As the Dark Lord of Mordor, he is always on the lookout for ways to increase his influence and rule over Middle-Earth

One night, he is visited by a vision of a woman who would help him fulfill a prophecy that would grant him even more power. This vision ignites a fiery determination within him, and he sets his minions on the task of finding her and bringing her to him

His servants search far and wide, but the woman is elusive and hard to find. Months pass without success, but finally, one of his minions stumbles upon her during a routine scouting mission

He brings Sauron the news, and the Dark Lord is overjoyed. He immediately orders his minions to keep a close eye on her and bring him regular reports

But Sauron's desire for this mysterious woman grows stronger with each passing day. He wants her for himself, and orders his minions to bring her to him

She is everything he has hoped she would be - powerful and capable of fulfilling the prophecy. The moment they meet, Sauron feels a magical bond between them that he has never experienced before. He is immediately obsessed with her, unable to tear his eyes away from her

With a single glimpse, he is captivated by her beauty. So much so that he takes her face in his hand before she has even noticed his presence. His ice-cold mental glove caresses her cheeks and he absorbs every delicate detail, leaving her with an unsettling sensation

When she turns her head to the side, Sauron becomes more aggressive. He grabbs her chin with one hand and held her neck with the other, forcing her to look into his eye

Despite being an evil, dark lord with a reputation for cruelty, he develops a soft spot for her

He tells his minions not to harm her and threatens those who do with severe punishment. He does not want to lose her or drive her away, for he knows that she is the key to fulfilling his ultimate goal - becoming the most powerful being in Middle-Earth

"I would rather burn the world than see it harm you."

Sauron spends every waking hour with her, pouring his heart and soul into their relationship. He is desperate to learn everything he could about her, her abilities, and her place in the grand scheme of things. He is certain that she is the one he has been seeking for so long, the one who would help him achieve true greatness

As the days pass, the bond between them only grows stronger, and Sauron's obsession with her only deepens. He knows that the prophecy is within his grasp, and he would do whatever it takes to fulfill it with her by his side

The woman is initially reluctant to trust Sauron. But as he charms her with his words and gifts, she begins to fall under his spell

Sauron soon begins to see the woman as his property and becomes increasingly possessive and demanding. He expects her to devote all of her time and energy to him, and becomes violent when she tries to resist

"Your heart beats in harmony with mine, the two inextricably linked in a bond so strong that no other force can break it. You are mine, and I am yours, our destinies intertwined forevermore."

Sauron is constantly monitoring the woman, using magic to invade her thoughts and dreams. He knows her every move and thought, and he uses this knowledge to control her

Sauron revels in her obedience, especially when she sits at his feet as he holds court with his many war generals. It is a constant reminder of his power over her, and he loves having her as his symbol. Even when he is deep in conversation, he still takes a moment to stroke her hair, relishing in her submission. He senses the tension in her body, and it only increases his satisfaction

"There is no one like you, my beautiful darling. The way you bend to my will pleases me greatly. You are a constant reminder of the power I have over you, and it thrills me to no end. The woman is conflicted about Sauron's behavior, but she is unable to resist the powerful bond between them. She tries to convince herself that she can change him, but as time goes on, she realizes that he is too deeply engrained in his dark ways to change

If she tries to escape, Sauron would likely use his powerful magic to track her down and capture her

He would stop at nothing to keep her under his control. If the woman manages to escape his grasp, Sauron would likely become more obsessed than ever, and he would use all of his resources to find her and bring her back to him. He would stop at nothing to keep her by his side, even if it meant using his most dark and nefarious tactics to do so

𝓣𝓦𝓼 ~ Yandere, possessive and obsessive behavior, hints at violent behavior, emotional and psychological manipulation, unhealthy and abusive relationships

⊹ ࣪ ˖ Melkor

Probably the most obvious answer. Melkor is particularly obsessive and possessive and doesn't take no for an answer, believing that no one has any right to deny He who arises in Might, the true King of Arda. His love can turn into hatred in a heartbeat, and he will do whatever it takes to claim you as his.

