/n to marry him and they got married.
However, after 1 year of marriage, Y/n and the Pevensies brothers ended up returning to the real world, in which they were still children.
And after long conversations, Y/n and Edmund returned to their relationship status and became boyfriends again. Because well, it wasn't the most common thing for pre-teens to be married, like that from one day to the next - despite having spent years in Narnia.
The years in the real world passed, Edmund and Y/n were happy with their relationship. They both studied at the same school, they had returned home, everything was going very well. Until a call comes and drags them to Narnia again.
After much searching for why they were there, they meet Prince Caspian who ends up telling them everything that was happening in the world.
Days passed and the ancient kings and queens had formed an army of soldiers together with Caspian, to prevent any type of threat that the Telmarines could send.
At the moment, Edmund and Y/n were sitting on top of the cave in which they were 'hiding'.
The 16-year-old girl was swinging her legs, while Edmund was behind them, with his arms around her waist and his head resting on his left shoulder.
"What would have happened if we hadn't returned to our world the first time we came here?" Edmund asks, while looking at the horizon together with Y/n.
The sun was still very high, but as it was autumn, the sun's rays did not provide adequate heat.
Y/n shifts a little and puts her hands where Ed's were.
"Honestly?? I don't know. But one thing is for sure, we wouldn't be here to help Caspian with the Telmarines." Edmund rolls his eyes when he mentions the prince's name. It wasn't like he hated the man. But lately he was with Y/n a lot and that was making the brunette jealous. "I don't think I could live 1300 years to be here" The girl jokes and Edmund smiles.
He places a kiss on the girl's shoulder and turns his head to look at his girlfriend.
"Since we're here, we should go for a walk. Peter said that later--" Ed can't finish, as someone is calling Y/n's name downstairs.
“Y/N!!” The person looks up and waves at the two.
"Can't this idiot see that you're busy?" Edmund spoke quietly, just to himself.
"CASPIAN, HI!!" Y/n waves from above, as she takes Edmundo's hands off her waist and prepares to get up. "I had agreed with Caspian that I would help him train with the sword." She smiles at Edmund, who now had a frown as he looked down at Caspian, as the Prince spoke to Reepicheep.
"Shouldn't we go for a walk now?" Ed turns his head to Y/n, but he was still in his place. Meanwhile, Y/n took her sword and placed it next to her waist and tied her hair in a high ponytail.
"I'm sorry. I'll see you later" The girl leans over and places a quick kiss on her boyfriend's cheek and walks towards the stairs.
Edmund turns forward again and sighs deeply, as he sees his girlfriend approach Caspian downstairs and laugh at something he said.
It's not like Edmund is a man with insecurities. On the contrary, he had a gigantic ego and loved to tease Y/n with it. Which made the girl roll her eyes and say that he was a man with very high self-esteem. But ever since Caspian showed up and formed a friendship with Y/n, he felt inferior to the prince.
There was even one night where Y/n was talking to Caspian about the war that was brewing and Edmund found himself thinking how well the two of them suited each other.
If Y/n knew this, she could spank her boyfriend and tell him to never think about it again. He was hers, and she would always be his. There was nothing and no one that could make the two separate.
But Edmund didn't know.
•••••••••••••••••••••••
Hours had passed and if they were to calculate the time with the position of the sun, they could say that it was already past 4 in the afternoon.
Edmund was inside with Lucy, Susan and Peter while the three talked about strategies against Miraz. Ed's mind wasn't fully in the conversation, Y/n and Caspian hadn't yet returned from training and this was causing different paranoias that his mind invented.
"Edmund? Are you okay?" Lucy asks and the other two brothers turn their heads to look at the boy too.
"Yes, yes. Of course" he says shaking his head and smiling fakely.
"So what did Peter just say?"
"Something about you and Susan going to the forest later" Edmund says and Lucy nods and returns to the conversation with her older brothers.
No more minutes pass and Edmund can hear Y/n's voice fill his ears, followed by Caspian's laughter. Which made the Righteous King roll his eyes slightly.
"I'm glad you're here!! I wanted to talk to you" Peter says as Y/n and the Prince approached them.
Y/n smiles and approaches Edmund to wrap his arm around Ed's.
It was no secret that Y/n's love actor was physical touch. Whenever she could, she hooked her arms with Edmund's, or just her little fingers. Kisses were also exchanged, on the corner of the mouth, on the cheek, on the neck, on the hand. She and Ed were in love with each other and never failed to show it to the public.
