He’s so sweet too, like he knows he’s annoying and stuff but for the most part it’s just to tease or mess with you

And when it comes to the more emotional part of the relationship, he’s there

You can only guess it’s because of how he always tries to hide his true feelings behind jokes and humor

Due to your relationship you two began getting closer and thus conversations of his true feelings and thoughts were revealed along the way.

So it just makes you sad that not enough people realize how sad and miserable he can be sometimes.

The reality of this slaps you in the face when you accidentally stumbled into him bawling his eyes out and very obviously going through something serious, then starts laughing and throwing out jokes at his own expense

How easy it is to fluster him is one thing you absolutely love about him

He’s always getting overly cocky and flirting with you like there’s no tomorrow while dropping the most down right horrendous pet names known to man

(Ex: pookie wookie bear, sugar booger, etc)

Most times when Leo would flirt with girls in the past they’d ignore him and basically look down on him. ( which we all know)

Well when your lovely ass comes around he does the same routine

But unlike before, you actually reciprocate this flirting

Your personality takes a whole 180 during winter

Sure, they have the weather controller dome at camp but during missions that’s when you cling to him.

He always just lets you because of how touch starved the poor guy is.

In the case that the weather controller isn’t working and it starts snowing then you most definitely sneak him in your cabin or bunker 9-

(I firmly believe he would build beds or sum shit for y’all to hang there and eat snacks)

And y’all would cuddle. You’d be warmly tucked under the sheets away from the harsh winds and hearing nothing else but each others breath.

Going back to physical affection in your relationship- home dude would be stressingggg

So I’ve finally got some of my thoughts on the new season in order and letting my self sit on it for a while

Dragons rising season 2 spoilers!!!!!

So first off holy shit this season has managed to completely wipe out any fears I had for season two. I’m a generally anxious person and am pretty naturally pessimistic about most things and was pretty anxious about season 2 because from the stuff shown in trailers and promotional vids it looked like a “Lloyd chosen one” plot line and I have a history of hating that kinda thing because it’s been beaten to death in ninjago at this point. While a bit of that was there I found it was done quite tastefully and didn’t overwhelm everything else story wise.

I felt that the pacing of the first 6-7ish episodes was a bit all over the place. Having the training arc and the Cole-Zane plot lines happen in the same episode with the pov switching back in forth felt a little bit off to me.

Sora and arins character arcs are shaping up to be pretty good. Soras more confident in her self than season one and she’s trying to help Arin but I feel like the whole using her elemental power to help Arin will backfire into her face. Arin’s insecurity and the whole how can I be useful if I don’t have an element I fell is being handled way better than the dumb kai arc in season 11(dw I will get to that when I get to kai) and it’s about on par with the Lloyd powerless plot from hunted. I am really excited to see what they do next and if Arin will be really mad at sora or not cuz like he’s super nice and stuff and I fell like he would be sad instead of mad.

Nya didn’t really have a lot going on personally except the stuff with Jay which I’m iffy on because so much of Nyas character in older seasons revolved around Jay and I just hope they don’t go back to that and let her character breath a bit.

In the topic of Jay I really really REALLY hope he isn’t evil. That the idea because it’s really out of character and they are already pushing my buttons with the lost memory crap because that’s something that I’ve rarely seen done well at all and it makes me very nervous and I just don’t like it. I do like that Jay just seems to be a guy who hates his job tho that’s fun.

I think the writers are just having fun with Zane and I think that’s cool. I do wanna punch the administration guy who said Zane isn’t a person because he is and he’s a bean and I will not allow this nobody to slander him.

It was nice to see more of Cole this season. I swear him and geo are so cute. The hand holding and the fact that they basically adopted two kids together is amazing and I am fully on board for this ship.

The villans were really interesting. I hope they keep up the quality with them because the mystery of ras’ master and wtf happened with jordana is really exciting. Cinder was intresting and as someone who has no interest in men what so ever I am kinda baffled at why so many people want this man but hey you do you. I do wonder what happened to ash tho. The member of the forbidden five looks interesting too and part of me is hoping that the leaked “evil jay” minifig is actually this guy just powered up cuz the color palette is similar enough and I just don’t want an evil jay.

Wyldfyre is amazing her whole leg being broken then sneaking on the ship to the exasperation of kai (like he would totally have pulled something like this a few seasons ago the hypocrite <3) and the others was so good. I am curious about her talk with egalt she mentioned one of her family members getting the wasting sickness but it can’t be heat wave cuz he seems fine so maybe she had more than one dragon guardian??? I do hope that Kai’s portal abduction does affected going into part 2 and that she bonds with nya and the others over it.

Egalt and rontu were very interesting to me and I’m glad they didn’t go the route of them being the actual creators of spinjitzu and kept the lore consistent I was slightly worried about that. Hope they come back in part 2 too.

Bonzle was a big surprise for me. I likes her personality in season 1 but I didn’t expect her to be so important. She’s really sweet and the scene with wu was great too.

And finally last but definitely not least, the best character in this entire show and my favorite comfort character to beat the shit out of

KAI

IT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. I LITERALLY HAVE NOT BEEN THIS HAPPY WITH AN EPISODE SINCE SEASON 4 EPISODE 7 THE FORGOTTEN ELEMENT (iykyk) I was literately kicking my feet like a little girl and crying and screaming my head off to the point I woke up other family members. Him unlocking the rising dragon technique by having his sister help and being in harmony with his family is so fucking sweet and I cried like a little bitch it was so good. I am also so happy that they used his old hair and didn’t just slap a smaller version of his current hair onto him (tho I kinda wish they had used the fucked up custom hair that was in the older episodes but I doubt that model is even in their hands so whatever(side side note I love the fucked up hair so much it’s so stupid I love it and will forever miss it)) him being such a dad to wyld fire was so sweet and then using the rising dragon technique after he saw his family in danger was just perfect. I do kinda wish there was more of a dramatic reaction to him getting yeeted by ras into the portal (kinda like any of the other ninja “deaths/major injuries”) but im fine with what we got. Except I kinda hate that only nya has an outward reaction in the aftermath. No lloyd reaction no Cole reaction and nothing from Zane and it makes me mad because every other time a ninja had their moment there was a whole team reaction. But I’m feeling like that’s to nitpicky and there’s still ten more episodes to fix that so fingers crossed. But kai also encouraging bonzle to close the portal even if he’s trapped inside is such a kai thing and hit me like a truck. Also him calling bonzle kid dispite her being much much older than him is funny and sweet cuz Kai’s big brother/father figure side is coming through and it’s so sweet. And the ninja never quit line is so great I was sobbing even more after that. (Tho I don’t know why he said he got it from Lloyd when it would have made more sense to have it be from master wu cuz that’s where he learned it but eh whatever).