⊹ ࣪ ˖ Varda

The Queen of Stars and Lady of Light is not only revered, but also feared for a reason. She's used to being adored by everyone and admired as the most beautiful being in Eä, so your rejection would be incomprehensible to her. How could you possibly deny her? And what most people don't know about Varda is that her wrath burns just as bright and hot as her stars, and she can be very vindictive.

Námo never forgets and has power over fate and death. What a grievous injustice you have committed by rejecting him... but he knows already it won't matter. Request: Request for Thingol x Reader, where Thingol is extremely generous but it’s manipulative because he’s so possessive of what he considers his. - @elentarial

᯽ When Thingol uses his wealth to spoil you endlessly, it’s always done with the intention of keeping in Doriath and at his side. To prevent you from turning your head to gaze at the slightest individual who attempts to make a mistake and pose as a suitor.

᯽ When you met, that’s how he reeled you in, with gifts by the bucket load. Showing off his wealth and impressing you with things you could have by staying with him. Your life would be better than any of the lives another could present.

᯽ He’s strategic about how and when he delivers his gifts. Not everything you ask for you gets; he would store gifts you beg for at the back of his mind when you decide to throw a tantrum and act out of turn. It keeps you in place and shows you that he never forgets and always remembers your interest.

᯽ He presents them whenever you are sulking to present himself as someone who cares and pushes aside the major conflict at hand. If you two were arguing about you wanting to roam the grounds on your own, he’ll present you with a jewellery set you were begging him for months ago. “See my dear, you believe that I don’t care about you, but if I can remember you wanted this months ago, doesn’t that mean I care?”

᯽ He always does this to keep you in line and at his side. It becomes substantially worse if you’re a mortal. Whatever your eyes fall on or the slightest mention of fancying something, it’s at your door before the day or week ends. With it, there’s always an attached note reminding you that he cares about you that’s why he’s always presenting you with gifts.

᯽ Of course, there are times when you would request something, and he would outright tell you that you must accompany him on a walk or have a meal with him if you want it. A bargain is always struck between you two. That’s the most you’ll ever see the King compromising with someone, and at the end of the day, it’s beneficial on his end more than yours.

᯽ Every year on your anniversary, he’ll spoil you by taking you to the place you both met and having an exquisite dinner and splendid gifts presented to show you that he has no issue with allowing you to leave the palace grounds.

᯽ His forms of gifts aren’t always materialistic but also verbal. While the King enjoys being praised and complimented, when it comes to his darling, he bends the knee for you and provides gifts in those aspects. “The most beautiful darling in all of the realm and Arda. The Lady Varda stars and creation could never compare to your beauty darling.”

᯽ He’ll give himself credit for having such a fantastic lover like yourself. “I did such a perfect job having a perfect little love for myself. You’re too perfect and precious to let go. I’m so glad that you’re mine.” And expect a little trinket after that compliment.

᯽ To top it off, you have received a necklace and bracelet that carries his name and sigil on them. He demands that you wear them at all times for people to get the idea that you are taken.

“where will you go, darling?” he'd croon, curling some of your hair along the crux of his finger as he leans in with his usual smile. the same one you had come to associate with a master of lies, a two-faced deceiver.

“who would believe you? that I could be any of what you claim me to be?” manwë chuckles as he listens to your thrumming heart and pulls you closer, as if to dance. and as his hands and arms draw yours into position, he leans in to press a kiss against the racing pulse of your neck.

“they would all think you mad,” he begins to sway with you. “they would reject you, ridicule you. . .”