However, this time, when Y/n approached him to touch him, he shied away. At the moment, Y/n didn't notice and so didn't try to make contact with him again, she was paying attention to what Peter was telling her. However, Susan and Lucy observed their younger brother's action and exchanged glances.
"As I had for my brothers, we will leave in the morning to go to Miraz's camp, while Edmund goes to meet him to send a message, Caspian and Y/n try to get as much equipment as they can from their army. Ok?" Peter finishes and Y/n nods while the others respond that everything is fine.
"It was just that?" Edmund asks and Peter nods. "Okay, I'm leaving" he says in a serious tone and leaves the room. Leaving, Peter and Caspian talking, while Y/n frowned and watched her boyfriend leave the large space. Therefore, Susan and Lucy exchanged glances again.
"What was this?" Y/n turns to her sisters-in-law and asks.
Lucy shrugs. As if to say he didn't know either.
"We don't know. The moment you arrived and went close to him, Lucy and I saw that he escaped. But after that, I think there is something wrong with him" Susan says worriedly.
"I saw him leave, but I didn't want to say anything." Y/n speaks. "We were much earlier. I'm going to see what's going on!!" Y/n smiles at her sisters-in-law before moving.
"Lucy and I are going to get ready to leave. Let us know anything, ok?" Susan puts a hand on her sister-in-law's shoulder and she smiles.
"Okay. And you guys take care!!" Y/n says and smiles at them, so Susan and Lucy leave the room too.
"So?? Do you want to train more or enough classes for today?" Caspian asks as soon as Peter starts talking to his troops.
"I think today is fine. I'm going to check on Eds. He's been acting strange since we arrived" Y/n says and Caspian nods positively.
"Okay. Go check on your husband" he smiles kindly.
Y/n furrows her eyebrows and smiles.
"How do you know Ed and I were married?" She puts her hands in the back pocket of her pants and questions Caspian with a smile.
"Well, I had to do some research before they called you guys to help me." He says raising his arms in surrender. "They were murderers and they were at my uncle's side"
Y/n rolls her eyes smiling.
"Really. It's always good to do some research like that beforehand" She laughs and then walks away a little. "See you later, Caspian"
He raises a hand as a way of saying goodbye and Y/n leaves and goes to where Edmund could be.
After looking for him in every room, the last place he could be is up there. Where was he with her earlier?
Once there, Edmund had his feet on the edge and threw some pebbles he found on the ground beside him.
"Eds, is everything okay? You walked out of the room strangely just now. And well, these last few days you've been acting really strangely too. Is something going on?" Y/n asks as she bends down and places her hands on his shoulders.
He shrugs his shoulders and Y/n removes his hands and looks at Ed, while sitting next to him.
"It's okay...I guess" he says quietly.
"Ed...I know when something is going on with you. I've known you since I was little, we were married and dating for years. You can trust me." She tries to get closer to him, but he removes his hand before she can put it on.
“Yes, that’s the problem Y/n!!” He turns quickly, making Y/n jump. "I can trust you, I've known you for years. The way you know me, I know you, but it's not happening anymore. These meetings of yours with Caspian all early in the morning and late in the afternoon are driving me crazy." He gets up and Y/n looks at him scared.
Which ends up causing her to get up too and start to question what he was trying to say.
"Edmund?? What are you insinuating with that??" Y/n says seriously. "You mean I'm seeing Caspian because I can have a secret romance with him??? IS THAT?" Y/n freaks out. How in years could he think that of her?!
“IT’S Y/N, EXACTLY THAT!!” He screams and opens his arms briefly. Which made Y/n's eyes start to form tears in the corner of them. "You spend so much time with him, I feel like you're putting our relationship aside. I know we're in a possible war, but spending time with your boyfriend doesn't kill anyone."
"Are you listening to what you're saying?? It seems like you don't trust me and our relationship" she says with some tears falling.
"How can I trust?? When we were Kings and Queens of Narnia, you ran away from your marriage to the prince of Calormania to be with me. What guarantee do I have, that you are not doing this again to be with Caspian and me?" drop??" Edmund says loudly and turns to see Y/n, realizing what had said, his eyes widen.
Y/n stands ecstatic in place. Immobile, statue. His brain was replaying all the words Ed will just say.
What guarantee do I have that you're not doing this again to get Caspian and dump me??
Was that what he thought of her?? If she had done it once, could she do it again? With him?? Love of your life?!!
"Y/n, I don't..." He tries to say but she cuts him off in the middle of the sentence.