While im really happy about kai finally getting some well deserved angst im also very anxious about it too. This could be the perfect opportunity for the writers to just conveniently forget about him for a while and idk if i could sit through that. Kai is a huge part of why I watch ninjago and he’s always been handed the shortest stick character development wise and technically he never got his own focus season either (and no i dont count the pilots because that focused mainly on all the ninja and was only two episodes, i also don’t count season four because it was more a group season, and season 11 doesn’t count because he got a half baked b plot that sucked) I’m very worried that I will loose enjoyment in the show because I dropped the show out of disappointment after season 11 because A LOT of premonitional material made it seem like a kai season and I got my hopes up and was let down so much. I’m very cautious when getting excited about things involving kai in particular because of that and I’m just hoping the writers don’t fuck it up.

Ok that’s enough negativity for once. I’m so excited for more and am foaming at the mouth for more!

When the war had begun you where just a small Sparkling who didn't know what was going on. You Sire/Carrier tried their best to keep you as innocent as possible, they didn't want you to know what happened outside.

But they knew deep down that this won't work forever.

When you learned about the war when your Sire/Carrier had to fight. But because you shouldn't seen your family die/see what happened to your planet and they hoped that there was a way that you can live a mostly normal live. So they decided it would be best to put you in a stasis pod and pray that you will wake up to a better time and place.

Megatron

When he was told there was a Pod that crashed onto earth without any sings which cause it belonged to he was interested

He soon got called into the medbay, which was normally after opening a stasis pod nothing out of the norm, but what he saw surprised him

A sparkling, well not exactly but you still where very young

Makes him kinda sad for a nano klik before greeting you in a way he did with every bot

Because you where still very young you where under watch every time you left your berth

At first he just shoved you towards Starscream but he tried to use you against Megatron so he decided to watch out for you himself

Most times at least, Soundwave looked after you when Megatron couldn't

He grew fond of you rather quickly

It was nice to have someone he knew wouldn't betray him or give him even more trouble/work

Starscream

You are his child now and you are happy about it

He heard a stasis pod crashed down on this giant dirt pile and got sent to investigate it

Secretly hoped it's not someone like Airachnid

When he, and five Vehicons, opened the pod they expected everything

Everything except you: a child, an pure and innocent child

He knew he will probably be your babysitter but it didn't bother him as much as most might expect

He still acted annoyed and tried to 'get rid' of you but he secretly cared for you, you where probably the most innocent of all Bots in the universe and he knew he couldn't be mad/annoyed at you cause you don't even knew what is going on

You don't even have a gun for Primus sake!

Congratulations! You have unlocked 'training' with Starscream

He literally only teached you how to fire a gun, which is almost the same as his, and how flying 'is the best choice you can make' and that should always run from danger

Lesson finished?

He just wants to be close to you as much as possible cause of his fear of being abandoned

Shockwave

He will be by your side almost always, he still has stuff to do and doesn't want to get beaten up by Megatron in front of you

He didn't even realize there was a new bot on board tbh

You where sent to him one day because Megatron wanted to know where you could be useful and Shockwave should look if the stasis damaged you because your way younger than everybot that used the stasis pods

You, being the small child you where, where very interested in Shockwave, cuz he only has one eye instead of a face, and what his projects where about

He only let you see the harmless projects

Even he knew you where too young and innocent to see him experiment on some bot

Soundwave

You actually helped a lot in his lab, you brought equipment and walked trough the ship for him so you could still move enough and he could keep working

He was the first to know about you actually

The moment he saw you he became your dad and Lazerbeak your sibling

Soundwave teached you almost everything he knows and you even learned to use a groundbridge

He is almost always with you but if you go to recharge or he goes on a mission he deems as too dangerous for you, almost always, he will have Lazerbeak watch you/distract you

You remind him of his cassettes back on cybertron

Predaking

He often uses emoticons for you because it helps you a lot and you like the colors

The moment you walked onto the landing deck, because you should learn the layout of the Nemesis while Megatron thought about how you could be useful, and you saw Predaking in his beast mode you lost it and ran towards him

While Predaking didn't even know about what a Sparkling is and then he sees this small being run towards him and start babbeling about how cool and beautiful he is

When he transforms for the first time and you see him on the ship you will be pulled into a bone crushing hug by him

You will be showered in compliments and praises every cycle from now on

And you will be treated like the price/princess you are by him

Knockout

He heard of a stasis pod landing on earth, more like crashing, but he didn't really have time to listen too much

He already knew that if the bot was a Con then they will be sent to him to have a check up

But what he didn't knew was that you where a literal child

You where even younger than Bumblebee which means a lot considering that he is one of the youngest bots in this solar system

He is very careful with you while doing the check up because he actually never had such a young bot before him (well yes but that was eons ago and long forgotten)

He definitely gets a little sad that someone this age goes to war because when he thinks of the time he was your age he remembers how he would race around all day and have a great time

Will, no matter your vehicle mode, race with you around the globe when you have a car then you will be everywhere he goes, if he deems the situation dangerous he will hide you or flee with you, if it's a plane then you will be with him often cruising through deserts with him cheering you on

Breakdown

Of course he will teach you how to buff especially so you can do it together, maybe even buff each other and talk about your day

Breakdown was probably sent to look who was inside that little stasis pod of yours

He expected a small bot because of the size of the pod but he didn't expect you

The moment he is sure you aren't just small but almost still a Sparkling, he doesn't really care how old you are the age gap is still massive, he goes full on mama bear mode

No matter where you are, you will have him behind you because he knows that some of the crew are just straight up toxic

He loves to carry you! He can carry you with one servo and still move normally

He just tries to get you have a relatively 'normal' childhood because his was way more fun and he wants you to have that too

Dreadwing

Dreadwing is a very polite Con, as we all know, and when he heard there was a new Bot joining their ranks he decided to introduce himself

He literally didn't see you at first and had a really confused look for a few nanokliks before seeing you

When he finally sees you with your kind smile and holding your servo out for him he has shock written all over his faceplates

He actually asked Megatron himself if he could be your 'guardian'

He himself didn't even exactly know why but he did

He is almost like a brother for you

When he finds out that your Sire/Carrier is most likely already dead he becomes really depressed, as someone who values family over everything he is very empathetic when he learns you don't have one anymore

You often go on little trips outside of the ship together because he wants you to learn about the planet you're currently on and knows it's probably better for you if you get out of the Nemesis

He knows it's not the best place for someone of your age but still tries to make it appealing for you

Skyquake

When he walks trough the halls of the Nemesis towards the bridge and gets greeted by you, a small and innocent young bot, he is visible confused

He can't even recall the last time he saw someone of your age

You found the way he talks interesting and when you saw him you would try to talk with him and walk by him

He drows fond of you very soon because you where so interested in him

The more time he spends with you the more your dynamic remembers him of his brother, Dreadwing, because he talks to you like his brother always would

He tries to get you to talk about your past live and what happened before you landed here

He tries his best to search for any bot in the Cons databank that could resemble your Sire/Carrier because he wants you to at least know what happened to them, if there dead, alive or just so you can see them in some form again

Airachnid

She probably found you after she left the Cons once again but before she found the Insecticon hive

At first she thought you could be a possible source of information or at least energon but as soon she sees you she forgets about that

Her mind went from 'Awh scrap, just a Sparkling/young bot' to 'Wait a minute a what?Is this real?' and in the end she just went "You are now mine"

She may be a little cruel but over time she decides that you wont ever be separated from her

You are taken with her on every single trip outside of her little base and there is no discussing about it

She also doesn't think that cutting open another Bot in front of you is such a big thing but she at least makes it a little less bloody and brutal

Unexpected (kinda) pure thought: Aemma and sicklybrother!reader get to hang out cuz they’re both bedridden all the time and support each other through their shit health. I also love the idea of them talking shit about everybody at court together and nobody suspecting anything cuz they have such spotless reputations. Also Rhaenyra doing the same thing w Aemma in episode one where she’s like ‘all these people are fussing over your health, who’s fussing over you?’ and spends time with him chatting and laughing.

