Crying with your deities is okay.

Having genuine conversations with your deities is okay.

Being unable to hear/see deities is okay.

Asking deities to help during spellwork is okay.

Rather random, but does anyone either spiritual, pagan or neither but tend to overthink or worry a lot know how to deal with it?

You see, I'm a spiritualist and a norse pagan who has had great experiences with things like tarot, and yet I can't shake the fear that it's not real.

Death is something I struggle with in particular, and so tarot has helped me out with that. I have had messages given to me by those who have passed on through the cards and done the same with gods and angels, yet I just can't get rid of the fear.

It's like no matter what I do, a part of my brain wants to call me a liar, you know?

I know it's real, it's just so hard when I'm almost constantly overthinking. If anyone has any advice or personal experiences (of course you don't have to include every detail) they'd like to share, that is totally okay!! I would love to hear what others who are either going through the same thing as me or have passed it have anything to say.