ʚ When you gave birth to twin boys he was overjoyed. Everything seemed normal for the few months - until you had started acting out. He dwindled the possibility of keeping you away from your sons above your head

ʚ Legolas was never one to lock you away and instead gave you ‘freedom’, so it didn’t change much during your pregnancy. However, he did give you a bit of a schedule: when to be back in the room, when to do what and where, etc

ʚ He was ecstatic to be a father - not only was he willing to start a family with you but it also meant that you were bound to him forever now. You could never leave him

ʚ And when the twins were born he made sure to tell you that. Smiling as usual as he held one of his sons, looking upon you with fond eyes as he spoke of how you could never leave him

ʚ In fear of angering him while you were already in such a horrid state you had become completely complacent - much to his delight. He quite liked it when you were in this state, it made it easier for him to bend you to his will

ʚ When the twins were born it was definitely some adjusting, he didn’t know the first thing of being a father so one could imagine that you did majority of the parenting, as harsh as that sounds

ʚ Like Mairon, he wasn’t too thrilled you find out you were pregnant but when he sat down and thought about it, he eventually accepted it - after all, it meant that it would be far easier to manipulate you to his will plus would make it difficult for you to leave him

ʚ Would not be any easier on you during your pregnancy and would most likely close off all your contact with anyone else other than him. You would be locked within his chambers for the entire duration

ʚ Being the silver-tongued man he is he would probably begin weaving little threads of manipulation into your head - of how you need him, of how you have no one but him, no one would want you now that you are to give birth to the dark lord’s children

ʚ It seemed to work, over the months you had grown extremely reliant on him and he couldn’t be more pleased

ʚ After the twins are born, you probably wouldn’t see them often. Not that anything bad would happen to them; rather, he didn’t want you ‘tait their upbringing'

I must confess, I am still a bit lost when it comes to Deres, but I hope you like these all the same.

Minors DNI | 18+ | You are responsible for the media you consume.

Yandere Irmo will include:

Him dipping into your deepest thoughts and dreams without you even knowing. He will pry into every action, conversation, and meeting before making note of everyone you spoke to during the day.

This "need" to know will start from the beginning of him knowing you. This will continue long after you agree to be with him. Irmo justifies it as him protecting you and your interests.

If you ever learn of his spying on your thoughts and confront him, he will defend himself and insist he only does it for your own good, as you have no idea how much those others could hurt you.

What you don't know is that Irmo has even gone so far as to pry into the thoughts of those you interact with, searching for any crumbs he can find and use to his advantage.

He will take great care to show you the other person’s so-called dangerous thoughts, even fabricating false images after making use of his mastery over visions and dreams. He will then assert that this other other person is indeed harmful to you and convince you, little by little, to push that other person away from you.

"Do you see that, little moth?" He declares after showing you one conjured vision after another. "Do you see all the dark ways they fantasize about you while you carry out your tasks?"

Nothing gives him greater happiness than seeing his efforts have not gone to waste and that you agree with him.

“I am glad you agree with me, little moth,” he coos. “Now will you heed me and stay away from this person?”

Once you have successfully distanced yourself from that other person, Irmo will reward you greatly, especially granting whatever you desire during sex.

Yandere Manwë will include:

Him convincing you that everyone else will hurt and betray you, for he alone is free from evil and cannot comprehend it.

He will go on to insist that as the Elder King, he is duty-bound to protect you from all harm. Manwë will keep you within Ilmarin, confining you to the boundaries of its outer walls when you refuse to listen to him and try to leave.

“Come now, little dove, why do you need to leave me? Is a king not enough?” Manwë would grow glum and forlorn before gesturing to the slender towers and domes of the palace. “Is the magnificence of Ilmarin not enough?”

When you grow insistent on leaving, Manwë changes tactics. He will stop acknowledging you, ignoring you whenever you come upon him walking along paths and corridors, and even going so far as to ply you with guilt whenever you ask why he is doing all of this.

“How can I even look at you when you insist on leaving me,” he would lament. “And after everything I have done for you! Was your regard for me a lie?”

Manwë does not stop at mere words, however. He will find other ways to point out everything you would miss out on if you left him.

One of them would be to put you on a pedestal.

“Will anyone worship you like this little dove? Will anyone else treat you with complete adoration?”

Another way would be to get his attendants to play along.

“The king adores you like no other,” one attendant would say. “He looks at you like no one else exists,” another would say.

His words and actions soon have the desired effect. Manwë welcomes you with open arms when you come to him and declare that you will never leave him and that you are sorry for even thinking of leaving him. The king showers you with attention and riches beyond imagination as a reward.

