Today we’re highlighting the Loveless identity - this is less of an orientation label and more of general identity signifier, like voidpunk or sex favorable. “Loveless” is an insult or value judgement sometimes aimed at aromantics, and some people have reclaimed it.
[ID: “Loveless. Someone who does not feel love, doesn't understand or feels disconnected from love as a concept or descriptor, or rejects love or the social construct of it. This identity originated in the aromantic community. Some loveless people feel hatred towards the social construct of love or are repulsed by the idea of love, while others simply feel disconnected from it personally.” Pictured is the Loveless Aro flag, which is nine stripes of varying shades of gray and green. End ID.]

Genderquoi orientationgender flags :) (not to be confused with quoigender)
Definition:
genderquoi: when your quoi- identity is so intrinsically tied to your gender that you absolutely cannot separate the two.
(quoi here means things like quoisexual, quoiromantic, quoirose, etc.)
-
Both flags follow the 5 stripe style of orientationgender flags.
The first uses the colours of this quoi flag, and the second uses this other quoi flag. I've heard of the distinction that the white stripe one is for quoisexual, while the grey stripe one is for quoiromantic, so these can also be thought of as genderquoix (quoix is short for quoisexual) (left side), and genderquoiro (quoiro is short for quoiromantic) (right side) flags.

I saw the a-spec symbol created by rouge-the-bat and wanted to create some more variations!! Here's the post with the symbols! These aro-spec flags are the ones I use, but I wouldn't mind making more if anyone wanted. These are alt described as well.
[ID: Thirteen transparent images of an a-spec symbol combining a spade, heart, diamond, and club from card suits. The top is an upside down spade or heart with a diamond inside the tip, and the clover part of the club attached to the bottom.
row 1: Three aro-spec colored symbols. The first has a green stem, light green heart, teal diamond, and dark teal club with a black outline. The second has a green and light green stem, pale yellow heart, teal diamond, and dark teal club with a black outline. The third has a green stem, light green heart, teal diamond, and dark teal club with a pale yellow outline.
row 2: Two aro colored symbols. The first has a green stem, light green heart, white diamond, and black club with a gray outline. The second has a green stem, light green heart, gray diamond, and black club with a white outline.
row 3: Two alloaro colored symbols. Both have a green stem, light green heart, light yellow diamond, and yellow club. The left one has a black outline and the right one has a white outline.
row 4: Two aroace colored symbols. Both have an orange stem, yellow heart, light blue diamond, and dark blue club. The left one has a black outline and the right one has a white outline.
row 5: Two neu aro colored symbols. Both have a green stem, light green heart, light brown diamond, and brown club. The left one has a black outline and the right one has a white outline.
row 6: On the left is an idemromantic symbol. It has a gray stem, mint green heart, white diamond, and peach pink club with a black outline. The right image is a quoiromantic colored symbol. It has a black stem, light green heart, light blue diamond, and light gray club with a black outline. End ID]
Edit: It has come to my attention that the card suite symbols has origins in only the asexual community and not shared for the whole a-spec community, so I won't be continuing any more of these just on that basis. Apologies for the mistake!

btw what i mean by quoive, it's not necessarily a new term it's just something i made up for me that others can use if they want but i just use it to describe ambiguous, unlabeled relationships that aren't necessarily romantic, platonic, sexual, alterous, whatever. it's more...traditional definitions of love aren't applicable, all these categories of love kinda fit but don't completely fit all the way, it's kind of an -nos category of love. quoispec love. quoive. <3

Hiya! So I have com to the conclusion I am both ace spec and aro spec. But I'm having trouble figuring out where? Like for romantic (I'll start there) I don't even know what that feels like. I asked friends (who are alloromantic), what that type of attraction feels like and they said that you wanna marry that person, and live with them, and wanna be around them, but like. To me that sounds like friends? Like stuff I would do as friends? I'm a firm believer that action doesn't equal attraction, but is wanting those actions with someone what they mean? Like can't I do that as a friend? I feel queerplatonic (I thinks?) But I dunno. The way I see it is like for my friends (one which I've dated), they are all vials, with the same liquid, just different levels? I don't feel a different way, just stronger. And sometimes that fades, and sometimes it stays the same if I enter a relationship. And I'm fluxual with my desires for those actions. So I'm completely lost. And then sexual, I've always never really been into it, I mean I have a high libido, but (especially this past couple of years), I've found that when I ya know do stuff, I just kinda wanna get it over with, even if I initiate. I wanna get the job done, then do something else. Sometimes I even just feel like I panic and wanna stop completely. I've never felt like someone was sexy (pretty maybe, or attractive), and I have gone long spans with being just with myself, which apparently is foreign in modern day society (not dissing just seems like I'm the odd ball). Help please if possible?
You could be quoiromantic, I believe quoiro encompasses these experiences. Or idemromantic/platoniromantic, arospike/aroflux, amicusromantic. While for libido, I know of hyperlibidoist as an identifier. I can't tell what you're describing here as sexual.
Sometimes I feel orientationless or voidsexual, I only know I fluctuate sometimes and can be seen pinpointed at a gray area. There probably are some labels that could fit and I'm not remembering.

the more i think about it, the more i feel like the ace community's disdain for aces without romantic orientations is kind of a defense mechanism against people saying that asexuality is not a valid sexual orientation but rather a lack thereof; that asexuals have a void where our sexual orientation should be
and it's an idea that aces are assigned without our consent. the vast majority of us do consider asexuality our sexual orientation, though i wouldn't be surprised if there are aces who define their asexuality as not having a sexual orientation
but because this idea of lacking sexual orientation is forced on aces as a whole, it seems that some aces get really fucking defensive when it comes to other aces not using the concept of romantic orientation, as to them, it sort of mirrors what it's done to them without consent
except we do consent
we voluntarily disidentify with this
we chose not to label it
and most importantly are we not saying that no aces can have a romantic orientation. we are speaking for ourselves and i've never met an ace without a romantic orientation who isn't actually deeply supportive of aces labelling their romantic orientation
but romantic (or sexual orientation for that matter) aren't must-haves, and i don't need other aces to force romantic orientation onto me to spite amisics in their idea that a- isn't an orientation

Pride Chats - Ace Week 2022
Hello all! We will be opening our Discord server on the morning of the 22nd and closing it the evening of the 30th in honor of Ace Week this year (so, opening the weekend before and staying open the weekend after Ace Week)!
The overarching theme for Ace Week this year is Boundless Creativity, and we also have themes for each day to help inspire discussion in the Discord channels - our themes this year include activism, navigating relationships, and how gender identity intersects with/impacts ace identity. Besides the text channels in the Discord, we will have several voice chat options throughout the week - times TBD, and some times can be voted on within the Discord!
You can join our Discord here: https://taaap.org/pride-chat-registration/ . We use the form to limit the amount of bots and trolls that would otherwise join. The Discord opens 2 days from now - we look forward to seeing you there!

They do puzzles together. It started off as one of Charlie's bonding activities, but eventually, they started doing them together, just the pair of them, each night. They pick big ones, in the 1000+ pieces categories. Most of the nights it's just them, but sometimes they take it downstairs and work on it while listening to the others. The others still aren't allowed to help during those times, but they can be convinced to put them on hold and do one with the others.

headcanon: kris gets crushes surprisingly easily but they turn into strong friendship feelings just as easily. they have a crush on susie but just have zero issues with being her bestie forever it's just not a big deal if they kiss or don't kiss. they also channel some of their crush feelings into a drive to wingperson and see their crush happy Generally