"Is that what you think about me, Edmund??" Tears fall violently from the girl's eyes. "Do you think that if I did it once I can do it again?? Do you think I have a chance of leaving you?? You are insulting me, as if I were capable of that. You know very well how I feel about this matter. It's the same thing about you!! Would you like me to say that you have a chance of betraying your brothers again?? I NEVER INSIGNED THAT TO YOU. HOW COULD EDMUND BE ABLE TO DO THAT??" Y/n practically screams, as she turns to leave.
"Y/n, that's not what I was saying. You know--" he follows her up the stairs and outside.
"SHUT UP" She screams. "SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP" she screams desperately, making Peter, who was inside, listen. "Leave me alone" Y/n says before walking away and leaving Edmund crying.
Peter runs out and finds Edmund kneeling on the floor crying desperately, while running his hands through his hair.
"Ed, what happened??" Peter approaches his brother. “I heard Y/n screaming.” With this sentence, Edmund cries more.
Peter helps his brother to cheer himself up, as he stood up and looked around to see if Y/n was nearby.
The sun was starting to set and he didn't want anyone outside the perimeters they had established. If not, it would be certain death if it was disarming.
Peter had even thought about sending some of his soldiers to go after Y/n, but he knew that she and Edmund had a fight and she needed to cool down.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Night had already fallen and hours had passed, and Y/n still hadn't returned.
Looking around the perimeter, one of the soldiers had informed Peter, Caspian and Edmund that one of the horses had gone missing. Which led the three of them to think that Y/n had gone riding to try and distract her mind.
"Alright, me and a few others will go after Queen Y/n. In the meantime, you guys stay here in case she shows up." Peter says.
"I'll go along" Edmund says, getting up from a rock he was sitting on.
Reepicheep jumps on Edmund's shoulder and slaps him on the head.
"aww!!"
"You stay here. I heard your fight and I know the last person she wants to see is you. Sit there now!!" He says harshly and Edmund obeys.
Caspian lowers his head and hides as Edmund glares deadly at him.
"Should we inform Susan and Lucy too??" Caspian says, as he looked at King Peter now.
"They must be very far away now. But we will find Y/n before they even ask if everything is okay here." Peter tries to think positively.
With that, Peter and 3 other soldiers from his troops left to go in search of Y/n who was now probably lost in the forest. Thus leaving Caspian, Edmund and Reepicheep inside.
"Look..." Caspian starts saying and Edmund looks at him. "I probably know that the fight started because of me..."
"...I'm glad you know..." Edmund rolls his eyes.
"And I really didn't want to have caused it. I never looked at her or thought about anything more than our friendship. She's a sweet, gentle, companionable girl. Before I called you to Narnia again, I found out that you were married and had a beautiful relationship before this, it was never my intention to separate one from the other. I also know how much she loves you, in our first trainings, she couldn't stop talking about how you trained her in Cair Paravel. Her eyes filled with love and passion when" Caspian he finishes and gives Edmund a friendly smile, before leaving and leaving him alone.
And when he realized the positive words Caspian gave him, Edmund burst into tears again.
And meanwhile, Peter and the soldiers were in the dense forest looking for Y/n. The current of the river that passed by them was so violent that it made a giant noise.
"KING PETER, I THINK I FOUND SOMETHING" Oreius says louder than Peter could hear.
With that, The Magnificent King and the others approach where Oreius was. Only to see Y/n's horse lying dead on the riverbank, with some arrows in its belly and Y/n trapped between some rocks in the river, also with an arrow shot in her left arm.
“Holy shit, Y/n!!” Peter exclaims desperately as he gets off the horse and runs to the water to get her out.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
After pulling Y/n out of the water, Peter and the troops ran to where they were camping so he could go to one of his soldiers who could save her.
The Queen was in terrible condition, and if there was no one who had medical experience, the end would be near.
Not even Lucy's bottle could help, since she and Susan had left for a mission and if they were to call them now to come back, Y/n would already be gone.
Arriving at the place where they were, Peter gets off the horse with Y/n in his arms and runs to the main room. Thus asking Oreius to call someone from his troops with medical experience to help his sister-in-law.
“Y/N!?” Edmund runs towards his brother and his girlfriend, while Peter placed Y/n lying on the floor.
"We found her in the river trapped in some rocks. We don't know how long she was there, but she was hit by an arrow and that probably caused her to fall off her horse and drown in the water." Peter explains and Edmund tried to do mouth to mouth breathing with her, so that she would come back to life.
"Has anyone called a specialist yet??" Edmund speaks loudly and they nod their heads in agreement.
Before long, Oreius arrived with a fellow soldier who said she already had experience with this type of trauma and had already managed to save some.
"Excuse me" Fabieni - the minotaur, approaches Y/n's body and begins to carry out the procedures with the equipment available there.
