My biggest piece of advice for folks who want to get into fitness would be: Do not follow fitness influencers (or do so very sparingly).
Please be very critical of what is being said when people talk about fitness. It's important that you learn how to exercise properly for your body, and to learn safety and harm reduction, and that isn't what I mean when I say not to follow influencers.
When you want to get into fitness, think about what piques your interest. Do you want to do cardio? Weightlifting? Yoga? Running? A mix of any of that (or none of these examples)? Think about what you think would spark interest and joy, and learn to do that fitness in a safe manner.
I think the biggest reason I even have a healthy relationship with fitness over food is because I haven't followed any fitness influencers, and out of all the ones I've seen, I would only follow one of them, maybe two. Out of all the ones I have seen, and there have been plenty. What I have done instead is research what I want to get into to make sure I am not accidentally harming my body, then, I think of my own goals and work toward them.
I'm sure this won't work for everybody, and that's okay. I wanted to make this post because I think there can be this pressure to "look fit" when you're into exercise and I think that can be a slippery slope.

So confirmed now that Thom will be back next season. Interested to see how he'll be reintroduced (will he just randomly show up in Falme?) and which storyline he will be in. While the main characters are all, more or less, following the same path as their book counterparts, the secondary characters are getting shuffled around a bit. Loial basically got Min's role in Falme while Min took Thom's place as Mat's travelling companion. You could feasibly fit Thom into any of the book four storylines, he isn't really all that essential to Elayne and Nynaeve's. To be perfectly blunt, Thom isn't really essential to any storyline, he's pretty much just guy who tags along offering advice.

ok i do need to ask, do we like KNOW know that some egg admins have been playing as other silly npcs during this downtime or are we speculating. like i've seen people identifying admins with varying strength of basis since the eggs first existed but like. for a while there anytime an npc spoke portuguese everyone thought it was richas and then occasionally it would be agent 18 lmao so. . . are we doing that now or do we like Know lmfao
oh and to be clear i do mean varying strength; people were apparently spotting a leo admin's speech patterns earlier and since leo has such a distinct pattern (tho i'm not fluent in spanish LMAO) i'm inclined to believe that. but yea for a while people seemed to think portuguese=richas and to be fair there weren't many non-english npcs for a WHILE and really no portuguese besides richas (that we knew of) but it does mean i'm a bit more skeptical now when the audience starts trying to clock npc admins lmfao

Happy Flex Friday! I’ve lost considerable strength and some muscle mass the past 6 months as I’ve taken time off to allow my shoulder to heal. It’s had me feeling fairly bummed. I also spiraled into pretty crappy eating habits, eating more processed and junk foods as well as eating out a lot due to lack of motivation to make healthy meals. It all led to a lack of energy and motivation and was tough to keep a positive mental outlook at times.
Being able to move a little weight again pain free has been the spark I needed to start to feel like my old self again. I was even able to do a few careful push ups which I’ve missed and look forward to getting back into. (still doing yours daily @marine-corps-strong ?)
I noticed a few fellow fitblrs I enjoyed following have deactivated their accounts while I was on hiatus…kinda a bummer as I’ll miss their inspiration and positivity but hope they are doing well. I’ll be honest I thought about doing the same a couple times as I felt down and out like I was never going to get better and not much of an inspiration to myself let alone anyone else….glad I didn’t let those doubting demons win.
The tone of my blog will probably feel different as I travel down the path of recovery. No exciting new PR’s or big gains to share. I’ll keep my mind set focused on just being happy to feel functional again and try not to dwell on how far I have to go just to get back to where I was.
If you’re struggling, recovering or just feeling like you’re trying to get back to a state you once were than I hope my blog will help inspire in new ways it maybe previously did not. Same journey, different path, fresh new attitude…let’s do this!!!

“So, it’s all ending. Sooner than I thought.”
The villain chuckled. “When did you think it would happen?”
“Next Tuesday.”
They fell into a comfortable silence, sitting to enjoy the bright orange of the last sunset they would ever see.
“Superhero,” The villain murmured, holding the hero’s hand. “Has she tried to fly up? Destroy the damn thing?”
The hero squeezed the villain’s hand. “Yeah. It was her last assignment. Has Supervillain done the same?”
“Yeah. No luck on her end either. Last I heard, she was going to see Superhero, spend their last day together, something along those lines.”
“Mm. It sounds nice.”
More silence.
“Wait, did you say assignment?”
The hero looked at the villain strangely. “Yes? I mean it doesn’t really matter, she would have tried regardless of approval.”
“Would she try a team up regardless of approval?”
The hero caught on. “They’re both together right now?”
“Yep.”
“Are we stupid?”
“Maybe.”
Standing, the hero hauled the villain up. “Let’s go find them, and send them towards that stupid meteor, together.”