When Aemma/baby Baelon dies and they all have the funeral on those windy-ass hills Reader being like “I’ve lost my friend, my brother and king has to burn his wife and child today, my niece has lost her mother and the realm has lost their queen, I’m going to be out there if it fucking kills me,” even if he has to be carried he’s not skipping it.

Rhaenyra curling up in her uncles bed the way she did as a little girl for comfort when Daemon is exiled and Viserys is distant 😢.

When the ‘heir for a day’ thing happens he gently confronts Daemon ‘did you really say it? I don’t want to hear it from Otto, I want to hear it from you. I’m not angry, I just want you to be honest with me’ (according to BTS stuff they filmed the scene w Daemon saying it but he genuinely said it in a honouring kinda way, not mocking)

Reader biting his lip til it bleeds to stop from crying/expressing his own grief cuz he’s trying to be strong for everyone and providing genuine advice even though he’s so sad and stressed. Emotional support animal vibes. Which makes him easy for Alicent to swoop in and ‘save’.

When I tell you I fucking love this idea so much, I mean it! Aemma and Sickly!Younger!Brother!Reader being the bestest besties in all the realm is just too wholesome for my heart to handle. Also, I absolutely adore that scene of Rhaenyra visiting Aemma and her mother nudges her with her foot. No doubt that exact same action and the mention of ‘all these people fussing over your health, who’s fussing over you?’ would happen more often then not when regarding Rhaenyra, the Reader and Aemma together. I also totally can see Rhaenyra having heard that exact sentence be uttered by either her mother or her uncle directed towards the other which in turn is why she used it. It’s like their own little thing they say to each other that Rhaenyra no doubt picked up given how much time she spent around them together.

I have no doubt in my mind that Aemma would spend most of her time by Sickly!Reader’s side, both being tended to simultaneously. They both share their annoyance at being so fret over by everyone else and just wanting some peace away from the maesters and servants hovering over them. I love the idea of the two having their own little get away place just for the two of them, and maybe Rhaenyra. Just somewhere the two could get some peace and serenity without anyone breathing down their necks about their health. I especially love the thought of this secret place having been founded and used by Sickly!brother!Reader way before he shared it with Aemma. Daemon is probably the only other person who knows about this spot, mainly because he went to visit the Reader one late night and found his bedchambers completely empty and nearly had a heart attack because of it but eventually found his sibling safe and sound in said secret place.

I definitely see Aemma and Sickly!Brother!Reader not only being the best of friends but also being more akin to brother and sister (and not in the Targaryen way). So when Aemma dies he not only lost his best friend but a sister too and it only adds all the more to the hurt. And he sure as hell is going to be in attendance at her and his nephew’s funeral. He’s not going to let anything keep him from being there for his brother and niece. He’s not going to let anything stop him from being there to send off his beloved best friend, his sister and her child to the gods. I can’t help but imagine Daemon being the one to come across the Reader trying to make his way out of the castle to where the funeral pyre, having trouble due to his health but still stubbornly trying to get back to his feet to get to where he needs to be. The Reader thinks Daemon is just there to stop him and is already in the midst of shutting down any attempts to prevent him from going through with his endeavors, but instead he’s met with Daemon holding his arm out for him to lean on and help aid him while he tries to walk again.

The sight of the Reader making his feeble yet determined way in support of Viserys and Rhaenyra in their time of need is something they both had desperately hoped to have happen but never imagined it coming to be. Viserys would be incredibly appreciative and thankful that his youngest brother was there, a part of him had wanted to bring the Reader out himself but he didn’t want to compromise his health more than it already was and end up having another funeral because of it. But seeing his brother, having him there was something Viserys would never forget. Meanwhile, Rhaenyra is absolutely brimming with relief and gratitude upon her beloved uncle making his way to stand among her and her father in mourning.

After Aemma’s death, Sickly!brother!Reader wouldn’t do too well. His bedchambers alone was a bittersweet reminder of her constantly, every single day, given how much she spent her time by his side laughing, chainring, gossiping, and everything else. Even with the bustling maesters and servants or even Alicent’s presence isn’t enough to take away from the quiet he now felt surrounded him without Aemma there. If anything Alicent’s constant presence would only be yet another reminder of Aemma, the way she now sits by his side the way Aemma once did or how she tried to talk to him in a similar fashion that Aemma did. For a good while, Sickly!Brother!Reader would try and avoid his room as much as possible, slipping away whenever he had the strength too. Hell, even when he didn’t have it in him he would still try to get away from the one place that reminded him most of his late friend. Even Viserys wouldn’t be able to bring himself to visit his brother for awhile, not after the many times he’d come across both his most treasured loved ones keeping each other company throughout their ordeals in the same said room.

On the other hand, Rhaenyra would depend even more on her uncle after her mother and baby brother’s deaths. She finds his company being the most comforting, getting to be in a space where her mother often was too made Rhaenyra feel even closer to her all over again. Not only that but she was often reminded of the fond memories of her, her mother, and her beloved uncle all being together and laughing away even given the weakened state her uncle was especially in. Rhaenyra would be glued to the Reader’s side once Viserys pulls away and Daemon is exiled. Her Sickly!Uncle was always the one she could consistently depend on no matter what and even now he continued to be there for her when she needed someone most.

Alicent would be jealous of the attention and overall closeness of the Reader and Rhaenyra. She’s understanding that both are going through something grievous, everyone affected by Aemma’s death is but she still can’t help but envy Rhaenyra getting to be so close to the Reader all she wants. Getting the Reader’s undivided time and attention, his comfort and assurance, all of it. Alicent understands the loss of a mother, she lost her own some time ago after all and she desperately wished she had someone like the Reader back then to do the same for her as he was doing for Rhaenyra. Not only that but Alicent also wished, hoped, prayed for more than anything that she could be someone the Reader could lean on, someone who could give him comfort and reassurance. She wanted to be the one to hold him, to soothe away his pain and anguish, she wanted to be the one he could depend on. Meanwhile her farther was forcing her to be exactly that for Viserys instead. Now that doesn’t mean she wasn’t also using the same methods with the Reader as she was with Viserys, trying to get him to just give into her even just a little bit. But out of the two Viserys was much weaker to it then his youngest brother.

If Sickly!Brother!Reader ever found out that Aemma’s cause of death was mainly due to the caesarean section that Viserys had the maesters do to save baby Baelon he wouldn’t be able to look at his brother again. He understands his brother’s position in the moment but he can’t help but hold quite a lot of blame and resentment towards Viserys for the choice he made. Eventually the Reader could come to accept it but knowing that it was his brothers choice that killed Aemma would be a hard hit to the Reader.