King Peter asked to empty the room and leave only those most useful. So as not to disturb Fabieni in the rescue process.
Caspian nodded and was about to leave with the others, when he felt a hand pull his forearm.
"Y-you can stay" Caspian looks back and sees Edmund with his eyes full of tears.
Caspian smiles slightly and nods.
Peter, Caspian, Edmund and Oreius were further away from Y/n's body, so as not to disturb Fabieni in the process.
There were a few minutes of Fabieni giving Y/n cardiac massage and examining the arrow wound on her arm, before stopping and looking down. Which left Edmund distressed.
"What happened?? What's going on??" Edmund gets up and approaches Y/n's body.
"I've tried everything... But we don't know exactly how long she was in the water, and we don't know how deep the arrow could be in her chest. And if we pull it out and there's a hemorrhage, we don't have any equipment that can save her." la. Your pulse is also very weak...I'm sorry, King Edmund..." Fabieni says before getting up and being guided by Oreius out of the room.
Edmundol lowers himself onto Y/n's body and begins to cry desperately. Peter also had some tears in his eyes when he approached his brother.
"Ed...did you hear Fabieni...come on brother, there's nothing--"
"NO!!" Edmund screams and starts giving Y/n a cardiac massage, while interspersing with mouth-to-mouth breathing. "I'm not going to let Y/n go away like this. There's something. Someone call Susan and Lucy here again, Lucy has that bottle that can help and--"
"They're very far away at these times, Ed" Peter tries to put his hand on his brother's shoulder.
"NO, GET UP AND DO SOMETHING. I'M NOT GOING TO LET MY WIFE DIE HERE!!" Edmund screams and goes back to doing cardiac massage.
What he didn't know was that right when Peter went after Y/n, Caspian had called them by trumpet and they would probably already be nearby.
"Peter, come here..." Caspian calls the supreme king and they both leave the room, to leave Edmund alone and Caspian to talk to Peter about what he had already done.
"Come on, Y/n" Edmund squeezed Y/n's chest, so that her pulse increased. "Come back to me, baby." He cries, almost losing his strength but never giving up on her. "I'm sorry for everything I put you through, it's all my fault. You know I love you so much and I wouldn't do anything to hurt you. But I feel like I hurt your heart with those disgusting words I screamed at you. So please come back to me." Edmund cries as he says it. "If you don't want to be with me anymore, that's fine, but please. Come back to life"
Edmund spent around 40 minutes doing cardiac massage until the queens arrived.
"Where is she, where is she?" Lucy runs into the room. "Edmund!!"
"Lucy!!"
"Caspian called us a few hours ago, we didn't know what it was but we came as quickly as possible" Susan explains as she approaches her younger brother.
Edmund looks at Caspian and tries to smile.
He made a mental note to thank Caspian after this was all over.
"Come Ed, let Lúcia take care of it now" Peter calls his brother and wraps him in a hug, while Edmund looked at his girlfriend's body, almost devoid of color and life.
Lucy bent down next to Y/n's body with the bottle and checked her pulse. Thus, standing next to your sister-in-law's glass without making any movement or putting a drop from the bottle in her mouth
"Lucy, why are you standing there?? Do something!!" Edmund asks, trying to get out of his older brother's arms.
Meanwhile, Susan, Caspian, Oreius and reepicheep were further away.
"I need her heartbeat to stop so I can put the liquid in her. We don't know what will happen if I ingest it in her, when she still has life. Even if it's minimal" Lucy says and then checks her pulse.
It doesn't take long for Lucy to place her sister-in-law's arm on the floor and turn to her brothers.
"The pulse is gone" she says and Edmund starts to cry. "Now we just have to pray for it to take effect" Lucy says while shaking and putting a drop of the liquid in her sister-in-law's mouth and taking the arrow out of her chest, thus pressing it so that there is no bleeding.
Seconds and minutes passed and nothing was back to normal.
Edmund leaves Peter's side and approaches Y/n.
"Why isn't it working??" He asks desperately and Lucy gets up, now with some tears in her eyes.
Had she arrived too late??
Edmund looks at Y/n and caresses his girlfriend/wife's pale cheek.
"Y/n, please...come back to me" a tear falls from Ed's eye and lands on the girl's face. Thus making her open her eyes and start coughing.
Ed helps her get up to spit out the water that was still in the girl's throat.
"It's okay, it's okay" Ed says as she spits out all the water and cries.
"Ed..." She wraps her arms around his neck and puts her head on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said all those words. I was so scared of losing you, that I almost made it happen. It's still my fault." He cries.