Headcanons what it would be like to be in a relationship with Sauron

Sauron x GN!Reader

Warnings: manipulative behavior, toxic relationship, abuse, kidnapping, mention of torture, gaslighting, possessive behaviors, yandere behavior, mentioned death of loved ones, angst

Note: This man lives in my head rent free. These Headcanons are dark and not for everyone!

A relationship with Sauron would be a treacherous journey

He is one of the most powerful and sinister figure in the Lord of the Rings universe, and such a relationship would involve a give-and-take of power that could never be equal

Sauron’s goal is world domination, and he seeks to control those in his inner circle. His dark power is intimidating and overwhelming, and those who associate with him are likely to become corrupted and seduced by his strength

This type of relationship could bring about extreme highs and lows, from moments of immense power and pleasure to moments of despair and regret

"I want that side of you that you don't show to anyone else"

Despite Sauron’s powerful hold on those in his inner circle, it would be virtually impossible to sustain a true, healthy, and fulfilling relationship with such a dark and powerful figure

He would be possessive and jealous, viewing any time his partner might spend with others as a threat to his control

Being in a toxic relationship with Sauron would be a dark and miserable experience

Sauron is a manipulative force, one who would use fear and intimidation to control you

He would try to manipulate and control your thoughts, feelings, and actions, creating an atmosphere of dread and oppression

"Stop being so complicated. You know that you love me"

You would be constantly under his watchful eye, unable to escape his suffocating grip

The relationship would be filled with emotional abuse, manipulation, and intimidation

Sauron's anger and temper would always be present, and any attempts to stand up for yourself or challenge him would only be met with further abuse

"Keep acting like that and you will regret it, darling"

He would always be trying to break you down and control you, leading to a feeling of constant confusion and helplessness

Even after the relationship ended, you would still be haunted by the memory of Sauron's dark presence

He is a force of destruction and chaos, and he has no care or love for anyone or anything - he is only concerned with his own ambitions

He will use manipulation, fear, and even violence to get people to do his bidding

If you were to enter a relationship with him, it would be a dangerous one in which you could become his puppet, used to further his goals without your own consent. You would also be at risk of getting hurt or even killed by his minions or by Sauron himself

He would be far more concerned with having power over a partner than loving them

Just imagine his hands on the back of your neck, moving slowly, whispering in your ear, "You are mine"

He also does not value emotional intimacy or openness, and would try to remain in control and maintain his image as a powerful leader

Don't try to escape him. It would have terrible consequences

If a partner attempted to escape Sauron's grasp, they would likely face harsh punishment

This could include physical torture, imprisonment, or even death

Punishment for disobedience against Sauron would likely depend on the severity and nature of the disobedience. For minor offenses, such as failing to follow orders, Sauron would likely use intimidation and fear tactics, such threatening them with violence. In more serious cases, such as open defiance or attempted betrayal, Sauron would likely resort to more extreme punishments, such as torture

As a master of dark magic, Sauron could also use powerful spells to mentally and emotionally torture the disobedient

Sauron's prisons exist in a state of constant darkness, only lit by the occasional fires burning within the dungeons. The air is thick with tension, and the cells are often filled with the piercing cries of the other prisoners. To face the Dark Lord himself is said to be the most terrifying of experiences, as his gaze alone is enough to instill dread within his prey

Those who endure imprisonment by Sauron are said to face difficult trials, such as physical and mental torture and long, arduous labor. In such a place, death often seems like a preferable alternative, as prisoners are said to exist in a state of eternal despair and hopelessness

Sauron would use all his might and dark magic to enslave and control you. You would be powerless against his powerful spells and would have no chance of escape

Sauron would also not shy away from killing your loved ones

He would force you to watch while one of his servants kills one of your loved ones

"Don't cry. It's your own fault"

Sauron's dark servants – the Ringwraiths – would be sent to kidnap you, and their presence alone would strike fear into your heart. The sight of them riding on their spectral horses in the night sky would be enough to send shivers down your spine

Despite all of these challenges, a relationship with Sauron could be very rewarding, as he is a powerful being with a great deal of knowledge and wisdom

➺ Yandere!Irmo headcanons (general) ➺ Yandere!Manwë with Fëanorian!love interest

𐀔 Simply put, Irmo would be simultaneously more subtle compared to Manwë, but also more present in the life and affairs of the one he chose as his darling and wished to pursue.