Regarding the ‘heir for a day’ comment, the Reader definitely wants to hear it himself from Daemon and only Daemon. He isn’t going to take anyone else’s word for it. And as calm and gentle as the Reader is coming off in the moment, he’s really seething with an overwhelming intensity of emotion. Daemon better explain himself right and clearly to his younger brother otherwise he’s getting a well deserved punch to the face, one that takes everything out of the Reader and leads to him collapsing onto the floor resulting in Daemon rushing to his side. It’s only then that the Reader fully allows himself to finally let out all the emotions he’s been bottling up in favor of being the one everyone else can depend on. Breaking down, sobbing so aggressively that Daemon can’t help but look on worriedly as his brother crumbles. All he can do is hold his baby brother and comfort him as much as he can until he calms himself down enough to be placed back into his bed and down some much needed water.

omg you guys Bumblebee is such an underrated movie and I do not see as much hype for it as it should get

I specifically wanna talk about the scene where Charlie and Bumblebee meet for the first time because ohhh man does it give the warm fuzzies

I never really got into the bayverse movies mostly cuz of the amount of action and violence that I was never a fan of. I always gravitated more towards the story/character-based aspects of TF. So having such an intimate scene between Charlie and Bee hit all the right notes for me

For one thing, it's so jarring, but in a kinda good way, to see Bumblebee's drastic change in personality and demeanor. In the opening scene on Cybertron (which is so badass btw), Bumblebee is this snarky, skilled badass warrior, and despite losing his voicebox and having multiple injuries, he's still able to completely annihilate Blitzwing on Earth. And then here, we see that same bot but with lost puppy energy. He's scared, hides away from Charlie, with the biggest adorable eyes in the world. He doesn't even try to run away and like smash a wall through the garage. He just stays backed up in the corner, watching Charlie.

literally everything that happens once Bumblebee leans into Charlie's hand is so fucking adorable and sweet. Charlie just speaking to bee with the most gentle, calming voice so she won't scare him. Bee just staring at Charlie, whether out of fascination or just being glad this new creature won't hurt him.

AND CHAR GIVING BEE HIS NAME AHHHH I love how Bee just shakes his head when Charlie asks what his name is. He legit just doesn't know if he had a name at all or if he was nameless to begin with (well technically he was just referred to as B-127 but thats not a real name). And the way he just curls up and looks away in embarassment because he can't answer her. It's kinda sad to have an iteration of Bee where he visibly struggles to communicate. Because in the movies and Cyberverse Bee has his radio, and in tf Prime and rescue bots he can still talk through his beeping morse code thing and the bots can understand him fine. But here, he can just produce small whirring and buzzing sounds, and can only communicate through physical gestures and you can kinda see him using his mouth plate thingy to mimic what he wants to say, like when he says "You" when asking who Charlie is. So it's obvious why he's so happy whenever Charlie manages to understand him.

I love the way he perks up when Charlie decides his name. You can almost kinda hear him say "Bumblebee?" through his whirring sounds. And the final shot with Charlie and bee just looking at each other through the garage window is so beautiful as the score wells up. You can tell that despite what Bee has lost, he's glad to have a friend who gave him a home and a name.

ALRIGHT!I JUST WATCHED THE MIRACULOUS MOVIE AND I HAVE THOUGHTS! There will be spoilers ahead, so tread carefully

A list, in no particular order, just how they pop up in my head:

The animation was STUNNING! Just, props to the animators, I enjoyed the movie visually SO MUCH! From the use of colours and lighting, to the way they used all of that to upgrade the characters: it was absolute perfection. (though some of those close up shots of Hawkmoth were A Lot. But that was probably the point)

The absolute chaotic energy that both Tikki and Plagg (but mostly Tikki, cuz unfortunately. there wasn't a whole lot of Plagg, which I understand due to time, even if it is sad) is FANTASTIC! I adore Chaotic Tikki so much. She has my whole heart! That little scene of Tikki pushing Marinette's hand to Adrien's? Lovely. Tikki explaining absolutely nothing to Marinette when they first meet? Perfection. Just. Give me more Chaotic Tikki, please!

The soundtrack? WONDERFUL! I kinda knew it was a musical, I think, but I completely forgot, so when Marinette sang those first few notes, I had to catch up a lil, but DAMN I was excited! (sad we didn't get Ce Mur Qui Nous Separe (I don't know the english name oops), but it was still fun!)

On that note: Adrian having the most Disney Princess I Want song in the movie is just perfect. No other words needed. Best choice they could have made there.

ALSO on that note: Marinette's singing voice? BEAUTIFUL! It fits so well! I just couldn't help but enjoy her songs, if only for that.

BUT I didn't have to, because the music itself, without the lyrics was just so well done!

Slightly less good: The hawkmoth song was missing some flavor, in my opinion. It started out, and I was EXCITED cuz it started so HARD and then it didn'treally deliver, I think. It kind of kept in the same range and didn't really go up, ya know?

I really REALLY liked Marinette and Chloe's relationship. The way Marinette fired shots back at Chloe, and they actually seemed to be becoming more frennemies? Amazing. I wish we would've gotten more of that in the tv show, considering earlier seasons Chloe and her character developpement, but I really enjoyed it here, in the movie

I'm happy we got to see Gabriel and Adrian actually confronting each other. Both Adrian standing up to his dad (although the timing was a little off, more on that later), AND Gabriel finding out his son is Chat Noir and the resulting Crisis. At least there was some emotional pay off there! (looking at you, season 5 finale)

NOW on the timing thing: There just wasn't enough time. I understand that they wanted to do the superhero origin story for people who aren't familiar with the show but do go to see the movie, but I feel like they just didn't have the necessary time to create the emotional tension needed for the end scene to actually hit as hard as it could have. We got to see a hint of Adrian and Gabriel's relationship, and what was shown was great! But if we had gotten a little more of that perspective and tension, it would've felt better to watch Adrian stand up to Gabe and his parenting skills. And consequently, enjoyed more of the end scene with them figuring out each others identities. Genuinely, I was happy we got at least some pay off there, but it felt too easy. (which again, makes sense due to the limited time, but I feel like they should have made choice: either the Big End Fight with Hawkmoth, OR the Origin Story. And since they did kind of set up a possible sequel, I feel like the choice could have been made)

With the feeling of too easy: I had the same feeling of Marinette and her finding confidence in herself and Ladybug AT THE END! The sudden change during the montage, I liked and felt like it made sens, since we then, during the big battle, get Marinette's insecurities over only being confident when she's Ladybug and all that. That is wonderful and so in line with the core of who Marinette is as character, no matter what version of her we get, that I love it very much. I would have enjoyed a liiiiitle more time with the Angst, but it's allright!