"I'm here. I'm fine!! I don't plan on leaving your life, I never have" Y/n whispers.
"Please do not leave me."
"Never, darling.

Author: Just to explain, the Fabieni described in the story does not exist in the films. I only created her to have a role as a doctor, so as not to get lost without someone specialized in the health field there in this story.

"He wants to destroy me." You rolled your eyes.
"I think you could definitely beat him ... and then ... give him to me" Edmund smirked at your response, Caspian kept looking down and then looked back up at the two of you, as you were starting to argue about who has who.
"Don't worry Cas, just go out there and kick their smug asses."
"Right." Caspian hugged you as he shook Edmund's hand. Caspian pulled his mask over his head and grabbed his sword as he ran off towards the field.
"Ed?" You asked, as you went to sit in the stands. Peter Pevensie looked at you and all you could think of was his strong, warm body leaning against yours as he kissed you feverishly. You could almost imagine the smile he was giving you as he ran up and down your body. You look up at Edmund, a smile twining your lips. He glares at you.
"Don't even think about it missy, your brother would kill you and then kill me for letting you do it."
Halfway through the games, you could feel the tension getting tighter and tighter. Peter was aiming for Caspian, who was trying to stay away from Tummnus, who was the supposed assassin trying to kill all the supernatural beings in Narnia.
"He's doing really well." I nodded, leaning my head against his shoulder.
"Yeah. That other one, Peter. Caspian doesn't like him."
"I can feel it."
"Why is he looking at you like that?"
"I don't know. By the way, I'm going to run to the warehouse, okay? I'll talk to you in a bit."
"Sure." He nods. You head to the warehouse, completely dodging the many suits of armor that were stored there. As you sigh, leaning against the wall, you felt a tap on your shoulder. Startled, you turn around.
"Peter?" he smiled lowering his head "hello darling" you smiled back "I've missed you, I barely saw you today" his lips were about to touch yours.
"What if Caspian sees us?" you whisper, looking into his eyes through your lashes. “let him see then” he moved closer, his other hand landing on the other side of your neck. His heartbeat quickens, the closer he gets, your feet instinctively recoil, until your back presses against the rock wall. As his chest leans into yours, you take a deep breath, trying to control yourself.
"Please Pete." You whimper, reaching your hands out to grab his forearms. He gripped your waist tighter, before pressing his lips to yours. Your eyes closing, before he moved closer, sliding your body closer. He bent down slightly, due to the large height difference between the two of you.
"Fuck, Peter." You gasped, as he pulled your shirt over your head. You looked up at him passionately, before jumping up, your legs wrapping around him. His hands remained at your sides, not touching you in the slightest. He found it incredibly sexy, that you could practically stay with him. You look down at his bright, beautiful face, biting your lip. You leaned down, as his hands reach for your ass, squeezing.
He pushed you against one of the warehouse benches, leaning over. He stopped to admire you for a second. You unbuttoned your skirt and slid the drawstring down seductively, before a hand slipped under your underwear. He rubbed you gently, sliding one hand up to cup your left breast.
He raised his eyebrows, "Damn, y/n." He groaned, tearing at your thighs and tugging at the remaining fabric. He moved your panties aside and licked your clit. You gasped, your fingers curling into his blond hair. He inserted two fingers into your slit, curling them instantly. You wiggled against his fingers, "Mmm, you like that?" The vibrations sent you into overdrive as Peter muttered the dirty words.
"Shit, Pete! Please!"
"Mm-mm." He shakes his head, before returning to sucking on your clit. He pulls away, drying his hands on his trousers, "I have a game to attend sweetheart." You stand up, your eyes bright with anger and disappointment.
"You didn't."
"Didn't what?" He smirked, running a hand through his hair.
"You're an asshole."
"I give you a reason to come back, am I right?" He spreads his arms wide to prove his point. You glare at him and tie up your skirt and shirt. You fixed your hair, while he gave you an amused look. Your storm passed him, you bumped your shoulder into his in "accident".
Peter walks behind you until you reach the gates of the camp, he left a kiss on your cheek. You scream, seeing him wink at you. He puts his helmet back on and runs into the field, excusing himself over the toilet and feeling dizzy. You stare in awe at the scene before running over to Edmund, who raises his eyebrows at you.
"I'll tell Caspian." He stands up, about to run towards your older brother. You push him down, seating him again.
"Tell him what?"
"That you had sex with Peter!" He ran off and you sighed.
"We didn't have sex." You bit your lip and looked at the man who knocked the wind out of you in the sword store, "Not yet."