𐀔 Much like his sister's student Olórin - who is also one of his servants - Irmo has the ability to inspire and influence people by putting thoughts into their minds, without them even noticing that these thoughts were planted by someone else. Being a Fëantur, he can perform such magic with utmost proficiency.

𐀔 Once the darling caught his eye - maybe during a feast, maybe when they visited Lórien to rest and relax - they became the new target of many of Irmo's spells and antics, including influencing their thoughts and mood, messing with their dreams and sending gifts he tampered with, such as sweets and treats that were "refined" with special potions of his making, sweet and flowery fragrances and handmade dreamcatchers.

𐀔 Irmo also liked sending his little moth friends to spy on his, as he thought, soon-to-be lover and quickly found out about their affair, if he hadn't already via their dreams. Under normal circumstances Irmo wouldn't mind - he's usually neither jealous nor begrudges his loved ones their fun and freedom, being fairly promiscuous himself - but this time he found that he was dismayed by the prospect of sharing his darling. This time, he told himself, he wanted to be the only one.

𐀔 The darling would need Fëanor's keen insight and to close their mind to see through Irmo's various manipulations and avoid being plagued by visions and thoughts of love and longing. However, they might still be relatively defenseless in their dreams, and Irmo would take full advantage, showing them entire scenarios involving the two of them that felt so good and so real too. What made it even harder to spot his interference is that he always appears to be such a cute, colorful and harmless spirit, despite being a Vala, and his sleepy and airheaded behavior - which is, as a certain Fëanorian soon found out, but a facade for a much more devious and cunning spirit.

𐀔 When the Noldor left Valinor, Irmo kept sending dreams and visions to his darling, but those got progressively darker, showing what would happen if they continue their journey. Whether the scenarios he showed were his own invention or based on his brother's prophecies remained to be seen, but either way, his favorite Fëanorian would need a strong will and unbreakable spirit to shake off those terrors and keep marching.

𐀔 Like Manwë, Irmo now also counts on the Doom of the Noldor, and once it catches up to his darling, he'll beg Námo to let him have their fëa. Whereas Námo is fair and neutral, he loves his brother very much and has never been good at denying him what he wants. Additionally, Nienna may also be swayed by her brother's heartache and speak in favor of him, making it even harder for the unfortunate Fëanorian to stay away from the Vala who is so relentlessly pursuing them.

𐀔 To Irmo, it ultimately doesn't matter whether his darling is alive or dead, even less so than to other Valar, because of his nature as a master of spirits. He can always trap them in an endless dream that only he can enter, so they can finally be together.

We Were Meant For Each Other | Yandere Irmo Headcanons

A/N: This is my first attempt at writing yandere content, especially for Irmo. I've been wanting to write something like this for some months and finally got the chance. Also, due to the dark theme, I didn't tag my usual list of blogs, however, should you be interested in being tagged for yandere content please let me know in my asks box..

❀ He's delusional about his love for you and would do everything in his power—literally—to get you to fall in love with him. Once he locks eyes on you, there's no escaping his line of vision.

❀ He hates the idea of sending his Maiar to keep tabs on you and would prefer if he could carry out the task himself. Irmo would go as far as to ignore his duties if it meant more time to observe you and learn every little detail about you.

❀ He wouldn't hesitate to make himself present in your life, quick to ward off any contenders and make it clear that you're his and off-limits. Irmo might not seem like the type, but he can become very aggressive if needed to protect his darling.

❀ Irmo would use his ability as the dream Vala and trap people in an infinite dream loop or send nightmares that can make a person frightful enough to petrify or kill them. It's his safe way of getting rid of someone. He'll go as far as visiting them in their dream and getting rid of them himself. You know what they say, “die in the dream world, die in real life”

❀ Irmo doesn't want you to be left in the open, especially if you're a mortal or even an elf, he'll keep you safe with him in Lorien. Manwë had to be the victim of facing his begging and pleading all week because he wanted to bring you to Valinor before he agreed to shut him up.