MOSTLY CUZ: that scene where she's dragging Cat Noir's unconcious body onto the debris of the Eiffel Tower, and she goes 'Don't. Touch. Him.' through tears and with a broken voice? AMAZING! When I tell you I Went FERAL! My children! absolutely STUNNING

The actual fight of the end battle? Marinette surrounded by flame and a Paris that is falling apart? Ladybug in Hell, essentially? GORGEOUS! Cat Noir running up the Eiffel Tower to fight Hawkmoth? Stunning! The Eiffel Tower slowly collapsing, as Ladybug watches and cannot Do Anything to stop it? HEARTWRENCHING!

Marinette revealing herself to Adrian at the ball? AMAZING SCENE! (although i laughed and had to utter 'Real Subtle, Marinette' when I saw the ladybug wings on the back of the dress, which was, againg, stunning). The way the scene was framed like the rejection scene? WONDERFUL!

The glitter on Chat Noir's mask? I loved it! Such a fun little detail we don't get in the show!

Did not like the Plagg farting scene. Just. No thanks. It's cheap comedy and that runtime could have been spent better, with a better characterisation of PLagg and his relationship with Adrian. But whatever, it's fine.

THE LADYNOIR CONTENT AND BICKERING! JUST FANTASTIC! ladynoir stans got FED this movie, and I am HERE FOR IT!

So yeah, that was an incomplete list of my thoughts on the movie! Overall I really enjoyed it! I really liked this version of the characters and their relationships. They feel a lot more genuine and real in comparison to the tv show, in some ways. I had so much fun watching it, and will probably go a second time, to see how it'll feel like on a rewatch. And just to enjoy the vibes. I do hope we get a sequel, because I am Curious. And would love more Natalie content.

i remembered i havent posted this yet here, so have this !

ZOHAKUTEN VARIATIONS

concept & headcanons !

ive read some of those ideas which another “boss” clone is formed when a clone besides sekido absorbs the rest. this is my take on it ^^

all four of them are “zohakuten”, and they represent different ways one can show and feel hatred. [I didn’t go with “evolved emotions” like anger -> hatred or sadness -> depression because 1. you can feel hatred without anger and 2. its funnier with more haters on the team]

i made it so that all their abilities are related to music (?) like how the OG uses drums. [ik zohakuten’s drums are based on a japanese thunder god’s drums or something but i only remembered that after i finished this 😭] all of them have around the same levels of strength, but have different techniques.

theoretically it’s impossible to manifest them all at once.

any clone can absorb the rest to form zohakuten. but the clone with the final say is often sekido, because he’s more aggressive and dominant compared to the rest. so they form the OG (who has a personality similar to sekido.) however there’s a chance that another clone gains control, creating the variations.

fusion probability 7%, formed from karaku, finds pleasure in hating

extends fights for over weeks on end, because he gets a bit relaxed with attacks. his defence is really high though so u can’t really take advantage of his relaxation.

fights with explosions. his explosions have the qualities of each emotion clone like sonar screech explosion, weeping spears explosion, etc. the explosions are triggered landmine-style and when you step on it it plays a piano-like sound. different notes represent different attacks. he’s immune to the explosions.

fusion probability 0.5%, formed from aizetsu, hates those who make him sad

most likely to spare victims. if you don’t make him feel miserable you can probably get away. but like he won’t let you win, he’ll just let you escape.

fights with wires. the wires are strong & thin enough to cut flesh, and spread further out the longer you fight him. they sprout out of trees, an even if they look organic up close, are electrically charged. he strums them to control them (wrap around victims, strengthen electrical current) and is unharmed by the wires.

fusion probability 90%, he OG formed from sekido, we know how this works, he hates those he sees as villains.

his probability is the highest cuz the other clones kinda let sekido form him, since this zohakuten is the hardest to fight and won’t play around.

we know how this pookie fights. however I headcanon he can transform surrounding trees into even more wooden dragons.

fusion probability 2.5%, formed from urogi, hates those who he thinks are happier than him, so don’t you dare show him a smile.

quickest to eat his victims. like he wants to chow down so bad. sometimes even if he hasn’t killed them yet he’ll just start biting.

hearing him sing causes small figs to sprout in your ears, which can grow into full on trees. he can hide & sprout his wings (i let him do this cus of that one scene where tanjiro cut urogi’s wings!! so this zohakuten can hide his to prevent it from getting cut) he can also use the emotion clones’ techniques while singing.

Ok i literally was waiting so much to see Lucifer n Lilith being a really happy and cute maried couple and now yall telling me that THEY DIVORCED??????? IM LITERALLY CRYIN WHAHT??? 😭

and OMG LUCIFER. HES SUCH A BABY, SWEETIE, SCRUNKY, CUTIE PATOOTIE!!! HES SO SILLY, I WISH I HAD DAD LIKE HIM. JUST LOOK AT HIM OH MAI GAHD

And his voice is really cool too! Not really what i expected him to sound like but still good! N the way he speaks is really funny too:

Also can we talk about how Alastor said "Fuck you" to a KING OF HELL? LIKE I KNOW THAT THIS KING IS NOT REALLY KINGING BUT STILL I WOULDNT HAVE BALLS TO SAY THAT TO LUCIFER HIMSELF.

Also the fact that Alastor was immediatly so pissed when Luci just steped into hotel is really strange. Maybe something happened between them that we dont know so far? Cuz purposely making Luci mad literally 5 secs after u met each other is really weird.

AND OMG THIS SONG IS TOTALLY NEW FAVOURITE BY NOW, THEY LITERALLY DID AN ELECTRO SWING SONG LIKE HELL YEAH!!! N THE FACT THAT LUCI OUT OF NOWHERE STARTS PLAING VIOLIN AGGRESSIVELY AND THEN SHUTS ALASTOR UP WITH AN ACCORDION IN THIS IS THE BEST TGING EVER.

i dont know how i think bout Mimzy rn. All i gotta say is she have a really cool singing voice!

And this shot is really adorable

Ok we actually now know from Husk that someone actually having Alastors soul! Just think about it: someone have AN OVERLORDS SOUL. Not ex-overlord like Husk, AN ACTUAL OVERLORD. Is this even possible??

This last song made me cry (again). I feel so bad for Luci, he was abandoned by heaven n he just doesnt want the same fate for his beautiful daughter, cuz she is the only thing he live for (i want him to be my dad so much omg..)

Also when Lilith took little Charlie away from Luci, it was sad, but it actually made me think, what if Lilith will be an antogonist? What if she will be the bad person? Maybe the main vilian even. I think if that will actually happen everyone will go CRAZY. But thats just my lil thought.

Ok, 6th ep! I actually didnt expect that we will see heaven so soon!

Ok but sir Pentious is GOT CRUSH ON CHERRI BOMB??? WHA??? THAT WAS SOMETHING I REALLY DIDNT EXPECT

Also i expected heaven to be much more strict place with many rules, where noone is alowed to swear. But turned out that its actually just a hell with better people and more rules, thats all. And its actually really strange that u can swear in heaven. Im not talking about Adam n Lute, cuz theyre exterminators and clearly just awhul ppl, this guy infront of heavens gates actually said fuck. Maybe im just wrong, but isnt swearing unacceptable in christianity?..

