Whew, it's been a minute. Lots of changes in my personal life. A change I didn't want or ask for. Grief is gut wrenching but life happens fast and changes in a blink of an eye. The universe shows you all the time who is really the boss. All these changes have really got me focused on Self. Self love to be exact.