❀ Because Irmo is responsible for governing the emotions a person feels, he would be quick to manipulate yours especially if you feel hatred and disgust towards him. It gets worse when you smile at everyone else except him. You even smiled with his brother and sister and would then become devoid of emotions around him.

❀ He hates it and he hates having to manipulate your emotions, but he does it to play into his delusional fantasy of house. Keeps you isolated in a separate wing of the palace with little to no contact. If you wish for something, call him and he'd come to grant you assistance.

❀ You once played nice and into his fantasy to get some servants to assist you because you hated him always being around but Irmo wasn't falling for your trap. He saw right through it. In fact, he sees right through all your attempts at seducing him or putting on a façade to have your way. As much as he adores the attention you're giving him, he wishes it was more genuine and not coy.

❀ But nonetheless, Irmo accepts any form of positive emotions you send his way and in return, he spoils the heck out of you. Whether you asked for it or not, he gets you the finest clothes, jewellery, flowers, etc. Aüle is annoyed by the number of visits he makes every week to request jewellery.

❀ If he has to go anywhere, he lets Námo guard you since it's damn near impossible to escape his sight. This was mainly due to your multiple attempts at escaping Lorien whenever he was put on duty. At first, he thought you were hiding and playing hard to get since making you smile and laugh was a challenge. He believed you were reciprocating.

❀ Sadly, Irmo wasn't entirely pleased when you weren't found on the grounds or responding to his call. That's when he lost it and went out to find you. He didn't care how long it took, he'd find you and return you to his side where you belonged. Even if it meant locking you up until you learnt your lesson, Irmo would. So long as you ended up in his arms.

❀ He even tied rope around both your hands so you'd be stuck to his side all day. You'll see a bright and cheery Irmo walking around and cuffed to a sour-faced you.

❀ From then on, you always resided with his brother who kept a watchful eye on you. Irmo does get jealous when you make conversation with Námo, which prompted him to threaten his brother to stop chatting with you and just guard. But even Irmo had his insecurities and opted to keep you in Lorien under the watchful eyes of his Maiar.

the frightening thing about yandere!mairon is that he enjoys mind games. he wants to make you reliant on him and him alone. slowly isolating you from those that you care about. making it seem as though he is the only one that you can rely on. twists your mind into thinking that you are falling for him, so so hopelessly.

should you be resilient, that is when the psychological torment comes in. he'll drive you mad with apparitions of him. sounds of his voice. all you will be able to think of is him. all you will find relief in is him.

ʚ In all honesty, it was a bit of a surprise for him when you had become sick. Elves never truly fell ill so he wasn’t entirely sure what to do when a human became sick

ʚ Of course, that doesn’t mean that he simply left you as is. He couldn’t have you dying - after all. He couldn’t have you leaving him

ʚ Thranduil has some of the healers tend to you, hoping that it would be enough to help you. This may in fact be the first contact with other people he has permitted since you’ve married him

ʚ Doesn’t mean he wouldn’t still keep a watchful eye here and there - just to make sure no one was overstepping their line when it came to you

ʚ The second you were getting better he shooed off the healers and decided to take care of you himself, gave him more opportunity to show you affection - a part of him liked when you were sick, you didn’t have the energy to fight him back

ʚ Hadn’t the slightest idea what to do when you had fallen sick. Truth be told he was never really familiar with humans until you came around - so to see you coughing and sneezing made him question whether this was genuine or whether you were acting

ʚ When he realises that you are not in fact, acting, he would be lying if he said he hadn’t had a few thoughts. Knowing that you were sick and most likely weak meant that you would be compliant

ʚ Probably made everything ten times harder for you. Threatened to withhold medication should you act up as you usually did

ʚ Also used this opportunity to show his affection to you without having you protest. And if you did? Well, there was the threat of him simply ‘leaving you there to suffer’

ʚ Of course he did ensure that you were tended to at the end of the day because he couldn’t risk the one he loved actually dying - right?