Also HELL YEAH we nailed it! We were right about Vaggie being a fallen angel. But the reason why she fell.... She was an exterminator and literally just didnt kill one child (which is really shows us that she have a kind heart) BUT SHE WAS EXPELED FOR IT IN SUCH HORRIBLE WAY.

I JUST DONT HAVE ENOUGH RAGE TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I HATE THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS. I REALLY HOPE WHEN HEAVEN DECIDES TO REDEEM PPL FROM HELL, THEY BOTH WILL GO TO FUCKING HELL FOR ALL THOSE VILENCE THEY BROUGHT TO WORLD, THAT WOULD BE FUCKING HILARIOUS.

Also Cherri Bomb is being kinda toxic friend to Angel n i dont like that.

ALSO ANGEL STOOD UP AGAINST VAL!! HELL YEAH, SLAY SPIDERBOI!!! IM LITERALLY NOT SCARED OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HIM WHEN HE WILL GO BACK TO HIS JOB!! IM NOT SCARED AT ALL!!!!

Ok this last song WAS SO EPIC!! ESPECIALLY WHEN CHARLIE N EMILY DID UNO REVERSE ON ADAMS SONG FROM EP 1!!

AND THAT PART WHEN ADAM REVEALED THAT VAGGIE IS AN ANGEL WAS SO EPIC TOO I LITERALLY GOT CHILS

and Charlies reaction to that was actually really heartbreaking

And everything ended up with Adam winning. I really hope that justice will overtake in this whole situation and Charlies plan will work. And im really interested to see Charlie n Vaggies relationships after that reveal. I honestly think that Charlie will forgive her, but its still really interesting.

Wow, it took me long enough to make this post.. I really like direction this show goes, n i can not wait for the next 2 eps!!

What's your favourite episode of 13's run and why?

Ok! I surprisingly enough do have a favorite episode… but it’s by such a small margin I’ve made an executive decision to talk about 2 other of my favorites episodes and then a few honorable mentions and why I love them

I’m half sorry for how long this is, I’m fully sorry for the fact that it took a while to actually put my thoughts to words

We’re starting with my absolute favorite because that’s what was asked lol. The Power Of The Doctor is my favorite episode, the plot is fun but it’s really the characters that make me love it so much! Every character that shows up is used really well.

Yaz is absolutely the star of the episode. I love her in every episode but especially in this one she shines a lot. She takes charge so well and really does fill the docs shoes with flying the tardis and making the plans and all that jazz. Her interactions with everyone is amazing to watch but especially the master, their dynamic is so interesting to me! Mandip also does a great job portraying emotions in this one- her anger at the master, and sadness about 13 regenerating in particular is one of my favorite parts. Also yaz with a gun is hot, and I fully believe she woulda shot the master if he gave her a reason so this episode would be in my top five just for that

Speaking of the master! This is 100% his best appearance. The dancing, the outfit, his interactions with yaz being a mix of cruel and endearing, in a way? Maybe that’s not the right word… interesting at the very least. The way he talks to her like they’re friendly, like they both know the doctor very well… kinda like they’re two sides of the same coin, in a way?

13 is lovely in this episode. A) I ADORE the navy version of her coat and am so happy they brought it back in the inbetween cliff (or whatever that was) B) her regeneration might just be one of my favorite scenes, even if it pains me to watch (ignoring 14’s existence for this) and the hologram is so smart (btw does yaz still have that? Do you think it activates still?) also love the fugitive doctor appearance even if it was hologram form. Her comforting yaz, their conversation, the icecream <333333

Love ace and Teagan and vinder, they’re all great but especially ace is SO FUN and I love her interactions with graham(did they flirt?) who btw, I love that he was right back! Too bad Ryan isn’t there tho, it’s fun to see how the dr leaving affects the companions, the bitterness Teagan holds is definitely a really fun bit that I’m glad they included. Also Kate is amazing as she always is! Dan wasn’t that bad either but I’m still glad he didn’t stick around

Also! I really like the plot! I saw someone complain about having all 3 cybermen, daleks and the master in the same episode but honestly it was just super fun- and the master was really the main villain with the cybermen and daleks as minor/background/subvillains. I much approve fun plots over anything else and having the master dance to Rasputin is very fun!

Onto The Woman Who Fell To Earth!

Yes, 13’s first and last appearance are my favorite episodes! This will be much less in depth but I did recently rewatch this one so it’s as fresh in my mind as the first.

I really like how… snappy they all are, in a weird way? The fam kinda mellow out through the series, especially Graham. Theyre all somewhat aggressive in this one and it’s very fun! It’s too bad grace died… she’d have made a great companion

Also the plot, the plot is great. 13 making her own sonic, not remembering who she is but knowing she has to help people, picking up the first humans she sees (which she has a habit of throughout the series, lol), being super smart! Just lovely! Also her in a suit is hot

“I’m calling you yaz, cuz we’re friends now.” Is 100% one of my favorite quotes too

Also Swiss army sonic should’ve been a running gag, it’s funny! I think that’s everything- my thoughts on this episode are very disconnected but oh well

My third favorite: the witch finders!

I’m not actually sure why I love this episode so much? Actually yes I do, soaked 13 is hot- that’s not the only reason tho, promise.

The fam is great, as always, but especially yaz this episode. It portrays how kind she is really well! 13 experiencing sexism and being pissed about it is also really cool, I kinda wish we got at least one other episode where it happened but I understand why we didn’t . Also the king being gay for Ryan is funny as fuck and I didn’t notice it my first watch

The background(side?) characters are also really good- the possessed lady is a fun antagonist, and the king is wonderfully incompetent at his job.

Also 13 telling them not to interfere and then immediately interfering is fantastic. I don’t think I have much to say about this one? I just really like it

Honorable mentions!

The timeless children, solely for the scene with Graham and yaz being family and for yaz being halfway to the portal by the time Graham is done asking who’s first- tbh this is my least favorite appearance for the master and I think the cybermasters are stupid so

Arachnids in the uk I love yaz’s family, i love jade, i love that the bitch ceo gets schooled by women in stem and yaz’s mom, i like that when asked if she and the doctor are together yaz’s response is “we’re [just?] friends!” But when asked the same about ryan it’s a very emphatic “no!”, I love “more of the universe… more time with you.”

Demons of the punjab “we can’t have a universe with no yaz!”, young umbreen is so much like yaz it’s amazing, i love yaz in this episode (this, ive realized, doesn’t say much, I love her in every episode), the plot is really fun and again i love yaz’s family

The legend of the seadevils my beloved gays. The characters are all really fun, the plot is great, all the thasmin moments I love and they hurt my heart, and Dan has a stupid outfit!

Eve of the daleks once again: my beloved gays! The plot is so fun, and even though the side characters aren’t my favorite I still really like them

Fugitive of the judoon FUGITIVE DOCTOR MY BELOVED <333333 also Jack is cool

Oh also My least favorite is resolution because it’s boring. Ok I think that’s everything… hope you don’t regret asking!

