Thaw whipped topping. Crush cookies, about 1 1/2 cups. Heat cream in small sauce pan on medium high, 4 to 5 minutes or until hot and steaming. Remove pan from heat. Add chocolate morsels without stirring and let sit 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk chocolate mixture until smooth. Set aside. 2. Spread 1 1/4 cups pudding evenly in a large serving bowl. Combine 8 ounces whipped topping with remaining 1 1/4 cups of pudding and cinnamon. Spread evenly on top of first layer of chocolate pudding. Top with one cup cookies. Mix beef and pork together in a large bowl. Stir onions, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian herb seasoning, and Parmesan cheese into meat mixture with a rubber spatula (i use my washed hands) until combined. Using wet hands, form meat mixture into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Arrange onto prepared baking sheet. Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers(keto friendly) Ingredients 1 1/2 lb Ground beef 4 bell peppers, medium 1/2 cup Salsa 1 packet Taco seasoning mix 1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese 1 cup Sour cream 3/4 cup Water Directions Preheat oven to 350° F. Wash peppers then slice lengthwise in half through the middle and remove seeds. Place in a casserole dish with 1/4 cups water. Cover and microwave 7 to 10 minutes, or until peppers are soft. Check periodically for doneness. In the meantime, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Add the taco seasoning and water and cook according to recipe or packet instructions. After the meat is cooked, mix in sour cream, salsa, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the marinade ingredients and mix the pieces until they’re evenly coated. 2. Add the seasoned corn flour and rub it into the chicken with your hands. The chicken will first start to stick together in clumps but will start to separate as you continue to rub it. Once all the chicken has completely separated it is ready to be fried. 3. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. 4. Use a large pot and fill it halfway with vegetable oil and heat it to 350°. Carefully add the marinated chicken and deep fry it until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the pieces carefully with a slotted spoon and drain well on a plate covered with kitchen paper. 5. In a separate pot, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat until smoking hot. Add the onion and pepper and stirfry for one minute until the onions are lightly browned. Then pour the sauce over it and bring it to a vigorous boil.  6. Check out the Recipe Drawer App on all the app stores Pellet grill Shredded beef sandwiches Ingredients 3 CUPS BEEF STOCK, DIVIDED 2 LBS CHUCK ROAST 4 HOAGIE ROLLS, SLICED LENGTHWISE KINDERS BROWN SUGAR RUB 1 YELLOW ONION Directions Place chuck roast in a glass baking dish. Season with Kinders Rub, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next day, remove chuck roast from the refrigerator. Fire up your Peller grill and with the lid open, set your temperature to SMOKE mode. Once the fire is lit, preheat to 225° F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for low, indirect heat. Place chuck roast directly on the grill grate, then close the lid and smoke for 3 hours, spraying with 1 cup of beef stock every hour. Slice the onion and place in a cast iron skillet or a glass baking dish , then pour the remaining cup of stock over the onions and set roast on top of onions. Increase temperature to 275° F and cook an additional 2 ½ to 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Cover the roast with a cast iron lid or aluminum foil, and cook for another 2 ½ to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 200° F. Remove chuck roast from the grill. Allow the roast to rest for 10 minutes, then remove from the skillet and shred. Place the ham facedown in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup and mustard and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cook until reduced slightly, about 2 minutes; set aside. Brush the baked ham with the glaze, then top with the pineapple rings, securing them with toothpicks.