It's just been 100 days without our jikook, I hope they are doing well 🥲

I'm worried for them!! They're apparently in the worst fucking place possible, and fans are saying Jungkook's been having knee issues (apparently, he hurt himself before enlisting). I remember Army noticing he was limping at the airport with Jimin, but I assumed he would be okay by now. If he still hasn't recovered, it must be serious... I really hope fans are exaggerating. I just read the marimashita iruma kun mafia au manga and there are changes to characters that I think are very silly (I'm also just obsessed with this mangakas art) the story is basically like the original story but it's a mafia setting rather than the demon school.

The mangaka keeps Iruma being a very nice person who struggles to say no because of how he was raised a thing. They do the same with Sullivan who is still a dangerous but doting grandfather who just kinda picks up Iruma some how some way.

Somethings that I do find very interesting that aren't bad things are that (1) Iruma got adopted by Sullivan when he was 5 rather than 14, I think this change is because the mafia setting would be a harder one for someone to adjust to necessarily while still keeping the main story happening while Iruma is 14. It also allows him to not be completely clueless on the situation he's in during the manga.

(2) Opera was kinda a jerk in the og manga (kinda just cuz they likes messing with Kalego) but they're much more of a jerk in this one. The fact that they made Opera become part of the mafia when Iruma did is a cool change compared to how obedient they are in the og manga. (They did keep them being non-binary which I'm not surprised by but I'm happy about it) Though Opera is still obedient they're less composed and definitely weren't in the beginning of the manga.

(3) the love trio themselves (Iruma, Clara, and Alice) they have a much different starting relationship than the original manga. To start Alice is an undercover cop who is investigating the mafia. If og Alice knew he would be working against Iruma he'd go insane. The fact that the mangaka made such a difference in their relationship this time around is really silly. I like it, Alice in the og manga respects and idolizes Iruma while this time Alice is simply doing this out of the fact he wants justice and it's his job. Iruma still respects Alice and thinks highly of him in a way but the feeling isn't mutual this time around.

Then Clara, they made her a clown and I adore clowns!! I also love her she's so silly. Something that is very different about this au though is that Clara has been separated from her family. In the manga it's obvious how loving and family oriented she is, and she still is. Just said family is not there and it makes me very sad. I do love clowns but I hate hate hateee circuses.

Clara is still Clara but she's a lot more violent ig. Perfect change for a mafia au and I wouldn't really know how this change will change her relationship with Alice or Iruma this time around but I really want to see!!!!!!

The way I talk to people depends on how people talk to me. How they treat me. If someone assumes I'm a slotmachine for fic and gifs, I will treat them accordingly. Also, you didn't see the other anons, which influenced my tone.

With me, you always receive the energy that you sent out. And this one was wack. Three anon asks within a couple minutes of each other and the tone was absolutely NOT okay. It also sounded like this person wanted to start some discourse and I'm not here for that bs.

Let me ask you this: if someone hits their dog over and over and over and one day the dog snaps, who's at fault? The dog for snapping or the owner for abusing it repeatedly? In this equation I'm the dog and I moderately snapped. I didn't even bite, but you make ME responsible? Weird way to out yourself as not being able to understand action and reaction.

Look, the really disgusting person is you, because you think telling someone the truth and giving them a reality check is being mean. Also, did you forget this new feature tumblr has where they can trace back who sent the anon? Not your smartest move.

Either way, I think social media warped your mind and you assume people aren't allowed to be people anymore- aren't allowed to express their emotions. We can't be upset by upsetting things, we can't be mad or angry when people make us angry, can't be sad, cuz god forbid you show any signs of feeling down, then you're crazy and toxic.

No, no, we all have to be these perfect little hollow dolls who never say "fuck" and always stay polite, even when other people are nasty. Upholding a MASK that isn't your true self at all costs. Kinda fucked up and dishonest, if you ask me. Screw you, I don't want to be like that. I've always been kind and quick to give out advice when needed, or words of encouragement to literally everyone who crossed paths with me, but was stabbed in the back multiple times. And for what? Fuck if I know. Was it jealousy all along or were those people just downright evil? I don't fucking know.

But I won't ever be that way. I'm a truthful person and I will always tell people what they need to hear and not what they want to hear. I'm not a fucking coward who hides behind anon.

This anon needed to know that they should put some fucking effort in fandom in order to have people create more 🤷🏼‍♀️ in this specific case me, but it goes for every other author and artist who's made to feel like an art and fic-slotmachine.

And yeah, I am of the opinion that the Vikings fandom specifically could do with more people reading, commenting, reblogging, sharing creations in order to NOT die.

Wow, what a bad, bad person I am for having such thoughts and saying out loud what basically every creator already knows. How cruel to hold people accountable for their refusal to take part in a fandom they claim to love. It's a fucking team effort to keep a fandom alive, in case you didn't notice, you dunce.

But funnily enough, for the longest time the only people on this team who actively tried to keep the fandom flowing with creations are all the same:

Why did we never brag about it, you might ask? Why did we never advertise it? Put our name to it for credit? Because we just wanted to get this fandom going without any prejudice. To keep it engaged and running. We didn't want people thanking us specifically. We were happy when people engaged and showered one another with love at events we just gave them the opportunity for. We basically created opportunities for everyone, that's all. And we didn't ask for anything in return. Even after the very same fandom demonized and hated us. Yeah, that sounds like I'm a horrible, awful person, you're right.

But it's so much work, with nothing in return. The occasional "thank you" if we're lucky, but that's it. If only more people would at least engage in those opportunities to create and share, that would be enough, but even those rates have been going down. No one even THINKS of who runs these blogs (like they aren't run by people who can get exhaused, overwhelmed and discouraged) and how much work it is to keep up.

OF COURSE my own blog isn't posting new stuff all the time. Like, wtf do you think I am? A fucking god? Fuck no. I'm not online all the time, I have a life too, you know. It should be obvious that someone who has done so much for the community will get frustrated when people only ever ask for more.

We're basically the backbone of this fandom and in return not so long ago a group of people ran a smear campaign against us (slid into peoples dms and told lies about us, sent disgusting anons, made call-out posts full of lies, tried to doxx another friend of ours FOR OVER A YEAR and I'm still here) while the whole fandom watched and didn't help at all, our art gets stolen, our works ignored and THEN people ask FOR MORE?! And you think it's not an appropriate reaction to give someone a moderate fucking reality check? Be for FUCKING real, you cunt.

I can assume you're in the vikings fandom too, since you said you saw the post due to the tag, so I'm hoping you will see this as well and feel ashamed of yourself for not even using your brain for a fucking second.

Okay so Kaname opinion is that.

As much as Yuuki dissapointed me in the manga. By not being the kind of heroine I wanted, not being the kind of woman Kaname deserved, not being loyal etc

In a way I kind of see where she was coming from. Life is complicated. Sometimes things happen without us planning it. Yes, she loved Kaname since she was born and even without memories she was insanely drawn to him and wanted him. You’d think the story was set from there. That someone would be loyal and monogamous. But it doesn’t work that way. She was very young and immature and had a lot of insecurities. She didn’t feel like she could be Kaname’s equal. She always felt useless to Kaname. She was attracted to him yet he made her nervous. So she kind of ran away and kept a distance using Zero as a shield and a reason to give her purpose and feel useful

. And then she found she could be useful to Zero by offering her blood. It was her way of feeling useful for once. She didn’t know what this meant. The blood drinking is only supposed to be done between lovers. And so it basically changed her brain chemistry and made her attached to zero forever basically. There was no turning back from this. It was like a connection and bond she made with someone who she wasn’t supposed to end up with. Thing is from here on out things were never the same. She got closer to zero through the continuous blood drinking and spending time together.

At this point Kaname was keeping his distance and for whatever reason, not doing anything about this. Which I will discuss in a bit. It’s kinda like when you have sex with a guy you don’t love. And you don’t expect anything to come out of it. You both agree to do it but agree it doesn’t mean anything. However, sex is an act of intimacy. Sharing your bodies together you can’t plan the emotions you’ll feel and accidentally develop an attachment. You can’t expect to do an act that is reserved for lovers and come out the other side the same. Sometimes you come out the same and unaffected but not always. That’s why you don’t play with this. Usually the attachment happens with someone you’ve actually had sex with rather than the person you haven’t done it with.

Similar in vk. Zero was the first man she shared blood with. The experience bonded her to zero while Kaname was still the distant figure. At this point her feelings for Kaname are just a crush and adoration but not too deep cuz she hasn’t shared that bonding experience with him yet and she had it with another man first. So basically, she’s already changed. By the time her and Kaname have the opportunity to bond and spend time together, her heart is already anchored by the attachment of the man she shared blood with first.

So yea it’s really sad for Kaname. He made plans to have Zero be Yuuki’s bodyguard and that they would share blood. He hated it but let it happen to turn zero into a strong vampire to defeat Rido later. However, this plan backfired on him. He let Yuuki wander off and let her be in a position where he could lose her. Now, I’m not saying he should have controlled her or anything but. He shouldn’t have played with fire like this. You can’t just set up a situation where the person who loves you can get close to another man. He did not do enough to get closer to her or even fight for her enough tbh.

He had issues too obviously, he hated himself and thought he didn’t deserve her so he kind of kept her at a distance to protect her. This backfired. He said himself he didn’t expect zero to fall for her and I wonder if that implies Yuuki too. Sometimes I wondered if this was his plan all along but this statement contradicts that. I guess he saw that she would never be the same girl who loved only him anymore. That girl was gone. And he saw that she was attached to zero and she couldn’t get over it. Knowing how observant and experienced he is at reading people and human nature, he didn’t see a point in being there anymore. She was no longer the girl he fell for. Even when Yuuki made the step of finally committing to him, it just wasn’t enough for him. She just wasn’t the same anymore. He didn’t want her when she’d be missing zero. And tbh I don’t blame him? Who wants to be with someone knowing they’ll have the love is not only for them? Most people don’t like sharing. And he was once again tired of living and didn’t see any point in sticking around since he had already lived too long. He decided to leave Yuuki in the hands of zero while telling Yuuki how he truly did love her and she could move on.

So the lesson from all this is: fight for the ones you love. Don’t play games and put yourself in a position to lose them. Don’t do open relationships! Don’t allow any kind of cheating. Don’t push people away

Now I’m not saying I would have did the things Yuuki did. I am just trying to apply a realistic interpretation to it where things don’t always go the way you wanted them to.

for the same reason that i dont want to write two endings. i wrote the ending before everything else, the ending is what bks has always been to me. its what made me want to write the story in the first place. im not really partial to a happy or a sad ending to any of my fics, the important thing is that an ending is satisfying. i want my endings to feel like they were worth waiting for?? if that makes sense. also as far as im concerned i dont think ive ever said bks will have a sad ending lol. ive just been generally vague about it on purpose bc i like being silly but i have never really said which way its gonna turn but also like this is going to sound sarcastic i know its going to but this is me being 100% genuine (im autistic so if any of this comes across as mean just know it wasnt intended to be that way all of this is genuine) do i have to tag that ahead of time? someone on ao3 commented something about an ‘eventual happy ending’ tag and i didnt realize that was something i was supposed to advertise i kinda assumed that would be a spoiler?? idk someone help me out with that one bc ill tag it was what it is if i have to

I want to share sonething that I came across on twitter, not personally but by account that I follow that came across it

So apperently some fans of MLC are not happy that so many people, including Aof and EM themselves, are praising First for his acring pointing out that doing so people are dismissing the other actors(probably mostly EM) and this makes me first of all sad cuz my boy put his whole heart into this role and is being finally recognized for the talented actor that he is!

Now I get that Alan as a character is kinda polarizing cuz he is the ex that is unable to let go(tho understandably so considering what we know as of now cuz Wen didn't make a real clean cut with him cuz they still live together, probably for money porpuses, sharing even the bed! like use the damm couch and alternate one night each! and they also didn't tell anybody they split so...) with some controlling and anger issues and I get why some wouldn't like him, but that is the character are you so unable to discern the 2 that you have to trow hate torwords First as well? also cuz we that praise First are also praising all the other casts members cuz they are all doing an amazing job!

Do we have to praise only some actors but others have to stay unrecognized? why? It also seems like they don't have the same problem with GF being praised since the forst episode but when it comes to First they raise the pichforks

Not to get started with the AlanGaipa discorse cuz that has been a fight point since the end of The Eclipse for various reasons...

it really comes down to the fact that his character is the one that can drive a wedge between Jim and Wen and as a reflection EM and some people cannot accept that one character could make them look not perfect and flawed having to resort to petty behaviour taking it on First

Sorry for the rant I didn't know where to express this feel free to not answer I understand I just felt sad cuz First is amazing and is one of the sweetest and nicest people evere and he is loved by everybody especially EM and also an amazing actor that stayed in the sideline for years and fans of Earth should know how that feels cuz gmm did the same to him for years! and his having finally his moment with his best friend with both being finally seen for theys skills

I stay away from these things as much as possible so I don't really have an insight but I mean,,, what can I say. fandom wars are as old as time and I'm just rolling my eyes. I find it hard to believe that people are actually hating on First just because he's getting praised instead of EM lmao? also why would complimenting a support actor indicate that the mains are being neglected? what bullshit lmao.

The thing is that FirstKhao and GemFourth have a pretty large fanbase which is probably bigger than that of EarthMix atp so their fandom getting defensive and resenting the praise that the others are getting is not far fetched. But to attack others because of it is nothing but childish and I want no part of that lmao.

It doesn't take much to see that this is a highly professional & dedicated cast and everyone is giving it their all - I like some characters more than others but hat has nothing to do with the cast. EarthMix have an undeniable chemistry despite the script not being 100% perfect. The praise for First is justified as he is doing a good job but it's not like he's outshining the rest of the cast. He's doing his role justice but he's not a main character. Same goes for Khao and also Gem and Fourth. None of them are stealing the spotlight from anyone as they're all equally good? To me the differences lie in the writing of their characters. I for one like Alan, Jim and Gaipa more than Wen, Heart and Li Ming but that doesn't mean I'm disregarding anyone lol. So I don't get what these people are on about lmao.

still thank you for sharing and I agree. some people need to touch some grass and it's a lot more than I initially thought. sigh.
